It's the one and only. It's the big homie. Your favorite YouTuber's favorite YouTuber. Fax Kellerman, Stephen A. You know what it is. Marquet Devon Burton, the saint and the center. And today, ladies and saints, oh, we got the ism here. The ism is in the building breathing, talking. The ism is here. If I had a sound effect, I'll press a sound effect right now. I'mma y the floor for the gentleman to introduce himself. We going to get into it.
Thank you for having me. I appreciate your hospitality. I appreciate us connecting and reaching out. Um, I've observed you talk to many, many people, and I was encouraged by just your vocabulary, your presence, and and how you present as a black man, as a man, but as a black man. And so, I'm honored to be on your show, and I thank you. My name is Andre Taylor. Um, some know me as Gorgeous Dre from the film many years ago I did with the Hughes Brothers uh, American. Had to be here and I'm glad to answer questions. We're going to get into it. Um, and I'm excited. Let's see what happens.
Yes. And for everybody watching, I want to let you all know that, you know, you are truly privileged. And it's one of those things to where you might have grown up in the LeBron generation. You don't really know the greatness of Michael Jordan. You might have grown up in the Chris Brown generation. You don't know the greatness of Michael Jackson. You going to learn today, ladies and saints. You going to learn today. Uh we have a number of things we're going to review. Per usual. If you have any comments, questions, uh slide them in right now because you got a million years worth of games sitting in front of you. And what we want to do is try to uh recount at some level uh how dynamic uh Gorgeous Dre is and the work that Mr. Taylor has done, you know, not only direct with the people, but also with lawmakers and just the impact of a life well-lived in an honorable way as a man. Also, he has a phenomenal book. We'll talk about that a little later. But first, let's let's find out who the gentleman is.
No matter what you are doing, whether you might think it's right or wrong, if you don't sell out at the time that you're doing it, whatever you think, whether it's right or wrong, you'll get ran over. So that looking in that perspective of how sold out I was on the idea of what I was doing.
Sometimes I look back on things I've done or people tell me like remember when you did X Y and Z I think damn I was crazy [laughter] like I thought I was immortal at that time.
Yeah. You know trying to give the audience some sense of maturation. When you look back on your younger self, what are some lessons that you think if that you wish you would have known at that time, but also what are some things that even if you told like you at your age told your your younger self, you just wouldn't have believed it or wouldn't have accepted it?
Um that's hard because I had such a presence of my father in my life as a status of what I could achieve because of what he had achieved before me. So I was always you know I I I think about a story he told me about um Getty uh who became the richest man in the world and they was interviewing him and and and and they asked him you know how did you become the richest man in the world? He said I wasn't even trying to be rich. I was just trying to outdo my father. So that's what I was doing. I was trying to outdo my father. So that was the vision for me. That's what I was focused on. Trying to
out.
You know, it's funny that you say that because uh in that line of work, they they like to say it got to be in you, not on you, right? It got it got to damn near be in the blood. And in your case, we say it was literally in the blood.
Yeah. And people sometimes trip because when we did American Pimp with the Hughes brothers, my father was in the film and people said, "Man, I didn't know Mel Taylor was your father." So they are like in shock like that was your dad? Yeah, that was my dad, right? So yeah. Yeah. So he he's he's uh transitioned now. But um when the Hughes brothers came and talked to me, I I at first I said I wasn't going to do it. And then Allan Hughes says something to me that changed my mind. He said, "You know, Dre, before you say no completely, can I just tell you one thing?" I said, "What, Alan?" He said, "I want you to know that everything that's done on film goes down into history." And I thought about that. I said, "History?
I want to be connected with history. That's why I did American Pimp. That's why they hired me as a technical adviser for the film. And 80, 90% of the people that was in American Pimp, I put them in the movie." Lots of people don't know that. my credits are in in American pimp for being a technical advisor, right? But that's what he told me and I wanted to be connected. It appealed to my ego history [laughter]
and let's try to use the word P instead because I don't want to get this flagged most importantly because I want people to hear your message. No need to apologize. So I did this paper uh when I was in college. I studied hip-hop music and the identity that they reference the most is a P. And I think that it's the most I it's the most uh admired identity but also at the same time especially now it's the most derided and insulted identity. What's your perspective on it?
So when I go lecture I've lectured at universities and they've asked me these questions right uh about some similar to what you're saying to me. What I would say to them when I would go lecture is that the black community is a subculture. The P game is a [clears throat] subculture within that where there's rules, there's regulations, and there's guidelines like the mafia would have, right? And so it might not be something conducive to how normal people live their life, but there is still structure, right? And what I would explain to the students is that I had a different perspective because my father and my mother participated in the lifestyle, right? So I remember when I was go when I was in federal trial and after my trial, the judge asked me, "Is is there something you would like to say, Mr. Taylor?" I said, "Yes." I said, "I was born from the womb of a prostitute by the seat of a pee." I said, "This is what society said." But in actuality, that was my mom. That was my dad. had was the people who loved me, people who caressed me. And so no matter if society seeing them as the scum of the earth, I that's not my experience. I couldn't see them like that. So when I'm talking about it, I'm talking about it from a lived experience from a child, having a mom, having a dad within this environment. And it means something quite different to me than just the movie or the rap song. It's different, right? And that's how I explain it. Most people you said you was in college and they were trying to they could not explain it. They would have to bring me in to explain it from that [laughter] perspective,
right? Bringing some realism. Yeah. Yeah.
Exactly. And also there's the other word that starts with a P that we also have to avoid. I know it's crazy.
Both of them. Okay. Okay.
I know it's crazy. Um and this is good because I know you on your channel you probably might be uh might have to use these words sometimes and you better avoid them so that you're you can get circulation on those.
