Anyone can generate an article with AI, but with Pressmaster, I'm able to bring in my thoughts and my heart into each one of these articles. It's actually going to be my AI assistant and not just an AI that I'm going to throw things out there.
Okay, so let's get started. Let's jump into my dashboard and you're going to get started in this section to create your brand new article. Now, the first thing I'm going to do is grab something that is trending. And for that, I'm going to use the trend master system that they have. You can set your preference here. So it generates the trending topics that are based on your needs. So in this case, I've selected software, web services, and enterprise technology. And I'm going to get trending topics that are are going on right now. So in this case, let me go ahead and select this one right here. I'm going to grab it and I'm going to go into the new article.
So in this case, I'm going to bring in my details here, but I'm also able to bring in my files. I'm also able to bring in my pins that I've saved or pins that I've saved from my phone. I can also grab post, articles, and interviews. But in this case, I already gave you the idea. Let's go ahead and get started.
All right, so let's continue the setup for the article. And I have several options available here. For example, the content type. Right now, it's selected thought leadership, which I think is totally fine, but it can be a press release or a company news. I also have the option for the content focus, analyze industry trends, which I don't think that's the right fit. And I'm going to do general thought leadership content. But I have several options available there. The article length, the theme and tone, the brand voice. In this case, I've already created a brand voice. I'll show you how to do that in a bit. So you can have your own brand voice, narrative style, and the website citation search. Do I want to activate it or deactivate it? And then I have three important options here, which is the quick one, which I highly don't recommend. Quick one is just going to generate the article with AI really quickly, which I mean is totally fine if that's what you're looking for. But I mean, Pressmaster built something really beautiful here where I think it really shines with the adaptive and the conversational one. Let me do the adaptive one first and it's going to ask me questions is we're going to get through it together to generate the article and the conversation is kind of similar but in that case I talk to it. Okay, so let's go with the adaptive one first. So, let's approve and continue.
And it's going to start analyzing the strategy and it's going to find key questions that it needs to ask me in order for it to generate the actual article. So, we're going to do this together. It's going to be my assistant. So, let's get a few seconds to finish. All right. So, the strategy part is available now. So, we got our topic, our angle and direction for what we are talking about and the strate strategic pillars. So, in this case, if I am good to go, I can go ahead and continue approve and continue or I can talk to it. I'm going to go ahead and approve and continue. But I can modify the strategy if I don't think it's going in the right direction. And now it's going to ask me questions. So the interview is going to start. Okay. That is getting towards where it needs to be. All right, but it's not ready yet. And it's going to ask me another question. So remember this is an interview. So again, let me go ahead and respond to this too. All right, so here's my response. Let's go ahead and send this off. And the score should be improving. So now we're at 28. We still can't continue. My recommendation is you hit the score almost to 100. But if you're good to go, you can go ahead and create the article or continue the interview. I'm going to go ahead and continue the article, but you also have the option to again share it and save and exit in case you want to come to come to this back later on.
So, let's give it a few seconds for this article to be finished. Remember, it's now generating an article with my thoughts and the things it asks me. So, let's wait for the results. Here we go. We now have our article ready and we can go ahead and modify it straight from here. We're able to keep on chatting with AI in case we want to make modifications. And again, talking to AI via chat will also question me several things in order for it to make the modifications. Or I can just go ahead and highlight some of this and make some changes. So I can ask EI to make some changes or use the highlight to reformat some of these sections. I can go ahead and chat with selections. So just by selecting this piece, I'm able to make changes to that specific piece that I've just selected, not the whole article. Summarize content, improve writing, etc. Just all the power of AI available by highlighting this really easily right here. I can also ask for feedback. So, if I click on ask for feedback, I can send this over via email or I can copy this link, go to incognito mode, and send it off to someone. All right? So, let's just say that virtual assistant is making this or I'm sending this off to someone to approve. And I'm just going to test this out by adding a test email here. And now that I do this, it allows me to comment sections. So, if I go ahead and highlight something like this, I can go ahead and comment. For example, I can say, uh, I don't like it. All right? So, I don't like it. So what I need to do is when I receive this feedback, I would make changes to this and I can go ahead and chat to this. So I can go to reply and the other way around too. So I'll receive that notification over here in my comments where I'll find this option. So it says I don't like it and here's a section that I need to change. So there's feedback options available here. I can also change the article settings. So if the content type needs to be changed, I can do so from here. or if I just want to regenerate everything from the start with the same settings. I click on generate article. So there's several available options here to create your articles.
