The more we become aware, the more we're able to access vital life force that then, almost like a thread that we pull on to climb up a mountain higher, starts feeding us more of its energy. And so we could even look at upgrades like this: as we're the whole higher self, and we just have these veils in between us and our higher self.
As conscious individuals, we understand there's a certain level of health that's required for us to continue evolving. That health is called an upgrade. So today, I'm going to be talking about exactly what an upgrade is, as well as how many levels an upgrade takes place on.
So, when we're looking at exactly what an upgrade is, what we're talking about is the body, mind, spirit being able to operate and function and even live in a layer of reality that wasn't available before. That's what makes it an upgrade. So we're literally accessing more of our vital life force, and therefore we're running more energy. And with that ability to run more vital life force, now we're literally in a different layer of reality. So an upgrade is allowing us to run more vital life force while also experiencing a completely different version of reality. Even if it's in the same environment, with the same people, and in the same reality that we're living, it's a different experience altogether. And the reason why is because our energy field is not even structured; it's not even patterned the same way. So every time we experience an upgrade, we're experiencing a completely different energy field because it's been reconfigured now for us to be able to run more of that vital life force. And whenever we're running more of our vital life force, what's making it be able to even run is how it's held in the structure and the patterning, even the geometric patterning of our energy field. And so we can also call this a point of attraction, but that would be even a little bit more reductive here.
So let's talk now about what exactly this upgrade is doing to us at the physiological layer, and after that we'll get into the spiritual dimensions. At the physiological layer, an upgrade is when our cellular body, the cells within our body, are communicating stronger. So, when we're thinking about like what does an upgrade look like, and we're making it look like it's this either new age or too esoteric concept for us to really understand, we can just start at the bodily level before we get into the spiritual dimensions. So, we're really thinking now not just about neuroplasticity, but we're thinking about what aids that neuroplasticity, what's able to become so regenerative that it's called neuroplastic. And that's once again the level of communication between our cells within our cellular body. This is so important to know because many people just write off this concept altogether because we're not first peeling it back and understanding it in a very functional term.
And so when we're looking at cellular body communication, what we're really looking at is how well structured and organized the cellular body is. And it's not hard to really look at the things that make our cellular body go out of order or go into disruption or even go into breaking down that communication. Blood cells have been known to stick together and not even be able to go down the natural flow of our arteries, cardiovascular system, and veins when there's too much of an environmental stressor or even an electromagnetic stressor that is out of resonance or out of sync with the natural hertz of the human body. So, this isn't against the electromagnetic field. This is just talking specifically about when there are disharmonious frequencies that are not supportive and are not in resonance with the human body and the human biofield.
Upgrades are like organic software updates to our operating system. They are enhancements to our entire energy field's bandwidth so we can evolve with the universal current into our next stage of spiritual initiation. Upgrades are about running more vital life force and creative essence. And just like updates, they also clear miscommunication glitches and bugs in our energy field, like slavery programming, limiting beliefs, the doom imprint, outdated agreements, and more. But ultimately, upgrades are more about alchemy. They are the alchemical changes to our body, mind, spirit that allow our consciousness to run more vital life force. Upgrades are about our framework and about capacity. Whether that framework is our neural networks or the aura of our biofield or our frame of mind or even the capacity to sit with our uncomfortable emotions before they mutate into invisible anxiety. Upgrades are the enhancements to our framework and capacity which give it the ability to run more source energy or vital life force, just like an electrical current through fiber optics.
But now we have to actually look at what is governing this upgrade to take place. What is directing the cells of our body to communicate stronger to then regenerate our nervous system and then go into neuroplasticity? Because it doesn't happen automatically. And even if we're living healthy lifestyles, that may not always be the only thing necessary in order to direct our body, mind, spirit into an upgrade. So the main governor that produces an upgrade before the physical body's health and before our actions is our level of awareness. Our level of awareness is what then, once it gets shaken up, expands. Once it expands—and that's always what happens with awareness, whether we know it or not—it's kind of like you learn something new a day, and you're going to have more information about the world. So now you take that and you apply it in a metaphysical sense. Upgrades are always linked to a spiritual purpose.
So when we're thinking about becoming more aware, what we're actually talking about is becoming more aware about our self as a spiritual being, about our world, about reality itself, about our universe, about our multiverse, however layer we're currently focused on or curious about or connecting with. That awareness about that is what is fueling the vital life force that we're connecting to and that we're running into our energy field that's creating that rewiring that's creating that reconfiguration of our energy field, and that's creating that upgrade. So, an upgrade is really interesting because now we can start looking at it as not just this like thing that happens once we're on a spiritual awakening. It's going to be tied inevitably to our spiritual awakening, but it's also pointing to the fact that there is some sort of objective reality, meaning there is some sort of order to this whole universe, to this whole multiverse. And that the more that we become aware, layer by layer. But the more we become aware is the more we're able to access vital life force that then, almost like a thread that we pull on to climb up a mountain higher, starts feeding us more of its energy. And so we could even look at upgrades like this: as we're the whole higher self. And we just have these veils in between us and our higher self. And the more that we peel back a layer means the more we've expanded our awareness. And that every time we peel back a layer, it's like an upgrade. Our body, mind, spirit can run more vital life force, can produce more coherency or order, and most importantly, becomes more creative intelligence.
