It's official. I am now a resident here in Dubai. I've got a beautiful new home in Palm Beach in Dubai. I've set up a business here. I'm still going to be running my businesses in the UK, but I'm also going to be living in Dubai as well as the UK.
And in this vlog, you're going to see the full process of how to get a golden visa, how to start a property business from scratch, so you can learn and do the same thing, too. So, make sure that you like and subscribe to the channel, and let's go.
I can't wait to find out how much does it cost to buy a mansion on the beach. What's the business opportunity? I'm now here to become a resident, get my golden visa sorted, and actually start businesses, take on properties.
Look at this. That's what happens when you get Russell to sort your car out. He only had one job for this entire trip, and it was to sort the cars. It's just beeping. Listen to that. So annoying.
Anyway, I'm going to go check in at my house. He's checking in at his house. My wife and kids have gone in a separate car. I've got all the luggage. Soon as I get to Russell's, I'm checking the cars to see if they're the same. I know he wouldn't have booked this car for himself. That beacon.
[Music]
Guys, whoever gives me the best tour gets to go in the pool first. Oh, this is Joseph's room. Are you sure this is a bit big for you, Joseph? Joseph, have you got your own balcony? Joseph's got a sea view of the Atlantis. Joseph, look at that.
Is this our room? >> Oh, we've got a proper balcony. Wow. This is a big balcony, isn't it? >> Have we got enough charges there, Manda? Are you okay? >> Devices need charging. >> My goodness. Mandy, how many bedrooms does this does this house have? >> I think it six. >> No, it's nice. I like it. It's very spacious. It's a bit like our house in a way. >> Yeah. In terms of just having like nice big rooms. >> I'm ready to go in the pool, to be honest.
So, I'm in the Palm now. I love the Palm, but are there better places to live? Can you get more for your money? Ruby, guess how much we're having to pay per night to stay in this house? >> £1,000? >> That's about bang on. >> You're very smart, aren't you? >> Thank you. >> How did you know? Go on then. go in the pool. £1,000. Yeah, we're paying about £1,200 a night to be here.
See, for instance, cuz I don't know the area that well. I don't know like are those houses there like are they nicer? Are they more expensive? Are they in a better location? So, I want to figure out the area. So, I think probably before anything is I'm going to well, I'll drive to start with Russell. I'm going to drive to Russell's house, see how he's getting on and check out Jamar Islands and see if it's as nice as >> Chad Gy said. Where's your place? >> That place it's terrible. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to go to Jamar Island. >> Okay. >> I know we want that's our favorite, but Russell said that his house in Jamar Island is terrible. >> Terrible. How? >> Apparently the pool is green. >> No, >> it's pain enough. I feel bad cuz I booked it. >> But then he did book our car which beeps. So maybe we're even. >> That's true. >> Let's go and find him. >> Oh well, babe. I love you very much. I'll see you in a bit.
It's mad. This is just desert. No wonder it's so hot. I bet those houses are really cheap. That's what I want to do. I wanted to get a grasp of the area. I mean, I I I kind of forgot. I knew, but I kind of forgot that we were in a desert. Look at these mansions. Damn, this is a bit different. Very green. I bet that's Russell's car there. I bet that's his big white Range Rover. See, how important is the beach? That's the thing. Like, if you live there in that house, nice big white mansion with a pool with water view with greenery. Is that better? You just what the price difference is as well?
Oh my goodness. An outdoor gym with a punch bag and everything. Nah, man. That is too cool. Imagine that. Working out in the sun with the water and it's only members that can be here. Hello. Come on then. Let's see your car. Which one is it? See the one looks exactly like yours. I tell you what, you drive my car and I'll drive your car on. >> It's the same car. >> Here you go. >> All right. This is so much newer. Oh yeah, of course it's got a built-in satnav. I'm gonna find him now, actually. And I'm gonna tell him stop it from beefing. And where's your reverse camera? Where where's where's your Apple Car? >> I don't know, man. I didn't book the car, >> mate. I booked us the same car. You're paying the same for this. I'm paying for that. Where the hell? >> Out of interest. Why did you choose that car and not my car then? >> I didn't. I They just gave me that car. >> Okay, mate. Try and fix it. Yeah, fix it. You're a legend. It just feels so good to drive a car that doesn't beep. This is This is freedom now. Now we can film. This feels great. Definitely could live here.
