Donald Trump is having a disastrous Wednesday morning after a blue wave swept across the United States as Democrats won every major election on Tuesday. Donald Trump is now posting election victory from the Treasury Department with his face on it. He's having the Treasury Department praise him for last year's election. Donald Trump, by the way, just jetted off once again on the taxpayer dime. He's heading to Miami, likely going to be at Mara Lago or his Dural property that taxpayers are going to have to foot the bill for. Is he going to throw another Gatsby themed party? They claim he's going to deliver remarks at the American Business Forum later today. It sounds like one gigantic griff to me.

Now, earlier, Donald Trump gave a speech in the White House. It was a complete and utter disaster to GOP senators. He looked at the senators and he said, "I don't think this was a good night for you, but it was because Trump wasn't on the ballot. That's why." And this government shutdown that you're all doing. I'm going to show you that in a moment. But here he goes. I don't think it was good for Republicans. Here, play this clip.

>> Exactly. One year ago, we had that big beautiful victory. Exactly. Last night, it was, you know, not expected to be a victory. It was very Democratic. I I don't think it was good for Republicans. I don't think it was good. I'm not sure it was good for anybody, but we had uh an interesting evening and we learned a lot and we're going to talk about that and I'll say a few remarks and then after that I'll ask the press to leave.

Then he goes on to say why he thinks that Republicans got trounced and of course he takes no personal responsibility when we know one of the big reasons for the Democratic wins in addition to good candidates and important messaging on affordability. This was a massive repudiation of Donald Trump and MAGA. But Donald Trump's like, uh, maybe when the press leaves, we'll have a private talk about what happened. But everyone's telling me it's because I wasn't on the ballot. And, uh, also it's because of your shutdown that you're all doing. It's your government shutdown, Donald, with the MAGA Republicans who are ripping healthc care away from 20 million Americans and ripping snap away from 42 million Americans while you do your great Gatsby themed parties with half- naked women in martini glasses at Mara Longo where you and Jeffrey Epstein hung out together.

Here, play this clip.

>> everybody. But I thought we'd have a discussion after the press leaves about uh what last night represented and what we should do about it and also about the shutdown, how that relates to last night. I think uh if you read the polls, the shutdown was a big factor negative for the Republicans and that was a big factor and they say that I wasn't on the ballot was the the biggest factor, but I don't know about that. I was honored that they said that and uh I just want to thank everybody for being here and a very special thanks to Vice President JD Vance who's doing a terrific job.

Then Donald Trump says, but here's the thing everybody. One big takeaway, Democrats are like Japanese kamicazi pilots. He goes, "That's what I was telling Prime Minister Taki." She doesn't know her name, but he goes, "That's what I was telling him, Japan. The Dems are like your kamicazis." Oh, that's very culturally sensitive of you also, Donald, and not divisive at all.

Here, play this clip.

>> I've heard that about four times. I heard it after Kings. You know, they said I was a king. And I heard it after Kings. I heard it after a couple of other moments in time. And I said, "No, I don't believe so." And now I heard it's after the election. I don't believe so. I think they will. I think they're kamicazi pilots. I just got back from Japan. I talked about the kamicazi pilots. I think these guys are kamicazi. They'll take down the country if they have to. So, I don't think so.

Millions of >> I mean, this is the takeaway that he has from the election. Good. I hope this is your takeaway because let that blue title wave get even bigger.

Then Donald Trump says, and I want to talk about Xi Jinping. When I was there, Xi Jinping's like vice president and his staff, they just listened to everything that he said and they would just stand there and I try to ask him, but they showed him such respect. I want to be like that. You want to be like that?

here. Play this clip.

>> So, he's here and he's got about six people on each side and every one of those people was standing like this. They were in attention and I made a comment to one of them and they got no response. I said, "Are you going to answer me?" I got no response. And President, she didn't let him have any. So, there's any question. I said, "I want my cabinet to behave like that. I'm demanding that my I want them sitting up like that, Tim. Just nice and straight. I never saw posture like that. I've never seen men so scared in their lives.

>> Then Donald Trump claims that uh when people go and buy their groceries, they need to show IDs to buy groceries. Tell me you've never bought groceries before without telling me you never bought groceries before.

Here, play this clip.

