Honestly, I made a video that would make anyone go viral if they saw it. So, this time, I'm going to talk about the latest reels in 2025. I've created a textbook for reels in 2025.

This content is a video that's packed with everything from planning to scripting, filming, and posting settings. But honestly, with just this one video, you can understand everything about the 2025 reel, so it's pretty good. I think the video is a bit long, but with just one video, you can make your reels go viral starting tomorrow.

I made this video, so please watch it until the end. I made a complete walkthrough video, but this is an updated version, so the content has changed completely. I hope you'll take a look at how to conquer the latest reel.

Let's get started. The first chapter is about understanding how reels work. So, what does this mean? Well, there are four points that I want you to keep in mind about how reels spread.

The first one is that reels are determined by the quality of the posts you make to your account. So, what does this mean? Well, the algorithm for reels is like this. First, when you post something, it gets exposed to followers and external users who are likely to be interested.

So, the posts are evaluated to a certain extent, and if they are good, they will be spread further. In other words, the most important thing is how many followers you have. Another thing to consider is how high the ratings of non-followers are.

I want you to keep this in mind as a premise, but what is important here is the second point: the evaluation from people outside your followers is more important. What I mean by this is that Instagram has short videos called reels and feeds.

There are two types of posts: text posts and feeds. In the case of this feed, the posting mechanism is the same, but the evaluation from followers is more important. On the other hand, in the case of reels, the evaluation from followers is also important, as I mentioned earlier.

However, the evaluation from non-followers, which has a larger proportion, is quite important. So, to be honest, even if the evaluation from followers is not good, if the evaluation from non-followers is good, the difference between feed and reels is that they grow.

So, you have to be careful about how they grow. In the case of feed, the quality of the account is very important. The quality of the followers is very important. But in the case of reels, even if the quality of your followers is poor, if the reaction of people outside is good, your followers will grow.

So, what is important is the quality of your posts. The quality of your posts is important, and so is how interesting your posts are. If you have good posts, even if you don't get any followers or people who don't see your posts, you'll still grow.

The main feature is that reel short videos are effective. Remember that if you get good feedback from people outside your followers, your followers will grow. Yes, the feedback from followers is important, but the feedback from people outside your followers is even more important.

For that to happen, quality is important. So, what exactly is this quality? That is what I will be talking about in chapters 2, 3, and 4.

First of all, if you want to improve the quality of your reel, you need a plan. What kind of plan will you come up with? Then, once you have decided on the plan, how will you write the script based on that? This script is important for a short video.

So, what kind of structure will I use to talk? Then, I actually shoot the video, take the shots there, decide what to talk about, and finally, edit. These are the four steps. By having all four of these steps, the quality will improve.

I will be talking about these four points in detail this time, so I hope you will look forward to it. So, we're going to improve the quality. Please keep these two points in mind first.

The third thing you should keep in mind after that is that the share rating is very high. This is the official rating point of reels, according to the founder of Instagram. The person who actually said that they value sharing is very important.

In fact, Instagram now has ads that say, "Please share this." That's how many shares you can get in the app. So, why is sharing important? If sharing is spread, the video will be seen by many people.

That means the video will be spread to many people. In other words, Instagram will distribute the video to various places. It's interesting to share the video, and many people can see it, so there are benefits for Instagram.

So, if you understand that this share is highly rated, then what should you do? How can you increase the shares? Well, the interesting thing is that this is the most shared video. That is, a video of 15 to 30 seconds.

So, up until now, reels have been pretty short videos. There have been various opinions such as "short videos are better" or "long videos are better," but now what's important is the evaluation of shares, and the length that is most likely to be shared is 15 to 30 seconds.

So, if you make a 15 to 30 second video, the number of shares will increase. Instagram evaluates it based on the number of shares, so you can make a video that will be evaluated. When making a video, it's best to make it about 15 to 30 seconds long.

And finally, the fourth point is the number of saves. I've said this many times before, but whether it's a feed or a reel, the number of saves is very important. Saving means you have the possibility to look back on it later.

So, for example, I was watching a cooking account, and this video is really good, so I'm going to save it. This saving means that you'll use it later when you cook. So, it's saved. That means there is a chance you'll see it more than once.

If you save it, you can see it on Instagram, but if you press "like," it's not because you're going to see it twice, right? It's just because it was interesting, so you like it, but if you save it, you're going to see it again.

It's worth twice as much as a like because people will watch it, so the value of saving is high, and the value of feeds and reels is similarly high.

To summarize the mechanism by which reels grow, the first step depends on the quality of the posts you make. But when it comes to the second reel, the evaluation from outside your followers is more important than the feed, so it's really important to pay attention to the evaluation from outside your followers.

The third feature is that the share rating is very high, so the length of time it is shared, 15 to 30 seconds, is about this, so it's best to throw it for about this number of seconds. The fourth point is to be conscious of saving just like with feeds.

So, after understanding the mechanism of reel diffusion, let's actually go into chapters 2, 3, and 4. I will now explain how to come up with a plan, how to write a script, how to shoot, and how to edit.

Now, let's move on to the second chapter, which is about coming up with a plan. So, when you're looking for video material or deciding what to post, this is the most important point that I want you to keep in mind. I'm looking for a story to turn things around.

I don't think you've heard of this before, but it's extremely important. What is this story of a sudden turnaround? It's when an account with only 500 followers suddenly becomes famous. If you can find the video that made you famous by calling it a "reversal story," your account will instantly become famous again.

This is extremely important. After all, there are many accounts, but the number of followers is the most important thing. It's very important to post something that grows when the number of followers is small.

For example, if you start using Instagram now, if you have 100,000 followers, 10,000 followers, or 20,000 followers, it's a bit difficult to say whether you will be successful if you imitate someone else. The reason is that some projects are popular because the person has followers, and some projects are popular because they are somewhat famous.

If you ask me where to find videos, the best way to do it is to look at videos that are popular among people with few followers. This will almost 100% increase your posts, so you should find them.

Nanoha is a one-hit wonder, so how should we find it at this time? First, search for 1,000 to 10,000 people who have the same name as you in a hashtag search. For example, if you're looking for a diet, you can search for something like "diet."

Search for the hashtag diet, and you'll see a lot of posts. From there, I want you to look for accounts with around 1,000 or 10,000 followers. It gets a bit difficult to find more than that.

So basically, you should look for accounts with 1,000 to 10,000 followers. If you can't find one, you can look at major accounts with 100,000 followers or so. If you do that, you'll see a lot of different accounts with an account for dieting.

So I found a big account for dieting and looked at the number of followers there. It's usually around 1,000 to 10,000 people, but even 500 people would be fine. Yes, 500 to 10,000 accounts would be fine, so look for accounts with that number.

Once you find them, the next thing you should do is step 2, which is to look back at the person's profile. First, look at the very first post all the way to the bottom. When you look at it, you want to find the posts that are growing as early as possible.

This is extremely important. This is something that is often done in research. I found an undercover account and I was looking at the most recent trending video, but instead, I want you to look at the past videos.

What do I mean by past? The account I'm currently using as a reference posted videos when it had a low number of followers. The posts that were posted were past videos. So the videos that were popular at that time were videos that got a reaction even when the number of followers was small.

This is extremely important. If you are going to create an account now, you will not have any account ratings at all. Instead of referring to the accounts of people who are currently popular, you should look at the accounts of people who have been popular even when their accounts had low ratings in the past.

