What up? What up? What up? What up? What up, you absolute legends? Welcome to the fifth and sadly final day of the workshop. I hope you guys have had an incredible weekend. I hope you guys had a nice three or four days to, what was that? Three, Thursday, Friday, three, three, fourish, uh, days to rest, recover, and come back sharp because today we are basically going to take everything we've learned and summarize it and compress it down in the main session.

But before we do that, of course, you guys are my VIPs. You guys get priority, and you guys will also get, uh, the most nitty-gritty, in-depth training. Um, that unfortunately, you know, I'm just not going to give people that aren't my VIPs, uh, that sort of access in the main session. So, with that being said, the way today is going to work is we are going to have, uh, Luis, uh, who you guys obviously, uh, saw, um, you know, just a few days ago. We're going to have Luis come in and give you a very, very, very in-depth training on how to actually, uh, proceed once you've, uh, brought on your first creator. It's been incredible to see over the space of the last few days, we've actually had people already sign and many people in fact already sign their first creators. Uh, so it's been, um, you know, it's been an incredible, incredible journey thus far. So Luis is going to come on. He has a presentation and then at the end, uh, myself and Jason will come back on. We got some a MacBook to give away and a FaceTime winner, uh, to give away as well. So, ladies and gentlemen, please give a warm, warm, warm welcome to the man, the myth, the legend, Luis. We'll swap places and we'll chat soon.

>> There we go. Thank you, bro. There we are. And we are back, guys. Let me just get myself ready here with our presentation right in front of us. Let's see. Looks better here. There we go. Yeah, that looks good. How's everyone doing? Uh, Tristan, can I see the comments there? Here we go. How's everyone? Nice.

All right. So, today we have a very good presentation in front of us here. We already covered how to find your creators, how to get your yeses, how to create a product for your creator. And today is, I'm, I'm not sure if I should say the most important, but one of the most important, if not the most important session so far because we're going to talk about how to get results for that creator once you have signed them because truth is, if you just stick to this for long enough, you're going to get a creator. You're going to get to that yes eventually. It can take one week, like, or even days, like it took a few of the guys already inside monetized, already following the challenge and applying this. It can take a few weeks. It can take a few months. Whatever it takes, you are going to get to that yes, as long as you stick to this, right? So, you already know how to do that. You already know how to create a product for the creator once you have signed them. Today is about how do we actually get them results because they have the most important, the most valuable asset you can have today, which is a solid, responding, engaging audience, right? And you get to tap on this audience to monetize it with a digital product.

Now, it's not as simple as just putting a link to your product there and expecting people to buy, right? If it was that easy, everyone, every one of those creators will be making a lot of money. That's why they need you because it's not that simple. There's some art to it and today you're going to see the behind the scenes of what this art looks like and how you can implement that yourself. Okay. So, Tristan, please, if you can get the presentation here up on screen. There we go. I'm going to be using my iPad here. Let me put it right here. That should be the, the best place here. Then we're going to go through today's agenda, which is basically launching your product to the audience using this strategy that we're going to be talking about here. The three phases of the strategy and then the breakdown of what it is. Well, you already know what the strategy looks like. We already talked about it, especially on episode three. We broke down quite, uh, specifically and in depth during the main general session, but today I'm going to give you some, a little bit of a different insight that you still haven't gotten on why this works, how to make it work, and how we apply this in practice.

So, at this point, as I have already said, you have the offer statement, which is what we mapped out together on my last session here with the VIPs. You have mapped out the transformation, structured everything into stages and milestones. The product's ready. Now what? Think about the creator here for a second. Okay, they have been working with your audience for potentially at this point, years. Some of them months, some of them years, right? They have been nurturing this audience. They have been engaging with them. They have been creating content for a long, long time. And most of them, the creators that we're looking for here, they haven't really sold them anything. They haven't really sold the audience anything. They just have been given, given, given, and given. It's almost as if you think like you're a farmer, okay? You have a farm and you have been planting seeds. You have been watering them. You have been growing, taking care of all those, those fruitful, uh, seeds that you have planted for a long time now, potentially for years, but you never went there and actually harvested the fruits of those seeds, right? And that's what we're doing here because they have done all the hard work for us. They have done the 99% of going there every single day, planting the seeds, watering the plants, making sure they are growing very, very well. But they just never harvest. There's all these trees full of fruits, full of apples for us to just go there and grab them. And that's what we're going to teach you to do today. And this is what I call, I use this word a lot with my team, uh, here at, at educate at consulting.com. We call it pent-up demand. What is a pent-up demand? Pent-up demand is when there's a lot of people who follow one creator and they really like what that creator posts. They really engage with that creator. They like them as a person as well, and they would be willing to take a next step with them. They would be willing to buy a product, but they just probably haven't been asked about it. They probably haven't seen a product being offered to them. So, there's all this pent-up demand that's been pent up over the years that's there for us to tap into it, right? And that's what makes those creators so powerful because there's a lot of pent-up demand that if you were to create yourself or create, uh, an account and start posting yourself as a creator, it would take years for you to buy. But these guys, they already have the pent-up demand. That's also why it's so important that when you're choosing the creators, you choose creators that don't yet have a product. Because if they have a product already, they have already taken care, they have already liquidated a little bit, if not all of that pent-up demand. So, we're taking advantage of, uh, it's an unfair advantage that we have here is the pent-up demand and that's what makes everything work here. So, again, the audience, they watch their content, they like their content, they trust them. So all that trust, all that authority, all that goodwill is just sitting there. And your job as a shadow operator is to monetize, is to move the last 1% that they haven't done yet and make it happen. And we do that through our 14-day Instagram story sequences. Again, we have already broken down that strategy. Today, we're going deeper into it. Let's just take a little bit of a step back here before we go into the specifics. I'm going to break the three phases of the sequence and I'm going to break down day by day what we're doing there and how we're trying to accomplish that. But before we do that, like, let's just ask ourselves here in the first place, why are we going with Instagram here? Why is Instagram the tool of choice? And why specifically stories, right? And here's the thing, like when you open your Instagram, what's the first thing that you do there? Is it scrolling through the feed or do you usually just click at the stories? Most likely 90% of the times when you go there, you tap in the stories, right? You don't really scroll through the feed. So the stories, this is the most, today in all of social media, there's no other medium or channel where you have more direct feedback, more, uh, timely feedback that happens in real time, real-time feedback to what's happening in someone's life than stories. Stories, you post multiple times throughout the day. Now, if you have a YouTube video, for example, you're not going to post three YouTube videos a day. Even if you have an Instagram post on the, on the feed, you're not going to post on the feed three times a day, right? You're going to post once and it's probably going to be like once a week, maybe once a month even. Now, stories, people are expecting you to post once a day or for creators, potentially even more, multiple times a day. So, it's a direct feedback. It's almost like a sora into that creator's lives, right? So we get to take advantage of that because one, people are already expecting them to post that, and two, they are already trained at this point to then follow every single thing this creator is posting. They already want to consume that content. So it's the most, again, direct real-time feedback we can have with someone in any type of social media work that. So we're going to take advantage of that here. Right? And again, that's where you feel like you're keeping up with someone's day-to-day. That's where you interact. That's where the audience becomes warm. It goes from a cold audience that doesn't really know you to get, getting that feeling of like, it's almost like this guy is my best friend. I know everything they do and you never really interacted with them, potentially never even talked to them. But it feels like for you as the follower that they are your best friend. You know everything they do. You know everything they like. You know how they view the world, their word views, their core values. So it's a very, very powerful tool that we're going to use to our advantage here.

