We thank you. We thank you. You blessed us in our Sunday worship. We return the glory to you, Father. Please, Father, touch everyone who joins us in this program; they may have some needs in their hearts. Once they connect with the Lord, they are not being ministered to by me, but by you through me. Lord, touch them; minister to them; give them another chance, Lord, to rise from wherever they are stagnating. Thank you, Lord. By the power of your word, when this program ends, someone will be different. Thank you, Father. And we magnify you in the name of Jesus. And everyone shout hallelujah. Wherever you are, welcome again; my name is Peter Makongoro. Pastor at Capston Fellowship Church. We devoted ourselves for 30 days to pursue spiritual qualities that we believe we need for us to progress. Therefore, I challenge you to dig deeper, dig deeper; and keep pursuing until something happens. And the Lord bless you in your pursuit. There is something I want to share. Let me allow my team to go and rest. Something I want to share. I was sharing on the spiritual disciplines, the disciplines that we need in our lives if we really need to progress. If we need to advance, if we need to be used by God, if we need to prosper, there are certain disciplines that we need. There is one that I have not shared, even though I have skipped many, many because of time. But I intend to share this one. But there is something I want you to hear and understand and dwell on. In the Bible, in the book of Romans, chapter 12, Romans chapter 12, from verse 1, the Bible says: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. But be transformed by the renewing of your mind. I want to talk a little bit about this word, being transformed. The basic word is form. And form has a lot of prefixes; it can be used in many ways. To form something is to make something. Now, being transformed; do not confuse it with being reformed. When something is formed and someone comes and destroys it, we say it has been deformed. Transformed. Now the Bible says we need to be transformed. Many people, without knowing, it goes without being spoken that they think transformation means to be a different person. The same thing happened to King Saul. He was told by the prophet of God, the Holy Spirit will come upon you; you will be transformed into a different person. That was transformation. There are certain things in our lives, certain demands that we have, we desire them so much, certain levels that we want to reach, certain things that we need to achieve, goals that are so big, we have different dreams, visions, ambitions, and we desire things within us, so big, it is something that people don't realize. For you to move from this level to another, certain things, they demand more than a reformation; they demand to be transformed; you become a different person altogether. It is just like a person is a mechanic; he wants to be a civil engineer. He is a mechanical engineer; he deals with machines; and now he wants to build houses. He wants to build bridges. He wants to build roads. He has to go through a transformation in his career. It is a special thing for people who are ready to go through the process of being changed, to become a different person altogether. The problem is that many people are full of themselves. They will tell you proudly, "This is who I am, and I cannot change." Well, stay where you are, to be transformed. That is good. But also, you have chosen another thing without knowing, because there are certain levels of blessing you cannot have unless you are transformed. The choice is yours. Don't just say, "This is who I am; nobody can change me." Hear me very well. Don't be too proud. Be humble. Allow God to work on the inside of you. And when we are transformed, we become different people; our way of thinking changes, our way of speaking changes; even our relationships, the people we relate to, must be changed; the things we do on a daily basis, sometimes they have to change. Once you are different on the inside, it will be seen in the environment around you. And now, if it is a good transformation, it will trigger positive changes in the areas around you. Hear me very well. Please, please, children of God, don't say, "This is who I am." Don't say that. Allow God to do something new inside you, to transform you. And being transformed does not mean you have a problem; no, no, no; you could be well; you could be very good, very good; you could be a very good Christian, whatever you are now; but whatever you are now has brought you to that level, and it has kept you there. The problem is that you are desiring to go to another level in the same way you are, in the same form of prayer, the same form of Bible knowledge, the same form of faith, and you want a different result. It doesn't work that way. Hear me, children of God. Yearn for transformation; cry out to God for transformation; have a yearning, he doesn't come empty-handed. Every time there is a change, there will be a change in the results. If you don't understand me, go and ask Mr. Butterfly. There is a stage in the life of Mr. Butterfly; he looks like a maggot. His vision is to fly, but he cannot fly until the butterfly is transformed. And it is a process. Are you hearing me? That is very simple biology. Now spiritually, people want to fly, but they don't want to go through the process that will give them wings. No, they don't like it; it's hard. People want to run faster in life, but