Why do good people in this life always feel guilty? Why do the wicked not always feel guilty? Why are the good punished in this life, while the wicked live in happiness and prosperity? These questions strongly arise. First, good evening. I hope you are well and healthy. I am happy to interact. We always meet through common human ground, through shared spaces, which are many. Each person lives their own way in life. Each person creates their own philosophy. Glory be to God. The good person always feels guilty, for the most part, meaning, and the wicked person does not feel guilty. Their emotions are hardened, their heart is like a stone, it does not soften. They are cruel and enjoy doing evil, but the good person lives their life in torment, in ups and downs and pain. Why? Because their sensitivity is high, and also a feeling of guilt over time. But, O good person, you will be punished. You will be punished sooner or later. But what will this punishment look like, and why is it done? There is a sentence in the book "The Space of Possibilities" that I liked, which says that the person who feels guilty automatically generates a punishment scenario. They create their own punishment. And the person with an inflated ego, meaning like a narcissist, creates a downfall scenario. Let's explain the first sentence: Every good person, if they carry the complex of guilt, unconsciously begins to form their own punishment. They search for punishment automatically and involuntarily. There is a saying similar to what we mentioned: "The criminal always hovers and wanders around the crime scene." And the good person who carries the guilt pathologically always searches for punishment, and the arrogant, ego-inflated person always creates a downfall scenario. I will present two examples before we get directly into the topic. There is a woman who abandoned a man for no reason and caused him harm, then she developed a feeling of guilt. After a while, she falls into a toxic romantic relationship, and guilt follows her, so she is subjected to humiliation and accepts it. She makes concessions to her partner and lives a miserable life in her relationships. This is because the feeling of guilt creates in her a desire to receive some punishment. There is a weak-willed employee who always feels guilty for no reason, perhaps due to his childhood upbringing. So, he is always drained at work. Everyone exploits him, and he accepts exploitation and humiliation, then says, "I am wronged, and the manager wronged me." But the issue has nothing to do with injustice. It is because of the deep-rooted guilt complex within him that he automatically creates and helps find a punishment scenario. The sentence in the book says that your inner state is reflected externally. So, the issue of feeling guilt and shame, which are low emotions, possesses the lowest level of frequencies. They are the worst complexes and the worst shadows. Feeling guilty for no reason, and feeling shame, disgrace, and weakness. These feelings and shadows destroy a person. And what is true is that in our lives, sometimes we are born feeling guilty. Sometimes you want to create a beautiful atmosphere through a trip or a session at a cafe or on a beach. When you are on this trip, strange feelings of sadness, boredom, or depression come to you, preventing you from enjoying yourself. You sit and make a cup of coffee, trying to create a beautiful atmosphere, but you feel guilty for no reason. You haven't done anything that requires feeling guilty. The problem of the overly sensitive person is that they suffer in life, unless they achieve awareness, then they can be freed from those feelings. The overly sensitive person suffers in their life from others, from society. They are not understood correctly and are always marginalized. But with awareness, we free ourselves from these feelings, programs, and shadows because they kill the human spirit. The narcissist and the downfall scenario: The inflated ego of the person, meaning the arrogant one. A person starts a project, then it develops and succeeds, then they see themselves as superior to others and better than them. They become arrogant and proud and look down on others. Then they start losing little by little. After that, they get angry and say, "I am envied." They are not envied; rather, they created the downfall scenario themselves. Life sometimes tends to create balance. It always tends towards balance. If there are internal imbalances in a person, life tends to achieve balance and correct the imbalance. Then the blows of fate come to you. And you, O human, who feel sinful and guilty for no reason, will create the scenario that will punish you sooner or later. We have witnessed many people whose punishment was due to their programming based on guilt or inflated ego. The internal court applies the sentence of punishment against them. The punishment is repeated many times, not just once, and the person does not realize the root of this matter. If we ask, what is the sin that deserves punishment? You imagine you are guilty, but you are not guilty. I used to watch people who had no mistakes, simple, good, compassionate people with everyone, not wicked, and yet they feel guilty all the time. Of course, the programming has been working since childhood. Social conditioning, religious and social authorities all push you towards being guilty. Nietzsche talks about the origin of guilt and how this concept was formed historically long ago. When a person borrows from another and cannot repay the debt, they are physically punished. Over time, these practices disappeared, and the punishment turned into an internal psychological punishment through guilt and psychological pain. This situation exists with us. If we do not fulfill an obligation or a promise, we feel guilty. A person makes mistakes, and mistakes accompany a person as part of their nature. What is guilt? Guilt has a very simple equation: If you cause harm to a person, animal, or environment, if you insult someone's dignity, God forbid, you have violated your internal values. If you steal, that is guilt. What to do? The action is to be aware of this mistake, correct it, and then learn the lesson. Meaning, if you steal someone's money, you have made a mistake, and that is guilt. Then you return the money to its owner, and things end, and you learn the lesson. This is the normal situation for a normal person. But for a person who suffers from a guilt complex, these feelings will be part of their identity. Even if they correct their mistakes, the feeling of guilt will remain present in their life. A person is composed of right and wrong. Wrongdoing is necessary for us to grow, but we should not intentionally do wrong. Society, religious, political, and social authorities expand the process of prohibition and banishment and spread feelings of guilt, shame, and disgrace. They expand prohibitions, especially authoritarian groups. They make a person always in a state of fear and guilt. They make them live in a state of self-surveillance to remain obedient and in harmony with the spirit of the herd. So, we always see in society a set of prohibitions, and the area of prohibition expands in society. This makes a person live in fear and sin and cannot grow. They remain at the bottom, their energy is always low, and they are in a state of despair and terror. Some