Now, this 14-day sequence, it's not random. There's a structure to it. And that's very important for you guys to understand because think about anytime you're going to go buy something. Anytime you're in a buying journey for anything, it can be a car. It can be a book. It can be anything that you're considering buying right now. You can even think if there's someone right now that you want to buy, you haven't purchased yet. You're probably going through this journey yourself right now. And it looks somewhat like this. Okay? You become aware if you have a problem. You become aware that there's a solution to that problem. Right? Maybe you're not even aware that there's a product that offers you that solution yet, but you just know that I have back pain. Apparently, there's a few treatments out there that can fix my back pain. Right? It's something as simple as that. Then you start paying a little bit more attention to those solutions. You start hearing more about it. You start learning. Sometimes you go out there trying to find content yourself to then learn more about this. You then start seeing proof. If you're following a specific creator, if you're following someone that talks about this, you start seeing proof that that solution that you've been thinking about, the product you've been thinking about, it actually works in practice. People are applying it. People are getting good results from it. Or maybe it's just a car and you see people using that car and you like that car and start seeing people saying that, oh, this car is good because of this, this, and that. You start seeing proof that other people like this solution, right? And then you start imagine, okay, what it would life, what would it be like in my life to have this in my life, this car, this, uh, solution to my back pain. You start picturing yourself with that, right? And then you start considering the objections, but I don't know, it's too expensive, or I don't know if this is the right car for me, or if it's going to work for me. I'm not entirely sure. You start to ask those questions, right? And then eventually you yourself start finding those solutions, or maybe someone brings those solutions to those questions to you, and you start to feel some urgency. Yeah, everyone's getting it, I'm not getting it. I think it's the right time now. I feel like I'm convinced. I feel like this is the best thing for me. And then, and only then, you make the decision to buy.

Now, all of this, it doesn't usually happen like, all at once. You don't go through all of this in like five, 10 minutes, right? It takes sometimes a lot of time to go through that. Sometimes it takes weeks. And that's exactly why our Instagram story sequence here is not a today Instagram story sequence. It's not a one-day Instagram story sequence. It's not a three-post story sequence that we post everything in three hours. No, no, no, no. It's a buying journey that we're following here. We are emulating this real-life customer journey. It doesn't happen in a day. Most of the times, although it can, especially for like simple decisions, you can take all of those decisions and go through this entire process all at once, 100%. But most people don't. That's the truth. If you think of everything you have ever purchased, most of the times this entire journey took you a while, right? It didn't happen like that. So that's what we are emulating here with this sequence. And as I said, this 14-day sequence, it mirrors this process. It takes people from, "I don't even know this exists yet," to, "I'm ready to buy," in a natural, authentic way. That's why we take two weeks with all of this because everything here is preparing people to take this next step. We don't try to take them from, "Oh, you become aware there's a solution," to them going all the way here to, "You made the decision and you want to buy now." No, no, no. We take one step at a time. And that's where most people fail here. They try to skip steps. So, the beauty of everything that we're going to do here today is that you don't get to skip steps. And you don't even need to think about the steps because there's a formula. The formula is built. All you need to do is follow the formula. It's a very step-by-step formula. There's not much, uh, room for you to, oh, I want to add a day, I want to remove a day. No, no, no. The formula is here. All you need to do to be successful with this is follow the formula. Okay, that's the idea here. And again, when I'm going through this process, guys, just keep in mind that what I'm doing here, it's kind of like when you go travel to a new place and you're going to drive there and someone just drives you there first and shows like, oh, here you have to take this turn and after this bridge, you're going to have to go there. But you don't need to have all of that deep into your mind. It's just for you to know what the process, what the way, what the route looks like, right? But you still have the GPS there. The GPS is telling you exactly where you need to go. So, here is the same. And it's almost as if we not only have the GPS, but we have a Tesla that drives the way there for you. But it's good to know what the way is going to look like regardless, right? So, when I'm guiding you through this, just thinking about it this way. I am kind of like the GPS just guiding you here. But at the end of the day, when you're going to do this yourself, you're gonna have the GPS. You're going to have the tools, especially if you have the specialized AI, it's going to do all the work for you. It's kind of like having the Tesla that drives you there. So, the idea here is just to show you the way. It's not for you to know exactly every single turn that you need to take because if you want to go that approach, that takes time, that's hard to learn, right? And we don't want to, we don't want to go for something that's hard. We want to go for something that's easy. That's what the smart choices are here, right?