It's important to find posts, so just take a quick look at this and look down. The lower you go, the better, and find posts where the number of posts is jumping up a bit. This is the tip that will turn things around.

That's what they say, so please do it this way and gather some ideas for a one-hit turnaround. This is very important. Don't just research posts that are growing, but research posts that are turning things around.

The most important thing is to find this one-shot reversal post, and it seems that everyone will grow with almost 100% reproducibility, so it's very important to find this first.

Another research method is TikTok research. For example, there is a TikTok studio. How do you look at it? Open TikTok and look at the three buttons in the top right. Press the main line. If you click on it, TikTok Studio will appear, so click on it and a list of recent popular posts will appear.

Among these, there are posts with a low number of followers that are popular. There are a lot of videos that are popular, so first of all, if you have a video that is popular, check the number of followers of that person. If you have a small number of followers, it seems that it will grow even if you post it on Instagram, so I'm going to start from this TikTok studio.

All the videos that have been trending recently will be displayed, so you can find videos that have a small number of followers and are trending from here. Basically, videos that are trending on Instagram are videos that have moved from TikTok to Instagram and are trending.

So searching for TikTok is also a smart way, so please try searching from TikTok. Then, the rest is research from YouTube. I highly recommend it. How do you do it? First, open YouTube and search for your genre. For example, search for Instagram.

After that, there are three lines in the upper right corner of the search box, so press them and click the search filter. This will sort the videos by number of views, and then you will see various videos like this. Look at the number of subscribers on your channel.

For example, if you have only 500 or 3,000 subscribers, but you have a video that is growing really fast, then I would say that this is a sudden reversal. So basically, there are videos that have about 500 or 1,000 to 10,000 followers, or videos that have caused a person's channel or account to suddenly grow.

If you can find this, it will be highly reproducible, so please try looking for various lines. This is the proposal. If I show you this proposal, it will be quite difficult, so please try it again and again.

While watching, try to find a story that will turn the tables. Once that's done, the third chapter will move on to writing the script. So, when you're making a reel video, writing a script is extremely important, but why is a script important and why is it no good to talk without a script?

Well, there are a number of points to this, but the first one is that you have to write the script first. For example, if you decide to make a video like this and talk like this, then you can start filming. You have to take these kinds of shots, and then you have to shoot like this.

But I can't shoot without a script, so I have to create a script to decide what kind of images I need, and I don't know what kind of materials I need for the video. It is important to write a script carefully, and when it comes to short videos, people tend to abandon them very quickly.

For example, when they watch it for a moment, they may think, "Oh, this isn't very interesting," or "Oh, the pauses are a bit long," or "The conclusion is too long." If you think it's boring, you'll immediately leave the short video, so it's quite sensitive.

So, if you're talking and there's something dancing or a little bit of sky coming out, you'll leave. So, it's important to make sure that the video is well-structured and not boring, and that the video is interesting. I recommend writing a script.

People who are growing all write their scripts before filming, so please study the script carefully. Yes, so this time I will talk about how to write a script. This is a very important part, so if you're having trouble getting a reel, please take a good look at this part, as it's mostly a script.

So, I'm going to talk about how to write a script. First of all, how to write a script? There are only two patterns for the structure, so please keep these two patterns in mind. The first one is a new way of writing a script called the sandwich method. The second is Prep 4, which is a way of writing a script.

There are two patterns, so it's very important to write the script in one of these two patterns. So, what? First, let me explain briefly. The new sandwich method is made up of three parts. What does that mean? The method is to make a sandwich with a three-part structure.

This is the new sandwich method, and although it looks very simple, I will explain the specifics of how to make it later, but there are quite a few important points to keep in mind. Some people may be interested, but as it says, there is a new way of doing things called the new sandwich method.

There is a way of making things that are popular in this day and age, so I would like you to refrain from doing this. I'll show you the conclusion of the video, which is "Retin Easy Omelet Rice," and explain how to make this omelet rice.

At the end, I'll say it's easy and delicious, so save it and make it. But it's the sandwich method. Conclusion: It's simple, isn't it? I'll explain the key points later. This is the new sandwich method. I'm going to write it in this format, and I think it's recommended for beginners.

Just by making it simple, it's pretty easy to make it buzz, so this is a simple new sandwich method. The simple explanation of the prep method is that it is made up of four parts. What is it? It is an explanation of the reason why I am struggling with the conclusion.

So, the difference with the previous sandwich method is that it has four parts. In the part structure, the reason for the problem comes after the first conclusion, and then after that comes the explanation conclusion.

So how does this work? For example, let's take the example of an omelet rice. Well, first of all, the conclusion is that the omurice I made in 5 minutes was too delicious. Then, in the reason section, I said, "I want to eat omurice, but it's too much hassle to make it."

This is what you call the "festival of worries." I'll write the reason why I'm worried here. And then in the explanation, you put something like, "In that case, here's how to make a microwave omelet rice."

And then in conclusion, it's easy and delicious, so save it and make it. And then, like this, the prep method is made in four parts. So, the difference is whether or not you put the reason for your worries in the comments.

If you put this in, the script for the higher-grade car will be more powerful. So, for beginners, you start with the sandwich method. Then, eventually, everyone will start doing the prep method, and it will be easier to grow.

So, from here on, let's actually make the new sandwich method. I'm going to talk more specifically about how to make it and how to make prep, so if you can just imagine how you would make it in your own video, you'll be able to make it pretty well.

So please be aware of this when using it. Basically, it is for beginners and can be used for any video. Basically, any video can be improved with this design. Just by changing it, there are many cases where you can actually climb just by using this sandwich, so it's simple and easy to use.

Yes, the difficulty level increases a little for Prep 4, but you can make some pretty interesting videos. Well, I would like advanced users to try it out. First, let me talk about the new sandwich method.

As I mentioned before, the structure of the new sandwich method is the conclusion explanation. Conclusion: First conclusion. What I'm going to write here is the title. For example, this is a delicious and easy microwaveable omelet rice. This is the title.

So, let's turn this title around and find a story. I said this when I was coming up with the plan, but please write it down once. Which one will it be? Just a rough idea is fine. Once you've created the structure, you can make the title stronger.

First, write a rough outline of the title. This will be your first conclusion. After that, you can write an explanation. If you write an explanation, you will be asked, "What is the point of this explanation?"

First, I'll explain the basics. For example, if you're talking about how to make omurice, the basic way to make omurice is like this: you put in onions, you put in ketchup, and you do this and that. So I'll give you a simple explanation, and you'll think, "You can make it with this, right?"

But most people just think, "This is how you make it." But it's not enough to stop there. Third degree: So what does this mean? In this day and age, if you just give a normal explanation, it will be the same as any other video.

So what you need to include after this is an explanation of the application. So, what does this mean? For example, if you decide to make an omurice, you would then explain how to make an omurice.

At that point, you would first explain the basics. I will explain how to make it, and then I will explain how to apply it. If you add basil to it, it will become even more delicious. That's the application.

Plus, you can make your own original version with the extra points. By putting in this, you can create your own unique post, so the explanation is not called normally, but please put in the application plus alpha points.

If you put one more thing after this, it will be the best, but what is this? I put my own feelings and experiences into it. For example, I can make it easily after work and it helps me a lot.

