I already told you I am not going to do that. Oh, so you see how without the emotion you sounded even more controlled. Saying with control is slowing your words down. People that slow their words down shows a lot more effectiveness and you communicate. Somebody who goes, "I already told you I'm not going to do that," I have maybe 5% control. But if I slow it down, same thing. And I say, "I already told you I'm not going to do that." Now I sound like I have 100% control. This is the person you go, "Oh, okay. They're not moving off their spot. I can't press their buttons and control their emotions that way."