they don't want to go through the process that transforms them so that they become fast runners. They don't like that. I hope you are not one of them. You want to go higher; you want to fly; you want to run? You want to lead, things plus many other blessings, demand that you be transformed; they require that you be changed. You cannot attain a higher level in the same form you are now. Something has to change. It is not because you are a sinner. Ah ah. You are demanding a big blessing, and you need to develop muscles for that. You have to undergo a transformation. My desire is that all of us will cry out before God and tell him, "Lord, transform me; transform me." Please listen to that; a simple declaration will not change things against God's will; it won't change. God has his principles. You want to go high; you have to go through transformation. Now, if there are fruits you desire in your life, it is transformation inside you that will give you the ability to produce those fruits. We read in the book of Galatians; we read about the fruit of the spirit; fruit of the spirit, not your fruit; fruit of the spirit. A close study of the Bible shows that the fruit of the spirit is the inside work of the Holy Spirit in a believer that produces certain results, desirable results. So, if you desire to produce certain fruits, the ability to do that will happen inside you. There are some activities that have to take place inside you, by the Holy Spirit. By the Holy Spirit. People who do not develop a close relationship with the Holy Spirit, they don't get transformed. If you still regard the Holy Spirit as just a system, a certain power to help you pray vigorously, you are missing it. You are missing it big time. The Holy Spirit is a person; he wants a relationship with you. He desires you. And once you allow him to be so close inside you, he will begin to change you. That change we call it transformation. He will begin to change you. And once you are changed, you can't remain the same. You cannot have the same results. No, it's impossible. Once you are transformed, your outside will show it. Be transformed. Don't go the shortcut way. Don't go that way because you will be frustrated. Many have tried, and they are frustrated. They want shortcut results; terribly frustrated. Terribly. You can't do that and expect to succeed. It is impossible. My challenge to all of you, from tonight, please, yearn for transformation; yearn for transformation; cry out to God for transformation. Pray to God, "Lord, transform me." In 1 Corinthians 10:12, the Bible says: He who thinks he stands, let him be careful lest he fall. Be very careful. I have seen people, not on a normal church member level, on a ministerial level; I have seen people who come to a point where they think, "Now I am there," and they come crashing down. Why? They came to a point where they thought there was nothing new they could learn; "I know everything; I don't need any more transformation; I'm transformed enough." Now what they do is they are only learning for others. Only for others. When they go into the Bible, they are looking for verses that will help others. When they are praying, they are praying for others, but they also need that help. Don't be trapped in that category. It is fatal; it will destroy your future. It will destroy all your dreams. Pursue transformation, and when you are transformed, you may know that I'm transformed. Time will come, you will need another transformation. Every time you have new demands, new desires, new visions, new levels you desire, there will also be a demand placed on you for another level of transformation. We grow from glory to glory. Apostle Paul said, "When I was a child, I spoke as a child; I thought as a child." Now we assume he's mature. But later on, the same person says, "Not that I have already obtained, but I am pressing forward." He still needs; he still wants to grow. I advise you, make a decision. Somebody shout hallelujah. Somebody shout hallelujah. Somebody shout hallelujah. Stand up wherever you are. We need to pray and ask God to help us. We need to be transformed. Father, in the name of Jesus, we give you all praise, glory, and honor. There can never be any other God except you, Lord. Sometimes we think we are stagnating; we think there is nothing new within us, Lord, but we know why; it is because we have never been transformed to another level. Tonight, Lord, we desire; we ask, Jehovah, bring that hunger, bring that thirst for transformation, true transformation in each one of us, Lord. Help us, almighty Father. Oh, Lord God, Jehovah, cause someone to be transformed, starting with yourself; everyone in this program; touch us, Lord; transform us, Lord; take us to levels we have never been, new levels of doing your will, new levels of prayer, new levels of serving you, new levels of character and attitudes. We thank you, almighty Father. We glorify your name. We give you all praise, glory, and honor. From today, order our steps, Lord; from today, help us to grow; help us to be transformed, in Jesus' name. Everyone say, "Amen." Give the Lord a big hand clap. [Muziki] Pursue transformation; to be changed into a different person altogether. King Saul was transformed. He wasn't able even to prophesy. But when he was transformed by the spirit of God, he could prophesy. He could lead a nation. The Lord bless you so much. Just one more thing, and then I will let you go. We go back to the disciplines.

