How To Hire Extremely Skilled Employees

The biggest problem with hiring in the modern world, people are so detached from reality. People did not grow up on farms. They grew up, modern society is in a death grip, honestly, because people didn't grow up on a farm.

On a farm, if they say, "Hey, go feed the cows." And you are not a perfectionist, you'll do one time when you're like six years old, you'll go open the gate, walk in the field, leave some hay, walk out. If one time you leave the gate open and 500 cows get out on the road, oh, you that'll be the last mistake like that in your entire life. At age six, you will learn the lesson that locks you in to high income for life.

But because everybody has complete parents have chores for kids that are just artificial [ __ ]. If you read two books, you get a dollar. Like just [ __ ] stuff like that which you shouldn't even incentivize your kids. You shouldn't pay your kids for things that are in their best interest. That's reverse engineering their brain backwards. You know, it's like so we have artificial environments with zero kind of repercussions. If you don't read your book, your life doesn't unravel.

So when I hire people, I mean, I was thinking about this the other day. There's only one problem in the world why people are poor. People suck at skills. I mean, really suck at skills. I mean, it's at a point now where I could hire 1,000 people and think they all, every one of them have no real skills to make money in the modern world. None. And by the way, out of a thousand, it's not just none. None are even close. How about that? None are even close.

So I'm not you cannot come here and you're you know I I don't care that it's one out of a thousand. I will find the one out of 10,000 to come work here. We have some of them already. So it's in general it's a low likelihood you will fit in here working with me. It's we have too low of turnover for sure which we're fixing. We've been laying a lot more people off. It it's not worth it in life. We don't share the same values. I specifically share the value of high conscientious people. You could say I'm stupid, but it's like somebody who's a Christian. You that's just their religion. It's too hard to try to change people's religion, man. If somebody's a Muslim, you ain't going to change them. Somebody's Buddhist, they grew up that way. I grew up from age 19 with Joel Salatin with a high conscientious set of values before my brain was fully formed.

Your brain's about done by 24, 25 with a lot of the big changes it'll have. You still have some neuroplasticity, but 24, 25, you know, the brain kind of seals over. You're not going to learn how to speak Chinese with a fluent accent probably forever after age 24, for example. You'll always have My grandma moved to America in her 20s and had a German accent for the next 80 years. Okay, the brain seals over. I in my formative brain years. I used to Joel Alton's like you were He's had 400 apprentices I think since me. I was his first one. He said none was like you. None. He has a harder entrance exam than Harvard. He selects less people to come work on his sustainable agricultural farm than Harvard does. And he's like, "Ty, something's wrong in the world."

Now, I will tell you, there's a groups of people I find that have crazy high conscientiousness. The Amish, for example. I'll never forget. I've had people running my different farms who grew up not on a farm. It's worthless to hire them. They're basically ningham poops. Okay? Now, I had a farm in the middle of an Amish community run by a big Amish guy. Big 6 foot 4, stronger. I would put him in the world strongman contest without a doubt. I'm sure he can deadlift 8 900 lb. He's a monster of a guy. He's like 6'4, 280 lb, big belly, four arms the size of a [ __ ] tree. It's crazy.

Anyway, he had to leave one time. I didn't even know this. I was gone for a couple months and I found out he's like, "Yeah, I left the farm with uh my cousin who was visiting my nephew. Sorry, my nephew. He's 13 or 14 maybe. The Amish drop out of school at 14. And legally in America, in most states, 14-year-olds can work full-time on farms. There's exemptions in every state." And so I was on the farm and I was like, "Where's David?" And here's this one kid. Now, here's the thing about this kid. He was dyslexic. So, he actually dropped out of school at 8th grade. And he was illiterate. Illiterate. Okay? He was a little bit mentally uh or at least learning challenge, right? And a real quiet kid and he's 14. He ran that farm to perfection. To perfection. A very complicated farm. You know, hundreds of acres. And the Amish will be like, "Ah, any 14-year-old has the full set of skills that you they need to survive in the world that they live in."

