30 days of social media content in 30 minutes. That's not a typo.

If you're spending hours every week trying to figure out what to post, scrambling for ideas, and burning out on the content treadmill, this is the episode that's going to change how you work. I brought on Abby Diainet. She's the founder of the AI empowered female entrepreneur, and she's going to walk us through her exact five-step system for batching a month's worth of content in half an hour. Not theory, not here's an idea. She's going to show you exactly how she does it. So, stick around to the end because she breaks down each step with real examples that you can use today. Let's get into it.

Hello, Abby. It's so nice to see you.

Hi, Simone. How are you?

I'm so good. Thank you. And it's so nice to have you here. What are we actually going to learn by the end of this um video?

Yeah, I am so excited to share uh this beautiful magic I like to call AI content creation. And before you think to yourself, no, no, that's not authentically me, I want to show you a different way to be able to approach content creation that keeps you from burning out because you need so much as an entrepreneur. So, I can't wait to share with you this really simple method uh where you can create 30 days of content in 30 minutes.

Oh my goodness. Honestly, we are so excited. Like, everybody just gets stuck on that content hamster wheel and you're like, "Okay, how am I going to do this? How am I going to make all this content?" And then before you know it, like eight hours have passed and you've literally done two posts. So, yeah, let's dive in.

Yeah, absolutely. All right. So, you're going to keep me honest. um sharing my my screen and going back and forth because I really want to dig into exactly how you can do this. I'm even going to do it and you can be doing it with me. So, if you're watching us and you want to go ahead and pull up chat GPT or Plexity or Claude or Gemini, whatever you're using, um this will work uh with any what I like to call standalone AI tool. We're going to be talking about these five really important tips or steps to creating this 30 days of of content.

So, I'm going to jump in here. So, first thing, let's just talk a little bit about social media content because that's really what we're going to be talking about today and how much this has changed, right? We have gone from nobody besides big giant billion-dollar corporations using AI to all of us having AI at our fingertips, right? And being able to claim all of this time back in our business, it's so incredibly exciting. Uh, so how do you actually sit down and keep from what Simone mentioned that kind of blank screen that you have going on um where you're trying to figure out what oh my goodness am I going to create my content about this week um or you are completely blown away by everything you created in chat GPT. You didn't just create they created a hundred things for you and you're like oh my goodness I'm so overwhelmed. No more of that. Uh we are going to clearly and simply take some steps to create 30 days of content in just this time during the workshop that we have together.

So first thing that we're going to cover is what I like to call your magnetic AI persona. What does this really mean? Uh it means what do you do? Who's your audience? and what are the values that you want to portray uh as part of your persona or your brand to your audience. Uh it is really that simple and we're going to keep it pretty high level today, but I'm going to give you a specific prompt and this is where you can take what we're doing right now and actually put it in chat GPT and get started on your 30 days of content. We can actually do that together today.

So, the easiest way to do your magnetic AI persona is put in this prompt. Act as my personal brand voice assistant. My business is and insert what you do. And when I say that, I mean your business is you are a financial coach. You're a fitness coach. You're a chef. Uh you're a fitness instructor. Uh you do network marketing for LEMD. Whatever it is you do in your in your business and your audience is who you help who. For me, I've helped female entrepreneurs build GPT uh driven systems uh so they get rid of manual tasks, whatever that is for for you. Uh and then your values, but things that are important to you. Uh when I think about the values that I have in my brand, um with my company, I want people to be kind. Uh, I want people to be honest and sincere. I talk about being heartfelt in the things that I do. So, whatever values those are that are important to you. And again, anything else you include, tone, you want it to be enthusiastic or you want it to be calm or you want it to be professional. Um, all of those things can help the AI uh make that voice or that tone that's coming out in your content sound more authentically like you. Um, make that persona uh feel authentic, consistent, more human, less like a robot. Uh so we want to make sure again that we build our magnetic AI persona and that's the first thing this prompt and this information is the first thing that we're going to give that AI as we create our 30 days of content.