So Russell's moaning about this his mansion. It's just like my house, but instead of having a beach, it's got that beautiful clubhouse. This looks fantastic. >> All right. See, when he's driving, right, that symbol there, that is the handbrake. He's driving with the handbrake on. That's why it's beeping like mad at him. It's going turn the handbrake off. The question is, I don't know where the handbrake is on my car. There's a little button here, but it must be There must be a button or something around here somewhere. That That is his handbrake. Have you got Hold on. What's this? Look at this. Push on. Push off. Is that it? Boom. Lock. It won't do it now. So, it's not the car. The car is epic. It's that he is a freaking idiot. >> There you go. Sorted it. Problem fixed. >> Don't like that beeping. Is that just It stopped. >> When can you go in that pool? >> Well, they said now. >> Really? It doesn't quite know where to go in, does it? >> And then the pool yesterday was honestly, have you got a picture of what the pool looked like? It was dreams. Yeah, it doesn't feel great. And look at that crack in the wall. >> This property per night >> is about the same. >> Is not about the same roughly. >> It's not. Let's get the Let's look at the receipts. >> Your house is three times more than >> Do you know what? Can I say what I think actually happened? I think you were like, I really want to see Jam Islands. The only problem is >> there's only one property on Jam Island. It sucks. But I want to get access to the clubhouse. I want to go I want to see the vibe. I need to book a property on JR Island. I've got a plan. I'll book a freaking mansion on the farm and I'll send Russell to the falling apart JR island house with a green. >> If there was a beautiful house and this was lovely and pristine, would you suddenly love the island and want to live here? >> My worry is I'm I'm easy. I don't want to put Anna off to Dubai. She was here. She's like, I'm not sure I want to live in Dubai. No, no, no. The house.
We just basically need to book a load of viewings, don't we? >> Yeah. >> And we also obviously the reason that we're here need to get all of our papers signed, get our golden visa.
It's a European plug. I'm going to go over the top. So they've just forced it into the British threepoint plug hole and then put this rocking horse with a broken head or not rocking horse but horse whatever tent up head to hold it in place. >> Yeah. It's not one of their best features of the house. Is it that? >> No. How would you guys feel about having a second home here in Dubai? >> That would be so cool. >> Do you think so? >> Are you you thinking of getting a second home? Are you How many second homes do you need to have where they're still called second homes? You can't have a second home in Sand Banks. A second home in Zimbabwe. A second home. It becomes third, fourth, and fifth, my brother. >> But when you say second home, you kind of just mean extra. >> You can't go I came second in the race. You came fifth. No, it was just extra on it. >> No, but >> No, but our second home in Sandbanks. How much time do we spend there? >> That's not the point. >> None.
Right. I've just spoke to an agent. Let me ring her. Hello. How are you? Great to connect. Thank you for all your help. We're finally here. Do you know what? I've got four kids. Maybe Jamar Islands the houses might be a bit small. So I think it's just the Palm. I reckon we should just forget everything else we've ever thought of and go beachfront in the Palm. I want sixbedroom. My brother is a bit more flexible than me. >> How much bedrooms would your brother want? >> Well, he's only got two kids, so it could be like four bedrooms. Well, we're looking to get somewhere maybe the end of December. Fully furnished. Maybe like a one year or twoear lease. >> Does it need to be like ultra modern or >> Yeah. Okay. modern. >> All right, let me do >> especially my one. >> Let me do >> especially both. >> Okay, good.
I've got a place in the palm which I'm I'm I'm going to leave the island now. Never come back and I'm going to go back to my beautiful beach house. You're welcome to come in for a coffee if you want to come into our mansion on the beach which is just a >> Okay, tell me why and I'll come by. >> Come by today. How good is that service when the letting agent comes to your house? In England, if you rang a letting agent, number one, they wouldn't answer. Number two, if they did answer, they'd be like, "We don't do company lets. We don't do. She's like, "Yeah, man. I'll come to you. Just go and get in a better house to have this conversation." >> Kind of sucks. >> It does. It does. Right. I'll see you later, guys. >> You've only looked around the garden. You want to go upstairs, see what it's like. >> Um, nah, I'm good. I'll see you in a bit. Bye.