I'm addicted to it so much that I buy it over and over again because of my income. My family seems to be really happy with it, etc. If you give it to your family, your child will say it's the perfect lunch every day because it's so delicious.

If you add your own emotions and real-life experiences, you can create something more unique. Regarding the points, I will first explain the basics and tell you how to make it, and then I will explain how to apply it.

I will also explain that there is a secret ingredient that will make it taste really good. Thirdly, if you incorporate your own feelings and experiences, you can differentiate your video from others and it will become a popular reel video.

And finally, the conclusion is important to say it simply. For example, save it and try making it, or please follow me, or if it's interesting, or if you actually want to try making it, save it and make it.

It's as simple as that. Okay, but if it gets too long, people will drop out. For example, if you say, "But this video is about wearing it," or "I made a village this time," people will drop out.

So, you need to show the end. Save it without any trouble. Just say "Try making it" or "Please follow me," and that's it.

So to summarize this new sandwich method, first of all, I'll make a title and then I'll put in the title in the first conclusion. After that, I'll explain the basics first, and then I'll explain the application of the points.

Then I'll convey my feelings and experiences. Finally, the conclusion is, save this for now, okay? Yes, so this is the new sandwich method.

Yes, next, what about the second prep method? I'm worried about the current flow. For example, first, put the title of the conclusion, and then put the point of the reason why you are worried. For example, the omelet rice I made in 5 minutes was too delicious.

This is the title and conclusion. Let's do that. Then, after that, we'll insert a part that explains why viewers are worried about wanting to eat omurice but finding it too much of a bother to make it.

The first thing to consider is that it is very important to decide who is the audience. For example, single mothers, or second-generation mothers with two children. So, please narrow it down to one person based on age.

Yes, who is this video aimed at? The first point is to narrow it down to one person. Then, the second point is, if you're targeting someone who is a second-generation mother, you have to decide how old that second-generation mother is, how many children she has, and then when you see that mother walking down the street, what kind of words should you say to a woman in front of you to make her want to see you?

For example, if you see a woman walking down the street, she might be very busy and not have much time. But if your child really wants to eat omurice, it's a pain to get them in the mood to eat it.

If you tell them that you can make omurice in the microwave in just 5 minutes, they'll turn around and eat it. So if you think about it like that, you can end up with a stool of worries.

So to put it simply, I'll give you the title of the video, and I'll explain that this video is good because it's about these worries. It's like, "That's right, this might be a little difficult, so if you watch a lot of different videos, you'll see that it's the point in the middle of Prep 4, and once you can do this, it's a pretty interesting video.

I think there were some difficult parts, so please review this part several times. Yes, after that, the flow is the same for Prep 4. You put in the explanation at the end and then you put in the conclusion.

So, this problem of bowel movements is one of the reasons why I'm worried about bowel movements, so I think this is a little difficult to make, so please watch the video many times and try it out. I'll make a script like that.

If you write this script, the last thing you need to do is decide on the title for the conclusion. I said that, so I will strengthen this and change it to a more watchable title.

Becoming, first of all, what do you need to be aware of here? First of all, there is the title that you decided on earlier, right? I decided on the title based on the idea of a one-hit turnaround, and I'm going to keep on modifying it.

The reason why this needs to be edited is that it seems that a lot of people will leave the site because of this initial conclusion, so in order to prevent this, it is important to edit the title so that it is less likely to cause people to leave.

There are about five points, but the first one is that it is very important to make the title something that immediately catches your eye. What this means is that humans, basically, if you see a 20 or 30 character long message, you can't recognize it, so you just run away.

So the title is something that you can understand at a glance. The title you want to create has to be one that conveys the atmosphere of the story, and this one is 13 to 15 characters long. When you create this, it becomes very easy to understand, so I made it with this number of characters in mind.

Please try it. The second thing is to choose words that will move your emotions. I want people to be aware of this. What I mean by this is that humans are emotional creatures, so if their emotions are stirred, they will look at it, but conversely, if their emotions are not stirred, they won't look at it.

It is very important to move these emotions. As I said at the beginning, how should we do it? Emotions can be positive or negative. You need to move them with both.

For example, positive words are words that excite or incite expectations, such as fate, just now, value confirmation, challenge, limit breakthrough, big reversal, the strongest, amazing chance, etc. The word "excitement" is used to stir up expectations.

This is a word that moves emotions in a positive direction. If you put in a word like this, it draws attention because it brings out emotions at the beginning. Negative words are words that stimulate fear and anxiety.

For example, words like "end," "danger," "darkness," "betrayal," "loneliness," "collapse," "curse," "can't escape," "fear," etc., are negative words that stimulate fear and anxiety. It stimulates the emotions, so are you aware of this?

Yes, and other than these words, the image is the same, so you want an image that can really stir emotions in the first second. Are you able to choose? This is also important, so please be aware of this.

With images and words, you can move people's emotions with the first title call. This is very important. The third point is to use words that will turn things around in one hit.

What does this mean? I explained earlier that you should find words that will turn things around in one hit. After that, you should think about which words in this story caught your attention or which words made you want to watch it.

There are words, so I'm looking into which words of this one-shot reversal story caught my attention. For example, in my case, the words "Actually, something has really grown" and "Official announcement" were popular.

There is a word called "One-shot reversal word," and if you search for what it is, you will find a lot of accounts. So, if you search for "One-shot reversal word" and of course "One-shot reversal story," you will find the title.

So please be aware of this as well. And the fourth point is that it is very important to understand the content of the post. What I mean by this is the first title call.

Well, at the point of conclusion, you have to understand that you are going to post something like this, and when you hear this, you might think, "No, I don't understand this, so I don't understand this, but it's better to understand this."

It's fine. On the contrary, nowadays, if you don't understand something, you won't watch it. In the past, it was better for people not to understand something. For example, if something was too crazy, they would do it without understanding anything.

But now, I'm going to tell you all about how if you put this on your omelet rice, it becomes incredibly delicious. By telling you all about it, you can understand the content, and it's not like you're going to quit.

So, then you look inside and conclude that people today are I don't like people who are slow or hide things, so it's better to just put everything out. I'd like you to explain everything, like if you put a sauce called Marumaru on an omelet rice, it would taste too good.

It might be better to say the source, but if you say it, it might be seen, so be more specific. By specific, I mean, for example, the product name, or how many minutes walk from a certain station.

For example, if it's real estate, you can tell how much rent you have to pay, and if it's dieting, you can tell how much weight you've lost and how much you've worked.

So if you reveal all of that information, it will be easier for people to see, so you need to make the details clear. If you are conscious of writing more specifically, you can get a lot of responses now.

So when it comes to reels, make sure the title is clear about the content, and then the fifth one is, "That's right, isn't it?" Now, what does this mean? Let's go back to common sense.

What are you talking about in the title? What do you mean? For example, if you say that you don't need a name on Instagram, what does that mean? No, but what does this mean?

For example, TT@Japan's No.1 Instagram Strategy Channel. If you're going to give it a name, then you have to use this name, Takuto. It seems like there's a culture where you normally name it Instagram, but recently, if you think about it calmly, you probably don't need this name.

I think it would be better to just call it the No. 1 Instagram Strategy Channel in Japan. I don't think I'd follow anyone because I wrote it at the beginning, but basically, when people see someone, they only look at the first line of their profile.

