Hello, beautiful, and welcome back to another video. I'm going to guess by now you have seen a million of these type of videos. How to be productive, my 5:00 a.m. productive morning routine, how to stay consistent, how to stay motivated. This is not your first time at the rodeo show. And honestly, I love those type of videos, too. Even if I have heard the same thing over and over again, there's probably one or two nuggets that I learn, that I pick up, that I implement into my routine. Or if I watch a productive vlog, maybe it simply just motivates me to do something the next day. Either way, I know you're like me and you struggle to stay consistent.
You don't want a boring life, but it's just would be nice if every morning can be the same, or if you could predict it, or 50 million things didn't go wrong. Or maybe you beat yourself up a little bit about staying consistent with the gym, staying consistent with building that business. Or maybe, like I said, you just find it all boring. You're waiting for that one video or that one tip to make this fun, to make the routines, the consistency, being productive fun. Don't worry, you're just like me, girl. And that is why I have the perfect video for you today.
I'm going to share with you my favorite productivity hacks that have actually worked that I've gotten from other influencers and I've just learned in real life. I'm also going to share with you how I stay organized and what actually helps me show up consistently and balance it all. My credentials for this video: One, I went to Spelman College, which is the number one H.B.C.U. There I was fed Kappa Sigma Kum Laad. I was president and VP of so many organizations on campus. I then went to law school where I was a part of journal, held other leadership positions. From there, I went to business school where I was a full-time business school student and then I started adding content creation on top of that. And then today, I'm just a girl in her later 20s that is balancing social life, nutrition, fitness, my mental health, friends, self-care, just all of the ghetto adult stuff that we have to deal with. But I've learned how to make it fun. I've learned how to show up without burning myself out. So, that's what we're going to talk about today. I'm going to teach you how to glow up, how to get stuff done, but in a soft way.
So, if that sounds like your thing, if you honestly like everything, glowing up, leveling up, pouring into yourself, this is the community for you. If you haven't already joined us, I would love to have you here. I focus on all of those things. How to become your best self, how to get back to you, how to pour into you, because you are worth it. So, if you haven't already, go ahead, hit the subscribe button if you're into all of those things just like me. I also want you to give this video a like. And then I want you to comment. There's a trend on TikTok and Instagram right now and it's like comment your most unhinged productivity hack or comment your most unhinged story or so and it's just people in the comments literally giving like their most wild and crazy hacks for doing something or product recommendations. That's what I want you to do in this comment section. I want you to give me your productivity hack that you don't hear anybody else talking about but that honestly works.
For example, I saw this TikTok one day where it was this girl and she was like, "Tell me your most unhinged way of like getting out of panic attacks or nervous breakdown," and I saw so many comments saying that they started doing the Rasputin dance and they're like, "You can't be mad. Like, do the Rasputin dance until you get out of it." And I just thought that was so unhinged, but I could honestly see that working. Like when you're having a panic attack, a nervous breakdown, and you just start rasputin dancing. Like you can't you can't not like calm it down like in a second. Like you look silly. Everything's silly. Nothing is that serious. So that's what I want you to do in this comment section. Give me a productivity hack that might sound a little crazy but works for you. I also want to give a major shout out to today's sponsor. I mentioned them in last videos. Last videos wasn't sponsored, but I was ranting and raving about them. This video is sponsored by Nourish. So, thank you so much, Nourish, for sponsoring today's video and supporting this community. I am a big fan and I know you will be too.
So, without further ado, let's get into this video. So, I originally was filming a Q&A. I put a Q&A up on my Instagram. If you're not following my Instagram or TikTok or anything like that, it's a lot of glow up content and it's like, I don't know, very personal. I get to know you better. But, I put up an Instagram poll like ask me a Q&A. I'm going to do a Q&A that will probably be next week's video. And of course, I kept getting the questions, how do I balance it all? How do I stay motivated? How do I stay consistent? How do I be productive? How do I get everything done? And you know, I usually get those questions, but I think there was just such an influx of it. I don't know if it's just we're heading into spring and summertime. We might have, you know, suffered from a little bit of seasonal depression or just like was a little bit more lazy during the winter, but there was an influx of these questions. And instead of just kind of giving a blanket statement, I thought I would film a whole separate video on this. Not only do I feel like I've gotten a really good handle on balancing things, on self-motivating myself, but I think I do it while also taking care of myself as well.
