[Song]
Dharma before bedtime to soothe the mind and contemplate first.
Close your eyes to relax your mind and let go of your worries. A comfortable sleep occurs, and the mind can rest after the day-to-day journey, from the past to the future. All of which are impermanent.
Listen to Dhamma before going to bed to relax your mind and gain benefits. Because it will make the mind reach the truth that little by little, like a drop of water falling into a water droplet, but it doesn't drip. Even if you stop it, there will still be a chance for the blister to form. Full of truth, that is the Dharma, that is the truth.
[Song]
[Song]
If you want knowledge, go read it in the Buddha Tripitaka. If anyone wishes to attain nirvana, to truly reach the truth and Dharma, come and see the body.
With your own heart, look at the picture, look at your own name, look at the picture. Feeling, perception, mental formation. The spirit means to come and watch the feelings of ourselves. If we abandon the feeling of happiness, satisfaction is achieved. If you can let go of this and everything else, you can do everything without wasting time following up on anything else.
Let it be long and keep observing the body and mind. It means seeing that this body is impermanent and suffering. Hungry, hot, cold, in the end, we will all die.
Impermanence, suffering, and non-self, what is it? When we consider suffering often, we will understand it. It is our own hearts that cling to it. It is suffering if our mind does not get lost in clinging to it. If it's lost, what will cause you suffering?
Because the mind does not know the assumptions, it is mistaken and thinks that it is true. But if we consider it in our hearts, we will know what is true. Whatever is assumed will be separated when it is separated. When we finally part, my heart will let go and let go.
When the mind is released, only the body remains. The only thing is that it is just the four elements of earth, water, wind, and fire. The body is hurt; it is feeling cold and hot. This is just a normal thing, sir.
Therefore, it is called suffering from the body, but this suffering does not reach the heart because the heart doesn't cling to the suffering from the path. The body is real and unavoidable. Only suffering is not real if the mind does not hold on to it. There will be no suffering in waiting for the blessing from others; it's like drinking stuck water.
No matter how much you drink from the bottom of the glass, it never fills you up. He who has wisdom and intelligence is wise. To create merit by yourself is like pouring water into a glass until it is full and then lifting it up when you are thirsty. The water is drinkable immediately after drinking it. It is refreshing, so who would drink water instead?
Gaining merit is like this. That real life has to be shaken off. The more you can shake off, the better. Nothing is lighter; there is only feeling.
Luang is given a lot of medicine. If someone is pure, they will be used like salt. Add water frequently, and the salt will dilute. Saltiness is self-indulgent. Always do good deeds and meditate. Kindness will eventually get better.
Dharma is nature. When you understand the Dhamma, you will see the truth. Nature understands the nature of everything. All things are correct knowledge and opinions. It is called right view; the mind will be steady and important.
It only means that the mind has something that knows and is conscious. Be aware of anything, just know it and then know it. Let go of worldly dharma that arises from defilements. Craving gives rise to the supramundane Dhamma from the path.
Developing the path of virtue, concentration, and wisdom, especially having the wisdom to see the truth of the elements of the aggregates. The form of the body and mind, the senses see their truth until they let go of the mind.
Then reach the Dharma; that Dharma is the true Dharma, the Dharma of the transcendental world, gradually correcting the bad things, gradually sorting them out. Put down what's heavy, put down what's crazy, put down slowly. Take it slow. If something is difficult, it will become easy.
Don't be careless with what is easy and what should be done. Be quiet; don't be stubborn and shout at anything that should be decisively requested. Don't wait for your thoughts to trample on you and deceive yourself. You like to keep saying that you have no true destiny.
This idea speaks; it is afraid. It is afraid that we will no longer be under its power in this world. Nothing can deceive us as well as our own thoughts. When you see it, you know it, then let go of your thoughts.
Remember that [Song]
If anyone practices well and correctly, there is no need to fear starvation. The Dharma will protect those who practice Dharma. Have faith in your own morality, concentration, and wisdom. If you have wisdom, where can you abstain from anything?
The principle is not to do or even think about it. Again, when sin has not yet produced results, fools are lost. When sin bears fruit, fools are miserable. Practice mindfulness and cultivate mindfulness to see birth and death.
When will it be understood and can be put down? Look at the wind, look at the thoughts; they just think and know that they flow away. Just think, know it, don't try to stop it. If we see it, the idea of constantly thinking is what starts to develop.
