Femme Fatale 2025 - Celebration Call

[Music] [Music] she emerged from within [Music] me like a goddess from [Music] water. She filled her lungs with new air with a sigh that meant [Music] everything: relief, rebirth, release. She took in the world around her with an understanding of its fragility and strength. She let the waters of her past run down her face. She took on a new name. She took on a new way. She became whole. She lives in me. She saved me. She is me.

[Music] [Music] Hello, beautiful goddess. I am so happy to see you. This is our last call of the segment with us. Um, and then we're going to meet again in the summer for a whole week, which I'm very excited about. But you are going to have more work with Nicole. She's going to be talking a little bit about that, and she's got a piece for us today, which is going to be so powerful. I just want to thank you so much for the beautiful comments that you've left on all of our calls, our live streams, the messages that you've sent privately, the the posts. Like, I'm, I'm really touched by the way you've allowed this program to touch you. I, I think this is really the power of this work is like, you have to decide to let it in. Doesn't matter how beautiful it is, it's your job to let it touch you. And I really feel like that has happened in the most magnificent way during the course of this program, and I'm blown away by it, so touched by it.

And the thing with the journey of the goddess is that she's not always always going to be at the forefront. She's sometimes going to take a backseat while you go do some badass things and some boss things. But to be able to come back to her and have moments where it's like, let's just be all about you and let's go a little bit deeper, to just kind of go in and out with the goddess, almost like a DNA strand. Like she's constantly the one you come back to, then you go out in your life and you do big extraordinary things, then you come back to the the basics of just being alive and being a woman, and that being enough, more than enough. Um, I think this is the most incredible thing about this work. I love, I'm seeing Lindsay and Katie in the same frame. It's awesome. I'm like, wait, is there two of them? No, one, one of each. Okay.

So I am so excited about today's session for multiple reasons. One of the, the big parts of this program that we're going to be doing more in the summer is more lineage work. And why, to me, this is so important is because I, I have this vision where we're not just like young, and then old, and then dead. We are ancestors in the making. It's been a really long time since anyone anywhere near me in life has talked about their ancestors like that. That is just not a way that people talk anymore. It's like, you know, I love, I'll love my grandmother with all of my heart, and I'll love her for all that she is. But like, the, the real honoring of our elders, like ancestors, like it's been a long time since I've heard anybody talk like that. And I think that the beauty of having ancestors is that there's a respect for the people who came first. And we're in a, a trend right now where everyone just wants to do better than what they got. There's a lot of judgment about the lineage and who came first. There's a lot of like, well, they screwed up, and they screwed up, and they screwed up worse, and I'm going to fix it, you know? And so I would really love if we could be a part of the future being lineage work. Like people will say, my great-grandmother did this work, and then my grandmother did this work, and now I am who I am because of the women that came before me. The only way that we can really, really do that is if we start honoring those women now for everything they went through that got us to where we are here. And I know that some of you have really difficult stories and really difficult things to overcome with your lineage. But I don't see how it's possible for us to build something without healing what was done in the past. There has to be some sort of forgiveness, and there has to be some sort of extraction from the past that actually leaves us with something to start with. Because it can't just be, it starts with me, everyone else messed it up, and I, it starts with me. I, I get the respect first. It doesn't work that way. As we go backwards, and as we start to pull more love, more respect, more wisdom, more sourcing of our ancestors, the more we actually start to tap into this pathway to becoming that for the world.

So we're actually going to kick off today's session with Nicole leading us through something, and then she's going to lead, and I'm going to come in and complete the call. So, um, I, I do want to say, there's going to be another call with Nicole, another integration session, and then she wants to offer you a Q&A, so that you can ask questions about some of the work that she's done with you in the program, which I think is going to be super valuable. And then we'll be kind of letting you know what's coming in the next few months. There'll be at least one call a month, every month. Right now, we're thinking like the first of every month, so it'll be early in the month, every month, until we have our round in August. That's when it's going to be because Nicole's getting married in the summer, and it's going to be the perfect timing to surround her with love and be like the bridesmaids of all best bridesmaids of all times, like giving her all the love and making sure this is the most extraordinary moment of her life, and sending her love and thoughts and prayers and all the things throughout this whole journey. So it'll be a six-month lead-up to Nicole's wedding, and then we'll have, we'll have our weekend. It's going to be perfect. So I'm going to give Nicole the main screen, and then we'll go from there. Nicole, come on up.

Hello, sisters. So good to be with you today. I love it when Melanie makes me cry right before I have to come on and lead something. So thank you for making this continuation all about my, uh, pre-wedding energy. So beautiful. It's going to be. Yeah, what a, what a support, what a beautiful sisterhood to have around me. I'm going to imagine you all there as bridesmaids in my palette, my color palette, each of you perfectly in the color you need to be in. All right, beautiful.