Less your boy. Bless your boy. [laughter]
There's so much I I I don't think I've ever had so many thoughts running through my mind during an interview. One of the things that I find and I identify with a lot of your background and similarly you know when you say that you know your mother was in the line of work your father was in the line of work for people who are squares or people who are just outside the African-American culture or people who you know don't have people working in the informal economy in their family. They don't realize that that creates a whole different set of ethics. It's not that you don't have morals. It's not that you don't have ethics, it's that you have different morals and different ethics and you abide by that game.
And to me, one of the challenges even in terms of like the punishment when they say you're judged by a jury of your peers and all this stuff, it's like, well, first off, it's not your peers, but
how can you punish someone when their sense of right and wrong came from people in this industry and you were taught to abide by that game?
You see what I'm saying? So, one of the introductions that I do when I go lecture, I do this all the time. I ask if they've ever read this book uh by Herman has Sid Arthur, right? And some have, some haven't. And I give them a little synopsis. I said, "Well, the story breaks down where Sid Arthur has a father who's a priest and he wants him to follow in his footsteps. Said Arthur does not want to." So, there's a disagreement until finally the father relents. St. Arthur goes on his way with his best friend, Goinda. And they're having these self-discoveries. And I'm telling the students this, right? Because I'm trying to give them a point of reference to understand what they're about to deal with. So I'm saying, so Sid Arthur goes on this self-discovery with his friend Goinda. And they find out about the Buddha. They call him the illustrious one. Sidarthur's best friend, Goinda, goes and joins the Buddha. Sid Arthur doesn't. So they break off, and then they get back together. One day, Sid Arthur is walking down the street and he sees the Buddha. The Buddha knows him. The Buddha asks, Sedarthur, why haven't you chosen to join me? Have you found a greater way? Said Arthur says, no Buddha. I have not found a greater way, but it is impossible for you to communicate or teach me what you have learned in the hour of your enlightenment. So, the Buddha forces a spow and they go their way. So, I tell the students, see, you had structure growing up, right? your life. You went through the right schools. You had the right support around you, right?
And you went to that school and you graduated. You went to this college, right? All that pretty package. I said me, I was kicked outside of that packaging which forced me to find new knowledge and new information.
That new knowledge and that new information enlightened me. Right? Um I love Wald Emerson. He says a foreigner's genius is a savior to cannibalism. I said so you're seeing me here teaching you even though Goinda who is up underneath said Arthur will probably be a good professor one day. I said students I'm not here to teach you how to be professors. I'm teaching you how to be Buddhas. I'm teaching you how to be illustrious ones. Right? So the very fact that there is so much knowledge out there that's outside of your by by your purview, I'm teaching you something that you had no point of reference to. Gross.
Go ahead.
Go ahead.
You see,
listen.
And it it's even arrogant of people to try to look down on someone who emerged from a gutter that they don't know anything about. I always tell people it's easy to be moral when you have something to eat. You know, when you have nothing to eat than robbing, stealing, and killing have a different they become a means to an end.
Doesn't mean it even the person committing the crime condones the crime,
right?
We've all done things that even we don't approve of.
And I think I like that you mentioned your father because and I want everyone to know fathers are very important. We I talk about family all the time.
Your father was a P. That's the first profession you went into. My father was a drug dealer. That's the first profession I went into.
When I was born, my father was in prison for selling crack cocaine.
That that was the the first way I made my money. And that's not by chance. You know, you
it's what you saw. It's what you understood. It's what was proximate to you. And at some level, it's what you wereworked into.
And most importantly, the people around you is what they condoned. No one around me ever told me that that was a bad idea. In fact, it was glorified. And I don't even have to ask you. We all know a P is the shiniest form of hustler. You know, a P is the most well regarded. So, I wouldn't imagine that anybody in your immediate circle was looking down on you like, "Oh, you you got money, you got the nice clothes, you got all these girls. That's a bad thing to do." Mhm.
My father really did not condone wanting me to be in the lifestyle when I was really young, right? He wanted me to be a criminal attorney, right?
And and uh my aunt would always say what you resist will persist. It's some Chinese thought process or whatever younger when she would say that to me. Right. So what I resisted because when I was growing up being exposed to a lot of things that you as a young man shouldn't be exposed to, right? Right?
I was growing up in the valley around white kids in a white environment after I left South Central Los Angeles, right? And so I seen formality. I seen things that I wanted. I wanted a mom. I wanted a dad, right?
And I I desired that, right? And my father was instrumental in letting me know that this is not your ends. This is just a beginnings to an end, right? I want you to understand about manhood, Andre. I want you to know, he told me one time, you know, everything there is to know about this slick part of life. You know, how to walk, how to talk, how to be cool, and all this kind of thing. He said, but you need to learn the other part of life because this is what you know, and you continuing to invest in what you know is unproductive. So I need you to expand and learn about how white folks think, the people who run the world, learn about how they move, learn about their characteristics, learn about what they read, so you can become unpenetrable, right? By being undetected, right? So when you're in an environment how I am now, why people sometimes see me and not know that I am this guy that come from the streets because it doesn't look like what they think it's supposed to look like. because my father had planted those seeds to let me know yes you know this
but conquer that put all your investments over there they run the world find out about them learn them master them and that's what I did I mastered I learned them better than they know themselves which later on we will be able to talk about because of that training it allowed me to win against the system when nobody else did and beat them in police accountability no matter their education no matter the advantages they had. I understood them better than they understood themsel and I start learning at a young age because of my father.
And that adaptability is what allows you to win at whatever you do. Um
and you know it just as well as me. [laughter]
Oh 100%.
I watch you know.
Um and let me acknowledge some of the folks uh asking questions. Uh shout out to Mr. Federetta. He writes, "Peace of the Saints tuition for the game beforehand." Oh, absolutely. You about to be gamed up today. Uh, shout out to Back Cotter writes, "This is going to be a classic salute, gentlemen. I'm taking notes." Oh, you better be. Shout out to Ain't Gotta be crooked. Writes remnant and the saints. Let's go. And we got to talk about that work that you do as well, right?