The first thing I want you to do is I need you I need you to reframe balance. I don't know why we think balance is again waking up at 5:00 a.m. and doing a morning routine and you know meditating and going to Pilates and all this different stuff. Like that's great. That honestly it makes me feel powerful. It makes me feel like that girl. But honestly, that is not balance. At least that's not what balance means to me. Balance to me doesn't mean doing everything at once. To me, balance means knowing what to prioritize and when to prioritize it. My mindset around balance comes in different forms, weekly versus daily. This gives me room to kind of shift my mindset that some days are going to be off. I also focus on seasons in my life over perfection because here's the honest truth. It's really hard to balance everything. Something is going to slip. Something is going to kind of fall back. It's just not realistic for us to be in the best shape, take care of our family, take care of ourselves, take care of our partner, have a clean home, be mentally okay, get our 8 hours of sleep, get our 2 L of water, get our 10,000 steps, hang out with our friends, text them back immediately, have self-care days, all of this different stuff. It's just not realistic. So instead, I pick one to three things that I'm focusing on in this season. So maybe that season is really about mental health. It's really about journaling. It's really about getting back to me. You know, my social might deplete a little bit because this season right now is about my mental health. Maybe this season is about exploring new things, testing my boundaries, having fun and new experiences. Maybe I'm not as consistent with my journaling. And that is okay. It is okay if you do it on day one and then on day four and then on day 13. But you know, you're prioritizing texting back friends, reaching out to make plans, doing things you've never done, putting yourself outside your comfort zone. That is your season for that. And that to me is balance. Seasons shift. Seasons change. It's not about perfecting everything. And that goes into my last point about shifting your mindset on balance. I prefer to do a few things really, really well than doing everything mediocre. Because if you try to do everything, everything is going to slip. And that's not what we want.
So what I want you to take away from that is I need you to understand what season of balance you are in your life. Now to make this really easy, you can break this up into Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. You can break this up into summer, winter, fall, spring. You can break this up into three-month stints. But when we put a time on it and we put a season on it and we focus on a few things and then we look at the entirety of the year, that is balance. All of a sudden, it's like, oh, Q1, I really focused on my fitness and I did a fitness challenge in Q1 and I feel really good about my body. In Q2, I really focused on journaling and mental health, and I didn't go out as much, but look how much progress I made. I stayed consistent in therapy. I did this. In Q3, I really healed my relationship with food. I figured out how to eat a lot of healthy snacks, cook at home more. And in Q4, I tried different things. I challenged myself to try a workout class a month. I invited my friends to my workout classes. I organized an event. I joined a book club. And then we look at the year and I joined that book club. I tried that fitness challenge. I did that journaling challenge. I stayed consistent with therapy. When we think we have to do everything in the fall, in the spring, in the winter, that's when we slack off. So, what is this season for you?
One of my favorite balance hacks is I shifted my mindset to judging or reflecting on my balance weekly instead of daily. I prefer weekly alignment instead of daily perfection. Because here's the thing, some days I show up for my body. Other days I show up for my career. And some days I just show up for myself emotionally. Balance looks different every single week. Some days balanced means filming this video, sending out content briefs, reviewing contracts, going to events, checking things off. Other days balance means cancelling plans, staying in, having a self-care night. But if I view that day individually, I get down on myself like, "Oh, I should have gone out because I should have done this and I should have done this and I should have done that." But when I look at it at the end of the week and I do my weekly journal like reflection, I feel pretty good about that week because on Monday I did this, on Tuesday I did this, I don't get into the details of it. So, I'd highly recommend, you know, especially if you are journaling every single day or every single week you're doing a weekly journal challenge, don't get so bogged down on yourself daily. Look at your week, you'll have a much better perspective because both of those versions, the one that's filming content and checking things out and the one that's cancelling plans and doing a self-care night or just having a bedrock night, both of those versions are valid.
What I do like to do daily is I love, love, love to ask myself, preferably at the start or midday, what do I actually need today? Do I need an hour of reading time cuz I just want to get lost in a fantasy world cuz there's so much going on in my life that I just I just want to escape a little bit? Do I need an hour of reality TV with my snacks and my drink? And do I just need to dissociate for an hour? Do I have a lot of nervous energy? Am I allowed am I very nervous? Do I need to have an outlet for it? Do I need to book a workout class? Do I need to go to the gym? Do I need to just go walking? Do I feel really lonely right now? And do I want to challenge myself to reach out to that friend that I haven't reached out to or to reply back to that text or to FaceTime that person? What do I need today? Not what you think you should do, what everyone expects you to do. What do you actually need today? And then we reflect back on our actions weekly. I think that's the type of balance that actually keeps me grounded. Okay.