Now that's one of the ways that we can do this, but the other one is by talking to it. So let's go ahead and do this once more to show you. So let's go back to Trend Master. Let's find something interesting here. I'm just going to grab something random here. I am going to grab this. And that is just something that is trending right now. So let's go into article. Let's add the topic right here. Let's go and send this off. It's going to do its process. So, let's give it a few seconds to generate the setup and then jump into strategy. All right. So, here we go. So, it's a really great tool to generate the articles, but it doesn't stop there. There's the tools for the trend master. There's the pins. There's the social suite. You can generate posts. And we're going to go through those in a bit. The next thing I want to show you is where can you post all this information. If you go to settings, we're going to go into integrations and you can integrate to these social media accounts. So, you can send this off and the websites that you can connect to. So, you can you can connect to WordPress, Wigs, Ghost, Web Flow, Blogger, etc. And send the article straight to there. And I also recommend that you jump into brand guides. You create your brand voice right here and in my case I've already created one. You add a few details. It generates a more robust brand voice and you can modify that or keep it and have your own brand voice and you can add more right there.
Okay. So let me show you the next tool which is the social suite. You can create post from trending topics. So in this case I've already created one. Let me show you this one. And I like because it has really great hooks. I mean it captivates you because in social media you need to be really captive. All right. So you can see here I already posted this in LinkedIn and in Facebook. Now how can I generate this? Well super easy. Let me go ahead and grab a topic again. So I'm going to grab I'll grab this one. Let's grab this one. Let's go back into social suite. Let's go to a new post. Let's go ahead and do AI post. Add my details here. But I also have the option to grab from pins from posts from articles and interviews and generate it. So if I like the article that I created and I want to generate it from there, it is possible too. Or a pin that I grabbed from the Pressmaster app that I've saved while walking somewhere or just in a meeting etc. All right. So here we go. The initial setup process. So the nerve style in this case it's going to be uh he she and it's be brand voice of mine. The theme and style thoughtprovoking investigative breaking news etc. I'm going to use this one right here and the post length. In this case, I'm going to keep it short. And then hook and angle simulation. I love this feature. Always keep it on and continue. Why? Because it's going to give you ideas that are really captivating for you to use when generating these posts. So, let's get a few seconds for this to be generated. Okay, here we go. We are now getting the first hooks right here. And we're going to get a score that is telling us that which one would be the best one to captivate someone. So in this case, Apple is recognizing entire teams for their AI push. You can go ahead and select it, see what it says in the hook, the angle insight and the value proposition. You can modify this if you kind of want to tweak it or change it to another one, something that you think would be better. In this case, I'm going to use this one, which is the 90% score. I'm going to approve it, and it's going to generate my post based on this. Okay, so let's give this this a few seconds. And here we go. We now have the results for our post. We can go ahead and add an image and send this off to publish. We can schedule, save as draft, modify this, highlight it, and use AI to make modifications. And you get a bunch of tools that you can start using right away to make your post. If you need to make some changes, you got your post settings where you can change the narrative style, the brand, boys, theme and style, and the post length. You also have the chat with AI and comments for feedback in case you want to share this and get feedback for this post. So, several options available. In this case, I'm just going to save this as draft and that will be added to my social suite right here as a draft. So, this one is marked as published because I sent it off and these ones are draft. But it's just super easy to generate post right here.
Now, you also have an option to have a website here. So, if you don't have a website and you want to post your uh articles and all that, you can go ahead and do so by creating a newsroom. So, in this case, I've already created here. You have an option to create your website here in Pressmaster by adding sections. You can add menus, covers, text, etc. to have your website in case you don't have one, which could be an option again if you don't have a website. You have your details here for the performance that you're going to get on that newsroom that you're going to create.
