Dear friends,

Now I will share with you a topic that I am very passionate about: quitting smoking. Cigarettes here include traditional cigarettes, tobacco, and electronic cigarettes. For a long time, people have debated whether quitting smoking is difficult or easy. Some people think quitting smoking is difficult, while others think it is easy. However, the truth is that quitting smoking is not easy.

After you learn these methods, you will see that quitting smoking is extremely easy, and you will understand how our minds have been tricked all this time, making us smoke.

If you are a male who smokes, this topic is very important to you. For those males who do not smoke, you should still listen to this lesson. You will gain knowledge to share with your friends and relatives, especially girls. If you have a lover, friend, or relative who smokes, you can share this video with them so they can understand what they've been stuck in for so long.

Let's explore this content together. First, I'll share what research has shown about cigarettes. There are more than 7,000 toxic substances in cigarettes, which are the cause of 25 diseases, including nasopharyngeal cancer, lung cancer, and chronic respiratory diseases.

The second harmful effect of cigarettes is that they cause infertility and impotence in men. When treating infertility or sterility, the Andrology Hospital always says that the first thing men must do is quit smoking tobacco. Some toxins in tobacco will destroy the amount of sperm in men, leading to infertility and impotence.

In addition, the risk of death is 2.5 to 10 times higher for smokers compared to non-smokers. Studies also show that if a person smokes, they will have a life expectancy 14 to 15 years shorter than a non-smoker. That's 20 years, my friends. We can lose our youth and the years of experiencing life, and every year, 7 million people die from smoking. Up to more than 900,000 people die from passive smoking due to inhalation.

Do you know what passive smoking is? You don't directly smoke, but you can still get sick or die from inhaling cigarette smoke. There is a true story that I once heard: there was a man who smoked for a very long time. When he got married and his wife became pregnant, he was very conscious. He never smoked at home and didn't smoke in front of his wife to keep her safe.

When his wife gave birth, he kept that habit; he only smoked outside on the balcony or at a coffee shop, keeping his child safe. However, six months later, his child had to go to the emergency room because of a very serious lung condition. According to his siblings, he never smoked in front of his wife or child. But why did the child still get sick? Because of those toxic substances that were in his body, in his breath, in every skin cell, and in his clothes. When he went home to his wife and children, those toxins were still there, causing the child to have lung disease.

So smoking not only harms your life but also harms the people around you, your loved ones. I find this image really scary: the lungs of a normal person are bright and rosy, while the lungs of a smoker are black and have very ugly holes.

Now we will find out why people smoke. Do you know why people smoke? There are three main reasons. The first reason is the external environment. A friend shared that he has five friends, and all of them smoke. You are the product of the environment you live in. When the influence of your friends tells you that smoking looks masculine and cool, you are affected by that living environment. Gradually, your subconscious mind gets used to it and sees it as normal.

People live in negativity and don't realize that it is negative anymore. The second reason is due to negative emotions from life events. For example, a friend shared that he started smoking after failing the university entrance exam. Another friend shared that he began smoking after breaking up with his high school lover to find a way to forget his pain.

There are many reasons from the outside. Some friends say that when they were in seventh grade, they saw their parents arguing all day long, which made them unhappy and depressed, leading them to turn to cigarettes.

Another reason is that men often lose connection with their fathers. Some of you may realize this very clearly: when you lose connection with your father, it creates distance in your life. The father symbolizes the masculine energy within you, the strength to overcome all temptations. When you lose that connection, your inner strength is cut, making it easy to fall into vices or bad habits.

This means you have to reconnect and heal your relationship with your father.

The next question for you is: Is smoking a habit? When I asked smokers, they all shared that smoking is a habit and that this habit is very difficult to quit. However, in the book "Quit Smoking Easily" by Alan Carr, he presents a truth we must accept: smoking is not a habit at all.

You have mistakenly thought it is a habit, but it is not. You are addicted to something. Remember, I repeat: smoking is not a habit; you are an addict, nothing more, nothing less. This is the harsh truth we must accept.

We are nicotine addicts. Nicotine is a colorless and odorless compound known as the fastest addictive substance known to man. It is even faster than heroin. Just one puff can start your addiction. For example, if you inhale 20 puffs from a cigarette, you are putting 20 doses of nicotine into your bloodstream and brain cells.

Nicotine has the ability to cause addiction very quickly and is highly toxic. It is known as a monster that will control your mind and daily behavior. After a while, you will start to feel restless and irritable because of your addiction.

You often have a mindset like this: "I feel sick; I need a cigarette. I feel a little stressed; I feel tired, and a cigarette will help me relax." However, that is not true. When you feel uncomfortable or tired, that is the monster beginning to appear, torturing your body and mind.

You are having an addiction, and you put nicotine in to quench it. When the nicotine wears off, the craving starts again, and gradually, the addiction appears throughout the day.

So, the nature of a smoker is not that you seek out cigarettes to reduce stress; you are using cigarettes to balance yourself, to feel more relaxed and creative. Essentially, you are a servant, like a slave, serving the invisible prison of the nicotine monster.

This is a trick we have not known for a long time. The majority will tell you that you smoke to reduce stress, but it is a mind trick. We have been programmed and brainwashed with those false thoughts.

