>> Billionaire. Late 30s.
>> What do you do for a living?
>> Uh, I own the Miami Dolphins. So,
>> the Miami Dolphins.
>> I'm a real estate developer.
>> How old are you now?
>> 86.
>> 86. You look amazing for 86. Did you have a lot of money when you started out in business?
>> Zero.
>> Zero.
>> So, you didn't come from a rich family?
>> No. I've never had an investor in the company.
>> Do you think everybody's built for entrepreneurship?
>> No.
>> Why not?
>> Being an entrepreneur, you got to take risks. There's only room at the top. And I wanted to be the best in class. I still believe that. Did you ever think growing up you were going to own an NFL team? I mean, it's so prestigious, sir. There's only 30 32 NFL teams and you own one of those.
>> Well, it's really execution. Today, everybody has ideas.
>> Ideas go to the grave.
>> Everybody, you walk around and I that was my I had that idea. I had that idea. You never did it. You have to act upon.
>> And what's your name?
>> Steve Ross.
>> Stephen, what keeps you so motivated? You have all the success anybody could ever dream of.
>> Because you want to do things that are impactful. I don't find getting up and wanting to go play golf is something that's impactful.
>> I'm 23 years old. I bought my first piece of commercial real estate last year. How does somebody build long-term wealth through real estate?
>> Well, you got to be in the right location. You know, real estate, as they say, it's all about location, location, location.
>> Steve, I'm going to challenge you. What is the best city to do business in today's world?
>> Right now, with all the change occurring, I think South Florida is probably offering the most amount of opportunity of any place.
>> Why is that?
>> State of Florida is probably the best business state.
>> You're seeing all the billionaires that are moving to Miami.
>> Well, I mean, a lot of people are coming here. You know, we call it the Gold Coast.
>> The Gold Coast,
>> right, which is from Palm Beach to Miami. They're moving here. They see where is the best place to really grow and it can only be South Florida.
>> My final question for you Stephen, if me and you died tomorrow and you had one more message to leave with the younger generation, what would that be?
>> Understand yourself, know yourself and then go for it.
