Glory to God. Forever. We may please regain our [Music] seats. It's another wonderful time in God's presence. And I'm sure we've come list with expectations of what you are trusting the Lord to do for us. And as Pastor has taught us, um, testimony time is a time for us to journey, right? It's a time for us to meditate, to begin to picture what exactly you want God to do for your life, using what God has done for others as a template. So please listen with your ears open, with your eyes open, and trust God as well that you will be next in line to testify. Who is sure there will be next in line to testify here in the house? I'll be next in line to testify. I mean, me. I mean, me. I'll be next in line to the. Okay, awesome. Praise God. All right, so the first testimony we have here is from our dear sister H. Debor. She says last year she was trusting God, um, regarding our finances, and she prayed till she, she saw signs of a change in her spirit, and even though it was not yet forthcoming in the natural. And then during the course of that journey for her, a potential client reached out. However, it was lagging for like a month. They were having back and forth, and then it got to a point, actually, the conversation stored. But then she said a couple of Sundays ago, because she sent this testimony a while ago, um, she reached out, that's the client, and then the deal was sorted. Whose deal will be sorted this week? All right. So she had the opportunity of supplying, um, some furniture to the client in question. Question. And she said also that same line, she also got two referrals for our food stuff supply business. Who is opening a new stream of income this week too? Who is making that active move? All right. You can see now, she, she's not just focusing on one channel, she also has others. And he said she's grateful to God for the power in the house. And she says, I know I just need to align. Who is working in alignment this week? All right. Said God bless the pastor and David. And she says, I receive wisdom not to mismanage or be misinformed about God's resources. Can we say that together? I receive wisdom not to mismanage, not to mismanage, or be misinformed, or be misinformed about God's resources. God's resources. All right. So the next testimony here is from our dear brother, Adayo Caleb. And he's saying he's grateful to God for preventing him from spending an extra year in the university, um, due to two mysterious carryovers he had, which were from the same lecturer's course. Um, it says for one of them, the result was not uploaded, and for the other, the exam score mysteriously disappeared. And then he said this matter lingered till even after convocation. So convocation had been done, was not set to graduate. And at that point, he obviously felt, in quotes, all hope was lost in the natural. And then he said discouragement even came from family. He approached the head of his department, and he was even insulted. But said in that moment of when he was tired, he was depressed, he decided to tune into prayers, holding on our Telegram page. Who has been a part of our 24-hour on Telegram this week? Just raise your hand. Raise your hand now. Or some people are not aware. So let us know those that are aware. Who has joined prayers once this week? All right. So he joined and said at around 11 p.m., he slept, and then he tuned in again, and that was when God's word came for him. And then he said, whoever was leading prayers mentioned someone needing the finishing anointing, and he keyed into that word. And then said that marked a turning point for him. He said the issue was resolved. This was after convocation. Are we really getting this testimony? He was able to, in quote, graduate even after convocation. The carryover was cleared. And then the H did not even apologize to him. And he says, he's grateful to God for his mercies. Who is grateful to God for the sure mercies of David? Yes, we are grateful for the sure mercies of David in this house. And he says, thank you, DGC. Thank you, the pastorate. I love you all. We love you too, sir. All right. This is from our dear brother as well, P. Daniel. Um, he says, good morning, church. Um, he recalled having an encounter around midnight, 1:00 a.m., and it was in line with the testimony Pastor had shared on his Instagram story regarding, um, a testimony from the UK battle retreat, where a lady mentioned, which she's giving her human parts and all of that, and the dream, right? So it keyed to that same testimony. And then because Pastor has said, Pastor told the lady that if they bore them well, in quotes, which was like a threat, they should come again the same night. So he said he reported on his WhatsApp status and then wrote the same, and he was expecting them. And he said they did come. However, by the spirit of God, in the encounter he had, um, he stretched forth his two hands, power was coming out. My goodness. And then it says, he at them, and then said, through his hands, power of God flowed. And indeed, he stepped outside, he saw other thoughts as well, despite the threats and all of that, but it was a victorious encounter. Who is going to have an encounter this night that is indeed going to lead to another testimony? Praise God. All right. The next testimony here is from our dear sister O. Bukum. She's saying she's grateful to God for the gift of salvation and translation from the kingdom of darkness to light. She's also grateful to God for being the first graduate in our family, despite not being the first child. So God has used that to break that. Could remember that this is a month of this, even a year of manifest, in quote. Yes, remember that time Pastor was declaring it a month of manifest, and truly it's our year of manifest, and we'll be seeing more and more. So she's grateful to God for the mental shift she has enjoyed, the breakthrough, the covering, the faith us she has been experiencing since she joined the house. And she's also grateful for the wisdom of God that is at work in our life. Um, during our second year anniversary, remember we had a trade fair, right? Who remembers? So you said that was an opportunity that God opened for her to launch her business. And then she's grateful for, um, support she has received from members. And she's thanking you all for supporting her. I believe she wrote, said, I'm aifi, I'm a gifty, Gil, and Beauty Glam. All right. And she said she's trusting God for more as well. And then she's saying the support has been overwhelming, and she's now able to see father and dream bigger. Who is dreaming bigger and seeing father today? Because truly, it will be more. All right. As far as our eyes can see. And she's saying, thank you for all you do for the body of Christ. That's a dear pastor, Pastor Lawrence Oo. And he's saying, God bless the pastorate. I love the pastorate. And I love the Davids. Who love the pastor and who loves their dear brother and sister beside them? Tell your brother, I love you. Now, your sister, tell them I love you. Awesome. All right. So this is from Mr. Fon, and it's saying he wants to bless the holy name of Yahweh for divinely protecting him from what would have been, um, an accident that would have led to his death. But however, it was averted. Said it came while he was on his way, um, to Lagos in the night, and he felt, felt a very odd sensation in his legs, and he was wondering what it was. But then he said he was conscious. He said, I and the Holy Spirit are driving together. Nothing shall by any means harm me. Nothing shall by any means harm. Who are you sure you're not saying it? Nothing shall by any means harm me. Say it confidently, like you believe it. All right. So that was his declaration. And then amazingly, he said, a bat flew in his direction while he was in the vehicle, aiming for his head. And he ended up eating the frame of the window. And he thought it had, um, it fallen off. However, when he got to Lagos and then he told his colleague about what happened, only for him to see, in quotes, a dead bat inside the vehicle. So he was wondering, bat at it, um, the wind, the windscreen, only for you to now see it in the vehicle. However, he said he's grateful to God for the great deliverance. He says, I can't stop thanking God for for preserving my life and not causing the uncircumcised demons to prevail over me. He says, thank you, Jesus, the Lover of my soul. I thank the pastorate for their ceaseless prayers over us, the members. Thank you for your service of love. And he's grateful to be in this house. All right. So lastly, we have a testimony. Who saw that testimony in group of ladies said her father was kidnapped. All right. Awesome. And then just last night, she shared that father has been released from the kidnappers. Then let's give God praise for that testimony. Even as we stand to our feet, let's stand to our feet and take this song by Pastor Basi. Choir, please help us. [Music] And sh. [Music] One more. [Music] [Music] Time. You're going to pray in the spirit for the next 2 minutes. I'm going to ask that the Lord will open your eyes to see. Declare, Father, Father, today, today, open my eyes to see. Open eyes to see, Father, Father. Right now, right now. Please open my ears to hear. Open my ears to lift your voice. Turn it to prayer. Turn it to prayer. Turn it into prayer. [Music] Push, push, push. Jesus, please open my eyes to see. [Music] Open my ears to hear. I need an encounter. Jesus, reveal yourself to me. Open my eyes to see. I need an encounter. [Music] Holy Ghost, reveal yourself to me. Open my eyes to see. I need an [Music] encounter. Father, reveal yourself to me. Open my eyes to see. I need an encounter. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] 40 seconds more. [Music] [Music] Jesus, please reveal yourself to me. [Music] Open my eyes to see. I need an [Music] encounter. Holy Ghost, reveal yourself to me. Open my ears to hear you. I need an encounter. In Jesus name. Let me help the 10, 20% of persons who are still upset minded. Don't forget one of the foundations upon which this house is built. It is to be intentional. Someone say, intentional. We don't find God just because we are seeking him. If it's like that all over the world today, Sunday, everybody will be finding God. Yes or no? Seeking him is not enough. He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him. So the fact that you are praying that prayer does not mean you will get a reply. Please never forget this simple lesson. It's 10 years now. It's a secret of my making consistent progress. Anytime I see people praying and they are praying as if they don't understand, understand the prayer. I wonder if they're not aware that their time is counting. Every opportunity to pray, it's an opportunity for progress. It doesn't matter who the man of God is. There's need for more light. There is something you don't know. That's why you are where you are. In case you are thinking, but I can see. Look at where you are. If you are satisfied, then calm down. All right, just sit. And we're coming to you. But if you are tired of where you are, it means you want to see something different from what you you are seeing, or see what you are seeing at a deeper level. So you pray it again. Because we all need further encounters. This is 2024. We are in April already. First quarter is gone. Those things you wrote down cannot wait till July, August, September. I want you to cry to God and say, Father, Father, right now, right now, open my eyes. Open my eyes. Ah. [Music] Online, offline. Lift your voice. Cry to him. I need an encounter. Holy Ghost, reveal yourself to me. Open my eyes to see. I need an encounter. Father, reveal yourself to [Music] me. Open my eyes to see you. I need an encounter. Daddy, oh, reveal yourself to me. Open my eyes to see you. [Music] Ah. [Music] Ah. Open my eyes, Lord. Please open my eyes. Please open my eyes. Please open my eyes. Guys. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] 20 more seconds. [Music] Open my eyes to see you. [Music] Louder and faster. Come on. [Music] I wake in sight. I wake in hearing. Awaken hunger. Awaken passion. Awaken me. Awaken us. Awaken. [Music] Now. Awaking sight. Awaken hearing. Awaken hunger. Awaken passion. Awaken me. Awaken us. Awaken. [Music] Now. Awaking sight. Awaken hearing. Awaken hunger. Awaken passion. Awaken me. Awaken us. Awaken. [Music] Now. Somebody is playing very well. You are breaking through now. Please open my eyes. Oh. [Music] [Music] Awaking sight. Awaking healing. Awaking hunger. Awaken passion. Awaken me. Awaken us. Awaking. [Music] Now. Awaking sight. I awaken hearing. Awaken ginger. Awaken passion. Awaken me. Awaken us. Awaken. [Music] Now. [Music] In Jesus mighty name, we have [Music] prayed. Glory to [Music] God. You are worthy of my worship. Worthy of my praise. May I never lose my song. May I never lose my all. You are worthy of my worship. Worthy. May I never lose my song. May I never lose my drive. May I never lose my thirst. You are worthy of my hunger. Worthy of pursuit. May I never lose my drive. May I never lose my thirst. You are worthy of my hunger. Worthy of. Declare it. My thirst. My drive. You worthy of my hunger. Worthy of [Music] pursuit. May I never, never, never my [Music] drive. Shout it this time around. [Music] Yeah. Never, never, never. Say to Jesus now, as a commitment. I will never, never, never. I will never lose my my thirst. I will never lose my [Music] drive. Worthy of pursuit. Shout it to him. Just the [Music] drums. Come and declare it again. [Music] Do you mean what you are [Music] saying? One more. [Music] Time. H. H. H. H. H. [Applause] Hallelujah. H. H. You are worthy. You are [Music] worthy. You are [Music] worthy. One more time. H. H. [Music] May I never lose my thirst. May I never lose my drive. You are worthy of my home. Godthy of. One last. [Music] Time. Somebody shout, I love you, Jesus. [Music] Child, I hear this song in my spirit. Living bread, living water. What would I do without living bread, living water? What can I do without you? Living bread, living bread. [Music] I without living. [Music] Bread. You are my obsession. You are my obsession. My only addiction. My only addic. You are my obsession. You are my obsession. My only addiction. My only addic. Living. [Music] Bread. Without. One more time. What can I do? Can I do without you? I've done my calculation. My calul. And it doesn't pay to leave you. It doesn't. I've done my calculations. Doesn't pay to leave you. Doesn't to leave you. I've done my permutations. My. And it doesn't pay to ignore you. Doesn't pay to. I've done my calculations. I've done my calulations. Very costly to leave you. I've done my calcul. Very foolish to leave you. I've done my perut. Very costly to ignore you. Very. Living. [Applause] [Music] Pray. What can I do? I without. Come on, let him know you can't do without. [Music] Him. Where can I go? We me pray. Where can I reach? Leave me pray. What can I do? I. You are my obsession. You are my obsession. My only addiction. My only addiction. You are my obsession. You are my obsession. My only addiction. You are my OB. My only addic. You are [Music] my. My only addiction. Only addic. I've done by [Music] calcul. Very stupid to leave you. Very. I've done my permutation. My. Very crazy to ignore you. Very CRA to ignore you. I've done my calculations. Very foolish to leave you. To. One more time. Leave me. [Music] Bread. Living bread. Living breing without. Can you say to him in your understanding for the next 1 minute? Jesus, please, I can't do without. [Music] You. Moses said, we are not going unless you go with us. Moses knew better than to walk without. [Music] Him. In my academics, in my job, my finances, my [Music] relationships. You can be seeing that you are walking with Jesus, but you are actually not involving him in certain aspects of your life. Life. Maybe that is why there is so much confusion, so much struggling. Allow him. Take your hand and lead you to the [Music] answer. I can't do it, Jesus, unless you take. [Music] Over. I cannot do it on my own unless you take. [Music] Over. I cannot do it by myself unless you take. Take. [Music] Over. Holy. [Music] Spirit. Take. [Music] Over. I cannot break through on my own. Bless you. [Music] Take. Father, we confess our fry as men clothed with flesh. This flesh that is weak. We have great desires, and sometimes this flesh is a limitation. We are asking you to please overwhelm us with your own strength for the journey you've called us to walk. Please take over. Amen. We're asking you to do it through us. Amen. We're asking you to open our eyes today as we journey on this new subject. I am asking you to please open the eyes of everyone listening to me. Tear the veil of this person's online, offline. I pray that the Lord will add this new layer to your understanding. It will not just be worth your hearing, it will be worth your becoming. Amen. In the name of Jesus. Amen. From today, the story of consistent disappointment, which I'm seeing in someone's life right now, you are just about to hit it. Then story, story, story. The promise is about to happen. Then stories. In the name of Jesus. From today, even as we journey together, that individual, I'm seeing the spirit come out of that cycle. In the name of Jesus. The last time it happened is the last time it will happen. In Jesus mighty name, we have prayed. Amen. Thank you, Holy Spirit. You are here, and we are glad that you are here. Thank you. Come on, celebrate the Holy Ghost. Celebrate the Holy Ghost. Glory to Jesus. Can you release your joy for about 10 seconds? [Applause] Holy Ghost, I'm so glad you are, you are here. You are. Holy Ghost, you are here. You are here. Holy Ghost. G. One more time. You are here. You are. Holy Ghost. Holy [Music] Ghost. Holy Ghost. You are [Music] here. One more time. Shout to hear you. Holy Ghost. Now show the gladness. [Music] Yeah. Hallelujah. Please be [Music] seated. He is not a guest in our midst. If anything at all, you are the guest. Before you were, he was. After you are, he shall be. You hear what I just said? He is not the guest. If at all, I'm not saying you are the guest, but if if there's someone that must be the guest, trust me, it's you. Cuz you are the one that is always entering the presence of God. Entering. They always entering. I enter the holy of holies. Why you left only God and you? No. So if there's anyone who is the guest, according to your songs and your understandings, who is the best? Is the landlord. Did you hear what I just said? Is the only of your body. Yes, sir. He decides where you go, what you do, what you think, how you use it. Did you hear what I said? Lift your voice and say, my eyes can see clearly. My eyes can see clearly. And my ears can hear clearly. Welcome someone by your left and right and say, welcome to church. To church. Are you ready for light? This next series is an inter one. Hallelujah to Jesus. But it's a necessary one. So you can write the blessing of suffering. It's not too late to run out of the church if you don't like that word. It's too, too harsh. Can write the blessing of discomfort. You still don't like it? You can change it to the blessing of stress. Or like I wrote it in my notes, the blessing of pain. [Music] You are worthy of my worship. Worthy of my God. May I never lose my song. May I never my drive. My drive. You are is power here. Of my hunger. Wory. May I never lose my thirst. My thirst. May