So, let me break down the sequence now for you. Before I do that, let me just grab some water here because I've been talking a lot and I will talk a lot. So, we got to get hydrated here. There we go. Now, we're ready to get into the three phases of this sequence. First one is the warm-up phase. Now, here's the idea. Most people when they think about, okay, I'm going to launch a product with a digital creator, with a micro creator, they think, okay, I'm going to post something and then I'm going to post a link to buy. It's like a one-two direct to sale type of approach. This is completely the opposite of approach of what we're doing here. When we want people to buy something, we don't want to start with anything that even reminds them of a sale. We want to start the exact opposite approach. We want to just start a conversation. We want to ask them questions. Phase one is the warm-up, right? And this is where, as you can see here, we start a conversation without them realizing that they're even an offer in the first place. The creator's audience is just scrolling through their story. So if you just go, "Oh, I have something to sell you." What happens? Guard up. Now they have their guards up. Everything is way harder for you to do. What do we want to do instead? Guards down, right? We don't want them to have their guards up. So we start very chill here. We start a conversation. We don't start a sales speech. We don't start trying to sell them. That's the last thing you want to do and it's the hardest thing as well to try to try to start selling them right away. Just want to start by having a simple conversation. Best way to start a conversation works in life anywhere. Ask a question. People love to talk about their own problems. Ask them a question. What's their problem? And you're going to see later on when I bring you to, uh, day one. Usually the way it starts, it's something along the lines of, "I've been thinking about something. I have been, uh, having this thoughts for a while. I've been seeing people struggling with problem X, Y, and Z, and they've been trying to find the solution, but what they actually don't realize is that everything they're trying to do, the reasons not working to fix this problem is because they don't even understand the problem correctly in the first place. So, I've been, uh, just thinking about that and working on solutions for that. So before I even talk you about, talk to you about the solutions I've been developing for that, I want to hear from you, like, what have you been struggling with when it comes to topic, when it comes to weight loss, when it comes to growing your tomatoes, when it comes to taking care of your children, making sure they are being raised correctly, you just add the topic there and you ask people, what's the main thing you've been struggling with? That's all we're doing here in phase one, in warm-up. That's all we're doing. We're opening a conversation for people to just start venting about their problems and then we're going to use that to our advantage later. It looks something like this. The audience, the people following them, every single, uh, follower of the creator, they already want to tell them what they are struggling with. They're dealing with problem all alone right now, right? They don't have anything to talk about that. Most people are living this constant situation of having problems that they cannot talk to anyone about them. Right now, someone is asking them about it for the first time. That's already feels different. So, that's very good. They now have a safe space to start talking about this. This creates a lot of connection, right? That's what we're doing here. They start responding. They start opening up and they start engaging in ways they didn't before. That starts to create a connection, right? That's how we create connections as human beings is by talking about our problems, talking about how our life has been. Then while we're doing that, we're also doing something else. We're gathering intelligence because we're seeing, okay, what are the things they're struggling with? What are the main problems they're describing? What are the words they're using to describe this problem? What they have tried already and it didn't work. What are they afraid of? We're going to gather all this intelligence and we're going to use it later when it comes to promoting, when it comes time to promoting our product, right? But we're right now, we're just gathering this. We're not using any of this just yet. And then all this information we're going to use. And this phase, the creator isn't selling, but everyone's listening. We are validating everything that everyone's saying and we're giving value. Then once we end phase one, all we're doing here again, we're building interest. We're building trust and we are saying and proving that we understand people's problems. And then by the end of this three days, people should feel like they have been part of a conversation. They, they should feel seen and feel like the creator gets them. That's the feeling one here. The most important thing here, guys, is the feeling that you get out of every single day that you're posting. It's not about having the right words in the right place or anything like that. It's the feeling. The feeling is what that matters here. And it's very important here that again, you guys understand that you don't need to understand or you don't need to know how to elicit those feelings or how to elicit those emotions. That's prebuilt into the formula. The formula does that for you. I'm just walking you through what the formula is doing here. Cool.

Then phase two, we go into value delivery. That's where we deliver a lot of value. We show, we prove to the audience that we can actually solve this problem, that in the first place, there's actually a solution to their problem. And then once we show that solution, we show them that there's a step-by-step to accomplish to get to that solution. And then that's basically what we're doing here. Now, just think about it. Would you buy a digital product from a creator who has never shown that they actually know what they are doing, that they can actually do what they're promising to do? Probably wouldn't, right? So, you need to show them what's possible here. We need to show the step-by-step. And here we start painting the pictures clear enough that the audience can see themselves in it. The creator teaches them the methodology. They show them the framework and they break down the steps they need to solve this. And again, this can start to feel a little bit complex, like, "Oh, but I don't know the framework. Do I need to develop the framework myself? What about the methodology? Is that the creator or should I do that myself?" Again, you shouldn't do that yourself. The creator doesn't need to do that yourself. The specialized AI does that for you. You can do that yourself if you want to. It's very hard though. It's very hard. You don't want to go for things that are hard at first. You want to go for what's easy. Once easy works, then you can add complexity on top of it. It's what I said on, uh, VIP number three. I think it was, uh, you start with simple. Once simple works, you add complexity on top of the simple. That's what we're doing here. AI doesn't work. You just click the buttons. That's what we're doing. But then once we do all of that, the idea here is that we are teaching them without giving them everything. And then how do you do that? Well, think about a personal trainer. Let's say you have knee problems, right? You're struggling with knee problems. And then they're showing you some exercises on how we can fix those knee problems. Now, what you can do as a personal trainer, as you can see, you can say that I'm going to show you the exact exercise, the exact, uh, order or sequence of exercises that you need to do every single day if you want to fix your knee problem. Now, what you're going to need here is you're going to need this elastic band that I have because most of the exercises, they involve this elastic band. So, what we are doing with the content here is we're giving them part of the solution, but at the same time creating the gap for something else that it's what we're going to sell later. And then the personal trainer can sell the elastic bands that they're going to use in the exercise. So, we're giving them the solution at the same time filling or creating the gap that's going to be filled by our product later. That's what we're doing this phase. And again, this can get a little bit complex to do that, but the AI has all of that pre-worked into it, so you don't need to worry about it. And then the creator here, this, he's teaching enough that they are honest beliefs, this works, but they're creating the gaps for the offer to, to fill, to fill later on. And then we are building social proof and momentum while we do that. Those are the psychological buy buttons that we talked about. It's the social proof, all other people showing other people applying this and getting results out of this. And the momentum of every single day, there's more people and more people talking about this and asking questions and showing results. And then that's basically the creator planting the seeds that there's a product here. There's a solution here that I'm going to offer to you later on. And they are mentioning, there's something coming. We're basically creating anticipation that we end this phase. And the audience should be thinking by the time we end this phase, that, "I want more of this. I want to help actually implementing this." That's the feeling. It's like, "I see it works. I want to do this. I see logically why it makes sense that this works because there's a step-by-step to it. There's a framework to it. But I also know that probably I cannot implement that myself. So I'd love to have someone helping me implement this." That's the idea that we want to get out of the value delivery phase. Okay.