>> You're safe because California is a disaster. Uh many of the states are disasters. But can you imagine when they vote almost unanimously against voter ID? All we want is voter ID. You go to a grocery store, you have to give ID. You go to a gas station, you give ID. But for voting, they want no voter ID. It's only for one reason, because they cheat. We would pass that in 15 minutes. If you don't get it, you'll never pass that. You'll never talk about mail-in ballots. Mail-in ballots make it automatically corrupt. If you have mail-in ballots, automatically it's correct.

Even >> and a lot of what Donald Trump did as well. It's what California Governor Gavin Newsome and I predicted when we did the uh when we did his podcast together. Go watch it, by the way, on Gavin Newsome's YouTube channel, cuz we called all of this. Donald Trump kept on saying, "You got to kill the filibuster. Destroy the filibuster."

Here, play this clip.

>> It's time for Republicans to do what they have to do, and that's terminate the filibuster. It's the only way you can do it. Uh, and if you don't terminate the filibuster, you'll be in bad shape. We won't pass any legisl.

>> Then Donald Trump attacks SNAP. He says that all these people are on SNAP fraudulently and it's not actually people who are down and out and all these people are taking advantage and that's why he wants to destroy the SNAP program because he wants to see Americans suffer and die because Donald Trump and Republicans hate America.

Here, play this clip.

>> So, millions of Americans are going to be without SNAP benefits. And I I will say about SNAP benefits. So when I was president, we had seven billion dollars worth and now they have many times that because these benefits were given to anybody that asked and they're up to I hear just many times 47 billion. Uh so it wasn't the purpose of SNAP. It was it was for people that really had problems down and out people that really had problems. But during Biden they gave it to anybody that wanted it. I think it's something you have to talk about because the numbers are incredible. But countless public servants are now not being paid and the air traffic control system is under increasing strain. We must get the government back open soon and really immediately. We have to get it open. We have the hottest economy we've ever had.

Next up, Donald Trump says, uh, you know what, too, you know, there were all these, you know, United States attorneys who I've been firing because they work at the DOJ. If the Democrats say they like them, I fire them. That's what I do. I say Democrats like you and say you're qualified. Even if you're a Republican, that means you're a rhino. If a Democrat likes you and I fired you

here, play this clip.

>> They're not going to get the approval because the Democrat radical left lunatic senators are saying you can't you we're not going to approve you. And if we're not going to approve you, I had actually one Republican who got two great letters, but it turned out that he was a rhino, but that was a nice term for him. Now, he got two letters of approval. And when I said two Democrats approved him, I had to fire him because I figured if two Democrats approved him, they wrote the most beautiful letters. I found out, man, this is strange. And he was no good. I fired him. I He was He was really not much of a Republican. The recommendation of that one wasn't such a good recommendation. Someday I'll tell you who recommended him, but it wasn't exactly the best.

But this is a very very interesting message, Donald. the day after the blue tsunami hit. This is where you're going with it.

Then Donald Trump says the thing that Democrats want to do is they really want to make DC and Puerto Rico a state. Then you'll all be screwed. He says

here, play this clip.

>> There's nobody else is going to object. They're going to do it the first day. They're going to pack the court. They're going to make DC a state and they're going to make Puerto Rico a state. So now they pick up two states. They pick up four senators. Okay. You think you have problems? They're going to do all of the things. They're going to pick up electoral votes. It's going to be a very, very bad situation. And it's done. It's done. As soon as they attain power now, if we do what I'm saying, you they'll never they'll most likely never attain power because we will have passed every single thing that you can imagine that it's good and all good for the country. And there'll be no reason to. If we don't do that, uh, people will say they're not doing much and they're in power.

I'll do a longer video on Magga Mike Johnson at 11:30. So, watch my 11:30 or uh if you're in the East Coast, the the 2:30 video. Um, but uh here's what Maga Mike had to say. Here was his takeaway. Let's play this clip.

>> I don't think the loss last night was any reflection about Republicans at all. I think people are frustrated and angry as we are. I am. The president is. And we express that different ways. But um look, we look forward we're we're looking forward for forward to a great election running on our record and uh we're going to we're going to get all of our incumbents reelected and we're going to add to the number here. So that's the answer.

