Somebody asked me one time, "Well, how do we know?" Well, you're not just one of those bros as well. I've been out here for actually almost 11 years helping people. When actors and actresses and CEOs and business people and sports and celebrities all call me because I help them. There's a reason I actually care. I'm just not too much of a [ __ ] to stand on you and go, "Hey, what you're doing, yeah, it's stupid. Do better. Here's how." You know?
So like today I'm talking about Redat at True Tide. It's amazing the number of people and I'm not talking about it in the way you think. It's not a fat loss peptide. It's not. And by the way, anything that I say is entertainment, hypothetical, not meant to cure or diagnose or treat or prescribe or all the other stuff. If you know, you know, now that I got that out of the way.
So the reason I'm saying it is a lot of people are treating Reddit truth tide. And this is superficial surface level information, which is why I give you this. You're not, it's not a fat loss peptide. It is a longevity peptide. And the more I learn about it, the more I research, and the more I look at actual studies with people doing it, I'm blown away at how incredibly like they're reversing PCOS. They're reversing type 2 diabetes. Like, they're reversing so many problems with one peptide. And they're trying to come up with an oral, which is not going to work. And you already know why. And if you don't, oral peptides don't work. Zero chance because they're broken down before they reach the receptor, which means they can't work. No uh peptide, no receptor activation. It's just simple biology. It doesn't work like that. If it doesn't make the bloodstream, it doesn't work.
So, let me back up to red a true tide because it's it's this biological reset that people are treating as just the diet shock. But what's interesting are the people that are still hung up on semiglutide and tzepide thinking and they get mad. They wipe out all these results. Dude, you're insane. Because to think that I have a product that's going to do potential harm to people, I'm going to sell it anyway. That's the problem. I won't. So, that shows me where your real motivation is. if that's who you are. If you're one of those insta bros, dude, come to my house so I can put you on the mat and put you to [ __ ] sleep because it bothers me that much that you are that careless with other people's health.
Now, the flip side is that if you don't know, time to learn. Welcome to class because semiglutide and trazepide are garbage. Garbage. Throw them out. They do nothing good. And I I'll explain it in this because otherwise I'm just going to go off and you know what? I want to go inside and hang out with Brandy and have dinner with my family. So everybody is calling reatride this fat loss miracle, this fat loss shot. That's like calling the space shuttle a really fast elevator. It make it makes it doesn't make sense. No, it is not a diet drug first of all and it's not a weight loss peptide. It is a it's a biological reprogramming tool. It's a systemic fix for some very seriously broken machinery that's aging you faster than your birth certificate's doing. And you know what's really funny about this whole thing? The same people running around celebrating Ozan Peek and Majuro like they found the holy grail. They're playing with a bunch of finger paints. It doesn't work. They're they're talking about how this it's this most amazing thing except it's causing more problems than good. Reddit True Tide is rewriting the genetic operating system with the neuroendocrine mitochondrial and metabolic blueprint that makes all those other peptides look like Flintstone vitamins. Nothing.
So, if you think that Reddit True Tide is the main is the fat loss main event, you're missing the point. The game is longevity. You don't have to take handfuls of supplements and I don't know who that dude is that he drinks his kids blood. That weird dude. You don't have to do that. You spend your whole life trying to live longer. That doesn't make any sense to me. Live your life, make an influence, make an impact, and change generations. That's not going to change generations. You're just being weird.
But here's what I would start with. What people never ask. Why do we store fat in the first place? Nobody's even asked that. Like that's the first question people should ask. And a lot of people go, "Well, because we eat too much." That's wrong. Because the the answer isn't just about overeating. It's about a broken signaling system. And this is why I'm explaining this. It's about chronically elevated insulin and leptin resistance and dopamine addiction and low mitochondrial output and hypothalamic inflammation. In other words, what your body's doing is storing fat because it doesn't know what else to do with the energy. Redatride doesn't just burn fat. It it resets the entire system that made you fat. You guys understand the difference? Because you can starve out yourself and your body is going to choose. It's going to be catabolic. It's going to choose muscle over fat because it goes, I am not getting rid of any of this energy cuz this energy if things go sideways is going to save me. That's in your DNA. So, it goes I'm going to get rid of some of this muscle which is metabolically active. So is fat to some degree but not very much. But muscle is highly metabolically active. So according to your body in homeostasis and the the system it's trying to run and save, it goes, I can afford to lose muscle. I can't afford to lose fat. Do you see the problem? That's the dilemma now is because people are going, I want to be I want to lose fat, but they're mistaking weight for fat. That's why the scale doesn't matter. That's why DEXA scans are pretty good.
