So, the big news is Kevin Walsh, he did finally get confirmed as Fed chairman, guys. All right, he is the new Federal Reserve chairman. Coincidentally, he is also the 17th Federal Chairman, Federal Reserve Chairman, guys. So, kind of gives you an idea again that oh gosh, this whole this everything is incredible. So, now this is how I look at it. President Trump's got his A team now. He's got Scott Bent as secretary treasur. He's got Scott Bent as the secretary treasurer. He's got his A team now. He has pro- crypto Paul Atkins as the security and exchange commission, the chairman of the security and exchange. Marco Rubio as the Secretary of State, Pete Hegsth as the Secretary of the Department of War, Todd Blanch as the interim DOJ, Cash Patel as the FBI director. I know I'm missing others from his cabinet, but I wanted to kind of give out the the ones that are going to make big change in the financial system. And Kevin Wars confirmed as the federal chair.
So, why did I bring up some of the different cabinet members that are not related to the finance world? Well, the Clarity Act, it protects this is posted by the Senate Banking Committee and it sounds like this is the final final, but it is the it the Clarity Act protects Main Street, unleashes responsible innovation and cracks down on fraud and money laundering. This is really big and this has Nasara all over it. I'm not going to read the whole thing. I'm just going to bring up some highlights here. So it says right over here, the Clarity Act establishes clear enforcable guard rails for digital asset markets that protect consumers and investors, counters illicit finance and national security threats, and supports responsible innovation in the United States. This bill is the product of more than 10 months of bipartisan negotiations uh and extensive engagement with get this regulators, law enforcement, academics and industry. And uh the Senate Banking Committee prepares for key procedural markup. So this is where the safety comes in, the safeguards come in. Why I brought up the market manipulation, the clarity act, it allows the no more manipulation, guys. No more of this money laundering. Uh, let me get a little bit more. The Clarity Act cracks down on fraud and money laundering and the bill takes a hardline approach to fraud, money laundering while protecting American investors in the marketplace. The bill applies Bank Secrecy Act regulations to digital asset brokers, dealers, exchanges, requiring anti-money laundering and countering, excuse me, countering terrorist financing program, suspicious activity monitoring and reporting, customer identification programs, and compliance with sanctioned laws. Guys, I don't know if you realize, but this is really big. This is how those some of those big central banksters thrive. They thrived on all of that fraud money coming into their system. And now they don't have that. They don't have they're not going to be able to have the deposits eventually at some point when the new system comes into place. The yields, if they have to give out any yields, they have to increase those yields because they're going to have to compete with other banks that are coming out that are offering higher and more attractive yields for you.
It's a good piece because it talks about what the fake news is really talking about or the TDSers are putting out there and they're saying no myth or fact myth or fact. Um, but the Clarity Act establishes clear regulatory framework and holds bad actors accountable for fraud, manipulation, and abuse and is designed to prevent another FTX style collapse. Remember the guy that formed that FTX and then he ended up Yeah. having Yeah. he ended up facing justice. Um, and then it says the bill closes regulatory gaps. The real opportunity for evasion arises from the status quo, guys. So, this is guys what we needed. When the prosperity comes in, we don't want anyone to start tapping into whatever you've worked so hard to build to have, right? They don't want any kind and then they don't want another cabal forming. So, so you as the surfer, the anon that's been working your tail off and you're saying, "Okay, I know I've got something coming in or you got da da da, whatever it is, the new system, generational wealth, all of that coming into play." We don't want those big banks to have a hold of what you have, your assets. They've been using our assets for years so that they can go ahead and make investments. Look what happened to Silicon Valley Bank three years ago. They went bye-bye. They went belly up because that's exactly what they did. When the banks get desperate, where are they going to go? Right? Who are they going to go to? They're going to go and look at all those bank accounts that they have in their system, right? This also to me, in my opinion, it applies to the gold and silver industry as well. My opinion only, you decide. Uh, bottom line is the Clarity Act replaces uncert uncertainty with clear rules of the road. Protects investors, strengthens national security, preserves lawful innovation, and gives regulators, law and law enforcement the tools to go after the fraud manipulation, sanction evasions and illicit finance. Sanction evasions are people that may come to this country. Maybe they have sanctions already imposed. They use some kind of other type of currency or cash or whatever and they try to avoid the sanctions of their currency in their country. This is really phenomenal guys. So, giving you a highlight, but the the banking the Senate Banking Committee, they wrote this as if this is the final final, which leads me into President Trump's visit to Beijing.