So, this is Marcia. >> Yes. >> Marcia's from Saviles. So, show us then what properties you've got. >> Yeah. So I So there are four options that my colleague shared with me right before coming here. >> Okay. >> So I'm excited. >> Say well. Let me come out. >> Let me come out. >> So So this one is on front. So I'll just tell you about this one. >> A jeez. Okay. Okay. How much is it? >> Oh my god. How much is this? >> And the price is 1.670. >> That's not perom. Yeah, cuz it's four bedrooms. Yeah. Right. So this is front L and it's five bedrooms. Atlantis views. This one they're asking 2 million dirhams service with all bills. >> All bills. Oh, I like it. >> Oh wow. >> They're not on the same side. But you're on it's not it's Listen, it would be front. >> That would be the cherry on the cake. >> But it's not essential. So why don't you go for that one or at least view it. I'll view this one. We'll see how it'll analyze and then we'll make a decision tomorrow.
Everyone talks about how expensive Dubai is. We're in the most expensive part of Dubai. >> And it's still cheap. >> And it's still cheap. It's like 30 grand a month for a mansion on the beach. You spend 30 grand a month for a basic three bed terrace house in London. >> Yeah. >> True. >> Wouldn't you? >> Yeah.
Our plan is to spend at least 6 months here. At least 6 months every year. And then we can just >> go back and forth between England, UK, >> go international, >> continue growing the business in the UK. Set up a new business in Dubai, >> mate. You need to get in that property now. >> Yeah. >> Oh, rent it through me. >> Well, think for us yesterday. >> Smart, isn't it? >> That's what a golden visa gives you. You know what you can do with a golden visa? >> Yes, you can do what you want, but you can also sponsor your friends, your family, so they can come do what they want as well. Golden visa. Pow.
These houses are ridiculous. Mega mansions. Mansions that I've never seen before in my life. I don't think houses like this even exist in anywhere in England. So, and the great thing is, I mean, this is the thing, you can rent them. They are expensive, but I've got some hotels in the UK. Some of my hotels will pay for my entire life out here. I think England is great for making a lot of money, but then for actually living the best life ever. It's hard to be here, man. Really is.
Hey, good to see you, bro. How you doing? >> Hello. >> Hey, nice to meet you. >> This looks amazing, bro. >> What's this one at? >> Uh 1.3. >> That's reasonable. >> But this one's being refurbished. >> Wow. ready in a month. >> I don't think it's going to be ready in a month. I'm not saying it as in it's bad for us, but this is a lot of work. >> The spec is high. >> So, this is fully upgraded. And they got a little fire down there and everything. >> Is that a Fendi? >> Fendi. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> No, >> you'll find Fendi Roberto Cavali Marina home. So nice. And it's reasonable, isn't it? Oh my goodness. What is this? No, >> Russell, this will be your office, I reckon. That is ridiculous. >> A secret? >> Yeah, that secret that >> business room. Make your millions in here, but no one even knows about it cuz it's a secret room.
Coming out here to work, I think it's a very exciting opportunity. I think the real estate market is massive out here right now. There's a lot of entrepreneurs. It's a buzzing environment. So, to be here amongst that, all very positive. >> Is this an elevator? A lift in the house. >> All right, come on in. Oh my god. >> Wow. >> I can't say I've ever done that before. >> I've never taken a lift in a house. >> When we move here, I need you to help me buy some properties and flip them. >> Look, how much do you reckon you can make on a deal like this buying and selling? >> There are people who are making like between 30 all the way up to 80% ROI. Can't wait to see what Samuel's work is going to look like in Dubai because as long as I've known, he's literally been going to events and not been around. Being here, I'm excited to see what it's going to look like.
So, five upstairs, one downstairs. It's 6,000t in total. >> Built up area and 7,000 plots. >> I just can't get over the designer. >> You see little touches everywhere. >> Just like usually you wear designer clothes, don't you? But to just have it as a rug, you're going to be walking. Yeah. Are you going to walk on? I mean, >> I really like this property that I saw for you. It is beautiful, isn't it? I've got four kids, >> so I'm looking for somewhere a little bit bigger. >> When they bought this house, do you know what it was like? >> Yeah. Yeah. There is some more than >> So, they just bought it and it was big, but it was just completely run down. >> I'll let you guess if this is the master or not. >> Oh, wow. It feels very American. >> You ain't getting like anything like this in America. What do you think? >> I feel like Miami vibes. >> Yeah, exactly. Like Miami. That's what I feel like. It's very nice. >> This is great. If it was just bit bigger and had a pool at the front. >> So, this is called a garden home. And then the five and six beds are signature villas. >> So, we need to get a signature villa with the pool at the front.
