[clears throat] Hey friends, I'll give you a chance here to join me. We're continuing our uh karmic relationships, twinflame, soul ties. Um, sometimes we can even say soul contracts series.
So today, we're going to talk about intrusive thoughts. Why can't I stop thinking about this person? Or the constant mental pressure that is is always there when we are working our way through this process of coming into our wholeness, the individuation process, which uh getting yourself uh out of this obsessional thought loop. Um, that will push you super far along super fast and that process of individuation because getting out of that uh obsessional thought pattern, the mind trap. It's really part of reclaiming ourselves and pulling our energy and our power back to the source. So it um causes us to gain some interesting and unusual tools, resources, abilities, uh wisdom.
>> [snorts] >> So most of us have been tortured by the constant thinking about somebody when we've been in an obsession, when we've been in a limerent situation. If we're on the alchemical journey of individuation and healing and living out our highest and best and greatest timeline and version of self and in the very beginning uh whether it's in the twinflame process on the al alchemical journey. Um, or I would say actually more specific to the beginning of that process because we will start to differentiate more and more as we go along between uh karmic and what may hold the potential to be more to be more life-affirming or to be a path to healing or oneness.
Because if we are in a a situation that is abusive, that is a karmic situation that is not going to be a candidate for a uh divine journey or for a divine union. And that's something that is in the field of a relationship that's in our life for a lesson. And for a reason and for a season. And we can have the obsessive or intrusive thoughts be a part of either experience. Something that is a obsessional learning relationship and something that does translate and transmute and transition into something that is based in compassionate, non-attachment. And in operating out of the best aspects out of yourself rather than anxiety, hypervigilance, uh, wounding, positioning, karmic keeping or karmic tools or low low vibrational tools are basically misusing our power. We do not misuse our power in mature relationships or relationships where we get to the other end of a healing process. And that's where the security comes from. It's from knowing that we can trust ourselves and because of that, we are not going to allow anything in that isn't good for us. And we are able to see it right away because we're not operating out of trauma or out of uh misplaced power dynamic or ignorance or conditioning.
It's really hard to see what's what and to understand what's good for you and what's not good for you. What is real and what's not before you come into a place of personal healing and clarity. And then it's real easy to efficiently and at the ground level recognize and keep out what is not life-affirming. And to nurture and give your attention to and build and pour yourself into what does give a return. And so we come out of this wasted wasted aspect of ourselves. That's what Pluto can do. It can be a black hole. And we're learning to live a regenerative, abundant, secure life, a full life that is not marked by being caught in survival mode and misuse of power.
So when we are in that stage of still, you know, obsessionally thinking [sighs], there's still parts of us that are reaching out to find some kind of healing or relief or to um satisfy some kind of desire or need and in the very beginning stages, it is it will drive you crazy. It is so overwhelming and so distracting and constant the thinking about someone that it it will detract from everything else that's going on in your life. And it has a a huge impact on our wealth, on our existing relationships, on anything that requires our focus. When we're in this stage, it is an energy depleter. It's a mind eater because we are pouring our thoughts and our time because it is it's attention. It's time. It's devotion. It's focus. It's energy that isn't going towards something that is currently productive. And that we can even consciously know that and be aware of that. But it does not mean that we can stop it.
Because when you're in this process of coming into into your wholeness, we have to go through the doorway of or or the lesson of projection. You can't just read about that or hear about it or see somebody else go through it because we cognitively can know things. And this is why this journey, this process is so frustrating because you can know all the steps. So you can know everything's required, what it's about, the process, what it's for, and you still have to go through it because it's your body, your soul, your nervous system, your cells, your emotions, all layers of being have to learn it. So, it it's very much like wanting to be a really good horseback rider and you read a lot of books. You read all the books that you can. You learn everything. You learn from the best people that know about horseback riding. You watch a lot of videos, but you've never done it physically. See, cognitively, you know everything. You know the rules. You know the how. You know the reasoning. You know all of it. But you do not have the body memory. You do not have that physical practice. You haven't gone through the motions. And that's what we must do to get out of the loop of obsessional thinking and obsessionally pull turning our energy toward or focusing our energy on someone outside of ourselves. That seems to be the cure.