Most people look at their name and then they're like, "I want to follow you!" I think that's what you're saying, 90% of the time, it's just those three letters. So if that's the case, you don't need to know the name, you just need to follow it up.

It's not like you're going to follow it up at the very beginning, just because it's Takuto. So I think it would be better to just erase the name from the beginning. If you can come up with a title that goes against common sense like that, people will definitely watch it.

So how do you make a title that reflects common sense? If you think about it, you can see what you see on the front side of the page. For example, you can put the name at the front. That's common sense, isn't it?

So I doubt this. This is a behind-the-scenes press conference. Why is the name in front? If you look at it from that perspective, it seems like this kind of thing happens quite often.

If you keep this in mind, you will come up with an interesting title, so please try to keep it in mind. As for the script, there are two titles, New Sad Town and Prep 4, so I made the title stronger later.

So, please keep this in mind and write a proper script. Next, we will be shooting the fourth chapter, so let's write the script.

So, we're going to talk about the key points of how to film based on this script. First of all, when filming, please try not to shake your hands. What do I mean by shaking your hands? When I take a picture, my hands shake a lot and it becomes very hard to see the screen.

So when I'm taking a picture, camera shake is something that you absolutely cannot avoid. So how can I prevent camera shake? If you ask me if it will disappear, I would say that in principle you should use three stations, and this tripod is just for fixing the camera, so you should definitely use this.

The most important point is to choose something that has a crank handle. So what is a crank handle? It's something like this. Why is it so important to have a handle that's this high? Since it can be adjusted, it can improve the efficiency of shooting, and you can easily change the angle when you want to.

So I would like to recommend something with this feature, but I think you all don't know what to buy. This time I will post one of my recommendations. Yes, that is the tripod in the image that you can see here.

Yes, I will also post the link. So, the price is about 5000 yen, so it's cheap and recommended, so please buy it if you are going to take the reel.

The second point is that you take it according to the script. So, this may sound like a very obvious thing, but it's extremely important. So, what we have to emphasize here is that it's one subtitle, one scene.

Basically, what this means is, let's take a look at the script and talk about it. For example, the script says "Retin and easy omurice." This is the first title. Then, first, ketchup rice.

Then, three tablespoons of ketchup. Then, 1/4 cut onion. Let's say it's a four-part story. Then, the first thing that people get confused about is the introduction, the title.

How should you cut the part that presents your idea, the part that presents the title? I'm not sure which one to choose, but please include a digest version at the beginning. What I mean is, about three cuts, including the ones in the video.

It's very important to show a digest version at the same time. What's important here is to include three digests of interesting or interesting cuts. For example, a simple omelet rice cut in a video will work well.

So, for example, in a scene where the egg in an omelet rice is melting, or when you put a little butter in the frying pan and hear the bubbling sound, or when you serve the omelet rice, please choose the most attractive part.

This will be the first digest of the first three cuts. After that, the basic principle is to make a simple dish. For example, first make ketchup rice. If it's a part called a "masu," you can add a cut where the ketchup rice is made.

For example, if you say a tablespoon of ketchup, then you take out the core of the tablespoon of ketchup and give it to them. Then, if you say an onion, you take out the core of the onion and give it to them.

So it's just one subtitle, so it's about one word per minute, about 15 characters. When you say "onion 4," you need one core, and people who can do this more than that basically change the angle of view once every 3 seconds.

So, for example, even if you say "onion 4," you can't see the onion in the onion part. It will come out and enter the core that you are cutting at 1/4. Yes, there are people who do it this thin, but for beginners or people who are just starting out, it's basically one scene per minute.

If you remember that one subtitle is one scene, it will be much easier to make, so let's try to do it with this level of detail. Generally, one subtitle is about 15 characters or less.

So, for people with a high level of ability, it would be good to change the frame about once every three seconds, and for the boat scene, it would be better to combine about three cuts to make a digest version, which would attract more interest.

The third point is to remember the angle, height, and position of the camera, and the camera work. Well, this is going to be a basic story about filming, but I think there are some difficult parts, so I want everyone to concentrate and listen again from here on out.

First of all, I want to talk about the angle. I want everyone to remember what an angle is, and if you look at this image, you'll understand that it's very important to use different angles.

What I mean by this is that there are many different types. But I'll introduce four of them this time. The first one is a bird's-eye view shot, which is an angle from directly above. For example, when you want to use this, it's effective when showing cooking, products, work, or household items.

This is a tripod with an arm attached for bird's-eye view photography, and it's taken from above. This is called a bird's-eye view, and this is what you can see. I want you to remember these different types of angles.

Next, there is also something called a high angle, which is taken by pointing downwards. Its characteristic is that it is easy to explain the overall picture. Yes, it feels horizontal.

So, most people only do it horizontally, and when they shoot, the angle is so bad that they end up with a dull reel. So if you pay attention to the angle around here, and finally, the low angle, this is the top.

It's like shooting towards the camera, and if you want a sense of realism, white will come out, so let's make good use of this area. So, even if you're told like this, what should you use for what?

I don't know, so what do you have to do from here? Now that you understand that there are four angles, if you use these four as a competing account, you can make an omelette rice.

When I'm taking the picture, I look at where I'm taking the picture from and where I'm taking the picture from when I'm cutting the onion. When I think about it, the people who I think are really good at their videos are actually taking pictures from different angles than most of you.

People who are good at it take everything horizontally, so it doesn't look very professional, but people who are good at it use high-angle, low-angle, and overhead shots well, so they can take good pictures.

Why is it from this angle? That knowledge. If you have this, when you watch the stories or videos of other competitors, you can analyze them and say, "Oh, this angle is like this."

If you remember this, your photography skills will improve a lot. What I want you to consider is not the angle, but the height. Yes, the height is also very important.

If you look at the image, you can see that there are three patterns. The first one is the high position, which is exactly what it sounds like. It is a pattern of shooting from a high position.

Next, there is the eye level, which is the height of the line of sight. Well, this is the approximate height at which a person would take a picture. And a low position means taking a picture at a height lower than eye level.

The reason why there are angles and heights like I mentioned earlier is because I am conscious of this too. I wonder if the people in the videos that you think are good at taking their videos from a high position or this also changes when you understand whether you are taking the ball at a level or in a low position.

So this height is also a basic element of photography, so keep that in mind. Next is distance. Distance is simple. Should you take it from a distance? Or should you take it close up like this?

But the image will change, right? So, like this, there are three elements: angle, height, and distance. To put it simply, these three elements are the foundation, but there are also other, deeper aspects.

There are many, but please remember these three things first. Yes, the angle, the height, and the distance. These three elements are competing accounts. What is the height and angle at which this is taken?

If you think about it, you can see it, and you can take it in the same way. So, for some reason, other people are really good at taking pictures, but I'm not good at it. I don't think it looks delicious at all.

This is because you don't understand the angles of the sides, so if you understand this, you will be able to take professional-looking images easily, so please keep this in mind as you study.

And then, there are a few simple points to note. Let me explain a little bit. The brightness is also extremely important. So what should we do about the brightness? Is it better to have it brighter or darker?

This is something that often happens at nature schools. This is a common pattern, but it's only natural. Natural light tends to look better and more beautiful.

However, there are pitfalls when you try to take photos in natural light. To be honest, nature schools are not available when the weather is not so good or when the schedule does not match up.