And then, if you do a good job here, everything else becomes very easy because then phase three, let me scroll up to phase three here. Phase three is very simple. Phase three is open cart. What open cart means is now the product is available for sale. It's when you open the doors to your product. It's when people can actually buy your product in the first place, or the creator's product in this case, right? People can buy the creator's product. Their followers are now able to click there, put their credit card and buy the product. That's what's open cart. And, uh, this is where the creator converts all the trust and anticipation into the actual sales, but it doesn't feel like a hard page because the creator has already done all the work. So everything that we're doing up to this point, the idea is that we are creating the right anticipation, the right moments for that. When it comes time to say, "I have an offer," people are not saying, "Ah, I don't know if I want this," or, "Ah, now he's going to hard pitch me." No, no, no. They're saying, "Please tell me about it. I want to learn more about this." Ideally, ideally, even before I get to this phase, they are going to be already asking about like, "Is there a way for me to learn more about this? Do you have any product that talks about this?" Ideally, we're going to get to this phase with people asking those questions already. That's when you know everything else worked so well. And then with the work we have done beforehand, once we get to this, guys, it's easy. It's easy. All the work's already done. We just need to follow the steps from this point onwards because they have already proven that they know what they're doing. So the creator, in this case, they have already shown their audience that the transformation is possible and there's people getting through this transformation right now in front of their eyes, and they have already addressed most of the objections through the teaching phase too. So then, once you open the cart in the first day, the offer is very, very clear and all you need to do here is answer those three questions. What are they getting? What does it cost? And what are the bonuses? That's basically it, right? It's very, very simple. You just got to put the offer in front of them and explain. Usually, I use a framework that's basically, here's what the offer looks like. Here's how much it costs. Here's what you got to do next. Here's, uh, what's going to look like once you're inside. That's basically it. You just explain what it looks like. It's very simple. You don't need to overcomplicate this, right? And then from this point onwards, the next few days, because we are going here from day 10, I believe. Yeah. Then day 10 to day 14. So those are five days in total. Uh, you're going to be driving some urgency there as well. So every single day that you get closer to the end of the promotion, you add more urgency, saying, "You only have 48 hours to buy," "48 hours left to buy," "You only have 24 hours left to buy." You keep adding that urgency and at the end, there's a lot of urgency, scarcity, and fear of missing out in the audience. And then you just get everyone that's sitting on the fence. Everyone there converts. That's the idea here. This, as I said, it follows the natural, uh, development of a human relationship. That's why this formula is built this way. And it's built throughout two weeks, not one day. Because human relationships develop over time. And just that time that you have in between days that people are thinking about you without you being there, without you talking to them, when they're going about their day-to-day lives, that's the most important thing you can have ever, ever. There's nothing more powerful than that. And even if you think about human relationships, when people fall in love, they say that people fall in love not when you are with the person, but when you're not with them. When you're thinking about them, but not with them. It's the same thing here. People make the decision to buy, not when you're pitching about them. Not when you're talking to them on Instagram, but when they are not there, when they're thinking about what you said three hours ago on your Instagram stories. That's when they make that decision. That's when they create their stories inside their heads in order for them to buy. They justify logically that they should buy this with the stories they create in their heads, and those stories, they get created in this time when you're not with them. So that's why this is so powerful because we have 14 opportunities for them to think about those stories and think about what you said, think about your products or your creator's products and what the creator said throughout the days, right?

And then, let's understand each day of the sequence here. Uh, again, I want you to understand the strategy, why each day exists, why it's building, what it's building towards, and how it fits into the bigger sequence. So, let's understand the day-to-day strategy. Again, you don't need to know exactly what we're doing every single day, uh, from the top of your head because the formula does that for you. The formula is there. You just follow the formula. But let me walk through everything. As I said, day one is the most simple one. It is where we open with a question. It's exactly what I said, "I've been thinking about something before or lately and, uh, I've been seeing a lot of people struggling with this, especially you, my followers, been talking about this. So I have been working on a very, uh, big project on this, on solving this problem, but before I even make this available to you or before I even talk this about to you, I would like to know what's your biggest obstacle when it comes to growing bigger tomatoes, right?" Or whatever topic it is, you just put the question there, the desired outcome, the problem. "What's your biggest struggle with, uh, growing tomatoes in the first place? What's the biggest thing stopping you from having the perfect tomato farm?" Right? The desired outcome there. It's very simple. You're just asking a question there in the first day.