Now that we've drilled balance into you, we are shifting our mindset away from balance. We're going to stop self-sabotaging ourselves, stop negatively speaking to ourselves and shift our mindset a bit. Let's get into some of my favorite productivity hacks that actually work. So, the first productivity hack, I'm almost positive you've heard it before. Every single time I've heard it, I'm like, that does not work for me, but I figured out a way to make it work for me, and I feel like it'll work for you, too. Now, I hear all of these productivity is get an accountability partner, do it with a friend. That is so unrealistic for me. It's not like I just have a built-in friend in my apartment that is going to keep me consistent with going to the gym at 5:00 a.m. in the morning. A lot of times it is on me. I don't have that friend. I I it's just it's just not realistic. I have some amazing friends in my life, but they are so busy. There was one period of my life that, you know, that did work. And you know, I was younger with a much more flexible schedule and I was really consistent with Pilates because we would go every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at 7:30 in the morning. And you know, I did feel that sense of like wanting to go because I didn't want to like not show up for my friend. And it kept me consistent with Pilates. But how long did that last? I I I feel like that lasted max 6 months. And then we just got busy. And then our and then our schedule changed. And then she was put on a different project. She couldn't do 7:30 anymore. And then I kind of like slowly started to make excuses like uh it just doesn't work for me.
Now I'm going to tell you what does work for me and is going to work for you. What you need is you need a professional accountability partner specialized in what you are trying to achieve. What does this mean and why does this work for me? One, I feel like when we tell our friends, our family, our partners, our goals or what we're trying to do in reality, we are seeking validation. We are seeking acknowledgement. And I feel like there's just like a little bit of ego in there. Share these goals with our friends and our family and we think it's, you know, accountability. Think if we say it out loud, you know, we'll stick to it. But in reality that is not our friends', our families', our partners' job. Shouldn't rely on our friends, our families or our partners to hold us accountable to what we want to do. We are too grown for that. And I have found a great investment in getting an unbiased third-party professional accountability partner. Now, what does this look like? This looks like if you're really trying to work on your mental health, you know, things that you feel are affecting your communicating with your partner or your friends or whatever it might be. A professional accountability partner is a therapist. If you are really struggling with going to the gym and you know your friends are kind of flaking, you start this challenge, you need a personal trainer. If you are trying to do this diet with with your friend and you know I think that's great and everything, what you need is a registered dietician or nutritionist.
Now, I talked about this in my last video, my kind of summer glow-up video. Personally, in this season of my life, I am really focused on nutrition and looking and feeling good. Not just for the summer, but just for myself in general. Like, I don't love what I see in the mirror right now. And I feel like a lot of that has to do with my nutrition. That is why I use Nourish. They are the sponsor of today's video, but I'm seriously obsessed with them. They will be the perfect third-party accountability for you if you are on the same type of goal as me. So, if you've never heard of Nourish before, Nourish is the easiest way to speak to a registered dietician and have it covered by your insurance. It's really it's really just a convenient way to have personalized nutrition over Zoom with a highly vetted dietitian anywhere and anytime. But when I met with my registered dietician, I felt heard. I felt like the goals we talked about were sustainable. Also felt good to, you know, there's a million diets out there, but to have a personalized nutrition plan for my body, for my goals, for my lifestyle, for my busy lifestyle, for her to understand that, it's just set me on such a different path and honestly kept me accountable because I'm not asking a friend or a family or this or that of what they think this is. This is a registered dietitian with a professional opinion that is helping me towards my nutrition goals. Nourish dietitians specialize in a plethora of health conditions such as weight management, eating disorder, gut health, women's health, sports nutrition, diabetes, and more. The best part is Nourish also accepts over 100 different insurance plans in all 50 states. 94% of Nourish patients pay $0. And that's exactly what I paid underneath my insurance. Signing up literally took me 5 minutes to do. You can use the link in my description or at the bottom of my screen. Go on via phone or laptop. I use my phone. And from there, you can book your first appointment in under 5 minutes. So far, it has been exactly 1 month I have been with my Nourish dietician. She's really helped me create sustainable lifelong skills and healing my relationship with my nutrition, also attuning it to a very productive and balanced life that I want to live. So again, I'll have more information down in my description. Thank you so much, Nourish, for sponsoring today's video and supporting this community.
