If you think publishing more content will improve your boat but your positions in LLMs, you are simply ruining your acquisition. And what I am going to explain to you now in the next 10 minutes will be hyper decisive for your acquisition in the next 5 years. We are currently in 2025. By 2029, it is estimated that 87% of search will therefore be on LLMs, leaving only 13% for traditional search as for example on Google. It's not me saying it, it's Semrush. It's a study by Semrush that demonstrated this famous statistic. And yet, what I still see every day is that more than 90% of people who do organic acquisition are still doing it the same way as in 2019. Most sites are already losing 80% of their organic acquisition without even knowing how to renew themselves, and they are losing it simply because of a single element, their organic ecosystem. The problem is not your content, it's not your backlinks either, it's the fact that you are not learning how LLMs work and how they will work in the future years. So you publish, you optimize, you analyze, but your system is completely frozen in the current era and you remain stuck in the system of the simple search engine. And while you continue to continuously optimize your pages without necessarily understanding why you are doing it, and while you continue to optimize your pages without even understanding why you are doing it, the problem is that your competitors are already starting to invest in this famous organic ecosystem and are getting ahead of you and thus gaining ground in LLMs. From now on, just give me 10 minutes and I will concretely explain how you can explode your SEO results, but also prepare your future for LLMs. The objective is not to create an acquisition for the next two years where traditional SEO will still be interesting, but to still be present in the future years. The objective is to make your universe, your business, a reference for AIs.
So, before we start, don't hesitate to leave a little like and subscribe if you haven't already. And let's start directly with the three steps to create this ecosystem. First part, we are going to reawaken your dormant content. You already have pages that have traffic or had traffic but that you have completely forgotten. Pages that climbed in the SERPs, that bring you leads, sales, and then suddenly nothing more. But what you don't know is that these pages can quickly climb back up and bring you results. And yet, 90% of people who do SEO or work in organic acquisition continue to publish for the sake of publishing without necessarily thinking, when you have a ton of pages already in reserve that only need to be reawakened. The impact of this is that it necessarily impacts your authority. It generates zombie pages if you also have technical problems, and thus you slow down your progress and you decrease this famous overall authority score of your site. Google and LLMs have one thing in common. When a page stagnates, the freshness signal turns off. Google will measure the activity of your page. Updates, click signals, behavior on your pages, time spent, recent backlinks, and it is especially focused on user experience with the algorithm you know, which is Nave Boost. If there is no movement, it will necessarily reduce the crawl frequency on these pages. Less crawl means simply fewer chances to rank in the SERPs for queries that interest you. And conversely, a page that is updated, both in terms of content, linking, and authority, will benefit from a freshness bonus, reactivate signals, and thus relaunch relevance evaluation. With Google Search Console, you can easily audit these pages that are little or not crawled. Indeed, dormant content is a page that had potential and is declining over time. So if you see, for example, that positions are declining over time, you must prioritize it because if you ranked well at one point, there is no reason why you cannot climb back to the best positions. But this necessarily involves re-evaluating all the signals we just mentioned. Beyond simply answering intentions, try to understand the real intention with a simple ChatGPT prompt. You can easily collect the "People Also Ask," related searches, and also the high overviews once they are accessible, especially in France. And there, you will be able to ask ChatGPT to give you the correct intention that lies behind a query or an intention. Gradually move away from basic questions and truly understand the needs and motivations of users behind intentions. How to easily recover these pages that need to be reawakened? You can use Semrush or for example Sranking, which will collect pages where you are positioned between 4th and 10th position. This is the first Quick Wins element that I recommend. These pages already have an interesting ranking but deserve to be improved. Again, prioritize the user's real intention. Understand what lies behind the "People Also Ask," the answers from AI overviews, related searches, etc. Make a mix of them to truly understand what the user wants and integrate it into your content. Secondly, you can optimize the QBST with a Natural Language Processing tool like Serpent, which I recommend for finding entities, an adapted lexical field to improve your page's comprehension. Update your heading structure to respond to new intentions. Second point, you must not touch the deep structure, otherwise you risk starting from scratch. What we want is to enrich a page. Adding a statistic, a piece of data, or a date, for example, will allow you to provide fresh information, something that ChatGPT cannot necessarily produce on its own. And finally, relaunch the crawl with tools that will allow you to have rapid indexing like Index Mina or Foudroyeur for example, or simply go to Google Search Console, enter your site's URL, and request indexing. Last point to share this authority, make sure you have enough backlinks to rank for your main query or the query you are targeting with this page. Otherwise, it's useless. Share it with your ecosystem, whether it's an email list, LinkedIn, YouTube. The best engagement signals you will have will ultimately help you improve your page's behavior. And thus Nav Boost will recognize it and promote you. And finally, I will always end with the best strategy: rework your internal linking on the page in question by adding up to 10 internal links when relevant and also a diversity of anchors to respond to multiple intentions.
