B2A: Software Where the Customers Will All Be Agents

Transcription

You may have heard of B2B. You may have heard of B to C. But have you heard of B to A?

We'd like to fund companies building software that assumes their customers are going to be AI agents rather than humans. A significant percentage of all internet traffic is already machines scraping, looking for information, filling out forms. And these programs end up impersonating humans. Right, they want to act like a human when they fill out a form or look for changes.

Now, with the advent of AI and AI agents, it seems like a great time to build software and services where the agents will be your customers. Agents are actively supported and documented rather than an edge case impersonating humans. For instance, APIs that help agents pay for hosting, credit, uh, booking travel, uh, engaging in some kind of legal contracts—all sorts of things like that we think are interesting.

For example, in the stock market, it's well understood that there's humans trading as well as programs trading together in the same place. And in the future, this will only increase. That would look like the whole internet.

So if you're interested in building software for agents as customers, we'd like to hear from you.