Well, I'm telling you, it's not just a lot of you should be fired or some of you should be fired and then you should go acquire those skills and then come back and work for me. I've rehired people that I've fired before. There's people right now working in this company that I fired in I forget what year, 2018 or 2019. They got better and came back and I hired them with open arms. But remember, your job is not built for your training. You do get trained on the job, but the purpose of a job, you're getting paid. So, you have to if you sign up for a job.

What would happen if more people were honest in this world? Here's what would happen. More humans um would go to their employer and be like, you know what? I'm not actually that good and you're paying me and I'm kind of filling up your company and it appears that I do the work, but I I was I'm honest with myself. I don't think I'm that good. So, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to go back into training for 6 months. Will you hold my spot? I I c I can't take your money. It feels like I'm doing something unethical. You know, if I apply at a hospital for heart surgery and I somehow trick them into hiring me and I'm getting paid, I should say, I can't take this money. I'm not I have no idea what I'm doing. I have no idea what I'm doing.

So, some of you should have It's funny. My entire 20 year career, not one person's ever said that. Maybe once. That That tells you a state of affairs. Most people can't afford to say six months. Yes, they can. I I do not agree with that. I understand why people think nobody starves to death anymore in modern world. It's not true. I had this talk with my brother one time who's freaking out about money. I said, "You're 30, big and strong. Worst case, you end up homeless on the streets of Santa Monica, which by the way, I'm here in Europe. Being homeless on the streets of Santa Monica today is better than being here in Europe in the winter." I said, "What are you talking about?" I said no you do what you got to do you'll be fine so I don't agree the last.

Now I was in India and I was at my hotel and there was some beggars outside my hotel. I was there for two months in Hyderabad. And I remember coming out in the morning and the homeless guy who was always there was dead. And I'm like what happened? They're like oh he starved to death in India. Oh you can starve to death. Not in America, not in Europe, not nowhere. Not even Latin America really. People end up begging and making 50 grand a year. So don't say, "I'm going to take a job. I have no skills." Unless you disclose it and go, "Yo, I got no skills, bro. I have the appearance of skills, but I don't double check my work. I'm not conscientious. I'm not perfect. I'm going to launch your mansion party quiz funnel. I'm just going to launch it. And then when you post it to your story, so hundreds of thousands of people or millions see it. Yeah. You can just you just alert me afterwards that it doesn't put the leads into the database. Like no, that's on you, Ty. No, it's [ __ ] not. It's not. I will find out what happened here. Somebody will either quit or take a seven write me a seven-page report just like Jeff Bezos requires. I want now it could be a little bug that's just not showing in the database. Doesn't matter. You should have checked it.

One of my business partners said, "Sai, always follow the money to the end." And we were talking about a company we owned where the report on Shopify or Stripe was showing, oh, you're making a million dollars a month. Well, the president of that company that worked for us ne he just went, "Oh, Shopify says there was a million in sales this month, he never checked in the bank account. That's the end." And none of that million made it to Bank of America. He had not connected the [ __ ] deposits for months.

See, your your job when you're building a house, you frame the house. That that's 25% of a house. Amish can frame a house in one to two days. There was an Amish there was a lady who lived near the Amish when I was there and they built log homes. And she came to Samchuk, the guy I live with, and said, "Hi, I hired a non-Amish crew to build my log house. It's been 6 months. They're not done. I think they're cheating me. I fired them and I'd like to hire you." And I was on the work crew. And Sam goes, "Well, well, they're humble." He'll go, "Well, I'll try my best. Let's see if I can help you." Next week, wake up at 4 in the morning, do the chores, eat breakfast at 4:45, jump in a car. She would come pick us up cuz the Amish don't have a car. We went to the work site. Amish start at 5:15 in the morning. And they do not quit until lunch and they eat lunch for 15 minutes and then they work again for five. I did that in two days. We finished the house. the framing of the house that the guy hadn't completed in six months because to Amish it's like everything we touch turns to gold the the requisite skill for earth.

