When I tried to bring my SUV back up on the highway, the wheels lifted off the ground and we rolled and we rolled and we rolled and I started looking around the car and seeing all the damage and the destruction and I couldn't find Carrie and David. And then I noticed off in the field to the left of me that they had been thrown from the car. I saw so many people around them. Now I understand that some of those people I'm going to like choke up talking about this. Now I understand that some of those people that I saw around them were angels. It was um just this realization that moment that my life had changed forever and that there was no going back. and and and just that deep dark sadness just overwhelmed me. And in my head, I thought, why did this have to happen? And a voice came into my head that said, they're right where they're supposed to be.

This is Beyond with Heather Tash, where we examine near-death experiences and life itself. Hopefully making this life a little better. Hello everybody. Welcome and welcome to my guest Julie Kloff. Hello Julie. Hi. Hi Heather. So glad to be here. It's wonderful to have you. We met at the last conference but at that time I had not heard your story. Yeah this will be this will be interesting. I think we meet so many people at Ians and we don't know their story. Everyone has a story. So true. And your story, while it is heartbreaking, it is also filled with miracles. It's inspiring. I know it's going to help a lot of people today. So, why don't you take us to the day of the accident? I will. Okay. Yeah. So, it was Mother's Day 2007. I was traveling across country. I lived in uh Houston, Texas at the time, and we were traveling east. And I had my three youngest children with me that day. My youngest son David was eight, my daughter Carrie was 10, and my son James was 12. And about halfway through the afternoon, having never felt tired the whole day, having not felt sleepy at the wheel, I fell asleep at the wheel because I woke up in the median, bouncing between the eastbound and westbound lanes of the highway. And when I tried to bring my SUV back up on the highway, the wheels lifted off the ground and we rolled and we rolled and we rolled all the way to the other side of the two-lane um eastbound lane and landed in the grass on the other side. And when and when we landed, I had no eyesight. Um I couldn't see anything, but I could hear my son next to me. He was 12. Um, I could hear him next to me, so I knew he was injured, but he was okay, you know, like he was still with me. But when I started calling for Carrie and David, there was no answer. And as my eyesight returned, and I started looking around the car and seeing all the damage and the destruction, and I couldn't find Carrie and David. And then I noticed off in the field to the left of me that they had been thrown from the car. and and they were what felt like a football field away and and at the time I I felt like there were I saw so many people around them. Now I understand that some of those people I'm going to like choke up talking about this. Now I understand that some of those people that I saw around them were angels. That is the one instance in my life where I have physically seen angels. I I just it's just the knowing that that was the case because there wasn't a lineup of cars along the highway, you know, people stopping. So, it was but it was um just this realization that moment that my life had changed forever and that there was no going back. And I also had this knowing that either Carrie and David were both gone or they were both here because they were so unusually close. I could not imagine one staying without the other or one leaving without the other. But I want to take you back to the moment we were rolling because as we were rolling, I heard a voice in my head that said, "Bring your arm in." And it was calm. It was, you know, when I reflect back on it, because this t has taken some reflection to kind of put these pieces together, but when I reflect back on it, it was it was very clear direction, but it was very calm. It was very peaceful. It wasn't urgent. And in the next few months, I met a couple of people who had lost their arm in a rollover accident like mine. And it's interesting to me now looking back because it was I came to realize as as I healed that this was part of our life plan that it was part of my plan. It was part of my kids plan that they would um that they would pass, you know, at a young age. And but it wasn't part of the plan that I lose my arm, you know. Isn't that just it's so fascinating to me to kind of look back and and start putting the pieces together because one of the things that I've learned and and I just want to interject this right now is as we change our now, we change our past and our future. So the way that I react and respond and feel about that accident today is very different than the way that I felt about it on the day that it happened on the week after 3 months later 5 months later. But you know we'll we'll have a chance to talk more about that. But I see it so differently now because I see it from a higher perspective. My guides, my angels have given me this higher perspective. And there's so many miracles and that's why my book was called Miracles in the Darkness is because there were so many miracles surrounding what happened, you know, including my arm being saved. But then then our human self goes, well, if my angels, my guides could save my arm, why didn't they save my children? So those are the the from our humanness, those are the questions that we ask. Um there was my son who was 12. He needed emergency surgery. We just happened to end up in the hospital with the doctor who had actually pioneered the surgery he needed. I mean, you you literally can't make this up. And it was on a Sunday. It was on Mother's Day. And I remember hearing the attendants in the hospital saying what what wondering how why he was even at the hospital. And I know why he was there. He was there to, you know, help my