I my drive. My drive. Child, you are of worthy of pursuit. Of pur. Amen. We had an awesome week this week. And and one of the dominant themes because of the stream, most of the ministers came from, was a dominant theme of consecration and sanctification. I actually had an encounter last week Saturday preaching this message I'm preaching now. And so I know it's a very important stone the Lord wants to add to our foundations. It will make you unstoppable. This generation is too cheap. It doesn't take much to unsettle us. Most of what we call joy and conviction and gladness in service is punctured by Tuesday afternoon because we are not armed with certain necessary lights. They say you are what you eat. You can tell those who feed on conflicts morning, afternoon, evening, and those who eat food. When you shake both persons, you can tell. Yes or no? Yes. And you can know the day of affliction, the day of adversity. The scripture puts it, will tell if your strength is small or your strength is much. It's not the day of adversity that you begin to listen to messages. And that's the problem with our generation. We wait until the exam day, like some of you do, and still did for these exams that you are writing. You wait for the exam day and then begin to tell God, may I never lose my scores. May I never lose my gr. Where others fail, I will not fail. You have gone before me. That's why you fail so that you can learn obedience through the things you suffer. Let me not jump the gun. So let us begin. Hallelujah to Jesus. That's why I ask you to pray very well because there are things that some people's eyes are not wired to see. You can be looking at the picture everybody is seeing, only you is not seeing because you have a set that is influencing your sight. You have a lens. So declare in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, I see clearly. I see clearly. I understand. I understand. In the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, I see clearly. I see clear. In Jesus mighty name. The blessing of pain. So there are two wide streams in the body of Christ. I talk about them, and you will see that some of you came from such places. You see the differences. There are those that we refer to as the Word of Faith, loosely referred to as the Word of Faith. All right. And the characteristics that go with that stream. One of the characteristics is the fact that the Word of God is honored over experience and over encounters as well. If you're truly drinking that stream, H, you will know that it doesn't matter what you see. If it doesn't align with scriptures, is somebody following what I'm saying? It doesn't matter how the person saw it. It doesn't matter what you experience and shared with you. If it doesn't align with the scriptures, are you following what I'm saying? And it's a beautiful thing, and it's important. If there's anything to watch out for when giving yourself to that slant, that posture, that stream, it is the fact that you might pursue a life without even knowing free and void from anything causing stress or strain. Because you will be tempted to use the Word of God to deal with even God himself when he's the one behind certain things that he is using to fashion you into the weapon you prayed that you want to become. Did you hear what I just said? Because it's not everything you pray away that will go. And so such persons who didn't understand holistically how things go in the realm of the spirit will struggle. If that's all you knew, that life must be perfect, there must be no problems because Jesus has died, can be an extreme to that understanding. Do you, are you following what I'm saying? Yeah. To everything that ever happens to the believer, you are trying to solve it. Which if I am to choose a slant, I will still choose it because it's better to be on the side of solving problems than permitting problems and then Satan is now oppressing you. Are you following what I'm saying? And there's this other stream. I'm speaking very, you know, reservedly. So there's so much more to say about the streams. This, that stream that many churches also fall under, and I don't know how to tag them, but usually they are the, um, sanctification, Holiness, Purity. I mean, Word of Faith stream is also Purity. So understand what I'm saying. But the slant is to follow God no matter what comes your way. Which means it doesn't matter what the enemy throws at you, I will keep on what? Praise the him. I keep on following God. It's a beautiful thing because it means that you're following God is not because of what you can get. You can find some of those persons in the, in the other stream. Are you following what I'm saying? Yeah. Who are always trying to get something or using God to do something. He stream don't even even care whether they are rich or they poor. They don't care if they are high or they low. They don't care if they are sick or they well. When peace like a river, attended my way. When saw not if sorrows, when they are prepared, whatever my Lord, thou has taught me to say, it is well. It is well with my soul. I'll tell you in advance, just for free, that if you're looking for deep Christians, you'll find them in the second stream. Like I said, I'm speaking scantily. We can't journey into that. We just want to, we just want to to join on the matter of suffering. But this is just like an introduction. Are you following what I'm saying? If you don't understand, raise your hand. I don't understand. So far. All right. You're not said anything confusing yet. Very simple. Two wide streams. And some of you came from such places, right? Yeah. It's as simple as that. Most of you actually came from the second one. H. If you came from Deeper Life, if you came from where else again? CSC. You came from virtually all the H. It's possible to have the devil sitting on your neck and you say it's God that sitting on your neck. The good part is your faith is intact in the midst of plenty and in the midst of what? Great affliction. The only problem is such persons seem to be inviting more and more stress and strain by their posture because they're ready for it. And they even see it as the way. In fact, if all is way, you should suspect maybe something is wrong somewhere. Why is money just coming consistently every day? Because they are slanted towards. Are you getting what I'm talking about now? And so as I was drinking all the streams, I made my choice. I want to follow God all the way. But I don't like stress like that, like that. And so I saw, okay, the only stress I'm going to go through is the one ordained. Any other stress that God did not write for me, I am not taking it. That's a balance you will hardly find. So you know when to pray, you know when to be still and go through the storm until you are done. Did you hear what I just said? There are things I prayed the way they did not go. I dreamed they went, they did not go. I sold into their going, they did not go. I passed through it and entered into a new anointing. I began to resolve those problems by simple sentences in other people's lives because as I died, I began to live. Are you hearing what I'm saying? And they've gone now. Like I said, I passed through it. So the same Bible you're reading that tells you, you know, it shall come in one way, flee seven ways, and so on and so forth. It's also telling you that when you pass through the fire, not when you quench it. Shout Jesus. The fire. He said you, what? When you pass through it, I will be with you. When you pass through the waters, I will also be there with you. Inside it, turning to dry land. Now, no, let's be going. Keep going forward. Many saints are not prepared for discomfort. Like I said, you can change the word. You don't like suffering. You can change to what? Discomfort. Which other word is milder for our generation? Stress. Okay. Stress. Inconvenience. I like that. Very is inconvenience. I think it's sweeter like that. Inconvenience. When you say suffering, like, ah, I came all the way from Shaki to learn how to suffer. I traveled from Lagos this Sunday to learn the benefits of problems. Hallelujah to Jesus. So please follow. All right, sir. If you will be deep, if you will be stable, if you will be consistent, you must learn both to our bound and to our base. You must. It is the way of those who follow Jesus. Paul said, follow me as I follow Christ. So if it's just Paul you even following, you already know what I'm talking about. If you now say you want to go all the way and follow Christ, the Apostle and high priest of our profession, I'm sure you know it was through pain and discomfort he entered into glory. Yes or no? After this series, everyone here will be energized, weaponized against every suffering that might come your way in the name of Jesus. Please listen carefully. You know our posture, you know our desire, you know our beliefs. I don't tolerate the works of darkness. I will never tolerate it. And that's why you must listen very carefully to this message. We are not tolerating any work of darkness. But anyone here who is not prepared for inconvenience is one the enemy will easily discourage from your journey to destiny. Did you hear what I just said? And why is this important? Let's journey together. I heard this from Pastor. He said there are two ordained ways by which God can teach teach a man. The first one is through his word, and the second one is through experience. I didn't understand that time when he was saying it until now. I realize most people will never have sense until they go through experiences in life. Sadly, he said, if you don't learn by the word, you will learn by experience. It is not for fun that they say experience is the best teacher. It's not