Now if you want to be live the good life everything you touch turns to gold she was blown away. Now to be clear, the whole house wasn't done in two days but it was completely framed up. Now you have the electricians come in which the Amish don't do of course they then the plumbers come then you Oh, blah blah blah. And then even then it's not done cuz you have a walk through and you walk through that [ __ ] house and you slam the doors open and shut and you push on the toilet and make sure water go and you turn on every faucet and you try to find something wrong and then a month later you finish solving all those problems and then you ask people to pay you for the house. That is not what was done here. There's zero chance that was what done with this quiz funnel.

Now, what's the repercussions of that? You come work. I don't care if it's your day off. That's not fair. If it's a minor thing, yeah, but as Joel Sin used to say, if you don't have it in your head, you get to have it in your heel, brother. I heard that first at 19. He told me, "Bring this fencing equipment. We're going to go move the cows." He liked to walk, so we didn't even take a four-wheeler or horses. We walked two miles. When we got there, he goes, "Do you have these six parts of the fence that I told you to?" It was pieces of bor twine, insulators, electric handles, a new reel of electric fence to subdivide the field for the cows. And I was like, "Oh, I only have five of the six." And he goes, "Guess what? I'll take a nap here. Walk back. Bring it to me." I got to walk two miles back and two miles back to Joel. Four miles. That was the last time ever in the next 18 months I forgot anything because you know what I did? I don't want to have it in my heel. I don't want to have to walk out the repercussions. So what I did was took a little notepad in my back pocket. If he said tire six things we need to go move the fence two miles away. I sat there and wrote it down. Then I asked him, "Hey, I want to make sure I wrote this down right." You said this, this, this, this, this, this. Correct. Then when we went out to walk, I checked my pockets. Okay. Six things. One, two, three, four, five, six. Okay, I'm sure as hell not g because Joel's not the kind of guy that's going to fix it for you. Neither am I.

I posted an hour ago to my story. You know, people say that employers are unfair. That was the essential capitalist communist Carl Marx that the employers exploit the employees. That's Bernie Sanders 101. That's AOC 101. Now, there are instances of that, but don't you think that there's more employers exploiting employees? It's at best equal. It's at best equal. There's no history of this world that the employers just [ __ ] all their employees more than employee [ __ ] employers. It's a two-way street.

You know what sucks about the world? You have to just fire people. The the stupid laws big brother, big government tries to protect people by saying, "Oh, no, you can't do that. You have to just fire them or just say, "Oh, it's okay." Well, when you just fire people, it doesn't teach the lesson. If one time I I had this with one of the sales guys, he wouldn't record his notes correctly. I said, "Every time you record your don't record your notes from now on, you don't get I changed the commission structure to having a bonus. you just lose the bonus. Oh, he closed the deal and lost $3,000 in one hour. Guess who's the guy who never did that again?

So, like, ah, next time you ask me for a raise, I'll be like, wait a sec. I'm under no obligation to give people a raise. No law says you have to give people a raise. Minimum wage, that's it. I'll just be like, nah, nah, no, no, no, no. Now, if you do something that makes me 40 grand that I didn't know about, I'll call it even. Fair is fair. Fair is fair. I I What do you want me to do? Go on my account and tell people, "Oh, the link doesn't work. Can everybody repost it?" No, it's nonsense. Two minutes of [ __ ] paying attention would have found this bug. I should never find your bugs. If you make me a defect tester, you know nothing. You don't make the teacher of the jiu-jitsu dojo be like, "Ah, can you sweep the floor?" No, they're there to do something they can only do, which is impart skills to you, which I can give you all, and you're not even paying for it.

