Praise the Lord. Welcome. I thank you for having me in your home, your business, your church, or wherever you're watching.
This is the Marketplace Network and I am your host Apostle Jason and the program is Ministering God's Word. I pray that God will speak to you from God's word. And if you don't mind, I would like to speak on a little bit of nugget from my book before I go into our message.
I have a book that came out, The Spirit of God, The Healing One. And I was going to give a little nugget from this. So if you have it already, you can follow along. It's going to be on page 36. Praise God. And I'm going to be speaking about when the spirit of the Lord was upon me, which was Christ at the time, cuz it's in red letter. And so it says that in the scriptures that the spirit of the Lord was upon him. So that's what we need to remember when we go out and we minister and lay hands on people that the Lord is upon you. You're not doing it on your own just because of some Christian thing I can do. I can lay hands sick and they're going to recover. But you want the Lord to be in it totally. And I'm gonna bring that out in in the scriptures.
And so we look at the book of Luke, chapter 4, verse 18, I believe. Praise God. It says, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me." Get this, cuz he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted and to preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, the center of liberty of them that are bruised.
Now check this out. I can't do this alone. I have to have the Lord in it. He's the only one that is the true healer, the true healing one. You know, the the the the invisible agent is the Holy Spirit. The resurrection power, the same resurrection power that raised Christ from the dead that now lives in us when we're born again and spirit-filled. That resurrection power now is operating in us. But in order to use it, we have to flow in him. And so when we do that, check this out. The Lord has given us everything we need as his hands and feet of the New Testament church, which is the only divine authority on the earth mandated to speak for him and move like him. Like I was saying, we can't move without his being in us, to let us move, have our being in him.
Praise God. And so, it's mandated to speak for him and move like him. Do what Christ did. We see right away in this synoptic gospels that healing and deliverance are found throughout the New Testament churches of the inception. This is especially highlighted as I'm bringing out in Luke 4:18. And so we see here that it emphasizes that healing is available for all those who are brokenhearted. My message today is going to be on the unbroken. Praise God. of brokenness and it's going to lead to from brokenness to be unbroken. And I'm going to show you through the scriptures how that works.
This is different than wholeness, you know, and all that because that's that's even totally more. This is when you're dealing with a broken spirit. You have all this anxiety. You're oppressed by the devil. You're just you're perplexed. All these things are going on in your life. And you're a Christian. Don't get me wrong. We go through these things. But we need to know how to overcome. And God's going to show us from his word. And so the crucial word verse is heal, which in comes restoring sight to the blind, our vision as well as setting a liberty those who are bruised or oppressed as I brought out this passage emphasizes that healing is available for those who are brokenhearted. And the deliverance is promised to capt. He wants to free us all. And I'll be bringing out in my message. It's funny how this stuff is in here and I'm going to bring it out in the message.
Whether they are bound by sin, afflicted by infirmity, or hindered by other struggles in life, the Bible further assures us that he who the Son sets free is free indeed. You can read that in the book of John. Praise God. Chapter 8. So anyone who desires freedom can receive it through faith in Jesus. Not through Buddha, not through Ha Krishna or Allah, but through Jesus Christ. The only one that went to cross for your salvation, your healing, and your deliverance. And and no one else did that and only a God could do that, the Son of God.
This verse does not imply that a person is demon-possessed. Rather, it teaches the believers can experience oppression by the devil. How if we choose to trust God, rely on his promises, we can be set free from any form of oppression. So that's why I wanted to share you a nugget from the word of uh from the the the word of God that I put in this book about the spirit of God, the healing one. This is how he works his healing into us. And I'm going to go into the message today and it's brokenness to unbroken.
In the intro, we see broken lives. There's pain in their heart. They're bruised. They're oppressed of the of the spirit. Praise God. They are have a lot of anxiety. They're they're so tired and they they're just burned out. People get burned out with the gospel because they're not doing it unto the Lord anymore. They're just doing it just because they're doing it. They think that's what they're supposed to be doing. They get burned out. Me, I'll be honest. All these years that I've done Hollywood, I got burned out driving out there every week to do Hollywood ministry, whether it was marching with a cross or saying a prayer or doing a message. I got burned out. But it's not the point that I'm trying to say that you won't get burned out. But when you're walking in the spirit and you know that's where you're called to flow and go, you won't get burned out because he'll give you that anointing. He'll give you that strength. It won't be some physical thing that you're doing on your own. But when God's in it, you'll flow in it.