So we're going to drop into a little visualization that I think is going to be really supportive, uh, based on where we are in our journey with this work. And it really is true, uh, what Melanie just shared about our ancestors. It's really a pie. For me, it was a, it was a missing piece. And I realized that I had spent most of my life, uh, trying to not be like my family, not be like my mother, be the one that did it differently. And it was really isolating for me. And it wasn't until I turned back towards my family. I literally had been traveling all over the world, you know, ceremonies here, four corners of the universe. And when I started connecting with my grandmothers, the well grandmothers, they said, "No, you have to go home. If you really want to heal, you have to go home." So I went back to Indiana and I bought a house five minutes away from my mother. I literally went home. And it was one of the best decisions I ever made. So when we turn towards our family, our ancestors, our lineage, and we say, "Actually, yes, this is who I am. This is where I come from." And we empower ourselves in the gifts that were given to us, that's what transforms the wounds. So we do become the one, but it isn't from running away. It's actually from turning towards. And so instead of carrying those wounds, you know, on our back and trying to get them off of us, we actually stand on their shoulders, and they support us and carry us into our destiny, into our Dharma, into our path. And it, um, becomes, you know, a beautiful testament to who we are, who we've been, who we're becoming. And we do become the future ancestors. All right.

So I'm going to ask our beautiful Alpha Team to start the music. And you're welcome to close your eyes. Just get yourself cozy, comfy. Take a couple of deep breaths. If you want, you can even bring a hand to your heart, a hand to your belly. Just really feel into your body. Feel into your breath. Let yourself really land here in this moment. Feeling into your bones, letting each inhale bring you deeper into your body. And let each exhale just really let go of anything you're holding. This is such a powerful portal that we're entering into. And moment in time when we can become so present that we change the things that that have happened, just by our deep presence in this moment, bringing all of our energy, all of our self, right here, right now. You can relax your jaw. Make a little sound or movement if you need to. Shimmy out your shoulders. Yeah, wiggle your fingers. Pose. Just feel your body, feel your breath, feel your energy. Letting yourself know you're safe. This is something we started to tap into yesterday. So you can even just say out loud, "I'm safe. I'm here. Safe to be in this body. It's safe to be in this moment. Safe to open my heart. Trust process. I'm safe." Beautiful.

And just start to settle in. So slow everything down. Dropping your awareness from your head into your heart. Feeling what's there. Any emotions or sensations are welcome. Just letting everything be okay. The not knowing or the knowing, the feeling, the not feeling, whatever's here for you today, just trusting, including it, knowing that that it's just as it needs to be. Just sinking into that. And then dropping your awareness down into your belly, maybe even into your womb. Just resting in that. Letting everything sink down and in. And then we're going to feel the Earth beneath us. A version of our mother that's always there. We're walking on her back. She's got us. Feel that trust. Safe to surrender and just be held by the Earth. It's not going anywhere. She's right there, consistent. Let that ground really hold you. Let's take a deep breath there. In through the nose and out through the mouth.

From here, start to imagine that you are in the most beautiful place. Some place that you would consider sacred, divine, connected, holy. Whatever really taps you into the sacred spirit, God, goddess, the universe. Imagine yourself in that space and really let it come alive. Maybe you're at the edge of the most beautiful beach. Maybe you're nestled in the high mountains next to a beautiful clear mountain spring. Maybe there's snow or sun. Feel the texture of the ground beneath you. Feel the wind on your face, in your hair. The smells. What you see, sense all around you. We're going to invite into this space a circle of our grandmothers. So begin to imagine or invite in around you a circle of women. These are your women. Your mothers, mothers, mothers, mothers, or your father's mothers, mothers, mothers, mothers, so far back that these women may look like recent ancestors that you knew, or may look like wise ancients, medicine women, the wisdom keepers, the priestesses, the elders of the forest, the keepers of the mystery. Whatever way it shows up for you is so perfect. But letting that circle of women gather around your space. You may see in the center of that circle a fire, or some other symbol that lets you know you are in the presence of wisdom. Just breathe into that for a moment. Notice how that feels. Notice what you see, your sense, notice what comes up for you. Just let it be there. It's all good information. It's all perfect. Feel your strength. Feel your connection to your lineage. The magic that lives in your bones and in your cells. The, the mission that you're on when you came into this life, what you decided on with your ancestors as your elders, as your wisdom counsel, before you were even born. Feeling that light up. That deep, deep knowing. Oh, right, right. I came here for a reason. For all of us.

