The road, so I made sure to load up on cash. You know, look at this! We have driven past so many nice beaches. Look at that! There's not a single footprint on this beach anywhere.
Be all right, this is as far east as you can drive on the island of Mokai, and this is Hala Park. Look at that, that's gorgeous! There's just this little river here, and if you go across it, there's a massive black sand beach that stretches all the way over to the other side of that valley.
Oh yay! Well, Hala Park is as far east as you can drive on Mokai. Unfortunately, the place we're staying tonight is on the absolute farthest west point on Mokai. Oh, I think that's the grocery store. Let's, uh, we're going to try to grab some groceries here.
Yeah, we're going to do this for dinner tomorrow. Oh, we got to get the POG! Yeah, you want to do that? Yeah, that's like good for lunch, actually.
Yeah, we're going to get some hot dogs, Panina Cola, coconut butter spread. Look at all the different types of spam! Hickory smoke spam! Oh, banana sauce! Oh yeah, yeah, all the same.
Yeah, you should have eaten before going shopping. I think we bought the store out. All right, well, we're on a date, so I got to take my lady to a restaurant here. Let's see. Dang, they've got duck poutine here!

There's some wild turkeys right here in the road! Wow, we just saw more turkeys! We've seen like 20 turkeys just today. I think there's a lot of ice cream flavors we still need to try.

Well, me and my friend Mana here, we're going to go to a little beach and try to poke a fish. What do you want to target today? Whatever you want to eat or a stupid fish.
I usually, that's usually the type of fish I shoot, are the stupid ones, right? Right away, we got into some fish. Mana took a shot at a big kumu, and it tore off the spear and got away.
I went down here, and I saw a kala there, and I knew his girlfriend wanted a kala, so I went ahead and grabbed this one. Kala is a unicorn fish, and you can see why they call it that. It's got a big horn on its forehead.
But Mana did manage to find a papio, which is a baby alua, and he went ahead and shot it. It looked like he had a pretty good shot through the head there, and the fish tore off and started to swim off.
But luckily, he was kind of dazed, and so I was able to catch up with him and put a spear in him. And that's a poo! But we didn't have much time after that before the sun was starting to set, and we didn't want to be in the water in the dark.
So we pulled out, and we had a nice little stringer of fish. We ended up getting three of them! Nice! There we go, a nice little stringer of fish! Man, thank you so much! No problem!
Hey, Becca! Oh wait, there's sand all over! Give me sandy kisses! It is late, and it's time to go to bed. We need some rest; we're tired.
I think it's time for breakfast! Got a cinnamon sweet bread here. Oh, that is so gooey! Oh, that smells good! Go, babe! Wow, we're going to have to go back to healthy living soon!
We got to pack up on food! That bacon and eggs with banana sauce is good! That's really good! I think I'm going to miss these meals on the balcony.
This is nice! So these are plumerias, and they smell amazing! It's what they make leis out of, and this whole farm grows plumerias.
It's nice! You're tall! I love these! Like lavender and plumerias are the two best smelling flowers in the world, I swear! You can see that these trees are looking a little bit ratty.
That's because it's the end of the season. These trees drop their flowers and leaves in the wintertime, just like ours do in the mainland. Pretty! Does it smell as good?
There you go! Oh, those THS hurt for love! So I assumed we were going to dinner, so I put on... There we go! Hone! Oh, that smells good!
Which is good, 'cause you know, sometimes I'm not always a peach myself, so this helps! I apologize! Nice! It smells so good! So fun! I loved it!
It's been interesting talking to these business owners and locals. Everyone's so welcoming and friendly, but also very apprehensive about tourists coming to this island.
You know, Mokai really is different than any of the other islands here in Hawaii. They're not set up for tourism. Only 7,500 people live here on Mokai.
There's only five restaurants, one airline to get on and off the island, and all the food and supplies have to be barged in once a week. But even if a small percentage of the tourists that go to Maui diverted to Mokai, it would cause chaos.
I hope everyone enjoys learning more about this wonderful community, but if you want to come to Hawaii and have a similar experience, I would suggest going to the Big Island instead. You think that's about right, Becca?
Yeah, there's also a lot more to do on the Big Island! All right, got the chicken katsu, got an ai burger, and macadamia nut milkshake! Oh yeah, I'll help you out a little bit, babe!

