Number one, have a conversation with you about lessons your parents should have taught you. And we've done this before. We've had this conversation. I'm very fortunate that in my case, my grandmother, a southerner, she taught me a lot, especially about etiquette, about how to treat people, how to conduct yourself, how to operate in certain circles. A lot of people, they really never get that. That's primarily because their parents and surroundings may be lower class. Not to say that I grew up well off. I grew up very poor. And in fact, my grandmother was almost like a domestic. She worked in the homes of wealthy uh whites, mostly in Southern California, also in the south. And so, as a result, she had to know etiquette very well. And she passed on a lot of those lessons to me, which have been very important in my maturation, success in networking. I want to share some of those things with you. A lot of times I observe people commit faux pas. They basically are embarrassing themselves and they don't know it. They're creating bad blood and they don't know it. And many times you're it's innocent. It's just a mistake. It's just things you don't know. And I actually want to grab my laptop.
In other cases, you know, you might be low class. You might be malicious. You might be a scumbag. And your etiquette reveals that. But for those of you who are not low class, those of you who are upstanding people, you want to make it in this world, you want to build relationships, this is for you. Pay attention. Send in your comments. If someone would be kind enough to post the information for Vimbo and PayPal so folks can share their comments, questions, this will be a good session for you. Also, people ask me, they said, "Hey, Marquet, would you share some lifestyle content?" Well, go to my Instagram or quet devon. That's m a r q u e t d a v o n. A lot of lifestyle stuff there. But what's more important than you watching me in Monaco surrounded by beautiful foreign models and opulence is trying to figure out how did I get there? What were the shortcuts? What's the game that someone can tell you that'll help you figure out how someone like myself who was born into extreme poverty with parents who are average to below average in the way of professional achievement, academic pedigree, income, all the rest of it. So, those are the things I want to talk to you about as I unpack a bit. So, let's see. And of course, thank you to those folks who always support my work. You are appreciated. And do let me know if you have any connectivity issues. I'm in my country estate and as you can imagine, the infrastructure is a little uh less impressive than it would be in a proper city. When I say infrastructure, we're talking about know internet speed, things like that. Okay, here we go. I'm going to pin the information in the chat that you can use to send me your comments, questions. Oh, by the way, um, hit the like button. Yeah, hit the like button. Is that a new concept? I mean, who does content like this? Nobody. Oh, yeah. Who actually lives it? Who who was successful before YouTube? Who was cool their whole life? I'm just curious. I'm just curious. Go do your research on your favorite YouTuber. Uh, they're weirdos. I just saw one where these two guys were sitting next to each other, two famous YouTubers, and they're like, "Let's play the nervous game. Are you nervous yet? Are you nervous yet?" And they're just sitting there in short shorts with a hairy legs, rubbing each other's meat. I was like, "Yo, what is going on here? This is a sick world we're in. And one thing I don't want you guys to do is to lie to yourselves. Your biggest issue of becoming successful is that you lie to yourselves. Both male and female. We like to claim that females are deluded and they are, but we pretend as though males are rational and they are not. A lot of you are extraordinarily effeminate. Uh, you follow female YouTubers. You do looks maxing and try to look like females. You wear makeup as a male. Uh, you guys are overly sensitive. Get very emotional at the wrong times. So, be real with yourself is what I'm encouraging. I just pinned the information in the chat if you want to send your comments, questions, support, uh, tuition.
And this is a particularly important conversation because very few people can have it. There was a fellow who's now deceased. He was a YouTuber and a liar, which is quite a common combination. And he was not very successful in his life. He had recently struck it rich and famous on YouTube. He ended up only a few years, died prematurely. But he used to go on and lie to you guys and talk about like he'd take escorts to his business functions when in reality he was never successful in business. And it's a pity that people would be lied to. Young people are lied to by this guy who's older and looks the part but is in fact not the part. And you know, I was watching some guy who's on BET and other like, you know, mainstream news shows and he was doing a like a in real life video and he was talking about an apartment he was looking at in New York and he was like, you know, this apartment's like 7,000. It's out of my price range. I was like, damn, I thought y'all were making money. I think there's a lot of confusion as to who's well off and who's earning well. And that's precisely why you never see the fruits of these people's labor because it's just not there. You know, they're being tricked. They're in bad deals. Just like the rappers are in 360 deals that are not very profitable. So are these YouTubers, these people in the entertainment space. A lot of people are getting screwed over. I mean, I shouldn't say they're getting screwed over. They're signing bad deals voluntarily. And it's a reflection of their lack of intelligence. Shinsley supporting the work came in via PayPal. I also acknowledge Issachar support came in by Venmo. Shout out to the real ones. Okay, looks like we're caught up there. Let's see if we have anything else.
Okay, fantastic. So, for example, you know, just recently, uh the Saints came over and blessed me by helping me uh get everything together. And there was a a faux pas that was committed and it was by someone whom I regard very highly and I know that he regards me very highly. So I took no offense to it at all. However, I know a great many people uh especially very masculine traditional men would have been deeply offended. I'll give you an example. So, my dining table is on order. Big long formal uh traditional dining table. Going to take several weeks to get here. And so, my dining table's on order. So, I put up a, you know, a long rectangular uh mobile table. And my assistant, I cooked up some meals for the gentleman who came down, made everyone lunch, and then hours later made everyone dinner. So, uh, I come in the room and actually I was already sitting at the head of my table in my home and I leave out and I come back in and then this young man is sitting at the head of my table in my home. And my first thought was like, "Bro, bro, what the what are you doing? What do you Why would you think that?" And I know because he's a good young man, kind-hearted, honest. It was not anything to insult me. It was not anything to establish dominance. It was probably just thoughtless. However, those kinds of thoughtless mistakes can cost you dearly. And I am certain of that. I've seen it happen. A lot of people are unforgiving because they assume that you were raised with the same values that they were raised with. Especially if you're operating at the high level, high income, high socio economics, high class, high education, and they presume manandwoman.com. You dig? They presume that you know that you don't sit at the head of another man's table under any circumstance. You rather stand. You rather wait for another chair to be brought up. It's deeply improper, disrespectful, and it's almost like pulling out your penis and putting it on his dining table, which is inappropriate. But I'm aware that this is a young man. He respects me, and this was just a a thoughtless mistake. But I mention that because someone who doesn't know the young man and doesn't know his heart would certainly not be as forgiving or understanding. And when you're operating at the high level, you don't win contracts because you're the best. You don't win contracts because of merit. This whole talk of meritocracy, this is a lie. This is just not true. Only people who who have not been successful at the high level in uh government and business, they know it's not a meritocracy. It's relationships. It's an old boy network. So that's why I talk to you about these things because I don't want you guys to embarrass yourselves or disadvantage yourselves.
Another situation and know it. People who are at the high level, you pay attention to the details. You pay attention to how people hold their flatware. For example, I was watching an interview. Actually, wasn't an interview. It was a like a clip from an Instagram live. And Lil Boosie, Lil Boosie, he was all there. Now, do we expect admirable conduct from someone named Lil Boosie? Hell no. But do we expect him to eat in a fashion that suggests he was just free from slavery? No, not quite. So, he was in a restaurant, Waffle House, and Shout to Lil Boosie. I want to give him his credit. I'm very proud of what he's done in the real estate game. Um, I think it's really impressive. I'd like to see more people doing it. I've seen Boosie estates look really cool. I know Boosie was uh touching down in Las Vegas. So, shout out to Lil Boosie. I do want to give him credit. However, there's a proper way to hold flatware and he was eating at Waffle House, which generally I don't recommend. You might catch me in there every now and then cuz you know I travel. I might end up in a small town. but just balls in Waffle House. And instead of holding your fork like this, which is the correct way to hold a utensil like such, he was holding the utensil like this, like it's a damn hammer or like a a tool out of a toolbox. And he's just holding it like this and eating like this in a fairly primitive, uncouth, non-western way. And just looking at someone eat like that, one, it's disgusting. And two, it lets you know we're not in the same class. Forget finances. We're just talking about class, being classy or classless. Now, mind you, when females mention classy, they're idiots. They're talking about wine glasses. They're talking about dresses. They're talking about stupid things cuz women don't make money and they don't know how to spend money. They spend too much money and they don't know how to make enough money. That's why they need you. Uh, so they can spend up all your and then go on to the next guy. Okay? Don't get played out like a dummy. If you want to figure out how to not get played out like a dummy, get your ticket to the big game conference. I'm going to be closing off tickets soon because we finally got everything set up downstairs. We know how many seats we have, so we're going to have to cut it off. If we if we've already sold too many tickets, you'll get refunded instantly. Anyways, let me go ahead take a pause for the cause. May I acknowledge Trevor? You just became a member. Shout out to Khalil. He writes, "May I come on stream and ask a question?" You may not come on stream because we're not on a platform that would allow that, but you may ask a question. Uh, do send it along. May I also acknowledge Patrick's supporting the work. Shout out to Dave on writes peace and saints tuition. May I also acknowledge he was saying it's been a little while. Good to see you now. It's probably been a little while since I've been live as well, right? I'll go live very much. Been extremely busy, but it is Hustlemania, so you will be seeing me getting the studio uh rebuilt. So anyways, Lil Boosie like an Anna.