But I I don't want to invest in one [ __ ] who doesn't have basic life skills. If you don't know how to use Chad JBT, if you can't make a Google sheet, well, if you can't double check your work, never. Never. That is my answer. Never. Not in this lifetime. Uh it's too Why would like Sigman Ford said, why would you devote energy to people who don't love you back by their behavior? Isn't it unfair to the people who are loyal to you? So, do you see it would be a mistake? It would actually be unfair to the people in this company who are high conscientious for me to train you because why wouldn't I use that hour to train somebody who's already loyal and winning? What obligation am I to take that hour and give it to someone who doesn't show it? I'm under none. And no wise man would do that.

Freud said, "Why should you love your enemies? By loving your enemies, you are what? Taking away time and energy from your true loved ones." Now, I'm not saying, you know, that Bible verse is wrong. I'm saying it's probably misinterpreted. Doesn't mean love your enemies. Look what happened on American government. We gave out 180 million to foreign wars. Maybe that was the right thing to do. But had we only given half of that, the victims of the Hawaii fire, the North Carolina hurricane, the Florida hurricane, the Los Angeles fires would have each received $110,000. Today, the politicians for America should love the Americans because the Americans are the taxpayers. Instead, they gave him $700. That's what happens when you give your love and time and attention to the wrong people. So, the positive message from this is I want to give my love to the people who deserve it. To the people who deserve it. And those are the people who are actually signaling by having the TL core values. And top three is conscientiousness.

You should have long conversations with Chad GBT. Here, let me explain my general person and I know what happens. I get it. Parents don't know anything about conscientious. So, you are under the curse of multiple generations of poverty behavior. I get it for I understand it. I I had it too. No, the the odds of your parents having taught you this or your school teachers were also poverty. It's an unfortunate thing. Almost all everybody who ever taught you knew nothing about true productivity, especially financial in life. Let's let's have real talk. Which of my school teachers did? None. Zero. I didn't meet somebody who knew about business till I was an adult. Never once. And so I was under the tyranny of that curse. But the one thing I did, I didn't do everything right, but the one thing I did right was I learned it fast. So when Joel Zallatin said to me, "De, you double check your work or you're going to be walking 10 miles a day, um, he only had to tell me one time."

So I'm looking for here, we're looking for a six sigma defect rate. That means if I give Phil Valley a project like this, every 1 million projects I give him, he defects, there's a defect on three. That's three one per 330,000 tasks. Now, you might think that's impossible because you don't know the math. That's the current defect rate on airline engines. Even with all the news about airlines planes not working, they're still at six sigma per million times aircraft engines go each week. Three fail. That's why there's essentially if you look, forget the news, the news is going to tell you about the Delta flight that flipped over it that you do the math on how many people fly per day. The defect rate on airplanes is stupendous.

How many here's ever been in a car and the brakes didn't work when you were going down here? Raise your hand. You just free flowed all the way down. Nope. Cuz car companies have checks in place and they doubt themselves. Doubt yourself when you work for me. For at least 10 years, I have not seen anybody be able to come up to my level conscientious in less than 10 years. Never. Never. It won't happen. No. So, you should be like, "Well, I posted the party quiz funnel. Here's a screenshot showing that it my test is there." Okay. Anybody ever launch a funnel without testing it, you will have to be automatically fired. Just remember that. It's a we are one month away from AIC CEO. That will be a classic thing. You you will not be able to do like 10% defect rate. You're at 10% defect rate. Ch will I mean AICO will go crazy. It'll say this person makes one mistake per 10,000 per 10. It'll be like wait a second, one mistake per 10. Ty said, Ty robotically told me one mistake per 333,000.

By the way, it doesn't actually mean mistake when you build a house. I'm not saying out of 333 houses, one has any flaw. No, it means you don't consider it done till you tested the project. So, I expect when you build a funnel like this that you make all kinds of mistakes. That is not what that's not what conscientiousness is. Conscientiousness means you have the awareness that you are a human and that you are flying an airplane with 150 people's lives on it and therefore you have an obligation to triple check your work and doubt yourself and not just go this is good enough. There's no good enough. Good enough is one mistake per 333,000. That is good enough.