We think we turn to cigarettes to ease our pain and stress, but the truth is that you are an addict serving the monster. You are in a mental prison, and you must serve until you accept the truth: you are being controlled by nicotine.

Only when you realize you are in a mental prison will you begin to step out of it, not find a cigarette as a miracle drug to improve your life.

So what about e-cigarettes? E-cigarettes are the same. Many young people tell us to use e-cigarettes to quit traditional cigarettes. They claim that electronic cigarettes have very little or no nicotine and do not cause bad breath.

What have we been lulled to sleep by for so long? Those are tricks to make you fall into the trap of being a second spider, no more, no less. Electronic cigarettes are equally harmful, causing damage to the lungs, liver, immune system, and brain, leading to cancer.

In particular, those who use nicotine and electronic cigarettes before the age of 25 may experience depression and brain atrophy. These are studies that western countries have found, and more than 10 countries in the world have banned the use of electronic cigarettes, such as Thailand, England, and the United States.

In Vietnam, however, the use of electronic cigarettes is still free and comfortable. We have little control over how this brainwashes our conscious and subconscious minds. Our subconscious mind is 90% of our thoughts, and we are being brainwashed every day by the media.

Why do you not care about the information outside when you hear signs saying that smoking is harmful to your health and causes cancer? Because it has no emotion, but the media does. Music videos and dramatic movies create feelings, and when we have feelings, our subconscious mind works very strongly.

For example, there are good music videos and social networking sites where people openly post pictures of smoking. We see this every day, even in famous movies where characters smoke, making it look cool and masculine.

We start to get carried away by the illusions we create about e-cigarettes, influenced by celebrities in movies or music videos. This affects our subconscious, and over time, we make excuses like, "I can quit anytime," or "If I quit smoking, I will lose my friends."

When you say these excuses, it means you have been brainwashed and still think that cigarettes are good for you. You cling to them to soothe your inner hurts and pains.

Now we will talk about the solution part, the best part of today. We only need two to five days, and at most 21 days, to quit smoking. For those who have smoked for a long time, like 20 or 30 years, it may take longer.

For students, I have helped hundreds of students quit smoking easily. In two to five days, they have completely returned to shore. So what do we do in those two to five days? Remember, nicotine will detoxify our bodies over time. If we don't smoke anymore, it will naturally disappear.

Once nicotine is released from our bodies, we will no longer have addictions. Quitting smoking is extremely easy. We just need to keep our composure for two to five days, and we will definitely win.

Let's make a vow right now: "I will quit smoking. I will be free from smoking." However, the word "quit" still remains. If there is any attachment, let's say, "I will get rid of cigarettes right now."

Give it up as if you are sacrificing something. Then, let's smoke a cigarette one last time to feel that dirty thing that has long brought you joy. Many of you can use a post to smash it with a brick and record a video for us to see.

You decided to quit smoking because you know that health is number one. You know how to love yourself, appreciate your body, and cherish every moment of life.

When you put out the cigarette, don't say that you are not allowed to smoke anymore. Instead, say, "Great! I'm free! I'm no longer a slave to this dirty stuff."

The mindset we accept will determine our behavior. If we say we are not allowed, it means we still want it. But when we say it is wonderful to be free, that is a completely different state of mind.

Look at smokers with compassion, not envy. If you envy them, it means you still crave it. Whenever you think about cigarettes, remember: "It's great! I don't smoke anymore. I'm free! Free from the prison of my mind, free from the nicotine monster."

Keep yourself busy with exercises and daily activities as much as you can. Stay away from pages and groups about selling or buying cigarettes. During these two to five days, stay away from your friends who smoke to avoid contact.

Create courage within yourself, and limit outside influences. Another way is to exercise. Research shows that when smokers crave a cigarette, exercising, jogging, or cycling can help reduce the craving by 80%.

That's a great tip! Use cold water. Prepare glasses or bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. When you have a craving, drink cold water to wake yourself up and break those negative inner emotions.

There is a final method that Americans often apply, which is the EFT method. This is an acupressure method of modern American psychology combined with traditional Oriental medicine.

You can find acupuncture points on your body: on your hands, both sides of your eyes, under your eyes, under your nose, on your chin, on your collarbone, under your arms, and on your head.

You can go to our personal development YouTube channel, search for "Instant Cigarette Cravings Elimination Process" using the EFT acupressure method on the Vivi Love channel, and find the link that experts show us. Just two to three minutes of tapping on the acupuncture points can eliminate cravings immediately.

In America, this method is widely used by the military and in hospitals to help people quit smoking very successfully.

Today, I have shared a lot of health content with you. Once again, we must all admit that health is priority number one. If we love ourselves, we know our value as individuals.

We should choose the habit of going to bed early, exercising, and giving up bad habits. Share this knowledge with your loved ones. Help your friends who smoke find strength from within.

They have been led by tradition and beliefs that most people believe are wrong. If they say it to each other enough, it will become right.

So smoking has no benefit at all; it only makes our lives worse. Your choice matters. I believe you are enough. Please try your best, and thank you for listening to today's lesson.

See you again in the next sessions.