Then day two is where we use validation and value. We're not necessarily answering. It's not a Q&A here, okay? It's not a Q&A that we're going to answer all your questions. That's not what we're doing. The idea here is to validate that there are more people facing the same problem. And the way we do this is very simple. We start to pose all the screenshots, for example, of people asking these questions. We start to pose the screenshots of people DMing you something or the creator or something and the creator responding to those DMs, right? We're opening a conversation here and we're validating that there are more people that face the exact, this exact same problem that you face. You're not alone in this. There are more people facing this. So, you're creating a lot of social proof and validation here. And then of course, you can answer one or two questions and give, you want to give some value there already. The creator wants to give some value there already in the second day for people to see, "Okay, there are things here that I haven't thought about before and, uh, there could be solutions that I don't know about, so I'm interested in this." But the main idea is the validation, right? Uh, we activate reciprocity as well by answering those questions and now the audience feels like they owe attention, engagement, maybe even a purchase later.

And then day three, it's more about community. Day three is about transforming individual viewers into community and building anticipation for the next phase that's about to come. You're showcasing again the engagement for day one, day two. You're opening more conversations. You're showing more screenshots of people DMing you, people asking the question box, uh, on Instagram, the from the creator, and the best questions, insightful comments, people who are implementing what was shared. You start sharing all of that. That creates belonging because it feels like everyone is in a big fire pit conversation. Everyone's around the same fire pit and they're discussing one specific topic and everyone has a voice there about a problem that they don't get to talk about anywhere else. So that creates the sense of community and from this point onwards, you win this day, this third day saying that, "Okay, what happened? What just happened this last three days? It's been amazing. I really like this guys. I really like this connection that I have with you guys. So, I decided that from Monday onwards, or from tomorrow onwards, we are going to dedicate an entire week for this and I'm going to be delivering a lot of value and show you how to fix the problems that we talked about here and all those questions that you guys have." So, we're creating anticipation for the next phase, which is the value delivery phase that starts on day four. So, we just finished the first phase, now we're getting to the second phase, right?

And day four is the opportunity here. The idea is that we're going to showcase this transformation and we want to make it achievable and want people to see that they can do it themselves. That's the idea that they too can go through this transformation. This is the start of phase two and this is where the audience is at this point. Uh, think about where the audience is at this point. They have told you they are struggling with something, but they probably still don't believe there is actually a way to solve this problem. So ideally, what you do here, if, if the creator already has helped people before go through the same transformation, specific client, whatever it is, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase there, showcase that. Or you can even showcase other people in the world that are not necessarily related to this creator, that are going through the same transformation, that has successfully gone through where they are now, where the followers are now, to where they want to go. They have made this leap, and you are showing this here. It's the point A and the point B. You're showing them that there's people who have been successfully, successfully going through those two points. That's the idea of day four. Okay? By the end of day four, people should believe this is achievable. They should want to know how. So they know it's possible. Now, how do I do this? That's the idea here. They want to know how they are going to accomplish this. And that's what we're going to build towards.

Now day five, it's a strategic pause. This is very interesting because think about from this point onwards, we have built community. We have thought a little bit about what we're doing here. We have answered questions. So, we're creating a lot of authority as we're doing that. But authority alone feels very cold if you think about, I don't know if you guys have gone through university, but I've gone through university for engineering of automation and control. Okay. So, it was very funny because the professors, they look very authoritative. They really know what they're talking about and it's very complex subjects, but there is no connection with the professor there. They're very cold, right? They get to the, I remember, uh, specifically, like you would get to the class, you would sit down, the professor would walk in, they would look at you and ask, "Do you have any questions?" I'm like, "How can I even have questions?" Like the, the class didn't even start. I don't have any questions. No, no one would say anything. It's just like, look to the sides. No one has questions. Okay, so let's get started. FX equals the function of the derivative of X and whatever, right? And then it's all of that. The entire class is just class, class, class, authority, authority, authority, authority, which is good because you can see, okay, the professor knows what they're talking about, but there's no connection there, like you don't like that person specifically. Now, remember as well that on one specific class, was some kind of physics, whatever it was, the professor would spend the first 40 minutes just talking about whatever story of their life, of their wife, whatever is happening in their lives right now, or happened before. They'll just talk about that for 40 minutes and everyone would love that professor. We'd have a very, very good connection with them. Why is that? Because not only they have the authority of teaching, but they also have the connection of being a normal human being. So that's what we're doing on day five here. The creator, they're going to show the behind the scenes. Okay? They're going to show maybe something that's happening with your lives. Maybe that's something that's a little bit more personal to create a connection, or it can just be their day-to-day. Whatever it is, they can show something more behind the scenes here because this pause, first of all, it creates a little bit of pull, right? Uh, when you're just constantly pushing, pushing, pushing and giving and giving, giving, it can be a little bit, uh, tiring, right? It can be, it can saturate the audience. So, we want to have this little bit of a strategic pause here and we're going to use it to our advantage. That's what we're doing here. Okay? And then from that, uh, you're also teasing tomorrow. You promise the audience that tomorrow is going to be the day about the step-by-step, the methodology, and how they can achieve this result that they have seen the day before. But today, today's show is just the behind the scenes, right? And by the end of the day, people are going to be expecting the next day where we talk about the transformation.

Here is where we walk people through. Okay, this is point A where you are right now. This is point B where you want to go. And here are the steps, here are the steps that you need to take in order to go from point A to point B. And we're going to create those pillars or those steps, milestones, whatever you want to call them. Step one, step two, step three, step four, step five, and then you got to the result. We're gonna show them each one of them and explain how they work, what people need to do in each one of those steps to achieve this final transformation. And again, this usually, if you're doing yourself, if you're doing everything from the top of your head, this is hard to do, creating the step-by-step. And it's pretty much what we compiled on day three, right? We created those milestones. Now, if you do the, if you let the AI do the work for you, that's super easy. And that's the idea here because this is where you can really [ __ ] things up if you do it wrong. You don't want to do that. So ideally, just let the AI click everything, do all the work for you, and then it's way easier. And again, you don't need to think about what you're doing. You just need to follow the, the path that's already there, that's already created for you by the AI.