So, I was speaking to a uh developer. >> Yeah. They're buying houses for about 20 million 80, spending about 20 million doing them up and then selling them for 80. And I'm thinking this is what I need to do.
All right, Manda, how much per year are you saying this is going to cost to rent? >> I would guess maybe 750,000. >> That's not a terrible guess. That's not bad. A million is what they're asking. >> £1 million. >> You know what though? We're not just in the most expensive country. Most Dubai is expensive. >> We're in the most expensive part of Dubai. >> This is where it's at. >> Highest spec house >> on the beach. So ultimately, you get what you pay for. >> Yeah, it's true. As tempting as it is, I think to just chill, I think Samuel won't be chilling. I feel like it might even be gearing up to the next level, being in a totally new environment. There's so much to learn, so many people to meet and make connections with. So, I think he's probably going to be busier than ever, even though he reckons that he's going to wind down a little bit more.
[Music]
So warm in here. It feels like a hot tub. Nicer. So, what do you guys think of Dubai? >> It's really fun. >> How do you feel about not going to like a normal school and doing home education instead? >> Um, it's actually really, really fun because I get to watch my mom and dad. >> I reckon that's more educational. Oh, wow. Wa. >> Do you reckon that we could absolutely crush our property business here? >> I think yes. Look how much these agents are making. >> I do, but I think we would focus more on development.
England is a great country, but there are problems with it at the moment. And a lot of those problems you don't have here. I mean, the tax thing obviously is a big thing. the weather. I actually like the laws here as well. I a lot of the laws in England, a lot of the uh lefty woke stuff has gone a bit too far. >> Can't imagine us going around. May maybe running an agency. >> Maybe if we can make 100 grand on one rent to rent. Yeah, >> I think we're being able to come back and forth between the two is brilliant. Yeah, given the situation that we're in, I think it's a really good move. But all I can see is killing it. >> She said the people bought these houses for 3 million. Now they're worth 30. >> And I don't think they've continued going up. I think they're still very low. >> Think of how much the houses are in sandbanks in England.
One of the really cool things as well is obviously we're looking to invest here in Dubai. We're still investing in the UK. Both are fantastic markets. And what I've met here is a lot of people who are investing in Dubai, but they're interested in investing in the UK. the amount of investors that are saying, could you help us find stuff in the UK? And because we've got our academy students finding dealspot and deal connect, we can help them invest in the UK. So, it's brilliant for networking as well.
Hello. Hello. >> Hello. How are you? I found a property and they've said that they can potentially rent it to me. So, where do I need to go then, Ahmed, to get my ID card now? >> All right. You need to go to the department of residency and for a prayer. Congratulations. Your ID is ready. Okay. Just now one lifted.
I've had a fantastic team. Ahmed, who's my accountant and also he's based in Dubai has sort it all out. So, shout out to Ahmed. Uh, but now I need to go and pick it up. One of the problems with the UK banks is that they can just close your bank account down with no money if you've got a business bank account. And I've had this happen and so have many other people just because maybe they don't like it. The thing is they don't have to give you a reason. So it makes sense in my opinion even if you're living in the UK like me to have residencies elsewhere but also to have bank accounts elsewhere not just in the west but also Middle East maybe also Asia Singapore Switzerland consider having multiple banks because if they close you down and you don't have property you don't have rents coming in you don't have a stripe account you don't have cryptocurrencies you don't have international banks and you're very wealthy I think it's a very vulnerable position to be
[Music]
Six bedrooms villa, two bedrooms downstairs, two bedrooms in another level, and the upstairs you have the master bedroom and another big room. On this way, you have a breakfast area and enjoy this view. >> I love this pool. >> Oh, this pool is good. >> It's a signature. This This is a signature. >> This is a signature. >> Yeah, that's much better. This is perfect. And the beach is fabulous. I love all this as well. How it's just open and so grand and you've got balconies on every side, don't you? >> This balcony is also so big and has >> so big at night. You can just drink something and just enjoy the view. >> Cigar. >> Oh my god. >> This one is big but also high standard and prime location. >> The location is so nice. Uh the furniture of the villa as well view is so nice. >> It really is. Imagine waking up to this every morning. >> Yeah, this house is the best we've seen. Actually, I think my wife will be very happy here.