people have fear and shame in their eyes, even though they are good. So, the equation of guilt is simple, but when the guilt complex takes hold, it becomes part of your identity, and the series of punishments begins. If you feel guilt as a pathological condition, it becomes a fixed identity that disrupts your life. Guilt is known. Meaning, if you make a mistake, correct your mistake, return to God, and the matter is over. If the feeling of guilt exceeds its limit, it is a disease. The person who carries guilt has their thoughts, feelings, and orientations biased towards accepting bad scenarios. The brain always biases towards what supports the belief. So, if you believe you are wrong, you are asking for punishment. Therefore, this person is subjected to exploitation and humiliation, and they accept it and accept the harm. For example, a woman living with feelings of guilt... meets a narcissist, and the narcissist, of course, has his followers and goals... He feeds on the weak and the fearful, always. Why? Because she believed she was wrong, and the wrongdoer must be punished, not once, but many times. Similarly, the person who feels guilty, their brain reinforces this idea. They do not distinguish between the self and the action. "I am a person who makes mistakes. Making mistakes is natural. If I commit a mistake and correct it, things end." But they don't say, "I made a mistake and corrected it," but rather, "I am wrong, I am guilty," meaning they give continuity to the action, and the mistake and guilt become a permanent state for them. Someone might ask, "The narcissist is deeply entrenched in society. Why doesn't the downfall scenario come?" It will come... But sometimes our social environments and modern systems support the behaviors of the narcissist, manipulator, arrogant, adaptable, hypocritical person. Therefore, the narcissist falls, but not quickly. And sometimes the narcissist falls internally. They are internally fragile. Sometimes we don't see this fall directly. They may live in anxiety, torment, and emptiness, but they are quick to adapt and use manipulation, boldness, and intelligence to hunt their victims. These environments support them, unlike the person who always feels guilty. Punishments follow them because they created and brought them about. Of course, it doesn't mean that every person who has been wronged at some point has brought that injustice upon themselves. There is injustice in society and in the world. Meaning, there is killing, there is oppression, there is violation of human rights. This is one thing. But if the state of punishment continues for you, then you are definitely part of the whole process. You have accepted this injustice. And how many good people do we always see in our lives? These good people who feel guilty and do not heal from this complex. The feeling of guilt drains their energy all the time. It lowers their level of self-worth. They believe they are not worthy. This employee who lives with feelings of guilt is not because the manager is always unjust and biased or wicked. Rather, this happens with all managers. Because the punishment scenario and low self-worth are deeply rooted in this employee. They are always exploited because they are weak and shaky, because they believe they are not worthy. Why? Because they are guilty, and the guilt complex programming is fixed in the child's consciousness by the family through a series of prohibitions and restrictions. The child views ordinary things and simple mistakes as great sins, while they are ordinary, trivial practices. Sometimes they are truly natural for them. There are ordinary, trivial thoughts and practices that people view as dangerous things and sins. Guilt is formed culturally, and its standards are made according to the person. The standards of guilt expand and contract. There is a behavior or action that you consider a mistake or a sin, while another considers it normal behavior. Many people create standards for sins and become prisoners of them, while they are normal practices and not mistakes. But there are agreed-upon sins and mistakes among humans, such as killing, harm... causing harm to others and violating their dignity, freedom, and body. And there is internal guilt when you violate your deep self, such as being a hypocrite, doing actions that contradict your beliefs and values, and betraying yourself. Carl Jung spoke about the shadow, the shadow that we reject, deny, and do not acknowledge. The shadow must be embraced and understood. So, you must understand this root, how it formed within you. And sometimes you are ignorant of the root. Most people feel guilty and don't know why. The reason is that prohibitions, restrictions, and taboos in societies are many and inherited, and most of them we inherited from ancestors, parents, and society. Society reproduces sins culturally. Most of what we consider sins are old cultural products. We call it shame, disgrace, forbidden, and prohibited. Meaning, the matters are clear. Anything that causes harm to others and to oneself is guilt. What to do? Correct it, and it's over. Learn the lesson. But not living with guilt within me, deep inside, will lead to imbalance in my life. So, always distinguish between the action and your self. And always there is a guilt that makes you mature. Meaning, if we consider it guilt. For example, you made a mistake regarding the environment, you made a mistake regarding your son, you made a mistake regarding your friend. You learned the lesson, you matured spiritually, and you will correct things and support those groups. But there is pathological guilt that makes you a person who is always wrong, looking for punishment, and saying, "I must be punished." And so on. And humans tend to condemn themselves a lot and carry many mistakes and sins, then live in pain and continue to whip themselves constantly, accepting humiliation, exploitation, and concessions. Religious men focus on condemning you and making you carry guilt and fear. A small portion of them give you hope sometimes. The majority of them exaggerate your mistakes so that you remain under their control. You must be balanced. Do not exaggerate your mistakes. Your mistakes are natural. If there is a mistake, it will be corrected and fixed, and the matter will end. They exaggerate mistakes so that you remain fearful, obedient, and part of the herd. So, let's start by freeing our beliefs from within, first of all. If we free the belief, and I mean by that the thoughts related to guilt and the feeling of guilt, we begin to change, then our self-worth will rise. We will stop draining energy. We do not condemn ourselves. We accept ourselves with our positives and negatives. We do not create scenarios for ourselves that carry the characteristic of punishment. The good person who carries guilt is an easy prey for the narcissist. The narcissist hunts these people and absorbs their energy, especially women. If the man is a narcissist, and the woman can also be a narcissist, both feed on people. Good people who feel guilty and are skilled at torturing them. I hope I have presented the idea. Summary: Your inner state is reflected externally in the form of scenarios, in the form of possibilities. You are the one who determines. You are the one who determines your reality, often, and not always. I hope you are well, healthy, and safe. Thank you.