Now, if I were out at a dinner with Lil Boosie and we're going to do a business deal and I watch the way he eats, to be honest with you, I'd have a couple thoughts, right? My first thought would be, who raised you? That'd be number one. And then number two, I'd be think this guy's not very bright. Not only was he not raised right, he's also not savvy enough to look around him and see how everyone else is holding their fork and knife properly and soak it up because that's the basic. That's easy to understand. There's some other things that are more subtle like for example according to Amy Vanderbilt's rules of etiquette you and these are the kind of things you'll learn in my master communicator course. My master communicator course teaches you not only about how to say the right thing but keep the right mindset have the proper body language harmony between body and voice but also how to comport yourself in certain environments in the workplace and romance and social interactions. The master communicator course is something that will take you to the top. I assure you. But anyways, if I were to see Lil Boosie eating like that at a dinner and we were going to do a deal, my first thought would be, who raised you? Number one. Number two, you lacked social awareness or cognizance to be able to observe the right way to do things. So, you're maybe not the sharpest guy. And number three, I would think I think I'm going to take advantage of you. Yeah. Yeah, I think I'm going to take advantage of you because I can and also because I don't identify with you anymore because I see you as a lower class person. And there's this subconscious thing that says, well, if I view us as different and I'm here and you're here, I might as well keep you here. So, I'm going to be more aggressive in doing the deal and I'm going to feel more uh justified and doing you dirty because I view you as a lower being. And that's actually how human beings minds work. If you show someone that you're a low character, they're going to treat you like a low character. You've experienced this with women. You might respect yourself, but she doesn't respect you. And so, she treats you disrespectfully the way she views you, but often that's based on your conduct. So, even though you think you respect yourself, you've treated yourself and you've conducted yourself with a lack of integrity and respect. And so, as a result, she's treated you like what you've shown yourself to be. It's a very unfortunate thing. Ladies and saints, I advise all of you, you should be asking questions right now because there are very few people in the YouTube case who can really speak to this. Most of them they only know the entertainment industry, uh, the YouTube industry, not even the formal mainstream entertainment industry. They've not been to galas since I was 24 years old. I've been to galas every year and been a significant contributor at the ones I've been to. So, you know, this lifestyle I'm familiar with the network and the the nature of the characters in play.
Here's another example. When people are not, individuals are not conscious of the details. People who are highly intelligent, they're attuned to details. They see everything. They're watching. They don't trust what comes out of your mouth because they're smart. So, they're looking to see who you are, to observe it. Uh, for example, if you were taught formal etiquette, you know that when you're talking at dinner, you don't hold your flatware, you put it down. Uh, if you drop a knife or a fork at dinner, you leave it on the floor. You would instinctively think, "Oh, it's polite. Pick it up. Don't leave it there." No, no, no. It's proper. See, it's not about being polite. It's about being proper. It's proper to leave it there. Why? The help will get it. Let the help get it, darling. Observe my chandeliers. Observe my chandeliers, darling. Let the help get it. Yes. I don't even know where my light switches are. Let's see. Tell my chandeliers, darlings, I'm in the mood. I'm in the mood. There we go. Let them help, giddy, darling. What else will they do except help? Anyways, you know, these are the things that you really are going to want to know in case you end up getting married, in case you are trying to get that promotion, you want to take your boss out to dinner. You don't want to have to learn during the game. You want to already know things before the game starts. Okay?
So, another example, I hosted the Saints. I talk about the Saints a lot because, you know, it's a unique situation wherein I'm around people who are significantly younger than me and significantly farther outside of my economic class, typically due to age. And so, I get to observe folks that I usually wouldn't spend time with, you know, because we don't do business together. We're not in the same age group. So, it's a privilege for both of us. And I observe things that I really want them to be sharp on. Things that I wish that an older, more mature person, more experienced person would have told me, like pull me aside like, "Hey man, like this is the way you do things. This is the right way. This is the way that will benefit you." Uh, so for example, my uh office in Las Vegas, I had some of the Saints down to uh Spaston headquarters and one of the Saints had came on on a motorbike. Good brother, too. Good young man. And all the Saints are. I have nothing bad to say about any of the Saints. They're all very high quality people. And so he comes down on a motorbike and he brings the motorbike inside of uh the office which is big space, big studio, business studio. And uh he says, "Hey, can I park it right here?" I say, "Yeah, sure. Just don't scrape the walls." He says, "Oh yeah, okay. Yeah, no problem." Well, sure enough, by the end of the day, the wall had like black all over it. It had been scraped many times cuz he wasn't careful. And you know something like that in reality it might not be a big deal because a little bit of paint, little bit of time, money, 300 bucks or so, I'm sure that could have been remedied fairly quickly. But it's about more so did I politely ask you in advance? Yes. Did you say that you could get the job done? Yeah, correct. But you didn't. So it it's like a small instance in which you show lack of concern or lack of careful like attention to detail and it makes me question if I give you a big task or a real task could you get it done. And people who are capable and successful, they want to be around other people who are capable and successful. So they're disinclined to spend more time with you or invest more capital in you when they see you making mistakes that are easy to avoid if you're intelligent, focused, and mindful. Yes, indeed. Give me a second here. Let's see. We have mentally ill people here. It's not an unusual thing. Shout out to my moderators moving very quickly. It's beautiful. Yes.
And that's another thing that you guys have to be able to do. You have to be able to suffer fools gladly. Which is to say, you're a successful person. People who are not successful, they're going to hate you. Not because you're you, but because they are them, because they're not winners. They're going, it's called jealousy. It's a classic thing. And you know, they have to do their job. Your job is to be a super player. Their job is to be a player hater. Your job is to be a winner. Their job is to be a loser. You can't hate them for doing their job. You understand? So you have to be thankful because you know without losers, what would it mean to be a winner? Not as much. So for all the haters from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. I really do because when you think about it like this owner's suite, which you know, I have all this room, but it wouldn't mean much. It wouldn't mean much unless there were some losers and haters who lived in a a bedroom that's about the size of my tea room or maybe even my my balcony. But one or the other, unless there were some some haters that lived in a a bedroom. Now, this tea room is probably bigger than their bedroom. Um, but you guys get the point. Unless there were some haters who lived in a room smaller than my tea room, it wouldn't have so much meaning that my owner's suite is so big. It'd have a lot less meaning. So, I thank you for giving me meaning and giving this meaning. Now, if you are watching this and you're you're in a small apartment, that doesn't say anything bad about you. Because if you're a hopeful, optimistic, wise person that's paying attention and you have generosity of spirit and you feel abundance and wealth, you'll be able to pull that outside of yourself. If you are really attuned to this ism, you'll be able to deliver on all the things that are inside of you. Because I was born and grew up in apartments in section 8 housing. I was raised on food stamps, but I always knew that I was better than that. I was highly focused, worked very hard. I certainly have above average intelligence as tested by IQ exams. Uh, and I applied all those things consistently. It's a beautiful view. Take a look real quick. You know, make sure you get the lilacs over there if you can. Those might not even be called lilacs. I think you get them through this front view. Shoot down. Shoot that camera down. There you go. Yes, indeed. We're just admiring the backyard just recently. Anyways, the backyard isn't real gem in terms of landscaping. But back to my core point. Back to my core point. In observing the failings on small simple tasks, I observe the nature of how you do things. I observe who you are. And so my great encouragement to all of you is to operate with precision. Either do it or don't do it. If you're going to do something, do it correctly or don't do it at all. If you agree to do something, execute. If someone asks you to do something, you can't do it or you don't want to do it, decline. There's nothing wrong with that. There's great power in saying no. H. But there's nothing worse than being incompetent in front of someone who's highly competent. Oh boy. Cuz they essentially look at you like you're an idiot. And you might not be an idiot, but compared to them or in their mind, you are an idiot. And here's the hardest thing to do. Change the way someone looks at you. Oh, it's very difficult to get someone to have a different view of you once they've created a frozen vision of who you are. And here's the worst part. That vision is largely going to come based on what you do. They're not going to make it up out of thin air. So don't give them evidence of you being a screw-up. Huh? And these are the things that the wealthy convey to their children, but it's not necessarily always through overt teaching. the way I'm overtly teaching it to you right now. It's often through example. For example, see, for example, young lady uh had uh carried out a task for me and she's very competent, did a great job. And there's one, you know, minor modification I requested and I said, "Hey, you know, next time uh would you do this, this, and this?" Actually, no, I didn't say next time. I said, "When you deal with this kind of matter, I consider this a business matter. Would you do it this, this, and this way?" And she says, "Oh, yes, next time." I said, "Yes, next time also, but also redo it this time the way I just asked you." Um, which is it's practice. And when you get practice at doing something a certain way, like the correct way, you get good at it and it becomes instinct and you don't even think about it and you have a disadvantage. The kids of wealth, they were raised up doing things the correct way and having the instinct to do things the correct way. They were also raised with a level of confidence that allows them to say, "No, no, thank you. I'm not doing that. That's beneath me." So, you also need to develop that if you don't already have it.