son. He my son now is, you know, a 30 something year old man and and he's perfectly healthy and and I I have so much love and he was that doctor was an earth angel for us. Um, the other thing that happened during that time is when I was taken to the hospital, I I was taken to the hospital on a striker board, I ended up having very minor injuries, but of course, I was physically and emotionally just in shock. Um, but when I went to the hospital, I didn't know what the outcome was. I didn't know if my kids were okay. They had been taken to a whole different hospital. Nobody was telling me what was going on. But as I laid on that striker board in the hospital, I had this experience where I would be in this just utter panic, like this just guttural panic, and then I would have this vision of Jesus and who I like to call Yeshua now because my views of him have changed so much. But I I felt his presence there and it was like he was tangibly in front of me and it was almost like a out of a dream or an out-of- body experience where I was standing with him in a whole different place. I was standing with him in a meadow in in the mountains and he was eye to eye with me just giving me comfort and holding and there was so much peace and then I would come out of that vision and all the panic and then I would go back to I mean it was it's really otherworldly and hard to explain but I had this knowing from the moment that I found out that they had both passed that they were okay. I just I knew that they were okay. I knew I wasn't okay. I knew my family wasn't okay, but I knew my kids were okay. And that was a huge huge blessing to know that they were okay. A few months later, about 5 months later, I walked into and I was in total overwhelming grief for months, months, PTSD, the whole the whole nine yards. But I remember a few months later, just before Halloween, I walked into a convenience. I walked into a drugstore. It was It was a drugstore. I walked in and I saw this rack of costumes, like Halloween costumes cuz Halloween was right around the corner. And I saw this witches costume and I thought immediately thought of my 10-year-old daughter. I'm like, "Oh, she would love that. That would be so fun for her." And of course then the reality like it almost hits at the same time the reality there isn't going to be no Halloween for her. She's not here. And in and just that deep dark sadness just overwhelmed me. And in my head I thought why did this have to happen? And a voice came into my head that said they're right where they're supposed to be. And there's so much wisdom in that answer. But then of course I answered back with, "But why did it have to happen the way that it did?" And the answer I received was, "How would you have liked it to happen?" Now, think about that answer for a second because it implies that it was going to happen no matter what. But I wasn't in that moment in the moment of the accident 5 months later as that I wasn't ready to receive all of the the wisdom that divine energy wanted to give me. I wasn't ready to receive that peace that Yeshua was giving me in that moment in the hospital. It took me as a human time to metabolize all those emotions. It took time and energy and work. And when I say work, a lot of times people say h, you know, we don't want to work when we're grieving. But what I mean by that is is just putting in just allowing that hope that there's a possibility that I could live a good life again, you know, that I could be happy again. And there's so much to that, but I um I I do remember about a week, maybe two weeks after the accident, I can remember exactly where I was sitting in the back backyard. sitting on a chair in the backyard and I thought, is it possible I could heal from this? Because I had lost my brother to suicide. I had gone through a devastating divorce when my three oldest children were small and then I'd remarried and we'd had three more children. So, these were the youngest of our six children. And I thought somehow I recovered from those experiences. Is it even possible that I could recover? And I use that term loosely because we're never the same. But that opening of hope that was in me, I held on to even at if at times it was the tiniest tiniest sliver of hope. And I at the three-year mark, 3 years after the accident, I actually ended up at Stonehinge in England. I had I did not have any idea the significance of that. It was a completely unexpected trip how I ended up there, how I ended up at Stonehenge. It's only been recently in the last couple of two or three years that I've realized that Stonehinge is the heart chakra of the earth. And in that I I'm I just know in my bones that when I went to Stonehenge, not that we have to travel to Stonehenge to to heal, but just recognizing that our guides are constantly bringing healing to us. They're always like and and I was just reading rereading a message that because I communicate with my kids now and I I communicate with other people's loved ones like I you know spirit communication is my jam and this is why I'm here. This is my purpose is to to share spirit communication. And I was just rereading a message from my son that I received almost 3 years ago now. And he was talking about how hard it was for him to see me suffer so much and how he had been there guiding me. So I know my son, my daughter, my brother, my angels, my guides were all helping me. And this is true for all of us. When we love someone that we, you know, when we love someone and we lose them, we are being helped from the other side. There's no doubt about it. I I remember, oh, this has been probably a couple two or three years ago. I was doing a reading for a woman and she had lost her son u by suicide and and it had been fairly recent and I had this experience with these grief angels that were with her where I felt and I saw these grief angels that were with her. So, we have specialty angels that come in and help us. Anyway, I'm all over the place. I hope this is helpful. But but I I ended up at