Stop Working. Start Scaling.

If I could have taught my young self anything, it would be you don't scale a business by working harder. You scale it by changing what you work on.

First, systematize what's already working. Every business hits a ceiling because the founder is still doing everything. So, you write down the 10 things that drive 80% of your profit. Then, build a system so someone else can do 80% of them. This is called Paro's principle.

Second, raise prices or raise leverage. If you're booked out, you got two levers. Charge more or multiply yourself. Hire, productize, or automate. Scaling isn't about more customers. It's about more margin per customer or revenue per employee. You can work hard on the wrong thing and make no money. Most people do.

Third, add one scalable channel. Stop chasing every platform. Pick one growth engine, ads, affiliates, email, partnership. Then pour gas on the channel that gives you the best ROI. Then add another once you've stabilized your first.

Fourth, know your numbers. Do you know 75% of business owners won't know these numbers? CAC, LTV, churn, AOV. These are your holy grail. Scaling isn't actually sexy. It's just math. Most founders stay stuck because they're operators, not architects. Build a machine that makes money without you. That scale.