Also acknowledge uh better path for you writes the remnant in the building with the saint. Oh, I'm trying to tell you, man.
Yes, sir.
I'm trying to tell you it's all gospel today.
Okay. And let me also acknowledge some of the folks coming in via PayPal. Uh, we have John. He writes, "Had to support this live with gorgeous two men with exceptional ideas." Shout out to Porsche came in supporting the work as well. Appreciate you. May I also acknowledge Carter writes, "Peace to the Saints tuition." And shout out to Jefferson. He writes, "Thank you for the uh for your appearance, Mr. Dre. Your name rings bells, but I've never seen your face until today. I thought you were as old as Grandmaster Virgil." [laughter]
Well, here's the thing, you know. Um he it's so much to say. One thing I want you guys all to to remember is that a man will be known by his works.
If you're putting in the work, your reputation will have meaning
and there will be very few like you
and you will last the test of time. A real hustler like even people like to talk about MC Hammer say he went broke which he did. Then he turned around, invested in tech companies and bounced back. he's a multimillionaire. Again,
that's kind of how that goes. Now, one thing um that you had mentioned earlier, you had alluded to is like people look at you, but they can't really see you. And I think a part of that is, and I realized this early in life, is that people are squares. They watch movies and there are certain things that they've never experienced in real life. They'll tell you what a P is and what a P is and it's like, have you ever met a P? Do you have one in your family? You never seen one in real life. It's like Bigfoot or the Sasquatch or you know you heard about but you never met one. So they're using their assumptions based on the rap music or the things they've heard but they've never met the genuine article. And I think the same thing is true across the spectrum of people who operate in the underworld. A lot of these people are far more crafty and undercover than you would expect. Which is why I think a lot of people have trouble accepting that that woman that, you know, looks like she's a everyday woman could be a street stroller. She could be a Bladeunner. And that man who's in in that well-dressed suit and he has charisma, he could be a real live one making her, you know, making her uh, you know, cough it up. And people use too much imagination. Can you tell me a little bit about your perspective on that? But also how as you mentioned people can't see all of you.
That's by design. That's by design because you never want to prepare people for your strengths, right?
So my father when he was growing up, you know, when I was growing up, you know, he had me
he had me read a lot, right? So, uh, was very well read and and he never looked like they thought a quote unquote pimp would look like. He quoted Shakespeare, you know, the conversations that we had, right? The disposition, what he, this is what I was talking about earlier about being a man and what that meant to him and what I teach to this day. So in American pimp, people could remember one of the one of the statement lines in the movie was before you are anything, you have to be a man first. Before you're a doctor, lawyer, p or anything, you have to be a man. Right? And so people when they listen to that, it resonated because they saying, "Wait a minute, you're elevating something above all these other things." Right? And there's something in that. So this is what I live right. So of course you when I was doing when I was funny thing is is when I was doing politics people didn't think that I would be able to achieve anything right and I said well the cheat is kept off of me. Well what do you mean by the cheap is kept off of you? As long as you think I'm a guy with a funny hat who's our his who who's in our [laughter] as long as you think that I am that guy the cheap is kept off of me. you will never see me. So when I was engaging with politicians and senators, right, they kept trying to see the pee and they couldn't see them. They kept trying to see. All they could see is the man.
All they can see is what my father taught me. You have to be a man first. They could never see what I was doing. They only could see who I was. And I want you all to to really let that sink in, which is
what to me what elevates a P above all other forms of hustler is this right here. It's the knowledge. It's the ability to think. It's the game.
Yeah.
And what you're describing is how to operate.
The man's a operator. And what you should know in job interviews, they talk about transferable skills. The man clearly has transferable skills and it's that ability to know how to maneuver in every situation to ensure that you're up to the task. And even, you know, we say ism, well, what does ism mean? Quote, a suffix, a word ending used to denote a specific doctrine, theory, system of beliefs or social movement. It can refer to a distinct behavior and so on and so forth. But the piece of it is that it's about knowledge and the knowledge is ever evolving and growing and the application of the knowledge.
You use the knowledge to every situation you're in. Uh let me give folks a little bit more of that clip. Uh because we we
pimp
your father said you have to be consistent
which is to say really be that
that authenticity. Yeah, I got a three sentence Bible, three sentence Quran, three sentence Torah. I say be yourself, be good to yourself, be good to good people. And I think he touched on a number of those things. Number one, be yourself.
Who you cons that your consistent behaviors, that's who you are.
And then he said, I say, be yourself. Be good to yourself. Be good to good people. He said, I got pinched. I didn't tell on anybody. Mhm.
That's being good to good people, which is to say, "Hey, if I was working with you then, if we were cool then, when times were good, when when times are dark, I'm still going to hold on to you."
And that's a beautiful thing I want people to know. I saw it was a lame in the the live chat said like, "You're you're glorifying women working like that." No, we're not. We're glorifying principles. We're glorifying knowing how to hustle. We're glorifying being able to adapt. We're glorifying getting out of the mud and getting into something better. We're we're talking about manhood. And it's only you who would be searching out for something low and something dirty and something negative. You'll find it if that's what you're looking for. But if you're looking to get knowledge from someone who has lived a life that you never will live, and that's why I say the saint and the sinner. You know, it's easy for someone who's had all good times and all sunny skies to tell you how good the world is. But you need someone who's endured challenge. You know, they can tell you some things that maybe Jesus couldn't tell you. Um because they've done it in experience. I think that's that's called a fullness of perspective. Um
let me talk to him. Let me talk to him. Let me talk to him.
Go ahead.
So, let me break let me make it real simple to you. Whenever you're having a conversation with somebody, you have to know your audience, right? And then you have to be relatable to your audience. If my community is ridden with drugs and violence and these type of things, right, and I come from that environment and have overcome it, don't you think that it would be smart for me to be relatable to them to let them know the dirt that I came out of, how I thought, how I was, so that they could see you don't have to be defined by your past mistakes. So, you have to be relatable before you can convince anybody of anything, right? So, maybe you might not have had those experience. So, I'm not here for perfect people. I just want you to know that I'm not here for perfect people. I understand the conditions of my of a lot of people in my community. That's my responsibility. It might not be yours, right? And so, I'm here to win them at all costs, and I know how to do that. You don't.