But here's what RETA does. Reatide, it's just easier to say REA. This is what it really does. It repairs insulin signaling at the receptor level. Check that box. It restores leptin sensitivity in the hypothalamus. Check that box. Neither ozone peak and monurro semiglutide and depathite don't do either one of those. It activates glucagon to increase a basil metabolic rate. Semaglutide and depathite don't do that. It turn it cranks up mitochondrial function and biogenesis. Semaglutide and tzepide don't do that either. And here's the best part. Crosses the bloodb brain barrier to repair hippocample dysfunction. I'll explain what that means in a second, but all those other two don't do it. And that's just the first 60 seconds of what's happening inside when that receptor gets when all those receptors rather get triggered. Right? A true tie doesn't make your body smaller. It makes your body smarter. And that's the ultimate goal because then it's going to run it. It's it's going to run itself the way it's designed. So when you start putting something in that the second you stop your body rebounds the other direction, which 100% semiglutepide will do 100%. I don't care about these acupuncturists and naturopaths running around going I have all these clients and that's not what happened at all. [ __ ] And if they go that is exactly why you have a proper caregiver. Yeah. But then a trainer who's exceptional at training and giving somebody a diet that's effective is just as effective as semiglutide and transepide. So then you are not needed is what I'm saying. Because if you're going to inject yourself with a peptide it better do its damn job in a way that when you stop you're still able to function because otherwise then the peptide's needed which means you never resolve the problem. I mean just talk physiology.
Reddit tide acts by activating three different receptors. GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon. We already I've talked about this so many times. Each one is a is a piece of the longevity puzzle of a human being. GLP-1 is glucagon like peptide one. This is secreted by your gut when you eat. It's like your metabolic brake pedal. It slows gastric emptying, reduces appetite, and stimulates insulin, but only when glucose is elevated. Just so it doesn't cause hypoglycemia. Already you're seeing where there's an issue, right? And if you don't, let me explain it. Here's what's more important. And GLP reduces postprandial inflammation and enhances something called neuroplasticity which is the way your brain remembers and functions and gets things in that neural groove. It directly decreases inflammation in the hypothalamus which is your body's command center for hunger. So in fact it's not just hunger it's also metabolism and even circadian rhythm the sleepwake cycle. And if you remember your system pulses hormones specifically GH in a way that it allows you to heal during deep sleep that delta sleep. So if you can't do that this is you see how this all tied together. If you can't do that, then you're not healing, which means you wake up from your sleep at night sleepy because you didn't get any rest. This is why people that are parmenopausal have a lot of problems because they're not really hitting that delta sleep. So, you can take all the ambient you want. It's still it never activates delta sleep. It just knocks you out, makes you forget everything. Then you wake up on a plane to Guam and you don't know how you got there and you're probably missing a kidney. Like, none of that stuff is okay. If you look at if you look at the way this works, GLP1, you're not just full, you're neurologically stable.
Again, I guess the second lever of this entire thing is GIP. This is gastric inhibitory polyeptide. I don't even know if people have talked about what these things are. They're just like, I don't know. It's just an acronym. This one's actually really misunderstood. Most people don't even I see these guys come out and they spit on information and I go, where did that even come from? That doesn't make sense according to your phys. You look at biochemistry and I can tell you got your biochemistry information from Tik Tok because everybody says it increases fat storage. No, it doesn't. It modulates insulin secretion. It regulates atypusite sensitivity and when it's paired synergistic effects when it's paired with GLP1 it enhances lipolysis rather than storing fat which makes it use fat as fuel. It's a balancer and the synergy between GLP1 and GIP is what restores intelligent insulin release and not just blind spikes that happen when you eat. Really smart metabolically active systemic control. Think of it this way. GLP1 says we've eaten and GIP says okay let's store only what we need and burn the hell out of the rest. It's that simple because now you're controlling fat at the hormonal level and not just through some ironclad will that some trainer says you just got to optimize and cold plunge and you got to dig deep. Okay, great. But what if you just can't do that right now? I have empathy for people that go I don't have god-tier discipline. They do. Not because they don't have it, but because they were never taught hell. because I always I've been gritty my whole life, but I've gotten significantly more gritty in the last 4 years by necessity. I had to or my family would have suffered. That was enough. I won't let my family suffer. So, that's why I'm saying if you don't have that, this is the system that that helps.