And as you begin to feel that, let your gaze just wander around the circle, taking in their faces, how they look at you, maybe seeing the light of the fire on their faces. And we're going to invite from that circle now, those women from your lineage who are still healing, who are maybe still carrying some of the older stories, the wounds, the patterns that we're shifting, that we're rewriting. Going to let them light up. So wherever they are in that circle, you're seeing them illuminated now. You can feel that you are in your own space. You're protected. You're whole. You're grounded. And you ask these women, these women that are still healing, "What can I do? What can I embody? What beautiful gifts and magic and wisdom from this lineage can I embody in service of you?" Notice how you feel. Notice what you hear, see, sense. What is my role? What are the gifts? How can I embody those gifts in a way that helps you heal? Like an offering. How can I let my life become the most beautiful offering as I live the gifts, the abundance, the magic, the miracles, the wisdom, the beauty? And let yourself feel that in your body. And notice what happens for them as you do. Say with your breath, spring your body here as you witness this, as you feel this. Maybe they're becoming a little bit lighter and brighter. Maybe you see them transform before your very eyes as you commit to embodying their wisdom. Maybe some of the things they never could, they were never shown or guided in the ways we're being guided. It's an honor to choose to embody that and to create a beautiful life for yourself as an offering to them, as a way to help them heal. Not needing to carry their wounds on your back, but stand on their shoulders. Take a deep breath that lands now. Gazing around the circle one final time and inviting yourself to see the well ones, those wise and ancient or recent wise, amazing, loving women who are bright and healthy and just here to support you. Allowing them to light up and take a step in toward the fire, toward the circle. And asking them, "How can you support me? I'm ready to receive your support, your love, your guidance, your wisdom, your resource. How can I embody these gifts?" Feeling their support or their wisdom, feeling their love. Really feel it in your body. What it's like to be connected to these wise, ancient, supportive, loving women. The strength and the courage, the instinct, the intuition, the magic, the medicine. Feel that support in every cell of your body, every bone in your body, from your head to your toes, lighting you up, lifting you up, resourcing you, as if you have a secret panel of elders, of wise women, just here to support you.

And when that feels complete, you're going to turn from the inside of the circle to the outside of the circle and feel them behind you. As you see in front of you, the landscape of your life. All you're creating, what you're building, what you're moving towards, what you're growing. Your relationships, your work, your service, your home, your love, your adventures. And you feel them behind you with their hands on your shoulders, back through time, all the way back through time, hands on shoulders, hands on shoulders, hands on shoulders, all the way down to yours. And there's not even time to thank them because they're so excited to support you to move into the next phase of your life. And you feel that like wings. Feel the joy, connection, and the sense of belonging and care. And yet, we still take a moment to say, "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I will. I will carry these gifts forward. I will embody these beautiful gifts. I will be the medicine woman of the future, the priestess of today." We'll bring our hands to our heart, our hand to our belly. Take a deep, deep breath, feeling all of that land. Feeling your feet on the ground, your thumb on the chair. And when when you're ready, you can blink open your eyes. Just taking in your surroundings. Yeah. Taking a deep breath, shaking it out, coming back, coming back, coming back. Beautiful. Thank you, sisters. Oh, good. The masterpiece. There anything you'd like to say before I move forward, or are you happy with the soft ending? I'm happy. Very happy. Ah.

So what I love so much about this work and the visual of what we've just been through right now is there really is something we can source from the past. No matter what heartaches we've been through, there's something beautiful that's holding the vision of a beautiful lineage for us if we allow it. And this, these visuals, they allow us to just see the past in a different way. They just, instead of all the little shortcomings or all the things we wish we had in our maturity and in our goddess power, we actually give reverence, we give forgiveness, we give thanks for the best they could do. And we admire them for their strength and what what it took for them to do whatever it was that they did do. And we look at for the best and the most powerful and we take that on as what what's our roots. Like that's what we're building on when we go on a bigger picture. Instead of just, you know, how available they were emotionally, or how, you know, they may have directly given you something, it's like their life, their whole life was a part of your life existing. And when we see it this way, then our future feels different. Like when I started looking at life this way, what it made me realize is that I want to live not just for me. I want to live for me, for you, for us. I want to live for myself and for the lineage. I want to be a part of those hands on the shoulder of the future women that are going to walk this planet. I want to be part of the reason they feel they can go further because of the the time I've spent on this planet. And so why this piece is really important is that a lot of us struggle with the understanding of the bigness of our purpose in the big picture. Can you imagine if the women we just called in in this circle would have known in their lifetime there would be a day where we sat in circle in our mind and invited them in to give us their wisdom? Like to know they'd be honored, what an incredible feeling that would be. Imagine if one day there's a circle of women, of all of our granddaughters, great-granddaughters, sitting in circles, nieces, women who see us as ancestors, just thanking us for the ground we we set forth for them to walk on. Like that, that is an incredible thought. It's an incredible vision. It's an incredible feeling to think we could do that kind of work. That the, the trails we blaze become the, the paths they walk on, become the roads they walk on.

