How a lazy bum went from 0 to 500k a year selling simple PDF files. A completely untapped and new business model. That lazy bum is me. I'm Alex. I run a PDF business selling PDF files that makes 500k a year.
Now, before this, I was broke, working a bagger job at a grocery store with minimum wage. Also, I was burned by other side hustles, which you may know of: Amazon, SMMA, drop shipping, and trading. But this model, selling PDFs, allowed my income to go up to 50K a month, giving me time freedom and location freedom.
As you can see, I was recently in Dubai for vacation. I also got my dream car because of PDFs, a dream watch, and I fly business everywhere. This is to show you what's possible.

So, this free training is designed for people that are looking for a simple and scalable side hustle. We don't want get-rich-quick people. If you put in the work and you want a proven system, it's how you're going to do it predictably and consistently. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner with no experience. You always try and fail; you just need 60 minutes a day.
The whole point of starting your own business selling these simple PDFs is to create a system that reliably and predictably can get you to the 5 to 10K profit per month, which many people dream of. Since this is such a unique model, the demand for this billion-dollar market is huge, and you can expect to see results very quickly.
We use the Canva tool, we make our designs, we put them into a PDF, and we put them on Etsy. Now, the most common question of all: what is inside the PDFs we sell? Here it is.
The most profitable item inside the PDF is a principle. A principle can be an invitation, like a wedding invitation, wall art, or things you print out and use in the home for events. Now, it could also be templates you put on an iPad, such as planners and journals. The demand for this is huge.
Here are some examples. As you can see, they sell very well. We have our wedding invitation template that sells well. We have some wall art, as you can see, and we also have profitable planners you can put on your tablets and devices as well. All of this is for productivity; that's the market we're catering to.
Now, I want to mention something: The design ideas are endless because AI is your friend. Every single variation is unique, so competition isn't really real. You don't have to worry about that.
So, this is the three-step system I made to an automated PDF income. Step one is demand. We're going to visit Etsy and check for keywords, the SEO, and the titles to figure out what the traffic is. Just typing in "printable," we can see many keywords.
We're going to niche down even more to dominate, so "printable wall art." As you can see, the search volume is very good. We're going to use that. We're going to use the Everbee tool—it's a spy tool that uses real sales data to see which PDFs are selling. If I type in "templates," as you can see, the monthly estimated revenue is quite big. People are making very good money selling these PDFs.
Another way, too, is looking for best seller badges on listings. That indicates something is clearly working. This is the badge you want to look for. Also, we're going to easily compete with any of these using the PDF Business Program (the PBP). I'll talk about that later.
Step two is to create the template using Canva. Canva is perfect for beginners. There's a free plan—it's great. Inside Canva, we're going to use pre-made templates, as you can see here, and all the setup for sizing is given for you. So, if you want to do printable wall art, people need different sizes—Canva will do that for you.
We're going to use AI tools like Canva AI to create wall art designs to use instantly. In this example, I wrote "wall art flower for poster design," and instantly, the AI made me designs which I can start selling right away. In this example, we have some flowers for wall art.
Back to what I said about sizes—Canva lets you automatically make all the sizes. So, with the click of a button, we have multiple sizes. If the customer wants a certain dimension printed out, it's very easy. Once we're done, top right corner, we're going to export as PDF, and this is what we're going to give to the customer—all sizes of the design they ordered in a folder.
Before we do that, we're going to make the customer a thank-you card with simple instructions on how to access the digital file and how to print. You can just copy this—very simple. We're going to put that thank-you card in the folder with the actual PDF, and then we're going to upload that to Etsy, which is step three: creating the listing.
When you create a listing on Etsy, you're going to want to select digital files. You're going to want to fill in the titles, SEO, and add some mockup images. Then, we're going to go down to where it says digital files, and we're going to upload exactly what we mentioned here as one PDF. And then we're done! Publish like this, and we can start selling. It's pretty simple.
But if you want to make sales right away and kind of guaranteed, this is the PDF Business Program I mentioned. I mentioned it above when we spoke about competition. It's designed to take an absolute beginner to their first PDF sales profitably in the first week.

