What's up guys, welcome back to my channel. I hope you're having a lovely day today and hope it gets even better from watching this video.

Today we're doing something a little bit different. I've never done a video like this, but I've been an avid ChatGPT user for a really long time now. I literally use it for absolutely everything. It's probably making me pretty dumb, but I've become really smart with using it.

Okay, so I'm going to teach you how ChatGPT can help you narrow down your vision for the year and create a yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly plan for you based on what you want and what works for you. I also thought it would be nice to go into further detail for like different big life categories that we all deal with, like health and fitness, relationships, finances, etc., so you can get some very particular prompts for those. And then I also threw in something really fun, which is how ChatGPT can help you create like astrology readings for yourself, which is really, really fun.

So the whole point of this video is basically to give you a lot of different prompts and just a lot of ideas of how you can use ChatGPT for your personal life, and then you can go from there and do whatever you want. If you're new to my channel, hi, I'm Naa, welcome. I make videos all about self-improvement, and I like to make them very like actionable, achievable. Here's the list of things you can do so that you can actually create like a real change in your life that you're actually going to notice. So if that works for you, I would love for you to stick around and subscribe. And usually my hair looks better, but we're going to ignore that. Okay, let's get into it.

So the first thing we're going to do is we're going to narrow down your vision for 2025 and create a really, really strong, achievable, realistic plan that's tailored to you. So you're obviously going to start a new ChatGPT message thread, and then you're going to start off with writing, "I want to set a strong vision and plan for the year ahead. Here's a rough idea of my goals and aspirations." And then you're going to list the following. So you're going to write, "My theme for the year is..." and this is basically where you write kind of your overall vibe that you want for this year. So one example here could be, "Become disciplined and stick to the goals I set for myself, and with that, build confidence in myself, my abilities, and my future." For you, this might be, "I want 2025 to be the year when I really start to take care of my health and set some really good routines and habits for myself." Or it might be a financial year where you want to start budgeting and saving and setting yourself up for success when it comes to that. I'll link my financial series down below. So basically, your overall vibe for 2025.

And then you're going to write, "The goals I had in mind were..." This is where you're going to list the goals that you were kind of thinking of. So, for example, this could be, "Get into working out/living a healthy lifestyle, saving for my emergency fund, putting myself out there and going on dates." And then you're going to do the same when it comes to habits. So, "The habits I had in mind were waking up early, doing stretching in the morning, keeping my apartment clean, etc." So notice how these are not very specific, like they're pretty broad because we're going to get ChatGPT's help to really narrow this down and create very achievable, realistic goals and habits that are tailored to you and to exactly what you want.

Speaking of habits, if one of your habits is that you want to get really, really healthy and start eating healthy and really sticking to that healthy diet consistently, then I definitely recommend checking Factor 75. So Factor basically takes the stress out of meal planning and sets you up for success. You can skip all the energy that goes into feeding yourself correctly, like grocery stores, meal planning, prep work, actual cooking, just like the constant thinking of, "What am I going to eat? How am I going to get enough nutrients?" Like that takes so much mental energy, at least for me. And with Factor, you basically get chef-crafted, dietitian-approved meals delivered right to your door. They have over 35 meals to choose from per week, and they have a lot of different options like vegan, vegetarian, keto, calorie smart, and more. And with Factor, you also skip the like overpriced takeout trap. Factor is actually cheaper and in most cases, a lot more delicious. They're ready to eat and heat up in only two minutes. So that means a lot more time for you to do whatever you want, focus on your goals. They also now offer a lot of snack options, so breakfast, smoothies, juices, small bites, and more to basically help you going, no matter how busy you are. I feel like Factor is amazing if one of your goals is to get really healthy, start eating healthy, because it takes all the like thinking and mental energy out of it, which makes that goal really, really easy to stick to. You're basically like setting yourself up for success. Thank you so much to Factor 75 for sponsoring this video. You can use my link to get 50% off and free shipping on your first Factor box.

Alrighty, so we gave ChatGPT a lot of really useful information, and now you need to go a little bit further into each goal/habit and give as much information as you have so that, again, ChatGPT can create a very tailored plan for you. So you're going to write, "Looking further into each goal/habit." So let's go with the example of the goal that I mentioned, which is "Get to working out/like living a healthy lifestyle." So what I could write here is, "Where I'm at currently: So I don't have a consistent routine, but I do an occasional workout/activity." Then, "What you basically want: So I would love to become very consistent, as it makes me feel amazing." And then give it more information of what you actually enjoy doing. So in this case, it could be, "I love going to reformer classes, I love indoor bouldering, yoga/stretching in the morning, an occasional hike, and I used to be really into running." So again, just like talk to it like it's your friend, like give it all the information you have. So you're going to do this for every single habit and goal.

