Do you all remember Harvey Dent from The Dark Knight? Well, the actor modeled the character after Robert Kennedy. This explains why he and his brother were both seen as Robert and John Kennedy.

They had a problem: everyone hated them. Why? Because they were confusing. They were two rich white kids from New England, but they had an insane sense of justice.

When John F. Kennedy got elected, rich white people in the government were like, "Yes, we got another one." They said, "Okay, John, just to keep you up to speed, this is what we do here: we don't like black people, we don't like poor people."

John said, "Let me just stop you right there. Remember when I said 'justice for all' in my campaign?" They said, "Yeah, that was a good one." He replied, "Yeah, I wasn't lying. What do you think about that?"

His brother said, "Man, you already know what I'm on," because he was appointed U.S. Attorney General. He said, "Everybody's going to jail." They said, "But you didn't say this during your campaign. You're switching up." He said, "Because I knew y'all weren't going to elect me."

Remember when Martin Luther King got released from jail? They said, "Yeah." He said, "That was me on the low. I just didn't tell y'all."

Rich white people, the mob, and the CIA said, "Slow down. Y'all acting real different. Don't forget where y'all came from." They said, "Nah, it's up." They said, "Matter of fact, we have to start with the vice president."

Look how the man is looking at him. LBJ did a lot of illegal things he should not have been doing. LBJ said, "I thought we was like this." Robert said, "I leaked everything to the papers." JFK said, "You're not going to be my VP next term." Lyndon said, "You might not need one."

Sadly, Lyndon Johnson was right, and JFK was too. But in a bizarre twist, LBJ goes insane. Everybody said, "Woo, I'm glad that kid's gone, right, Lyndon?" He said, "I'm passing all his policies." They said, "Slow down, Lyndon. Hold on, you're not acting like yourself."

He said, "Yeah, the kid was a pain, but he had heart, and he never backed down, so he's going to have a legacy." He said, "Yeah, and we're going to do it my way."

And remember all those illegal things I was telling you about earlier? That was how LBJ did things. In his words, "You can pass the bills or get run over."

So JFK created the Civil Rights Act because he was deeply anti-racist and initiated many acts to help people in poverty. But he probably would not have gotten them passed because remember, everyone hated him. Everyone was scared of Lyndon B. Johnson, so he got them passed.

Now, as for his brother Robert, they were super close. As soon as JFK got elected, Robert immediately resigned as Attorney General and ran for office. He did it to further his brother's legacy and complete all the good work that they did.

LBJ said, "I got your back." Robert started sweeping through people, winning elections left and right. He then announced he was running for presidency against LBJ.

Now, Robert Kennedy was a problem: over 800 convictions, a strong stance against organized crime, and worst of all, he was just like his brother. They said, "We cannot take a chance he will become president eventually."

Sadly, he was just like his brother, but in those two years that they were in office, they put up one hell of a fight.