Stonehenge. It was about a week before the third anniversary. Then on the anniversary, right around the anniversary of their passing, I I had this special prayer that was given to me. And within 24 hours after that, my whole world changed. I like had this miraculous healing. I don't know if you're familiar with Byron Katie. Sure. and her experience with depression and how she just had this miraculous moment when she woke up and she just saw everything differently. That's what happened to me. Like the darkness, like the darkness before that had felt tangible. It had felt like embodied and it lifted. And I also have a really remarkable experience that happened at the one-year anniversary after their passing that changed the way I looked at Mother's Day, too. And I don't know if we have time to go into that, but Absolutely. I'd love to hear it. One year after the kids passed, my daughters were off at college. So, my oldest daughter was at college when this when the accident happened, my second oldest daughter was 2 weeks from high school graduation. And so shortly after that, she left for college. And so they were away at college and they surprised us by coming home for the weekend. We were not expecting them. And when they came home for the weekend, it was just so beautiful. And I remember sitting on the pew at church with my four living children, feeling to feeling the presence of my two children who have passed. and and it's on Mother's Day, so I almost have like two anniversaries of the accident because there's the date and then there's Mother's Day. But it was on Mother's Day and we're sitting on the pew and I'm feeling the presence of all my children physically and in spirit. And in that moment, I just felt so much gratitude for being a mother for for having these beautiful people in my life. The the gratitude was overwhelming and it really brought me back into connection with my life here and it totally changed the way I saw Mother's Day going forward. It's not hard now. That I know that's hard to understand, but I would always have this sadness around the anniversary of their passing, but it wasn't connected to Mother's Day. And I don't even know how to explain that. It was just this sadness. I don't really feel that as much now. It's been 18 almost 19 years now. I don't feel that as much now the the sadness but a lot of times it would surprise me be like what is going on? Why? And I'm like oh I'm getting you know I'm a few days from the passing. Um there is so much to this. It's just remarkable. I, you know, I look back now and I see that I I was having some really unusual experiences before my kids passed and I couldn't put my finger on it. I didn't understand what was going on. But now I look back and realize I was being prepared for what like my soul knew that this was going to happen, that it was imminent, but my human self didn't know. And so there was all these things that happened before, during, and after the accident. And then when I experienced that healing, my life changed. Like I like to say, you know, I was asleep before the accident and I died in the accident and I woke up to a beautiful new life later. And during the 3 years before you had this awakening, it was a very challenging time. And I'd love to bring this up because there are some people listening that are struggling with grief and they don't think they're ever going to see an end to it. And I heard you say this and I thought it was so interesting because I felt this way in my life before. You felt guilt for not getting better faster. You know, it had been up until your, you know, this big change. You were like, it's been three years and I'm still struggling. So, can you talk a little bit about um feeling guilt when we're not moving on fast enough from something? Yeah. Well, and there and I was just heaped with so much guilt and shame because I was watching my family suffer. So, there was a lot of self forgiveness that I had to offer myself as well, you know, because I felt responsible. And you know, that's why my question was why did it have to happen like this? like here I am responsible for their passing. Um but yeah, I call it the messy middle. So I worked in grief for several years up until more recently and I guess I still do but but I call it the messy middle because there's this point at which the shock has has worn off. There's a little bit. We have a little bit. Even though it's just super challenging and like really awful at the beginning, we also put aside living life. Like we we just we give ourselves so much room, so much permission to feel terrible. But there comes a point where our our we start to kind of wake up. It's like we're in between sleep and awake. It's like this place where we're dealing with so much grief, but we're also trying to re-engage with life and we're carrying so much baggage with us. And that's the that to me that's the hardest place to be because because when we say I should be doing better, that's shame. That's shame saying I should not be where I am. And that actually keeps us more stuck in that place. It keeps us even lower when we can and and it's real. It's just so challenging when we can say, "I feel terrible now." And and just be real about it. Like this is still really really hard and it's possible. I can still continue to heal. So, it's being able to hold both of those ideas and it's it's hard because you're you're grieving. So, I my hope is that like I never want to downplay the grief piece. I never want to downplay that because it is so real and it is so hard. But like I always tell people, your support needs to be greater than your challenge. So the port the support that you had before something hard happened is not adequate for after something hard happened. So find those friends, find those family. If you have access to mental health care, seek out that care. I I went through two and a half years of therapy and EMDR uh was really pivotal in helping me heal my PTSD. But on the other side of it, like the whole world just opened up