And you know what? And and we'll end this little piece on the haters, but I think it's important to to share a little bit for people who may be caught on the fence. They don't know they a hater. Um I saw one person in the live chat, you know, a lot of folks, they just don't know. They don't realize it. Their emotions are overcoming them and they don't realize that it's impacting their ability to reason.
Uh one dweeb in the comments writes, you know, you know, uh there are a lot of people around me telling me not to sell drugs around you.
You see, that's the problem is you have problem getting out of your shoes.
Well, you didn't grow up on Westside Denver Lane in LA. Your father wasn't a real drug dealer. Your mom wasn't a crack addict. Your auntie Val wasn't a dope addict. Your uncle Steve didn't sell drugs. You You didn't come from a family where that was the norm.
You were probably in a different situation. So don't try. You're trying to imagine things you can't imagine.
But most importantly, it comes from a place of jealousy and hate. You got to knock that.
And it's about to go through the transition right there. But there's a lot that you said right there that squares can apply to their daily life. They can apply to picking a wife.
Yes.
You heard me from just from what you said right there in the game.
I want to yield the floor to you.
Um, for the record, I've been married 28 years. Just want you guys to know that. So, I know both ends of the spectrum. Makes it so much easier for people to come speak with me because they know I'm not going to judge them because of the dirt that I came up out of. But then I have 28 years of stability in a marriage, right? So I know that in as well, right? So you know, um, uh, Marquette said something earlier that I want that I want you guys out there to understand. He used the word transferable, right? So there's a lot of things that when you're maybe selling drugs or maybe in the game that's transferable, there are a lot of mathematicians that are drug dealers. They know numbers, right? And that skill is transferable. So when I'm teaching people coming home from prison that you don't have to be defined by your past mistakes and you have to be careful because the system will put you in a box, right? And make you feel everything that you did has to be discounted. Don't you believe that there are some things that you could utilize that could benefit you? which is why I'm able to be benefit to deal with the system because I was conditioned with a different mindset that they don't have a point of reference to because of what I was going through. So if I had eight women at one time, right, people are asking, "How do you know this about women?" Because everything breaks down to mathematics. It's mathematical percentages in life. So if I'm dealing with eight women with different personalities, different races, and uh nine of those women's do this in a situation, then I have the mathematics that in this situation, this is how you should act because nine women that I've experienced of different nationalities have done this. So it's the mathematics of life. See, I'm pulling things out of my experience and utilizing it for my life. And that's what you should do about everything.
All right? And listen to me audience, you you at home, listen to me. No one will understand a woman better than a P. When he when he's telling you something, you can go ahead write that down like it's the law. You can write it down like it's the law. And I'll tell you why. Nine out of nine, when you go out with a woman, she's there to milk you. She wants you to pay for the date, and she don't even want to give you anything in exchange half the time. The experience that a P has with a woman is literally the opposite. And that makes him a very small minority of mankind. That puts him in the 2% of mankind to where the woman showed up and she wanted to pay for the date to where the woman showed up and felt like she had to justify herself and her existence and her worth to him. And whereas you guys go and lie to the girl, he said, "Hey, I got you and I got three other ones and we all going to collaborate and be under one roof." It's different. That level of mastery. You You can go listen to a pickup artist. You can go listen to Kevin Samuels. You can go listen to fill in the blank. They don't know. They don't know. I yield the floor.
So, I'm glad you mentioned Kevin because I talked about Kevin. I know that he is extremely loved. Kevin did what he Kevin did, right? And um so listen, I run something called the remnant. I want to say this before I speak to you guys out there because this is not for everybody, right? This is high level of consciousness. A high level of consciousness that most of our people uh cognitively won't understand. But I'm still going to plant the seed, right? So I teach something called the remnant. That means I'm not looking for everybody. I'm not religious in a fact that I'm trying to twist your arm to believe what I have to say to you. That's not who I am. You will never have the value. The information is the value, right? So I'm not trying to convince you. If you could hear, you could hear. If you don't, then whooped. But let me break it down for you because I know this idea of the highvalued man. And let me let you understand the deficiencies in the concept. Okay, I haven't shared this before, but I'm going to share it with Marquet's audience, right? The deficiency with the idea of the highvalued man. Somebody was like, how could that be a deficiency? Because the highvalued man feels like I have an expectation of the kind of woman that should be exclusive to a man like me. No high body count, beautiful, nice body. Uh oh.
All these things, right? The high valued man feels he is superior because the type of woman that he has access to that the average guy does not. That might be an advantage over the average guy, but it's not an advantage over a master. Right? So me what is the holes in that thought process is that she feels you think something is valuable about her. She come into the relationship knowing that her low body count is valuable to you, right? Her body is valuable to you, right? her breast, her how good she is in bed is valuable to you. You're going to create some resistance there. When a woman gets with me, I discount all those things. I don't care about your body count. I don't care about how pretty you are. I don't care what your body looks like. I don't care how much money you got. None of them things mean anything. You know why? Now, I'm going to blow your mind right now because I think like God. I don't lost a lot of you because I told you I'm not here for everybody. [laughter] I think like God. What do you mean? When God looks at a human, is God saying, "I don't like this human because this human here did more bad things than this human over here. I like this human better because that human over there didn't do as many bad things as this human." No. God doesn't look at it like that. Why? Because there's a scripture, I'm not religious, but there's a scripture in Isaiah 64:6 that says we are all as an unclean thing and our righteousness is as a filthy rag to God. So, you're not going to be able to stand before God saying, "I'm so good. I'm accepted by you, God. I I've never done this. I'" You'll never be able to stand before God because no matter how good you think you are, he's so GREAT THAT IT'S FILTHY to him. I don't let no woman stand before me thinking that she can offer me something that I think is valuable. What does God think about mankind? He says your submission and your obedience is what makes you valuable.