scripture, but it's very, very real. After the Word of God, your best teacher is what? Experience. And there are certain things that I want you to understand as we begin to lay the foundation. Let's begin with Genesis chapter 3 from: 4 to 5. I want you to understand something very foundational so you appreciate why we go through what we go through together. Want to go? Then the serpent said to the woman, you will not surely die. Verse five, and you'll be like knowing what? Pay attention. Knowing what? Good and evil. Once you eat this fruit, you will be like God, knowing what? Good and evil. It means you will understand good and evil. You will understand light and darkness. And something will happen within your nature to understand good. You will need evil. Follow what I'm saying? Knowing good and evil. They didn't have this problem before now. It was a new eye that was opened, as it were. It means to appreciate good, you are going to need what? Evil. Please follow what I'm saying. A person who has only known light cannot appreciate light. You know why? This problem. So as long as you are within this house called body, you have partaken of this challenge. And even after Jesus Christ came and died, guess what? You still know evil, and you still know good. Yes or no? This one is not going to change. The same way you still know you are naked, right? Do you notice that as you give life to Christ, you didn't suddenly realize? You didn't suddenly go back to Adam and Eve state. Do you remember they remember they were not wearing clothes? And when Jesus Christ died for for us and saved us, it didn't, it didn't restore us back to not wearing clothes. Are we still wearing clothes? Yes. You will never be saved to a point where you off your clothes. Are you getting what I'm saying? Yes. So certain things, I see a challenge for us. We need, we need darkness to appreciate light. I don't want to waste time on that. Well, I would have said it should just put up the light, experience it briefly, then put on the light, then you will notice that you appreciate the light. You think you appreciate light until there's darkness. You get what I just said? Have you been in intense heat, then you enter a house or a place that you understand what I just said? It's like you just entered heaven now. If you sleep and woke up in the AC environment, it might not, you might not value it. I'm not saying you don't understand it, but the dis inconvenience helps you to appreciate the convenience. Are you getting what I'm saying? And it happened after that fall. So man now needs experiences for certain levels of conformity. Sadly. So like I've said already, if you don't choose conformity via the word, which is the ordained route, you will conform via what? Experiences. It is the truth. Don't find out that I was correct later. When it's via the word, you still have the choice. It's still in your hand. When it's via experiences, it has left your hand. My dear brother and sister, at this point, somebody else is teaching you, and you will learn it by force. The only problem with experience is that you come out with scars. Hallelujah to Jesus. Second Timothy 3:16 and 17. You see the ordained route for our advancement in understanding is scriptures. All scripture is given by spirit of God and it's profitable for what? Come on. For what? And for what? So what God would have preferred using to reprove you was what? Was scripture. Was scripture. You are convicted and you repent. Are you getting what I'm saying? You don't have to have B then you not be sorry. Are you getting what I'm saying? When it's like this, no scar, no challenge. But when you don't choose this one, Sunday after Sunday service, after service, you are not listening. Then what you are saying is that you will like to learn by another teacher. What's the teacher's name? And believe me, he's a good teacher. Nobody here will carry their hand and put his side fire. Even if it was not your experience, somebody else's experience has taught you. Don't be foolish. Fire is hot forever and ever. You don't need to meditate when experience has taught you for correction, for instruction in righteousness. Next verse. That the man of God may be what? Complete. Thoroughly equipped for every good work. It means the Word of God is enough to complete you. It's enough to teach you until you are perfect and ready for destiny. But if you say no, I want to learn by experience, it's also possible. Even the Apostle and high priest of our profession, scripture says shockingly, that there are some things he learned also through suffering. Hebrews, Hebrews chapter 5:8. The scripture says that he learned obedience through the things things that he suffered. So I don't want to make an absolute statement and say every single thing in your life must be learned by the scriptures. There are things that God, in his knowledge, in his understanding of you and your frame, will leave to certain experiences to teach. Are you following what I'm saying? Yeah. For example, in my finances, I've shared it here. God wanted to teach me to depend on him and not be afraid of money. And the lesson started from right from 2012 when I was see money appear in my bag. Yes, I see it appear in front of my door. Yes, that's why I cannot doubt miracle money because it happened to me. Are you getting what I'm saying? 20,000 Naira. You don't mistake, forget 20,000 Naira in your bag as a student. Are you getting what I'm saying? My allowance was 13,000. So you cannot mistakenly forget that you had 20,000 brown envelope. I can still see it. And that time it was 10K. And when it came, I shared the money. I can see. I shared it with around Sam area, one program. I did not know what to do with it because I cannot spend miracle money. It's miracle. I think it's for me to share. So I share, share, share, share, share. The next time it happened again. What do I do now? I share, share, share. But the one five, I can still remember clean notes. 500, 500, 500 in front of my door in the house. It's miracle morning. You understand what I just said? Nobody will come and forget one five in front of my door in the house. No. So I knew these were happening. And I wasn't exactly broke. So I kept asking the Holy Spirit, why are these things happening to me? Because you think it's happening because there's need, right? Al. So I was not broke. I was, I had food to eat by the grace of God and transport. That's all you need, right? To survive. Once you can eat, you can move. What's remaining again? If I needed money for handouts, I have father and mother. They life, they will give me this. So there was no problem exactly that will warrant you. I said, so why is this happening? I just wanted to know. And he said, I'm telling you now, I'm showing you now so that in future, you will not doubt that I can provide for you. I did not understand that there were going to be seasons in my life where I will begin to doubt his faithfulness and his ability. So those seasons began to come. And instead of me to know by those encounters that he is able, I didn't maximize the encounters. So when I say experience, stop always thinking, don't think only suffering. I'm speaking generally. Are you getting what I'm saying? Yeah. Both powerful experiences of God's provision and goodness, everything is supposed to teach you something. It's not about today, it's a seed for tomorrow. So anyways, down the line, after plenty of financial strain, and you know, trying to do things for the kingdom, and you don't have enough resources, and I'm pained, and I've cried upstairs. I've shared all these stories with you guys. I've cried upstairs. Jesus, provide money. If you don't provide money, I, as if I want to beat the person that I'm talking to. What is the problem? It's just money. I vex for Jesus that night and slept. If you don't give me money, I will send them all back home. Thank you. God bless you. That's exactly how I prayed and I laid down and slept. So you see why he was showing me miracle money ahead of time that I can provide for you. I can, I can cause it to appear. There's nothing I can do. See, stop breaking your head over how. I don't like stressing my life. After over the how, just do it. Others be explaining how. What? My best with the how? You don't like it. What's your problem? If you don't like it, don't ask for it. It's okay. I want it. I give me. I collect it. I saw it happen. Both in Nigeria, I saw it happen even in the US, outside the country account. Nobody had two eyes. It entered. I can never forget. I spent it. This time around, I, I didn't even know. I didn't even know the the number of the account. So I can't even share with anybody. The first entered, second entered, just to establish my heart. The same way convictions can come, fire the Word of God, it can also come through encounter, which falls under experiences. Are you following what I'm saying now? So this season comes, and then I'm now doubting his faithfulness and I'm angry with him and all of that. That day, somebody wires 300,000. Bam. It enters the account. And I shouted in tongues. As we're praying in church, I just saw P and three plenty, plenty zero. I was shouting. Experience is powerful. That's why you should now look at the Word of God in a different. If experience can teach like this, oh, you understand what I'm saying? How much more the ordained route for conviction. So that went on, of course. And then a season came again where God gave a simple instruction. Because for those of you he wants to use for high and mighty things, he will not, he will cut you to details. He will not.

