Yo, welcome to Athletic Academy. What you are about to see is going to be the entire one week self-improvement, the athletic transformation. This is literally an entire guide, an entire like step-by-step walkthrough guide that you can follow each and every single day for one week in order to transform your life in as little as one week. So, the goal of this entire module is for you to actually watch the video, consume the content, consume the value, consume the knowledge, and then actually take action and use this knowledge and this value to transform your life. So sit back, watch, and enjoy. Talk about the athletic transformation.

So this is a module I've been extremely excited to make, y'all. So for those of y'all that don't know, by the way, this is essentially going to be a self-improvement module. It's like just a oneweek transformation, but it's not going to be your typical self-improvement. You know, a lot of typical self-improvement is just like, oh, go and meditate, go to the gym, whoop. Obviously, we're already doing most of that stuff. You're already training and whatnot. You're likely already doing some form of like meditation or like self-care, watching over your mind. But this is actually going to be specifically towards creating your most athletic version of yourself, meaning the version of you that's going towards excellence. It's also going to be about creating the most aesthetic version of yourself, meaning the version of you that actually leans into your unique style and curates that. And it's also going to be about creating the most aesthetic version of you, the most disciplined version of you. So lock in because a lot can change in one week when you actually do the right things. like you actually put in the right inputs because understand remember your most athletic version of yourself, the athletic man, the athletic person that you want to be is the highest version of you, the best version of you. So lock in because if you actually take the teachings that you're going to learn throughout this entire module, throughout this next week, you can transform your life. Lock in.

So let's go over day one, the purge. So what do I mean by purge? I'm simply talking about elimination, addition by subtraction. Because if you didn't know, well, now you know. 1 - 1 actually equals 2. I'll say that again. 1 - 1 actually equals 2. What does that mean? When you get rid of a negative, you get a positive. So, this entire day is really just dedicated towards eliminating everything that doesn't serve you, everything that's actually negative in your life. So obviously [ __ ] food. You got junk food. You got go slop in your crib. Throw that [ __ ] out. You got old clothes that you haven't worn in years and you know you're like, "Oh, what what if I need?" No. No. Get rid of it. It's dingy. It's dusty. It probably doesn't even fit you anymore. It's gross. Let it go. On top of that, dusty books. You know, like people like to have like these big bookshelves and whatnot. Gang. Why do you need a big bookshelf if you're not going to actually use the books? If you're not going to use the things that you have, there's no need for you to have it. So, eliminate it. And I really suggest just donating it. Donate it to any place that takes this sort of stuff, whether it be like a Bookman's, that's like a bookstore in my town that like, you know, you can donate books to, whether it be a Goodwill, a Salvation Army. Give it to people that actually need it and are going to use it. Stop just hoarding this [ __ ]. And what you'll find is that when you get rid of this stuff, you'll feel so free. You'll feel like literally like weight has been lifted off your shoulder because oftent times we're holding on to all this stuff. All the stuff that we don't use, all the stuff that we don't need and all the stuff that's actually holding us back. So get rid of [ __ ] food, get rid of old clothes, old shoes, just anything that you don't actually use. Get rid of dusty books. Make your bed as well. You know, actually like clean your environment, clean your room, clean your house, clean your bathroom, clean everything. And you know, just like just anything you don't use, just simply eliminate what doesn't serve you. If you haven't used it in the This is a good rule to go by, by the way. If you haven't used it in the last three months, get rid of it. You don't need it. You simply don't need it cuz you're not using it. And people will be like, "Oh, but but but what about the time?" Okay, look, if it's a seasonal thing, like if you live in the north, you live in like Massachusetts and it snows and you want to like, you know, shovel your driveway, that's different. But I'm talking about stuff that you haven't used and you really have no reason or use for. Just get rid of it. Get rid of it. And you'll know. You'll know deep down what you actually need and what you don't need. It's just you probably haven't spent any time actually, you know, doing a proper audit like that because again, we live in this consumerous culture. It's just all about consume, consume, consume. How much can you consume? But what about what you can create? And understand the only way that you can create is when you actually have enough space, you actually have enough energy to properly put into creation. If you're just bogged down by all the things, you know, where you have all these things, but all these things actually own you, you won't have the space to create. So again, we need to clean our environment because a clean environment means that we now have a clean mind. And a clean mind and a clean environment is the closest thing to godliness. the the highest version of yourself, the as athletic version of yourself that's chasing excellence, that's leaning into your own style, that's staying disciplined, and is simply creating the life that you want for yourself. So, spend the day just purging. Okay, this is literally all about purging. And also, as well, do an audit on your phone. That's very important. Get rid of apps that you don't use. Get, you know, clear out all the tabs on your computer and whatnot. Go through your email, unsubscribe from all the list and whatnot that you don't use so that your email can stop being just spammed and full of just, you know, tens of thousands of emails. I know I had to do that. Just literally like go through everything. Eliminate everything that doesn't serve you. All the notifications on your phone, go through them. All the little things that you've been putting off like, "Oh, I'll do this when I have the time. Oh, I'll do No, you have the time today. You always have the time. Stop sedating yourself by watching more YouTube videos, by doom scrolling on your phone, by just going and eating junk food and forgetting about your problems or don't going and doing drugs and playing video games or smoking weed or doing some other [ __ ]. No, purge. Get rid of the [ __ ] that you do not need and then you can go back to doing all that [ __ ] Although, actually, we're going to kind of get over that. But anyways, though, you need to purge. You need to purge all the [ __ ] that doesn't serve you. Simple as that.