So a woman's submission and her obedience is what makes her valuable to me. All those other things mean nothing. If she brings that, I'll take care of everything else.
That's valuable to me. But you are creating a situation for yourself to make a woman have resistance against you. come into with a certain level of pride because you like her little body.
Oh, because she's cute [snorts] or maybe she got a couple of dollars. But when she comes before me, I'm telling her all those things are nice for the average guy with a high valued man, right? There's nothing you can offer me. I'm self-sufficient and I'm not needy. I need your submission and your obedience and then we can conquer the world. Do you understand how that creates order and structure? See, I'm that to God, right? And then my woman is that to me. That is divine order. I'm I'm JUST GOING TOO FAR WITH IT, MARQUETTE. [laughter]
Divine order.
I call it the natural order. I call it the I'm 100% aligned with you. And
the funny thing is that a lot of these guys you described or even guys who are aspiring to be a high value man, they're actually not getting any level of submission from the woman. The woman is actually making them submit. They'd like to have another woman
and if they did have another woman, their their main woman would call that cheating.
And she's defining what he can do. So he's in fact submitting to her
is backward. It's the exact opposite of what you've described. It's the unnatural order.
The unnatural order. [laughter]
It's the unnatural order and that's what's dominating.
And folks, send send in your questions. Uh unless you going to pull up to remnant, you you better send in your questions right now. Uh shout out to 1988. He writes, "Peace of the Saints. How can we also replicate the police accountability laws the way you did?"
I'm your expertise.
Okay. So when I came up to Seattle after my brother was killed, now listen to me, okay? He was killed, murdered, and I came to Seattle, um, I knew what I was going to do before I came, right? So when I came here, I sat down with the police, uh, the chief of police, her name is Kathleen. I I hate to I hate to interrupt you,
but I think you need to just give us a little bit on your brother's situation because [clears throat] you just said it and it was just a little too quick. If you you give us a little bit on that. Yeah.
Yeah. My brother Shay Taylor had done like 22 years in uh state prison, right? and he came home and um uh about a year and a half, two years after he had came home, uh he got murdered by the Seattle Police Department, right? And I was in LA and I came back to Seattle to fight for my little brother in 2016. So, it was all on dash cam and it was an execution, right? And uh I'd never done with dealt with politics and anything of that nature, but I didn't need to because I knew I had some things inside of me that was going to be able to deal with the situation even though I know that none of us have been in successful doing it in the country. Right.
Yeah.
So therein leads to when I first came and I'm I'm I want to give this person an understanding of the mindset, right? And then why we haven't been successful and why I was right. So when I came, I sat down with the chief of police, Captain Otul. And the first thing that I said to her was, you know, I know I can't bring my brother back, but then I said something and I said it on purpose and I'm going to I'm going to teach you, right? I said, but I'm still willing to work with you so that we can reduce the incidences of violence in the community. What did I do there? Well, our community are is a most reactive community in the country and they know our reactions. They play off of our reactions. So, I knew when I came here that I would not be reactive. I would be responsive. I'm going to respond and not react because they're used to our reactions. They say, "Okay, they're going to get mad. They're going to tear stuff up for about two weeks and they'll go back to the same thing." Right? No, that wasn't going to be me. I was going to respond. So when I said to her, I know I can't bring my little brother back, but I'm still willing to work with you to reduce the incident of violence in the community. I was responding. Why? Because I wanted to make her accountable to engage me. Because I'm dealing with her community now. Because if her community finds out what I said and she did not engage me from that point, they gonna wear her out, right? Because I couldn't let her outplay me. I couldn't let the system outplay me because I'm emotional, right? No, I had to have a response. I had to be eventeered. And that's what I did from the beginning to the end. Our community is too emotional. So, one of the things I tried to teach, I got no support from the black community in Seattle when I first came here. None. Because they felt like I thought I was arrogant because the way that I operated, right? If I was a white man, they would expect me to operate that way. But because I was a black man, they felt like I thought I was better than them.
Right? This is the problem within the community of not knowing oneself or knowing what one could achieve as a black person. But you see a white man and you expect him to walk in leadership and authority and confidence. Right? So I get no support from the black community in this area. But I'm trying to tell them because all I hear when these to this day when these incidences happen, I hear this one victim's cry. Why do they keep doing this to us? And so I tried to explain, you're dealing with an empire. America's in an empire like any other empire that existed in the past. What does empires do? They conquer lands and people. And I would tell the community, stop saying, "Why did you do this?" They got into the position doing it to us.
You can't engage them as an empire asking them why are they doing this. They got into the position they're in doing it. So what do you have to do? There's something that there's a word in our community that's not used. It's called building power. This is to answer your question. I had to build power. Somebody saying what is that? Yeah. It's not a it's not something that you hear, right? I had to build power. So what I did is I went to every community, the Latino community, the AsianPacific Islander community, all communities, and I asked them, I said, "Listen, they have been whooping us individually, but they can't beat all of us." And then I had to show every community because I had families that I was representing and I took all those families of different communities that had lost somebody from police violence like I lost my brother and I said, "See, you can't escape that." And then I elevated the conversation above the black community. How'd you do that? Because I told the people in the other communities, this is not a black problem. This is an American problem. So now I didn't marginalize the message. I grew and expanded the message. It wasn't small and marginalized. So then when I showed all these communities that their people are even getting killed, you know what happened? It banded all communities together. And so the Asians weren't coming to fight for black people. They were coming to fight for them.
That part the uh the uh uh uh Mexicans weren't coming to fight for black people. They were coming to fight for themselves. White people wasn't coming to fight for us. They were coming to fight for themselves. Once I let them know this was an American problem and it's happening to you too, we broadened it out and it wasn't a marginalized small message of why you keep doing this to us like victims.