For example, if you are an office worker, you can't take photos during nature schools because you are usually at work. So on weekends, I can't take time off because I have to take my family's time, so I want everyone to get rid of the idea that we have to go to this nature school.

It disappears. The schedule doesn't match, so I think I'll quit, so basically, I think the nature school looks better, but even if the nature school is 100 points, it's difficult to get 100 points every time.

If it's okay to start with 80 or 70 points, but let's increase the number of times we take photos. Yes, so basically, natural light is good sometimes. But basically, it's totally okay to take photos in places other than natural light.

So, how do you take these photos? What's important is to create an environment where you can take photos whenever you want. So what I mean is, we have to create an environment where we can take it at home.

Natural schools are great, of course, but it's difficult to do that every time, so let's create that at home. What is needed for that is light, after all.

What is good about this light is not just that it is bright, but that the light is good and basically glows orange to white. That's what it looks like, but it's better to be able to choose between orange and white.

Depending on the shoot, a slightly orange light might be better, or a white light might be better, so this light can be adjusted. Let's all buy the bulbs and other things.

I think there are many things that can be changed, so if you change this, it's fine. Let's take it with this. Of course, this natural storage is good, but more than that, it's an environment where you can take it at any time.

It's much better to be able to get the right brightness. Please be aware of that. And the next thing is the location. The location where you take the photo is also important.

So what do you need to do? That is, it's about matching the worldview. It's really difficult to choose a worldview, but for example, if you want a worldview that looks like Kansai people, or a very stylish worldview, you could also have a worldview that looks like NEETs, or a worldview that looks like gamers.

If there is such a thing, we should match it to it. For example, we should have a Kansai-like worldview. For example, we should wear clothes that look like Kansai clothes.

We should put some takoyaki key chains or some Osaka sweets behind us. If you leave that aside, wouldn't the worldview be like that? Also, I think it would be totally fine to shoot outside of Osaka, somewhere that looks like Osaka.

Feel Osaka. It's important to create a worldview by intentionally leaving things that can be seen. If this is your genre, how do you create a worldview? That's very important, so everyone often asks, "It's already a white wall, and it seems like there's no worldview at all," so if you take it in a place like this, of course it won't grow.

So what kind of worldview are you creating, and what do you need to do to create that worldview? If you keep in mind where you put it and where you take it, you can create a world view, and you can see the character image of everyone.

So please take a look at the competition and imagine the location properly. Yes, and then there's the voice. For people who can put in things like Alico, the voice is important, so the key points of this voice are basically please speak clearly, otherwise it is difficult to hear.

Yes, why speak clearly? Also, people who are not good at speaking do not speak as if they think there is a person in front of them.

So, what does this mean? For example, I'm currently filming a YouTube video. Everyone is watching this YouTube video, right? The viewers are watching it now.

So I'm imagining myself and writing it to you. People who are good at talking and expressing emotion are people who have a clear voice and talk as if there is a person in front of them.

Therefore, they have to speak clearly and express emotion. So if you say, "It's better," then there will be some parts where the volume is loud and some parts where the volume is a little quiet, and then it will be much easier to hear.

So when it comes to your voice, you need to speak clearly, and when there's a person in front of you, if you imagine that, you will be able to convey emotion and it will be easier to understand.

So please be aware of this. Also, it's good to be aware of what kind of character you are. It's important. For example, if you're from Kansai, you should definitely use your dialect.

If you're a NEET, you don't want to be called out in a loud voice. If you're a NEET, you should speak in a quieter voice. Isn't that okay? So what is a character?

How does the way they talk make them that kind of character? If you think about it, it's pretty good. Is it important to be lively? Is it a gentle way of speaking? Is it a playful way of speaking? Is it a dialect?

What's their personality like? What is their first-person pronoun? If you think about how to say things in a more casual way, your voice will change, so please be mindful of that.

And then there's the clothing. As for clothing, it depends on the worldview I mentioned earlier. It's a bit similar, but what kind of clothes do you wear?

I think this is something that Jill will tell you. For example, if it's a diet type, some people wear clothes that show their body lines, and some people wear pajamas.

There may be some people who are not aware of this, but it's important to know what kind of clothes everyone is wearing. There will be competition, and this is very important.

If you pay attention to things like whether they're wearing a suit or a uniform, it will make a big difference. Please be mindful of your attire, and then there are the performers.

And finally, what do I mean by performers? For example, of course there are patterns where you talk by yourself, but there are also patterns where you talk with your child, patterns where animals appear, patterns where people buy things like cats and dogs, and patterns where you buy things with your lover.

It's totally fine to take a photo by yourself, but if you want to include someone else, it can change things. For example, if you take a single shot, it's a shot of cooking, so I think it's okay for a cat to appear, and when this happens, people comment, "The cat is so cute."

I try to do things like this on purpose. That's right, in this cut, if you put in one part of this performance, you can prevent it from becoming monotonous, and the dropout rate will be reduced.

So if you can put in someone in this performance, then put them in. You don't have to include it when you don't want to see it, but if you include it in just one shot, it will make the photo easier to watch and more interesting, so be mindful of this.

Please. Well, I talked about the shooting part quite a bit, so I think there were a lot of things that you didn't understand, but there is a big difference between those who understand these things and those who don't, so I think it's important to improve your shooting skills a little.

I hope you will study the skills of filming while watching it over and over again so that you can master them. So, next, the script is finished, and when filming is finished, I'm going to start editing.

I think editing is really hard, but I'm going to talk about various skills and important points, so I'm going to master this by watching it over and over again.

First of all, when you're shooting, the most important thing is editing software. What should you use? I recommend using a video editor, VN, or InShot. I recommend this.

The main thing is that it's okay to use the trademark. For example, if you want to do affiliate marketing or sell your own products, you can use it as a video. The tool you're talking about.

So if you use these, it's safe, so I recommend these three. To be honest, I've tried a lot of different things, and I think it's okay to try a few different things because I have my own strengths and weaknesses.

First of all, please try using these three tools. There are quite a few points to keep in mind when editing, so I'll explain them to you.

The second point is to eliminate stress. What does this mean? In the end, people end up abandoning the video. Especially short videos tend to cause a lot of abandonment.

For example, many people watch YouTube videos with the intention of watching them because this video is probably about an hour long. If you want to watch it, you watch it with the mindset that you have another hour to watch it.

So even if they are a little stressed, they still watch it. The assumption is that they will watch it to this extent. However, it's not like they really watch short videos. They just watch them because they happen to come up.

They don't really want to watch them. There is no system in place to see. That's right. I just came here to kill time, so there are a lot of people who leave.

That's what's important with short videos, so it's important to eliminate stress. This video is hard to see, it's hard to hear, it's hard to understand, and so on.

It's important to delete them, so I'm going to talk about how to delete some negative elements, but please try to hold back a little bit. I get stressed out when I watch my own videos.

Please cut out all the parts that you don't want to see anymore. This includes the way they talk, the way they dress, and even the way they edit. Delete all the parts that make you feel stressed.

The third point is to keep editing simple. This is a little connected to what I said earlier about reducing stress. But actually, even if you're not good at editing, you can still edit without making it too cluttered.

It's fine. It's totally fine to just cut and add subtitles. More than half of the people who are getting longer are already cut. It's just subtitles.

Of course, there are some people who are really good at editing. But this is just... It's difficult. As I said before, many people try to make it as luxurious as possible, but end up getting stressed and creating a terrible video.