And so the next piece today, and what I really want to give you as a, until we see each other again in the summer, is to bring back the concept again of this main character energy and to understand the main character energy in the goddess intellect, rather than the main character energy in the baby goddess intellect. So when we're looking at main character energy with baby goddess, what we're seeing is, everyone should be happy when I'm happy. Everyone should be nice when I'm sad. Everyone should be understanding when I'm mad. Everyone should be patient when I'm not. Because I'm the, I'm the boss. I'm the main character in the movie. Like, I am the main character in the movie. And the reason we feel this way is because really, a lot of little kids are the main character of their movie. You know, they walk into a place and strangers are like, "Oh, hello, how old are you?" Like, no matter where they go, it's as if everyone notices them and everything revolves around them. You know, the baby needs to be fed, we need to be back home on time because the baby, like, everything is about you when you're little. And in the best case scenario. But then we never really grow out of that. We always think that's what peace should be. That's what, that's what the best times were. You know, how we're sometimes trained to say, "I just want to go back to the good old days." Well, there's a little baby goddess inside of you that's so ready to just go back to the good old days where everyone got the memo that you were the main character, whether you know, with your goddess wisdom or not. That's not the way it works. Baby goddess is like, "Yes, yes, yes. One day we will go back to this time where I'm the main character."

And so when you look at the way our lives are created, like it's as if it is a movie and it's completely shot from our perspective. Like if you watch a movie and it's all about one main character, you see that character open their eyes, you see them put their feet on the floor, you watch them go brush their teeth, they make breakfast, the phone rings, they pick up the phone, you hear something, but it doesn't matter what it is, it's about them and their reaction. "Oh my gosh, okay, I'm coming." And then they're in the car, and there's a million other cars. Nobody cares about who's in the car, just them on the car. And the song comes on, and then they have a weird reaction to the song. And you can tell there's something about the song. This isn't a good song. Okay, close the song. Phone rings again. W, W, W. No idea who it is, but this person's like, "Oh, thank God. Okay, good news." Like, nothing is about anybody else. It's all about the main character. They walk into work. Everybody sees them. "Good morning, good morning, good morning, good morning." They go into their office, they close the door. H. They want to be alone. You know, it's all about them. The thing we forget is that we are the W, W, W voice on the phone to other people's life. We are the car on the highway that doesn't really matter in other people's movie. We are the colleague at work that goes, "Good morning," and then you go and lock yourself in the office and be like, like, we are the secondary characters for so many people. But we don't really think about that. We really more so think about our life and the way we would really want it to be. And for a lot of people, even when you're people-pleasing, even when you're trying to be so nice, you're really trying to be so nice so that they like you. You're trying to be so nice so that they're happy with you. Everything you do, even though it sounds like it's so selfless, all boils down to, "So then you'll like me. So then you'll be nice to me. So then you'll be polite to me. So then you'll smile at me. So then you'll treat me better." So then. And when that backfires, we're like, "How very dare you? How very dare you take my kindness where I was nice to you and not make it the priority of your day? Like, how did I not be around? Like, how did I not turn your your frown upside down? I don't know what to say to you. I did everything I could. I give up." Like their sadness is just a scene in your movie. When in fact, to them, their sadness is their entire movie, and you're the trying to make it better.

And so the goddess brings in this bigger picture of the world where it's not about how people are reacting to me. It really is about my life. And then the bonus is, I get to be in other people's seven minutes. I, I get to be a part of other people's lives. Like that's the bonus. But we're, we're shown things being very young that are like, "One day I'll be that." Like, you imagine Belle strolling down the street and Beauty and the Beast, and she's just walking down the market. It's Tuesday morning, and I am so happy. Everyone in this village knows me. You know, I'm, I'm friends with everyone. And today we're having fun. "Good morning, sir." "Hello." "Good morning, Belle." Like, everybody knows you. You're just walking down the streets. "Miss Bonjour." "Hello." Like, everyone cares about Belle. But like, in real life, you walk down the street and you're like, "Hello, good morning. Do you have fresh fish on? I'm making tuna for dessert." People are like, "What? I don't care." "Good morning." They're like, "Uh-uh. Not, not another happy one." You know, "Okay, that one took pel as well." Okay, like, what are we, what are we doing with all these people just not responding to our joy? "Good morning, sir." "Hi." "No, no, you're supposed to smile. You're supposed to say, 'Mad, can I help you? Would you like to try that again?' No." Like, why is this not working? Like in the, like in the music musicals, like I want it to be like that. I want it to be that if I'm in a good mood, everyone else is in a good mood. But it actually happens sometimes that you show up in a good mood and the people are like, "What do you want from me?" And I want to share this, this example because this is a real thing that happened in my life during Fatal. And I was like, "Oh my gosh, I've got to, I've got to share this because I feel like this is such a perfect example." So since I have created this brand new awareness of my life and I realize that like when I'm happy, it's not just good for me, it's good for so many people. Not everybody, but so many people. And so I, I'm having a good day and I have an under smile, you know, and people will tell me in the street, "You have a beautiful smile." And I'm like, "Thank you." Like, I'll get people literally just stop me and be like, "Gosh, you're so beautiful. You have such a beautiful smile." I'm like, "Well, thank you so much. Have a beautiful day. Have a beautiful day." Like, that happens.