Then day seven is about creating hype around the methodology and value that you have given the previous day. So what you want to do there is again, you want to share, what people are saying, "Oh, this is so awesome and start implementing it. I know, I can see why it works." You start sharing those screenshots or even better if you already have people who have gone through this process before and they have successfully gone from point A to point B, you start sharing their stories. You start sharing what they are doing and what's their feedback on this framework and how they implemented this framework in their day-to-day lives. The more, uh, visual and vivid you can make this so that someone can really look at that step-by-step and see and go, "I can see myself going through that," the better. Okay? Because by the end of day seven, the audience should feel validated that this methodology works and be ready for what's coming tomorrow.

And then the day, day eight is about the ownership experience. The ownership experience is where you make the audience experience what's like to already have and use that solution. That's why it's important that on day seven you can make this framework, uh, you can make it vivid so people can see themselves applying it because the idea of day eight is to show them what their life looks like once they apply this. So we're going to literally walk them through a detailed case study or example showing the actual implementation and then you show what does someone's day-to-day look like. What does it look like when you apply this? What results do they get at each stage once they start applying this? Not only at the end, but from the very first step. What micro wins? What micro results people are getting out of this. And then people, the followers, they start picturing themselves into the same, uh, shoes from the examples that, uh, the people you're using there and showing the examples of, right? And that's the idea here. You want people to feel like, "Okay, I see the solution and I can see myself with the solution. I can see myself driving this car. I can feel like I'm sitting there. I'm the one driving. I can picture myself doing that." That's what we want here is the ownership solution. Or even in a, uh, an example where you're buying a car, that'll be the test, test drive, right? That's the ownership experience. You're going there, you're driving the car you want to buy, the car of your dreams. So now you can feel what it's like just being inside this car, sitting there, uh, stepping on the gas, stepping on the brake, what it feels like to drive this car, to be on the steering wheel there. It's the ownership experience. We want to have the equivalent of that for our digital product. That's

What we do on day eight. And then at this point, you're already making it clear here, especially on day eight, you're making it clear that there's an offer in 48 hours. I'm opening access to something that's going to allow you to experience this experience, this ownership experience you just thought about, that you just picture yourself in. I'm gonna have a product that's going to show you how to go from point A to point B that's going to walk you through this five steps of the methodology that we have just talked about before the day before. Uh, and in 48 hours, you're going to have access to this. So, at this point, at the end of day eight, it's very clear that there's going to be an offer, right?

Uh, by the end of day eight, the audience should be able to visualize themselves implementing the solution and understand that they will soon have the opportunity to get help doing it. That's the idea.

Then day nine, that's the last one of the value delivery phase. Okay, guys, and then this is about removing any barriers and anticipation before tomorrow because before we make an offer, we want to make sure that all the questions, all the doubts, all the objections are cleared off. That there are no questions, no objections, no doubts about the offer that's coming the day after. So before we make the, uh, product available, we create this Q&A. It's a day for basic Q&A, just to answer those questions and make sure that all of that is, is taken care of before we move into the offer. Right? So once that's done, they know, okay, maximum anticipation, tomorrow's the day, tomorrow the product's coming out. So what do I need to do now?

And then day 10, we get into phase number three, open cart. That's when we make the product available for the followers. And as I said, this day is very, very simple. It's basically just you showing, okay, today's the day we're opening the enrollments, we're opening the doors for this specific product, and then here's what you're getting. You get a complete breakdown of what you're getting inside the product. Then how much it costs, the exact price, what bonuses are included, if there are bonuses, if you use synthesize, there are bonuses there that it recommends you, and what day this offer closes, what period you have to to buy this offer. Very simple, just giving them all the details. Okay, it's like buying a car. Here's, here's what you're going to get. Here's everything that's included, all the additionals. Here's how much it's going to cost. And here's where you can, uh, come take the car, when you can come take the car, right? It's very simple.

And then once people start buying, you're also showing social proof. Oh, this guy already joined. What's been your experience so far? Oh, you already joined. And then the screenshots because people usually just DM you. Oh, I just joined. I'm so happy. I'm so excited. You start sharing that because then you start creating this FOMO, this fear of missing out from people seeing other people in the same tribe that you have created joining or that the creator created, uh, joining everything and they are the ones being, uh, they feel left behind, right? They are the ones being left behind. So they don't want to be left behind. So when you create the social proof, it works very well.

Then on day two or day 11, day two of open cart, uh, it's about just sustaining this momentum and creating more fear of missing out. So, you're sharing more, uh, screenshots of customer stories. You're sharing testimonials, messages from people, and you also have the opportunity here to dive deeper into one specific part of the offer. So, let's say you're talking about how to grow tomatoes and then there's a specific part of the digital product that talks specifically about how to put your tomato garden in the right conditions for the right temperature, right? Whatever. Then then this day you can just focus on this specific part of the program, part of the product, and you talk more about it. That's day 11, right?

Day 12, questions. There's going to be questions about the product itself, not about like the transformation, not about the framework, but like, oh, do I get access for it forever? Is it only 12 months? And this type of questions that you usually get. Is there any guarantees or, uh, what about payment plans? Is this going to work for my situation? So you just answer those questions on day 12. Uh, and then this is also where you start a little bit of urgency. Actually, day 13 is where you really start the urgency, but it can start here as well because usually that's 48 hours before the cart closes. So, you can end that day saying there's 48 hours left for you to take a decision.

Day 13, warning, 24 hours left. You just again share more testimonials, more screenshots, but basically you start hitting the urgency pretty hard here. And then the last day is maximum urgency. Today's the last day. Today's about decisions. You got to take a decision here or you won't have, uh, anything to take a decision on from tomorrow onwards because the cart closes today. And once the cart closes, the creator thanks everyone who joined and creates a sense of community around the people who took action and again, we close the cart here. Like people cannot join, they cannot buy after that. That's why this formula works so well because people only have a limited time to join. If you think about it, it's the same thing that we do with monetize and that's exactly how we beat the [ __ ] record for most revenue in 24 hours, 7 days, uh, 1 hour as well. 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. And we beat the 30 the 30-day record in three days, if I'm not mistaken. It was using this same strategy of building thing towards multiple days and building towards a close and then once we close, we actually close. You cannot buy anymore. So that's the idea here with your creator.

