Hey everybody, Dr. G here. I'm a clinical and forensic psychologist as well as a body language expert. And today we're going to be analyzing the behavior and body language of both President Trump as well as Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. Before we get started with this, a couple of quick things. One, I wanted to make sure you know this is not a psychological evaluation of any kind. These are just my opinions. In addition to that, I do want to remind you to like and subscribe if you want to see more content just like this. All right, let's go.
While Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene used to be a strong supporter of President Trump, they have seemingly been at odds for the past few weeks. She's disagreed with him on a number of issues related to policy and most recently about the release of the Epstein files. Now, very recently, President Trump has done a 180 and has said to go ahead and release the Epstein files. But what we're going to be looking at today very briefly is a clip of President Trump talking about Marjorie Taylor Greene. And then we're going to be watching Marjorie Taylor Greene talking about Trump as well as about the Epstein files. All right, let's just jump right in.
"Her life could be at danger because of the rhetoric."
"Her life is in danger."
"Who's that?"
Now, President Trump is asking for clarification regarding who they're talking about, but it seems pretty clear that he knows it's Marjorie Taylor Greene. Let me show you this right here.
"Because of the rhetoric."
"Her life is in danger."
"Her life is in danger."
You see the way he bears his teeth when he gets really angry. When he really doesn't like something, this is the expression that you see.
"Who's that?"
"Taylor Greene. She says..."
"Marjorie Taylor Greene, uh, I don't think her life is..."
So, in the clips with Marjorie Taylor Greene, you're going to see that she is concerned for her safety. Now, he clearly does not share this concern. Immediately upon that being asked, he calls her a traitor again, which is precisely the kind of language that she says is making her unsafe.
"I don't think her life is in danger. I don't think..."
Now, he says, "I don't think that her life is in danger." Bears his teeth again. And you also saw him back up a little bit. He doesn't like this question, and he feels annoyed by this. Even responding to this seems to bother him. Watch what I'm talking about with his head. Because when we are not liking an interaction we're having, we tend to back up. We tend to try to create distance. It's really to create emotional distance, but we do it physically as well.
"Traitor Greene. Uh, I don't think her life is in danger. I don't think..."
See that? "I don't think." Then there's the backup.
"Frankly, I don't think anybody cares about her."
And then he looks at the cameras because he thinks that this is funny. Watch this right here.
"I don't think her life is in danger. I don't think..."
"Frankly, I don't think any..."
See, he looks right at the camera. Now, he's trying to perform a little bit. President Trump has a tendency to do this when he's being flippant. When he doesn't care about something, he does have a certain way of speaking. So, right now, he's just trying to play it off. He's saying that it's ridiculous. And he seems to believe that to some degree. I think that he really seems to have anger towards Marjorie Taylor Greene. We are seeing clear anger right here. But at the same time, I don't think that he's taking it very seriously that she's getting threats.
"Anybody cares about her?"
We're going to watch one more clip of President Trump before we get to Marjorie Taylor Greene because I think this really taps into why he gets so angry. This is really what bothers him about the Epstein files.
"Matthew says he's concerned that the Epstein probe you are calling for could be a smoke screen to lose some more files. Is that the case?"
"Well, I don't."
Now, you can see immediately he was shaking his head in response to that. He immediately wanted people to know that that's not the case. At least that's what he's trying to express.
"A smoke screen to lose some more files. Is that the case?"
And then you saw him lick his lips afterward. We do that to calm ourselves down. He hates these questions about the Epstein files.
"Would be a smoke screen to lock or release some more files. Is that the case?"
"Well, I don't want to talk about it because fake news like you, you're a terrible reporter and fake news like you, they just keep bringing that up to deflect from the tremendous success of the Trump administration."
You saw his hand coming out when he was talking about this because this is what he feels about. He wants people to focus on what he sees as his successes and it makes him angry when people just want to talk about the Epstein files. So, I think that part of what gets him so bothered about this is that not just because he's afraid that something's going to come out in the Epstein files, they could just redact his name out of everything. They could just not release certain files. So, I don't think that he's genuinely afraid of what will come out. There may be some embarrassing things, but I don't think he's afraid of it. I've been saying that forever. But what I think it does is it makes him angry because that's what people are talking about. They're focusing on this rather than what he's doing elsewhere. Rather than saying, "You're doing a great job." They're saying, "Okay, just release the Epstein files." The fact that Marjorie Taylor Greene is continuing to talk about the Epstein files, he feels like is a betrayal. So that's what makes him so angry about this. I really don't think that he is afraid of what's in the files.
"Just keep bringing that up to deflect from the tremendous success of the Trump administration."