Take it easy. He will be very detailed with you. That's why right now, he's feeling like, "Am I the only one?" That's a sign that his hand is strong upon your life. Others can do it and go Scot-free. Not you. How can you give me money and be telling me that it is for me to spend on myself? Uh-uh. And that's exactly what he said. "This is money you and your family spend on yourselves." My church is serious, hungry for God. My mind told him that it is not on ourselves, we will spend on the house of God. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? It's a good thing to spend on the house of God. He was teaching me complete obedience, even when what you think you want to do is good. "I didn't ask you for it. I said spend it on yourself and your family." I'll never forget, my wife said we should buy a fridge. Money for the fridge has arrived. Men and Brethren, all those millions that came in, not even 200,000 was left to buy the fridge because I disobeyed God. Try to be wise. Enter some investment, some spent on church, and so on and so forth. Did it in my own way, and everything was nowhere to be found. The fridge, she reminded me for a very long time. That's how we did not buy the fridge. I said, "I know, I know. That's how I know how we didn't buy it." So that taught me a lesson, which I've shared here already. If God says, "What I just give you now is so that you can be doing like this," what will I be doing? Because I don't want stress in my life again. So many of the stress, discomfort that we will go through is from our disobedient nature in the flesh. And God wants to teach you obedience. I'm saying this because of the scripture we read. Jesus learned obedience through the things that he suffered. Drink water, drink water. You're not drinking water. Exercise, exercise. All the trek, I'm trekking. Pastor, is no exercise already, and so on and so forth. One medical report, you will learn obedience. Just one. You will see them jogging all over, elderly, tired, still running on the road because they want to live as long as possible. One medical report, you will learn obedience. Right now, it sounded like a joke. See anyone who is consistently following a road. Many of them went through something. I'm retracting again. You don't have to go through before you learn. But if you choose not to follow the ordained route, there is another route, and that route is pain. It has blessings attached to it as well. So I don't want you to look at it with a mind, you know, to always attack and fight and resist and all of that. It's not every pain and strain you go through that is ordained by the enemy. Do you hear what I just said? Yeah. As far as sickness, I never agree that God is the author of it. There's anything Jesus came to do, even when I'm the one that caused it, his will is to deal with it. Do you hear what I just said? Yeah. As far as demonic operation, that's all you see Jesus doing. He healed all. Healed all. There's no exception. Nothing like, "God is using this one to teach you how to be." Are you getting what I'm talking about? So there are certain lines you don't cross on this subject, or else get ready for Satan to mess you up and deal with your life. Don't stand or permit sickness. Don't stand or permit any affliction of the devil. But there are circumstances of discomfort that might come around your life in the process of your journey that will not dissipate after your prayer and your fasting because something powerful is about to come out from that season in your convictions. Is somebody getting what I'm saying? Yeah. So please follow. At this point, I hope nobody's confused.

Job 13:15. Daniel 3:16-18. Job said, "Though he slay me, yet will I trust him." Though he slay me, yet will I trust him. And this was somebody who was boasted about, as it were, by God. You see a common trend among those God boasts about or calls his friends. Those people are people who follow despite. We love him and we follow him. We know he's faithful. But even if he doesn't come through, are you still ready to continue? That's the kind of believer every one of us must be ready to be. Is somebody getting what I'm saying? Yeah. That was the faith of our fathers before it reached our generation. And now we can't go through, and everything now that looks like strain and discomfort is Satan. Daniel 3. Let's run quickly. Our time is almost up. Daniel 3:16-18. Daniel chapter 3, 1 to go. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answer. Give me message. I'm seeing message, message, message, message. Wants to say something interesting together. Want to go. Shadrach answers, "Your threat means nothing to us." Next verse. "The God we serve can rescue us from your roaring furnace and anything else you might cook up, oh King." Verse 18 is the one that touches the heart of God. "But even if he doesn't, it wouldn't make a bit of a difference, oh King. We still wouldn't serve your gods or worship the ghost that you set up." You would think that because you did not cheat, God will come through for you and you pass your exam. If you did not read and you did not cheat, you still will not pass. Did you hear what I just said, sir? That's the uncomfortable thing that believers today are not ready to swallow. You believe he will just come through for you. That I could have, like others, I didn't. So God of Jacob and Abraham, blind the eyes of my lecturer. Let him give us plus 20. You will fail, and then you will learn obedience through the things that you... what you suffer. The next time you have exams, you will start reading from three months before because now you have learned that whatever a man sows, it, that shall also reap. So very important. We have these perspectives in our hearts as we journey. We don't blackmail God. We don't threaten him. Our generation has descended to that point. We threaten him with our coming to church, threaten him with our following him. "If you don't answer me, remember what I said." I said, I said, "I will send everybody back home and they will leave." Thank you. God bless you. And I slept. I was that angry. Where do we get the city to talk to God like that from? It's from some of these things that we drank. Yes, you drank it until you were drunk, and you started looking at God like your meat. If God chooses not to answer, will you leave him? Satan knows that most people have a price. If this one is kept to age 35, she will marry a Muslim. All this one shouting now is because it has not reached here. I keep speaking in tongues. You will see campus fellowship sisters, coordinators getting married, asking foolish questions like, "As a Christian, and I meet a nice Muslim, can I..." What are we saying? What are you asking? Have you ever met a nice cop? He went to a muary, a cop proposed to you, he was very nice, and so you married. Scripture says that you are awake and they are dead. But by the time certain level of discomfort comes that we have not been prepared for, and guess what? It is not any serious discomfort like you find in scripture. Our own discomfort is delay in marriage, delay in having children. Are you getting what I'm saying? Because we are so shallow as a people that it doesn't even take much anymore to make us throw in the towel and give up and walk away from God. People were in front of fire, they were saying, "I won't stop serving him." Is it Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego? You'll be telling not to cheat in an exam, but our faith doesn't mean much. I'm laying this foundation because we are not prepared for strain and discomfort. So Satan knows most of us have a price. A funny story that was shared through life, the person who staged the story was the one who shared with us. 2016, I don't want to mention his name. He went to the North and he was telling one of his pastor friends that, "Do you know most of your members are not truly followers of Christ? They cannot die for him." And they all said, "He said, come on, no, not my people. We all love God. Maybe one or two persons might not be serious, but oh no, by the grace of God." He says, "So can we do a quick drama on Sunday?" So him and the pastor agreed to do the drama on Sunday. He organized with a couple of guys, and they enter the church as... you understand what I'm saying, terrorists. Everybody, "If you know that you are ready to die for the cause of Christ, this way. The rest, that way." Few persons were still looking at Pastor as he was standing on this way. His wife has already moved and was asking him like, "Honey, like, are you crazy? Like, this way now? Like, didn't you see the... you didn't understand the ways? Like, this place is those that want to die. This place are those that want to live." So he was saying, "Ah, be mommy, this way now. Like, why are we acting serious all of a sudden? Let's go this way. It's as though we say we are all scammers. Why are you now acting like you are real this way?" So he stood there because he knew what he was just shocked. Some people were standing there because they were looking at him. "What if they finally release all of us?" And then the pastor, disappointed, and then they fired Pastor P. Of course, it was all staged. As it fell, the entire church, who are we? Believe me, 95% of Christians today will go the other way. Do you agree with me or not? Is the percentage correct? Or it can be more. It can be more. We're laughing over it, but is it a sorry matter that we have a generation today who is not ready for any kind of inconvenience? We are preaching it in our sermons. We are singing it in our songs. Unknowingly, everything is double, double. If it's not double, it's not me and your God. It must be double, double. Now, triple, triple. To the next level, to the next level. Everything must, must be good. Everything must be nice. And if it's not good, then I'm not doing