Khal comes in by PayPal with his question. He writes, "I have a year and a half left in university to finish my engineering degree. Currently doing an internship for the summer. I don't have any money after my internship is finished." Excuse me, I won't have any money after my internship is finished. Your good news. The really good news is that uh money doesn't really matter at all. That's the good news. And uh you you can run out of money. You can go down to zero. And in America, you can go past zero. You see, in most countries in the developing world, you can't go past zero. When you go down to zero, you're screwed. You starve to death. It's all over. In America, you can go to zero, borrow money from your mom, borrow money from your cousin, get a credit card, take out a personal loan, get a cash advance, go give blood to the Red Cross, and blah blah blah blah blah, and just keep on getting money. Uh, there's a lot of it out there, it turns out. He writes, "How would you earn while being a full-time student?" Well, you could get a part-time job right now. Fun fact, when I was in graduate school, I did a full-time course load in graduate school at Johns Hopkins University. And in addition to that, I had a full-time job. It was actually more than full-time because I was teaching. You know how hard they work teachers. And in addition to that, I also found a nonprofit and used all of my weekends to help poor black kids in Baltimore, Maryland. So, this is the time when you have the energy. Use it. Your life is not going to get easier unless you make it that way. and it's largely going to be based on what you accomplish while you got the most energy in your early 20s. So, get after it. He writes, "My current ideas are number one, learn sales. Number two, sell online EHS product services. Number three, save money and hire a recruiter to find me a remote job. Number four, start residential cleaning company." That could be interesting. You could start that right now and see if you can get any jobs. So, you know, that's not a terrible idea. Uh, but the real question is, are you using the career services at your university? And is your internship aligned with the job? Often internships convert into jobs. So, what kind of internship are you doing where there's zero prospect of it converting into a job? Secondly, what kind of engineering are you doing where there's zero prospect of it converting into a job? You know, those are the more immediate logical concerns of are you lacking alignment in what you're doing? Alignment between life study and gainful employment. And I'm glad you have a year and a half before graduation because it sounds like you're going to need every bit of it. And stop with the sales stuff. It's BS. And remember, you've had these kind of questions for me over a long period of time. You need to pick something, stick with it, and pursue it. The sales stuff, you could always get a sales job. People who do sales jobs, you're they're often getting screwed. They're getting paid out on commission only. They don't have a base salary. They have irregular income. They have spotty resumes. You don't want that. And also, it's very stressful and unpleasant. I promise you. Shout out to the bowlers.
Joshua comes in with a bowler alert. He writes, "Congratulations on the plantation question. I'm 40 and a woman and I think you meant women. Women I date lately are 24 to 27 years of age. I look a lot younger. Indeed, you do for my age and I don't lead with money. However, eventually they find out I'm successful. Yeah, that's kind of hard to hide it. He writes, "How do I differentiate a gold digger from a keeper piece of the Saints?" I hope you're coming to the Big Game Conference. If you're not, um, remind me. I'm going to give you this lesson at no cost because you're going to need it and it's going to shape your life. Um, this this lesson is One Piece Book of Dark Troops, One Piece Big Game Conference. I'm not going to go into it right now, but I'll tell you just in short, I cannot tell you how many women have told me, "Money doesn't matter to me." Not me, but me as the woman. I'm the woman. Money doesn't matter to me. I don't care about your money. I don't care about lifestyle. I think with some of them, what they mean to express is, "I'm not a gold digger. I'm not with you only because of money." And those both things may be true. They're not a gold digger and they're not with me only because of money. But if there was a version of me with money and without money, they're going to take the version with the money, right? It's kind of like if you have a version of a woman that's phenomenal with a fat ass and without a fat ass, give me the one with the ass. Right? So, this is just the reality of human existence. The easiest telltale sign of a woman who is probably not a gold digger is that she's not dead broke. She's willing to spend on you and invest in you. She's a true believer and she's highly useful and she doesn't deny you of anything. She'll give to you even when it's uncomfortable. And also, you're her priority. There's a there's some ladies I've talked to over the years and there's something I observe that always like makes me uh pull back and it's this thing. And this is beyond the gold digger piece. This is looking for the sincerity, the focus, and the loyalty. Because if they have sincerity, focus on loyalty, they're not going to be a gold digger. And even if they are a gold digger, they're not a gold digger on you. Because remember, a woman could be a gold digger to one man and completely genuine and loyal to a different man. So remember, like they're not always the same with every man, right? So anyways, if you're talking to a young lady and she's not ever making you the number one priority of all things all the time, it's a problem. I'm sorry. It's a problem. Because remember what the woman is asking for of you is that you take care of her for the rest of her life. That's a big ask. So it's like what are you giving? What are you giving to get all of that? That's a good deal. Most of them aren't giving anything. They're giving below average vagina or average vagina, which is not very good. Who wants average vagina? Right? So understand this. When you have a woman who puts you above all things, if you text her and she says, "Oh, hey, I'm at dinner." and you keep texting her, she's going to keep responding even though she's at dinner. Yes, it was reasonable for her to notify you that she's at dinner. And if you kept texting her, that indicates that you have time right now, that you're focused on her right now. And your time is very valuable to you and to her. So even at the expense of her being rude to whoever she's at dinner with, she's going to keep responding in a timely fashion because your time is valuable to her and you. That's you being a priority. You're the most important thing, as you should be, and she's behaving according to that. The woman who says, "Hey, I'm at dinner." Puts her phone away and then responds an hour later. She's not serious. So, there you go. Those are the things you observe. But don't listen to anything that comes out of her mouth because they all have a good story. Do you know how many women have came to me and said, "Hey, Marquette, I'm a gold digger and I want you for money." None. Do you know how many women have said, "Uh, your money doesn't matter to me." Almost all of them. The gold diggers and the non-gold diggers. I even had one woman say this to me. This was particularly curious. She said, "I was with you even before you were well off." And I said, "Wait, hold on. You're trying to give yourself a lot of credit here." I said, "You know, I'm in a unique position, love, in as much as my whole life, I've always looked like a winner. No one ever looked at me and thought, boy, you going to catch an L. Hell no. Everybody always looked at me like, 'You seem smarter than them other [ __ ] You dress better than them other [ __ ] and you speak the queen's English. I think you're going to go far.' Which is to say, when I met you, I'd already had two degrees from advanced universities that I skated through with complete and utter ease. I was running a tech company. Yes, it was at the beginning. I didn't have a penny, two pennies rubbed together. But I had the gift of gab. I was able to raise millions of dollars while you knew while you've known me. And I always had the shine on me. So, you didn't come and deal with me off of some like fixer-upper stuff. Like, if you compare me to anyone who's a peer of mine at any age you found me, I was always above average. So, don't act like, you know, I was here before you were well off, [ __ ] That's like you meet Deion Sanders in the 12th grade and then you're like, "Oh, I'm going to date Deion Sanders." It's like, and then when he becomes an NFL play superstar, you're like, "I was with you before you were rich." You're like, "Yeah, [ __ ] but I was a star player in high school. I was the fastest guy in the nation. Everyone said this guy's going to go to the NFL, so you waited it out." Like, you act like that was like a a miracle that, you know, you everyone's surprised. No, [ __ ] I'm a clear win. What are you saying? Um, and a lot of you rascals watching, you're not clear wins. I've always been a clear win. I say that with respect. It's just the facts, right? So, you need to deal with women who deal with reality. You need to be discerning enough to see the reality of that woman. And you got to stop lying to yourself because mostly all of you guys, especially Joshua, you guys are smart enough to know the truth. You know what's real. And when you observe her misstep or fail to correct, that's who she really is. Believe it. Treat her accordingly. And there's some lovely women that I'd be happy to be with if they were more competent or if they didn't drink alcohol or and these are just the one thing for that one woman or if they didn't have weird spiritual beliefs or if they were completely heterosexual, you know, I'd be like for sure. Or if they knew how to get on their knees and get some good brain. Um, but they didn't know how to do those things. And so voila varus. Huh? Thank you for that meaningful question. And bro, yeah, remind me to send you that lesson regarding gold diggers and the nature of women that you will end up being with inevitably that we will all end up being with.