All right, so we just purged. We got rid of all the stuff in our physical environment. So, now we're on to day two, which is the fast. And this is going to be more of a body purge. Now, we're going to be eliminating things in our body that we do not need. So, what are we going to be doing? We are going to be doing a fast from food and also, if you can, cheap dopamine. Okay? So, what is cheap dopamine? That's like TV, video games, uh any drugs, obviously junk food and whatnot. You know, if you watch Prawn, don't freaking watch Prawn, but you know, we're going to fast from food and cheap dopamine for one whole day. I know it sounds scary, but it's really not that scary. So, essentially, from sunrise to sunset, you are not going to eat any food. You're going to be doing about a 36-hour fast. If you have gone through the fasting module already, then you already know like once you get to the 36-hour mark of a fast, this is when ketones get released. This is when your body is burning fat and whatnot. It's very good. So what you're going to experience over this fast is you're going to lose fat, literal waste on your body, excess potential energy that you are not using. Again, you're getting rid of that which you do not need. You're getting rid of that which doesn't serve you. But as we also know as well, we fast in order to get answers. We fast to talk to God. We fast to talk to our higher selves and also become and embrace our highest self. Now, obviously the rules are very simple. From sunrise to sunset, you're not going to eat food. So your last meal will be around, you know, sunset. Whenever you have your last meal the night before, your first meal can be at sunrise. Although I wouldn't recommend eating till like mid-afternoon or sunset the next day. So that way you can properly like reset your eating schedule at the proper time that you want to and that you would normally eat at. So again, you can break your fast the next day. But the whole point of this is you need to allow yourself to sit in the discomfort of like not having food in your belly and see what arises because oftent times you mask your purpose with food. Here's the thing that y'all should understand is like if you know about the sin of gluttony, which is where like you just eat and consume a whole bunch, what that actually stems from is a lack of purpose. It means like you're trying to fill this void with food. You're trying to fil fill your lack of purpose. The fact that maybe you work a job that you hate or maybe you're doing soul sucking work that just doesn't fulfill you in any way. You're trying to mask that with food. No, I've known for myself, I found for myself is like I would mask my lack of execution on creating stuff like this, you know, stuff for my business, stuff for my community, stuff for my people. I would mask this by just consuming content out there. Like, oh, I need to get more information. Oh, I need to know more. Oh, you know, this piece of information will help me. Really, [ __ ] come on. Just do the work. So, as simple as that. The fast allows you to sit in the discomfort and stop running away from, you know, what you're scared of. Because oftentimes, you know, facing your purpose and embracing your purpose, it can be scary because now it means that you have to commit. Now it means that you have to show up. You have to be a bit more responsible. You have to be way more intentional with what it is that you do. It means that you do have to make sacrifices. And by the way, when I say make sacrifices, I do mean letting go of the stuff that does not serve you. So, and another quick caveat on that is like never look at a sacrifice as a sacrifice because truly people only sacrifice the things that they don't actually need, the stuff that actually isn't serving them. You know what I mean? If you need to sacrifice playing video games in order to build a business that can make you millions and can help millions of people, is that really a sacrifice? No, it's really not because the video games were not serving you. Serving people will actually serve you in way more ways than just money. Like the fulfillment you'll feel and whatnot. The actual fact that you'll be making a difference. The fact that people's lives will be changed for the better because of you. Like come on. So anyways though on this fast, you know, you may need to isolate yourself just to get the message just that way you don't indulge in food. You may need to just like take a day trip to a different town in your city and whatnot. Um and you know like go there in the in the at sunrise and whatnot. you know, kind of just walk around, explore, just experience, you know, just, you know, take note of whatever comes to you and then drive back around like sunset around nighttime and just go to bed and whatnot. The point is, I want you to write down what comes up and that is your signal. That is going to be your signal for day three, which we'll get into in a moment. But just write down your thoughts. Take note of what keeps coming up. What is that thought that you've been putting off? Because let's be real. Let's be real. I know you. I know you. You have thoughts that you just put off that you just kind of like, ah, I'll just, you know, nah, who cares? Be for real. Come on. It's me, bro. It's me. Be be for real. Stop putting off whatever that dream is, whatever that purpose is that you've been ignoring, stop putting it off. Embrace it and face it. Because that purpose, that work that you have to do and get done, that is actually the path that you need to be walking down in order to rise, in order to get to your highest self, in order to get to the place that you want to be, in order to achieve your goals. So, lock in and just do this fast. Do this fast. This fast will do wonders for you. It also reset your dopamine. So, you'll have way more motivation and you'll have a purpose that you can then pour that motivation into. And then once you've poured in enough motivation, the motivation begins to win. Well, now you're just operating on discipline. I know for myself as I'm creating this course, this program, this community for you, I haven't been losing motivation per se, but it's just this has just become more of a discipline habit for me. Every single day I wake up, I script out, you know, I write down what I'm going to present and then I start filming. Every single day, that's the first thing I do. And we'll go over that a bit more in the schedule. But yeah, you need to fast. You need to get the answers. Simple as that. Rise above, rise, rise to your highest self.

