You're going to find that there's really no granules or anything. You may find a handful of granules, but really no granules is characteristic of the blast.

And the nucleus has a very nice, soft, even chromatin pattern, stained light purple throughout, except for where the nucleoli is. It looks like a hole punch. Nucleoli, one or multiple, depending on the leukemia.