This trip is different because with President Trump, he has not just his Let's turn this volume down. Not only is he coming, he is coming with a boatload of individuals, he has of course himself and he has his key cabinet uh individuals and Elon Musk and he's got CEOs from major companies, some of which they will the White House is not releasing that information, but they are have they have some big big names. Black Rock is going to be there. Goldman Sachs uh and so um also in the Nvidia uh CEO only the CEOs guys. So again, what are they doing? Is this it? Is this the final final? Is this the final world trip in order to get the new financial system into play? The White House posted this the beginning of history. Meaning and I question again you decide is their CCP done? Um, is their China deep state gone? The two nations making big moves that will last forever. The beginning of history again guys, we're going into some we're walking into unchartered territory. Nobody has an answer except for President Trump and those that are closely tied to him. So, we don't know what he's going to come out with, but there's been some posts on X saying that he's going to come back with trillions of investments in the United States from China. There's other things, there's other conversations, but are they again installing? Remember, Elon Musk went to the Middle East uh on that summit and he went out there with his team. So, what did they install? What are they doing? Right? But President Trump through Illonado posted the kings in the building. That's why I put this meme up there, guys, because again, we know he is the royalty. We know he is the king. And now, is he really the king of the world? Interesting enough, when President Trump was greeted, he had four major delegates meet with him at the tarmac. Uh, incredible.
So, let's talk a little bit about when President Trump and President Xi met last, which was back in October 30th of 2025, just a few months ago. They met in in South Korea and it was at that time I'm just going to talk some numbers guys. Uh, at that time silver those of you that listen to my show for years you many of you are silver stackers. You've been you know that silver has been sitting stale. It really couldn't break 40 couldn't barely break 50. I mean it couldn't break 50. But back then when they met silver was stale for years. Then after they met silver was at $48 when they met back in October. And then it surged to over $120 within 3 months. And then of course, you know, the the central banksters, they had their hammers out. Then we had gold around hovering at around 4,000. And then that surged to 50 close to $5,600 an ounce within three months. So that happened while Jerome Powell was at the helm and turning a blind eye to all that market manipulation. But now enter the new cabinet, the new addition to Trump's team, Kevin Wars. And and anyone anyone except for Jerome Pal have Kevin Wars stop step in. Now they're meeting in the well, President Trump is meeting in Beijing. It makes me wonder. I just ask I don't have an answer. What will h what will surge next? Silver, gold, the markets, XRP. That's where I'm going, guys. because we know XRP has been stifled for a while, but I'll get to that in a moment. And then many people are wondering, okay, is this a good time right now to get in with silver and gold. I don't have an answer to that. So going back to whenqi and Trump met October 30th right here. Can you see that? Uh s silver was at $40 $48.62 62 cents. Then it went all the way up to I'm going to go down here and then it went up to well this says 115 by January 28th 29th it went up to over 120 an ounce and then it dropped so fast so fast because again the big banksters they were hammer hammer hammering. Now we have a new Federal Reserve person in play and will he have the power to say I need for you to go ahead and investigate this bank. There seems to be some kind of nefarious activity. Again, guys, it's all unchartered territory. It's just phenomenal, though. So, again, none of this is is financial advice. None, none, none, none financial crypto, nothing. But XRP, I'm going to use that as an example because lots of surfers are in on that. A lot of surfers have even gotten into the fuzzy bear movement, which is fantastic. XRP's price has been stale as well. In my opinion, it's taking a little nap because once it wakes up, it will never have time to take a nap ever again. But what I find interesting is we've seen last year alone, just even mid part of last year when XRP rose and it went up to $353 and everyone was very excited and then it dropped. But interesting enough, we have watched nations news about nations, pension accounts, ETFs that got formed using the XRP ETFs, whales entering the XRP space, and one would think the price of XRP would increase, but it didn't, right? So why was that happening? Are the White Hats waiting until it's the right time? Are they waiting again? If President Trump comes back with more trillions of dollars or even1 trillion dollars or billions, is he going to put it into XRP at the low price, right? But why is that all happening? Well, we are also watching the So, I I don't have an answer, but I'm just kind of planting the seed, guys. What is going on with XRP? Because if there's that much attention to it from and especially with all the integration they have with