Child Jaylen writes, "I'm 21, a college senior. I make 350 per week, but I'll make 1,200 in the next two weeks. I want to use it to make more money. Any advice?" The truth is, Jaylen, if we're being real here, when people say you have to have money to make money, they're not talking about the amount of money you're referring to, uh, we're talking about money that you can put into, uh, the stock market and reinvest and have compounding interest, uh, which this amount of money would be a good start, right? But frankly, you're at the age where you're going to have to work for your money. Okay? So, there's no pipe dreams here. You're going to have to work for your money. The best thing you can do is to invest this money in some education that is the right education that will yield you a fortune. It will give you knowledge that you can use and reuse over a lifetime. So, the best thing you can do number one, I'm going to give you my order of recommendations. Recommendation number one, and this is based on me knowing nearly nothing about you. Recommendation number one, save your money. Pretend you don't have it. Just save it until you figure out something great to do with it. That's number one. Don't spend it. Number two, learn product-based business. See, I said number two because I don't know anything about you. You could be lazy and brainless. Stick with number one. Save the money. If you're not lazy and brainless, if you're ambitious and you're a good learner and you're persistent, learn product-based business. I have a a course that's pretty cheap. I don't even remember what it costs because frankly, I don't care. I don't need the course. You need the course. Learn product-based business. It'll teach you how to create a product uh and start selling it for less than 500 bucks. When you learn product-based business, you might create a product and it might not do very well. That's fine. It's in the failing constantly and repetitively that you learn how to succeed. And you only have to succeed one time. You create one product that makes you a millionaire for life. And I don't want to hear any dumb people talking about uh generational wealth. You guys are idiots. You don't even have wealth for yourself. How you going to create wealth for your grandkids? It's utterly ludicrous. Makes me like want to like I'm going to I thought I was going to be nice. I forgot about that. Being nice 2025 forward. So yeah, just don't listen to quacks online talking about generational wealth. It's just silliness. So that's my recommendation. Number one, save the money. If you decide not to do that. Number two, learn product-based business. I got a course. It's low cost. A lot of people have taken it. Um, in fact, let me show you some of their great products. Um, this one you can buy at mdbleabel.com. You buy this hat, the money doesn't go to me. It goes to someone else. Someone just like you that took a consultation at you can go to the sassin or excuse me, assassin, theassin t-sasn.com bottom left corner corner click consultation. Someone made this phenomenal product. This is Dominic uh velvet one super player. And I get everybody's products. I support you guys. Let me show you some even cooler products. Products I really love. Staple products. Products that you got to use every day. So, let's see. I have my assassin deodorant here. Or is it still unpacking? As you guys can. Green's my favorite color. Give you guys a zoomed up on that one. Boom. Assassin deodorant. This is a phenomenal product because you got to wear deodorant every single day depending on which country you are. Some countries are musty, but if you're in a normal country or you want to get some hose in any country, you're going to want to wear deodorant every day. So, that's a phenomenal product. And that particular product, it actually smells good and it stops you from, you know, sweating and being musty. Great product. Everyone needs deodorant. Phenomenal. You can get that one at the sassin.com. They went to the SAS shoot. They went to the sassin.com, click schedule consultation, and they learned directly from me. Or they took the product-based business course and then they connected with me and they got on the site. Now they're making money hand over fist. So all of the things that I teach you, the evidence is there, you know, like there's no like hocus pocus. It's like, hey, I'm telling you, you might fail. If you do, who cares? Try it again and keep going till you win or till you join someone else's early stage business. Use your knowledge and make a bunch of money. But don't sit on your butt and don't be foolish. Uh, thank you for that question and shout out to you for having a a windfall of money. Love to hear about it. Jaylen B. I also acknowledge via PayPal shots. Dominic, he writes, "Peace of Saints tuition. I apologize for making that out. Think nothing of it. Literally, I took no offense at all." It It was like, "Bro, like is this crazy, but I take no real offense to it at all. It was more funny than anything." He writes, "Uh, and I know better." He writes, "That will never happen again." You know, honestly, you don't even need to apologize. He writes, "I'll absolutely be more mindful." Yes, for your own good, for your own success. I mean, you're you're tall, good-looking young man with infinite potential to go very far, especially if you have those small advantages by using the knowledge that others don't have. He writes, "The fruits of your labor is a testament to the blueprint of success you've created and live uh lived for." Thank you. I appreciate that. Shout out to Kevin. He writes, "Peace and Saints, beautiful home. Uh, how are you settling into the new space? What do you think of the area?" I'm settling into the new space. Uh, pretty well. Um, obviously, anytime you buy a home, there's expenses. When you buy a very large home, there are more expenses. Um, but for me, the expense of time is number one. You know, you spend $60,000 on furniture and the house is still empty because the furniture is going to take 3 weeks to come. That's annoying, right? But other than that, like the space is so warming and you guys often hear people say, uh, I'm building an empire, which I think is idiocy for most people because they don't realize that an empire is of people. They always think of money when they say empire. And also an empire is of usually conquering land, but they don't have any land. And so when I walked the garden to my old lady, uh, the woman in the grocery store actually today told me she was like, "Old lady, I bet she likes that." She's like 70. She I bet she likes you say that. Cute little old southern white woman. But anyways, um, you know, when I walk the grounds with my lady, it's it's just such a peaceful thing to have the experience of being in a botanical garden, but you're at your own home or seeing so many beautiful places you could picnic at your own home. And uh being at a park, but you're at your own home and knowing that and and my lady said this, I think it was really thoughtful. She says, "You know, this is special because you you can tell your kid you were conceived here, you were born here, you were raised here, and you have your own land like a tribe should." So, it's been very warming. And even though I've bought things that are more expensive than this, not to say that this was inexpensive. Uh, this is the first time that I felt like, you know, I'm wealthy. I'm for sure wealthy. Uh, because there's just a different feeling to an expansive sprawling uh piece of property and land and I recommend it for everyone and this is something I want to bring all the Saints to. I want you all to be inspired and I encourage you all if you want to build a house or something like that. That's why I'm having my executives and my confirmed Saints are coming end of next month. We're going to walk the whole property and plan out what we want to do here and try to get a full plan. So far things that I can think of that I definitely want um we actually a a building over yonder that we actually could use as kind of like an exercise uh location. But beyond that, I probably want to put a covered garage and uh maybe build another property, like a home. I don't know why I have a home, but I just feel like I need to do it. But anyways, thank you for that question. I think it's cuz I I'm an impro I like to improve things and you know, I think I got an eye for design and it's fun, too. What do you think of the area? You know, I don't think too much of the area because I haven't been around too much, but the people I've encountered have been very friendly and straightforward. I've been quite uh impressed and uh good-natured, good-humored people, which is surprising because there's a lot of Confederate flags around here and even a Confederate uh
grave site, Confederate uh memorials or statues, monuments. So, people have been very pleasant. Shout Mr. Mal supported work by PayPal. May I also acknowledge shout out to Raymond. He writes, "What should a young man that acquires six or seven figures prioritize most when it comes to finances?" Piece of things. Well, if you have six figures in income, that's different than having six figures in savings, right? Uh so that's number one.
I have a like a little lesson on person I I don't I shouldn't say little, but I have a a meaningful lesson on personal finance. You can go to the assassin.com, click products, and go down to finance. It talks about two different uh budget allocations. The first allocation is if you're on your come up, you know, you still haven't like quite made it, you haven't reached financial stability. And then the second uh recommended spending pattern is when you are you're pretty strong financially and if you are at the you know six or seven figure level, you're pretty strong. So you're going to change your your allocation of capital. So that's what I recommend. Um it's it's very much so laid out. And the reason I reference that is not to get you to go spend 20 bucks or however much it costs and it's underpriced whatever it is priced at. But I want you to have a correct thorough answer that you can use over time. So I don't want to just like say something when you can look at it and say oh you know 30% for mortgage or rent 10% for the you know I want you to be able to see specifically it's more helpful to you. So I'll give you the the sincerest answer that I can. Thank you for that question. And uh we're hoping you're on the seven figure side. But uh remember for all of you, I can tell you how to get money, but I always tell you how to be happy and you can be happy today. You might not have your money today, but you can be happy today and every day. It's a choice. And that's the most important thing that people always leave out. But people rarely ask me, Marquet, how do I become happy every day, right? They ask me, "How do I get this money?" And I get it. I totally get it. Uh anyways, uh carrying on.
May I acknowledge looks like we are caught up there. And mind you, if you guys haven't got your membership at the assassin.com and if you have your membership, make sure you maintain it cuz we this upcoming month is going to be heavy. It's going to be heavy because we're settled in. I'm not traveling anywhere. We're going to get some stability. We going to catch up. You got a lot of stuff in the pipe. Pause. Pause. Pause. Pause.