in a way that I can't even explain. EMDR, by the way, for anybody listening, this is when you do the rapid eye movement. Correct. I can't tell you how many people I've heard recently that have said to me how that has changed their life. So, just putting that out there for people to hear. How real was your vision with Jesus in the hospital? It was tangible because it's it's if you can imagine like let's let's say you're watching a movie and and you're somebody's flipping channels and you're going from this horrific war scene to this like love story and you're flipping back and forth. That's what it was like. That's what it was like. It was like all the the the trauma in that moment, all the terror in that moment was so tangible and then in the next moment there was so much peace. There was so much peace. It was it was, you know, that's why we talk about spiritually transformative experiences. It's these experiences that are somewhat similar to a near-death experience where we have these encounters with the divine that change our life, that literally change our life. I am not the same person I was before the accident. I'm not the same person I was before I was able to integrate the healing that was being offered to me. Um and and all of that opened up to just this new understanding of spirituality, this new understanding of love and not in the human way that we think of love, but divine love. Divine love that Oh, I I had one um guest on my podcast call it great love. And I just love I love the way she put that that interaction with great love. And when we start to integrate that piece, oh, it it just changes everything. I I had to actively learn to love myself. I had to actively learn to accept my humanness. I mean, and I'm doing it every week. I'm telling you right now with everything that's going on astrologically, I mean, we're we're in the we're in the middle of upheaval right now, right this moment where a lot of the old stuff. So, if you're listening to this, you may be have be experiencing old stuff coming up that you're like, I thought that I I thought that I had gone through that. I thought that I was past that. And then you're you're having this experience where it's like, "Holy cow, where is this coming from?" And that's that's what's happening. All of our old stuff is coming to the surface to be healed. So when old stuff comes up, it's coming up because it it wants to be healed. But all of this, so all I I ended up I ended up developing a grief program and I ended up becoming a grief guide, a grief coach, and I was working with people who were grieving. And as I was working with them, you know, most of them were there because were working with me because they had lost someone they loved. whether it was a I'd say 50% of the people I worked with had lost children, but they had lost a daughter or a son or a husband or a wife or a parent and and they were grieving over this and and I would be in an appointment with them and they would say something and I would feel and hear their loved ones in the room with me and it was almost like their loved ones were leading the session. They were giving me information to help that person. The way people found me, unbelievable. I I'm I'm still just astonished because somebody would say, "Well, I was googling." I'm like, "I don't show up on Google." I mean, this was two years in, right? Like I I'm not showing up on Google. I don't know how you found me. But there was just some really unusual ways that people would find me and then I would hear their loved ones, but I didn't have a way to communicate that to people. I didn't know what to do with that. But I would use the information and it was always spoton. It was always exactly what they needed. But I'd have a parent across from me saying, "I feel so guilty about this, that, or the other." And then their son would be in their ear going, "I don't want them to feel guilty. I want them to be, you know." And so that was happening. And I was learning to communicate with my kids on the other side. And I the way that I was doing that at first it was just this acknowledgment that I would feel their presence. And it was in certain times where I would feel their presence and then I learned to write. It's kind of like automatic writing. So I would write a letter to them and when I say them individually. So, I would write a letter to my daughter Carrie. I would write a letter to my daughter, my son David, and I would say, "Dear Carrie, and I would write this note, and then I would say, "Dear mom." I would write down, "Dear mom," and I would just write whatever I was hearing. And it was always just so profound. So, I was learning to communicate with them. And then I know now it was my daughter sending me twelves everywhere. And I didn't believe in these signs. I didn't believe that, you know, and all that. But it got to the point where the twelves were everywhere. By the way, that accident happened on the weekend of my birthday, too. And my birthday is on the 12th of May. The accident was on the 13th, Mother's Day. Like, it you can't make this stuff up. It's like cosmic. I don't know. I I actually had somebody tell me because I was sharing some some stories with this person that I don't often publicly share. And I was sharing some stories with somebody and she said, "Boy, your your soul is creative and imaginative. All the stuff that you in your soul plan." Of course, you say that because you have come to believe that this was something that you planned out in advance with your children. Absolutely. Yeah. There's no question about it. In fact, at about the 2-year mark, I was still just doing poorly. My daughters were at college. I had two teenage sons at home, and I was feeling guilty again because I felt like they were growing up in a totally different household than my daughters did because I was I could not be emotionally present. I was not the same mom that I had been to my daughters when they were in, you know, when they were teenagers. And I remember feeling so guilty