it. In these last days, we must be prepared to face any kind of discomfort and be ready by the power of the Holy Ghost to shut down the ones that we can shut down. Are you hear what I'm saying? Yeah. I hope what I've said is clear so far. I don't want to enter into the next one because we don't have time today to start. If we start, we have to finish it. So I will just try and find the place to summarize at this point. If you find any man of God who is deep, who is stable, you'll find somebody who has been through processes. God has taken time through all manner of discomforts, taking the person through processes. So anytime you celebrate them for the ease at which they dispense the anointing, for the largess of their heart, like we will talk about soon, all the benefits of pain, the largess of their heart, you see a pastor and you're wondering how he can carry this many things in his heart. You don't understand what all the pain was doing. It was enlarging their capacity, making them large in the spirit, making them deep in their emotions and their compassion, making them vessels fit for the flow of the power of God. And if you want what you are seeing, you must be ready to also go through it when necessary. Did you hear what I just said? Let me end with this story of a person who came to meet Archbishop Benusa and said, "Papa, I want double, double what you carry. I want double." He said, "It's okay. That's easy." Kneel down. Nail down. Someone say something is easy. You knelt down to collect it. It's easy to be double of this. He showed him what the part was. He laid hands on him and declared, "All, all my troubles, all my persecutions, many of you just celebrate what he represents. You don't know what that man went through, and you might never know because you didn't leave. Many of you were still very young or not probably not even born when he was a major voice shaking things up. There was a time in this country where it was a scene to be rich as a pastor. It was normal to be poor. That was one man God used to break that ideology, and he was greatly persecuted for that. Did you hear what I just said? Yeah. Hear Prosperity Gospel. Prosperity Gospel. He was the founder. Did you hear what I just said? And Prosperity Gospel. Have you heard about it before? And that was the founder. Prosperity Gospel. He believed that you don't just, you know, you cannot just be anointed as a pastor. You can also be holy, pure, and still wealthy. And by the grace of God, it has now become the order of the day. Anything that is good can be abused. All right. So I'm not saying there's not a... there are no other sides to it. But we thank God for such fathers who went through it and paved the way for others to come behind. So he laid down on this man and said, "All my troubles, all my discomfort, all the persecutions, those that want to kill me, government against me, newspaper writing things and all that, all the witches that are eyeing me, all everything, times two." The guy removed his head. "Double, Papa. Why are you curing me?" Say, "It's not a... you say you want double of what I'm carrying, but you don't want double of the process." Did you hear what I just said? Yeah. So it's important to take note and never forget. For that blessing, that lifting, there might be a level of inconvenience that will go before it. By the time we're done with this series, my prayer is that somebody here will learn to choose the path of pain. Nobody said amen to that prayer. Let me qualify. Fight. So that you can easily say amen. If you like, choose. If you like, don't choose. If you don't follow the scriptures, I already told you, pain will choose you. Are you getting what I say? Nothing you can do about it. If you like, don't follow scripture. We'll see who is choosing who. But I'm saying that there are certain things you want in your life, you will still have to choose this part. Yes or no? Uh-uh. You will choose it. How can we just decide as a church that we want to fast every two months? Is it pain or not? Is it a kind of suffering or not? It's a kind of suffering. Is there a glory that will come from this suffering? That's what I'm talking about. I promise you, you don't want to live the kind of life Siron lives. He can't do many things that you are doing. But there's a glory that is upon his life that can never be upon your life. Even if you decide now, it's already too late. So forget about it. Can talk about your children already? Getting what I'm saying? Don't even dream it. It's too late. You can't catch up. But do you know many of these footballers are all constantly in pains? Did you hear what I just said? Yeah. Many of them, many of them will tell you that there's one pain they are not seeing. They can tell you from 2017. This was La Liga, 2017. Yeah. They've come out of surgeries upon surgeries and all manner of pains, and they're living like that. That's the prize to come out. And people are screaming. Just a picture. Just a picture. Pain is in the foundation of that glory. In the natural, we are seeing it play out before a person stands on Army General and you see five stars. Child, plenty of what? As he just entered, they started slapping you. Unless he's not Nigerian. Those who were slapped are looking forward to slapping you. Are you getting what I'm saying? It's a transactional thing. What they did to me, I shall do to you and more. They will tell you, "Crawl inside. Crawl inside the pipe. Crawl inside the pipe." You will do all manner of things so that you can stand and people will run when you up here. So that glory that you want to carry upon your life, there is a discomfort, there is a stress, a strain that you must choose. And so a good point in this sermon is to ask you to pray for the grace to keep choosing. You hear what I just said? To keep choosing. God will continue presenting to you. It's your choice. You either face the pain of paying the price for the power of God and for the destiny he has painted for you, or you face the pain of shame, looking at what you would have been and you have not become. Either ways, it's pain. Are you hearing what I'm saying? That's why I said, choose your pain. Choose your pain. Choose your pain. Choose your pain. Choose the pain of being an anointed father that will lay hands on the child that Mommy called and said has died, and he will rise up. Choose the pain now. Begin your fasting and prayer. Others we call it starving. Look at the Lani, see your neck is long. One day you will reap glory from that debt. Are you hear what I'm saying? Or you can choose the pain of burying your first child and burying the second one, then realizing it's a trend in your family. Oh, it's true. All the first children always die. I didn't realize it. I never expected it. I thought I'm a child of God. Then you bring the person for you. Now come start your charging at the age of 45. This problem, pastor, pastor, we can say people all the time, and we pray for people. The time that's why I know what I'm saying. All right. People who didn't choose the pain, pain chose them. At that point, it's a bit too late. Somebody who chose pain many years ago is the one that will hold your hand and bring you out. Is somebody getting what I'm saying? But there's somebody here now who wants grace to choose pain. Do you understand? You understand the prayer now? So say the amen very well. Say, "I receive." "I receive grace to choose the pain." "To choose the pain God has ordained for me to be for." So his discomfort, his stress, his... is truly discomfort to be in church here all day, every day for three months. There are many things I could have been doing with my life. But God said, "Give me three months." And I was charging 12 hours every day. It was a lot of stress. Financially, I told you, I cried. That one alone was a whole kettle of fish on its own. Then the physical stress and so on and so forth. Oh, but I chose that pain, and I thank God every day I chose that pain because it will bring a great harvest of pleasures forevermore. God has pleasures too. God has pleasures. There are people today who are going to choose their own this year. And you say, "This year, I will be greatly inconvenienced for the future God has ordained me to carry." Rise on your feet, everywhere, and shout this after me because it is a blessing to see it clearly and to choose it when you can be enjoying like the others. The Bible says Moses chose to suffer. He by himself used his own hand to say, "I am choosing suffering with the people of God, then to enjoy the pleasures of Egypt." Guess what? By the time he chose that path, yes, it took 40 years. If you see Moses, you think he's a wasted human being. From age 40 to age 80, this guy was moving around with what? With sheep. Oh, but when it was time for harvest, God said, "I'll make you a god onto Pharaoh." If, if, if it was possible, they would have built a statue of Moses and be worshiping him after they left because by this man's rod, an entire civilization was shut down. Because he chose pain, he reaped glory. There are certain inconveniences. Are you following the teaching now? Hope there's no confusion. All right. There are certain inconveniences that you are going to have to choose. God will give you a blank check. He won't force it on you. You have your will involved. Do you want to go through this? Some of you, it can be heartbreak. Yes, it can be something you like. You will say, "Let go." And if you say, "I'm not letting go," it's okay. No fight, no quarrel. Just don't come back later and be telling me, "This is how you want it." This your choice will mean that experience. You can't change that experience after. So at the point where you have opportunity to choose now, the