All right, day three, the mission. All right, we got a mission. It's time to accomplish it though. So the mission is very simple. The mission after yesterday, you just fasted. Okay, so you fasted for an entire day. Now you have the answers. So you now have a mission from God and it is your duty to execute on this mission. What do I mean by execute? Start taking action. Because here is the thing. Now that you know what it is that you have to do, now that you know what it is, what you want to accomplish, now that you know essentially what your mission is, your purpose, your quest, your vision, whatever you want to call it, you know what exactly it is that you are here to do because again, like we talked about in just the initial welcome, you know, the initial ascend module, everything stems from your purpose. Okay? It'll be easier for you to go train and be healthy when you have a purpose. It'll easy be easier for you to, you know, um, yeah, to train and eat healthy, get your sleep, to interact better with people, to have better relationships with your friends, your family, your lovers, to just show up better as the best version of yourself when you have a mission, when you have a purpose, because now you have a reason to do all that stuff. You're not just simply doing that stuff just because someone's like, "Oh, this stuff is good for you." No, you quite literally have a why. So again, now that you know what this, you know, you have some sort of signal, you have something that you're going after, whether it's to be the best real estate agent, whether it's to go and play in the NBA, whether it's to just, you know, I don't even know, just to be a salesp person, just to do something to accomplish something, you need to spend 5 to 10 minutes bare minimum. I mean, spend as much time as you need, but at least like five minutes just focusing on and defining this mission a bit further. Okay? Look, I'm not going to throw the whole kitchen sink at you and be like, "Okay, start working on this mission today." Although obviously if you really wanted it you would but you know baby steps. So just spend 5 to 10 minutes with that signal with the you know with the message that you got yesterday and just ask yourself these questions you know what do you want to accomplish what are you already good at? Because that's a big part of your mission is just leaning into your strengths. Like think about me I played football. I have a great physique. I also just have like a unique perspective on like health and fitness that you have probably never heard before. And because of that, I'm now creating a course. I'm creating a community. I'm creating value and knowledge that I can share and bring to you. I'm leaning into my strengths. And why is that? Because I wanted to accomplish this. This is something that's always just been in the back of my mind. Even when I was playing football, I would literally wake up at 4 a.m. This is not the first time I've made a course like this. I've literally made like three or four or five iterations of this course, y'all. Like, this is like a work in progress. This is quite literally my life's work. Like, this stuff means a lot to me. is because it's something I want to accomplish. I want the entire world to be healthy. I want people to be walking around being lean, being athletic, being jacked, you know, just feeling confident in themselves. That's literally always what I've wanted because I know that when people show up as that version of themselves, that's when you get the truest version of people. That's when you get the best version of people. And that's when we can all move forward and just simply just make this world amazing. You know what I mean? Make this world amazing. Simple as that. And you know, that's why it matters to me is because maybe it's a little selfish, but I want to live in a world of people that are just cool as [ __ ]. I want to live in a in a world of people that are just absolutely beautiful and whatnot. I don't want to look around and see fat people. I want to look around and see people at their highest versions of themselves, at that lean version of themselves where they truly can take pride and be confident and love themselves fully. You know what I mean? So, who do I want to help? In a sense, I want to help everyone, but I've learned that, you know, you can't help everyone. I am actually specifically helping the version of me from two years ago. the version of me that was kind of lost, that was kind of purposeless after, you know, football ended for me, after I was a bit injured, after I got a bit out of shape. I'm trying to help that person that's just, you know, not searching for an answer, but just searching for a bit of guidance, a bit of direction, and knows that they're capable of great things, but just might not might not know how to get there yet and needs a little bit of help with that. That is who I'm trying to help because I know that those are the only people that are actually going to get the message. And that's why you're here. That's literally why you're here is because you are way more similar to the version of me from two years ago when I tore my shoulder than you realize. It's pretty cool. And then of course, you know, how can you make money from it? Because again, money is an exchange of value. Money is not this evil thing. You know, I know that money has been demonized by religion and whatnot. Like, oh, but money is the root of all evil. It's so hard for a rich man to enter heaven. Come on. Come on. No. Money is just a basic exchange of value. Understand? If you were not paying for this information, if you got it for free, you would not value it. The amount of money that you are willing to pay for this information is a reflection of how valuable you think it is. And on top of that, too, it's also just the way that the world works. The only way that I'm able to keep, you know, kind of like diving deep, learning this stuff, and coming back and bringing this knowledge to you, you know what I mean? Is by also having the income and being able to support myself. You understand that? So, it's not like this evil or malicious thing. It's just a basic exchange of value. It's just how things work. We pay for what we value. Simple as that. So, anyways, ask yourself these questions. What do you want to accomplish? What are you good at? Lean into your strengths. Why does it matter to you? You know, why does it matter to the world? Why would anyone care about it, obviously. And then, who do you want to help? And typically, you're going to be best suited to help the version of yourself that was struggling with, you know, a specific issue that you had from a couple years ago. And then, obviously, just ask yourself, how can you make money from it? And typically the best way for you to make money from it is going to be through social media and whatnot. At least just using basic marketing on social media, you know, posting videos about your topic and whatnot. But I mean, there's other ways obviously to make money. Maybe, you know, you want to teach people how to day trade and whatnot. You know, you make money from that. Maybe you want to teach people about real estate, about how to like wholesale houses and whatnot, being a bird dog and stuff like that. That's specific real estate terminology for just like an appointment setter. But uh yeah, remember you have the signal. Now go deeper with that signal. Follow I don't want to say follow the noise but follow the signal and just dive deep into it and really expand on that and yeah just write this down and know that now this mission is your priority. It comes first no matter what. What is a priority? It doesn't mean like oh like it's my priority. It's at the top of my mind so I'm always thinking about it but I'm not. No, your priority means that it's the first thing that you do. It's the first thing you think about. It's the first thing that you quite literally give your energy to. So, we're going to touch a bit more on this in day four, but just understand this mission is your priority. Like we said in the initial welcome module, when you put your priority first, everything else falls into place. And I know this might take you some time to understand, but truly truly understand your purpose has to come first. Your purpose will never let you down. Your purpose will never betray you. Your purpose will save you. Your purpose will feed you. Your purpose will clothe you. Your purpose will give you and those around you life. Lock in.