So we have to identify what in our life gives us at least some seconds or moments, minutes if we're lucky, where we're not turning our energy or our thinking or our focus to that external person. What is it that you find your relief in that you get caught up in? We need to do more of that. That's a clue that there's some glee in that. No matter how silly it is, even if it's like clamming or going into the backyard and getting on the swing set and going super super high and you just forget yourself for a while, whatever it is that when you put your energy into it, you get that total focus on yourself and being now in the present moment. Because we're trying to secure something when we're in that obsessive mindset. We're trying to reach out into into the future and on some level or many levels, we're trying to get something or secure something and we are riveted to that things that that seems to be that passion anchor point in our life. And we need to take back the power that we're giving to that thing outside of ourselves because it's g that person is going to be the source of adrenaline and oxytocin and nerves and uh anticipation. And we need to start bringing in recognizing some other sources of what helps us get right here into the moment and bring our attention back to the present and to what currently is feeding ourselves in real time. So it's a very foundational step in getting ourselves back into our self and getting that focus right back into what feeds us because there's a massive massive energy leak, an attention leak that's going on when we are focused so heavily on something outside of ourselves. It's not a constructive place to be.
And so it seems like if we can just, you know, get that person or get that thing or get that situation, that condition, if we can just anchor that in, you know, that is the end point. But it's not. It is an illusion. Because it's going to be a reflection of our own current fragmentation. It's going to be problems on top of problems at this stage. So trying to find what it is, it'll be different for all of us that gives us those seconds, those moments, those periods of time when our mind and our attention is our own. And those [snorts] are the very very early stages of becoming magnetic and peaceful, which is the end goal here. This is what we end up as we go through the divine feminine role and come to the divine feminine outcome. This is what the vast majority of my audience is oriented that way. We come into a place where we are restful. We're peaceful. We are accepting. We are in gratitude. We're not in that obsessional reaching outside of ourselves chasing wanting to secure something that so much of our self, even if it's our oh so much of the time our unconscious self, our physical self, even our our nervous system self can be convinced that that is what's going to bring an end or a finality or a cure or a reward. Forward to everything. And when we get beyond that and we do not have that belief, we don't attach the healing outcome or or the reward to that person or that thing or that situation.
>> [snorts] >> We own our energy. We're not dependent upon an outcome or type of attention or agreement or relationship. That is the peak of the mountain. There isn't a fascination anymore. And so we can come into a place of neutrality and the connection doesn't have as much charge at that point. That does not mean that we are not in awe or appreciation adoration of someone else. But it's not painful. The connection isn't painful. There's nothing happening outside of what is healthy.
So when we're in that place of [sighs] having our attention really riveted on someone and it being so constant. It is torturous to be there because it does feel like it is out of our control and at the same time it can feel really really good because we're going towards something that gives us a some kind of short-term reward or some kind. It has a, you know, our adrenaline can reinforce it or our ideas about hope or escapism if we're caught up in the very very early stages still of getting to know somebody and interpreting them more through the lens of infatuation. Yeah, it can feel really really good in some ways to go to that mirror of fascination, but it also comes with a lot of suffering. So, our greatest comfort can be our worst pain. We're working our way through this process of becoming becoming our best self, becoming our sovereign self as we work through our own personal poverty, our dependency issues. We come into our wholeness and that's when we really can totally and clearly see that other and they may not resonate with us at the end of our journey, but we do get to see them clearly no matter what stage of this miraculous journey that we encounter them on. We cannot see them clearly at the time. But when you come to the end, hindsight is very much 2020 after you've healed because your trauma clogs, your illusions, your romantic ideals and are um need to be tested often. Our expectations. Then we come through all of that and we have this clarity. And this is when we can be so grateful that we did not get what we thought we wanted because we understand that it wasn't uh healthy. It was half-baked. It wasn't what we thought. We weren't mistaken.
So, we have these layers upon layers of cl of illusion or lack of um being able to evaluate something, you know, clearly and with discernment. We have layers and layers of that that are stripped away during this process. And as those layers are stripped away, we reclaim our energy and our focus and and our attention. We're able to bring that back incrementally back to ourselves. So this is a subject that we will revisit many times over the course of this series. I don't have a script when I show up to these talks and so I don't necessarily cover everything in one talk, but we will be able to get to the bottom of many things over the course of spending more time together.