grace to choose right, to choose my inconvenience wisely, so that convenience that I don't want will not choose me, and I'll be helpless. There are some of you that would not be confused now if you had paid the price in intimacy years ago. But right now, you're suffering for it, and it doesn't matter how you shout, you must pay the price. Are you hearing what I'm saying? You don't shout on the seller, "Give it to me. Why is your shirt so expensive?" Hah. I've been checking everywhere. Here, sell the clothes for me. It's not going to sell it for you. Your crying, shouting will not deliver destiny to you. You must pay the price. If you don't pay it now, when will you pay it? You must pay the price. You must choose the price if you want the result. So lift your voice out loud and say, "Father, bless me with wisdom. Wisdom to choose my pain wisely." "Choose my pain wisely." In the name of Jesus. "Jesus, bless me with grace." "Bless me with grace to go through whatever I need to go through and come out better." "Come out better." In the name of Jesus. Open my eyes to see my situation the way you are seeing it. Let me give you one more illustration. I want you to imagine Joseph. Imagine Joseph chose. "And no, I can't go to prison." See, he had a good reason to sin. Very good. He was the one looking for sin. This woman was the one after his life. He can even say she raped me. That's how violent she was. Grabbed his clothes. He had to leave it and run away. He can just pretend to be... Are you getting what I'm saying now? And choose pleasure that day and then discard his destiny forever. He chose the pain of prison for how many years? Yes. Only God knows. Every day in prison, he must have felt like a foolish person. "So I would have just had sex with this woman, and I will still be free. Still be the one in charge of the house. Who keep it a secret, and we are fine." Is somebody feeling what I'm saying? He chose that pain with his own hand. He chose that pain. But guess what it bought him? It bought him glory and honor. It became the praise of Egypt. Did you hear what I just said? Yeah. So not every inconvenience is Satan-inspired. God is working something beautiful out from your life. Lift your voice and cry, "Father, father, I want to see as you see. I want to see as you see. Bless me. Bless me with wisdom. With wisdom to choose pain wisely." "Choose pain wisely." Lift your voice and pray the prayer. Pray the prayer. Help me to make the choice of inconvenience. This message is for someone listening to me. Help me to be wise enough to not run away from any necessary inconvenience. I promise you, this message might not make the experience easier, but at least now you have the knowledge. You are armed with certain information. At least now you know that God is with you inside the fire. It's not everything you go through that will disappear after prayer. Some of it, he will bless you with grace to go through until you are properly forged. Come on, come on, pray. Ten more seconds. Ten more seconds. Father, please, what is the necessary path of inconvenience that you have chosen? Enable me to pass through. Bless me with grace, strength. In Jesus' mighty name, we have prayed. Jesus chose the pain himself. One point, he was speaking. Was it Pilate or Herod that told him, "Don't you know I have power to kill you or like I can let you go? I can kill you now, let you go." At that point, he had to talk. He has been silent since. He said, "You won't have any power unless it was given to you. I lay my life on the ground. I pick it up again. I'm the one that chose this death. Nevertheless, not my will, but Thine be done." God is sending this message to specific persons. I know. And that person's destiny must be so valuable. I saw it in the dream. Preaching it. Somebody has been bogged by Satan. You can't understand why is my own like this? Go say I should tell you, walk through the fire. You will come out. A story that the world will listen to is being written. It's not everything that... Ah, fire, fire, fire. It's not everything you'll be shouting as though the thing is getting worse. Your story is unique. It's unique. It's not a story many people want to experience. Oh, but when you are out, many people want to be like you. Please don't forget to tell them. Are you getting what I'm saying? Don't forget to tell them. And that's why I tell you, my back end, all the time, as we're praying now, I saw the scripture that God gave me 2011, 2012, when I was in this kind of season. Proverbs. We'll read it and pray the prayer again. Proverbs chapter 17, verse three. Sorry, verse... no, 27:21. Proverbs 27, verse 21. We have a couple of references. 17:3 is saying the same thing as well. Give us 17:3 instead. Same thing. Give us 17:3 together. One, two, go. "The refining pot is for silver, and a furnace for gold." Did you see that? The crucible is for silver, and the furnace is for gold. So when I point to you and say, "Receive a silver anointing," and you shout amen, what you have just chosen is what? A refining pot. And it's inconvenient. Oh, but there's another one again. That's not the worst that can happen. And I declare, "Receive a gold anointing," and you still shout amen. What you have just chosen is what? The furnace. He's the wisest man talking. I'm sure he will be confused when he looks at us saying, "You want to be gold? Bring me out as gold. Bring me." Have you forgotten the way they make gold? To choose gold is to choose the furnace. Is somebody hear what I just said? There's a life that you are looking at that you don't want to become. I'm asking you to pray for grace to not just like the picture, but to like the price. To like the process. Lift your voice one more time and say, "Father, father, help me to embrace the process. To embrace." "Help me to choose the way of inconvenience." Lift your voice and thunder in prayers. Help me to choose this way. So I'll not be offended with you at every juncture, every slight delay. I will not be offended with you after two weeks of praying, I've not gotten an answer. I'll not be offended with you when it looks like you are silent, when it seems as if you are not there. Help me to choose the way of inconvenience and be ready. Prepare. Hear me for the narrow way. I am too pleasure-driven. Jesus, please walk me. Walk me. A deeper level of consecration into my heart. I want to be prepared for any kind of discomfort. Now, why many of you want to do ministry because you saw that people who do ministry are driving Jeeps and driving Jets. That's what they told you. Ministry is all about. Ministry is a life of sacrifice. If you want to serve Jesus, you must be ready. Come with me to go through it. How many of you will still love him if there's no money in your account? How many of you will still love him if there's no husband, there's no wife, if there's no child, if there's no job? If you miss the first class you were going after, will you still love Jesus? Even in the midst of failure and contradiction, will you still love Jesus? That's the question the Holy Ghost is asking you. How far are you willing to walk with him? What are the conditions you have given Jesus? What are the funny statements you have made in the midst of anger? It's a good time to apologize now. Please apologize. In your understanding, father, I said this. I didn't understand what I was saying. I didn't know what I was saying. I was speaking of things I had no idea about. Job said, "Even if he slay me, I will yet praise him." How can you praise the one that is slaying you? What kind of readiness was that? Yes, we know God is love. God loves us. God will not slay us. But even in the midst of what you call suffering, are you ready to still love him? To praise him? If a man loved him that much, how can you be ready to stand for the one who might not save you from fire? What kind of depth of loyalty and conviction were these guys who did not have the Holy Ghost running with you? You who have the Holy Ghost, you whom Jesus has died for you, to whom he has commanded his love, where will he reap the harvest from the sacrifice on the cross? From this kind of convenience, kind of Christianity. That's why we never take risk anymore. That's why we never preach in dangerous places anymore because we are a convenience-driven generation. That's why we never go the extra mile because we are convenience-driven. Jesus, bless me with a heart capable of choosing pain for the sake of the greater good and the harvest ahead. Thirty more seconds. Go, go ahead and pray and ask for the grace to choose the pain. Father, we ask for... Jesus, give me. Lord, you know many times when I flip through the pages of the Bible and I just read up on the patriarchs and the martyrs of old, I'm always challenged and I always ask myself that, can we ever be like this again? You know, one of the apostles, he wrote a letter to, um, to a particular sector now and then he said, "Contend for the faith that was once given." And he made reference to the fact that the faith was fallen. So which means at that time, the faith was already in a declining state. If you now put it in retrospect to where we are now, you can tell that truly things are not how we used to be. And the revival that we are praying for, we have to be ready to pass through the processes. The processes that they passed through. Gold must go through the furnace. Oil must be crushed. You cannot get oil if there is no crushing. You will... you must be crushed. But we are so, as Pastor has said, convenience-driven. And then generation after generation, false Christians, soft and shallow Christians are turned out of the church. And the saddest part is, the church is for the equipping of the believers, yes, but