If that's the case, it would be better to just do the simple cuts and subtitles and not get stressed out over that. So, if you're watching, I recommend this one.

There are a lot of animations and transitions, but to be honest, you don't need to use them. Just cut the subtitles. Well, I'll shoot properly and write the script.

So it's okay, so let's keep it simple. And then, when it comes to the cut, what's important is your catchphrase, or the pause before you speak. Please cut out all of that as well.

It's fine if the voice is connected all the time. If you open it up too much, it will cause people to leave in the case of small videos, so cut it out firmly. It's okay to fill it in, so please do it with the image of erasing the gap.

Yes, and the fourth point is ease of understanding. This is also the same as what I said earlier. It's about making things simpler and explaining things more easily.

So what's important about making things easier to understand is the shooting that we just talked about. So when I say I'm going to cut the onions, I show the onions properly, and the image I see matches exactly with what I'm saying, making it easy to understand.

Also, if you pay attention to simple editing like I mentioned earlier, it will be easier to understand, so please keep this in mind. For example, if you are making a video like I did, where I teach Instagram in full, if you do something like "If you're talking about a camera, I'll show you a picture of the camera work," it will be easier to understand.

If you do something like "I see," or "If you're talking about a person in a talk reel," you can add an example. It makes it easier to listen to. By doing so, it becomes easier to understand.

Although what is easy to understand varies from person to person, how can you make it easier to understand and convey it? So please keep that in mind when you make it.

Yes, the first point is, it really is very important. What is a font? It is the font that you use for subtitles and text. It's a font of time, right?

So this is very important and I recommend it. There are few recommended types, so to be honest, there are only a few, so I will explain it with this.

First of all, the recommended type is Gothic font. Yes. I highly recommend this. Basically, most of the text is written in Gothic style, but there is a democratic style that explains it, and it's all written here.

Google, newspapers, and TV. And the reason why I only use it is because it's easy for people to see. That's all. It's easy to see, so everyone uses it.

So people at TV stations and newspapers start using it. That's why we're doing it, too. You don't have to use weird things anymore. If you use weird things, it's hard to see, and it's stressful.

So basically, it's simple. So please use Gothic font. However, there are various types of Gothic fonts, and the two I recommend are Kagothic and Maru Gothic.

So, what is the difference between them? It is quite recommended for men. It is masculine, and its characteristic is that it is easy to read in Taiji.

So, basically, for men, Kagosic is the first choice. Yes, I recommend the square Gothic font. Yes, what is the round Gothic font? It has a Saturn-like, neutral feel.

What kind of Gothic font is it? It has a slightly rounded look, which is gentle. For women who like Gothic fonts, this one is also recommended.

Among the Gothic fonts, the two I recommend now are the square Gothic and the round Gothic. Gothic. And another one I recommend is the Civil Code font.

Yes, the Civil Code font looks like this. This is an account that emphasizes the world view of the account. I would recommend it to everyone. It's quite elegant.

For example, it's a lifestyle-related item. It's visually appealing. As for the lower part, it's quite recommended. Yes, this is the third one.

And lastly, but there is a handwritten font. If you ask me what kind of handwritten font I recommend, there is one with flowers and butterflies. If you ask me what it is like, it is the most common handwritten font.

This is a recommended shop for couples, recipes, and child-rearing. And the other one is a shop called Panda Bakery. I'm prepared for this.

I used the Kago Chic that I mentioned earlier. This is a font that is intentionally off-balance to create a casual look, but it's a font that is recommended for accounts that are just for playing at home or with children.

So, to sum up, there are only five fonts that I would recommend. The first one is the Gothic font, which is a square Gothic font. It is recommended for those who want to wear a short-sleeved shirt.

The second eye is round. It is gothic and feminine, so it is a style that gives off a soft look. It is a tall and elegant style. It's Ponto.

Yes, and then there's the hand-drawn Ponto flower and long long and the Panda Bakery. I recommend these five, so please choose from these five.

Then you won't go wrong. The rest is about which one fits your worldview. Yes, it's soft. It would be weird to present it in a sophisticated Democratic style, right?

You can't go wrong by choosing one of these five, choosing which one suits your mood. So please be aware of this. If you choose from these five, you won't make a mistake.

Please choose the points in this way. Next, choose the true color. What I mean by this is that a lot of people use really bright colors and it's really hard to see, but what I want you to choose is black, black, white, grey, nothing else.

Please do not use it. Basically, the basics are like this. For example, if it's already black and white and gray, it's simple and very easy to see.

It's stress-free, isn't it? The important point is that it's stressful. It's luxurious and stylish. You don't have to show it to the general public.

If you try to show it to the general public, the stylishness and luxury of it can become a little stressful for them to see. So just say it simply. That's the best way to avoid stress.

So, in this state, you can get about 80 points, so it's easy to improve. But if you use other colors, for example, it's like this, and it's really hard to see, but a lot of people do this.

Well, at worst, I'm going to do this, so it's okay to just use black, white, and grey. Yes, this will get you the minimum points, so this is enough.

Yes, this is also like that. Like, my account color is pink, so I'll make it pink. This is the worst. It's so hard to see, and it's stressful, so I think it's okay to use black, white, and grey as colors.

I'd like to use red for important points and strong points. Or at all, it's okay, but the basics are black, white, and grey, and if you look at the videos of competitors, they're all basically black, white, and grey.

Simple colors are the easiest to see, so you should be aware of this. Try using color, too. And next is the size of the text. This is also important.

What do you mean by size? It depends on the age and target audience. For example, 40-year-olds. If you are in your 40s or older, it is better to have larger fonts.

The reason for this is that small fonts are hard to read, and the sense of speed is also bad. So, when it comes to videos, people tend to prefer them as large as possible, so if your target audience is in their 40s or older, 50s or 60s, it's best to make them really large.

If the target audience is people in their 60s or older, it would be better to make the text larger and slow down the speaking speed. I don't understand anymore, so I'd like to be a bit more careful about this.

Important. So you have to change it depending on your target audience, but if you're over 40, a larger size is generally easier to see.

On the other hand, if you're in your teens or twenties, if the target audience is teenagers and people in their twenties, then something small and stylish will be well received.

So, for teenagers and people in their twenties, visibility is important, but the atmosphere is also quite important, so the smaller one is recommended.

So, this is also a little bit. It's going to be a bit of... First of all, the first one is the top, middle, bottom left, and bottom right. The main feature is that it is the top.

The advantage of the top is that it is easy to concentrate on the subtitles below. For example, when introducing goods, for people in the class genre, I highly recommend putting the font on top and the video underneath.

That way, they will concentrate and listen to the explanatory video. For people like the above is recommended, but the disadvantage is that it is not recommended for genres where you have to compare the subtitles and visuals while watching.

For example, recipes and other things like that, the above is not recommended at all. Basically, for classical music and explanatory videos, the top is quite recommended, but for cooking videos, it's not recommended.

Next, the middle one is the advantage, the visuals are good. You can show the video and subtitles at the same time because they are from the same viewpoint, so it is quite suitable for things where you want to see both visuals and subtitles, such as recipes.

Yes, the downside is that it's in a position that overlaps with the image, so basically, unless it's a recipe or something, you don't really need to use it.

So basically, I think most people will use it on top. And in the middle, there are recipes and stuff like that that don't look out of place at all.