Anyways, u may I acknowledge via super chat? Shout out to SNBA supporting the work writes peace of the saints. May I also acknowledge Thomas Mhler writes, "Who are the top three people you would like to obliterate in a debate peace of saints?" No, truthfully, no one. You know, I don't really feel the need to debate anyone. And that's true power. true power doesn't need to like contend like because then you're you're dealing with equals. So I don't feel the need to debate anyone. Who are the three persons that need their positions to be dismantled publicly so that those of modest IQ can see clearly uh that they don't stand for much and their intellectual pedigree is overrated. We have number one Nerd Fuentes. We have number two, Candace Owens, and we have number three, Charlie Kirk. I think those are the three bodies that I would catch.
May I also acknowledge Bobby writes etiquette with Marquet. Uh, peace to the Saints. Peace of the Saints. And if you'd be kind enough to, he says Marquetic. I like that. Marquetic. I like that. Um, that first time you spell Marquetto, you put that E on there. way shout out to uh Jay supported work and again I tell you guys it's about the details is the details reveal so much about us paying attention to the details and that's why I say you know it's not about how intelligent you are it's about how often you are intelligent you see you could be Einstein but if you're not using your brain you are not going to come off as Einstein so the best thing you can do is to be focused and to make sure that when you do speak you speak with purpose when you move you move in a strong effective Right.
May I acknowledge Cloud supporting work, Cloud King Collective. He writes, "Peace of Saints got my gold watch a couple weeks ago. Also finished the Blackbox. Phenomenal book." Indeed, The Blackbox is a great book. It took me about 10 years to write. It's all true stories. And in this era in which we have so many lies, it's nice to hear a true story of inspiration. Though it's a biographical work, it is aimed at causing you to think about yourself and think about your own story and make sure that you're the hero of your own story. And so it's really a book of inspiration. I highly recommend it. I know it's one of the best books out there because I wrote it to be such. I wrote it for people who are not necessarily readers. It reads like a movie because the true stories were lived like a movie. You'll enjoy it. For those of you who want audio book, you can go to assassin.com, click products, and get it on audio or ebook. You want a paperback, you can get it on Amazon. Just type in the black box.
Son of Elon. L El Leon writes, "Have you ever maxed out a musty chick from a musty country?" Peace. No sir, I have not. Thank you for asking, I suppose.
Sard's third element writes, "I have the utmost respect for you, Marquette. It makes me happy and also inspires me to see the fruits of your labor come to fruition." Pec. I appreciate that. Thank you very much, Charlie. Shout out to Charlie. It's always a pleasure to hear from people that I'm familiar with. I know their face. I know their work. Um, it means a lot. So, thank you very much.
I acknowledge Khalil supporting the work. He writes, "My current internship can turn into a job. However, it's in another state and I can only work full-time during the summer since most jobs aren't accommodating to students." Number one, try to do a deal. So, in general, what we often fail to do is to work the deal. You see, everyday people, they're not daring. You know, they take what is offered to them. Bosses, you're trying to negotiate. You're trying to change things. You're trying to get what you want. You don't really care what anyone else wants. You don't care what the rules are. You don't care what Jack and Jill did or said. You want what you want. And what you'll notice is that dumb broads, they're going to call you demanding. That's a good thing. It's a good sign. If a dumb bro calls you demanding, what that means is you are showing that you fully intend to get exactly what you want every time. You're not there to give them what they want. You're not there to participate in their games. You're there to get what you want. You want a full-time job, go for that. If you need a part-time job, see if they're offering it. It's a big corporation. Maybe there's a different department. Maybe there's something they can work out. Maybe you did such a great job. Maybe they like you. Right? Figure out who has the power. Get them to use the power on your behalf. Make something work. You hear me? Like do a deal. Put pressure on somebody. Did anybody tell you no? They told you the rule, but did you ask for what you want and they told you no? See, you got to read my book and take it seriously. That's why it's such a great book, The Blackbox. In that book, it tells you do not ever tell yourself no. So, did they tell you no already? Or did you hear the rule and say, "I'm going to follow the rules, bro. I'm not ever trying to follow the rules. I'm trying to do the I'm trying to do whatever is going to get me what I want." You heard me? Like, I don't care anything about what the rules say.
Gentlemen, for the rights, I'm currently doing industrial and systems engineering with a focus on safety. Truthfully, I just want steady income that will allow me to travel with the Saints and take care of myself without relying on my friends and family. I understand that is not an uncommon wish. He writes, "Shout out to Kevin uh Nick Alfonso for helping pick up the phone or excuse me, for picking up the phone and helping me. Wouldn't be possible without the community you built. I appreciate that and I can tell you that uh the more you invest in that into that community, the more people in that community will take care of you." And that's what community, tribe, and family is about. And again, when I mentioned relationships earlier, it's not the merit that's going to get you what you need. The merit's going to help. You got to have that. But there's two people with merit and one has relationship, meaning you know the right person. Or more importantly, as Marquet de Burton says, it's not about who you know. No sir, it's about who knows you. You know who Drake is, but does Drake know who you are? And that's why, you know, people will be in the comments all the time say, "I love your stuff." And I think, "No, you don't. I've never met you. I know who loves my stuff. They come to my events. I know them by their first name. Uh my lady will cook them dinner. My mom will meet them. They will be brought into my family. If it's love, because love is an important thing that we're all looking for. So, I know who loves me. Like, you're just a person with poor vocabulary. You have poor addiction. And I'm no fool. You heard me? Like, I wasn't born yesterday, not last night.
Shout out to Andre. He writes uh the how to start a productbased business course is essential for your success. You are bound to waste time, money, energy without this piece of knowledge. Peace of the saints. Shout out to Andre. He knows for sure. And in fact, he has a phenomenal product which I actually have with me while I was traveling. That's why it's probably in one of these suitcases. And I've mentioned that I love this product of his for a couple reasons. Uh it's a leather fanny pack. very premium, high quality with the metal clasp. And what's most important for me personally is that you can dress it up because it's leather. It's a high quality material as opposed to like canvas or something like that. But I also like it because the perfect size for me to put the clapper in there and you just don't like to walk around naked. That ain't me. But any Oh, there it is right there in my suitcase. True to my word cuz I was traveling with it cuz it's a phenomenal piece. Very very high quality genuine leather and welldesigned too. Got a nice little internal pocket in there. Put a little bit of cash money. Yes, indeed. Also has this internal pocket here. It's kind of a safety pocket. Make sure you don't get pickpocketed when you're in the third world. And I put the clapper in the main compartment. And as I indicated, oh yeah, and he he made this using the knowledge from the product based business course. And this is real metal, not plastic. That makes it premium, right, my dear boys. That makes it premium. Yes, indeed. Put this right here. Right next to that P bag. And you know what I like about when people make quality products like that? It opens you up to being on the level of a Prada, on the level of an Hermes. It opens you up to skyrocketing that price point. So you boys better get it while it's low cost. tsasn.com. Click products.
Shout out to Mr. Naim. He writes, "I don't know if I ever told you, big homie, but I owe you a lot. It's thanks to you that I was able to get off of the poison that is red pill indeed." # no pill. He writes, "The game you'll be dropping at the conference is going to be absolutely worldshaking. The manosphere could never. Pieces ain't they could never, they would never. They only do the things that make the dollar. So, if I was doing it for a dollar, I wouldn't actually host the conference at my home cuz I wouldn't want you at my home cuz I don't know about you or care about you. Uh, furthermore, I would do it completely remote so I can have an infinite number of people. Uh, and I also wouldn't have you here at my home and eating my food and using my silverware in China and incurring expenses and inevitable damage that will occur to the property and increasing my own liability and reducing my profit margins. I definitely wouldn't do that. That would be stupid if my goal was only money. But my goal is community. So, I must bring you among one another. I must ensure that you men can network with each other and eventually have the relationships and trusts that allow you to build businesses together and wage revolution together. So that is the reason we find the pretext to bring you together. We talk about the most critical topic of women because we're really we're talking about women, we're talking about the mothers of our children, we're talking about our wives, we're talking about our family, we're talking about our forever, but also there's so much more that you get out of coming here in person. I forget where the link is for the big game conference. Um maybe uh we might post it in the comments afterward. If we do, you'd be wise to grab your ticket. Um and the sooner the better because if we go over the number of seats, we'll have to cancel and refund you. Anyways, and when you do get your ticket, uh, send your email address in the memo so that we can invite you to the WhatsApp group and get you even before you show up.
I acknowledge Mr. Ruffin came in via memo. He writes, "Peace to the saints tuition, Florida assassin." Shout out to the Florida section. Uh, when I was in Florida, uh, took everyone in that section out to eat. And you know, people can make up lies about many things, but when people actually take a look at what we're doing, it's really groundbreaking and unparallel. You know, a lot of YouTubers, you'll never meet them unless you pay a thousand bucks for a meet and greet and you go get to shake their hand and smile and take a picture and spend five minutes with them and then you're, you know, you're shuffled away or you have to go to some goofy event. But you're never going to show up to someone you respect, pay zero dollars, and then they take you out to dinner like you're the celebrity. Uh, you know, it's a different feel. And, you know, we're establishing a better way of being, a better way of us relating to one another.