The last piece of information you're going to give ChatGPT is kind of like the notes section. This is basically where you're going to let ChatGPT know about how you work, what works for you, what doesn't work for you when it comes to goal setting, and especially sticking to your goals. And this obviously requires a bit of reflection, but just an example here, let's say I'm completely new to sticking to my goals. Like, I usually set a lot of them at the beginning of the year, I get really excited to change my life, and then I kind of drop all of them in a few weeks and then forget about them completely. So I would write something like, "I usually don't stick to the goals I set for myself. I set too many, and I want to change my whole life overnight, and then I get overwhelmed and quit them. I want to create a different experience and stop this cycle. I would rather commit to fewer goals and actually complete them than set too many and then give up on all of them. I want to show myself that I can do this, that I can stick to something and build my self-confidence through that." So that is something you can write. You can also write like what usually works for you. So, for example, "I usually love a challenge," or like, "I love to make a fun game out of it." So just add that in. The more information you give, the more ChatGPT can create a really, really tailored plan for you.

And now we're going to ask him what we need help with. So, "Could you help me with: Create a strong focus for the year. I would like a word of the year to define my focus in a simple way. Could you give me three options? A clear and inspiring vision statement for the year. Again, you can ask it to write a few options. This one is really important: Refine my goals, set them into SMART goals. This is an acronym, this means goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. So this way, ChatGPT is going to look at every single goal you had in mind and turn it into a SMART goal, and this is going to help you so much. Number four: Based on this vision and all of the information I provided, create a quarterly plan for me. Include realistic goals and daily/weekly habits for each quarter. Next one: Create a tracking system to monitor my quarterly goals and habits. Include ideas for celebrating small wins." And the last two are more for like positivity and manifestation, if you're into that. So, "Write affirmations based on my yearly vision. Make them empowering and present tense, so that when you read them, it's like this has already happened, you're already doing this." And then, "Describe a day in my life as if I've achieved all these goals by the end of the year." You can also add to write them in your POV and in present tense, so again, you feel like this is happening right now, it's describing a day in your life as it's unfolding. And then this is something you can read every single day in the morning or in the evening to just help you keep motivated and inspired. And then you can click send.

This is what I got when I put in all the information that I kind of mentioned throughout this video with these like fake goals and habits, and it is so helpful because of like the kind of notes that I wrote about about where I'm at and like what I struggle with. It actually narrowed down goals to like fewer goals and less intense goals, and that's usually where we go wrong, right? Like we set way too many goals, they're way too intense, and it's all about that instant gratification of like feeling so amazing that you set so many goals and like you're going to change your life, but then that wears off. So this way, it really created like a tailored plan. And the amazing thing about all this is that you can review it, and then you can give it feedback. So if you don't like something, if it's too much, like if you read it and it like stresses you out just thinking that you're going to have to do all of that, just write it and send it over, like, "This is too much. I feel overwhelmed. I want to like narrow it down even further. I would like to eliminate XYZ. I would like to add more fun," or, you know, whatever, just write whatever you feel like you want to change. And then once you have a plan that you're really, really happy with, you can ask it to create a plan for the first month, and then based on that, a plan for the first week. And you can basically keep using that throughout the whole year if you want to. If that's something you usually struggle with, if you plan too much or you don't create a good plan, whatever your situation is, this can really, really help you consistently throughout the whole year.

Okay, let's look at a few key areas of life, and I'm going to give you two different prompts for each, so you can get some more ideas and you can kind of weave those into creating your like yearly plan. So the first one is health. So let's say you want a meal planner. So you can write, "I want to eat healthier. These are my dietary preferences." So let's say you're gluten-free, you don't like XYZ, you don't feel good when you don't eat enough protein, yada, yada, yada. Again, give it as much information you have. And then, for example, "One thing I want to focus on is to eat enough protein, especially in the morning." And then you ask it for what you want: "Create a balanced weekly meal plan that includes quick, affordable recipes." You can add that you would like a grocery list of all these things that you need to get to really make it super, super easy.

It can also help you create a workout routine. So, for example, "Design a workout routine for a beginner who wants to exercise two times a week for up to 30 minutes." And then you give it information about where you're at currently: "Not really working out at all. I feel like my upper body is really weak. I have a lot of neck pain." And then you can also write, "Here are the activities/workouts I enjoy. I don't enjoy." For example, for me, "I hate HIIT workouts. I do not want to be jumping." So I'd write that in. And then, "I love like slower-paced workouts with my body weight." So things like that.