You can see that if you look at the competition, the ones that are doing well are either above the subtitles, in the middle, or below. I'm going to be a little conscious of this too.

I want you to watch it while watching it. Regarding the advantages of the bottom, it is that you can make the screen larger, which is effective when showing the world view.

The disadvantage is that you can use the screen larger, so it is difficult to shoot. If you are not used to it, it can be quite difficult, so basically, the top is the best, then the middle and the bottom.

The bottom is a little difficult because photography skills are important, so here too, I would like to look at the competition. Please refer to it while doing so.

And then, everyone is quite conscious of the position of the subtitles, so please be conscious of it. And, what is often done is, likes and comments, people who have the same font around here.

There are quite a lot of them, but please stop doing this. It makes it very hard to see, so please try not to overlap with likes, etc.

And, yes, and, also, it's important to note that borders and the like are also quite important. Well, what I mean by this is that I explained the type of font earlier, right? There are five recommended fonts.

So, I said this Kagosic and for those who want to choose Panda Bakery, if you remove the border, it will look very stylish. For example, if you choose something like this, it will look quite different.

So for those who want to use these two fonts, try adding a border. It will be much easier to read and look stylish. On the other hand, for fonts like the round gothic, the nose, and the butterfly, if you add a border, it will be hard to read.

It looks a little dull and you can't see the world view, so it's not suitable for borders. So basically, you don't need to add borders here.

It's okay if you don't add any borders at all. Well, you can basically leave it out, but if you want to use it, I recommend you attach an exhaust.

As for these three fonts, yes, if you do that, it will look like this. Basically, it's a round gothic font, so if you want to use flowers and butterflies, please use a brush.

Please use the background, not the border. This part will change depending on the font you use, but if you find this, it will look very stylish, so please keep this in mind.

The sixth one is for adding text. It's a subtitle. What's important is to keep it within 15 characters and make sure it's on two lines. If it exceeds that, it becomes hard to read.

For example, if it's 11 characters, it becomes like this, 17 characters, 3 lines. It will look something like this. Basically, it's best to have 15 characters or less and 2 fish.

It's very easy to read, so please keep this in mind when you make it. This is the fixation of the position of the teleop. As I said before, there is the top, middle, and bottom.

So, to be honest, it doesn't matter where you choose it. In other words, it can be anywhere depending on the image. There is no difference, but the important thing is to fix the location properly.

For example, you can put it on top for one scene, but go to the bottom for the next scene. Then it goes up again, and it's really hard to see.

The viewer's point of view is so shaky that it's really hard to see, and they get stressed and leave. So if you're going to make sure it goes up, then it's better to do it up.

Please fix it in place. If you do it like this, it will be much easier to see, so make sure to fix it in this position.

Okay, so the last one, the seventh one, is the dubbing. What is dubbing? As I was filming this video, I had to decide whether or not to add a voice from behind, but as for whether or not to add a voice, I had to look at the competition and make a decision.

If there are many people who are adding dubbing, it's better to add it, but if you don't need it, it's totally fine not to add it. It's fine even if it's just the video.

Yes, if you do add this, please consider what I just said and I'm going to wrap my head around this, but the first point is to eliminate pauses. If you're a speaker, you should cut out all the pauses and speak at a good tempo.

This will reduce stress. So, for example, if I'm talking, if you add a "return later" at a certain timing, it will become extremely difficult to watch, and people who watch short videos will react sensitively to that and leave.

So please erase everything and cut it so that you can speak in a store-like way. And then, as I said before, you need to show the image of who you are speaking to.

For example, are you speaking to your mother? If you are speaking to a businessman or someone else, you should be conscious of who is in front of you. If you do this, your emotions will come out and it will be easier to convey your message.

Then you should think carefully about the choice of words depending on the character. For example, if you're from Osaka, you'll use the first person pronoun "uchi" or something, and you'll speak in a thick Kansai dialect, and you'll be able to hear more about this character.

So, if you're a NEET, you can make a NEET-like voice. If you don't know how to do that, you can look at NEET accounts, and the voices will always match.

If you keep this in mind when making it, it will turn out well. That's all for the editing so far. This part is also quite large, so if you can review it a bit, it will be fine.

So, you can master editing perfectly, so please try it consciously. Continuing on, this is the sixth chapter, the sixth part is analysis.

So, up to this point, you've already done the shooting and editing. I've been trying a lot of things and I've finally gotten to the point where I can post, but even if a lot of people post, I can't analyze it.

So I'm not sure what to look at in this analysis, and what to analyze. I'm going to talk about this today. If you can do this, you'll be able to improve your videos, so you'll be able to level up a bit.

So I'm going to talk about what you should look at. But there are three points to look at. The first one is the analysis of the exit point.

The reason why we analyze the exit point is because, basically, the reel, as long as you don't leave, it's okay. It's a video, of course. For example, if there is a huge dropout at 1 second, then the problem is at 1 second, so we have to fix that 1 second.

So if you understand where the drop-off point is, you can improve your video. Let's analyze the points, and how to do this analysis method is actually not possible on Instagram, so the important thing is that you upload a reel on Instagram, and it's exactly the same thing.

If you do that, you can see the drop-off points more specifically on TikTok, so we'll analyze it here. Basically, you upload the video on Instagram, but the analysis is done on TikTok.

I recommend you to do this. If you use TikTok's insights, you can see where the users dropped off. So you should use this to find out.

The key point is the first three seconds, which are extremely important. The reason why is that people generally decide whether or not to look at something in the first three seconds.

If these three seconds are interesting, basically everyone will watch until the end. On the other hand, if it's not interesting in those three seconds, no one will watch it.

Why is it that so many people drop out during these three seconds? That's one thing I want you to watch out for. So what I want you to watch out for is what happens three seconds later.

If the viewership rate remains at about 50% to 60% after those three seconds, then it's okay. So that's 20% or 30%. For those who are already in this state, it's really bad at the beginning.

Please improve this, otherwise you won't improve. Yes, why is this the first 50% 50% 60%? For those who are, it's okay, so first of all, this first 3 seconds, please take a look at the following parts, and if there are any parts after that where the withdrawal occurs suddenly, please fix them.

On the other hand, if there are parts where the withdrawal does not occur easily, please be aware of what is being said. This is starting to become quite clear.

For example, the places where people often drop out are when you repeat the same story twice, and conversely, the places where people don't drop out are the places where you give specific examples.

Please analyze it properly. When is the timing of the dropout in your video, or why is it not happening? If you analyze that, you will be able to make a good video.

In fact, the method of analysis is already on TikTok. Download this TikTok sheet, and when you upload a video to TikTok from this plus, you can't see the insights right away, so please wait about a day before watching.

This is basically what you see in the bottom right. You can see the insights from the three points, so if you look at the insights from here, you will see the continuation rate.

The first point is to understand the points of Lira, and you can do this on TikTok, so it's not Instagram. Instead, please analyze TikTok.

The second part of the analysis is an analysis of the first three seconds. The reason why I chose the first three is because, as I said earlier, these three seconds are super important because this is where the decision is made as to whether or not to leave.

And of course, what happens after that is also important, so I want you to look at that in the analysis to see whether or not the person leaves, as I mentioned earlier.

But these three seconds are extremely important. This is going to be the most important part, so I want you to analyze this. Instead of looking at this analysis from an insight perspective, you should look at the differences between your competitors' posts and your own.