So, a guy like Massie, his poll numbers are showing he's at 6% approval rating right now. And uh, we call him Rand Paul Jr. because he never, he never votes for the Republican party. So, they're using uh, Jeffrey Epstein as a deflection from the tremendous success that we're having as a party.
He doesn't want people to keep talking about the Epstein files because once they're released, it's going to cover news cycles for a long time. I don't think that he believes there's anything in there that's going to take him down, so to speak. I really don't. I think, like I said, if there was, they would just redact it out of national security or something like that. So, the idea that he's having to worry about that seems unlikely, but people are talking about it. The news is talking about just that. So, that's what we're really tapping into.
Now, let's go and talk about Marjorie Taylor Greene. We're going to jump into an interview of hers and we're going to talk about the body language that we see.

All right, back to the analysis. Now, we're going to be watching Marjorie Taylor Greene being interviewed on CNN by Dana Bash. Now, Dana Bash is actually cut off here because I'm really focused on Marjorie Taylor Greene. Just understand that's who's asking the questions on the other side of the screen that you can't see.
"Well, Dana, thank you for having me on. And that is true. Um, I, I stood with President Trump when virtually no one else did."
Now, the first thing I want you to pay attention to is her eyebrows. That's a really easy way to see how people are feeling. When we raise our eyebrows, it brings attention to our face. You've probably heard me talk about this before. So, when she's really trying to emphasize something, and politicians do this a lot, you're going to see the eyebrows go up. That's going to be involuntary. So, if you really want to know what she wants you to listen to, watch the eyebrows. I'll point it out a couple of times.
"Well, Dana, thank you for having me on. And that is true. Um, I, I stood with President Trump."
See, "I stood with President Trump." That's where her eyebrows went up. She wants people to know she really did stand with him.
"When virtually no one else did."
"Can..."
"When virtually no one else did." So, she really is trying to prove that she was an ardent supporter of President Trump.
"I campaigned all over the country, spent millions of my own dollars helping him get elected and I think that's incredibly important and I do support him and his administration and I support them in delivering the campaign promises we made to the American people."
And you could see a slight nod as she's saying, "I do support him and his administration," so that likely is true.
"His remarks, of course, have been hurtful. Um, however, I, I have something in my heart that I think is incredibly important for our country, and that is to end the toxic fight."
Now, this is interesting. Her blink rate is picking up, which suggests stress. So, as she's talking about this, she actually is feeling some stress. And when she talks about the toxic fighting, you see her eyes squint a little bit. So, when we talk about something that we don't like, we tend to squint. So, when she talks about the toxic interactions with people, that doesn't seem like just a talking point. I think she actually feels something about that.
"Um, the most hurtful thing he said, which is absolutely untrue, is he called me a traitor. And that is, that is so extremely wrong."
Now, she, you see her closing her eyes a few times. When we're feeling very upset about something, when we're trying to block out thoughts, when we're trying to block out stimulation, we tend to close our eyes. She does this a couple of times as she's building up to being talked about as a traitor. This really seems to deeply bother her. Just watch the pattern of when she does it.
"Friends and families, um, neighbors, and it's not solving our problems. Um, the most hurtful thing he said, which is absolutely untrue. Absolutely."
"She called me a traitor. And that is, that is so extremely wrong. And..."
So, you could tell by the pattern of how she's closing her eyes, she absolutely is genuinely bothered by President Trump calling her a traitor. This is something that affects her quite a lot.
"Those are the types of words, um, used that can radicalize people against me and put my life in danger."
So, you can see her nodding as she was talking. Now, when we're feeling something, we tend to do that. We tend to nod or shake our head while we're describing it. If it's performative, if we want to make sure we're trying to get a point across, we tend to do it afterward. So, as she's saying that she feels like she's in danger, once again, I think she actually means that. I don't think that's just a talking point. I think she actually feels threatened right now.
"And, and so I'm standing with the women and I will continue to do my small part to get the files released."
"You said on X yesterday, quote, 'It's astonishing, really, how hard he's fighting to stop the Epstein files from coming out and that it really makes you wonder what is in those files.' Are you suggesting there's something in the Epstein files that President Trump does not want Americans to see?"