But then the other day, I was out for breakfast with one of my friends, and she was meeting me at 11:00 after her morning meeting at work. And the waiter was very adamant about the fact that breakfast ended at 11:00. And I knew that breakfast ended at 11:00, and I wasn't trying to be cheeky about it. Like, I knew. And so I arrived at the very last minute. But I had a plan. I already knew her order. I was going to order her thing right away and wait for her. And, you know, I know that this is a pain in the butt thing to do when you're working at a restaurant and someone walks in and you're the restaurant closes at 11:00 and someone walks in at like 10:53 with a huge smile on their face. You're like, "I hate you." Like, I know that I was not the, the friend of the day in that moment. But I also knew that I was going to be really kind, that I was going to leave a huge tip, and that it was going to be fine because I wasn't going to be super demanding. I knew exactly what I wanted. I was going to order everything, not bother them again, and then leave with a huge tip. So I didn't feel guilty because I knew it was going to be fine. But I also knew I was probably not going to be their friend right off the hop. And so this waiter comes to me and he's like, "You do know the restaurant closes at 11." I'm like, "Yes, absolutely. I've got my two orders right away." So he's like, "Okay." So he takes my order. I ask him a question about something. He just looks at me. He's like, "No." Okay, fair enough. I don't expect him to be nicer to me. I am aware that in the main movie of his life, I'm the intruder that walked in at 10:53. I'm the enemy. I am arch nemesis number one at this point. So I'm just letting him be ticked off with me because it's like, he's allowed. When, and I think I was thinking to myself in this moment, this is, this is something a few years ago that would have just bothered me so much, and I would have tried to kill him with kindness. You know, "Yes, I'm so, yeah, of course I would have been over the top with the kindness to try to make him less frustrated." Nothing can change the fact I walked in at 10:53 AM. Nothing can change that. And there's no amount of like [Music] it's going to help us right now. But straight matter of fact, the point. He delivered the food. I said, "You nailed it. Thank you so much." He had a little smile, but then he realized, "Shouldn't have that because I'm not his friend." And so stopped smiling. And then he went away. And then my friend showed up. And then she was so happy. "I'm so grateful. The food is delicious. Thank you so much." And so every time he passed, I just kind of nodded at him. Not with an over-the-top smile, like I'm trying to make you like me. Not an over-the-top smile, like I'm trying to make you my friend. Just a nod, like I acknowledge you, and I know that this is shitty, but thank you so much for being you. And so every time he went by, I just kind of nodded at him. And eventually he came and he was like, "Would you like a fresh cappuccino?" And I said, "A fresh cappuccino? I would love a fresh cappuccino." So I said to my friend, "Would you like a fresh cappuccino?" She had love a fresh cappuccino. So he comes back and he gives us the two most beautiful cappuccinos. He's like, "I did latte art on them." I'm like, "You do this art? You are incredible. This is spectacular. Thank you so much. These are amazing." And so then next thing he's like, he comes back and he brings us these two little juices, like this little smoothie on the house. It's my favorite smoothie. Oh my gosh, a smoothie. This is amazing. And then he comes to us and he's like, "We're going to be overturning for lunch, but take all the time you want, ladies. Even if you bleed into the lunch tables, it won't, it won't matter. Just take your time."

And what I realized in this moment, and why I was so excited to tell you about it, is that in his main character movie, or he is the main character, he was already in his head to be done. He had his last couple of tables, he was done. He was not expecting me to show up at all when I did. It messed up his plans. Can you relate to that? He did not feel like starting a whole other table at all, not even one bit. And then not only that, I show up and my friend isn't even there. So I'm ordering for someone who isn't even there yet. Like, it can't get worse. No respect. This girl has no respect. And now she's got questions for me. Like, "No, don't push it, Buster." He gives me minimal stuff. And I don't, but I don't need anything from him in return. He feels respect. He feels he's allowed to not be in the, the best mood. He feels I honor his mood, actually. He feels I get it that this was a little crappy. And then his guard goes down because I'm grateful for what he's doing, and I'm not trying to be nicey-nice. And then everything he does, I acknowledge, not in an over-the-top way, in a respectful way. And all of a sudden, he realizes, "This is not a problem. I'm not mad. They're fine. Can still do everything I was going to do. These girls are actually great." And then I left him 100% tip and left. So at the end of the day, he'll get his tip and he'll be like, "Well, this was worth it." And that's his day. But so often, we'll be like, "It's my friend. We're ordering. This is so unprofessional. I want better service. I need to speak to the manager. I want, I'm not going to be treated this way." And then it never turns around.