Welcome to day four, the schedule. So, this is really like the execution and not like no, I'm talking about like it's time to execute. It is time to bring forth the mission that you have, the vision you have, that quest in the back of your head, that purpose. It is time to bring that into reality, into the now. So, it's simple as this. With this purpose, you must bring it into reality through action. action is the midwife to bringing your thoughts into reality. That's all the action is. Remember, everything started off as a thought. Everything started off as just an idea, a kind of just little vision in someone's mind, and then they were just brave enough and willing enough to bring it into reality through action, through taking the proper action to create it. You know, the internet probably started off as some crazy idea in some dude's mind, and he was just like, "All right, [ __ ] it. Let's just find a way. Let's wire cables all across the world and whatnot. let's find a way to make the internet common and set up routers and s, you know, it's just you find a way. You find a way. You quite literally will it into existence. But you also need to have a schedule. You need to have a bit of a routine that allows you to prioritize this mission because, you know, it's cool to have an idea. It's cool to have a mission and whatnot, but a mission without a plan is doomed to is doomed to fail. You're planning to fail. So, we need to create a schedule that prioritizes your mission. And Remember when I'm talking about priority, simply put, it's the first thing that you do every day. Your mission needs to come first. Remember, like I told y'all, I wake up and I start working on my purpose, which is this, which is bringing this value, bringing this information to you. Okay? Understand, I don't wake up and start doing other BS. I don't wake up I don't look, I'll be 100% honest with you. Today, I woke up, I kind of like sat in silence for about 10 or 11 minutes just to collect myself and remember like, okay, what am I doing this for? Why am I doing this? I like you know envision the highest version of myself. I try to talk to him as well in that visualization. I know it goes deep. It's pretty meta. But um after that I just started I scripted out this entire presentation and whatnot. I didn't go brush my teeth. I didn't even take a shower. I haven't done anything. I barely even drank any water. I just immediately woke up and I got to work. I got to work on my purpose because this is what matters to me. So boom. You should spend at least one hour on your purpose at the beginning of your day because that's the beginning of your day. You need to understand the early hours of the day. That's when you are the most free. That's when you have the most time for yourself. That's when there's not as many people awake. There's not as many people that can distract you. There's not as many people that can try to take your time and take your attention. So, ideally, wake up early and put that work into your purpose. Especially if you have a job, like when like I said, when I was playing football, football was essentially a job for me, by the way. When I was playing football, I would wake up at 4:00 a.m. knowing I had practiced at or I had to be at the facility at like 6:00 a.m. 6:30 a.m. I'd wake up at 4:00 a.m. and immediately start working on my purpose because it mattered that much to me because I wanted to. And that's the thing. Your purpose is not something that you should be like, I guess I'll do. No, your purpose is just your deep down. It's like your childhood desire. It's the thing that you've always wanted to do. It's just now you're actually taking action on it. So again, you should be spending at least one hour minimum on it, but ideally you should spend around like two to three, four plus hours on as much time as you please really. And your entire day should be set up around this mission as well. And just remember, purpose over people. You have to put your purpose above, you know, like the people in your life. Like I get it, your mom and dad might want things from you. Your friends might want things from you. Your lover, your wife, your kids might want things from you. It doesn't matter. And I'm not saying they don't matter, but it's just more of that your purpose matters that much more. Because understand, the only way that the people in your life will be able to get the best version of you is if you are able to focus on your purpose. I'll be 100% honest with y'all. Well, actually with you watching this is that I recently went on a vacation with my mom and it was awful. It was awful. It was actually one of the worst experiences ever. And not because my mom is some awful person. No. You want to know why? It's because I was not able to work on my purpose. I was not able to create this course and create this program. And the whole time while I was with my mom, even though I should have been so happy to be with her, I couldn't because I was just thinking about my purpose. I was thinking about the mission. I was so not present. I was so not there. I was so rude. I was so ungrateful to her. And it was no fault of her. It was just because my purpose matters that much more. And it's no dis to her. It's no disrespect to her. Simply your purpose has to come first. And you'll begin to realize this, especi like like if you're watching this, you know what I mean? You know that if you don't get your work done, if you don't accomplish your purpose, if you haven't done something like, you know, actually like productive to move your life forward throughout the day, you know, you just won't feel good. Like I know for myself, if I don't work on my purpose and I try to go out and have fun with friends, I'm not going to I'm not going to have fun. I'm not going to have fun at all. I'm going to be thinking about my purpose. I'm going to be like, why the [ __ ] am I here? Why am I here partying and drinking alcohol and smoking weed and just, you know, trying to get into some stinky hole when I should be focused on my purpose? That's just the way we're wired. We're athletic. It is what it is. This is the burden that we are forced to bear. But it's not something that we're forced to bear. It's something that we love because truly your purpose is something that you love. I love doing this, bro. I love doing this. It's simple as that. So, anyways, understand your entire day needs to be set up around this mission. Everything that you do should really be tailored towards helping this mission. Remember, you need to put your purpose over people. This doesn't mean that you can't interact with people. This doesn't mean you can't be there for your kids. You can't be there for your lovers. It just means your purpose has to come first. That's all. And you'll actually see how I set this up. It's not as extreme as you would think, but um it's it's different. It's different. So, this is my personal schedule. Y'all can you can create your own schedule. Uh I wouldn't recommend following my exact schedule because again, your schedule is different, but this is the schedule I follow. So, you can use this as kind of like a rough draft, but then just obviously tailor it to yourself. So my schedule is very simple. When I wake up from about the hours of like, you know, sunrise 6 a.m. to 8:00 for, you know, a couple hours, this is when I do my deepest work, my most creative work. So I'll meditate. So I'll meditate for about, you know, 10 to 15 20 minutes. Just kind of sit in silence, just focus on my goals, and then I'll start scripting. So whether I'm writing out ideas for videos I'm going to film, or whether I'm actually writing and creating a presentation like this for the course, for the community, you know, I'll do that for like about 30 minutes or whatnot. And then I get into filming. I start filming this. I start filming videos, whatever the case may be. And that is my deep work. That is my most creative work. You see, I wake up and the most important thing is that I create this because if I'm not creating, it doesn't matter what I do. It doesn't matter if I optimize my landing page. It doesn't matter if I optimize my funnel. No, the only thing that matters is actually creating value for you. So that is what the first thing I do. I have like I won't even brush my teeth. I won't I won't shower. I won't freaking clean my ball sack or anything like that until this is done. Then after that, I do more like light work. And I don't call it like light. It's still kind of like deep work, but it's just like it's not as like creative. It's just this is more going to be me like editing the videos and whatnot, chopping it up, doing more stuff. Like this is when I'll typically post and everything, you know, just, you know, get everything out for the day. I'll also uh make sure to engage with any clients that I have. So, you know, shout out to like James, Tyler, shout out to Mot at this time, you know, shout out to uh Nathan and all that. Like, shout out to y'all, you know what I mean? So, I'll engage with my cl shout out to Sam as well. Even though Sam don't be freaking never be answering the phone, but yeah, I'll make sure to just engage with my clients. And uh yeah, after that, you know, once I've got work done for the day, once I've worked on the business, once I've moved my purpose forward, once I've moved the mission forward, now I can start to pour into myself, you know, show love to myself. So, I'll go and train, you know, I'll either lift or I'll sprint. I'll come back and I, like I said, I like to immediately just stretch, get the flexibility done. So, you know, after a sprint session, I'll come back, I'll stretch out my legs and whatnot. I'll foam roll. After a lifting session, I'll come back. I I'll maybe I'll go to the sauna at the gym or, you know, I'll stretch out like my arms. If I was doing an upper body day, I'll stretch out my legs, whatever the case may be. But the point is, you know, I'm training. I'm getting into my body. Then I'll have a siesta because obviously after this, I'm tired. I've worked. I've trained. I deserve a break. So, I'll take me a little break. I'll go on a walk outside. I'll read a bit from my book. I also take this time to meditate. Kind of just take a nap and whatnot. You know, the art of doing nothing. Simple. And then uh after that, from about 2:00 to um 6:00, 14 o'clock to 18 o'clock, I'll just vibe. I'll do some extra work. You know, any extra little things that I need to attend to on the school. I'll respond to folks. I'll respond to you in the school and whatnot. I'll hang out with my homies. I might hang out with some girls and whatnot. I might even just go and I'll literally just go and make some money because I actually have a way for me to make money uh by like working this job and whatnot. So, I might go to the job and just make some extra money just to like not to like keep myself out of trouble but to keep myself engaged and also during this time I like to be very present. You know, this is when I like to talk to people. This is when I like to engage with people because you know again like I said people make your world. People make your world or maybe I haven't said it yet but people do make your world. So my point being is like during this time, this is when I just, you know, chill out, just, you know, interact with the people, man. Get on the ground. Get on the ground floor. And during this time, I actually learn a lot because another thing you'll learn is that when you put your phone down and are actually present with life, you learn a lot. Then from 6:00 to 10:00, 18 o'clock to 22 o'clock, I'll eat. I have my one meal of the day. Stop eating around 7 o'clock. So boom, now I got three hours till bed. I can properly digest the food. I'll go on a long postmeal walk, usually about an hour, and just vibe. You know, sometimes I listen to a podcast, sometimes I'll walk without my phone. Just depends on how I'm feeling. Get back around, you know, 20:00, 8:00 and whatnot. I'll typically watch something. So, I might watch like Game of Thrones with my shorty or whatnot. I'll watch some anime and whatnot. Sometimes I watch like a documentary, whatever the case may be. And then about an hour before bed, that's when I turn off the electronics. So, like 9:00 to 10 o'clock. This is just time when I'm in bed. So, I'll read, I'll write, kind of like reflect on the day. I'll meditate and just, you know, make sure that I know what I need to do and execute on tomorrow. And then I'll wake up and do it all every single day. And I freaking love it. So create a schedule like this for yourself. A schedule that you love, a schedule that prioritizes your mission, that prioritizes your purpose. We all going to send. We all going to become athletic that way.