it's also supposed to be a barrack where we are to go into the world to bring the people of the world into the church for further equipping. Are we together? But because we are so shallow, we keep, we keep recycling the same message of convenience day in and day out. And now there is less and less evangelism, less and less intentional working or furthering the kingdom of God. It's always a recycling of convenient messages. Are we together? But we are a people that will arise, that will answer the call of the Lord for greater, for more. And in the name of Jesus, this will not leave our hearts. Please let's stretch forth our hands towards Pastor and just bless him from the depths of our heart. Let's pray that in Jesus' name, he is equipped with grace, with strength, a greater anointing to dispense the word of the Lord per time and per season. You'll continually see into the hearts of the Father and bring forth his word in the name of Jesus. He's equipped with strength to do what he needs to do per time and per season as well. These words never stand against him on the day of judgment. He is strengthened. He is watered in the mighty name of Jesus. Nations shall answer to his voice, and the Lord will use him exponentially in this generation. His impact is transgenerational in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Father, for your word. Thank you, Father, for your timely word. We bless you, Jesus. In Jesus' name, we prayed. Amen. Can we say thank you, Pastor? Thank you. We love you, Pastor. Love you, sir. Thank you so much, sir. Hallelujah. Were you blessed? Were you blessed? Amen. Please have your seats. I noticed a lot of faces just, just very sad. It's, it's a thing of joy, you know, because we go through trials and tribulations with an assurance that He is with us, you know. All through what Joseph went through, the Bible kept saying, "And the Lord was with him." And the Lord was with him. And that's the assuring aspect. The fact that it will end in glory. Are we together? Yes. So we have the victory. Hallelujah. So we're going to be taking our tithe and our offerings. If you have your tithe here with you, please be on your feet. Or if you paid your tithe in the course of the week, please be on your feet. Can we just celebrate our online viewers? Thank you for joining us online. God bless you. God bless you. If you'd also like to, um, pay your tithe, you have the details on your screen as well. If you like to pay your tithe in form of cash, please you can come forward and drop it in the basket. Okay, let's pray. Father, we thank you for the provision. We thank you, Jesus, for the tithe that they're bringing into your storehouse. We thank you, Father, for the knowledge that you've, um, placed in the hearts of your children, the understanding that their accounts are with you. We thank you, Father, for using them to give and to sow into your house. Blessed be your name in Jesus' name. We ask that you use them as a dependable, as dependable channels of blessings to others in Jesus' name. And this will be the least they will ever give as their 10, 20, 30, or whatever percent. In Jesus' name, we pray that you replenish their purse. You link them up with their helper speedily in the name of Jesus. Open doors before them and make them open doors as well. Thank you, Father. In Jesus' name, we prayed. Amen. You can give your tithe. You can send them as well. All right. Time for our offering. It's time for offering. Ushers, can you please circulate the baskets? I'd like us to sing the song that, um, Pastor sang before he started ministering. Can we sing it together? May I never lose? May I never lose? You are worthy of my worship. May I, may I... You are worthy of my worship. Of my worship. May I never lose? May I lose my all? You are worthy of my worship. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. You are worthy of my worship. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. You are worthy of my worship. May I never, may I never lose my thirst, my drive, my hunger. You are worthy of my pursuit. May I never lose my thirst, my drive. The song is a prayer. I hope you know it's a prayer. May I never, never, never lose my thirst, my drive. You are worthy of my hunger, of pursuit. One more time. May I never, never lose my... Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Amen. Father, we thank you for the opportunity to give. We thank you, Jesus, for the privilege to give. Thank you, Father, because we know it is nothing compared to what you have done for us and what you have given to us. We pray that you will help us to give even more. We pray that all our offerings are used for your will. We pray that they be acceptable in your sight as well. In Jesus' name, let it be a sweet-smelling savor in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you, Father, because we know that you're seeing us as faithful and dependable sources and channels to the nations. Thank you, Jesus. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. [Applause] [Music] So much joy, joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be [Music] joy. There'll be joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be joy, joy on my account. Say to your neighbor, "There will be joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be joy, joy on my account." So much joy, so much joy. Joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be joy. There'll be joy on my account. With there be joy, there'll be joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be joy, there'll be joy. For the last time. So much joy. So we have certain people here who are worshiping with us for the first time. Hallelujah. So if you're in this meeting today, and today is your very first time of being physically present at the Davidic Generation Church, or your stage chapter, wave your hands. Wave your hands. Anywhere today's your first time. If you don't mind, can you rise? Rise if you don't mind. Rise. There will be joy, joy, joy in the heavens. There will be joy. There will be joy on my account. So much joy. So much joy. Joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be joy. There'll be joy on my account. Hallelujah. Thank you, brothers and sisters, daddies and mommies, for coming to church. If you don't mind, please have your seat. We're prayed for you to be here, and we're excited that you are here. Hallelujah. This is the Davidic Generation Church, where the least amongst us is as David, and the strong amongst us is as God. We always pride ourselves in a statement that a Davidic Generation Church growth is by force. Hallelujah. You know, I remember when Pastor was preaching, I remember how that we subjected ourselves to 24 hours of prayer. You know, it's a price that are paying too. It's not convenient. Sometimes you'll come online and people are dozing. You know, and it's a price. Sometimes you hear tongues that sounds like it's a prize. Hallelujah. Fasting once every two months is a price. Hallelujah. Those who don't get involved, get involved later. You understand the sermon now, right? Those who don't get involved, get involved later. So you either get involved with us, or you get involved alone in a koi mountain and different places. Praise God. Hallelujah. So when we come out from it, you will see us. We will now be rejoicing. Praise God. During those periods, there's no joy. 12 hours prayer, I mean, 12 hours Believers meeting this week has been amazing. Hallelujah. So I want to say welcome to church. We know you have seen many churches, but I trust you, you have come to an abnormal church, and we want you to also be abnormal. So it's an invitation. Yeah. J my Lord. Hallelujah. Bro, let's close this meeting. So as much as possible, um, do well to fellowship with us. Our Tuesday meetings are on hold for now because we have a one-month worship going on at the headquarters church. So as much as possible, be a part of it. This week, Friday, we have our brothers and our sisters' week. Um, and please make sure that you are a part of it on Friday. Praise the Lord. Every member of, uh, the Discipleship School, your leader would like to, all leaders would like to have a meeting with you at the end of service. Please do well to wait. Um, Hallelujah. If you're yet to be a part of our Discipleship School, you like to work in church, but you are not yet enrolled as a student, please meet with any of the ushers. They will tell you the process of getting enrolled. And as you do that, God bless you in Jesus' name. If you don't mind, um, as we put our hands together, let's have our first-timers pick everything you came to church with. Some people are waiting for you. I promise. To my love, I promise. I promise. Give me what you are saying to hear. I promise. I will wipe your tears. Joy, joy, my love. Yes. One quick announcement before we change. Did you see Lagos and Port Harcourt starting? Come on. I don't like the way the some of you are singing. Are you a member of this church? I promise. I will wipe your tears. I promise. We bring you joy. Joy, joy, joy. I'll make you smile. There'll be joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be joy, joy on my account. So much joy. So much joy. Joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be joy. There'll be joy on my account. One more time. Are you sure? Hey! So much. Everybody. So much. So the workforce meetings, we'll begin in earnest. The links will be on your screen for those of you online watching from Lagos, Port Harcourt. On my account. So much joy, joy, joy in the heavens. There'll be joy. There'll be joy on my account. So much joy. Just the voices. So much joy. Jump to the river. This week, there'll be joy in heaven on my account. So much joy.