But now you get into the third one, which is glucagon. And this is this is the game changer. This is why Reddit True Tai just it's not even playing the same game. I always use the F22 Raptor and a tricycle. The Raptor The plane, not the truck. The plane is destroying entire civilizations and the tricycle is trying to figure out how to get across the street. That's the difference between red a true tide and every other peptide on the planet in this category. Everybody's terrified about glucagon because it raises blood sugar. Stop it. That's only if you're broken. It can't do it if you're not broken. In a healthy system, glucagon liberates fat storage, right? All the stored fat. It increases something called hpatic beta oxidization and it boosts energy expenditure while you're doing nothing. I'm pointing over there at my couch if you're wondering what I'm looking at. Which means you and I hate I always hate saying this part. If you are sitting on your couch and you are on Reddit true tide, you are still going to lose fat. I hate saying that, but I'm also not going to lie about it. That's how good it is.
But here, let me back up though. But more than that, and I know I'm delving deep into endocrinology and physiology, but I mean, maybe you guys want to know this. If not, I'm going to say it anyway. It activates something called PGC1 alpha. It's a gene that stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis, which basically means your body starts making more engines to burn more fuel. You you go from Prius to F1 car like this. So you don't just burn calories, you increase your capacity to create more energy from those calories. And that right there is the foundation. That's the platform of longevity. Because when you run out of energy, you slow down. When you slow down, you make less energy. When you make less energy, you slow down. You see, it's a self-propagating cycle, but you have a if you have a system in place that keeps the energy up and the furnaces that create that energy multiplying, that's longevity. That's how the system, it's designed to work this way. And I'm not saying you're going to extend your life to be 200 years old. I'm saying you're not going to live, you're going to make it past 74 because you're not doing stupid things with your health. And all of this is married to a significantly solid lifestyle.
By the way, it's like I had a guy that was uh he sent me a message about overt hypothyroidism, and I gave him all the tools. I have to post it yet, but I gave him all the tools that need he needs to do to not manage it, fix the problem. However, in that case, he still needs to be on thyroid medication. It just it's unavoidable. But this makes the medication work infinitely better in a way that allows because if you just take the thyroid medication, it's not going to do anything for T3, T4, and the elevated TSH, right? So T3, T4 are decreased in overt hypothyroid hypothyroidism and TSH is skyrocketed, right? So all of that if you just take a like armor thyroid which is a common one it's a mix T3 T4 that's not going to help because there's so many other levers that need to be pulled so you fix the system and then the livers that get pulled by the armor thyroid are infinitely more functional which means you become infinitely more functional. That's why I do this because I think a lot of times people look at their health as a one-stop shop. If I take this pill it's going to magically fix all my problems which is a very easy sell right? You're in pain. Here's this narcotic. And I got nothing against narcotics. You You do what you got to do. But you take this narcotic, but the problem is still there, right? I If I enesthetize your hand and I put it on a hot element, still burning, man. You just don't feel it. That's the issue with the medical world, and that's a whole other podcast. But it's a broken system because it's not designed to it's not not designed to allow you to die. It's also not designed to fix you. It's designed to keep you somewhere in the middle. So you are a subscriber for as long as possible in a way that the insurance companies pray every year that they never have to pay out a claim and they get to keep all your premiums. Like that's how this system works.
So let let me pull back a little bit because there's a lot of things I could talk about here. If you ask why do people age so poorly? It's not gray hair. It's not wrinkles. It's aging is this. It's mitochondria stop producing energy. Remember you keep cranking out energy and you age significantly slower. So mitochondria stop producing energy. insulin becomes largely ineffective and hormones tank and cells stop repairing all the damage and inflammation goes fully systemic. That's what aging is. It's this biological burnout. Reddit true tide reverses it. I don't know. Maybe I should say that again because all of you guys should have gone, "Holy [ __ ] how do I buy as much as possible?" I don't care if you buy it from me or not. Again, that's how much I give a crap about your health and your functionality because I know what it's like to have a poor quality of life based on a a health problem. I don't want that for anybody. Even people I can't stand. I just don't I'll let God sort it out if you've been an [ __ ] But I know this. Yeah, I do. I think you should buy it from me. Of course. Not because it's my company. Because I know what you're getting if you get it from me. But at the same time, that's not why I do this. But Reddit True Tide reverses all those problems. And And here's how. Because maybe I think if you had an understanding of the mechanism, you can make a more educated decision so you can control your health better. And people aren't coming out to do this. Like you go to school to learn things and if the teacher goes, "This is how it is because I say so." That doesn't help me at all. So I'm going this is how it is and here's why. Then you decide.