Day five, the mind. It's time to focus on your mind, y'all. So what specifically do I mean by this is you need to understand your mind can either be your best friend or your worst enemy. And obviously we do not want this option. We want this option. We want our mind to be our best friend. And honestly, your mind should be your best friend. However, you need to learn how to I'm not going to say you need to learn how to train your mind because your mind is going to think whatever it wants to think. Your mind is now thinking of a pink elephant. Sorry, it is what it is. Your mind is now thinking of a pink elephant. Now, it's a green elephant. My point being is your mind is kind of like susceptible to whatever it sees and whatever it hears. So you just need to learn how to like work with your mind so that way your mind doesn't start working you essentially you need to just spend some time with your mind in order to master it. So how do we do this? Again we do this through mastering the art of doing nothing. Y'all remember in the recovery um module I was talking a lot about the the art of doing nothing. And it's quite literally an art and it's and it like the the benefits that you receive from the art of doing nothing are so worth it because it extends into everything that you do. So again, you just need to start spending about 5 to 10 minutes out your day just sitting there. Like y'all will see here, I literally have like three times out of the day where I meditate, where I spend 10, 15, 20 minutes doing nothing, letting my mind wander. But specifically, you know, you'll see in a moment how I begin to control my mind, but just letting my mind do its thing. And at first when you start doing this, you know, you'll kind of just observe. I want you to just observe and notice what comes up in these five to 10 minutes. Just, you know, observe it and don't judge it. You know, thoughts will come up. Evil thoughts, crazy thoughts might come up. Don't judge it. Don't be like, "Oh my gosh, does that mean I'm a bad person?" No, they're thoughts. Thoughts are only real once you, you know, give them attention and give them energy and actually bring them into reality through action. Until then, it's just a thought. And let's be real, we all have some crazy thoughts. Thoughts that probably are not safe for work, thoughts that probably are not safe for the public. And just, you know, it is what it is. Your thoughts don't make you who you are. Only the thoughts that you give attention to make you make you who you are. And what I want you to do is think of your thoughts like clouds. Okay? You know, when a cloud passes by, it's just a cloud. But let's say you now start focusing on that cloud. You give that cloud a whole bunch of attention. Well, now you've turned that cloud into a rainstorm. And now it's raining, it's lightning, it's thundering, it's a freaking storm happening. And that's exactly how thoughts typically work. It's like, you know, if you get a negative thought, it just starts off as a cloud. But if you give it a whole bunch of energy, well, now it's turned into a whole storm. and your entire mood is down. So, don't do that. Just don't just don't give your don't give those negative thoughts attention. Instead, find a way to flip it. You know, like for me, I I'll give myself an example. When I was playing sports, especially like if I made a mistake, I'd be like, "Fuck." Like, I I would get so mad. I get so negative. I'd be like, "Dang, this means that, you know, you you suck. You're you're you're awful." All this all this all this just awful stuff that I should not have been saying to myself. And instead, what I really should have been saying is just flipping and being like, "Okay, you made a mistake. That means now you're closer to success." And we'll actually go over more of the stuff in the mindset module on like how to actually train your mind to just find the positive and everything. But simply put, even the negative thoughts, you like, understand, you're an alchemist. You're the one in control here. So even the negative thoughts, you can find a way to flip that and actually make that into a positive for you. But again, just understand you don't have to engage with all your thoughts. All your thoughts are not worthy of being engaged with. You know, not all people in this world are worth you actually engaging with and talking to. Yes, most people will be like, "Oh, but you should talk to everyone. You should have a variety of, you know, perspectives." Look, I'll be honest, a lot of the times, a lot of people that you interact with will actually be great examples of what not to be, of who you don't want to be. You know, you'll listen to people and you'll hear their ideas and their perspectives and their advice and you'll just kind of be like, you know what, that's good to know. I'm gonna do the exact opposite of what you just said because understand anytime someone gives you advice, they are telling you what they would do in order to become more of them. They or they are telling you what they actually did in order to become who they are. And you just need to look at them and be like, do I want to be like you? If the answer is no, ignore what they have to say. But yeah, anyways, once you begin to, you know, kind of like parse through these thoughts and observe and notice what comes up, then you can begin to actually train your mind by just spending time focusing on and visualizing your mission. Because again, when you keep the mission at your top of your mind, when you just have more time spent focusing on your mission, on your purpose, you have more thoughts about it that come up. And if you can spend these five to 10 minutes at least, you know, in the middle of your day or at the beginning of your day, at the end of your day, just focusing on and visualizing your mission, it makes it that much easier to bring it into reality. Because understand once you can not only think about it but once you can quite literally see it playing out in your mind it becomes that much more easier to play it out in reality. You know it's like if you are ever playing a sports game if you would just visualize what your opponent is going to do when that moment comes up in a game you have quite literally already lived through that moment. So let's say let's say you're playing football and you're a wide receiver and you're a wide receiver or actually let's let's go with basketball. Let's say you're playing basketball and you're um you know you're visualizing that your opponent goes left. So you decide to go right and then you score a bucket on him. Well, when that actually happens in the game, when your opponent goes left, you've already lived through that moment because the mind can't tell the difference between what's fake and what's imagined, what's real and what's imagined. So when your opponent goes left, well shoot, you already visualize this. So you know exactly to just go right and then you'll you can score the bucket. So as simple as that. spend time focusing on and visualizing your mission because then when certain actual like stuff like that happens in reality, you've already lived through it. You're already prepared and you know the exact right move to make in order to succeed and get the result that you

