It is true that Donald Trump and Pam Bondi have broken the law, but they are also still breaking the law. They want you to believe that the violations of the Epstein Files Transparency Act that they committed are just in the past and it's time for us to move on. We released the files even though they didn't. There are still three million files that have not been released to the public and the millions that have are overredacted illegally. And that is why Roana and Thomas Massie, who kicked off this effort for transparency, went down to the DOJ where members of Congress are now allowed to review unredacted files. And what they shared about what they learned only implicates Donald Trump even further. And they are not the only people who have done so today because Congressman Jamie Rascin started off this day of accountability by going down reading the files and and more importantly than just sharing what he saw on that computer screen. He shared how terrible the conditions are. It's where I want to start before we get to Massie who implicated Donald Trump with what he revealed.
>> Well, I don't I don't you know here's the thing. Um, the Department of Justice uh is under orders from Congress to release the entire Epstein file. They released 3.5 million documents and they've withheld 3 million documents. So, about half of all the documents have not been released yet. Um, of the 3.5 million documents that have been released, uh, I probably had the opportunity to review maybe 30 or 40 of them. Okay. So, this is going to be an extremely time-consuming and painstaking process. Um, the uh attorney general and the department of justice have said that this process was something that uh was completed by them back in July. These materials could have been released long ago, but they're just being released now. And if um every member of Congress who voted for the discharge petition, if all 217 of us spent every waking hour over at the Department of Justice, it would still take us months to get through all of those documents. And there are only four computers now. So they would certainly need to get a couple hundred more computers for all of the members. But the point is that there is no way before Attorney General Bondi arrives on Wednesday that we're going to have the opportunity to go through every redaction in order to ask um thorough questions.
>> You think that's the connection that they held up releasing this so that everybody wouldn't be as thoroughly prepared for her testimony Wednesday?
>> Well, no. I I think that the Department of Justice has been in a cover up mode for many months and has has been trying to sweep the entire thing under the rug. And I and the the more deeply that I get into it because obviously our colleagues on the oversight committee have taken the lead, but judiciary plays a very important role because we oversee the Department of Justice. But the more that I've gotten into it, the more I believe that the the survivors here, the victims who are now active citizens for justice really are leading the way. And we [clears throat] need to be having hearings with the survivors to hear from them about their experiences so they can explain what happened. And so they can begin to set forth a theory of what took place. We need to be investigating the money. We need to be investigating the organizational hierarchy. There's no way you run a billion-doll international child sex trafficking ring with just two people committing crimes, Jeffrey Epstein and Galain Maxwell. No way. It doesn't work like that. So, we need to figure out what other conspiracies were involved, what other co-conspirators were involved, and I really do believe that listening to the survivors is going to be our pathway through this nightmare.

>> Jamie Rascin detailed the conditions at the current little facility the DOJ has set up for members of Congress to view the Epstein files. It's four computers. They are run poorly and his staff did the math. It would take you seven years under those conditions to view the full files. They are trying desperately to impede members of Congress from getting the full files and getting accountability which is against the law. It is also against the law to overredact for political purposes. And that is exactly what is being done. It's what Thomas Massie shared and it's why Donald Trump is only further implicated. But what I saw um that bothered me were the names of at least six men that have been redacted that are likely uh incriminated by their inclusion in these files. So that's that's the first thing that I saw. It took some digging to find them. Um then I'll let you talk about what you saw.
Well, and we discussed that. I mean, there are six men, some of them with their photographs that have been redacted, and there's no explanation why those people were redacted. And Thomas, uh, discovered it through his MIT logic with some of the uh, the searches, but, you know, that's really concerning. There are six men. We went in there for two hours. There's millions of files, right? And in a couple of hours, we found six men whose names have been redacted who are implicated in the way that the files are presented.
>> What's your message to Pam Bondi after what you saw today?
>> Um need need to do a little more work and I would like I mean we'll see her at the uh judiciary committee here in a couple days.
>> At the very least they these six men maybe she can make public. I mean, we're happy to provide the information to them. Uh, and they should do that.
>> These men, are these men US citizens? What fields do they work in? Is it finance? Is it political?
>> Um, at least one is a US citizen, at least one is a foreigner, and the other three or four have names, so I'm not sure if they're foreign or US.
>> And which field do they work in? Is it is it finance, banking, uh, political? one is pretty high up in the foreign government
>> and and and and some are they're [clears throat] one of the others is a pretty prominent uh individual. But I I think that the the point is that these six are just what we found in two hours of a review of the files that aren't redacted. The broader issue is why so many of the files they're getting are redacted in the first place.