[Music]
It's about 4 minute walk. So, >> we're going to have a look at Russell and Anna's new house. >> Yes. See, I've got one for myself. But >> 10 doors down from your house. >> Exactly that. Hey, >> this is it. Samuel is the kind of person that when he does anything, he likes everyone else to follow suit and get involved and he loves that family vibe and everything going on. So, for example, about 6 years ago, we were living in the Peak District and um before we knew it, we were living in Beckensfield. Now, he's got a second home in Dubai. Before we know it, we might have a second home in Dubai. Russell has already been phony agents today and we've been having a look around as well. So, you know, you can't rule anything out in this family, >> bro. Proud of you, man. Well done, man. Cheers, bro. >> Well done. Cool, >> Anna. >> Proud of you. >> Well done.
Out here, this taxfree zone, basically. You can use this to your advantage, but you can use this advantage without having to move out here. You can use it use overseas companies to save your tax in the UK. So, you don't have to live out here to to save a massive amount of tax. But if you do decide to move out here, then it's no delay of tax. you can save. So, yeah, I think there are opportunities. My tax head's buzzing at the moment. I've got ideas of how I can potentially save tax.
So, I've viewed a whole bunch of houses. However, I saved my favorite one to show Amanda. >> Let's see it. I'm I'm excited. I can't wait to see. >> I think you're going to like it. If you don't like it, you can tell me and we'll find another house. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You excited? >> Yeah, I'm excited. Let's go. Oh my goodness. This house is insane. >> It looks like a Beverly Hills mansion. >> Jessica, come on in. Do you want to see your new house? >> Oh my. >> Well, hopefully. >> Goodness.
[Music]
Wow. Oh my goodness. >> Basically everything C view. >> Look at that view. >> Do you like it? I love it. >> Big pool. Walk straight down onto the beach. >> This is gorgeous. >> What do you think of the view? >> Gorgeous. Cuz look, you're just looking at other gorgeous houses, too. >> And look, you can see the Burjalab. >> Wow. >> It's gorgeous. But how much is this house? >> £10. Just a little over half a million in rent. >> Half a million. >> Yeah, I know. >> Half a million. I mean, >> a little over. That's me. >> Wow. A little over. >> Oh. Oh, this must be the master. Wow. Walk-in wardrobe. Makeup station right up my street. This house blows every other house out of the water. Like this. This feels like a hotel as well. I'm so impressed. I love all the greenery around. Oh, it is open here. Look at this view. >> Do you remember when we went to the Royal Atlantis Hotel? >> Yeah. >> And we were looking at these houses. >> Yeah. >> And we were saying like, damn. And we Googled it and we were like, they're worth like up to 100 million. >> Yeah. Yeah. And we were saying, gosh, I wonder who >> 6 months later. >> Here we are. >> I'm guessing >> that you're down to selling new >> uh 100 million%. >> So, this is it. >> We need to secure this. >> This is our new home. Oh my god, >> you're the best. >> Wow. >> Oh, thank you, B. I can't even. >> And guess what? Guess Guess where moving date is? >> When? >> Now? >> No. >> I've got the keys. >> You got the keys now? >> No. >> Yeah. >> This is it now. >> Oh, I'm so excited. I'm so excited.
So, I've now got my business in Dubai. It's got nothing in it. I've got my businesses in the UK, which I'm going to keep on running. I'll be back and forth. But the question is, can I start a business from scratch in Dubai and make it a million pound business? Well, that's what I'm going to be documenting. I'm still going to be back and forth between Africa, Middle East, Europe, UK, but I'll be documenting my journey whilst also helping pull people up, connecting investors all over the world, mentoring people, and not just being successful myself, but pulling people up to do the same. So, subscribe, watch the journey, and I look forward to seeing you next time.