All right then

I'd love to know Abby just with that

yes how long should that be? How much how much information should be giving it? Is like 20 pages or like four pages or like just a one page?

That is a fantastic question. And no, we don't really have to give it 20 pages. Um, typically when I put together the prompt, we're probably talking three to five sentences, right? To get that

wow, you did that really well.

Yeah. to get that tone, voice, writing style, who you are, what you do, and your values. Yeah, this is absolutely. Now, can you expand that? You absolutely can. Uh I have some clients that I've been working with for a while who are fairly far along on their content journey. Uh, and we have a prompt um for for one of my clients that's like this long. So, they can be um very very detailed. Um, but for this exercise and actually being able to create basic 30 days of content uh in 30 minutes, we're going to go with the three to five sentences.

I love that. Thank you. All right. I am going to introduce really our first what I would call topic that helps you to set up a system uh for being able to do this every month. Uh and I love this particular u topic is something to teach because it's really very simple but it's also very strategic uh and it is is very much building a structure for how you're going to do this. so that you can systematically repeat this process over and over and over again. So, I'm going to have you pick four content themes. Now, this is really based on what kind of business you have. Uh, and we already talked a little bit about your magnetic AI persona. So, when we're putting in our information into the chat in chat GPT, uh, and I'm going to flip over there so that we can take a look.

Can you see my chat GPT?

Yes, we can. Thank you.

Fantastic. Uh, so when I say chat, um, as we are going through this workshop, I'm talking about this area right here, um, right under what's on the agenda today. So that is the chat box. Um when I talk about putting in the magnetic AI persona, uh that prompt goes right here in the in the chat. So let's let me give you an example of the magnetic AI persona. So for this particular workshop I am going to be a financial coach uh and I'm going to say I am a financial coach for female and you can never type when other people are watching you. Uh coach for female entrepreneurs. Uh and My values are honesty, kindness, and heart-c centered leadership. Okay. So, I'm a financial coach. That's who I am. Uh I help female entrepreneurs. That's the who. Uh and then my values are honesty, kindness, and being heart-c centered. Now, needless to say, you can again expand this to three to five sentences to include much more about yourself. Um I'm going to keep it really simple and really straightforward and you're going to see just how good Jack GPT is even with that very limited information. It's kind of insane. Okay, so I'm going to jump back over Uh, and I'm going to jump back to gamma. Am I sharing my gamma? Yes, you are. Yay.

All right. So, I want you to pick four content themes. And when I say content themes, I want you to think about really focusing on value. uh and how you bring value to your audience. So in this particular uh workshop, I'm going to be a financial coach. So when I'm thinking about what value I can bring, maybe that value is balancing my checkbook, right? Helping people with how they do that. uh helping people with how they look at their bills every month, uh look at their statements, look at their investment income, all the things that I might do as a financial coach, I'm going to be looking for themes that are of value to my audience or my ideal client. So, if I look here, education might be a theme that I pick. um inspiration. I know for me the name of my um kind of pirate foundational company that I have is lead with positivity because for me um bringing positivity and kindness to the world is part of who and what I am. Uh so when I do my themes um for for the month, I want to put inspiration and motivation for people uh into the themes that I'm creating for for the month. Maybe you want to do behind the scenes. So let's say you are a chef, right? You're a personal chef and you teach people online to create these beautiful meals. Maybe it's behind the scenes of that that you want to show people. Um, people love to be taken behind the curtain. So, maybe that's something that that you would like to do in in your business. User stories, case studies, client stories, those are all great things to talk about um as you are working on your content for the month and as you are looking for ways to bring value to your audience or ideal client. Um, as well as something that's interesting. Um, I often tell clients and people that I talk to that if you don't read want to read your content, nobody else does either, right? So, we want to make sure that we're looking for ways to make these themes fun and interesting. The great news is, and this is where many of us breathe a huge sigh of relief, uh AI is now available to help us be able to come up with what these themes are going to be. Uh so I am going to keep going here and I'm going to show you what this looks like. Um and as you can see, we go back to our magnetic AI persona because we want to include that. As you saw, I already plugged that into chat GPT because for the first example um that I'm doing for the workshop, I'm actually going to use a financial coach as my example. Uh you then are going to select four content themes. Now, I'm going to jump over to chat GPT and I'm going to do that right now. Uh so, let me share my chat GPT. I have my magnetic AI persona listed. I'm now going to uh talk about let's see I am creating a life of media content for a big deal. in order to bring her loads of value. At the end of the day, if you provide no other content type uh to your ideal client or audience besides bringing them real value uh and that is often from our own genius zones um what we are bringing to to the table um as teachers uh and uh bringing to our students uh or clients, however you refer to them. Um we want to bring them loads of value. Uh, we want to make sure that we are giving them something that they're really interested in in our content. So, I want to bring her loads of value and provide me 10 different content themes that I could use for 30 days of content. I want to decide on for one that I will use for each of the Okay, so we've got our magnetic AI persona. I'm a financial coach for female entrepreneurs. My values are honesty, kindness, heart-c centered leadership. I'm creating a month social media content for my ideal client. I want her to have loads of value. I want chat GPT to provide me 10 different content themes. I'm going pick four, but I want chat GPT to provide me 10. Now, if you want to go crazy, have it provide you 20 or 50, whatever you want to do. Um, I find that this is a really good number. 10 is a really good number uh to get good quality uh from chat GPT. So, we're going to ask for 10, but we're going to decide on four.

