Copper Peptide GHK-Cu , Useful For Bodybuilding, Reducing Grey Hairs, Skin Thickness

I do say as a good source of copper. Most bodybuilders are copper deficient when we sort of look at the balance of their minerals versus iron and zinc. So, yeah, it can be a useful way of getting in bioactive copper.

All right then, the next one is GHK copper. And GHK is a little bit of an anti-aging drug. Um, might help with hair growth, might help with, um, uh, gray hairs. I found that it works for spiking weaker body parts regarding sight enhancement. But the post-injection pain, yeah, my [ __ ] god. Like I was able to grow my tricep. I got like a sparse sweep. This, this used to be flat. Then I started micro-dosing GHK copper in there for localized collagen synthesis. Um, I had to do a boatload of deep tissue massage therapy, and I actually got a sweep. Um, I tried to do the same on my teardrop on my legs, but that wasn't really effective. Um, so was it worth the pain in hindsight? Probably not. But that's the only real practical application I see for it for localized collagen synthesis at the site of administration. Um, which does work, which does work. Is it worth the pain? Probably not. What is your experience, guys? GHK copper or G used topically for hair? Didn't do anything for me. I can tell my, my drug use outdid the GHK copper. Um, I mean, way it works through the thalamus, right? It just, it's supporting that organ that just ages. No, it's TB500. I thought, I thought the GHK did as well. Really? Okay. Yeah, that's what I thought. I could be wrong. Okay, that was my understanding. Um, I, I, that's the only way I've ever used it as a topical thing from a compounding pharmacy. Did you notice a skin thinning effect or skin thickening effect? Or, or I noticed nothing except a thinning of my wallet. Yeah. Okay. So it's F-tier certified then. If it, if it lowers your wallet without any results, it's F-tier. I mean, that was for me, perhaps. But you, you got right, you grew two inches on your triceps from using it. Yeah. Well, two inches is, it's a little bit generous, but I would say I got more. It's sweeping. Yeah, it's sweeping. But I, I, I grew the sweep on mine from growth hormone. So you can just go back to growth hormone. Exactly. Which also stimulates collagen, obviously. It's kind of amazing all things that growth hormone does on its own. Yeah. All roads, all roads lead back to growth hormone. It's that simple. Yeah. Dean, I've never used it from a muscle-building perspective. Like, I, I do say as a good source of copper for, and most, most bodybuilders are copper deficient when we sort of look at the, the balance of their minerals versus iron and zinc. So, yeah, it can be a useful way of getting in bioactive copper. Is that from too much zinc intake in bodybuilders? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So there's a nice, uh, I guess there's when you look at the metalloproteins that carry the, the metals, zinc, iron, and copper, all sort of work off the same sort of, um, two protein that carries them through the body. They're, they're quite similar in their sort of molecular shape.

GHK-CU topically, I found very useful for skin health, like topical collagen synthesis where you apply on your forehead or whatever. I did put it into, I had a callus on my knee for for years that wouldn't go away, and I started to put GHK-CU with an insulin pin into the callus, and it started to dissolve the callus from the inside out. Oh, now it was like you said with your tricep, quite painful when you put it into like the cap of your knee, into the skin there. But it, it must have the callus skin. I must have regenerated obviously the, the lower dermal layers to push the callus out because I was able to basically pummel the, the sort of hardened skin off the knee. So that's, that's something I found very useful with the GHK-CU. So it seems like it, you can find like some sort of obscure use for it. Um, that's the only use for. So we can do sight enhancement and removing calluses. Yeah. You know what I mean? Equally as painful, you could use like an angle grinder on your callus. Probably take it off too. Yeah, you got to weak it, soften it up first. You some DMSO, you know, you, well, anyone who has calluses, say you another good thing, and I, I tried it, but it, it helped, but what sort of pushed the callus over the edge was the GHK-CU. But glycolic acid and urea cream basically dissolve your, your skin. So you just peed on it. All right. Yeah. Well, I, I'm not going to suggest this, but when, when I don't, when I don't, when I don't kickbox and up, that was one of the things to toughen the skin on your feet. Y-oh man. Well, thank God we have pharmacology for that.

All right, okay. So GHK copper, I'm going to put into E-tier. It's not entirely useless. Um, I think for side enhancement in the arms, maybe shoulders, it works. I tried it on the quads, you would have to inject copious amounts. Um, but the pain that you're undergoing almost makes it not worth it. Yeah, I'm still happy with my sweep though. It's, that's great. Pretty, yeah, pretty happy with, yeah, I'm pretty happy with this like this, where is it? Like this used to be not there. This thing. Yeah. So I shaped that. It's like a BBL for your tricep. Brazilian butt lift with GHK copper. You could just put silicone in there, put filler in there. Yeah, you do the PBM-A, uh, thing. Yeah, that's permanent. He, you know what was worse? Like because the, the GHK copper from the, the collagen synthesis, it, it's quite potent, but it creates all these filaments, so it's kind of bound up, and then you have to use Grone technique, a deep tissue massage therapy to break it up. I don't know what's worse, the injections or the Grone technique. And then my massage therapist is like, what are you putting in there? It's like, I put a GHK copper. It's like, dude, this is like the roughest tissue to work through. And then over the course of a year, I, I would do these shots like after arm day, and then the day after, because it's when all the, you know, hypertrophy response and the protein synthesis occurs, right? So you kind of boost that. And then the, the third day, I would do deep tissue massage therapy. And after a year of doing that, I, I gained quite a bit of size and I still got separation and stuff. Uh, but yeah, it was a very painful process. Um, I'm happy I did it, but I, I wouldn't do it again. It's that simple. Yeah, it's that simple. Okay, so I'm going to put it in E-tier. Not completely useless. Um, but not as good as insulin or generic GH. That's definitely for sure. Say just as good as growth hormone for collagen.