And so it does happen sometimes that in my life, I get this like magical thing where it almost feels like I'm walking through the forest like Snow White, and all the little birdies and the deer are gathering around me like I'm some sort of magnetic field, and they're just like, "I love your outfit. I love your smile. Who are you? Where are you from?" And I'm like, "Oh my gosh." Like, I have days like that. And then I have other days where the waiter's like, "Not answering your question about bread. Suck it." Like, this happens. But the goddess energy is not the energy where I need to be the main character. The goddess energy is the one where I understand my impact on the world. And when I understand my impact on the world, I understand that as much in the positive as I do in the negative. I had a negative impact on that waiter when I walked into the restaurant seven minutes before breakfast closed. Can I own that? And can I treat this person with respect, knowing that I'm going to make it better, and it's going to be okay? It'll have been worth the seven minutes. I'm going to for sure. Oh, of course it was seven minutes, uh, but it'll, it'll have been worth the seven minutes. And I'm going to make sure that he's paid accordingly. Like, it's going to be great. I'm not, I'm not just coming in ungrateful, pushing an order, you know, it's going to be fine in the end. But do I need him to like me right now? Oh, because it's his life. And the peace that I've started to feel in my life as I've led this way is just so spectacular because my life is about me, and your life is about you. But then our lives are this incredible dance. And when I understand the impact of who I am, I create the most incredible outcomes for me, for you, for us. And what I think it really takes to be an ancestor is to understand the impact of your life, not just your feelings. "I feel good today. I feel bad today." Not just your wants. "I want this to happen. I want that to happen." But but beyond that, the impact of who you are, how your awareness, how your kindness, how your respect. And not just niceness. This is the difference. Nice with him would have been like, "Good morning, sir. Was it a great morning? You're seven minutes in before the restaurant closes, so how was your day? Did you have great clients? I'll make you really fast. Try and be nice. You're my worst nightmare." But kind is, "Let me be efficient, and let me just let you process this because this sucks." And in our lives, we tend to want to be nice to make things better, instead of being kind and let people be the main character in their movie.

And so the more you are going to embody this goddess, you're going to start to understand your impact. You have an impact on people now. Sometimes you'll show up in the best mood, and you will get a reverse effect, in the same way that sometimes you're not in the best mood, and someone who's like, "Good morning, how can I help you today?" And you're like, "No, we're not having any of that. Just, I'll have a Starbucks latte. Let me, I need to leave now. Stop talking to me. How's your weekend?" I've got earbuds in. I'm listening to a call. Like, I, I don't, I don't have bandwidth for it. And it's not because you're not a nice person. It's that sometimes happy and nice isn't the vibe. And so pretending isn't necessary. You don't have to be over the top. And the goddess isn't over the top. She's real. Some of you had really nice moms and nice grandmas, but did they really go for everything they were supposed to do in this lifetime? Did they show you you could be anything? Did they rise to their own emotions? Did they conquer their own demons? Did they do the footwork for their lineage? And that's what we tend to hold people accountable to in the end. "Yes, you were nice, but did you help me become a greater person?" Some of you will say, "Yes, I had that. You know, my, my grandmother was everything to me, and she taught me to be who I am. And my mom is the greatest woman." And some of you will be like, "I hope I just am not like that." And that's the unfortunate fact is that if everybody just lives for their own life and they forget that they're building a legacy, they forget the impact of what what they do and what they don't do in their lifetimes, they forget that they're passing something on. And so what I love so much about the Fatal program is you are going to impact people while you are alive. You're going to impact people for the next six months. It's going to happen often. You're going to realize in certain moments, you'll have a moment like my breakfast story, well, where you'll realize you're the enemy for a second, and you'll have compassion, and you'll treat someone with respect. The situation will turn around, or maybe it won't even, but it won't affect you. And you'll be like, "I totally got the whole goddess thing where I let them have their experience, and I realized I was inconveniencing them, and it didn't, it didn't matter that I needed to fix it, or that they didn't like me." Like, I just, I let it be. It's the way it happened. And you, you know, I dealt with it. You're going to see an emotional and spiritual maturity start to evolve inside of you. You're going to notice people who would have gotten under your skin and would have felt like you want to punish them for having done that, like, "How dare you ruin my day?" All of a sudden, you'll have this other feeling come in that's like, "Wow, as the main character in their movie, I'm just the bit character they yell at today. There's nothing I'm going to say that's going to school them. There's nothing I'm going to say that's going to make them respect me. Suddenly, I'll just be a pain in their butt, no matter what I say. And so they're having a bad moment, and I don't matter in their story. But I matter in mine. So how am I going to deal with this with myself? And I'm going to do the breathwork, and I'm going to do the tapping, and I'm going to do a portal drop, and I'm going to forgive them because I'm just the person in the way for them today. I don't actually matter to them the way I matter to me.