Next up, finances. So a few ways you can get ChatGPT's help with your finances is with budgeting, for example. So you can write, "Help me create a monthly budget. My income is XYZ, and here are my monthly expenses." And then you can give it a bit more information: "I have definitely been overspending in XYZ categories, for example, shopping, eating out, and I want to start saving more." And if you don't know your savings goal or what would be realistic, you can just ask it, like, "What would be a realistic savings goal for my budget and my financial situation?" And then it will create that budget and savings plan. If you want to just focus on savings, you can literally write, "I want to save $5,000 this year. Suggest a savings plan with monthly and weekly targets."

Next up, we've got personal growth. This one, I feel like for me, is the most fun because you can really play around with this. Let's say you want to develop like a new skill. So you can write, "I want to learn a new skill this year, for example, painting, cooking, whatever." And then you can just write, "Create a learning plan with milestones." Another one would be like if you need help with creating like a mindset shift. So, for example, "What small habits can I adopt to build more positivity, or to build more confidence, or whatever you're working on?"

And then we've also got relationships. So this one's also really fun. Let's say one of your goals is to spend more quality time with the people in your life. So you can write, "Suggest five creative activities to do with friends or family that build stronger connections." If this is like a partner, you can write, "These are the things we usually love to do together. Suggest five more activities that are similar that we would probably enjoy." For example, if you're currently single, you've just gone through a breakup or something, it can literally help you kind of process the breakup. So one example here would be, "I'm having difficulty with attracting the same kind of partners and patterns in every romantic relationship that I'm in. Please write journaling prompts to help me explore, learn about the origin of these patterns, and help me move forward." And it will give you a bunch of journaling prompts. They're so helpful.

There are so many ways you can use it, and the best part is that usually when it answers, you just ask it further questions, and you like figure out what else it can help you with as you go. I can ask it to create like an investing plan for me, and obviously, like you should do your research. I would definitely do that, especially when it comes to very particular things like this that have a lot of consequences, but it can like help you further understand what you're dealing with and what you're struggling with, and it's just amazing.

Okay, to end this off with a really, really fun one, you can actually get ChatGPT to give you an astrology reading. So what you're going to do is you're going to pull up your astrology chart. So I just use, I think it's called astro.cafe.ro, for a reading, and it gave me completely the wrong information. Like, all the planets were in the wrong positions, in the wrong houses, like it was very confused. So what I would do, you can try that for sure because it takes a lot less time, but it didn't work for me. So what I would do is I would screenshot those tables, so the table that shows you like which sign and house each planet is in, and then what sign each house is in, all the aspects, I think that's how it's called, like different conjunctions and stuff, like how planets connect. And then you put that into ChatGPT and you ask it to basically rewrite all the same information to just list everything, so that you know that it has the right information. And then based on all of that information, it can create an astrology reading for you that's actually going to be accurate.

So what you can ask is, "Could you create an astrology reading based on all the transits and my placements?" So what I did is I wanted like an overall astrology reading, and then I wanted like a further look into different categories of my life, so like relationships, financial, career, for example. And then lastly, I wanted it to kind of break down the astrology reading into a quarterly reading, so that I can look at each quarter as it's happening and kind of see what's supposedly waiting for me and what like I should focus on. As a new month rolls around, you can literally ask it to create a more like in-depth reading for that month. You can use it as your own little personal astrologer, ask it different questions about yourself, about what you're dealing with. Obviously, not everyone believes in astrology, but if you do, this is really, really fun. And I actually got an astrology reading from one of like the best astrologers in Slovenia, and ChatGPT basically gave me very, very similar, if not exactly the same, information. So I feel like it is legit. If you believe in astrology, obviously, I know it's not for everyone, but I feel like this is really, really fun, and you can like do it with your friends. It's amazing.

Alrighty guys, that is it for this video. I would love to hear your feedback because I'm really curious about like what you think of this style of video because we could really go into detail. Like, I could create this kind of video for just finances, like very specific prompts to create the best like financial plan and help you with investing and saving and budgeting and all these things. So please let me know what you think. Obviously, I make these videos for you, so I would love to hear your feedback. But I really, really hope you enjoyed this video and found it helpful. If you did, I would love for you to stick around and subscribe. You can also check out my social media if you want to connect more, but thank you again for watching, and I will see you very, very soon.