We cannot look at the release of the Epstein files as something that is concluded. In no way is that the truth. Just because Todd Blanch said, "It's time for everyone to move on. Stop asking me questions." In no way means that there is any sort of semblance of accountability that we have gotten, especially as email after email detailing vividly the crimes that these men committed are still fully redacted. They're they're still fully redacted. It is against the law. There is no reason that any of these men should have their identities protected except for the fact that they are protecting Donald Trump. That Donald Trump is protecting them so they protect Donald Trump. Do you think he was going out of his way just because he wanted to be a nice guy and make sure no one else caught the heat of their crimes? No. This is a trafficking operation because it is all connected. Donald Trump was intimately involved. Mara Lago, according to Robert Garcia, was clearly a hub for this activity. So, Donald Trump had deep connections to all of these men in Palm Beach. It is why he wants you to believe that they were simply bumping into each other at brunch. And you can't you can't hurt you can't possibly hurt the reputation of these billionaires who simply bumped into Jeffrey Epstein. That is the framing that they have been going with all along. It has always been No one was bumping into Jeffrey Epstein. No one was having an accidental cocktail, accidental coffee, accidental lunch without knowing exactly what he was about. These people pay millions of dollars a year for their PR. Do we really think they would be taking a meeting with someone they didn't know, a dinner with someone they didn't know, emailing about how much they like 10-year-olds with someone they didn't know? They knew it all. It is time for us to stop allowing both Trump, Pam Bondi, Todd Blanch, but especially the media to protect these people's reputations to always be stressing that they're not necessarily implicated. They are. They are. All these people were criminals and they should have known better and should have known better. They shouldn't have been committing crimes. We knew what was it about. We know what they're covering up for. It is blatantly obvious and it is only made more obvious by the fact that they don't want to talk to us about it anymore. Pam Bonnie doesn't want to talk to Congress. Jasmine Crockett called her out for it right here.
>> Secretary Clinton made it clear. If you want to do this, let's do this out front and in in the open, right? Um and it seems like they don't want that to happen because what they want to do is they want to go behind closed doors and then come out with whatever spin that they want to put on it and have it be a he said, she said. I also do believe that this is yet another way of them trying to distract and hopefully trying to get Democrats to say, "Well, never mind. We don't want to talk about it if you're going to go after the Clintons." Again, for us, this is not about partisansship. This is right versus wrong. And frankly, we've not seen anything that would have made me believe that Secretary Clinton of all people should be coming in front of them in the first place. Um, so this is about getting to the truth for us. And we understand that if there are names mentioned that we should follow that evidence. But we do know that Comr is playing games because if he really wanted to get to the bottom, you would start with the person that actually has the information, which would be Pam Bondi. Pam Bondi is the first person that should have came in front of our committee to answer questions about why it is that she violated our subpoena. Instead, he's ignoring her violation. And then once we ended up with the Epstein Transparency Act, she has violated the law as it relates to that. and he still doesn't have anything to say. So I want people to be very clear cleareyed. They are playing games right now and it again this is all about shielding and distracting from the president of the United States.
>> What we learned from Ro Kana and Thomas Massie today in a bipartisan fashion is that they are terrified that Pam Bondi doesn't want to speak to Congress. Pam Bondi doesn't want to be held accountable because we know what they're covering up. Todd Blanch doesn't want to talk to Congress because we know what they're covering up. Donald Trump, we know what you're covering up. It is the worst of the worst of the worst of the worst of the worst in the Epstein files. That is what they are covering up. When Donald Trump says that he's going out with ICE to get the worst of the worst, no, no, no, no, no. Donald Trump is lying about that. Talked about that in a video earlier today that they have grossly overestimated the type of people that ICE is tracking down. It's about one in seven is a criminal. They've detained hundreds of thousands of Americans, some citizens with no criminal record. But those with a blatant criminal record right in front of us, written in their emails, they don't seem to care about. And and it can only be because Donald Trump was in some way connected to those very men. It's what I believe. It is because Donald Trump was connected to those very men. And if they had their names revealed, they would have to come before Congress and they would have to explain their connection to the president of the United States because ultimately that is what this is about. It is about protecting Donald Trump. And the only way Donald Trump can be protected is if those names are as well. And the right-wing media will talk about Bad Bunny or they'll talk about Canada or they'll they'll talk about, you know, how the Olympics are somehow satanic or whatever it is to distract us. But we know the truth is that Donald Trump and Galain Maxwell, two people who, you know, were kind of putting together their plan today, are at the center of this web of criminality. That is what is obvious. And we need to make sure that people recognize that and and not allow ourselves to become numb to it.