So to wrap things up, guys, you now have everything you need to launch a product with a creator. You know the structure, the 14-day Instagram story sequence that takes people from unaware to ready to buy. You know the three phases: warm up to start conversation, value delivery to prove expertise, open cart to convert. You know what each day accomplishes. Building trust on day one to close in the cart on day 10. Okay. That's basically the idea of what we're doing here. And as I said at the beginning, it's very important that the way you guys look at it, the way you guys think about this structure is not, okay, I need to know every single detail of this. If I just get something wrong here, I'm going to fail. No, no, no. I'm just walking you through the route, right? I'm driving you through the route and showing the turns. But you don't need to know every single turn yourself. That's why you have the AI. The AI is like your GPS that's going to show you a way and even drive for you for you to get there. You don't need to know everything yourself. This is pre-built into this formula. I'm just showing you why this formula works so well. So hopefully that was pretty helpful for you guys. That's pretty much everything that I have prepared here for you. And now we have some important reminders and for that, I'm going to call Iman back here. We're going to have Jason joining us in a while as well. So, thank you so much for everyone who joined us here today. And then Iman, now back here.

>> Thanks so much, bro.

>> There you go.

>> All right. All right. All right. All right. Jason, you want to come in as well?

>> Yo.

>> All right. All right. So, first things first, uh, if you could pull up the comments.

>> Yeah.

>> Yeah.

>> Uh, first things first, everyone go give a massive, massive, massive round of applause, right? W's in the chat for Luis.

>> All right, there we go. There we go. There we go. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. All right. Well, ladies and gentlemen, first things first, uh, we are going to go ahead and announce the giveaway winners. So, let me go ahead and do that. Um, if I think you just need to pull up my screen again.

>> All right. All right. All right. There we go. Beautiful. All right. Wait. Yeah. Let me just scoot over. Uh, all right. There we go. All right. You know what? Cool. Let me do this. Uh, there we go. All right. So, quick one. Um, first things first. There we go. All right. So, Q&A, just like yesterday, at the end of the main session, we're going to have live Q&A where I answer all of your questions. So, I'm going to drop a link in the chat shortly for you guys, uh, that want to submit any questions for the main session. Uh, as always, uh, my team will go ahead and review it and just make sure that they are ready and good to go. Uh, VIP will get priority as always. Now, we need to announce today's giveaway winner. Okay, first is the FaceTime giveaway winner. So for that, congratulations to how do I, how do I pronounce it? That's a very cool name. So,

>> Gerjot.

>> Yeah, Gerjot. So shout out to you for having such a unique name. I love that. Uh, from Germany. So I will give you a call either later today or, uh, tomorrow. And then for the MacBook giveaway winner, I have it here. Arthur has messaged it to me. So, we have a VIP winner, day five official MacBook winner is Miam from Belgium. So, Miam, when I go ahead and call you, the password is launch. Okay, password is launch. Uh, you can pull off.

>> Thank you.

>> Hello. Hello.

>> Hello.

>> How are you?

>> I'm great. How about you?

>> Good. Good. You know what question I'm going to ask?

>> Yes, of course.

>> All right. What's the password?

>> Uh, lunch.

>> There we go. Congratulations.

>> Thank you so much.

>> All right. Thanks so much. All right. Bye-bye.

>> Byebye. Nice. Five days, five winners.

>> Five days, five winners. Well, we have about, um, well, I mean, if you ask Tristan, it would be five minutes, but I'm going to say 10 minutes. So, you have about 10 minutes, um, before the main presentation. Of course, this is our last live session. So, if you have any questions for myself or Jason, please do put them in.

>> Jason, anything you've been seeing from the live chat, uh, that we've been watching for VIP?

>> Yeah, first of all, appreciate all my day five VIPs here. Like, everybody thinks it's a gotcha moment, but the math always works out this way. You start with a whole bunch of people and then you end with not as many people that were there on the bright days of day one. So, I want to acknowledge and give love to all of you day fives. If you've been here all five days, five out of five, put me into the chat. I want to see some love there from that. Uh, the dedication to show up consistently, in my opinion, is the number one trait of success. You can be a C minus student and if you showed up to class every day, you still graduate. And look at all the me's right there. I appreciate that. Right. So take this momentum, whether you go the manual way or whether you invest in monetize, take the momentum of consistency because you've now established a habit and use that momentum as leverage to help you become a shadow operator.

>> There we go. There we go. There we go.

>> I mean, how many vlogs did you hit when you first started, Iman? Like, were you just doing it every so often when you felt like it?

>> Yeah, I used to do multiple times a week vlogs. Um, I guess I was actually the example now. I ended up trying to like patch and find, you know what's so funny. The first digital product I tried to launch, uh, was at the end of 2016. It was called Acrasia, and it was like, like, I think it was like under 100 pounds and I made this whole digital product, and my biggest issue back then, and this is actually one of the reasons that I wrote such a large check to become a coner in Walp is because I was what, 16 at the time and I was trying to like figure out how do I first of all, how do I accept payment because back then, like, it was hard to accept payment. I didn't, like, I couldn't do Stripe, I couldn't do PayPal. I had to do it under my mom's name.

>> Yeah.

>> And then I'm like, "Okay, when they pay for it, like, how do I like deliver it to them? Do I have to like email it to them or like, it was just all so complicated?" So, um, I actually gave up.

>> Wow.

>> I was 16 and going on 17 and, uh, as I said, I think it was like 50 pounds or 100 pounds I created this thing for. And I just, I basically just gave up and I just didn't want to handle that side of things. So, I was actually a perfect example where at that point I had been creating content for a year and it was only a few years later that I eventually, uh, launched my first digital product and I think I launched my first digital product. Uh, it was January or I guess like a serious one, January 2018. It was an agency program and I made almost $100,000 that month.