Shout out to Sar comes in by super chat. He writes, "Peace of the saints. This is a beautiful site. Have been watching your work and you move estates for some time now and it's nice to see you settled. You know, it's nice to be settled. For a time, I didn't think it was my nature. So, it is very nice. It feels really good. He writes, "May you uh may you have more prosperity and happiness." I appreciate that and I shall. And happiness is my biggest uh focus. It it always has been after I've uh learned to earn well. You know, before that, I thought money was everything. When I got money and I realized there was more to life, it was disappointing.
Shout out to Diamond. Uh, she is running the Lady Saints. If your lady is not a part of Lady Saints, you should get her in there. If you're dating a woman, you should put her in there and make sure that she's really gained up uh in knowing how to deal with a boss. You dig?
I don't know why someone keeps writing, "What state is the property located? Please, if you have a serious question, send it by super chat. But otherwise, just enjoy. Just enjoy. I mean, it's not like you're going to visit, so it doesn't it's irrelevant to you." That's why I tell you guys, focus on the important things in life, not the irrelevancies. That that'll keep you broke. I promise you. Silly Billy. Silly Billy. Should probably bring a case of water up here, don't you think? Little dehydrated. I'm actually, you know, really looking for some underwear. I want to get my workout in. So, I'm looking for some underwear that I'm going to set out my clothes. You know, since I was a child, I was, you know, raised to set out your clothes in advance. So, for for some reason, I feel like I have to set my clothes out before I go work out, which will cause me to then take a shower and then change clothes.
Oh, here's another product created by uh Brandon Classic. I also took this one with me traveling. And this one is um you know, this is super player because you really can't get a floral hat anywhere, especially with the brown suede. You know, it's different. And at the end of the day, I don't want to look like these rascals out here. It just wouldn't be right. I think I'm going to use these ones for the hats since I have so many hats. I got a lot of hats. I've been a a hat guy for many years. You know, if you're a hip-hop kid growing up in LA, Southern California, it was a part of the fit, right? You know, like back in the day, you know, you used to have the Mitchell and Ness authentic stitched and patched jerseys. Those were going for three 400 bucks minimum. And you know, if you're going to have the sports jersey, you got to have the the starter jacket to go with it. You got to have the sneakers. In my case, it was the Patrick Wings. You heard me retro, no longer being made. And then I had to have the pin wheel fitted. That's just me, though. You know, I had to have the fitted, the jacket, the jersey, and the shoes. What more could you do? Nothing else. So, I did it all. That's just me, though. That's just me.
I love setting out all these MDB labels just right next to each other. It's It's beautiful. It really is beautiful. And you can tell by the way people do things, like the care and focus with how they do things that it says a lot about them. You'll hear goofy people who have no vocabulary. They're like, "I'm so OCD about fill in the blank." when like a they're not OCD and they're just like have a limited vocabulary. But it's not about being OCD, it's about being thoughtful, right? So I usually arrange dark to light or if it's my dress shirts, it's high collar to low collar and then within the collar selections, uh it's dark to light for good reason. For good reason. But as you can see, we're going black. Then we got the black and red. Then we got the red. You know what I'm saying? There there's some method to the madness. And also just because I'm just a touch paranoid, you know, it happened like that when you grow up in poverty. Poverty is traumatic, my dear boys. Um I liked enough people touch my stuff when I didn't want them to. You hear me? Like don't be rearranged. Don't rearrange what I arranged. you're or if I'm going to get my stuff out of the washer dryer, arrange it the way I arrange it because I can walk in there and pitch black and grab everything I need because it's in a specific place that I put it. I don't even need to be watching. I don't need to be thinking. There's no brain power because it's arranged in a specific way. And people who are very busy, very productive, you got to win the small battles because you have to have your mind on the big picture. And that's one of the things I advise you guys to do is make sure that you don't deal with dingbat broads. Sometimes you deal with dingbat broads, they're like concerned with how high like a flea can jump. Like that's their biggest occupation is measuring the height that a flea can jump as opposed to the greater affairs of their life and your relationship.
Oh yeah, this is another product that was created by one of the Saints. And this is a a cool one because these are um barefoot running shoes, which is to say that um you know, you really can feel the ground underneath. And these are going to be awesome for the uh plantation. I'll be running on these cuz I'll be running on on land, trail running on the soil, so it's going to be low impact for the knees. I'll be able to feel the earth. And these you can get at the sassin.com. Just great products. Again, I'm not promoting myself or my products. This is going to someone just like you who created a damn fine product which I use. I own and I use. And what you should be thinking right now is like, damn, bro just gave us an example of 10 products, different kinds, from deodorant to shoes to hats to fanny packs, and I haven't done anything. Maybe you need a consultation, or maybe you need the product based business course. But I tell you what you don't need. You don't need more of the same. You don't need to keep sitting on your ASS and being a consumer while everyone else is being a producer. Okay? You need to do something different. You need to invest in yourself. All right, buddy. There you go. That's a kick in the patuni for you. A little bit of motivation from the Saint. Yes, indeed.
I mean, one thing I I got to give myself credit for is one thing about Marquet Devon Burton, you never find me just sitting idle or being comfortable somewhere. Nah, I'm trying to get it in. I'm trying to grow. I'm trying to get to the next level. I'm trying to Listen, man. I haven't even moved furniture in here and I'm already in the front of my home talking about, you know what? We should build another house and extend the damn patio another 10 feet so you can sit in the front without getting rain on you. Like, I'm already designing the next estate. You see what I'm saying? It's the hustle. It's the the fast movement. It's the ability to adapt. It's the ambition. Ambition. It's the ambition.
Oh, yeah. When you're dealing with velvet, you already I don't hang my velvet pants cuz I don't want a line. Like, you know, by the time you hang them on this nice fine hanger here, boom, you hang it. Boom. And here's what's going to happen. You're going to have a line going across your pants cuz it's a fine material. You dig? This is not a workman material like you rascals be wearing like denim jeans. That's a workman's material. You hear me? This is a a fine material for a super player. So, I actually fold those up. That's how that gets done. Huh? Yeah. Make a mental note. Yeah. Make a mental note. You can't be handling the the fine threads and cloths of a super player like it's a workman's material. It's not proper. And again, shout out to the the New York section. This is one of the coldest pieces, bro. When I just want to be real, G stir, you dig? G stir. I might put this bad boy on. Yeah, this one is super player. Super player indeed. Uh, and this one again, you should be wondering why did everyone else go get a consultation and I didn't and now they're making products and money and I'm just sitting there doing nothing, complaining or saying, "Oh, it's so hard to make money." No, it didn't. No, it's not. No, it's not. You're lazy. You're unambitious. You won't take a risk. Like, you won't take a risk. But here's the great thing. The risk you would take is so small. You're not in Somalia. You're not in Yemen. You don't need to walk through your neighborhood in Edo and wonder if you're going to step on a landmine. You're not in Gaza. You don't need to wonder like, oh, is it it's a risk going outside? It might boom. You your risks are so small. Look at you. How can you not be successful? Well, you think I think it's cuz you don't really want to be successful. And that's okay. It's okay. Not everyone can drive the the Rolls-Royce or the the Bentley. I'll do it. You don't have to do it. I'll do it. I'll take care of that.
Anyway, shout out to Mark. He writes, "Peace. I just wanted to say, keep doing what you're doing. You're making an impact." And people see it. Much respected. I appreciate that. And I know people see it because I'm your favorite YouTuber's favorite YouTuber. All of the YouTube game is mimicking me. All of a sudden, they all want to do offline stuff. They all want to do boxing stuff. They all want to do this and that. It's extraordinary. And they steal my sling. It's insane. You know, they they taking the slanguistics like, "We don't see it. We're not blind out here, folks."
Shout out to Jaylen. He writes, "Went on a mission trip with nine people for a week. One country girl was clearly into me. Served at a level, but gave mixed signals as well. She's a woman." Okay. Uh, she called me highmaintenance and demanding, too. I don't know about the high maintenance part, but you know, she could be a shabby broad. You heard me? These broads be shabby. They want to get mad at you cuz you clean. You dig? But it be like that, man. Cuz sometimes they be like feeling like you're prettier than they are. But here's the thing. Don't hate me because I'm beautiful, baby. Sometimes you are prettier than they are and they need to get a life. Tell tell HER YOU I SMITE YOU, you dirty dirt bag broad. So yeah, man. Just cuz she got rough feet, she want to act like you can't go get a pedicure, man. It's just maintenance, man. It's not like anything weird. You're just maintaining, man. You know, like just cuz you got the $4,000 Gucci hoodie, she want to get mad at you. No, that ain't right, man. That ain't right. Use a super player. Now again, I put this one at the back cuz I measured by the collar height and has the hoodie. You see what I'm saying? Pay attention. Stay focused. Stay focused. Okay. But yeah, when she's injured too demanding, often that's just the result of her being incompetent and not having dealt with her own incompetence. And so her failure to be able to meet your standard makes her complain about the standard. Come on now, let us say church.