about that. And I I do have this tendency to hear messages as if you haven't noticed, but I was feeling so guilty and I heard in that moment this was their plan, too. Now in that moment I realized that this was not just my my plan with my kid, you know, my two kids to have this experience. But our whole family was aware of this before we came. We we set up this plan to come down and all of this is for our greater good. And that's really really really challenging for us to hear at, you know, when we're looking just at the 3D world. We can't comprehend it. Which is why shows like yours are so important. And what the work that you're doing is so important because you're getting more stories out there to open people's minds to a greater reality to that there's more to life than what we're seeing here and now. Thank you so much. I appreciate that. There is so much more to life and and I probably interrupted when you were sharing with us that you started to hear from your kids and you started to write notes. So take off from there and then tell us how you went through that and then of course that led to you helping others with this same gift. Yeah. Yeah. I was I was learning to communicate with them. I was seeing twelves everywhere which opened me up to the angelic realm. I started to realize that these voices that I'd heard in my head all these years, this this calm, peaceful, non-judgmental, nonh harsh, beautiful energy that would come in and speak to me was more than just it was more than I had realized before. I'll just say that. And and I began to be awakened to this idea of the angelic realm. And I began to be awakened to the spirits around us in a way that I hadn't been before. And I in two in 2020 actually I had a friend whose son passed away. And this was just after my book had come out because, you know, I mentioned before we we hit record that when when I wrote my first book, Miracles in the Darkness, I didn't have this understanding at the time. Like, I knew I saw all the miracles that were in the story of of of what had happened and in the story of my healing. But I didn't I didn't understand the angelic realm. I didn't understand spirit guides and and our loved ones on the other side and how they're helping us and and how that works. I didn't understand any of that. But right after the book came out, I started having these experiences that I I just couldn't explain. For example, I'd already had those experiences when I was working with clients where I felt their loved ones in the room. But on this particular day, I was out running errands and I got in my car. It's the middle of the shutdown, you know, 2020, middle of the summer, and I was getting in my car and a friend's son had recently passed away. And when I got in my car, I felt him in the car. Like, I knew that he was with me. And I was like, what do I do with this? I was like, I was so shocked and surprised. So I pulled out my phone and I just started writing down, you know, typing in my phone everything that I was hearing and I wrote out this paragraph of of message and eventually I I gave that to his mom. But um I had a friend that I I I had a friend that said I didn't share this with a lot of people that that had happened, but I did share it with a couple of people. And one one person said to me, "Well, what did it feel like?" And I sat there for a moment and I said, "It felt sacred." And I think there's a lot of fear around spirit communication. There's a lot of fear around being deceived. And there's there's just a tremendous amount of conditioning from society, from the way that we have been brought up, the way that we have seen it in the past. And and I'm so grateful for that friend that said, "What did it feel like?" Because it caused me to stop and stop and reflect. And the only word I could think of was sacred. And then I had another friend several months later who said to me, "Julie, there's a reason you have this gift. Lean into it and see what happens." So I leaned into it and one day I was just sit I was literally sitting at my desk and I thought, "Okay, I am open to receive messages and I had two people come through from for former clients. One was a dad, one was a daughter. The interesting part was is the dad gave me this message. And at the end of the message, she said, "Let my daughter know that when she gets married and has kids, I will be there." And I, this is the way my brain works. I was like, I can't tell her that because when I had worked with her, she was single. She had had some really challenging relationships. I didn't even know she wanted to get married. Like, I can't I can't tell her that, you know. But this spirit, this man was insistent, include that in the message. So I reached out to her and I said, "I know this is really strange, but I got a message from your dad. Are you open to receiving it?" So I asked permission and then I sent it to her and she was so grateful and she was so thankful. But I kid you not, I had not seen this client in a year or two or more. And 2 months after I delivered that message, someone that we mutually know posted pictures of her wedding. So when I sent that message, she was already planning her wedding and I had no idea. That was just unbelievable to me. That was just shocking. So I opened up to the angelic realm. I opened up to the spirit communication. I started learning about new things. I actually ended up discovering that I was a vocal channel which came again as a total surprise. I was in a training and we were we were uh doing this training and we were supposed to be giving messages, you know, tuning into the aosic records actually and giving messages and all of a sudden I realized there were messages coming out of my mouth before they went through my consciousness. And that's when I started to lean into that a little more and started to to do that for myself like in and and I real I'm like where is this coming from? But remember when I said three years after the accident I had this healing experience. I found my old journal