And then when you see a lot of distractions, this is the initial wisdom that Luang Pu Ruesi Lingdam has gained. It has been said that never forget death. Be careful not to think that death has not yet come to us.
It's easy; we probably won't die tomorrow. Be mindful that today we may die. If one obtains Buddha through the physical body, one dies of religion. Buddhism dies; every religion dies, is reborn, and then dies.
The body, which consists of the four elements, dies, but the Dharma never dies. This is the truth. Stay like that until there is a Bodhisattva. One of them came to know the truth and saw it. This truth of Dharma comes out to show religion.
If it happens again, it will stay. It will stay for a short while before it goes out. This is because this world, this cycle, is like a place where life is born and extinguished, which bites its owner; that is, it is cold.
Cool is beneficial; no suffering must know the cycle of life and the flow of life are elements. Ayatana Khandha Paticcasamuppada.
[Song]
Suffering of a person who can endure what others can endure. It is difficult to do things that are difficult for others to do. That will lead to the success of life of endurance. Bitterness will occur in the beginning of the act. Good deeds will be praised in the end.
When one conquers the devil in one's mind, then the devil outside comes. We can't do anything to him because we have invested a lot of money—hundreds of millions—to maintain the body and decorate the body to the fullest. In the end, it must die, but healing the heart does not require it. Not even a single baht.
Anyone who has mindfulness, consciousness controls one's feelings and thoughts at all times. When one feels a sense of right and wrong, always on my mind, that person is said to have Buddha in his heart.
And people are afraid of many things that are written down. I have thought of all sorts of things that I have thought up to scare you. I'm afraid of thinking outside of myself, but I don't know that the scariest thing is your own thoughts.
That's how to cut off bad karma and not bring up old things. What do you get if you think that your life will be free forever? If you want to keep it, just give it to him without thinking. Be a giver, not a taker. Give until you have nothing left. Then you will have freedom above all else.
Poverty is not something to be concerned about. It is the hate that is most lovable. The most hateful thing is to make others angry, to make oneself angry, and to make oneself enlightened.
The best art of self-defense is not creating enemies in battles that don't require it. What is the power of accepting one's own views? It's just that, people.
In a little while, we'll all die, and then we'll all die. And mental suffering doesn't really exist. It exists because there is ignorance, because of lack of knowing. This ignorance is what causes one to become obsessed.
When the mind is attached to something important, it thinks it is suffering. It was ours, so we went and took it. Our true peace is not peace because not hearing any sound does not mean it is quiet because I fell asleep.
Eyes that are calm from various emotions. If many people may be mistaken in thinking that fate is hurting us, but it's not our idea. When it hurts us, we should be mindful and not let our thoughts hurt us.
You can trick me. Try to imagine it and read it. That textbook can be read in any place. There is only light, but we can read their thoughts. Read anywhere, no matter if it's dark or light. You can read minds and read other people's minds.
It's just that. Read it and then think and judge. He is of no use and will only go to the wrong person. Others read their own thoughts when they realize it. There are huge benefits when you know it; it will put it down.
When we stare at it, we know that thought. It is cutting off the flow of the original karma. Karma is there when we see the origin of it. We will not dare to create more karma.
Stop me. Stop karma, stop karma, stop it here. Don't think; let all karma arise in the mind or heart. Thinking about it will stop the suffering of birth. We must stop at our minds, the thinking mind or the birth mind.
Is it an illusion? Supply will think that it can be given up; there is no such thing. It's a way out because thoughts are hidden within thoughts. If you think of giving up, there is no way you can do it. You must see the thought.
Before you can see the thought, let your heart know it. Stay in the present and keep your mind neutral. And we will see thoughts if the mind still goes left and right. The left surname is not seen as a trickster.
When the mind is neutral and calm, then you will see clearly. The mind will see the cause and the point of the incident. Where there is defilement, there is Dharma. There too, where is the suffering that can be overcome?
Suffering is also there; it overlaps and meets. Stay and watch it carefully, watch it closely; it is a defilement. And that is what makes us look at it in a simple way like this: The nature of lust is to cause chaos and to lead one astray.
The nature of suffering is that it does not like to be disturbed and confused. But the peace when the mind is calm is the Dhamma. But if your mind is still in turmoil, that is defilement. It's easy to understand here.
Both defilements and Dhamma work in a similar way, but it goes in opposite directions.