Right? That's a part of it. But if you go look up initiative 940 and do your research, you'll find out a lot more.
The ism. The ism. And and what you guys will notice is that there's extraordinary levels of consistency in what you're hearing from Mr. Taylor and what you hear from me. For example, one of the things I really like that he said just a moment ago, he said, "Well, how is it that that when I decided that I had to go into politics to kind of not necessarily avenge what happened to brother, but prevent it from happening moving forward, had no previous experience in that in particular, well, how was I able to do that?" He said, "I knew I had it in me." That's why I talk about my book, The Blackbox. The black box is kind of a record of everything that has occurred. So, he took his past experiences and his meaningful life and said, "I have some reference points of strength, of being cunning, of being, you know, clever, of being a person who can find a way that lets me know I can get the job done even though I haven't specifically studied law. I haven't specifically been in government." And it's that self-faith that gives you the confidence, the certainty, the willpower. That was very powerful. I hope you guys are tracking that. Then another thing he talked about was coalition building. But the underlying piece that I talk about in the book of dark truths is self-interest. He said, "I got them on on our side without even having to get them on our side. They were on their own side.
The Mexicans were fighting for the Mexicans, but we had a shared interest. That is power play at work. That's great. Great stuff. And mind you, his book is linked in the description. We haven't even talked about it yet. It's called Guard the Man. I just want to show you what it looks like. I'm definitely grabbing it myself. Um because one thing I really like is not only to read a good book, but to also be able to
talk to the author, especially when the author's still alive. You can go read Nicolo Machaveli,
but he'd been dead for centuries. This is something special. Uh this is something highly practical. This is someone bringing a message that applies in our day. Uh it's a hard coverver book, which I'm all about the hard cover. It's going to last the test of time so you can pass it down to your son. He talks a lot about being a man and masculinity and lessons from his father. And so I think this is a great book to get for yourself uh to impart the wisdom to your child and to pass on to your son. I actually just uh purchased it myself. I damn near leaked my address. I hope I didn't. If someone go back and edit the video, but I wanted you guys to see what the cover looks like so you can go and find it. It's also linked in the description. Um and
give him a shot.
Yeah, there you go. There you go. Absolutely.
And let me [clears throat] some
of the folks asking questions. I want you guys to be able to ask some questions to the man himself. Uh, may I acknowledge uh, shout out to Warren writes, "Blessings." Uh, shout out to uh, make life easy writes, "Blessings to the remnant and saints." Absolutely. And, uh, shout out to Lil Cashk, moderator extraordininaire. He writes, "KS needed to hear this before he got peeled out of 15K by a listen."
Uh, uh, Kevin Samuels and I had a, you know, a little disagreement back in the day when he was, uh, still alive. This was before he even got famous, ironically. uh and he was coming to to Las Vegas which is where I stayed for some time and you know and that's why again folks you always want to be yourself I got that three sense Bible be yourself be good to yourself be good to good people be yourself that'll keep you safe but Kevin Samuels had came to Las Vegas and he ended up going to to the booty club >> and and my people called me like hey Kevin Samuels is in here >> and and a chick I know peeled him for 15 thou wow >> I was like see like to me you can't take advice And this is no disrespect to Kevin Samuels. He he's now deceased. But I'm just saying generally speaking, a man who's paying a woman any amount of money. I do not believe that they can give you sound advice on women because the woman is looking at you like a ATM. At the end of the day, you'll never know if she likes you. And in all likelihood, she probably doesn't because you wouldn't have to pay if she did.
Shout to Malcolm. He writes, "Peace to the remnant and the saint. Get the book guard the man. It's the Bible of manhood." And Lord knows we are in lack in that area. >> So, let me say about brother Kevin Samuels. Rest in peace to him. And we're we're not going to in no way we're bashing him, but we're clarifying, right? It's important. We're clarifying. What is that? Who's calling me right here? Supposed to be turned off. Okay.
So, let me let me help you guys. Okay. Um, [clears throat and cough] so bring your whole mind. Something that I say often in my class is bring your whole mind. Right? >> So our people have such a low expectation of our people. I could prove it. There's it's not in any other community. It's in our community. Right? Because that's why the Christian churches are unsuccessful and not gathering. They lost generations, right? Because it's like the trick is up. What's the trick? The beauty of your conversation, right? Without the evidence of your work. You will let somebody preach, sing you into happiness because they sound good to you. Well, Satan sound good. He mastered sounding good. >> Do you know that the greatest quote unquote fall in humanity happened with Satan and Eve? Listen to me, religious people. Can I give you something real quick? I told you to bring your whole mind. Do you realize that Satan never physically touched Eve? He just talked to her. >> The greatest fall in human history according to the Bible happened through conversation. So a lot of you just require conversation >> for you to fall and eat the apple. In the remnant, I teach this. This is the only way you can protect yourself. Your words have to match your life and your life has to match your words. Do not let don't do not allow anyone to speak into your life unless they have the evidence of their life to match it because we have great ortors amongst our people. Right? So, you know why you were so in love with Kevin? Because Kevin spoke extremely well without having to have the lifestyle, the accountability of a life that confirmed his words. Why? Because it let >> you get us Hey, you gonna get us both took out. [laughter] >> You get us both took out >> it because you males out there get us both took out. >> You could lack in your accountability because you could just talk your way out of stuff. See, the work is in what you produce. The life that you can produce, which is why I've had longevity over decades, which is why I have two wives to this day, which is why my life has been peaceful. Which is why every area of my life matches the same. Bring your words to the table. I will bring my work to the table. Until we as a people start requiring people to bring the evidence, you're going to be slaves for another thousand years.