All right. I'm gonna hit

I

Yes.

I'd love to know why are we like if just putting it out there for everybody. Why are we only using four if we can get say six or seven or 10 or you know

that is a really great question. So, one of the things that I've done um for myself uh and really when it comes to content uh and what I'm teaching, I used it first before I started teaching clients to to do this method. Um but it's really a system um that that I've set up. And the system begins with four themes. We want to be able to create some kind of consistency for our audience. And one of the things that I found was if I talk about uh let's say money on Monday and going to the zoo on Tuesday and oat milk lattes on Wednesday and my pet on Thursday and you know going on vacation on Friday. my idol client or my audience is like what I I there there's no cohesion. There's no string that's following along um in in what you're talking about. It really helps our audience or ideal client to connect to what we're talking about to give them a week on a particular topic or theme. So, we pick one topic or theme per week of the month in order to give them that consistency and then we I like to you kind of take that consistent theme and then you're going to give them kind of a bridge to the next week, right? We don't go from this week I'm talking about um I don't know cars and next week I'm talking about cooking, right? So, we want to give our audience some connection uh in the content that we're doing. So, we're going to give them four themes or topics a month. Uh and then when we break into the next uh topic that we're going to talk about, we're going to talk about actual content category types. And there are seven of those, one for each day of the week. Again, I want to make it super super simple. Fair set them up. Four themes. Does that make sense, Simone?

Yes. Totally love this. That's so interesting.

All right. So chat GBT

makes all one whole part.

Yeah, we've got chat GBT. It's given us 10, right? We need four. So I'm a financial coach. The first one it's giving me is money and clarity. Two is almost money conversations, heart-c centered CEO, foundational financial education, money and nervous system safety. It's a good one. cash flow confidence, aligned pricing and self-worth, financial boundaries, money myths. Oh, these are great. These are fantastic. So, of course, because chat GBT and most AI tools want to be helpful, um they're going to go ahead and make recommendations for you. Um I'm sure that you find this when you're using AI. You say, "Hey, give me 10. I'm going to decide on four. It's going to say, "Hey, here's four for you." So, you can use those four that chat GPT went ahead and gave you or you can select out of the 10 the four that speak to you the most. I'm going to use the four just for ease um that it recommended. So our four themes again one for each week of the month is going to be money and clarity foundational financial education money in your nervous system which I think is a fantastic one and heart-c centered CEO leadership and boundaries. So we have now landed on our four themes for the month. This is a again process or system. So, I'm gonna have you stay in this same chat that you're in where we've already introduced the magnetic AI persona. We've now already introduced these four weekly themes. And now we're going to keep going in our in our process. But I'm going to take these and I'm going to say yes. Yes, these will be our four games for our 30 days.