So whatever we're focusing on in this season of our life, we have chosen a professional third-party accountability partner. Whether that be a therapist, a registered dietitian, a personal trainer, or maybe you do feel comfortable about doing this with your partner, your friend, your family, whatever it might be. I'm just saying that doesn't work for me. The second productivity hack I have for you that is become very, very helpful. It's kind of similar to what I see in a lot of productivity videos. It is time blocking, but I like to call it my power hours. I don't know if you've picked it up from this video or from my past videos. I do really well when I almost put myself under stress. And because I know I work this way, it allows me to not concentrate. It allows me to have some semblance of control and it allows me to actually get things done. So, it's like I said, I shift my mindset with balance between weekly. I like to view things in quarters or seasons. I also like if I have a really important task or I have a bunch of tasks to do. I like to have a power hour and I will make it a game because I just like to add a little fun into whatever I'm doing. I set the timer on my phone. I light a candle. I play some lo-fi jazz. And whatever I need to focus on, I give myself an hour to do it. And if I don't do it within that hour, then no pressure. No pressure at all. After that hour, I go grab a snack. I sit down. I set another timer maybe for 15 minutes to scroll on social media. But I give myself that hour. I know people kind of adapt this a little bit. What they'll do is they'll put in a load of laundry and they will do something else while they're doing that laundry and it gives them kind of like a time for it. You're kind of rushing against the time to get it done. I love the power hour; it lit. Whether I'm power houring cleaning my apartment, whether I'm power houring filming, batching content, I'll be like, I have to film this. Just do it for an hour. I don't know. It takes the pressure off of it. It makes it fun. And then by the end of it, even if I didn't quote-unquote finish, I don't know why my mindset shifts to, I got something done. And I think you'll find that you can get a lot done in an hour.
Now, this is very similar to time blocking. I know a lot of people time block. I personally kind of do a mix between a to-do list and time blocking. I know people are shifting away from the to-do list. I don't care. I love checking it off. It makes me feel accomplished. Even if it's as simple as, you know, text somebody back and then I do it and I check it off. But I will have that checklist or to-do list within a power hour or within a time-blocked portion. So I will do my power hour again. I will rest for like 15 minutes or so. I'll do another power hour. I'll have a longer lunch. I'll probably do one more power hour, maybe maybe two if I'm really feeling good that day. And I've had 3 hours technically of very focused and intentional work without stressing myself out and kind of making it fun. The third thing, and I forget the content creator, oh my gosh, if I remember, I will put it down in the description. She mentioned something about anchor habits, and I was like my ears perked up. I was like, what's an anchor habit? What is that? She put it more eloquently, but my interpretation and how I've included in my day is she basically tells herself, tricks herself into choosing two or three habits that, you know, if she gets those done, then she feels accomplished throughout the day. So instead of trying to be productive all day, she picks two or three habits that set the tone. So I'm going to tell you what my anchor habits are. I like to choose three of them: a morning anchor habit, an afternoon anchor habit, and a nighttime anchor habit. And if I do these three things, I feel like I've had a pretty balanced day. My morning anchor habit is making my bed in the morning. That is it. I feel accomplished. I feel like my room looks a little bit better. And when my environment, it looks a little bit better. I feel a little bit more clear of the mind. My anchor habit in the afternoon is at least a 10-minute walk. I love doing this. I love getting outside. I love getting fresh air. I love putting on a podcast, getting right back into my book and you can get some steps in. Now, I tend to do like 30 minutes because as soon as I'm outside, especially now that the weather is a little bit warmer, I love like that's like my anchor habit. I feel really good if I can at least get a midday 10-minute walk. And then three, there's multiple different things that I do at night that make me feel anchored. But if I had to choose the one that I'm like, "Okay, I feel accomplished. I feel good," it is laying out things for the next day. So, I will lay out my Pilates or my gym clothes out the next day. I will lay out, you know, my supplements or my different drinks or, you know, I will lay it all out so that when I wake up in the morning, I just go straight to them. I'm not having to, you know, find everything, open up cabinets. Typically, if I do those three kind of anchoring, grounding habits, I feel pretty good about my day. And they're simple habits. They're not anything crazy. They're very apart from, you know, work or fitness or anything like that. But again, it's almost like a mindset thing. Here's the thing. A lot of times we just need to get started. If we know our anchor habit is making our bed in first thing in the day, we want to keep that going in other areas of our life. If we do a midday check-in, hey, we're going to do a timeout walk and we get that done. It's going to keep us going. Sometimes we just need that jump start of motivation of doing what we said we were going to do so that it trickles into other areas of our life and other areas of our day.