Our subtle bodies, such as our spiritual, astral, and etheric bodies, all receive upgrades through the great central sun. The great central sun transmits its spiritual essence to our local suns, and our local suns transmit this essence to our biofields in a harmonic chain. We only perceive this creative and spiritual essence as photons. But it's much more than photons. This spiritual essence can best be described as subtle hydrogens that our energy field receives and then distributes through the fascia network. The fibers of the fascia network then feed that information all throughout the bodily tissue, which creates a new resonance in the morphic field. So upgrades also change our templates in the etheric or morphic field.
In the spirit of this age, we hear many popular terms such as embodiment, activations, integration, and sometimes we don't know how these terms relate to one another, if they relate at all. Upgrades are embodiment. The term embodiment is meaningless without upgrades because upgrades are how our spirit, body, emotions, and mind all become more coherent and unified. So all of this has been taking place at the physiological level, at the spiritual level. And now let's talk about the energy body and the energetic level.
There's a plane known as the etheric plane. And in the etheric plane, that has a template of our physical body in it. It's known as the etheric template. Sometimes traditions call it the etheric body, and I've even heard it called sometimes the energy body, but I know it from the etheric template because it holds within it everything that is our own physical body and our whole energy field's design, but not in its physical form. It's in the etheric form. So the etheric template also goes through an upgrade, and that upgrade is also what changes, what morphs our energy field and what morphs our physiology. Anytime our etheric template goes through some sort of repatterning of whatever patterns were being held in it or whatever distortions were inside our etheric template that then get cleared or even memories because, just like we have cellular memory in our cellular body, our etheric template can have memories stored inside it that then distort the patterning of it. So anytime the etheric template gets a very large theme that's either cleared from it or repatterned or resolved where it's closed out, anything that's transformed basically inside the etheric template then no longer needs to manifest inside our third-dimensional life and inside our physical body and inside our environment and our reality. And so when more order is produced inside the etheric template, what that's going to do is reflect inside our physical body and our physical life.
Now, even though we might become more aware about the world or about the universe, that doesn't always mean that it's going to necessarily feel good. But upgrades are all interdependent. They're all about being able to have a larger bandwidth, and a larger bandwidth within our body, mind, spirit naturally creates better or more feel-good ability. So, there's this oddness, there's this little gray area when it comes to upgrades that I want to clarify now. And that's being more aware about whatever we're becoming more aware about. Everyone's at different layers of the journey. So, everyone's going to be able to take this and apply it to them personally. And whatever that is that we're becoming more aware of sometimes can be a very positive truth, and sometimes not so much at all. But why an upgrade always allows us to be able to not just be resilient but have more bandwidth and therefore feel better is that, once again, there is an order, and that's what upgrades are all about. They're linked to there being a higher intelligent design. And that higher intelligent design is one that's called natural order, but also shown physically through neuroplasticity.
So what all of this means is that upgrades are going to allow you to have a better mindset. And even a catch-22, you can have the better mindset first, and then that will be able to call forth an upgrade. So it even creates an upgrade isn't working in a linear way. It could work nonlinear, but regardless, it's always going to have one: us becoming more aware. And then two, it's going to lead to there being larger bandwidth, larger resiliency that will inevitably lead to us being able to have a more positive outlook, a more positive or empowering worldview, uh, self-concept, uh, our ability to perceive our inner reality and our outer reality in a more positive way—one that's not bypassing and one that's not even about having to reject or avoid the negative. The whole point of receiving upgrades is that's how we continue to evolve in the human form. They optimize our energy field so that it doesn't get thrown off or overwhelmed by the higher frequencies that Earth is being immersed in. We did not come into this experience to confirm its limitations. We came here to unlock more of humanity's potential, and upgrades are how that's done.
So at the body-mind level, upgrades are done through neuroplasticity, which opens up our energy field to larger possibilities. It accesses far more vital life force, and we can use that life force also to manifest or to create what we wish to experience. And in that case, it also is reshaping our whole mental landscape, physiological landscape. And then beyond those two layers, at the spiritual and even at the etheric level now, what is happening is that our whole spirit and energy field is being transmuted into our highest self. So this is about deeply being embodied, and through that the neuroplasticity which is the proof of us becoming evolved and more of our higher self. I hope this has given you an upgrade.