>> I I hope you guys if you got 80% of that ble it's a blessing. If you got 80% that's a blessing. The way I like to say it is that they get caught up in celebrity culture. you know, somebody gets popular and then it's like everything that that person says is gospel. >> And it it really saddens me because and I think Kevin's just a good example not to talk about him, but to use him as a foil upon which we can teach. He's a good example because he's known to all of us. He's very famous later in his life. >> And when people and of course I always make the comparisons between maybe you and Kevin, me and Kevin. And I always tell them, you know, with all due respect, you know, Kevin was living uh he was renting a room from some fat white woman when he was in his 50s. When I was 25, I was riding convertible BMWs. You know, I don't want to hear you tell me about women. There there people on the internet got whole documentaries like Marquette, a woman bought him a house and she bought him a Rolls-Royce. It's not his car. I was like, see, where I come from, people respect that. You're you're trying to insult that. Where I come from, people respect that. if somebody's willing to do for you at that level. But the most important thing is you'll have strangers try to tell you who you are. People tell you what you are and they then they'll tell you what you're not. >> And it's extraordinary because in both cases they couldn't verify it either way because you haven't met the person. >> You know, you you don't know that to be true. And one thing that I respect about you and I think a lot of people who are familiar with you at any level respect is that what you have done is documented. That's a big difference. It's documented and verified for good or for ill. >> And and that can't be taken away. And that's why we need to measure up people by the deeds. And I really appreciate what you said when you stated that, well, they can bring their words to the table and I'll bring the deeds to the table. I'll bring the works. Words versus works. And I hope everyone is paying attention to that part because words will fall away. The works will remain.
And one thing I want to point out about Dre that if you guys didn't pick it up and sometimes of course ego can get all of us but men need ego at a level is he said when the Hughes brothers said you know you know when you put something in film it's permanent >> and through the ages every great man has wanted to be immortalized that's a major driving force Alexander the Great Napoleon Bonapart Hannibal Barka >> the we all striving for greatness and if you're not there's maybe something that's not quite right with you as a man. >> And [clears throat] >> even as we strive, we have to be able to, if you're saintly in nature, if you're a good person, you got to be able to respect the other people that you're striving with, even striving against. One thing I was telling Dre, I was looking at his IG, he had on this one suit that was so damn cold. I I was like, "Look here, bro. I could have sworn in the whole galaxy I had the coldest suit game. But this right here, I was like, I'm I was I'm gonna show the people because this is fresh as hell. Whereas some people might be inclined to hate on something. and they see somebody that's looking better than they looking or can do something at the same level and they're jealous or or they're hateful instead of saying damn like I'm inspired or let me let me step to the side and let you take the center because you really do this or you know that's what lets you know what your nature is and whether you're the person who Go ahead. No, this the same as what I said to you earlier and I said that, you know, listen, you didn't have to reach out to give me your platform. It lets me know who you are, right? You didn't have to do that. You know, uh you are far more advanced than me in this internet stuff. And you know, and I admire your achievements. I admire everything about you. I'm not in competition. Uh there's not enough of us like other cultures that are supporting one another in that greatness and in the excellence. You know, why would I not love your excellence? I love it. We need more of it, man. You are exceptional. I love you. I want you to continue to move forward. I want you to continue to teach who could listen, right? I'm on your side. Let's move forward. And I feel that way about our people.
Let me say this one thing before you get into the clip. I always teach this. If you are a leader and you haven't learned to lead beyond your pain, you shouldn't be a leader. Because dealing with our people is associated with pain because of deficiencies and the lack of manhood, the lack of understanding what manhood is all about. You know, uh people will often say, girls will say it, guys will say it, "Oh, you're gay. That's the That's like the like the kryptonite word or something, right? But you don't hear that term in white communities and no other communities. Why is it within our community we're so susceptible to this idea of gayness? It is directly associated with your lack of manhood because during slavery and being enslaved, it was our manhood that was attacked, >> right? And so it was a time in the 60s that they were doing marches and they would have these signs on I am a man. I am a man. Right? So there is a deficiency of feeling about manhood within this community because during the time of Jim Crow and slavery, you could be 80 years old and they'll say, "Come here, boy." So it's in your psyche, right? >> So when somebody says you're gay, it's like that's going to kill him. That's like, oh man, after you say that, that should murder him, right? [laughter] You know, but if you call a white man that, hey, you're gay. He'll be like, oh, have a nice day. Because he's secure in his manhood, they know what they've conquered. Whatever you have to say to them means very little. And a woman says it about a man when she sees a man has elevated that she feels she cannot reach. So that's her throwaway line for her own insecurities. Oh, he's gay. Well, that really means that you feel like he wouldn't be interested in you. You have to say something. >> That's something embedded within you. You have you have a purpose in saying that. When you say that to a man and when another black man says it, he has a purpose out of his own insecurity. How the heck I'm gay? I done had eight women work. I done had I got two wives now. But I'm just trying to tell you where that comes from and why in our community it's said and in no other community it doesn't even exist. doesn't even matter, right? They are secure with themselves. My wife said to me the other day when I was talking about it, she said, "Yeah, even if he was even if a white man was gay, he still wouldn't be moved because he comfortable with himself even if he's gay." Right. >> We feel it is the greatest insult because the lack of you feeling a man, that is the lack of manhood that that would bother you. I just wanted to put that out there. our >> we'd have to do a whole another session just on the psychology of that >> the the truly pathological behavior of the black female. This not to suggest that the black male is not in disrepair. He is. >> But the black female is, you're right, this is her go-to. And it saddens me because while they'll use it as an insult, then they'll turn around and hang out with gay black males, >> you know, like like as their buddy. It's the most psychotic stuff. And then some of them will have three kids and then turn around and claim that they're lesbian. >> There's so much perversion in the community. And it it really is going to come down to real black men forcing things in the right direction.