So here's what it does. Insulin sensitivity is restored at the receptor level. So glucose is now managed with significantly less effort. Mitochondria are multiplied and strengthened through the the glucagon and remember what I said the VGC1 activation. Right? So actually PGC1 alpha activation. But chronic inflammation is almost non-existent. It's suppressed as hell with GLP1's anti-inflammatory effects in the brain and all the periphery. Right? and the hypothalamic dysfunction is almost completely reversed. Never mind PCOS and all this other stuff that's going in which but this means that your hunger and your sleep and your recovery and your metabolic output are all working the way they're designed. And then I haven't even touched leptin yet. Leptin starts working again. So the body actually knows how much fat you even have because when that doesn't work, your body has no clue. So now you're metabolically not guessing. Your body is having communic. It's speaking the language that it understands again because right now you're walking around with fuzzy signals throwing everything you've got at it and hoping that it works and it never does. But nobody gives you the answers so you just run around lost.
I mean most people don't even know this but red truth tide crosses the bloodb brain barrier. Just let that hit for a second. It doesn't just act on your pancreas or your fat cells. It acts directly on your CNS, your central nervous system and especially I've said this before the hippocampus and the hypothalamus. But you know what's driving all overeating? In fact, not just overeating. It's driving overeating and fatigue and depression and insomnia and emotional instability in spades. Neuroinflammation. And neuroinflammation is catastrophic, just so you know. But here's what it comes from. High cortisol, high dopamine load. Get off your damn phone, man. High blood sugar, lowgrade gut inflammation, and a ton of sleep disruption. Stop sleeping on your phone when it's plugged in. Don't even get me started on that. Red or true tide turns all that stuff off. All the stuff that I just listed off. It reduces micro galactation. It basically turns down the volume on the inflammation that's making your brain dumb and your emotions completely unstable. You're not just eating less because you're full. You're eating less because your brain isn't inflamed. So now your impulse control is restored and your reward system isn't begging for hits like some kind of like tweaky drug addict. Right? So this is where ozone peak and major completely fail. Zero. They do nothing. They suppress appetite. That's it. Red tide restores all the regulation. That's a huge difference. Just so we're clear, that's the difference between pushing a car and one with an engine.
But here, I'll I'll break it down to as see if I can list some of this stuff off as plain as day. OM peak GLP1. Monuro GLP1 gip red truth tide GLP1 gip glucagon. So three levers, right? We go from 1 2 3. It's not even close. It's not even close. Let me let me go through some of the things the others can't do. Just so you understand. When I say others, I mean semiglutinide, durepide can't do any of this. They don't increase energy expenditure at all. Zero. They don't activate glucagon to release any of the stored fat. So that doesn't change, which is why you burn tissue, by the way, including glycogen, muscle, and bone. They don't enhance mitochondrial biogenesis. Huge problem. So the furnaces never you don't replicate furnaces, which means you can't burn any more energy even if you had it. They don't improve hypothalamic sensitivity to leptin. Your body now doesn't know how much fat it has. Remember what I just said? They don't repair the hippocampus. They don't modulate resting metabolic rate through glucagon receptor activity. And they don't increase fat burning independent of calorie restriction. So, here's here's the short answer to what that is. They suppress symptoms. Problem still there, dude. Redatride reverses the systemic breakdown. Sure, OMP can help you lose weight, not fat. Wait, I'll go online and go live with anybody that wants to challenge me on that. Bring it. Same with with Monero. Not a chance. You are demolishing tissue. I had a message from someone right now who said their wife spent 1,900 bucks on um semiglutide. And I said, "Toss it. It's garbage. Toss it." Oh, she spent all this money for a whole year supply. I don't think she's going to be willing to do that.