>> By the way, when you look at data as well, I mean, you see Hispanics overwhelmingly repudiating Donald Trump. I mean, you just look at New Jersey municipalities that are 60% Hispanic. You take a look at these results. I mean, the shift from Harris to Mikey Cheryl is like plus 50, like a 50point swing. I wonder if it's because Donald Trump rounds up Hispanic people and sends them to concentration camp and kills them and disappears them. I wonder I wonder if that's one of the reasons, Donald and Steven Miller, because you're torturing anyone with brown skin regardless even if they're an American citizen or not, and you're torturing human beings here in the United States.

Also, folks, there was a major Supreme Court uh hearing this morning on Donald Trump's use of tariffs against the world. The Supreme Court's uh right-wing members did not seem to be buying what Donald Trump's uh was selling that Trump has this power. It seems like Donald Trump's tariffs against the world will be struck down as unlawful, as unconstitutional, which has ravaged our country. But here you have uh Justice Gorsuch, a Trump appointee, questioning the solicitor general, the top lawyer in the DOJ who argues before the Supreme Court, a guy named John Sour. Sounds a bit sour.

Here, play this clip.

>> It's a major question question though. Could the president impose a 50% tariff on gas powered cars and auto parts to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat from abroad of climate change? It's very likely that that could be done. Uh that very likely.

>> I think that has to be the logic of your view.

>> Yeah. In other words, obviously this administration would say that's a hoax. It's not a real crisis. But uh I'm sure you would.

>> Yes. But that'd be a question for Congress under our interpretation, not for the courts.

>> All right. And then

>> and just getting the data right here. I thought this was a good quick report from CNN on the 18 to 19 year olds who were so incredibly motivated uh for Prop 50. But we saw that 18 to 19year-old plus 40 swing to mom Donnie plus 14 swing to Mikey to Abigail Spamber plus 10 11 for Mikey Cheryl. Uh Gen Z overwhelmingly despises and hates Donald Trump now cuz they feel that they were defrauded by Donald Trump that he promised he would make their lives easy, help them get jobs. And they're like, "You screwed us. You screwed us so badly. You lied to us. This was a massive rug pull is what the 18 to 29 year olds are saying here.

Play this clip.

>> Yeah, that's right, Boris. As of late October in the efforts in support of this proposition, spent about $80 million in just television ad revenue alone. Groups opposing it have spent about 30 million. So, a lot of money being poured into this. And we're actually seeing that it appears to be working. We've actually spoken to a lot of voters who have come out, firsttime voters, young voters, 18, 19 year olds who say they either didn't or weren't able to vote in the last presidential election and so they felt really uh just moved to come here and vote today. Take a listen to one voter we just spoke with.

>> I voted yes on Prop 50.

>> Where did you hear about it and why did you feel it was important to come out here and vote yes?

>> Um, I heard about it on the news and um, just social media and everything and I did some more research about it. Um, and yeah, I really wanted to make sure that I made an effort to make sure that everybody's voice is heard and that it's a fair fight.

I spoke to another young woman who said she heard about it on TikTok. All of her friends have been talking about it and so she knew it was important and knew she needed to come out here and vote. As we know, Proposition 50 is the only measure on the statewide ballot. So really struck by how many people are coming out to make sure their voices are heard on this. You can see that the workers, they're sorting ballots behind us and we'll be keeping track on this for the rest of the day. Forest,

>> just one more thing to note this morning and we'll have our legal analysts cover this in more detail. There was a major hearing before a magistrate judge in the James Comey criminal place criminal case uh magistrate judge Fitzpatrick who by the way was a previously a prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia. So is very familiar with uh that office and what Trump has done by destroying all of the lawyers, nonpartisan, but even the Republican lawyers in that office so that Trump could install Lindseay Halligan. How Trump has defaced and defiled a once proud prosecutorial office. Um, so, uh, Magistrate Judge Fitzpatrick ordered all grand jury minutes be turned over to Comey's lawyers by 5:00 PM tomorrow, as well as all search materials with explanations of how they were obtained, filtered, and preserved. And Magistrate Judge Fitzpatrick commented on how highly unusual this procedural posture is, where it seems the Trump regime indicted first and investigated later. That's never what you want a magistrate judge to say in your case. The humiliation continues for a humiliating and despicable individual named Lindseay Halligan, Pam Bondi, and the entire Trump regime who's destroyed the credibility of the DOJ and specifically also that Eastern District of Virginia office, proud, great prosecutors. That office has been destroyed by idiots like Halagan. We're seeing this across the country as well. Stay strong, prosecutors. that the good ones. The good ones out there. Um, we know what's up.