Tunarudi kwenye nidhamu. Are you there with me? Je, umefika pale? Upo pamoja nami in this mini-series of personal discipline kwenye jambo la nidhamu binafsi. One more that I want to share with you. Kuna moja ya ziada nataka niwashirikishe. And then, from tomorrow we move on to another rem. Na kisha, kuanzia kesho tutaingia kwenye vitu vingine. And this is the eighth one. Na hii ni ya nane: physical exercise. Mazoezi ya kimwili. The discipline of physical exercise, nidhamu ya mazoezi ya kimwili, that is spoken in the bible, chochote ambacho kimezungumza kwenye bibilia, don't underestimate it, usikidharau. In 1 Timothy chapter 4:8, Timotheo wa kwanza 4:8, 1 Timothy 4:8, Timotheo wa kwanza 4:8, n for bodily exercise profits a little but godliness is profitable for all things having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. Kwa maana kujizoeza kupata nguvu za mwili kwa faida kidogo lakini utauwa ufaa kwa mambo yote; yaani unayo ahadi ya uzima wa sasa na ya ule utakaokuwepo baadaye.

He, me children of God, nisikizeni wana wa Mungu. Many people, when they hear about physical exercise, watu wengi wanaposikia habari ya mazoezi ya kimwili, they think it is no spiritual, wanafikiri sio jambo la kiroho, because it is called physical exercise. Anaitwa mazoezi ya kimwili. That the bible talks about, chochote ambacho bibilia kinazungumzia, even if it is physical, hata kama ni cha kimwili, if it's in the bible, kama kipo kwenye bibilia, already spiritual, tayari hicho kinakuwa ni cha kiroho; it's biblical, jambo la kibiblia. In my personal life, katika maisha yangu binafsi, I've proved this beyond doubt, nimeidithibitisha hii bila shaka yoyote. When you are not fit physically, pale ambapo unakuwa hauko vizuri kimwili, you are not even fit for spiritual exercises, unakuwa hauko pia tayari kwa ajili ya mazoezi ya kiroho. I'm telling you the truth. Nawambie iliyo kweli. You can't perform well. Hauwezi kufanya kazi [Muziki] [Muziki] vizuri.

One day, is a dream dreamed. Siku moja kuna ndoto ambayo niliota. And I can't tell you that dream. Na siwezi kuwaambia hiyo ndoto. But it led me to a certain research. Lakini ilinipelekea nifanye utafiti fulani, because I wanted to know the meaning. Kwa sababu nataka nijue maana yake. And I encountered this statement from a man of God. Na nikakutana na kauli hii kutoka kwa mtumishi wa Mungu, that God, kwamba Mungu, can only use, anaweza akakutumia, wewe according to the ability of your flesh, pale tu body, kulingana na uwezo wa mwili wako, to carry that anointing, kubeba huo [Muziki] upako. Inaleta maana. The bible, Bibilia, inasema our bodies, miili yetu, are the temple of the holy ghost, ni hekalu la roho mtakatifu. Now, if the temple is in a bad state, sasa kama hekalu liko vibaya, can you figure out what might happen to this person? Sawa, je huwezi kufikiria nini kitatokea kwa huyu mtu in the spiritual, katika ulimwengu wa roho? If there are certain desires you have, kama kuna shauku fulani unazo kwenye maisha yako, spiritual desires, shauku za kiroho, they will be fulfilled to you, zitatimilizwa kwako, as long as you are inside that body, kwa madamu tu uko bado ndani ya huo mwili, this body, mwili huu. So, if you don't keep that body, kwa kama hautautunza mwili, all your dreams are nothing, ndoto zako zote ni… they can only happen to you, kwa sababu zitatimilika tu kwako, as long as still inside that body, kwa maadam bado upo ndani wa mwili.