You can make as much as, let's say, this listing which I found—it's a kids coloring book making 10K a month. You can quickly get to these kinds of numbers because you're being guided and things are being approved. Truly spoon-fed—that's how you're going to make it right.
Let's continue. Here is the timeline. Right now, you're here. You don't know about the PDF Business Program and you didn't start this. You're a beginner, kind of lost, confused, scarcity mindset. You're scared of losing money trying to start this. You're thinking backwards—you’re worried about the ad cost, product research, logos, opening a company—when in reality, you have to just focus on making sales and having someone guide you to get those sales right away.

You're never going to feel stuck because this is a real education program. Sorry, a bit sick here. Once you've made it to the 2 to 3 month mark, you're now a PDF business owner. At this point, you should be making 5K to 10K a month. At this point, you've mastered the PDF business model, you have multiple winning PDF listings that sell every day, and you're still posting consistently.
That's the only reason you're here, because you're posting and you're consistent. You've been following everything the managers recommend. At this point, you also run your own PDF business that grants you location freedom, and you have a much healthier view on money. You realize it's just a tool, and you don't have to hide and be scared to use it.

Once it works, you can actually turn the ads off and enjoy organic sales because you're going to be ranked organically, as the managers are giving you the right keywords for your SEO. So, once the ads are off, you can enjoy 100% profit sales.
Now, if you follow all of this, that's how we're going to get you to that goal of 3K to 10K a month consistently. Right? And again, there's no hidden cost. All the software is covered by us. Product research, Canva, it's all covered by us. The only thing you have to pay is the five bucks a day, which you can turn off, so it works out.
Now, you may be thinking you can try this business yourself; you can try another business—cool. But I have six years in the online business space, making 500K here. I mean, this is the penthouse. But selling these PDFs, I'm here because of these PDFs. A few months ago: 45K in June, 37K, so about 40 to 50K a month easy. It’s just easy.
You can learn from someone who's been where you're starting off because I was from zero, and it's where you want to be. You want that freedom, or you can spend a year learning the basics, because that's kind of what it takes, and miss out on the extra 10K a month you would have been making if you just took the shortcut.
Look at these images; imagine you know the gap to get over the bridges here, but you’d rather go the long way through all this mess when you can just start here. Opportunity cost is a real thing. Time is what matters the most: the location freedom, escaping the 9 to 5, supporting your kids, being able to stay at home with them, right?
You're going to waste months and years trying to do it yourself when, if you take the shortcut, you're doing it for yourself, your future, and your loved ones. Because if you take too long, you want to support them, you can't because you're trying to do it alone.

Here are some more results. Mahud, his first 500 week organically. Bal made 800 bucks in a single day; that shows you the demand is so big for PDFs. One customer can buy, as you can see, up to 41 items. Chaali ranked page one organically, doing 2,500 a week—that's about 10K a month, life-changing money.
John Jordan, 5K in his first month in December—crazy. Or Joanne did 4.5K in his first month. Now, they're ordinary people like you, but the difference is they invested in themselves, and it's paying off. It's as simple as that.
Now, anytime you invest time and money to learn a new skill, there's a risk; I get it. What if it doesn't work? What if it's not as good as I'm saying? So, we're going to look at the best and worst-case scenarios.
Let's do best case: 12 weeks, you're a PDF business master. You're hitting that 3K, 5K, 10K a month from home. You make great money selling PDFs from your laptop and phone. You can travel, hang out with friends and family—whatever you want. You have the high-income skill. You're confident because you know selling PDFs is the side hustle that works, and your income is like this.
Don't mind the cough; that's the best case. Now the worst case: maybe something happens, right? I mean, look, we've helped 300 people get this up and running in the last three months alone, but I get it—life gets in the way. And that's okay.