Now, this is fourth and second to last of the productivity hacks. But if you like more of these productivity hacks, I can make a follow-up video to this, but I didn't want to overwhelm you. I just wanted to tell you the things that actually worked for me. And I've mentioned this before. I'm sure you see this in
My Globe Diaries vlogs. I love and have found so much benefit in romanticizing the small tasks. Sometimes productivity is simply romanticizing the little things. Putting on a good playlist while you work. Lighting a candle to set the mood while you clean. Making my workspace cozy so I'm almost—I feel like I'm in like a YouTube video or a movie and I'm working. When I make it feel good, I'm much more likely to get more stuff done, and it just works for me.
Sometimes I'm even delusional, and I will like narrate what I'm doing. I like—no camera on or anything. I'll be like, "Hey guys, I am going to clean my apartment today. I'm going to show you exactly the products that I use, what I like to use, and how do I go about doing it?" And like, sometimes I honestly have to trick myself into romanticizing the things that I don't necessarily want to do.
Maybe think of that YouTube video that you're not going to post. You're not going to show anybody about your fitness journey, where you came from and where you're at now. Like, this is like the middle of the video, and you're working on yourself, and you're creating those healthy meals, and you're picking the right playlist, and you're sharing your tips along the way.
I know y'all see these in my vlogs, but I swear such a foundational part of my morning routine and why I've been so consistent with my morning routine is because it is something about playing jazz or classical music. I feel like I'm in a movie. I feel like I'm that girl. It is something literally $3.99, but it makes like brushing my teeth or, you know, brushing my hair or getting up or walking my dog or, you know, making my meals—if I have classical music playing. I don't know. I—I feel so elegant. I feel so classy. I feel like so—like that girl.
So maybe what you do is pinpoint the things that you don't want to do, the work that you don't want to do, the gym you don't want to go to, struggling to reach back out to friends or text people back or put yourself out of your comfort zone and figure out little ways that you can romanticize that.
So this last one actually changed the game for me, and it is planning for the energy that I actually have. Now, there's two different parts to this. I think we need to go away from this area, especially us as women, especially as, you know, a community of women, that we show up the same every single day. I think that's more of a male thing. I actually—I know it's more of a male thing. What—us as women, we run on a 28-day cycle, whereas men run on a 24-hour cycle. So, we literally show up differently every single day, typically depending on what stage of our cycle that we're in.
So it would be silly for me as a woman to plan my productivity and to base my balance and consistency and motivation on my ideal self—like ideally in my ludial phase when I have all of this energy, when I'm super social, when I'm literally glowing from the inside out. It is unrealistic for me to base my productivity level when I am in my menstruation phase on my productivity level of when I'm in my ludial phase. It's just not realistic. This isn't a bad thing.
Now, this can take so many forms. I did—this is called cycle syncing, by the way. This whole notion of, you know, basing your productivity, your fitness, your nutrition off of your cycle. Now, I personally really, really, really try to cycle sync, especially with my fitness. It's helped me a lot with my nutrition, also with productivity as well. Again, I would defer back to that video, but I know I'm not strength training and going heavy in the gym in the stair master and everything in my ludial phase. One, that's just not good for my body. It's going to make me feel discouraged because I'm a little bit bloated. My skin's breaking out. I'm not feeling as confident. I want to be in my—I don't even want to go out to a Pilates class. Like, I want to be in my home doing an at-home Pilates class, or I want to be in a dark room with yoga focusing on my mental. And then, yeah, when I'm in my ludial phase, I want to wear that cute outfit. I want to go outside and be social and go to Pilates and get a little drink afterwards. I want to go hard in the gym, and I want to do that stairmaster challenge. I look at the month instead of the day with that. I look at that season, that ludial phase, that follicular phase. I base that off of my consistency, and I don't get so down on myself about not doing this today, not doing this.
Also, on the other hand of it, if I know I have a big social event for me, I don't overload my morning. I give myself space. If I know that today is going to be a pretty free and chill and open day, yeah, maybe I do take that workout class, I go on a little bit of a longer run, and then it is okay if I come home and I sleep and I take a nap. That to me is balance.
