Did you know that when Thanos was about to snap in Avengers Endgame, [music] Captain Marvel dropped in like a meteor and grabbed his gauntlet? But if you look closely, something crazy happens. The Infinity Gauntlet isn't glowing. That's because Captain Marvel was absorbing all the energy from the stones.
[music] Her powers literally feed off her enemy's strength. The stronger they are, the stronger she becomes. That's why she stood her ground, even [music] against Thanos.
But then he pulled a wild move. He ripped the power stone right out of the gauntlet and blasted her with it, knocking her out cold. That's when Doctor Strange [music] noticed the opening and gave Tony that one silent signal.
Seeing Thanos remove a stone from the [music] gauntlet gave Tony the idea. He realized the stones could be taken individually. He understood that to [music] win he would have to snap. And to do that, he didn't need the whole gauntlet, just the stones. So he distracted Thanos, snatched the stones with his nanotech suit, and with one snap ended it.