want. And again, this is what we do by mastering the art of doing nothing. And it doesn't have to be the strict thing where it's like you spend all five to 10 minutes just like purpose mission, but at least start off with that as the base and then let what comes up comes up. Because often times your mind will kind of go down rabbit holes and tangents and create scenarios or create like, um, like actual like cool thoughts that you never even would have thought of or imagined because again, your mind is beautiful. It's like a garden and again, we want to make sure that we don't, you know, pluck the weed in the cool.

Okay, let me let me back it up a bit. Let me explain this for you. So the way it works is essentially like this. Your mind is a garden and you grow the plants that you want in the garden by focusing on them, by quite literally just looking at them, giving them attention. So if you want to grow beautiful flowers, positivity, stuff that you want to see, you know, roses and sunflowers and tulips and whatnot, and you know, cool trees and jungles and whatnot, then focus on those thoughts as they crop up. If you focus on the weeds, you focus on the thorn bushes, you focus on the stuff that you don't want to see in your mind come up when it comes up. When you focus on that, well, you'll get more of that. So, just don't focus on that stuff. Focus on what you want to happen. And a big key is actually not even trying to like, don't try to not focus like, like how do I word this properly? Don't be the person that's like, "I'm not focused on the negative." No, just focus on the positive and then you'll naturally not be focused on the negative and then they will be more positive. So again, focus on what you want. Refrain from focusing on what you don't want. Just focus on what you want.

And again, the goal is to work up to spending about 30 minutes a day doing this because just doing that for 30 minutes, being able to like sit in that silence and being able to just focus on your goals and really just kind of learn to be at peace with doing nothing, it actually works wonders for you and begins to attract the things that you want to you. Because think about it, the person who has abundance, the version of you that has abundance, the version of you that has everything you want, they're okay with doing nothing because they know that they already have everything they want. So master your mind, master the art of doing nothing.

Day six, the people. So understand people make your world whether you like it or not. You know, the people around you are a direct reflection of maybe not the current version of you, but at least a past version of you. You know, the people around you are a p are a reflection of the past version of you. So all you need to ask yourself is just, you know, are your friends, your family, your lovers, are they a reflection of who you want to be? Are they helping you become more of who you want to be or are they hurting you? Or are they detracting you? Are they kind of inhibiting and stopping you from your goal? And understand, it's never okay for you to like, you know, it's never it's never okay to like, you know, how do I even word this properly? You should never look at the people around you and directly blame them for everything in your life. Because understand the big and vast majority of the results of the things in your life are because of you. But you do need to then take responsibility and take the proper actions to make sure that if they are detracting from you, that you don't allow them to further detract from you.