All right. Now I'm gonna flip back over and I'm gonna go to gamma. All right. So tip number one was magnetic AI persona. Tip number two was our themes. Now we are going to dig into the real meat of this workshop which is where do you go from there? Right? You've got these four themes. Now what? Well, after years, my friends, years and years of of working on content, um I narrowed down the content categories um to seven. These seven um one for each day of the week. Uh and it is designed that way to make this system easy for you to use. Um these seven are what I have found to be the most engaging. Uh I am someone who spent 25 years uh in corporate America with a Fortune 500 company, a billion dollar company. And one of the things that we did a lot was looking at data. And so I'm a huge in addition to my AI nerd status. Um I am very much a data data analytics nerd. Uh and so when I look at my posting um or the posting of my clients, we look at what got the most views, what got the most comments, what got the most reactions. And so when I look at all of that data and I filtered it down to what are those categories that work the best over and over and over again, these are the seven that do that. Now you should not be surprised at all that value is the number one category, right? Because we talked about the fact that if you do nothing else, right? Let's make sure we focus on the value that we are providing to our audience and our ideal client. So value is number one. Number two is story. Uh this is really important and we think about content. Uh telling a story, getting really good at storytelling. There is no downside to that, right? The more that you work on that skill, the better you will be at creating and delivering content. Then there's of course engagement, right? We want people to answer questions or raise their hand uh a as they are interacting with your content. We want to make offers. Uh that's really important. If we don't sell something or tell someone we have something to sell, um then they will not buy anything from us. Right? It seems so simple. It really, really does. Um but it is one of those things that I often see people avoiding um when they are working on their content. So offers are really important, motivation is important, community is important and then of course social proof is also important. Um, these are all things that from a content perspective we want to have in our repertoire um that we share with our audience or our ideal client every month.

So, let me stop here for just a moment. Uh, and I'm going to jump back to uh chat GPT. I love this. Does it change from each platform? Like if you're on Facebook, does that seven content pillars work in the exact same format as you would for Instagram or do you find that Instagram you need to use more of one type or less of another type or do you find that you can just crossuse on all platforms?

That is a really great question. So I would say overall it works across, right? The one thing I will say is there's a little bit of difference in engagement posts, right? Things that you put on Facebook and say, "Hey, raise your hand if you want X or hey." It's a little different on the Instagram side in the sense that you typically use more of the method um like comment this particular word, right? as opposed to raise your hand and just say yes. Um, but besides engagement, the rest of them work very consistently across all platforms.

Love that. Thank you.

All right. Okay. So,

what are we doing here?

Here is week one, week two, week three, week four. So as you can see we get to day 29 and 30 of of content. Um, we have used our four themes. And so noun chat GPT is saying here are some ideas right for things within your four themes that you might want to talk about. Now you can be like no I don't want to I don't like these at all. Right? And you can ask chat GPT to run you four more, to run you 10 more, whatever that looks like. For this particular purpose, um, I'm going to stick with most of the recommendations that that it's giving just for ease of following through how we're doing this process. So, week one, we're going to be talking about money, clarity, and calm, right? So, I'm a financial coach in my example here. Uh, and I am someone who wants to help people with their money. So, it's saying day one, money doesn't feel scary because you're bad at it. It feels scary because no one taught you how to look at it safely. Okay. Well, I can take these and I can turn them into all different kinds of posts. Right? So, we just talked about the seven categories that that we can use. I'm going to go in and I'm going to say, "Okay, we're going to start and we're going to focus on week one first." This is a pretty common strategy that I use with chat GPT. It's really good at providing information and it's really, really good at doing one thing at a time, right? I find that as we get more complex, the more complex we make our prompts, um, the harder it is sometimes for AI to follow along with us. So, when we're doing this 30 days in 30 minutes, we're going to one week, two week, 3 week, four week um, to get to our 30 days of content in 30 minutes. I'm going to copy this because I'm going to focus on week one and I'm going to tell this chat focusing on week one. And in this example, I'm just going to use Facebook group. Uh definitely when you're using AI, we want to be specific about what kind of content we're creating. So in this particular example, I'm going to use Facebook group. Uh if you were an Instagram user, um you would be asking for Instagram captions uh and you would be asking for like the caption that's going to go on the screen versus the caption that's going to go in the post. Um but very similar process, but make sure you tell AI which platform we're talking about because there are some nuances. Uh I think Simo was leading to that in her question previously um that we want to consider.