Here's the logic behind just so you guys all understand. Maybe some of you guys are just stuck what I just said. That's like going, "Hey, listen. I have this bottle. I bought a whole bunch of them because it tastes so good. It's sweet. It's delicious. It's green. It says Quaker State on the outside. I think it's radiator fluid, but it tastes so good and I got it for a really good deal and I bought a whole year's worth. So, I'm going to just keep sipping on it all day. You're going to [ __ ] die. Ethylene glycol is going to kill you. Just so you know, cuz it tastes sweet. That's why you're going to drink it. I don't want to waste the money. That's the logic. You're going to take something that is going to cause harm because you you search out you source out information that goes, "But it doesn't cause harm in this situation." If 90% of the time it's going to cause issues, why are you going to do it? I'm just being honest. Like I said, I'm I'm I'm a doctor that's not too much of a coward, not too much of a [ __ ] to just tell you the truth. Throw it out. Throw it out. What? 1,800 bucks. Your body and health is worth $1,900. That's sad.
So Oz Peak will help you lose weight. Sure, it's not going to be fat. It'll be weight. Read a truth tide helps you never gain it again because it fixes the machinery that caused the problem in the first place. You know, I was thinking about this the other day. I get these messages about, "Dude, you're like an awesome biohacker." I hate that word, just so you know. It's a gayest word ever. You can tell I'm a product of the 80s because I say the two words, gay and [ __ ] If you don't like that, I'm not for you. That's okay. You're probably not for me either. But you don't hack your way into longevity. You restore biology to its native intelligence. Innate intelligence. That's how you're your system knows what to do. Just so you know, I don't know if the last time you ever thought about when you ate something and let's say you ate a piece of fish or steak and cuz vegetarian is ridiculous. And if we can get into the whole, well, gorillas are are vegetarian and they're covered in muscle. First of all, no, gorillas are not vegetarian. They eat all kinds of shoots and leaves and foliage, but the bacteria in their gut get digested by the gorilla that gives them the protein that they need. They're still [ __ ] carnivores. Yes, it's a roundabout way of looking at it, but it's still fact. So, listen, you eat a piece of steak and here's what you've never had to once go, "All right, hydrochloric acid. you need to start chopping this up and cleaving the protein molecules and then when you hit the dadum I need you to release pepsin and kimotriin and trison and I like you don't have to think about that your body knows what to do somehow somebody convinced a lot of you guys that your body is stupid it's not it knows you better than you know you just so you know because here here's what it here's what that looks like with with red a true tide you know what's funny is if I made a commercial for rea tride it would slap because it would actually explain the truth and there wouldn't be anything after it going you know by the way if you have this problem, you have this problem and it's going to cause like it's not going to have this these three words may cause death because it's a signal. It can't a peptide can't kill you. It's a signal you already got. This is just stupid thing when people what about cancer. It's not possible.
So here's what this looks like with reedride. Your cells become little energy producers again. Your fat becomes metabolically active which is what I said before just not very much. Now it becomes more metabolically active. Your hypothalamus becomes sensitive to real signals not cravings. That's not a signal. That is you going I want that. That's not a signal. Your hippocampus starts processing emotional responses instead of that knee-jerk panic, which is what gives you that I have to have a bag of Skittles, right? Your hormones, they fall back into alignment because they're not playing whack-a-ole with inflammation. Redatai doesn't treat symptoms. It restores order to that entire biological chaotic event you call being a human right now. But you want to live longer. Awesome. Here, I let I mean, I think most of you guys need to know what kills people early, insulin. because you don't even know. People like, I don't know, get hit by a bus. That'll do it. There's more things. Visceral fat, hormonal collapse, gut dysfunction, mitochondrial decline, brain degeneration, all preventable, by the way, so far. Chronic inflammation, insulin resistance, mitochondrial issues. There's a there's a ton. Those are the heavy hitters, by the way. Metabolic dysfunction is one of the most problematic things in chronic inflammation. They kill you. Just so you know, all the things I just listed off, Rea touches every every box, every one of.