So some of you who are there conscientiousness is somewhat genetic, somewhat environmental. Some of you are pure sloppiness. You should test 10 times. Some of you are in the middle. You should test about six times. And some of you are very you consider yourself a perfectionist. The minimum is always three. So I would try to break this funnel three different ways. Three. I would be like, let me make a let me make a join. Pretend I'm somebody joining the quiz. Then I call your mom. Mom, need you to do me a favor. Can you quick join this real quick? I want to see it from a different IP address. I don't want it all from the IP same IP address. And then tell another person in the cup. Post it in the all hands. Can everybody here go quickly do the quiz and uh make tell me if you got the autoresponder. Did everybody get the autoresponder, the welcome message? Did everybody get an SMS? You have the whole company to help you. It's not hard. You're talking 10 seconds of work. 10.

Remember, airplane pilots don't prepare for 2 hours for your They get on the flight 20 minutes before you, but they have a checklist and there's usually two to three pilots and they each independently check it three times. You go on an international flight, usually there's three pilots. Big airplanes have three pilots. They got an engineer, co-pilot, and a real pilot. That's a triple check. and they don't get on there the day before. It's not an unreasonable I could understand where I'm like, "Hey, before you launch a funnel, you need to do eight hours of defect checking." I'm not talking about eight hours. I'm talking about three defect checks of which if you posted in the all hand Slack or WhatsApp and said, "Hey, I need to check this before I launch. Can everybody do it?" You would get three people in a matter of five minutes. Post post your proof that you, you know, got an email auto response.

So, I want and and as I said on another call, give me 300 people who are black belts and I could take over the world and any company in the world and me. I could take a [ __ ] Tesla. You think I'm joking? Well, one of my my first MMA trainer, jiu-jitsu trainer was a guy named Brad Hoffman. He was in UFC 1. Okay, UFC 1 used to fight seven fights in one night to get to the end. There was it was all craziness. No weight classes, no gloves. And he and uh he was a Navy Seal and he used to tell us I want to tell you something. Never can you fight off five men like movies. It's like, so if if there's ever five dudes that attacked you, don't be thinking you saw Bruce Lee, Steven Seagull, Chuck Norris thing where he whacked all five and they all he's like, he said he as somebody who was a big dude and a Navy Seal. He said I maximum can fight ever final to fight out two guys. Two.

So what does that mean for this? That means that there's strength in numbers here. you. It's not all reliant on you to test. You can't fight off 10 people, but you can get 10 people on your side. You know what the inverse of what Brad Hoffman said? That means you can win any fight if you have 10 friends. The smallest man that's here, the smallest man. You can go up to big Rome with 10 of your smallest friends and beat Rome. Rome cannot fight off 10 men. So you see how they it it inverts. So that's why I said it it's you give me 300 black belts, nothing could with there's not one company in the world that has 300 black belts at the level that I consider and my mentors taught me business skill. There's 300 different companies that have one or two founders. Maybe the founder is a cursor versus a new AI app. It's worth they're doing 100 million of revenue in the first 11 months on autopilot arr. It's worth 2.2 billion. Four dudes 21 started it 11 months ago. Now they're worth 500 million each. It's the fastest growing tech company essentially ever. My guess is those are four black belts. They're high conscientiouses. They're MIT engineers. They don't miss four. And you can make a bill $2 billion in a nine months. Four. You give me 300 black belts who have the core skills and the core values. Nobody has that. Elon doesn't have Donald Trump doesn't have 300. You think he has 300 black belts in the White House? No. There's not enough of them in the world. There's not enough that you could ban. There's not any extras. So that's why I train them.

