If you use Claude Code and you want to improve its memory, then you need to start using Obsidian alongside it.
Obsidian is a free lightweight tool that's going to supercharge any project you're using with Claude Code that requires it to take on context from a very large amount of markdown or text files.
And to get it working, all you have to do is run Claude Code from inside whatever folder you have designated as the vault for Obsidian. and then just tell Claude Code in plain language, hey, from now on, I want you to set up the markdown files so we can use them in Obsidian.
Now, I released a much heavier deep dive on this exact topic on my YouTube. You can also find it in my community. There's a link to that in my bio.