There are certain things. Kuna baadhi ya vitu. No matter how much you desire God to use you in those things. Haijalishi kwa kiwango gani utatamani Mungu akutumie kwenye hivyo vitu. It will not happen. Haitatokea, because the body, kwa sababu mwili, is not able to carry out that exercise. Hauna uwezo wa kubeba hilo jukumu. Let me go a little bit deeper. Ngoja nizame ndani zaidi. Do you remember? Hivi unakumbuka when Jesus went to pray in the garden of Gethsemane? Yesu alipoenda kuomba pale katika bustani ya Gethsemane? There something he said. Kuna kitu alisema. When he was overwhelmed, alipokuwa amezidiwa, kuna kitu alisema: the spirit is willing. Roho i radhi. But the flesh is weak, the body is weak. Lakini mwili ni dhaifu. Did you hear that? Umikia hiyo? This is very dangerous. Hii ni hatari sana. If people, kama watu, think, wanafikiri, our bodies are not that important, miili yetu hata sio ya muhimu kivile. Let me repeat again. Ngoja nirudie tena. There are certain things, kuna baadhi ya vitu, God will never use you in those things. Mungu kama hatakutumia wewe kwenye hivyo vitu. Unless your body is capable of taking that or carrying out that assignment, mpaka mwili wako una uwezo wa kubeba hilo jukumu.

One servant of God, mtumishi wa Mungu mmoja, dreamed a dream. Aliota ndoto. He was sick for a long time. Alikuwa anaumwa kwa muda mrefu. And he was about to die. Na alikuwa anakaribia [Muziki] kufa. He prayed and prayed and prayed, but there was no healing. Aliomba na kuomba na kuomba tena, lakini kukawa hakuna uponyaji. And he was busy serving God. Na alikuwa yuko busy kumtumikia Mungu. So he dreamed a dream. Kwa akaona ndoto. After praying for a long time, baada ya kuomba kwa muda mrefu, he saw himself, alijiona mwenyewe, riding a horse in a fierce battle, akiendesha farasi katika vita kali sana, and he was beating up the enemies, killing them, slashing them, alikuwa anawapiga maadui, anakatilia mbali. Day long, he was fighting hard, alikuwa anapigana kwa nguvu kabisa, strong, alikuwa na nguvu sana, wasn’t tired at all, alikuwa choki kabisa. As he was still fighting and the battle was still on, alipokuwa anaendelea kupigana na vita inaendelea, that horse he was on, he was mounting on, yule farasi ambaye alikuwa amempanda, fell down, akaanguka, collapsed, akavunjika. It the horse collapsed, akaanguka, yule farasi, died, akafa, and he woke up, na akaamka, and he was disturbed by that dream, na hiyo ndoto ikamsumbua, and he went to pray, na akaenda akaomba. Now God spoke to him and said, saa Mungu akasema naye akasema, the person who was fighting, yule mtu aliyekuwa anapigana, is your spirit, ni roho yako. But the horse that you saw that fell down and died, lakini yule farasi uliyemuona ameanguka na akafa, it is your body. Ni mwili wako. You’re not resting. Haupumziki. You’re not taking care of your body. Haushughuliki. Haujali mwili wako. For you to fight these battles and win, ili uweze kupigana vita hizi na kushinda, you need that horse. Unamhitaji yule farasi. Na yule farasi ni mwili wako. If you don’t take care of that body, kama hutauutunza huo mwili wa farasi, you cannot win the battle. Hawezi kushinda vita. Now hear me, children of God, sasa nisikilizeni wana wa Mungu, wherever you are, popote ulipo, take care of your body, utunze mwili wako. One of the ways of taking care of your body, moja kati ya njia za kutunza mwili wako, the most efficient one, ambayo ni ya ufanisi zaidi, is exercise, mazoezi, mazoezi, mazoezi. Exercise will keep you alive in battle for a very long time, mazoezi itakufanya uwe hai katika vita kwa muda mrefu sana, win, mpaka ushinde vita zako zote. For those spiritual battles, ili uweze kushinda vita hizo za kiroho, you need that body, unahitaji huo mwili. If your body is weak, you can’t pray, kama mwili wako ni dhaifu huwezi kuomba. Let me ask you, ngoja nikuulize, how many times, ni mara ngapi, some of you, baadhi yenu, you miss to come to a Sunday service, ukashindwa kuja ibada ya Jumapili, because your body was not… kwa sababu mwili wako haukuwa vizuri. Na bado hauelewi hichi ninachokufundisha. Your spirit wanted to be here. Roho yako ilitaka iwepo hapa. But you are not here. Lakini haukuwepo. Some of you even today maybe you didn’t come. Baadhi yenu hata leo yamkini hujaja. Why? Kwa nini? Your excuses. Kisingizio. Ujisikia vibaya kwenye mwili wako. So you didn’t come, kwa haukuja, because of your body, kwa sababu ya mwili wako, miss, ukakosa, blessings, baraka za kiroho, because your body was weak, kwa sababu mwili ulikuwa dhaifu, and still you don’t understand what I’m talking about, na bado hauelewi kitu nachozungumza.