He writes, "I'm not the ranch type." She hints she wants. How can I avoid wasting time with girls like that? Well, it depends on what you wanted from her. If she was just turbo thick and you just needed that in your life, it's not a waste. And you don't have to be a ranch type. You heard me? You ain't got to be butt naked in some cowboy BOOTS WEARING HER OUT. WOOHOO. YEAH. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE, YOU KNOW WHAT I'm saying? Like, if you just want to max her out, it's not a waste of time. But if you wanted something real, then it's a waste of time. And you can figure out if she's on board off rip. And what she says doesn't matter. What she does matters. Huh? People say a lot of things, but they do very few.
Shout out to Mr. Chas. He writes, "Let's get together and feel all right." Real bad men. Appreciate you. Yes, indeed. Shout out to Carrie writes, "Peace, peace to the Saints. Shout out to the real men who enjoy clay shooting." Yes indeed. You know, the funny thing when we're on the property shooting, uh, you had people in the comments and they were like, "Oh my god, oh my god, you're not even shooting the right kind of guns. It's not the right kind of guns. You're supposed to be shooting like a rifle or a shotgun." I was like, "Hold on, stupid. We know that." We're doing something called having fun. Yes. You ever heard of it? You ever done it? It's called having fun. That's what we're doing. We're doing it just to do it because it's entertaining and we can do whatever we want on this land cuz I'm the man of my land. And that wasn't even the plan. I was just like, "You guys got the clappers on you?" was like, "Bro, am I a saint or am I a saint?" Yes, I got the clapper. I WAS LIKE, "GRAB the clappers." And we busting off clappers cuz it's fun. That's it. Just cuz it's fun. I'm not trying to hit any birds. We don't Nobody's going to, you know, take a duck that we just shot and bring it into the kitchen and cook it up. It's just fun. And you might ask yourself, well, well, why are those doofuses in the comments saying idiotic things, Marquette? Don't they know that you have many guns and you've shot rifle, you've shot, you've shot all kinds of things. Why would they say that? As though you don't know that, Marquette. It's because envy and jealousy. They really wish that they were there having that fun being among other men that are like them enjoying community and instead of having the goodness to say, "Damn, I wish I was there, but I'm glad you guys were there and you had that fun," they can only think to say something crass or thoughtless or silly or hateful or jealous. And you know, it's really an unfortunate thing, but we have wicked demons among us. And we know that. That's why we call ourselves the saints. We know that there are those that are unsaintly and you know if you didn't sign up for the drip trip you a damn fool.
This is a custom piece right here you know in the Asian style. Um one of the saints had actually created this design and I copied it. Yes, I stole it. Indeed. Indeed I did cuz it was just too fire. Shout out to the Saints with great taste. Shout out to Dedrick. Shout to Dorian. Shout out to Nick. Uh I stole pieces from all of them. I think I stole one from Mitchell too. Uh, so if you didn't sign up for the Drip Trip 2026, yeah, you you're going to want to do that. This is also a custom from the Drip Trip. Pretty much most of what you see me in is custom. You you pretty much don't see me off the rack. I don't shop off the rack like at Macy's or something like what do you think? I'm Kevin Sanders. No, no, no, no. It's all custom. It's all custom. Yes, indeed. Yes, indeed. Yes, my dear boy.
I'm going to switch out these hangers. These are just the hangers that are convenient uh to grab. I actually have premium high quality hangers of a specific color uh material and style, but these are easy to grab. Once we unpack everything, then I'll switch these into the guest room. Not to be disrespectful to the guest, but you know, it is what it is. Yes, indeed. You know, funny thing, I ordered, so we have two sets of washer dryers at my property specifically just for convenience. And uh one set I ordered for this front part of the property, they couldn't or actually I don't know, maybe they were scared to try to get it up the stairs cuz they thought they might damage the stairs, which have like a very fine uh um animal skin rug on the stairs. And so I basically haven't been able to wash laundry in a very long time cuz I was traveling in Europe and then in Bise. Um, and now we're back here and they didn't deliver my washing machine when they were supposed to. Is it a pity? Oh yeah, mdbabel.com. Log in boss up. You got to have a pair of all-white tennies. It's just it's Mando, right? The all-white tennies, they it's a basic. You got to have it. It's just like a gold watch. You got to have a gold on gold watch. Got to have a a platinum watch. You got to have a pair of all-white tennies cuz it can go with anything. You put it on with some blue jeans. It's super player, man. It's a basic. Come on now. How could you not?
Oh, yeah. Let me show you. We talked to you guys about this three sentence Bible. Be yourself. Be good to yourself. Be good to good people. This was a gift. Uh, shout out to one of the most lovely ladies I know. Super sweet woman. Uh, blessed me with this. And you know what? One of the marks of a good woman is when they see that you need something and they get it done without you asking. It's it's called uh taking initiative. You know that's uh there's there's people in this world who can't do what they're told. There are people who can do what they're told and then there's people who can only do what they're told. Meaning they can't think, can't figure stuff out, they can't add value. You need a woman that can add value. Sending your comments, questions, tuition because this is uh it's a lot of game being kicked here whether you realize it or not. You know, there's some lessons in life that you only realize how valuable it is um when you're at a certain level. Like for example, you may have never sat down at a a place setting uh for a meal and seen three forks. You you know what I'm saying? You probably only see one fork. But one day maybe you'll sit down somewhere and you're among upper class people and there's three forks and three spoons and you're kind of like, "Oh goodness." You'd be better to know why those utensils are there before you get there. Huh? You'd be much better off.
Oh, I got that manwoman.com drip. This is actually a MDB label as you can see. I wear this one for the color. You heard me? The color. Just you know what I'm saying? But my my skin color just set it off. Just set it off. You dig? You got to match for your color, man. Like for example, I love a brown suit, but I'm brown. Sometime wear a brown suit. I'm brown. You looks weird. But you know, if you're say a white guy, you wear a brown suit. Oh man, it's strong. Strong. Looks great. Highly recommend it. You know, you got to you got to do things that are appropriate for you. That's good life advice. Do what works for you, right? Don't get general advice. Get advice that's good for you. And when you do that, it's like showing yourself respect. It's acknowledging the self that you exist as a unique being.
Shout out to Gabriel. He writes, "What are some cities you would recommend to move if interested in the bleeding edge of tech and AI?" Good question. Well, there's two considerations. There's uh the sophistication of the technologist. Then there's the availability of funding. So if you want to look at the sophistication of the technologist, you might consider, of course, Silicon Valley as a go-to. But what I'd really be looking at is Austin, Texas. Uh you can consider Silicon Beach, which is the Santa Monica area, but I really like Austin, Texas as an emerging tech hub. There's a lot of capital going in there. Um, and also if you want to consider access to capital, then you're going to want to look at, uh, the Middle East, United Arab Emirates. Um, a lot of Mina countries are, you know, putting a lot of money out there. And frankly, the Gulf States, they're not very sophisticated. So, if you have a decent technology, um, they might fund you. And there's certain looks, if you will, that they like to fund more than other looks. So, if you, you know, if you fit the description, you're gonna be in line for some easy money, my boy. But, um, the key with tech is not your technical ability, it's the revenue model. That's the hardest thing in the tech business. I know I've been successful in the tech business. There's levels to things, right? I'm no Mark Zuckerberg, but I've done all right for myself and I've done well enough that I can teach on it. I have a course that I rarely bring up. I put a lot of work into it and I rarely bring it up because I don't recommend it for everyone. I just recommend it for the people who want to be multi-millionaires. When I say multi, I'm talking about tens of millions on the low side, billions on the high side, because there really is no limit on the high side. The course is called how to create and monetize your own app. And I promise to do add more lessons to it, but it's already a phenomenal course because it teaches you how to create a revenue model, which is to say how to make money in the software business, which is very hard to do because most software is free, right? Here's a challenge everybody right now. You don't have to do this. Just do it in your head. Ask yourself, how many apps on your phone do you have? Maybe you got 60 apps. How many do you pay for? Most of you, zero, one, maybe two at most. So you're in a business where the product is free. So how you going to make money? If you say advertising, you're dumb because you're not going to have enough users to advertise, right? So you need a good revenue model. That's why my course on how to create monetize your own app is the best in class because learning how to do software development increasingly that would be very unimportant. The revenue model is where the real bread and butter is. It's where the money is. And that's why I've been able to win.
Got to take a bath one day. So, I think I need to buy a stopper. Unless this is a stopper. Oh, I'm I'm smart. No, I'm really smart. This must be an expensive bathtub. It says baths of distinction. Never heard of such a thing. Baths of distinction. That sure is the stopper right there. That's great. Okay, cool. to take me a bath. Settled. Settled. Bay of my black body. Yes, indeed.