Mastercard and some of the big banks, why hasn't it budged? It's just been like sleep. It's snoring. Wake up, wake up, wake up. So, is this trip part of the wake up process? Right then whales are entering the XRP space, but they did that before and then they dumped it. Right? Did they are the whales doing it again? Not really thinking about the Clarity Act, not really thinking about Kevin Wars. They do their own thing. But are the whales, and I'm going to call them the TDS whales, if they are doing it so they can manipulate it by dumping XRP, has that been going on? I know a lot of people in the XRP community would have notified me about that. They would have said, "Hey, Santa, this is what's going on." Uh, but are they doing that? Because this is what's been going on over the last couple of months. They've engaged in massive accumulation of XRP by the millions of tokens, guys. There's only 1 billion XRP tokens on the planet. So, what happens when we're down to very little? Wouldn't you think the price would go up? Well, again, XRP is the engine in the car, so it's got to go ahead and start running. Are they trying to keep it down so they can get people to get in, right? And again, and not financial advice, just sharing that what's out there. But if these whales are getting in for the wrong reason, and I'm going to call them the TDS whales, and they don't realize how effective the Clarity Act will give the people safeguards, you the people, we the people, a new federal chairman is in place, a new system is happening. And when it's the clarity is approved, the foundation of the new system is already in place. Do these TDS whales not have that opportunity to dump it? Do you see where I'm going with this, guys? begs the qu So did they get in and now they're like you got to stay in or you know if you dump it we're going to be monitoring and whatever begs the question what needs to happen next though let's take the whales out of the tedious whales out of the picture what needs to happen next right with XRP because is XRP again we all know it's going to be worldwide what but if it's worldwide are do worldwide trade agreements tariff agreements need to be finalized will the annexation of nations into the United States need to happen. Is it has it already happened and we just don't know about it? Right. And then President Trump's just putting it out there. I want Greenland. I want to buy Greenland. And he's talking about Cuba and Iran and Venezuela and then is he going to launch into saying I want to buy the UK and all its Commonwealth nations, guys. Oh my gosh. But the Indonesia, there's big news in Indonesia in Middle East, he's already met with them. India, he met with them as well. So, do we see the financial system roll in and then the annexation news becomes public? But does it have to be silent for this time? Right? Because these are big moves happening. And then I'm going to tie in the previous Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who sold our country out. Is China the very last country where she because she had a lot of payto-play schemes which by the way that information was supposed to be due on Monday but nothing happened yet. So let's see what happens. But why would the White House post Marco Rubio wearing a Maduro the identical Maduro tracksuit and title the post full circle moment. So with her selling our country out and then now Trump is cleaning it out and he's making our nation and he's working on those nations to be great for the people right the full circle is this the last step is China the last and then also on the justice side does the this also mean because I mean come on the White House is posting full circle moment and then you have Maduro walking in with his tracksuit right identical to Maduro. You have Rubio walking in with a a Maduro tracksuit. Does this mean that Hillary Clinton will get Maduroed? I'm using it as a verb. Captured and arrested when the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton domino st start to fall because we know that well a many things will begin to fall. Not just here in our nation, all around the world because that's how dirty she played, right? Her and Obama, they played dirty dirty. So again, just kind of throwing that out there.
Then President Trump is a man on a mission. The arrival. This is the White House posting again. The arrival everyone has waited for. Guys, I don't know if you realize how big this is because while this is happening, did you know that there is the major whistleblower that was testifying to the Senate today about the origins of COVID? So, is Trump getting all this stuff? Are they having a little swap of flash drives and saying, "Okay, here's my dirt. Here's your dirt. Here's what you need to install here." And then everything, all the dominoes fall, guys. Because if you think about this, if a person is part of a deep state minion or, you know, they're sitting there, they're probably watching this and thinking it's looking at it just for face value, not really thinking about all the big steps that President Trump does when he makes moves and trips like this. Right? So, the arrival everyone is waiting for full circle, right? I mean, come on. But with this Mickey watch, this uh comm uh is it time for the switch? That's what I'm just thinking out loud, guys. You decide. You decide on all of this, but oh boy. Oh boy.