So for those of you ready to go, you all you have to remember is belt and suspenders plus a rope. So like Joel would be like, I wear a belt so that if I'm working with heavy equipment and my pants fall down a little bit, they don't catch in the tractor PTO and rip you to shreds, which happens a lot on farms. So he goes, "I wear a belt to keep my pants up, but sometimes my belt's broken." So I have suspenders over the belt, but I'm saying to make money, you add a rope belt on top of that to cinch up your pants. You put a triple. And that's all you got to remember for this. Everything important, you check and try to break it three times and then you fix the defects before anyone else sees it.

Every one of you. Video editors, it's sharfiring. I think we already have people who misspell the subtitles. Everybody get one warning. Don't misspell the subtitles. Now, if it's a minor matter that even chat GBT would have missed, like there tir and there. But if you put in there, if I said, hey, president of the United States is, you know, Trump, and you put the president of United States is dump or something, that person has to be fired. to not edit videos for us. So, nobody can be here if it doesn't remind me of gold. Oh, Bob was in charge of the quiz funnel. No wonder it looks a little better than I expected.

I always say a simple framework is everything in life, every person you meet, every date you go on, every friend you have, every business you start, every product you launch, there's only three outcomes. As expected, what you thought would happen a little bit worse or a little bit better? That's it. And this the hallmark of a high conscientiousness person that is a perfectionist when it's appropriate. Remember, I'm not saying a some of you work on your hair too much. That is irrelevant to me. I don't care what you don't know. I'm saying being a perfectionist on important [ __ ] that might lose us $40,000 in one hour. Okay. I'm a blah 40,000 1 hour. Obviously be a perfectionist there.

I want you to be better than expected. Oh, I found out Pepe did the party funnel. No wonder it was a little better. Like the color scheme was a little bit better when I clicked it. The transition between pages. It had a nice loading image. That was a nice little touch there. The grammar, this copywriting was [ __ ] good. This student dude must have checked and triple checked and had Claude help him. And this is, you know, that was better. And and when I submitted for the party invite, I got an email autoresponder. The subject line, that's a damn good subject line. He must be studying the game of email open rates. And then I read the body and I'm like, "Oh, this is a damn convincing thing." Like, I want to buy a ticket to my own party. That's the 300. Everything they touch you're like it's not as expected it's not below it's shockingly this is way better and then that person always can command any price that's what employees forget they think they're underpaid but if you're too good to live without then within reason you could be like listen I figure I can make 2 million on my own Tai I'm loyal to you but I can't work for 50 grand cuz I can make 2 million on my own easy. Well, then I'm going to pay you more than 50 grand. You can let the free markets work. You don't even need minimum wage. If all the people going into McDonald's only getting paid eight bucks, some states only have like $8. If those people were like, "We all meet every Saturday and practice our skill. We know how to do internet marketing. We know how to build online businesses. McDonald's, you're going to have zero employees because every I'm training every, you know, let's say you're 15 years old going to work McDonald's. If if all your friends, you're having masterminds on the weekend, you're building stuff. Now with Cursor, you can build apps. A guy built an Angry Birds competitor in 2 hours now. It's all over Twitter. It's at 67,000 a month of autorebuild revenue so far and it's like two weeks old. So then McDonald's, you don't need the government. Big government's [ __ ] It manipulates markets and ends up hurting the poor, by the way. So, $8 an hour. McDonald's has to start offering 40 bucks an hour because there's nobody to work at $8 because everybody knows how to make more than $8 an hour.

The path to wealth is being so good you can't be replaced. That is the package to being so good that if I didn't have you, I would lose a million bucks a year or 2 million and no one else on the earth would do it except you. Therefore, of course, I would pay you 300 or 500,000. Why not? It's not just can you do it, it's only you could do it like that. That Tai has no conceivable way of finding anybody on par with me or better on a consistent level as me. So, it's like, bro, you know, you that's what we need and that's critical.

