Well, I think the best way to ask me on a date is just say, "Hey, Betsy, I would like to go on a date with you."
We go to a restaurant I have never been before. Probably something exotic like Cuban food or something. I've never had uh plantainos.
My worst qualities are that I'm too cute. I think what I'm looking for in a man is somebody quiet but strong. Somebody who don't like to fish, maybe not so close to his mama.
When I was growing up and I was upset about a boy, my mommy used to say, "Betsy, I don't know why you're crying over this boy. You know, there was only one perfect man." Well, thanks a lot, Mom. That doesn't help at all. But it kind of makes sense now.
Probably somebody who likes going to Red Lobster or Sizzler once in a while. You know what I mean? Somebody who likes the finer things in life. A date that you don't even know what time it is. And maybe you're a little tipsy. Give him a little kiss on the cheek or something.