Let's now move on to the second part concerning intelligent internal linking. Most sites do internal linking randomly. They install an automatic plugin or extension and think that internal linking is done that way. However, links everywhere in all directions without any coherence are useless. The result is simple: the engine or the crawler no longer understands what is important or not, nor which page deserves to rank instead of another. You must understand that Google analyzes your linking as a huge graph. Each link transmits a fraction of the distributed popularity, and this is what is called internal PageRank. Each page has a quantity of SEO energy, which is PageRank. When you create a link, you distribute this share of energy to the target page. The more contextual and higher up in the content the link is, the more weight it will have. Conversely, too many links will necessarily dilute the PageRank. Google doesn't just follow links; it also evaluates the thematic coherence between two pages using vector models like Bert or Mom. So if you create a link between two pages that makes no sense, it has no relevance for you. How to easily review your internal linking? That's what we're going to see now. First point is to propagate authority through strategic hubs. We will start by identifying the pages that concentrate the most PageRank. That is to say, we will take the pages that have a lot of internal links, that receive the most internal linking, and also that receive the most backlinks. We will simply remove business pages from our sorting because we do not want to dilute their PageRank since they are business pages and therefore important by definition. From these pages, ideally they should be informational or support pages. We will create internal links to strategic pages. You can easily audit strategic pages that lack internal linking, for example, with Screaming Frog. And there, you will simply create three to five links from these hub pages, which concentrate maximum PageRank, to pages that are thematically and semantically close. Don't forget, as always, the diversity of anchors to bring maximum value and power. Second point, we will strengthen clusters. You must have thematic clusters around the queries and topics you are targeting. For example, you have a cluster around office training. If you sell training, then behind it, you must have a silo, a kind of semantic cocoon, also in the form of siloing, which will be around the office aspect. Your support pages will be linked to office software like Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc., and the final page that benefits will necessarily be the commercial page, which will, for example, offer office training. LLMs will associate you as an expert in the subject you are dealing with, and we are talking about topical authority. Third point, we will necessarily boost business pages. The objective is to direct authority towards the pages that bring us the most revenue. Always dissociate business pages from support pages. Support pages only link to business pages. Business pages only link to business pages if it is coherent, but never to support pages. Here, we are talking about classic internal linking, but we will perhaps come back to it in a future video, which is to move from the internal linking model to the Knowledge Graph for LLMs. The Knowledge Graph is the next level to help LLMs so that they can read, understand, and store the information you provide and become a reference in a specific subject. But we will come back to that in a future video.
Third and last part, it's the organic ecosystem. The majority of companies today think that SEO is keywords plus backlinks and Google. But in 2025, this vision is not yet dead because it still works, but it is gradually coming to an end. Be careful, SEO is far from dead. SEO is no longer an isolated channel. It is a living system where each content, each link, and each authority signal nourishes the others. And this is exactly what I call an organic ecosystem today. And it is simply the strategy that I apply for my own company and also for my clients. It is literally the fusion between SEO, LLMs, and multi-format acquisition channels like LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc. The objective is no longer just to rank in Google, but to exist in all cognitive spaces where your prospects are, especially where they are looking for answers. You must understand that the organic ecosystem has two visions. The first is to respond at all levels, let's say, of inbound marketing or content marketing. So whether it's bottom of the funnel, middle of the funnel, or top of the funnel. To be present at all levels to respond to all levels of awareness of your prospects in terms of education and conversion. And the second point is also to be a reference by building personal branding and your authority in order to anticipate the rise of LLMs and thus be that famous reference in your sector. The interest behind this is not just to do simple SEO because ultimately it will not necessarily be enough now, but it is to create an algorithmic existence. The more coherent and precise your universe is in relation to your sector, the more LLMs will be able to cite you as a reliable source. And this is exactly what we are aiming for. But at the same time, you can also develop your business, your acquisition without spending more on ads, simply by being intelligently present on the platforms where your prospects are. And this is exactly what we do, for example, for my clients who are training organizations, where on average with this, they achieve more than 200% return on investment in less than 3 months. But not only that, because even an e-commerce company that I accompanied recently, it did more, it x 3.4 on its turnover by applying these same mechanics. We will extend the video a little bit to share the five levers of a high-performing organic ecosystem. The first is intention as a starting point. Everything starts with a unique search intention. For example, to train in a certain field. Second point is semantic coherence. Each format will speak the same language, the same terminology, the same entities, the same angles of perception. Then, we will do intelligent recycling. Each platform will have its own content adapted to its metrics and its mode of operation. It is useless to mindlessly republish content everywhere, it doesn't work. However, you can create once and intelligently adapt it. A YouTube video can also be shorts or TikToks that are intelligently redone to meet the platform's requirements. It can also be a LinkedIn post, a carousel, and ultimately content on your site responding to a query. The objective is to feed all channels without exhausting yourself. Fourth point is data-driven feedback. Each channel will ultimately improve your SEO. Watch time on videos, engagement on your site, brand searches, competition rate, CTR, and thus by improving your SEO, your organic, let's say, simply by being more present on search engines, you will ultimately feed LLMs that will draw from your data to either cite you or propose you as a solution to prospects' problems. For me, SEO is no longer played on a single page, it is played on a complete ecosystem. And whoever understands this today, and this is exactly what I am implementing, honestly, I sincerely believe that in the coming years, it will be incredible. So if you want to go further, if you want to learn at least the basics of SEO from a technical and strategic point of view, to gradually move towards an organic ecosystem, you have in the description my training program that will teach you step by step, all these elements. I will guide you, I will explain, I will share my screen, and you will necessarily increase your skills, develop your business, and ultimately develop this famous ecosystem. I hope you enjoyed the video. Don't hesitate to leave a little like, comment, and subscribe if you haven't already. You are more and more numerous, which is great. I hope to see you in the next video. And in the meantime, take care. See you very soon. It's Victor. Ciao. See you in the next video. And in the meantime, take care. See you very soon. It's Victor.