All right. So, focusing on week one, give me seven posts for my Facebook group. I'm going to be really, really general in this first this first request, and this is very much on purpose, and I'll show you why in just a second. Would you then go in and ask it to give you once it's done the Facebook group ones, would you then say, "Can you make different posts for my Facebook um profile?" And then again after that go through and get it to do Instagram ones as well and get it to work on week one and do all of the content related to week one like that. Is that or would you just completely start again for your Facebook um as opposed to your your group?

Yeah, I would not start again. So I would stay in this same

Yeah, in this same chat.

Um

Okay. As long as it's working well, right? You're not having any any issues. I I would definitely continue since all of the information is here. Yep.

All right.

So, it's giving me a week's worth of weeks worth of posts. Um but I want to flip over to something that's really really important um related to content. Uh, and so when we talk about creating content, and again I'm talking about chat GBT because it's the tool that I'm using to share with you today. This is true for Perplexity, Quad, Gemini, anything that you're using. Um, when we're creating content, there are three really key things that that you can do with AI that's different than we used to in creating content. One is you can create it. so incredibly quickly, right? I mean, we're already through our magnetic AI persona, our themes, and into our first week of actually drafting posts, right? It's pretty incredible. Um, so we can do it really, really quickly. Prompting is really, really important. And so, I'm going to talk to you a little bit about smart prompting uh in just a second. And then to Sam's point, platform optimization is important. We want to make sure that we're communicating with the AI which platform we're actually creating the content for. This is what I call the perfect prompt formula. And so when we sit down to use prompts, uh there's really three things that are important. One is the prompt itself, right? Writing the prompt. The next is running the prompt. And then the last is refining. And the magic really happens in the middle. Right between really good prompting, running it, and then refining it. But when I say refining it, I mean refine, refine, refine, refine, refine. Right? We prompt, we run, but we refine over and over and over again. So if I could encourage you to do anything from a content perspective, it is iterate, right? Um I think of AI as our co-creator, not as something that stands alone by itself. So it really does take that refinement and this kind of dance that you're doing with with AI to get content that sounds really authentically like you.

All right, I'm going to jump back over. Oh, did I share my screen? Darn it.

No, we've been on um chat the whole time.

Okay,

I'm really curious.

Perfect pro formula. Yes. So, again, the really important pieces. Refine, refine, refine, refine, refine. Iterate, and it's where the magic happens from an AI perspective. All right, let's

Yeah, let's flip back over. Okay. So, we could now say and I will post on the slides just for you.

Thank you. I told Simone earlier she had to keep me honest. All right. Chat GBT. Yes. Fantastic. All right. I Yeah, I'm going to do this just for simplicity sake because here we are. It's already given me a week's worth of content, right? I can ask it now. Give me weeks two through four, right? Because it's already got my themes. It's already got my magnetic AI persona. It's gonna continue providing posts that you could absolutely take as they are right now, put them in and be on your way with with 30 days of of content. This is as easy as it can be. You can continue, again, refinement is such a key point of using AI. Um, we can continue to refine those things that we're like, "Oh, yeah, I like that, but yeah." So, I like post 18, regulating before deciding. But post 20, shame isn't a strategy. I don't like that one, right? Like that doesn't speak to my brand. That doesn't feel authentically like me. So, we already have 30 days worth of content, right? We're not going to quite stop yet. We already have 30 days worth of of content.