and I found the just horrific notes that I had written in it that my my therapist had asked me to write down before my you know I found notes before my healing. Then there's a couple of blank pages and then like a month after I felt this tremendous healing like that darkness lift I started journaling and I started and it was very much spiritled and that was in 2010. So I had to realize that I'd been doing this for years when I hadn't consciously realized how I had been preparing all that time. So that started happening. It it was it was so much. And then I would receive these messages from the angels and they call themselves the council of wisdom and I started sharing those online and more recently I've started sharing longer longer messages from them. I have pages and pages and pages uh of messages that I have received from the council wisdom. But then two and a half years ago, I decided to really lean in because as I was doing this angel work, this channeling, this intuitive work for people, their loved ones would show up. But I didn't know what to do with that. So I started actively training to understand mediumship and in that development now I I do sessions as a spiritual medium and as an intuitive and so you know people can come and we can either intentionally connect to their loved ones on the other side or we can connect you know with their soul and their guides to see what guidance is available to them. But it's been absolutely remarkable, shocking. I never thought that I would be here. I grew up in a very conservative Christian home. It's been really hard for me to embrace this. I'm just going to be really real. In fact, even this is so funny because even as I would channel and things would be coming through, my consciousness would be sitting in the background going, "Should you be saying that? Should you be saying it like that?" I don't do that as much now, but that's always been my, you know, I have a a pretty strong um left brain that sometimes gets in there and says maybe maybe we're always moving through our own filters to some extent. I love hearing that though about your own filters because so many people listening right now grew up in a home or religion where yes this was frowned upon and you you know there are charlatans out there and you know that people have had a lot of negative things they've heard but in doing my podcast I've talked to so many people that have had spiritually transformative experiences and near-death experiences and I see good, beautiful people you are and and many of you are able to connect to the other side and you bring back these beautiful messages yet I think it is still a hurdle for a lot of people to feel comfortable with this. I agree. I agree. And it's it's been more recently that I've received the direction to share more of these messages and I'm seeing more and more people sharing more of these messages. And there's a reason. There's a reason we're living in very chaotic times and there needs to be more messengers because gone are the days of the guru. Gone are the days where we find one leader and we follow that leader. This is about awakening our own connection. This is that's really what this is about. That is my greatest uh my greatest mission is to connect people to their own spirit guides, to their own angels, to their own loved ones on the other side. And what I find is, for example, like a mediumship reading, when somebody gets connected with someone they love on the other side, it creates this bond to the other side that they didn't previously have and and it creates this healing and it becomes this bridge to a greater understanding which is so so incredibly beautiful. The one thing I didn't share was that u three years ago I was on a trip and this is like I said I'd been kind of opened up to this idea of the angelic realm, the signs, the symbols, the the things that we can um the ways that they can send messages to us and so forth. And I was on a trip. I was in Cabo in Mexico. So, we were my husband and I were on a we were getting on a boat to go whale watching. It was the first time we'd ever gone whale watching and I get on this boat. It's the middle of the afternoon. I'm grumpy. Like, I'm just grumpy. I'm like, "This is not a whale boat. This is a oversized raft." I was like, "This is the worst whale watching." Like, literally, I was really grumpy and just like, "This is and we were out there on the water and nothing was happening." And and I thought, this is going to be the worst whale watching trip ever. And then I hear in my head, Julie, you have angels. And everything shifted in that moment. And I started repeating in my mind, thank you angels for bringing the whales close to the boat. Thank you angels for bringing the boat close to the whales. And within minutes, we were surrounded by whales. Literally a group over on the left, a group over on the right, a group over to the right center. Then dolphins came and they were swimming along. I mean, it was a show. I was in bliss. Like, I can't even, again, it was kind of like an out-of- body experience. I couldn't even pull out my phone to take a picture because I was just in the middle of this very spiritual experience with these whales surrounding us and playing in the water. They were putting on a show and I grew up in Florida so I know SeaWorld, but they were putting on a show and then our guide said, "This has been spectacular, but we've got to get back like it's the end." and all the whales started to dissipate and this one came up and you've probably seen it before. They put their tail in the air and they just start slapping the water and it was like he was waving goodbye and then he left and it was just a spectacular moment. And the next day I received a very clear message again this voice in my head that said start teaching about angels. And I went home from that trip and started doing webinars about angels and connecting to our to the angels. And um that was the beginning of me sharing some of this that I hadn't previously shared.