What is this? For example, it analyzes your posts and compares them to competitors' posts in 0.5 second increments. What is happening in 0.5 seconds? What is happening in 1 second? What is happening in 1.5 seconds? What is happening in 3 seconds?

I do it up to that point, and when I analyze the footage, the ratio of cuts, what kind of cuts I'm taking, and how many subtitles I'm showing, I think that my weakness is in this area, so the 3 seconds are bad.

So I'll explain how to do this a little bit now. First, find the competing posts on TikTok. This can't be done on Instagram, so I'd like you to do it on TikTok.

But if you find a competitor's post on TikTok, and then click on the three lines that say "download," you can download the video, and then you can use an editing app to download the competitor's video.

First, you import your own post that you want to analyze, and then you have the Picture in Picture feature, which you can use to apply your competitors' videos.

So what you can do is to make comparisons. If you put this on the top right corner, you can compare what your video is doing at the time you first started it and what your competitors are doing.

So this is a bit more geared towards mid- to high-end vehicles. It's an analysis of the time, but it's very important to master those three seconds.

The key points to keep in mind at this point are the way you take it, the brightness, and how easy it is to see the subtitles. You can compare the position of the subtitles, the number of seconds between cuts, and other things like this, so please take a look at how your video turned out.

For those who don't understand this, even if you place two units and start them at the same time, that's fine. If you do it that way, you can do it, so please try this kind of analysis method.

And the third one is the analysis of the number of saved items. If you ask whether we should analyze the number, basically, Instagram evaluates posts with a large number of saves.

The reason for this is that posts with a large number of saves are more valuable than posts with a large number of saves. For example, if it's interesting, then it's okay. But if you save it, you're saving it because you're going to watch it again later, right?

Otherwise, there's no point in saving it, right? That means you might watch it more than once, but that's okay. If you don't watch it again, saving is very valuable.

Another thing that is very valuable is sharing. Sharing is also very valuable in the reel, so sharing and saving are very valuable.

It's important to analyze it, but for this, you can use

Fits easily is a good point.

The second point is to use trending songs. By trending songs, I mean songs that are popular now, or songs that are popular now, or songs that are popular now.

So why should I choose these? Since they're popular, people simply stop the video. Even if the video isn't interesting, people stop it because they've heard it before.

As for how to find these trending songs, you can find them on Instagram. First, on Instagram, please change your account to a creator, business account, or professional account. As I said before, this is how to get started.

After that, you will find a professional dashboard in your profile. So, at the bottom, under the tool, there is a hint. This hint is very useful for Instagram.

So, first, press this hint. Then, it looks like this. Reels and sound source accounts will appear. For example, if you press reels, reels recommended for you will appear, and reels called "competitor buzz" will appear. If you press sound source, it will look like this.

So popular music will come up, and if you click on this account, accounts similar to yours will come up. In this way, Instagram's insights are also developing rapidly, so you can use this quite well. If you can use it, please use the hint sound source.

You can use trending sound sources or sound sources that are popular with your followers, so if you use either of these, you will be able to handle quite popular songs.

So, the third one is a song that fits the worldview. What I mean is, if it's an Osaka lady, it should have an Osaka lady feel. Lonely character. So, let's use sounds that bring out the characters, and just by being conscious of this, you can create a lot of appeal and emotion in your video.

How do you actually search for it? I recommend searching for Spotify playlists. If you download the Spotify app, you can find songs you want to listen to in the morning or on a sad night. I recommend searching for songs you want to listen to.

You can also search on YouTube. If you search for songs you want to listen to when you're sad, or songs by old ladies from Osaka, you'll find a lot of interesting songs. There are many similar things, so I recommend searching on YouTube, Spotify, and other places like this to find audio sources.

Please see.

Next, the fourth setting is the posting time. The time you post your reel posts is also quite important. So, the conclusion is that it is important to have active followers. Posting at the right time is the best.

The best times to get likes on your reel are from 7 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 1 PM, and 7 PM to 9 PM. These are basically bold times. In other words, it's a good time to get a response.

The time frame will vary depending on who your target audience is, for example, housewives or people who commute by train. If the target audience is employees, the morning hours are quite good, and if they use their smartphones during their lunch break, the daytime hours are also quite good.

This is also the case for office workers who use their smartphones during their lunch break. As for the evening hours, basically, everyone is active at night, so if you're unsure, it's fine to go at night. However, for housewives and office workers who are on the way to work, I recommend mornings and afternoons.

Surprisingly, the ones with less competition are recommended, so the most recommended time is the night, then the morning, and the third is the afternoon.

And then the target is also important to see where you're active, and I recommend the three patterns I just mentioned. For example, if you have a pro account, press the three lines in the upper right corner, then select Settings and Activity to view insights.

Click on Insight and then click on Total Forwards. When you click on that, the active time period will be displayed like this. So, what is the active time period for this account?

Well, I guess the first candidate is the night because it's active, but this account is also quite active during the day, as you can see. So, it's quite active during the day, and in the morning, it's a bit depressed, if anything.

So, I think it's good to have a good time with this account, whether it's day or night. I think it's good to be able to choose whether it's night, day, or morning by looking at your account.

The fifth point is the length of the post. How long can the video be? Currently, Instagram allows videos up to 3 minutes long. This will probably continue to grow in the future, but the most recommended one is a 15 to 30 second reel, which up until now has tended to be shorter.

It used to be good for about 10 to 15 seconds, but recently the sustained time has been getting longer, so it's becoming easier to sustain 15 or 30 second reels. The best way to get a good response is to keep it to about 15 to 30 seconds, as it will be easier to share and save.

However, I want everyone to keep it to about 15 seconds. It's not good to think too much about it and make the video haphazard, or to just make it longer even though you don't need to.

The most important thing is to have something you want to say and talk about it in 15 to 30 seconds. But ideally, if you could say everything you want to say in 11 seconds, that would be fine.

The most important thing is to communicate in a way that doesn't cause stress, so please make sure you understand this before you proceed.

Next up is Chapter 8, which is about tools. I'm going to introduce some recommended tools for using this reel, but what are they? There are sites for video materials. I have about 8 sites that I recommend.

I'll post it here, but if you choose from these 8, you'll get a lot of video material that you can use in your reel, so you can just take a bite or stop the video and save it. Please try searching for various things yourself.

You will be able to see a lot of different materials, so I would recommend it. Another recommendation is I Step LG. What is this? It's an automatic transformation for DM. It's a tool, and I use a lot of steps, but if you ask me what it is, it's a bit confusing.

If you write "apple" in the comment section, I'll send you something, right? If you send me an apple, I'll give you an apple. You can set it so that you send this to the person you sent it to.

So, for example, you can increase the number of comments on a reel video, or you can give them something if they comment on your DM. It's easier to get responses from followers.

Regarding the useful tools, I made a video called "47 Battles" in the past. Everything is written in that video. There are a lot of other videos. So please take a look around here.

If you look here, you will find tools that allow you to instantly purchase professional-looking photos, tools to organize your worldview, tools for monetization, and automatic replies. I'll also be introducing various tools and analysis tools, so please take a look at this.

Next up is Chapter 9, which is about monetization. I've talked about how to grow, filming, scripts, and so on, but in the end, if you ask me why everyone is managing their business, it's to monetize, right?