Anyways, the gentleman writes, "If you're interested in bleeding edge of tech and AI," so with regards to the AI piece, in my personal opinion, I think that China is farther ahead than the American government lets on. But you're going to be blocked out of that market unless you're Chinese or fluent in Chinese or you have an existing high growth uh company which I was invited to China because I had a high growth company and they're willing to invest in you and make sure that you're centered there and they'll help a lot but you already got to be on. China's not going to put you on. You got to be on. So I don't think that's going to be a great opportunity for you.
Shout out to Trayvon who I had the pleasure of meeting recently. He has peace to the saints. How do I become better and make the most out of every opportunity without overthinking? It's funny you mentioned overthinking. I don't recommend thinking at all most of the time. And what I mean is this. We've mostly done enough thinking to last us a lifetime. It's really time for action. And I tell you what, if you were oriented only on action, no thinking, you might make some mistakes, but you'd overall win because you need to not only strike while the iron is hot, as they say. You need to strike while the iron is hot. Strike while the iron is cold. Strike the iron vigorously and frequently until you can't anymore. We're in a world that doesn't prize, you know, doing it correctly. We prize doing it first or you know doing it the most which is to say marketing. We rarely are dealing in what is the best you know like Apple is not the best. They're not the most innovative but market really well and they know how to repackage really well. So you might consider learning from those that have been successful for success leaves clues. So that's number one. Thinking is the occupation of those who are fearful. And so I encourage you to release your fear. And the more you think, the longer you take, the more daunting the task appears because it is in our own brain, in our own mind where we find defeat. and the seeds of our own defeat, we planted them.
Shout out to Emanuel writes, "Peace in the saints tuition. Appreciate you." Shout out to the real ones came in by them. Shout out to Mr. Carter writes, "How long did you live in Puerto Rico? If you didn't have the government connect, would you still recommend living in San Juan, Dorado, or Condo?" Condo is a great uh area, but no, I don't recommend it if you're not there for uh purposes of tax haven. I don't think they're really doing really well with pharmaceuticals anymore. and their infrastructure was never super impressive. Whether you're talking about, you know, capital or just intellectual capital, it's just it's a great place for beautiful Puerto Rican women, great beaches, mofongo, and uh hurricanes that are deadly. I don't recommend it. No, like visit maybe, but that's about it. I'm considering more as my business grows. What is dating like there for someone seeking multiple mains? Nah, bro. Latin America is not a win. Uh, Mexico has your best opportunity, but generally speaking, Latin American culture, it's not a it's not a W. Just like black American culture is not a W. Especially if you want multiple mains, you're going to catch a L there. Promise you that.
Shout out to Nick who sent in his um, money for the big game conference. I'll see you there. May I also acknowledge via super chat. Shout out to Mark. He writes, "Peace and saints. Just wanted to say keep doing Okay, I read that one already."
Splash writes, "Thank you for teaching the people, saints. Free game. Pay attention." Yes indeed. Cost you nothing. You guys should at least click the link. I mean the like button. And they say Jesus paid for it. It's free. It's free. Shout out to the ballers.
Andrew Daniels writes, "Peace of the Saints. Will you accept alternative methods of payment for the big game conference? I sent an email but no response yet." Your email very well may have been missed because it's in the spam, especially if you mention alternative forms of payment because do know that that sounds like a scam, right? So, Gmail has natural filters that'll move you to the spam inbox. Someone like myself gets high email volume. So when you say alternative forms of payment, I don't know precisely what you're speaking to, but uh we will list it so that you can use your credit card or your bank card if you so choose. Of course, you have the option of PayPal and Vinmo. Um and the price will be going up shortly because we have to limit the number of people who are coming. Um so I don't know what you mean by alternative forms of payment, but whatever payment method you use, I'd probably use it quickly.
>> Uh thank you for that question. So I got my underwear. So now I want to put choose something to wear for my next live. I'm actually late for a bit behind. Bit behind. Get like that every now and then. Life is busy with good things. Can't complain about that, right? Who does not want life to be busy with good things? And you always, you know me, I'm a real hustler. I'm a real hustler. Every time I buy something, I ask myself, do I know someone who makes this? Because I want to buy it from someone I know. And if I don't know someone who makes it and I need the product, why am I not making it? Right? I don't want to make everything, but you know, I ask myself like this uh this camera. I ask myself, why am I not making security cameras? I got a lot of them. So, this is actually a prototype here. going to study this and uh potentially uh go into this business maybe or maybe I'll pass it off to one of you ambitious souls. Anyways, I'll give you a little bit of time to send me your comments, questions as we wind down. Send your comments, your questions, your thanks, tuition. Now will be the time Oh, wow. a legendary. Considering setting in my studio, I'm still not sure if I want even. Do we put these gray sheets here or were they already here? You put them there. Okay. Okay. Fair enough. >> Do we have another set on there? >> We don't. Okay. Voila. You can tell when I packed a a box cuz I got the most random stuff in there. things that don't make sense together at all. Pull back right there. Pull back. Back up a little bit. You give me my my space here. Take my space. Thank you. Okay, let's see if folks had any final comments, questions, tuition as we wind down. You know, I actually s just parked my car over there for the
first time and um it looks kind of cool and I want to go out there and jump rope and it looks like I actually still have room to jump rope under that that roof even with the car there. So, that's pretty good, huh? Yeah, looks like I do have room. So, that's a positive.
Made a lot of boots cuz I had a lot of boots. A lot of products cuz you know I'm just a real hustler. Got a lot of compliments on these boots right here which I designed. Super dope boots. I passed off this design to one of the saints. Good brother. He's a real good hustler. He has a business that's doing a lot of numbers. He just bought himself a new home, eight bedroom if I recall correctly. So, shout out to the brother. Very proud of him. And he also is getting himself a condo as well on top of that. I love to see it. It makes me so happy.
And you know, those are the kind of folks I like to coach, the ones who are the most ambitious, the ones who want the biggest dreams. And you know what? I guess one of you guys might be able to produce this product. So, if you take a consultation, I'll put you in contact with the right folks. It won't be cheap, though. The consultation is cheap, relatively speaking, but producing a product like this is not cheap because it's a high quality product, but the profit margin is high, right? Because you're going to be able to sell these for a pretty penny. It's nice to kind of get that flowing a little bit, make a little bit of progress.
I acknowledge Turwan. Good to see you. He writes, "I start full-time university as a junior in September on campus for international studies. It's a curious area of focus. With a concentration on economics and international business, I plan on joining a fraternity. I don't know if I plan on that. uh a fraternity, an economics and investing club, student government and men of color alliance and start researching to start my own international trade business with two of my friends."
I'd say that's way too much stuff. Uh and you can't trust people who do everything. Usually means that they're not good at anything. So, I'd probably ask myself like, what's the one thing that's going to make me the most money or make me the best relationships with high-level people? And I focus on those one or two things.
He writes, um, "start a trade business with two of my friends because my school has a venture fund where the best business ideas win." Again, it's not the best business ideas, it's the people who are best connected, who have the best relationships, who have the inside track, who know what to write on the application. So figure out who's deciding who the judges are and get in their good graces, get some advice from them.
He writes, "One studies politics and Spanish. Those are two terrible disciplines. And the other studies business and finance much better." I also went to an inter excuse me went to a network event yesterday and met a white guy who has started venture a venture in international trading trying to connect his shipping port in Philly to import and export goods from China, Japan, Thailand. I don't know if this would be the best time to start such a business, but why not? With a goal of eventually living in Japan and international business and international trade being my expertise. I think you know the Japanese are not terribly open to foreigners. Uh those who are entrenched in high-level businesses generally are going to favor uh Caucasians over blacks if you are black and I do believe you are. It's just worth noting. Doesn't mean it's impossible. It's just worth you know being aware of.
He writes um, "my expertise leaving university also gaining as much as many connections and business as possible. What should I do? What's the best way uh to go about starting university as a junior?"
Focus. Pick two things to do. Hyperfocus on building relationships because you already missed out on two to three years of university. So, everyone else is already connected. You're the new guy. Your university, the greatest value is number one if you get a good education, which mostly would be in like engineering or um scientific field. So, your education is the number one value. Number two is your network. So, you're going to need to play catch-up. You can leverage certain types of organizations to meet those important people who have great degrees and great families. So, I'd focus on that. Um all that other stuff, nah. So remember, focus on the big ticket things, the things that are going to pay the highest. And have fun, too. Don't forget about that. Like have fun. I had fun when I was in university. I didn't drink any alcohol, but I still went to parties and, you know, enjoyed the things that are there for young people.
Shout out to Andrew coming by super chat. He writes, "I'll use PayPal when the opportunity arises. Quite a workout with the DMV Saints tomorrow. Congrats on Plantation. I appreciate it."