It's like my pastor. He'll sit there and uh got hardly get any sleep. He'll go go and do all these Bible schools, but he gets in the presence of the Lord while he's on that plane. He gets his rest. He gets ministered to. Uh he he'll go into the word, whatever. a fine place of of shelter. And I'll bring that up in the scripture. Uh but these things that we go through, the first thing we need is healing for this brokenness that become unbroken. We got to get in the secret place. Psalms 91:1, I remember when Jeff Fenel sung a beautiful song, Stand in the Shadow of the Almighty. It got me away from rock music because I I was getting ministered to. And it was a rock song, but it was a worship message from Psalms 91. And in Psalms 91, it says, "Praise God." As I go there, he's has songs called Stand in the Shadow Almighty. But listen to this. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
So this is a secret place that we're dwelling in his presence. And in his presence, you can be made whole or unbroken. If you stay out of his presence, you stay out of the will of God. you stay out of uh your church, whatever it is that's going on in your life, it's going to be really hard. You get under the fellowship of believers, get in the spirit cuz maybe you're not even putting TV in on, you're not watching, you're not worshiping. It's hard to get into his presence or you're not kneeling at your bed and praying daily. We've got to get into his presence. So, it's a secret place. It's a special place where only you and God and when Jesus died on that cross, remember, he opened the avenue for we can go to that secret place. It no longer has to be some high priest that can only go there like it was in the Old Testament. That veil was torn. Praise God. Now we can enter into the Holy of Holies. And I'm not saying that we're anything better, but we come before the Lord humble and we call on him and we listen in what he has for us.
So, we dwell in that presence. And in his presence, you could be made whole in your physical body. Whatever uh infirmity you're going through, I believe God can heal you if you get into his presence. Problem is, we're so much in this flesh that we, you know, we die in this flesh >> and we got to get in the spirit. I'm not saying we can't walk in the spirit all day or alive. We have to occupy on this earth. Don't get me wrong, but we've got to get more into his presence. And we get into his presence. Praise God. Then you can start feeling the anointing. Then you begin to feel the power of God working through your life into your spirit. When the spirit comes in line with the body, the body is going to have to line up to the spirit. Hallelujah. >> Woo. Get ready. Get ready. Get the spirit lined up with the body.
And I'll get into that because it's not just about getting it lined up. You have to speak it. >> Book of Isaiah 55:1. Praise God. Says this, "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth, it shall not return to me void." So when you speak the word and you prophesy out into the over something in your life, you speak the word. Hallelujah. What is the word saying for this situation? It shall not return void. It will not just fall to the ceiling and fall back down. It's going to the Lord. He's heard it. He's getting ready to answer you what you're speaking. And it says, "Shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."
See, I'm sending my my message to God. Hear me, Lord. You know, I need a healing. Hear me, Lord. I need a blessing. Hear me, Lord. I need my relationship restored. You're calling on him, but you're standing on it, and you're not wavering. You're not doubting. You've called on God. Now you stand on it and believe it's going to come to pass cuz it shall not come back void. It's not some dark thing that has ain't going to happen. Some uh black hole or something. But no, it's his glorious glimpse. Get ready cuz you've called unto God from the heaven. Hallelujah. And he hears you and he's going to answer you. How get ready? So he's doing that when you speak the answer. So that's what you do. You speak the answer. What is my answer when I'm going through sickness? Well, whatever it is, let's say, let's say I have cancer. Well, it's not planted by my Father. Shall be rooted up. Praise God. You speak the word. You could even get into say, well, I call that thing as though it was, as though it was not. Talks about that. Praise God in Romans chapter 4.
So, you speak the answer. You speak life into your situation. You don't want to speak death or or or doubt or or exaggerate or what's that other one that people get all excited about and they they they exa they exonerate. I forget that word. But the bottom line is that they're they're overexaggerating over what's going on in their life when really the answer is that God just wants to touch you and heal you and make you whole because the enemy's tried to say this is wrong with you. That's wrong with you. You're not filled. You're not you're not healed. But we know that if you get into the word, you're going to get filled. We know that you're going to be healed when you get close to God, honey, because in his spirit presence, he's going to make you whole. And he has something for you as why would he not heal you if he if you're not going to go back glorifying him and living for him and walking with him and and doing what he's called you to do. Why would he not want to heal you? But his grace will heal you if you just call upon him. His grace is there, too. No, it ain't just about, oh, I'm going to be a minister now cuz God healed me. That's great and everything, but his grace wants to heal you because it's available to you. It's available. People don't understand that it's available to you. That means you need to take hold of it and grab it.
And I'm learning this myself. Believe me, through the years what I've gone through with COVID and and and heart problems and all these things that I've had to deal with, I've had to stand on the word. I've had to literally take the Holy Bible and say, "Lord, breathe the breath of God over me." Like a second wind so I can have the strength to believe breathe. Praise God. You know, then not be on some oxygen machine or or any of that kind of stuff that people have to do that need oxygen. No, I need my oxygen from the second wind of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah. I need his presence flowing through this body. Hallelujah. Or I can't function. Hallelujah. Function to uncction. I got to be able to function in his presence. I got to be able to move this body. I need to take care of this body of course too. That's also important. You know, the ways to clean our lungs up. Praise God. Is some good strong breathing, some good walks and different things that we can do in our physical bodies to uh to create uh some areas of health in our breathing. Praise God.