Now, here's where it gets awesome. You want to make it really like just a banging system. So you run out and everybody's like, "What happened to you? Did you get cloned and you lost about 20 years and now you're just on fire and ready to take on the world?" Here's how you do it. Hypothetically, this would be the move. Stack it with a pitilon to protect your telomeres, right? Tymeres keeps the end caps on the DNA so you don't so the aglet doesn't come off. It doesn't tough the end, right? BPC57 to rebuild the gut and the brain, get rid of a lot of that inflammation. GHKCU to drive collagen production and hair growth and neurogenesis, right? Brain cells. It's like synaptogenesis, neurogenesis, all that. MK677 to restore growth hormone and a lot of the lean tissue. MK677, by the way, infinitely better than hexa and surma and tessa, all of those, and for a lot of reasons, but it it just and this is the point I'm going to say, just trust me because otherwise this podcast is going to be like 6 hours long because I'll go into the physiology and the neurology of all of this and you guys have better things to do with your night. So MK677 restores all the growth hormone problems. DIP, right? Delta sleep inducing peptide. Oh man, that is, you know, I use DIP for the first time about a week ago. Mindblowing rest. And I sleep maybe 4 hours a night. And if you before any of you guys go, "Well, see, you're not getting enough sleep." If you call my mother right now, then you ask her. My mom is 82 years old. You call my mom and you ask her about how I was cuz I know this. When I was a kid, I used to wake up with my neighbor and we used to go play under this bridge of all things, like the dumb [ __ ] we did as a kid. But he'd knock on my window at 5:00, 5:30 in the morning. David would just get up. I was never tired. And my parents would come into my room sometimes the middle like I don't know. It was dark and probably 2:00 in the morning. And there I am sitting in the corner with a record player. Yes, I'm 52. I had a little red record player and I'd be listening to Star Wars records and story records and yep, smurfs and all kinds of stuff. But I'd be listening to records. had a big white arm with a needle on it because I couldn't sleep or I'd be reading or I'd turn on a flashlight, I'd read or I'd go to sleepovers and I was always the one awake. I've been this way my entire life. So 4 hours is but 4 hours where you are in deep delta sleep and repairing. If you know me at all, if you I've been coming out here for almost 11 years, have you ever seen me running slow? The answer is no. even on an oxygen machine in tears and frustrated and angry trying to rebuild my entire [ __ ] life. You never saw me run slow for two reasons. One, I wear the armor of God. I kid you not. I wear the armor of God 24/7, 365. You have no idea how unstoppable I am because of that. Because I have faith in all. But two is because I just don't quit because my family matters to me and because you guys matter to me because I I wouldn't like this is exhausting. Just so you know, sometimes I come out of this, I'm like, I'm freaking tired. But all the knowledge that I've put together over decades and decades of reading and courses and seeing patients, I've seen over a million patients in my life, never mind more now because I just started doing one-on-one with patients again virtual before everybody sends me messages and says, "How do I work with you?" Understand the cure program. I only have two options. One is $100,000, the other is $25,000. That's it. It is a 100 days or it is 25 days. So understand, I want people to be healthy, but I'm also not going to chase around people convincing them that what I'm telling them to do is actually going to help them. You either trust me fully or don't ask me to help because I'm a walking billboard of exactly how well what I talk about and what I do works. I care about myself, but I also care about people that hire me to be their consultant. So just keep that in mind.
But if you look at if you let me come back to this. If you look at the way like that dip, man, I slept so well. It's unreal. But that's the one. So lock in where I mean I was talking about the things that you stack it with right it was u a pitiline BPC157 DHKCU MK677 non-negotiable by the way a dip that fixes your circadian rhythm but it also recovers the cortisol issues because you have these the horrific cort cortisol spikes and then five aminoq not oral it stop it with these oral peptides man and all the other things stop it they don't work it reduces the inflammation and it upregulates NAD+ if you remember that five aminoq works against NMT which reduces NAD+. It's just a bunch of acronyms. It sounds like alphabet soup. Just trust me. It does really good things. But now you have this biological weapons system for health's not just life. So read a true tide. That's the commanding office. That's the one that runs everything. And I think that's where people are making mistakes is they go, well, can't I just part piece together what I feel like and what I read about? It's either all or nothing. Your physiology does not like doing things segregated. It doesn't. It works in concert. It's a synergistic. We are synergistic. Everything works together. So when you start parting it out, that's why drugs run into problems because they're sledgehammers and they force you to do something against what your system wants to do. But if you look at Red True Tide, it it directs the repairs, right? It directs the repairs and initiates the reset. It opens the door for all the rest of the protocol to work with exponentially greater results, which is why I'm saying this. Yeah. Could you take Reddit true all by itself? Absolutely. And it's still going to give you longevity benefits, like I said, in spades. Would it be better if you stacked it with a bunch of other things in ways that I can't even describe and it would take me 10 hours to even go down that rabbit hole. So just keep that in mind because semiglutide and tep tzepide garbage and I just explained why red trutide on its own longevity fat loss is kind of the bonus. Stack it with things to help you function even better you change your life. Don't listen to me. Don't listen to me. That's entirely up to you. You might want to look at my family and go, "They seem healthy and strong and they're living a great life and they function really well." Yeah, I'm 52. And I'm not saying it because I look young. No, I don't. I got gray in my beard. I got wrinkles all over my face and I'm bald. Now, I'm bald by choice, but at the same time, I meet plenty of 52 year olds that couldn't hang with me. I meet plenty of 22 year olds that couldn't hang with me. And if anybody goes, "Well, yeah, you're cheating." Not even close. My system is doing all the [ __ ] that it's designed to do. I just got all the the static and noise out of the way. Why would you not want that? I just said to my wife, Brandy, this morning, I said, "I don't understand how people just choose not to be healthy and then come up with reasons why that doesn't work for them." Nobody likes feeling like crap. Just so you know, nobody likes being fat or obese because I can't. Screw that. Nobody likes being fat. You're fat. If you are fat, you're fat. You know you're fat. Nobody likes being fat. Nobody likes being broke. And nobody likes being alone, no matter what they say. But when somebody gives you the answers to solve all those problems, arguing against them makes you look like an imbecile because you're arguing against the very things that you want so badly, but you don't want to admit that you are your own worst enemy.