So essentially the basic, the basic rule here is that if the people around you are not inspiring you, if you feel like they're holding you back, then just distance yourself. You don't need to cut people off and be like, "We'll never speak again." Because understand, everyone in your life serves a purpose. Whether they serve as a reminder of who you want to be or a reminder of who you don't want to be, everyone in your life serves a purpose. And everyone does actually have value. Even if it is in the negative way where it's like you look at that person, you're like, "Yeah, I don't want to be like that person." You look at that hobo, you're like, "Yeah, I don't want to be like that dude on the on the streets that's that's homeless and whatnot. Let me do the opposite of what he did." But bottom line is you do need to distance yourself from people that are kind of like, you know, holding you back in a sense. And the reason for this is simple. It's just like the people you're around. I mean, understand you'll begin to just mimic those people, their thoughts, their beliefs, their actions, their habits, their lifestyle. You will begin to adopt those same thoughts, beliefs, actions, habits, and lifestyle if you are around them long enough. So if they don't have thoughts, beliefs, actions, and lifestyles that you want to have, distance yourself. Distance yourself. This doesn't mean that you have to cut them off and never see them again, but just distance yourself. Allow yourself to get into your own source of energy or be around those with the thoughts, actions, habits, and beliefs that you do want to embody that you do want to live by. And you'll just be better off for it.

Now, obviously, this can be kind of hard. You know, if you don't have the funds to do it, you know, sometimes you just might need to lone wolf, you need to set up boundaries as well. Like if your family is constantly trying to take time from you, like I know for myself, my family anytime I go into town, they'll constantly be trying to take time for me. They'll be like, "Oh, can you do this for me? Can you do that for me? Oh, you should think this way. Oh, you should do this instead." It's like, "Look, I respect y'all. I love y'all. But I need to go out in life and make my own decisions, make my own mistakes, and learn and just create the life that I want for myself." So, you know, that's why I don't go home all the time. That's why I typically will only go home once a month. It's not because I want to cut off my family entirely, but simply because I want to distance myself from them and allow myself to get into my own energy and create my own life for myself.

So again, this is what you need to do. But you don't want to distance yourself and cut yourself off from people all together and do like this whole lone wolf lonely chapter. "Oh, I'm just it's me against the world." Because understand, it's never you against the world. People want to help you. The world is here to help you. The only reason why the world wouldn't help you is if you're not helping yourself. Is if you're looking at people and thinking of them as enemies, thinking that they're trying to detract from you. Obviously, some people simply might not align with you or where you want to go. And it is what it is. Obviously, not everyone is going to align with you. You don't want everyone to align with you anyways, by the way, cuz that means you're a normie. That means that you're just average. You're like the 99%. But again, it just means that you need to just get a bit more specific. You need to be be a bit more strict with who you allow yourself to be around so that way you can make sure that those around you are helping you and supporting you towards getting towards your goals.

So ideally, just go to the places where your people would congregate, where the people that you want to be like, where the people that you want to interact with would congregate. So whether it's grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, malls, gyms, clubs, whatever the case may be, go to these places frequently and just simply be in the scene and be open to new experiences and people. You know, you need to go into every new place just with an open heart, with an open mind or whatnot. Like, if you're not going to go there with an open heart or open mind, there's really no point in going. If you're going to go there and be super ducked off and closed off, you know, it's very unlikely that someone's going to actually want to, you know, take the time and the energy to go and break your shell. So, just make sure that you're at least fairly open and whatnot to, you know, new experiences and people. And the easiest way to do this is just anywhere you go, just smile, dress well, smell good, you know, make warm eye contact. Don't do like, don't just stare someone down in their eyeballs like just [ __ ] scare them. Like make warm eye contact that just shows like, you know, you're a friend and whatnot. And also just be real. Don't be afraid to, you know, express yourself and your opinions. Obviously, you know, if your opinions are controversial, you're going to have to deal with that. You're going to have to deal with that. You don't want to be fake, though. Because if you're fake, if you like show up as a fake version of yourself that just says what you think people want to hear, well, understand you're going to attract those people that want to hear that, but you're not actually going to want to be friends with them or want to be around those people.

So, for myself personally, it's like currently in this version in this phase of my life, I'm an entrepreneur. I'm creating a business. I'm creating value for people by, you know, putting my thoughts out there essentially by, you know, marketing myself through social media with YouTube videos and shorts and Instagram reels and TikTok and then I'm creating, you know, products and communities and coaching services behind that. So, where do I typically go? I typically go to coffee shops because that's where a lot of entrepreneurs like to go. A lot of people like to go to coffee shops to work, just kind of like to interact, to hang out, to discuss ideas. So, I'll typically go to coffee shops. Also, obviously, I love health. I love fitness. So, I've gone to run clubs a couple of times. I've gone to the gym as well. Obviously, I'm frequently at the gym, and I like to go to gyms where there's like, you know, where I know there's going to be a lot of young people or maybe even a lot of like fitness influencers or whatnot. So, I can get with people on the same wave as me. I can connect with people that are doing similar things to me. So, that way we can pour into each other and have like this synergistic relationship where, you know, I give them my energy, I get some of their energy back in return, but it's a positive energy that makes both of us become greater versions of ourselves.

I know that sounds kind of complicated. It sounds like, "Whoa, whoa." But it's really as simple as this. Surround yourself with the people that you want to be like. Distance yourself from the people that you don't want to be like. You can cut them off if you want. I wouldn't recommend cutting people off completely. Distancing yourself is more than enough. So if you have to move to a new town, have to move to a new city, move to a new state, move to a new country, whatever the case may be, just do what you got to do to distance yourself from those that you don't want to be like. And then once you are, you know, once you've eliminated those people and not like in a sense like eliminated them, but once you've distanced yourself, then replace those people with new people that you are more aligned with and want to be like. Simple as that. And then just always remember to present yourself well. And obviously, you'll naturally do that when you follow this program. You know, when you eat well, when you recover well, when you train hard, you'll naturally just be the best version of yourself. You'll have a nice smile. You also, you know, the clothes you wear will fit you well and whatnot. You'll naturally have the confidence and the ability to make warm eye contact with people and you also have the confidence to just be real and truly express yourself. So, as simple as that, do an audit on the people around you and just make sure that y'all are all aligned in helping each other get to where it is that you want to go. Because understand, when you actually distance yourself from people that you're not aligned with, you help them as well. So that way they can be around more people that are like them.