I hope you understand now, naamini unaelewa sasa. It is biblical, ni jambo la kibiblia, to exercise your body, kufanya mazoezi ya mwili. It is biblical, jambo la kibiblia. Don't underestimate it, usipuuze. It will keep you alive for a long time, itakufanya uwe hai kwa muda mrefu sana. It will help you to carry out spiritual exercises. Inakusaidia uweze kubeba majukumu ya kiroho. There are people. Kuna baadhi ya watu. Who are too lazy to go out and walk and and testify. Watakuwa wavivu kutoka nje kutembea na kushuhudia. Because they don’t do exercise. Kwa sababu hawafanyi mazoezi. So walking around in two blocks in the neighborhood, kwa kutembea tu nyumba mbili majirani, it is too much for them. Kwao ni kazi sana. Why? Kwa nini? They don’t do exercise. Hawafanyi mazoezi. Have you ever heard people? Ushawasikia watu? Who go to doctors, ambao wanaenda kwa madaktari, they feel sick, wanajisi ni wagonjwa, and all the doctor tells them, na kitu ambacho daktari anawaambia, drink a lot of water, kunywa maji mengi, and do exercise. Fanya mazoezi hivyo tu. And they go to another doctor. He tells them the same. Na wanaenda kwa daktari mwingine anawaambia vivyo hivyo. And he goes to another doctor who wants a who wants money. Na anaenda kwa daktari mwingine ambaye anataka pesa. He sees that there is no problem. Anaona kabisa kwamba hapa hamna shida. And he tells them, anawaambia, oh you need an operation. Hapa inabidi ufanyie operation. And they operate you and they are removing nothing in your body. Na wanakufanyia operation hawatoi chochote kwenye mwili wako. Unalipa mamilioni ya pesa. The problem is, tatizo ni, no exercise, hakuna mazoezi, physical exercise, mazoezi ya kimwili.

Stand up, naomba usimame. Lift up your right hand, nyoosha mkono wako wa kuume. With, nisaidie tuombe pamoja, pamoja na… pray for, Lakini ombee mwenyewe, tunapoomba pamoja. As you repeat these words, unaporudia maneno haya, don't pray for me now. Usiniombee mimi sasa. Utaniombea baadaye. But for now, lakini kwa sasa, pray for yourself. Jiombee mwenyewe. Say, oh Lord Jesus, sema, eh Bwana Yesu, I know now, najua sasa, that physical exercise, mazoezi ya kimwili, is biblical. Ni jambo la kibiblia. So Lord help me, kwa hiyo Bwana nisaidie, to be disciplined, niwe na nidhamu. When I start, pale naanzapo, I should not stop. Nisiache. Help me to be disciplined. Nisaidie kuwa mwenye nidhamu. In Jesus’ name, katika jina la Yesu. Amen. Amen. Club for Jesus Christ. Makofi kwa Yesu Kristo. May the Lord help you to develop that discipline, Bwana na akusaidie kujenga hiyo nidhamu. When you start, utakapoanza, this time, wakati huu, even if it is small, hata kama ni kwa udogo wake, do it daily. Fanya mara kwa mara. Do it, fanya mara kwa mara, until you see results, mpaka uone matokeo. Father, in the name of Jesus, Baba katika jina la Yesu, I pray for each and everyone of us, Lord, naomba kwa ajili ya kila mmoja wetu, Bwana, Lord help us to be disciplined. Bwana tusaidie kuwa wenye nidhamu. And Lord, transform our lives. Na Bwana badilisha maisha yetu. We thank you, Daddy. Asante Baba. Protect each one of us. Mlinde kila mmoja wetu. We pray for this entire week. Tunaomba kwa wiki yote nzima. Let it be a week of victory for those who are pursuing issues. Iwe ni wiki ya ushindi kwa wale ambao wanafuatilia mambo tofauti tofauti. Those who want to overcome certain weaknesses. Wale ambao wanataka kushinda udhaifu fulani. Give them victory, Lord. Wape ushindi, Bwana. Those who are pursuing certain qualities they desire.