Um, hey Bujorn. Uh, Bejorn. Yes, opposites do attract. They can be very balancing when we appreciate what each other brings to the table. Rather than focus on our oppositional differences, look at those differences as the balance point. What um what we need in order to be more whole. We do have to have some humility to see things in that way. If we are more caught up improving or projecting or we're still looking at someone through the lens of trust issues or mistrust, we have a hard time with having enough willingness or yeah, inside humility or self-awareness. I guess that's yeah self-awareness to appreciate how the other person's differences are exactly what we need to have a little bit more of in our own personality here. And sometimes they are bringing something to the table or balancing something critical in our life that if we're grateful and um aware and not ignorant that we can really appreciate get the best out of other times oppositions can be a for Mrs. Kitch. I had a marriage that started great but he ended up being abusive. Composite sun conjunct Pluto. Um, that is a powerful way to relate to each other. We are definitely definitely working through uh some potential misuse of our power. Like that is going to be a core theme with the hard sun Pluto aspect in a composite chart. And I would say the overwhelming majority of relationships that do have those hard aspects do end up with both people feeling very battered by the other person either emotionally, it can be physical. Um, but there can be myriad ways that we bring out the worst in each other. We experience the worst in ourselves in those composite charts. We have those hard aspects between sun and Pluto, Mars and Pluto. Those are a um they come with a handle with care sign. And unfortunately, people that are already struggling with their own extremes or needing to understand how to better control themselves and not try to control or manipulate outside of themselves and able to, you know, find safety or security or trust in this world. That has to come from controlling our own self and accepting the the chips are going to fall where they may if we aren't asserting improper control outside of ourselves. That's a really scary thing to be able to live on the edge like that in a way that you're not forcing where you are allowing. You know, people get to be what they want to be and where we're at and do what they want to do. And then you're going to have to deal with the natural consequences. And a lot of us are not prepared for that. We need to keep things in a a certain frame or in a certain position. That's what we're we'll see security as a terribly insecure way to approach things. So we um can end up hating each other with sun Pluto aspects, Mars Pluto aspects and composite charts. A maximum amount of resentment with those difficult aspects because we are overtly trying to forcibly get the other person to change, to be better, to stop doing something that we find is feel like it's having an effect on our own well-being or self-esteem or personal strength. And so there's a lot of building up of resentment and feeling like when we deal with each other, it's we're preparing for war. And so we can find that those relationships take a lot out of us and we can turn it around. Some people have escape vows attached to those hard aspects. Some people can both uh mature to a certain degree that they can get the best out of what those hard aspects offer. But for the most part, most people are going to they're not going to make it with those difficult aspects.
Okay. Uh, Reine, does Moon square Mars indicate violence in a birth chart? Uh, no, not automatically. If we have it going on with other things, we can see, you know, hotter, wilder temper temperament that we all push out to some extremes. It does mean that we can be very easily triggered emotionally because we have anger and knee-jerk reactions and impulse laced with emotions. And the square, the opposition, those are the most reactive. And so we tend to have more of an immature reactive nature. And if that's coupled with the moon coming through and or Mars coming through signs that don't support as much equilibrium or um that are again exacerbate what that square means, then that's going to be another layer of difficulty when it comes to working through that managing our feelings. Uh, we can lash out very very quickly and severely with those hard aspects between moon and Mars and we can be very scary, forceful. Um, sometimes people have to walk on eggshells around us in close quarters in environments. If we're a mother that has that, we need to be careful about how quickly and how severely we are experiencing anger or reacting to things. If if that's in our natal chart, we may have experienced a mother figure or an early environment where emotions, anger were not necessarily managed well or maturely in our caregivers. So that's something that we ourselves have to grow beyond uh, you know, feeling something and then having some kind of emotional response to it and then acting on it. So it it does tend to bring impatience and um we can be very easily triggered in situations where softness, um belonging, safety are really needed.
Um, [snorts] Nia, what do you think of Natal Chiron and Taurus in the 9th? That's 22nd degree. Well, healing through sensual or um sensual things through the body, through grounding. Healing can come through very practical things, grounding things. Um, bringing yourself into your body, into your senses. Uh, in the ninth degree is going to come through the context of the higher mind, getting better information, finding places that are that you haven't seen or been. Um, because the ninth is exploration and a lot of times what we have in seen or been is is something experimental. It doesn't mean that we're going on a physical journey. Doesn't mean that we have to pack a backpack and find a trail somewhere. It's it's not it's not that literal. But through opening our mind and your awareness because it's expansion, it's it's adventure. It's new vistas that are happening in the ninth. Going towards the unknown and seeing that as a positive for you, not being afraid of and shrinking from it and defending against it. That's part of that healing experience.