So, I'm going to flip back over here and going to share my screen. All right. I could not leave this workshop um without talking a little bit about images because when we think about creating our content for the month um one of the things that I initially heard feedback from clients on um especially in the early days of AI was well that's great Abby it can create all my text right but what about images well my friends it used to not so good at images. Chat GPT that is uh it has gotten so much better. Um now that we're into 5.2 uh in chat GPT I'd say four chat GBT four is when we started to see it change but now that we've gotten into five. Wow. It it is amazing the the images that you can get from chat GPT. Now you can also use other AI tools, right? Anybody else? Is your mind blown so voted how many AI tools there are? Yes. Yep. Crazy, right? I like I like simplicity, right? So, we're going to talk chat GBT today. Um, but midjourney is another really great tool um that that I use uh when I am working on images. So definitely jot that down in your notes. It's another good one. Um, but we're going to talk a little bit about images uh and using AI tools because as much as text is important, right? You're not just going to make a post um with the post that we saw in chat GBT, right? You're gonna want something to go with that. Um and oftentimes that's an image.

All right, so pro tip and again we're going to stick with simple prompts today like our magnetic AI persona. We say three to five sentences will get you something pretty good. We're going to stay with simple, right? So, when you are using chat GPT, and this is as of right now, February 10th of 2026, um you're going to want to do one image at a time. Okay? That will get you the best results. So, simple prompts, create one image at a time. If you're doing midjourney, uh you can create four images at a time. So, that that is an option as well. When we talk about content and we talk about this 30 days of content, this is really what the flow looks like from AI persona to 30 days of content. So, we're going to define our magnetic AI persona. Who are we? Who are we speaking to? Um what's the tone that we want to bring to that communication? We're going to pick our themes. So, four themes. one, two, three, four for the four weeks of the month. Then we're going to apply our categories. Um there are seven categories um that we talked about. Um one for each day of the week just makes it super easy to be able to do your week's worth of content. You are going to use chat GBT to generate your text. Um you're also going to in in this particular conversation use it to generate your images. Um, and I'm going to flip over really quick and the last thing that I'm going to do um, in our session today is actually create an image to go with one of our posts and then we will wrap up. Thank you. This has been so good.

All right. Yeah, let's go back and I'm going to go to post one. Just gonna grab this and I'm gonna say give me an image for post one week one. And here's the beauty. You don't have to leave chat GPT, right? You can do it straight from here and be able to generate all of the images that you need for for your posting. Um, you can absolutely I have gone nuts in my image creation. So you you can um create them here or again in another tool like midjourney.

We can't see your chat GBT but I love this. So you literally go through and use chat to do your images. It's Oh my goodness. That's amazing.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And so this is a very like it can be very literal, right? So this actually took the words from my post and put it onto this image. You can also um go to chat GPT uh and say, you know, take the text off, right? Just give me a an image. Um and if there's anything specific to your brand that you might want to include, you can absolutely do that.

All right. So, I think my wrapup was this saves you huge amounts of time. Absolutely do it. Not only will it save you huge amounts of time, get you more content created efficiently, it will help your engagement um as well to do your magnetic AI persona, choose your themes, uh do the different categories, uh and then of course watch the data, right? Um and then this is my free AI success guide. um which will take you through seven days of content um and it will take you again step by step. So I wanted to to make sure that I provided that. I love that. Thank you. And I can't believe like I can really clearly see how fast it would be if you literally just sat there and made like you could literally do a whole month's worth of content in no time at all. Like I just can't even believe how quick that would be. So yeah, literally amazing Abby. That is so cool and we just really appreciate all of that so much. Where do you hang out the most? Where can people find you?

Yes, so I'm on Facebook, Abby Dyer Eminet. Um I have the AI empowered female entrepreneur Facebook group. Um, but you can find me by my name on Instagram, LinkedIn, wherever you