Breathe in, breathe out, attached with mindfulness, able to achieve both calmness and Vipassana together with the four foundations of mindfulness. Mindfulness, seven samapotcha, morality, concentration, wisdom can be achieved in anapanasati.
Concentration, mindfulness must be used in every case. Mindfulness is the world's current barrier; it is mindful emotion. Stay in the breath in and out; when you are mindful, you will have.
If we lose our mindfulness, this mindfulness is the means to restrain the current. Let us all be mindful and watch out for ourselves. Don't let it become a careless person, just a palm leaf.
No matter how clearly you know where it came from, it doesn't matter. It is as clear as putting your heart into practice. Practice until you see it; then you will see it clearly in your heart.
Study for nothing and die for nothing; bring the textbooks. Claiming that I am right and have done nothing wrong. His own property embraced the book until he died and left the book.
It's not like anyone gets anything; anyone who gets it, anyone who sees it. Access is only for those who take action. A book is like a map; once you have it, don't hold it in your hand.
Just spread it out and walk away. Follow the path on the map, practitioner. True is seen as true; that is how we act. And that is the path when you reach your destination.
And that is where the results and outcomes arise. Just think about it without doing it or just memorizing the chapters will never be seen or encountered.
The end of life: everyone died. Everyone, no matter who they were, died. If you are sick, you die. If you are not sick, you die. If you kill, you die. If you do not kill, you die.
When you die, focus on your breath with mindfulness. Keep going until you die if you can do this. In the end, once you die, you will never come back to die. This one more death, this one last time, it's over.
To prevent attachment to this idea, look here. If you think something good, let it pass you by. Don't leave it. If I hold on to the idea of good or bad, then let it go.
Let it pass; no need to hold on to it or anything. Why cling to anything? Clinging to anything only leads to suffering. Think of it as just something that passes by.
This thought, that thought can only be only things that arise and pass away; don't let them exist. Influence on our minds; thoughts have more power.
Whenever you come, that's when your heart will go and enjoy the feeling. We do not cling to the idea; it is cut off the existence and birth for yourself. The true existence also occurs through external mental karma.
Only the rough stuff is really born. It is the birth of thought. If you stop thinking, then stop. I also stopped the ego-karma arising from the thought.
Think about it carefully; thoughts are just that. Assumptions are equal. That idea is the assumption of the fabrication of the aggregates. And that is the assumption that one can escape from thought, which is liberation.
Luang Pu Thet Thet Rangsi said, "What could be as sacred as us?" As for our hearts, there is no such thing as our own hearts. And it is a sacred thing, a good deed that we have done.
Since before this life, we have been doing it again. And it is truly our good when we do it. In the end, you will see goodness and goodness. The purest and most holy happiness is freedom from happiness and suffering, and being above happiness.
Above suffering is [song] peace. Wisdom is the intelligence that keeps the mind from suffering. Be careful of your own heart. Because he is a person who always guards his own mind when going out.
Being busy judging others is another matter of the heart. Still stupid, going against your own wishes and doing things against your own will. Suffering that is difficult to endure, whoever goes against their will and forces themselves.
He is the one who does not take the forest for granted. My heart is not calm; it keeps on struggling. It is the lust that writhes and struggles until it reaches the clinging in the mind.
How can we be alone like this? This cannot exist without teachers. There are many people who know the Dharma, but there are many who have reached it.
Dharma is little because it is a matter of going against the flow of your own mind and overcoming your own suffering. The more suffering you see, the better it becomes. The more difficult it is, the better we will see the consequences.
During the period of training, don't be afraid of the difficulty; it is what causes suffering. This suffering will cause knowing a hundred people is not as good as knowing one's own heart.
The only one when the time comes for the end of life. Nature will force everyone to give up if we don't. If you practice putting it down first, you won't be able to take anything with you.
Shouldn't we learn to put it aside first? If you're going to think about it at the end, there's no way. Deceive when mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom are firmly established.
Unite as one, know, and will be one. The same is asceticism and Vipassana: finding fault with oneself and finding fault with others. Others are different, like looking down at the sky and the abyss.
My mind sees my own thoughts and sees my own badness. And then correct yourself. This is a practice of training oneself to be mindful and watchful.
If you think good, you know it. If you think bad, you know what will affect you. Know that you are always looking into your own heart and seeing your own heart. Wisdom arises when you look outside.
It's not the true Dharma that's in the heart.