And then something magical happens. You start owning how much you matter in your own life. And it stops being about how much other people demonstrate to you that you matter. You don't let yourself be swayed by other people's demonstration. A stranger is rude to you, and that determines your worth? Or does it determine their main character moment has nothing to do with you? You call your sister up and you're like, "Hey." And she's like, "What?" Like, "Whoa, I just wanted to catch up." She's like, "I can't talk right now. I have to call you back. I'm sorry." She hangs up. So my sister hates me? Or gosh, I wonder what she's going through. We don't, you don't think that right away. And that's just the baby goddess conditioning that it's all about us. But we're the only person in this entire world for whom the movie is cast where we're the main character. There is not one other person on Earth where the movie is cast and you're the main character. Even your partner. You know, you want to have a conversation. This is where Alpha communication becomes so powerful. You want to have a conversation with your partner. You decide, you know, intimacy has been not right, and I feel like they don't really, my partner isn't feeling me, and we've felt disconnected sexually, and I want to have a conversation about it. And I'm just going to blur it out. You know, "It's been really weird recently. I felt like not in the mood." And there's something. And you just tell them that. And what do we expect? We expect that they're going to be like, "Oh my gosh, okay, thank you so much for telling me. Let's work on this. I want to have this incredible intimacy with you. How about I get an intimacy coach?" Like, in our dreams, right? But if our partner were to say that to us, we'd be like, "What? Okay, well, I'm so sorry that I'm doing it wrong. How about you sleep on the couch? I'll touch myself. Good night." Wow. Okay. So angry. So bitter. "Excuse me." You call your friend. "You are never going to guess what he just said to me." "Take this." "He said, 'Death wish?' Are you kidding? Was it a prank? Has he apologized?" "Oh my God."

So what we're looking for here is like the real experience of receiving something like that. And why Alpha communication is so powerful is like, if someone were to tell me this in my, in my life, it would be really hard to hear as the main character. How would I want that information delivered? "I love you. I love being intimate with you, and I want us to have the most incredible sex life for the rest of time. And the last few times we've been intimate, I've realized there's like a disconnect. I want you to love sex with me. I want to love sex with you. And I was wondering if you'd be interested in taking a class or something, or you know, changing some things up, or whatever it is. Like, would, how have you been feeling about our intimacy? Would you want to have a conversation about it?" Even that would be hard to hear. So can you have compassion when you're offering information? Like, where we're just, we just expect. But this is, I think my favorite piece, is that deep down inside, and especially with women, we do expect people to have the capacity. Everything we've talked about in Fem Fatal is, you know, this Jesus walks on water kind of idealistic, um, you know, Holy Grail, God's own kind of behavior. But deep down, if we didn't know that we were all capable of that, we wouldn't be shocked when when people get mad with us. If we actually believed that human beings were incapable of what we've been talking about in this program, when your mom's mean to you, you'd just be like, "Well, she's a woman." When a friend betrays you, you'd be like, "Well, what did I expect? She's a woman." You know, incapable for sure. It's the way we are, right? When a friend snaps at you or doesn't understand you or misunderstands you, you'd be like, "Well, of course you didn't understand me. We never really understand each other, right? It's normal." So the reason we fundamentally are shocked is because there is a core belief, older than time, that we know, and it's, it lives in our cellular body, that we can do better than this. It's shocking because we did have another alternative. There was another way to say this. And when people are shocked at your reactions, it's for the same reason. They know that deep inside of you, there was another reaction, and you did not choose that one. They'll say, "Whoa, why are you responding to me like that?" "You, I can respond to you however I want." But what they really mean is, "I never thought you would. There's something. I always thought you had the power." Sometimes it offends us to hear that, but I'm grateful for that because I think if this were useless, if this really were like, why are we trying to fix this? Then we would all expect the worst from each other, and none of us would be shocked when the bad stuff happened. There would be no deep connection that we all have when we talk about becoming ancestors or having ancestors. We wouldn't all say like, "You know what? Yeah, yeah, that's what it should be. That's what it could be. I want that." When we think about incredible relationships that work and communication that lasts, we wouldn't be like, "Gosh, yes, okay, this is incredible." We'd be like, "Why are we even trying? This communication doesn't work like that." When we're thinking about forgiveness, we'd say, "Melanie, what?"

Do you mean forgiveness? What is this concept? This makes no sense. But inside we're like, "I know this is true. I know this is right. I know." So we don't even need to fight against this. We just need to embrace it and try it on and and be part of the solution in our own lives to see our life be better, to be the main character in our movie. Doesn't mean that everyone else gives us what we want. We're not Belle walking through the market greeting everyone and everyone knows who we are and you know, "I had the best day ever! I went to the market and I picked up a fresh loaf and Gaston was there and said hello." And it's like, it's that's not even what it is. It's like, I walked through the market and I didn't say, I didn't need to say anything to anybody, but I walked through it with an UND smile and I noticed the smell of the fresh bread and I noticed the buzzing of the market and I felt alive. And little do you know, 20 people noticed you walking beautifully through the market with an UND smile and just seeing you walk with a smile on your face made them smile a little, whether they noticed it or not. And the people you bought from, although they may not have broken out into song and given you a discount, you may have made their day lighter and be like, "That was a great interaction." And that's more of what real life is about than trying to get people to behave a certain way.