By the way, I wanted to just add to this video on how to hire. Just a couple things cuz that was a a Zoom to my team. So, we're recording here a little addendum, a little addition. So, here's essentially how you hire. Number one, you have to use psychometric quizzes. I I've had 17,000 people apply to work for me. How do I get the needle in the hay stack? I didn't talk to any of the 17,000. I didn't do an interview first. I didn't do a Zoom. I didn't have them talk with my head of HR. I use psychometric chase that I developed. I use some IQ test for cognitive. Um I built this off the hiring structure that Google does to go through three million applications. Loblob kind of pioneered something. I've taken it to the nth level. So I use complex quizzes that take people an hour. I can tell their worldview. I can tell their genetics in terms of what they're naturally strong at, whether it's structure, high dopamine, high oxytocin, high serotonin, etc. High cortisol. Um, so that's number one. Understand psychometric test. I'm going to put a link below. Um, you can book a call with my head of hiring. Um, sometimes I'll jump on the calls or just text me. This is this phone I'm recording on is an actual iPhone. So, I'm going to pop the number. Just text or WhatsApp me. Just say hiring video. when you text me, say hiring videos. So, and what platform you saw this on, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, whatever, and then give me a sentence about your business and how much money you're making and how many you need to hire, and I'll reply. I I check it 20 minutes a day, okay? And I'll send you I can send you some more advanced stuff on the software I use and stuff to hire. So, that's that's number one.

Um, the number two thing to hire better is that once you have them go through the personality quizzes, the hiring quizzes that are all automated. Um, by the way, I have a company on that. I can text you the info. I have a company. I don't even charge as much as I should for it. But I if you get if you really want to hire like the like billionaires, I I've got the software. I developed it. I've used it. Over 800,000 people have taken my personality quizzes. You may have seen them but I have advanced ones for hiring. So number two thing you have to do once you psychometric test you have to go to what is called a demonstration phase. So I hire people even before I hire them as employees. Ideally I hire them as 1099 contractors. I tell them like let's say I need a COO for a company chief operating officer. That's one of your most important hires. I'll say to him, "Hey, looking bro, I need to see how well you passed my psychometric test, my cognitive quizzes, my IQ quizzes. You seem good, but I I got to see a demonstration of how good you are. So, I'm going to hire you part-time for 67 days. I'm hiring three people like you each part-time. May the best man win." So, I make it a competitive. They have to demonstrate because a lot of people look good on paper, but you put them on. It's like it's like it's like bodyguards or security. I've had some big dudes. You don't have to need you don't need a resume. You just say there's a bench press. One of my guys can bench 550. It's a big dude. He has 22 inch biceps. So, he could demonstrate why he's a good candidate. So, don't hire people on it. I see people hire, oh, they look good. And forget interviews. I do one interview just to make sure they're not wacky. But you don't want to hire people just cuz they're good at interviewing. So, I get them demonstrating. Inevitably, out of three people, two or three of them will drop off. They're not good enough. So that's the second the work demonstration phase 67 days and I have a whole system on you know it doesn't mean that it's last all 67 days but and don't cut too quick sometimes but I want them to come out strong in the first week by the way and I and always hire three at a time so you have a comparative because the human brain will get commitment consistency bias if you don't use a comparative hiring mode that's why at minimum I'm hiring three per roll I'm hiring sales people right now I'm hiring 40 people in a eat and I can just let the chips fall where they may.

Um, the third thing for you to improve your hiring in addition to the online quizzes, IQ quizzes, worldview quizzes, genetic predispos uh, predispositions. Then you go to the work demonstration phase. Then number three, how you structure the pay contract. Warren Buffett, he buys companies and the main thing he does actively, he doesn't actively manage them. He goes in and changes. He gets on the compensation committee. He runs it. So you can incentivize. Start with your leaders. Build a performance model that they don't make much. They make 80 to 100K, but then you give them a profit sh I don't like it profit share, but you give them a bonus structure directly around what they're doing. Don't go on fixed salaries where they're getting 90% of their pay from fixed. I in my ideal world, I'm like, look, you can make triple the money if you're damn good. Pay them correctly or you will be not everything I said will be for nothing if you don't pay correctly. Okay, it's just a little five-minute addendum.