Well, I think that's the part that has so many people confused is that the women themselves that I have talked to have over and over again said that Donald Trump did nothing wrong. Um, quite a few of them even told me they voted for him and those are the women I would like to see in the Oval Office, uh, with support. I would like to see all of the women there. So, this is a very interesting question because I think that the way that she's answering it, the implication for a lot of people is that President Trump does not want the Epstein files to come out because there's something in there. There's something in there about him. And I really think based on everything I've seen from President Trump, back from when they first started talking about the Epstein files until now, he's just as angry that people keep talking about it. So, the fact that Marjorie Taylor Greene is throwing support behind this and is going against that, that I think is what's making him mad as much as anything. Like I said, if there was something that was that bad, I just think that they wouldn't release it. So, I don't think that he really has any genuine fear about the release of the Epstein files.
"Um, I have no idea what's in the files. I, I, I can't even guess, but that is the question everyone is asking is why fight this so hard."
So, basically, in this exchange, President Trump had said that Marjorie Taylor Greene is mad at him because he told her not to run for Senate or governor. She's saying that's not true. She chose not to do those things on her own. But now, she's being challenged on that. Let's see what her reaction is.
"He said it pretty explicitly. Are you saying he's lying or did he at least, uh, get that message to somebody on your political team instead?"
"I'm, I'm not sure. I, but I don't. He, that is untrue. What?"
All right. So, the eyes are saying a lot right here. She does not want to have to answer this question directly because essentially what she's saying is that she didn't say those things. And so, but she also doesn't want to call President Trump a liar. So, you're seeing the stress right here in her eyes as she's talking about this.
"I'm, I'm not sure. I, but I don't. He, that is..."
See, blinking picks up, closing the eyes.
"Untrue. What he said. I don't know if he's being fed wrong information. Um, I, I honest..."
And then you see this look right here. This is a look of disapproval. So, she's disapproving either of what the president said or that Dana Bash is asking her this question in this way. But you're seeing a look of disapproval on her mouth.
"Don't know if he's being fed wrong information. Um..."
"That look right there."
"I, I honestly have no idea in that area, but it is absolutely factually not true. Nor have I called him and White House logs would prove that. His own cell phone records would prove it. I have..."
See, her eyebrows went up. "That would prove it." She actually, actually means exactly what she's saying right here. She believes that she can prove that she has not had this conversation.
"Pressure on my party and our speaker to pass the agenda that the American people voted for. That's the agenda that I fought for. Those are the campaign promises I made. And I can disagree with the president at times, especially particularly this past Monday on the Marines' 250th anniversary."
So now she's making another point, something that bothers her quite a lot. You see her eyes squint quite a lot right here. Watch this right here.
"And I can disagree with the president at times, especially particularly this past Monday on the Marines' 250th anniversary when he honored the new Syrian president who is an al-Qaeda terrorist and was wanted by our government for years with a $10 million bounty."
Marjorie Taylor Greene's perspective in this interview is very interesting because on the one hand, she doesn't want to seem too bullish by calling President Trump a liar. On the other hand, she's trying to show behaviors that she does not approve of him. She wants to be very clear about things that he's done that she does not approve of. So, it's very interesting this dichotomy of not wanting to be too challenging, but at the same time to highlight things that she doesn't like.
"On X that President Trump is with his comments fueling a quote hotbed of threats against you. Obviously, any threats to your safety are completely un..."
Now, I want you to notice the corners of her mouth as she's talking about threats against her. You see what looked like a normal smile disappear very quickly. And when we, when we feel fear, our mouth tends to point downward. So, I think that it's very hard for her to keep up this polite smile when they're talking about this because she must genuinely feel this very deeply.
"X that President Trump is with his comments fueling a quote hotbed of threats against you. Obviously..."
See, "hotbed of threats against you," you see it go from a, a polite smile and then the corners of the mouth go down. Watch this one more time. I think it's kind of interesting.
"With his comments fueling a quote hotbed of threats against you. Obviously, any threats to your safety are completely unacceptable. But we have seen these kinds of attacks or criticism."
All right, let's go and wrap things up here. Hopefully, this is helping you better understand some of the behavior and body language that we saw regarding President Trump's body language. It was pretty clear that he's staying quite angry at Marjorie Taylor Greene. He repeated the use of the word traitor and trivialized her fears for her own safety. We also saw him bearing his teeth and looking quite mad when talking about her and the Epstein files. Now, as I said previously, I believe that his issues with the Epstein files is that people are talking about them, that they are not following what he's saying to do and to focus on his successes and just move on. She's going against that. She's continuing to talk about the Epstein files. She's actually putting a spotlight on the Epstein files. And now President Trump is saying, "Fine, go ahead and release them." Whether or not that's because of Marjorie Taylor Greene's work and what she said or because he changed his mind for another reason, I guess we're going to find out.
Now, regarding Marjorie Taylor Greene, there weren't any overt signs of deception, so she likely is feeling pretty strongly regarding what she's talking about.