Seven, the adventure. Okay. So understand life is an adventure. Life is a quest. Life is truly just a game. And life is also meant to be lived. Obviously, because when you are living life, that is when you are playing the game to the fullest. Okay, understand most people age and most people begin to, you know, kind of just fall into, um, just monotony and boredom because they get caught in routines. And don't get me wrong, you need a routine and you need a structure. But you occasionally need a little something to rock the boat, a little something to give you action, a little something to like, you know, change your perspective, just give you a new idea, give you a new vision and whatnot. Because understand, doing the same thing every day for years on end, you are prepping for death. You are getting ready to die. No, life is meant to be lived. Every single day presents you with new opportunities and a new chance to just make the most of the day, learn something new, experience something new, meet someone new, and whatnot. So, you need to be experiencing novelty. All novelty means is new stuff. And ideally, you should be doing this daily, but at the bare minimum, you should be doing this weekly because obviously, if you work a job right now, if you go to school every day, you know, it might be kind of hard for you to find novelty. But also, I guarantee if you just simply get off your damn phone, if you look good and you're present, you will actually find novelty. You will find new opportunities and new experiences everywhere you go, even when you're in the same places.

You need to understand these phones we have, okay? Because you're probably watching this on a phone. These phones that we have are taking us out of the moment. And instead of putting your attention and energy into what's around you and pouring more into that and creating, you know, better and new novel experiences from that, you are pouring, you are looking at your phone and looking at these new novel experiences. But instead of you pouring into them, they are actually whoever's creating that video is actually taking your energy and taking your attention for themselves. Understand that. So simply put, you need to go to new areas, meet new people, and have new experiences. And this actually isn't a requisite really. All you need to do is just get off your phone and just be present. Because when you get off your phone and you're present, it's like everything in your life just simply goes better. Because understand, our phones are very noisy. Our phones have notifications. Our phones have distractions in the form of media. Whether it be content like YouTube or content like IG reels or TikTok, whatever the case may be. This noise interrupts the signal. And again, what is the signal? The signal is your purpose. This noise interrupts the signal towards getting closer to your purpose. So, if you can get off your damn phone, go places without your phone. Put your phone down, put it on airplane mode, and if you can look good and present yourself well, and then just be present, be where your feet are, and be mindful, you will actually have new experiences. You will meet new people even in the same places. Because understand, no man walks the same path twice. Because even if he walks down that same path each time, he is a new man. So, if you were to go to the same places, but you just went there as your fullest and greatest and best self without being on your phone, without being distracted, you would actually meet new people.

I went to the gym yesterday, the gym that I always go to. But instead of going there and listening to music, I went there without any headphones. I wasn't listening to any music. I was extremely present. Then all of a sudden, I walk as I'm walking into the gym, I saw this girl almost get hit by a truck. And I like, you know, just joke with her. I'm like, "Hey, oh my god, did you have beef with that truck driver or something?" And whoopde whoop d next thing you know later on in the gym me and her ended up talking exchanging IGs and whatnot. The point being is I never would have had that experience if I had just gone there looking down on my phone and not being present, not being aware of what's around me. The world wants to help you. Remember that. The people around you want to help you. Everything around you is bent and built to serve you. Everything around you was made for you. So, just make sure that you're aware of the blessings of the opportunities that are already around you. And the only way you can do that is if you get off your damn phone. And when you get off your damn phone, each and every single day will be an adventure. You will have new experiences. You will meet new people. And you'll probably just end up going to random places. You'll get invited to random parties, get invited into random houses.

The other day, quite literally, actually, this is funny. The other day, um, so I was door dashing. Okay, so sometimes I door dash in order to just make a little bit of extra money on the side. So, I was door dashing. I was doing this order and my phone was at 1%. And as I was, you know, trying to complete the order and deliver the like some alcohol to this guy where I had to scan his ID, my phone died. My phone literally died. And at first, I tried to charge it in my car, but it wasn't working. So, then, you know, I was just like, "Hey, do you have like a fast charger? You know, I like I don't want I hate to do this to you, but if you could just charge my phone real quick so I can just get this done, you know, I can go on my way." So, boom. He goes inside, puts my phone on the charger, then he invited me inside. I got to meet him and his wife and his dog. You know, I'm not going to say their names just to protect their privacy and whatnot, but it was cool. You know, I go in there, we started speaking French and everything. Like he had like this cool like mannequin statue and whatnot. And it's literally by getting off my phone, I was able to have this, you know, meet these new people, have this new and novel experience and go to this new area, go to this new house simply. And, you know, a big part of it, I'm sure, is just because, you know, I presented myself well. I was present and I look good. That I didn't present myself as someone who's sloppy, someone who's a slob and whatnot. As simple as that. When you present yourself well, when you're present, when you get off your damn phone and you're truly just where your feet are and you're present with life, opportunities and whatever it is that you want will naturally flow to you. So, simply put, if you want more adventure, get off your damn phone. And if you can't do this, you know, each and every single day, at least do it once a week. Go to a new part of your town. Talk to new people. You know, you should always be talking to people, by the way. Learn how to learn learn the art of small talk. And it's really as simple by smiling, knowing people's names and just making warm eye contact and also presenting yourself well. And lo and behold, new experiences will come to you. And when you when you have new experiences constantly happening to you, it's impossible to age because you're pretty much like a child again, you know, where everything is new or it's like all this crazy stuff is happening around you and it's like you're constantly learning and whatnot. You're in flow. So again, get off that damn phone.

Awesome. So, I hope that you enjoyed this entire module and whatnot. You know, I put a lot of time, a lot of effort into this. My goal is that you actually walk away from this with something that you can apply, something that you can direct directly and tactically use.
