We're done, and it's raining today. Seoul has the most random weather ever. You know, every day we check the temperature. I mean, sometimes it's 7°, sometimes it's 23° the very next day. It's really weird. Today it's raining. Yesterday it was like so hot, you needed an umbrella yesterday to hide your face from the sun so that you don't.
I'm now looking for that ramen which I had. I remember in my convenience store vlog, it was so good. I couldn't find it ever again. And my sister tells me, you get it here. There it is. Hello, it's evening now. We are here for dinner. We are having Chinese today. It's called the Chinese hot pot. It's still raining in Seoul. It's not too heavy, but you need an umbrella, and it's cold today. So we thought it'll be nice to have a warm, spicy hot pot. So we have to get everything that we need, right? So the concept is that you take whatever you want, you customize your dish, and then you cook it there at the hot pot on your table, which is like the coolest thing ever. I love it.
These are all the noodles here. Glass noodles, uh, flat noodles, regular noodles, rice noodles. And then these are all the different kinds of salad leaves. These are your bean sprouts. This is uh, enoki mushroom. This is, I forgot the name. This is oyster mushroom. This is a Korean big size mushroom is what I know. Then all of this is again those udon and the uh, thick noodles that they have here. This is squid. That squid? Yes, this is squid. This is all different kinds of tofu. This is tofu. This is fried tofu. This is flat sheets of tofu. These are tofu uh cubes, fried again. And then you have vegetables here. These are shiitake mushrooms. Then you have your meat section here. This is Korean ham, Korean sausages, crabsticks. Again, this is tteokbokki. This is sausages again, meatballs. Gener- it's fish and shrimp. I'll take the fried mushroom. My sister tells me it's super tasty. So these are very cute, tiny sausages. Shiitake mushrooms. I love. What are these? These are lotus root. Glass noodles. This looks like wire. Plastic wire. Mushrooms. What kind of mushroom is this? Very. It looks like a scrunchie that I can put in my head. Loofah? Yeah. How does it look? Pretty.
We're all set, and I'm waiting for my sister to guide us all. So ideally, I should start putting my noodles first, right? Yeah. But I'll just, to get the mushroom out of the way, I'll put it first. I love the concept of cooking live and then eating immediately. Isn't this too long? I'm going to cut it. I've been eating a lot since I got here. Nice. Here, what to do? Loofah mushroom. This is the most non-mushroom-like mushroom that I've ever eaten. It's done now. We're done eating. Ate a lot. Had a lot of fun. Yummy food.