>> Nice.

>> Um, on launch and I think that was with like 10,000, um, like YouTube subscribers or something. So yeah, that was a testament to it. Yeah. I mean, imagine how much harder it would have been if you didn't have that audience, too, because then you would have had a product and you would have had to go looking for an audience and build trust with the audience. And this is what's so powerful about creators is it's they, the audience is already there and the fulfillment is easy as well.

>> We see a question right there. Should I offer my customer onetime payment or recurring payment like a subscription?

>> Your customer in what sense? As in the client or like as in your a creator or what do you mean by that? Or as in their audience. Um, let me know. Um, and yeah, just just to sort of tie a knot on that, if someone had come to me back then when I was trying to figure out all this stuff,

>> like I just enjoyed making content and if someone had come to me and was like, hey, I'll take this off your hands for 30% or 20%, honestly, like even 40%. I would have, I would have happily taken it like, hey, you manage all this [ __ ]

>> and you do that like I'll just create, keep creating content and promote it to my audience which I'm already doing anyways, you know, I don't have to do anything different and I unlock all this new revenue stream and yeah, I mean, if one of you guys, like imagine if one of you guys were shadow operating me at the end of 2017 going into 2018, whatever, 10,000 subscribers and that month, 100,000, you know, in digital product sales from the first month, or it was almost 100,000 I made from that first month. So yeah, your cut of, cut of that would have been 30, 30% 40%, maybe even 50% in the first month alone. You know, this is why it's, it's like such an incredible model.

>> Yeah.

>> But back then it wasn't available. It wasn't, it wasn't an option. You guys will really see in the main session.

>> In the main session, I'm basically going from point A to point B and I'm going through the entire process and I, this is no word of an exaggeration. The entire process from finding a creator to launching a creator and making money, I think I probably typed

>> two sentences.

>> Wow.

>> Everything else was legitimately copy and paste. Like it was insane. And you know, of course, I go through this process myself like in fragments, you know, whenever we roll out new updates for any of the softwares or any of the tools, like I'm testing things. But it's, you know, just because it takes like, it's, it's been probably half a year or so where I did the whole process end to end.

>> Yeah.

>> And now with all the new updates, uh, that we've rolled out over the last half a year, like to do it from end to end and I was like, yeah, I don't know. It's one of those like cool moments when you like, you battle test your own product because of course we have, I'm sure you guys know, like at consulting.com, which monetizes a part of consulting.com, we have what, 60, uh, people working at the company. So, of course, we've got people battle testing this day in day out, but it was like cool for me personally to like

>> You validated it.

>> Yeah. To validate myself. I was like, "Yo, this is just, I don't know. It's just a really cool moment."

>> You're like, I know that this is possible theoretically. I know it's true, but to experience it,

>> I, I know my product team, you know, I know, I know the team who is this is all they do day in day out, 24/7. I know that they battle test it because of course, you know, sometimes we have to push updates back 3 months because there's bugs or there's issues and I see it when it's working and I get updates all the time and whatnot. Uh, but yeah, as you said, like kind of go through that whole process end to end was just insane.

>> That is insane. I would recommend onetime payments by the way, just starting out unless there's a reason for it to be a subscription, like a SAS product. Just keep it simple. One, one payment, then you're done. Once you do a deal with a creator, it's unlikely they'll not want to do another deal with you because one deal is really good. So in Iman's situation, he launches a product as a 100K. He doesn't stop and say, "Well, that's good. It's time to retire." He says, "Whoa, 100K with 10,000 followers. I wonder what that could look like if we doubled the followers and did it again."

>> Uh, so there's a lot of opportunity here. The first deal is just the first one. You can go further than that. As far as the manual process, for those of you asking, and Iman and I were just talking about this when Luis was was on the training, there are gaps. You will have to fill in those gaps. It's okay to do wrong things in order to get insights to then do the right thing. So, we have given you far more game than I could ever imagine. Um, and so that's the manual approach. I would be remiss if I didn't give a push for all of you to sign up, uh, and monetize. We are closing the cart tomorrow night. So, this is a last stab effort. If you're willing to, you know, put a little bit of money into the investment, not just time into it, it gets obviously our major endorsement. And any VIPs in here who've signed up, let me know. Uh, put in me into the chat. And then if you want to give some love and and talk about what it's done for you already, like, has this been a good investment for you? Were you happy you made this investment? Was it valuable to you even though we've just started? And we got some me in the chat. Look at this. So, just right there. These are amongst those that you will join if it makes sense for you to invest in monetize. I'm going to give my last pitch here today. We're going to give probably, you know, Iman, I think this is the most excited of all the presentations that you have coming up of the day fives because it's going to test the theory where there's a lot of point and click over the shoulders to an extreme degree. Every challenge, every workshop I've been a part of, I've never seen that level of detail. I don't know if it's going to convert more people into monetize or not. I'm not sure, but I know it'll be tremendous of value. But as a VIP, I just want to give you a little bit of extra love while we're here. We made this so that way you shouldn't have to do it manually. Manual's there if you like to work on your own or if it's there if you have no other option. But just really consider what we've done in VIP over the last 5 days, what we're doing in the main sessions, what we have in store for you, and all the people who have signed up. Uh, and just put that in your brain here as we do this last and final, uh, shadow operator free workshop session here today.

>> All right. Well, I have Tristan absolutely breathing down my neck, um, saying, "Hey, we need to get, uh, to the fifth and final workshop session." So, make sure you are there, uh, for our fifth and final workshop session. Of course, Jason and I will come back on after and go through any more questions, uh, that you guys may have. But yeah, just on behalf of myself and Jason as well, like thank you so much for such an incredible, uh, I guess five days, but really, you know, past week or so, uh, that we've, um, spent time together and, uh, yeah, any final words on your own?

>> Just pay attention, put into action what makes sense and then you'll figure it out along the way.

>> Perfect. All right, see you guys on the main session.