So listen, this isn't going to be a psychological podcast. I just wanted to say the bottom line is this. People are going to say, "I heard red a true tide helps with all this weight loss, okay?" And I'll say, "Yeah, you know what else does? Cancer. Is that what you're optimizing for?" That's how dumb that statement is. Heroin is going to help you lose weight, too. You want to do that? Maybe methamphetamines. It's a ridiculous analogy. Weight loss is the side effect and you know me there's no such thing as side effects there are only effects but in this analogy just so you understand losing fat tissue because it's not weight loss it's fat it's just the side effect of a true tide biological renewal is the ultimate prize that's the golden ring when you're going around on the merrygoround right at a true tide is not a shortcut it's not a gimmick and it sure as hell is not some Tik Tok trend or Instagram story it is the most intelligent ph it's not even pharm pharmacological it is a bi ological tool we that we've ever had and I was saying that about BPC and TB500 in their category. Yes. But overall read a truth tide because it's the most intelligent for very specific things. Reversing biological aging, repairing your metabolic engine, restoring neuroendocrine balance. You could stop here, but there's more. But wait, there's more. And extending your health span without trading muscle or sleep or honestly or your sanity to get it. Having discipline is one thing. Having discipline and getting results is another.
So, Ozam Peak, yeah, it'll help you skip dinner, it's about it. Maybe not have the dessert. Monero helps you avoid the dessert and the snack. Redat true tide helps your body stop asking for any of it. It's not weight loss, you guys. It's not. This is a total system restoration disguised as an injection that people are too scared to understand because they're too indoctrinated or stubborn or caught up in their own [ __ ] that they don't want to admit. So just to be very clear if there's any of you instabs or wannabe health coaches out there that are selling sema and tza and telling I'm going to say this out there all of you guys if you are listening to this and somebody's pushing semiglutide or tzepetide on you and they aren't even suggesting reatride you need to stop listening to them right now. In fact, you need to give them the finger. You go ahead and put them in front of me. I'll set their head on fire because ab they do not care about you if that's what they're doing. Not at all. And if you are that person, dude, go live with me just so I can roast you because it bothers me so much that people trust you with their health and you lie to them because you're so indoctrinated or you bought stock in something and you have boxes of this crap and you're not realizing that it's not going to do any good. So yeah, that's where I'm at.
If you get it, like if you get it that it is a total biological systemic restoration system, it is a an OS upgrade. You're not going to just get lean. You're going to become genuinely physically resilient. I mean, we're talking like tougher, more savage, stronger. You get more clear-headed. I mean, stronger than you've been in a decade, probably. You know what you realize? Fat loss was just the beginning. The real prize is getting your entire biology back. So I think when it comes to your health, I want everybody to get the results as fast as possible, but if you get it, it's not a lot of you guys confu confuse movement for progress. And I'll say it again, semiglutide and tzepide, put those people on a dexa scan, go do one yourself. And I guarantee you if you put that person next to somebody that's used retatride, you're not even in the same game. But you'll also find out that you lost bone and muscle and glycogen. Water 25 to 30% was fat. I'd be pissed at the person that sold it, just to be clear. Anyway, I hope that gives you a bunch of information. Longevity is the game in this one. Love you all. Never miss.