And so we speak the answer. We let that answer come forth as we line our faith up with our Lord. How we know that he's going to come through. We know that he's going to heal us. We know he's going to bless us. >> But when is that blessing come? When is that healing going to come? It's coming as soon as you speak the word because it's coming into effect. It might be suddenly. It might be a week from now, two, 3 weeks, whatever. But it's coming. Hallelujah. The blessing's coming. The healing's coming. Because you know why? Because not only do you have faith and believe and you took hold and grabbed of it, it's going to come alive. You spoke it out in faith. You prophesied it. Hallelujah. You spoke to the four winds. Hallelujah. And God hears it and I believe he's going to answer it. So get ready. Get ready. Hallelujah.
The second thing I want to talk about after healing is anoint. Isaiah 45:1 talks about an appointed time of healing. A lot of times when we pray over people, we anoint people because anointing is powerful because we don't want to do it in the flesh. We want to be under God's anointing. He has anointed me to preach the gospel. Hallelujah. That spirit of God is upon him, Christ. And so as what he does, we do through his anointing. Let's read Isaiah 45:1. Praise God. It says this, "Thus say the Lord to his anointed Desire, whose right hand I have holden sub subdue the nations before him. I will loose the loins of the kings, open before him the two leaving leavenven gates and the gates shall not be shut."
In other words, when you're in God's anointing and you've been appointed that time to do that, the door is going to be open. The heavens are going to be open so that he can pour out his spirit on you. So you can lay hands in the sick and they're going to recover. Hallelujah. Because of the anointing. It's an open heaven. 45:7 says this and form the light and create darkness. I make peace. I create evil. I am the Lord that do all these things. And so he realized that evil was created. He realized that he formed the like. He said, you know, he said God it is good. I you know when the light came in Genesis he said praise God I you know the light's here praise God and it is good hallelujah because he is the light of the world hallelujah and so he's created all these things for us the light of the gospel to shine on us so that we can see through the darkness praise God glory to God hallelujah and so in James 5:16 we also in this anointing have to have a fervent prayer pray the prayer of a righteous man, praise God, avaleth much.
So, it's a fervent prayer. In other words, passionate before the Lord to when you lay hands on the sick that they're going to recover. It's not just some, oh, heal them, Lord. You know, no, you have passion. You want to see them healed. H you want to see God touch their life. You want to see God turn their life around. Hallelujah. As he's done mine. Praise God. And so, he's anointed in fervent prayer. He's anointed in Proverbs 12:18 by word and spirit. Word and spirit going together hand in hand. It is health and healing to mend the brokenhearted. Oh, how can you imagine healing brokenhearted? Can you imagine that?
And after you go through this anointing time, h whether you're being anointed, whether you're walking in the anointing, then comes the freedom. Galatians 5:1 talks about setting liberty. Praise God. so that we can walk in that liberty of Christ. Tally, that's freedom. Hallelujah. That's breakthrough. That comes out of the yoke of bondage. Praise God. When you have that freedom of spirit in the Lord Jesus Christ, freedom to reign in Christ, in his healing, in his blessings, in his presence. Hallelujah. That's the freedom that we have because of the work of the cross. It's breakthrough. It's a yoke of bondage.
Romans 6:7 talks about how Christ died and freed us from sin. So you want to be unbroken also be uh accepting what Christ did at the cross. How not as just a Christian but literally that you've put your sins on that cross literally that you have nailed them to the cross and that they're being cast into the sea of forgiveness and for forgiven and never thought of never more again. Hallelujah. Yeah, you're going to make other sins. You're going to have to do it again. But the bottom line is is that you have that repentive heart so that God can take the unbroken going on in your life, whatever is going on in your life, and he can make it whole and he can take it and make it unbroken. He wants to fix us back up. the Holy Spirit going about fixing up our mess all the time that when stuff that we do and it's like but it's his grace it's his love it's his compassion why he wants to do this for you that you can be from a broken spirit to an unbroken spirit.
Let's pray. Father, we thank you, Lord, right now that you can touch the unbroken, Lord God, that their life is need to be made whole. And Lord, we pray right now in the name of Jesus that they'll be unbroken by the flow of your Holy Spirit as they yield their life to you in your word, in your worship, in in the church that they fellowship and get fed in, Lord God, that they will just grow and transform into this believer that has not only forgiven, Lord God, but is on their way to heaven because they're living for him all the days of their life, Lord. Not only have you saved them, you've healed them, you've blessed them, you've delivered them. Now, Lord, make them whole in every aspect of their life as they walk with you, Lord God, and stay close to you. And we give you all the glory and the honor. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Don't forget, I got a second book coming out. It's called, Praise God, Healing and Deliverance, Brokenness to Wholeness. It'll be out in spring. I'm looking forward to you getting that book. It helped me to fund the ministry. Uh I have a Zelle up there if you want to give towards that. And uh I just want to let you know that you can partner towards what I'm doing by giving. Hallelujah. Maybe you're not one that wants to go out there and do ministry, but I want to partner by helping you to do what you're doing. Hallelujah. Because we want to see together people's lives changed, made whole, turned around, so that they will have the victory, too. And even you, whatever you need. Praise God. God has it for you if you'll trust him. And remember, Jesus is Lord. And God bless you all. And this is Ministering God's Word. And I'll see you again soon. Heat. Heat. N.