But your magnetism really exists when you just turn the light on, not when you try to summon people in, but rather when you turn the light on. Fatal is magic on legs. It's walking down the street knowing you've got everything you've ever needed inside of you. Everything you've ever needed is within you. It's in your power. It's in your, it's in your smile. It's in your gaze. It's in your kindness. It's in your, like, you don't need anything external from anybody. And then you get to have it because people are giving in nature and you get to receive from people, not CU you need it, cuz your cup is full, but then you overflow. You overflow with people's kindness. You overflow with people's understanding. You overflow with people. And then life starts to feel like a really different life.

So the invitation here for you is to, like, we are in the month of March right now. We're going into spring, brand new beginnings, fresh new energy, the smell of fresh flowers. We're going to enter the heat now. I know some of you are in different parts of the world, you're like, "You got it backwards. We're going into the winter." I'm speaking for myself, but you had that in the first, first half. Now we're going to this, but you're going to enter the heat. You're going to enter the the feeling of new beginnings, of of magic. Like there's a part of the year that starts to feel like the beginning is coming, and I feel like we're, we're moving into it now. And my invitation for you is that you take this time as integration time to not fully disconnect from your goddess, but to report back to this group as often as you can. Because if you can remember that it's the goddess that's that's living this way, you are going to have a fuller life. I can guarantee for you, 2025 will be one of the best years of your life if you keep connecting to the goddess and you keep coming in here to celebrate. And I love doing this, especially for those who are in af in House of oat, because we're going to be talking about so many things. We're going to be talking about sales and marketing, the buyer, and all these things that are very boss energy. And it's going to be easy to just be like, "God is who you know." Like, we're, we're really busy right now. But to keep a solid ground with the goddess is just going to amplify everything that you're doing. The greatest successes and the greatest fulfillment that yes, you're having incredible results in your life, but with an UND smile. When there's nothing new happening, you're sitting there grateful, happy, peaceful, satisfied. And then all the great stuff comes. And then more great stuff comes.

So this is like integration time. As much as you can during the next six months until August, not even six months, more so six months to live by the fulfillment, the enjoyment, the satisfaction, the pleasure, the bliss of your life. And to not just celebrate material successes, to actually allow yourself to celebrate a great morning, an incredible conversation, like exquisite intimacy, delectable conversations, an incredible meal, a beautiful view, a sunrise, a sunset, a conversation with a small child that that just opened your heart, right? Open a miracle, something that most people wouldn't even know where to share. Like, let's fill this group with stories like that so we can remind ourselves that this is actually our superpower. And then the money is a byproduct of this. The success is a byproduct of this. The visibility is a byproduct of this. That everything else is a byproduct of this. So as often as you can, crank. She lives in you, in your house. Imagine yourself running wild with your goddess. Connect to her in your body. If something difficult happens in your life, come back. Replay the breathwork. Replay the tapping. Drop it in your portal. Drop it like it's h, like just enjoy being the kind of person who can just be yourself and and process your stuff and really get back to that simplest truth, which is, "I'm okay. We're okay." And then you get back up one more time and you you go for everything you've ever wanted in the energy of the person who's doing it for you, for them, for the world, ancestors in the making.

I want to thank you again for being the kind of people who value these kinds of conversations. I have all different kinds of programs and I love them all, but I think it takes a very specific kind of person to care about something like this topic, to actually be invested in this kind of journey. This is it. So thank you for everything. I'm so grateful for this time spent with you. You're going to get more information about the summer journey as we get closer to it, but I would start already getting excited about how you're going to create a goddess space at that point, or you know, getting fresh candles for this one. And we'll be bringing in like processes that are a little more grounding. Like it'll feel like we're sitting together and you're actually doing certain processes. You'll have certain things to bring that week. Like we'll make it very experiential. I've also had people, you know, go away for a weekend or for a week during things like this and like integrate it while they're away. So when you get exact dates, if you want to like do something special for yourself, let this be something like you've never done before. You know, maybe find a crystal that's really calls you between now and then, or a special scent of candle. Like, start collecting things to create a goddess environment because it's in the making. And then when we get there, you'll have built it. It won't just be like, "Oh, it's goddess week." It'll be like, "It's goddess week!" I look forward to seeing you on the internet.

I want to thank Nicole so much for this beautiful call. Uh, you're going to be getting an email and of course, post it in the group for her next session and Q&A that will be in the next few days. And then we'll be giving you a schedule for what's coming up in the next few months. I'll see you on the internet. I love you. You're beautiful. You smell nice. And I look forward to seeing all your goddess magic in this group. In the meantime, I will see you so soon.

[Music]

She emerged from within me like a goddess from [Music] water. She filled her lungs with new air with a sigh that meant everything. Relief, rebirth, relief. She took in the world around her with an understanding of its fragility and its strength. She let the waters of her past run down her face. She took on a new name. She took on a new way. She became. Oh, she lives in me. She saved me. She is me.