And we all have angels. And what an easy thing for us to do as well is to thank our angels. It connects so much to what I hear about just having gratitude and then, you know, creating good things around us by just being grateful whether it's to angels or or to God or or or or just just in general having that attitude of of thankfulness. Yeah, gratitude has been huge. I mean, you think about that experience that I had on Mother's Day a year after the accident. It was gratitude that changed my thoughts. I think we can be we need to be a little cautious that we're not spiritually bypassing and just trying to get to gratitude and ignoring the pain that we're experiencing. So it can be and both, right? Acknowledging the pain that we're experiencing and acknowledging the things that we can be grateful for. But gratitude is huge. It's huge. And and this idea which had I had learned from a couple other places of sharing gratitude before something even happens, you know, waking up in the morning and saying, "Thank you, God." Or, "Thank you, angels, for the beautiful day ahead. Thank you for the beautiful experience that Heather and I are going to have today." Having a conversation, you know, it's it's being grateful even before. That's that's the that's creation. That's creation and that's partnering with our spirit team. Thank you for this reaching all the people it needs to reach that'll be helped by this message. I hope so. It's it's always my greatest joy to reach people and to um share these messages and to you know have an opportunity to share what I needed. You know, I'm just I'm I was there and now I'm here and I get to be that person on the path that reaches back and says it's okay to be in pain and it's also okay to recognize that you have this love and support on the other side. So often because of our conditioning, we think that like you know in my in my view growing up and a lot of it is just our childish views of things, but I just always thought angels were just standing around taking notes of everything we were doing wrong so that when we went back on the other side they could give us the tally. And that's not what it is at all. Now I see it like they see us as toddlers. If you think about watching a toddler who's learning to walk and it's just so fun. Like all the videos people put up of their kids learning to walk. It's just so fun because you're just watching them stumble and fall and sometimes they cry and we like lift them back up say it's okay. Keep trying. Come on. Two more steps. That's what they're doing. we are the toddler and they are the loving, excited, enthusiastic um person that's saying come on just two more steps.

Julie, thank you so much. I have loved talking with you. I know a lot of people really enjoyed hearing your messages and I have a feeling many people are going to want to connect with you too. So let us know how people can get in touch with you and then also about your podcast. Yeah. So I'm at juliecluff.com. So it's just my name juliecluff.com cluff. And um I like to show up on Instagram and um Instagram is kind of my place on social media, but I also show up on YouTube and I have a podcast called Light the Day and I do some similar interviews like you do, you know, talking to people about their spiritually transformative experiences and a lot of everyday people that often don't get interviewed because we need to we need to hear these experience to understand our own experiences. And so that's really really important. And I share angel messages on on YouTube um longer format on YouTube as as well as shorter and on Instagram. And I just love showing up there and sharing these messages.

If there's one message you hope people take away today from our conversation, what would that be? Believe that you are divinely guided. Believe the experiences that you are having. If it feels peaceful, if it feels grounded, if it feels uplifting, believe the experience and lean into it. Lean into it and let spirit guide you where it wants to guide you. Let go of any ideas that it's scary. If if it feels scary, then set that intention that you're only going to be connecting with the highest vibration and the highest good. That is in my field all the time. That's the only the only energies that I will connect with are the highest energies. So, set that intention and lean into that spirit communication. Let go of the idea that they're judging you. There is no judgment. It's all guidance and love and wanting to help you with what it is you want.

I love that advice. Thank you so much, Julie.