Now, these are my top five productivity hacks. I do want to rapid-fire some of my favorite discipline hacks as well because productivity is doing—it's getting things done. Discipline—like balance—is our mindset. But I don't want to make this video too long. So I'm going to rapid-fire these. Okay. So let me share with you my five rapid-fire discipline hacks.
The first one is win tomorrow tonight. I mentioned this before, but your morning starts the night before. So this means laying out your clothes. I lay out my skincare that I'm going to grab for the morning. I put out my toothbrush in the spot that I always reach it for. I lay out my supplements. I fill up my tea kettle with water so all I have to do is press a button. I lay out my clothes to walk Benji. It takes away some of that decision fatigue. And the number one fallout from decision fatigue is not doing anything at all. Because here's the thing, clarity is confidence. And when we have everything laid out for us the night before, it gives us confidence starting right at the start of the morning.
Number two, I get this from Mel Robbins: 5 4 3 2 1 go. 5 4 3 2 1 go. Get up. Move. I did this this morning. I was super tired. Didn't want to go to my workout class. You know, there's two ways of thinking that—if this one, what would my higher self do? And if that doesn't work, I literally just go 5 4 3 2 1 go. I don't even give myself time to like think about it. Your brain will kill the vibe. The thing, and I hope you're getting this from this video, you don't need motivation. You need momentum. You need to just get started going. Once you start, then everything else from there gets easier.
This is number three. It's called the 2-minute rule. If something takes less than 2 minutes, you do it now. You answer that text. You wash that dish. You make that bed. You send that quick email. I feel like a lot of our stress with productivity and why we don't feel balanced sometimes is because we let some of the micro-tasks in our day pile up and make us feel heavy. But a lot of them are just two-minute tasks. So, a way to get in front of it is that when that text comes in, when you're done with that bowl, if it takes less than two minutes, and you have to tell yourself, "This is going to take me less than two minutes," do it now.
Four, start seeing rest as your superpower. I romanticize rest and sleep as like my literal beauty sleep. I love putting on an overnight mask. I love putting on a lip mask. I love putting on my retinol, working on my dark spots overnight. Rest is productivity. When you rest, you think clear; you move faster, you feel stronger, you feel more confident. You really, really need to prioritize your sleep and start romanticizing it.
And then five, very similar to the power hour, you can also do the 25-minute no-distractions. This means putting your phone down, choosing one task, focus, take a break, then repeat. The power hour seems too daunting to you? Do the 25-minute rule. This is how you actually go from just kind of being busy to actually getting things done.
As we ended this video, I want you to know one thing about productivity, discipline, motivation, consistency: Life happens, girl. It's not about starting over, starting over. We're starting again. It's always important to go back and reread your why. Why are you doing this? Why are you glowing up? Why are you trying to get back to you? We can't just work out just to work out. There needs to be an emotional reason. There needs to be—that is our accountability of some sort. There needs to be something rooted in it. I am working on this job. I'm doing this power hour. I'm doing this 25-minute rule. I'm getting up for this job to fund a passion project of mine, to start a business of mine, to give myself financial freedom. I am working out because when I am 50 years old, when I'm 60 years old, I want to run around with my children, with my grandchildren, and I want to feel healthy and I want to feel good. I want to focus on my nutrition because I'm literally just sick and tired of seeing what I see in the mirror. I'm tired of it. I don't like what I see. That is my why. I want to wake up and I want to feel good about how I feel.
I can give you all the productivity, discipline, motivational hacks in the world. But if you don't have a why, if you don't shift your perspective on balance, if you do not stay grounded in this glow-up journey, then you're not going to want to do it. Period. Point blank. But if there's anything that I know about you, I know you're a part of this community. I know you watch these videos. I know you want the best for yourself. Hopefully, you found this video helpful. Hopefully, I didn't just regurgitate things that everybody else has said about productivity and consistency and everything like that. I'm so glad we went over how to shift our mindset around balance, some of my favorite productivity hacks, and rapid-firing some of my favorite discipline hacks as well. All things that are going to help you stay motivated, be consistent, and become your best self this year.
So, again, I want to thank Nourish for sponsoring today's video and supporting this community. I'll have more information down in my description. Also, if by now, girl, you still haven't subscribed, go ahead, join the family. I would love to have you here, especially if you like content like this. Like this video if you're going to try one of those tips tomorrow. And down in the comment section, if you do try it, let me know how you like it. Like always, girl, I will see you in the next video. Bye, girl. [Music]