All right, you know it's going to be awesome when they put all the whipped cream in a cup! Let's see, we've got ooh, red velvet waffles, guava lava mochi waffle! This must be the macadamia nut pancakes, and of course, guava nectar!
Thank you for my Hawaii juice! We were so hungry when we got off the plane last night! I swear, that was so good! Oh, that was good!
Well, guys, would you like to do a little drive, kind of explore the island a little bit? No? Sounds lovely! Well, we got to bed about 1:00 a.m. last night, so everyone's exhausted.
So we're going to just kind of take it easy and explore the island a little bit. We also got some good friends, the South family, and we're going to go by and see them as well.
Hands down, the island of Wahu is the most populated island in all of Hawaii. There's about 1.4 million people who live in Hawaii, and almost 1 million people live just on the island of Wahu.
It's very much a different feel than the islands because it's so populated. Finding places to stay and renting cars here is a little bit cheaper than other places like Maui.
We've paid about $22,000 for our rental car in Maui. We paid $840 for our rental car here! It's so pretty! Honolulu and Waikiki are big cities, but once you get outside of that, it's actually got a really nice rural feel here on Wahu.
Oh, we got... Oh my goodness! Hi! Oh, sitting down sounds good! You might recognize the South family. We got to hang out when you guys were living in Maui.
What did you find there, Thomas? You're too young to be picking up chicks! That joke, that's how you should talk!
Well, we have sat here and talked away the day, but we're all hungry, so we're going to go out and get some lunch. See if we can get the kids to put clothes back on!

[Music] Well, Tommy is obsessed with World War II history, and there's a lot of it here on the island Wahu, so we're going to go check out an old military pillbox on the shore over here.
Pretty! Yeah! Oh yeah, look at this! You like this? This is so cool! Well, apparently, after the attack on Pearl Harbor, they built a whole bunch of these pillboxes along the shore, and most of them were destroyed in the giant 1946 tsunami.
But this is one of the few that still remains. What do you think? Is this cool? Should we come back here? Yeah! All righty, the pineapple bars! Look, there's our pineapple fields!
I'm going to go hit the grocery store. Okay, that's all right! We're going to be you all one! Okay, we get some guava sweet bread, some papayas!

But we, uh, we kind of already did! There's a lot of feral pigs here in Hawaii! They can cause a lot of destruction! So these ones, they picked the wrong garden to mess up!
Wild pigs are mean! They'll bite you and attack you! You think we should eat it? Yeah, we should do the plump one! Yeah, he does look juicy!
Here's the pig's foster family! It's not little! One, he's going to get a new home here! So you got to take them open and plump them up!
All right, good eating! So he's going to go take him home and feed them and fatten them up a little bit! Well, this one's going to join us for the luau tomorrow!

All right, it's time to deal with the piggy too! We got the domestic and the wild pig! You definitely see the difference, like the darker wild meat versus the lighter domestic meat!
The pig's getting a rub down with two green papaya halves! That kind of cleans it, you said? Yeah, cleans it, gives it a little bit different smell!
You got the meat that's going in the emu, and Patrick's got some scraps he's going to give to his dog! And the walkers have two less feral pigs tearing up their garden!
Tastes like mashed potatoes! Sounds like we got hot lava rocks with the banana trunk on top! Y, and that's going to make like steam come up, right?

And it looks like neither the weather nor my ears are going to get better before the end of this trip, so we're just going to deal with it! I'm in Hawaii, and I'm having a great time!

Pride and joy of the Hawaiian Islands! It's called poi! So it's pretty much just like a dip or a paste! Usually for minute, right?
Yeah, so it can actually last up to a year on refrigerat! Eat it with salty meats, something like pork or fish! Yeah, it has more vitamin C than an orange, and so it's super healthy for you!
Poi's a little bit like sour cream! It's a light flavor with a little bit of tang to it, but there's kind of different variety! I'll show you guys how we throw it!

We've been eating our way through Wahu! I am going to have to do some serious weight loss when I get home!
Oh, this has been a fun trip, but this trip to Wahu means that we've now filmed and traveled to every public island in Hawaii!
And it's been interesting! My opinions of the different islands have changed a lot! So after being to all the islands, here's my recommendations!
All of the islands are good for different reasons, but my number one is probably the Big Island of Hawaii! It's just cheaper! It's not as crowded! There's lots to do!
I really like the Big Island! Um, the only reason why Kauai was a number one is it's just a bit smaller and harder to get to than the Big Island!
This makes things a little bit more crowded, a little bit more expensive than the Big Island, but it's still beautiful, laid back, and affordable!
Wahu was a real surprise! I really thought this was going to be too crowded, too touristy, but I really liked it, and it was a lot more affordable than I expected!
Probably number four on the list is the island of Lihue! There's just not a lot to do on the island, but it has probably the best snorkeling and fishing anywhere in Hawaii!
It's pretty awesome! Last on my list is probably Maui! It's the most expensive place we've ever traveled! But that being said, we still had an amazing time, and it's a great place!
Well, we still got a few fun things planned for today, but this is our last day here in Hawaii, and I think we need to go get packed up!