>> I 100% agree with you. I'm glad you uh spoke on that. The comedy is the black man in America has been viewed as the most masculine and at times hyper masculine and and sometimes that's what gets us killed because it's the false masculinity that causes us to flip out when someone steps on our sneaker or tampers with our fragile sense of self and our fragile sense of masculinity because we're holding up a false image that has nothing behind it. And the fact that they would come out and call you gay really is cuz you you so damn pee. You heard me? And you so damn pee and they can't interpret it. >> They call you gay. And it's ironic because they're talking to the most masculine man. >> Absolutely. >> Which is the one who has complete self-control. The one who is not inclined to emotional violence. And if it has to get violent, it was rational violence. A calm, cold decision that was calculated. >> And she's trying her best to find something to move you out of masculinity. She's saying that you don't have you have masculinity to move you out of it to get you in a feminine position to get you re to react like the other black males >> who really aren't men who are more familiar to her. They see you. You're a rare board, a rare bird. They're used to seeing the one that's acting all thug. They ain't never did no time. They ain't never put in no work. I see it. It messes me up because where I'm from, everybody got gang tattoos. So you'll see people covered in tattoos. They ain't never put in no work. I'm like this this is different. So, it's just a lot of pretend. It's a lot of pretend and bravado that substitutes this manhood. And that's why I appreciate your work breaking down what it really is because it stems from you knowing you've been dominated by white men. That's why you feel that way. So, you have to overcompensate in your disposition. You need to let your woman know that you are somebody. I'm this right. you know, you in your psych in your psyche, you know, you've been dominated by white men, right? So, you have to when I was growing up, I never wanted to be the tough guy. I'm a man and I've got into situations or whatever, right? But I was never I was never seduced by this idea of the tough guy, gangster, because I seen weak I seen meek white men dominate them. the gangster, the pee, the hustler, our greatest whatevers in that field have all been dominated by the meek white man. So when I grew up, I said, I want to learn about this guy that's doing the dominating. I'm not interested in all these tough guys because you are all dominated by this man. I need to find out about him. And so you could see how my disposition is. My disposition is to conquer that person, not you. Because I don't consider you as an enemy. >> Right? I don't. So I'm not prepared to duel with you down there. I'm prepared to deal with him, which is why I won in police accountability. Because I am prepared to deal with the system, the people who run the world, which is why you can't feel me, which is why I don't appeal to you, because I'm not normal to you. I should be though, right? And I bring to you the evidence because every area of my life matches. Every area matches. You know the deficiency in this high value idea, >> right? Most people determine their value by their money. I determine my value by the land mass that I've conquered. I said most people determine their value by their money. I determine my value by the land mass that I've conquered. What is that? I have conquered politics. I've conquered the street life. I've conquered the legal system. I have conquered the women and most importantly which would start first myself >> and everything matches every area of my life. I could duplicate it. Once you have the information, you can duplicate it. And I'm going to make it. See, I don't speak clothes that fit like the preacher. When you go to see in the church and you're feeling good and you, oh, preach, preach, preach. No, no. I preach clothes that don't fit to make you uncomfortable on purpose, to make you grow, to pull excellence out of you. Let me give you these two things my father said to me, and let me share them with you. My father said, "Son, there's two things I expect from you." I said, "Okay, dad, shoot." He said, "The first thing I expect for you as a young black man that in all your disadvantages that you face, I expect for you to finish the race of life, son." And I was like, "I [laughter] can do that, Dad. I can do that." He said, I said, "There's two things that I expect, son." I said, "Okay." He said, "The second thing, son, is I expect for you to come in first." >> I sat back. That's the genius of my father. What is what was he saying? The high expectation that he had from me pulled the greatness out of me. See you as a black male, no one expects anything from you. They expect you to be a liar, a cheat, for you to talk about your women, for you to put down women, for you to kill other black men. There's no expectation of you. And so now, since there is no expectation of you, you fulfill the lack of expectation in your life. But my father said to me, I expect for you to come in first. He pulled greatness out of me. And that's what we're trying to do to you.
>> Ladies and saints, you got one right here. Let me acknowledge some of the folks uh sending in your questions. Uh Drago writes, "Are you more loyal to your friends or to your principles? Why?" That goes hand in hand. You don't be loyal and then separate loyalty. When you're loyal, it's every way around, >> right? You don't say if are you loyal, you can't say that, right? Listen, I teach that words have worlds, right? Listen, I teach in my classes words have worlds. Don't just say a word. You just said, how did he put it? Are you loyal to your Are you loyal to your principles or your friends? The word loyal, what does that mean? Is it something that you put on and take off? Because then it wouldn't be loyal, right? So loyalty exists in me. Period. It shows up wherever I show up. It's not separate from me. Words have worlds.
Jay writes, "Remnant saints, blessings to all the loved ones in attendance." #remnant. We also acknowledge uh 0057 writes, "Blessings to the remnant and the saints." Also acknowledge Brandon. He writes, and this is an important one, he writes, "The fraud saint was never a P." I want to agree with him on that one. I've I was never a P. I've never been a criminal. I've never committed a crime in my entire life. Never. Not one time. >> He writes most of his past, >> right? Uh he says most of his past is fabricated. And I invite everyone online every so often because I like people to get a chance to speak on it because my entire life is written here. It's called the blackbox. I put mine in print and you can Google every single thing in here including court cases and you'll find that I'm 100%. I'm one of the few who are. So anyone who can ever bring anything against me, I invite you. And I want you guys to remember you've never seen one person ever come out on the internet and say I grew up with Brody. Brody's he ain't like that. You never seen that one time. And my whole life story is written right here. That's a thick one. He writes he also disrespected sinful the pee. This is important. I know you may have uh met sinful the pee and he's now deceased as is Kevin Samuel. So again, we don't want to go too deep on that. But I tell you this and I mean this and this has been true my entire life. If anybody ever ever speaks against me, I'm on their neck. I mean, every word that I say online and offline and you could check my history, I always keep the same energy. So, he spoke up on me first and then it was an issue and that's what it's always going to be to the day I die. I don't forgive anybody and I'm always outside and it's always going to be like that. Now, carrying on to the next piece and and mind you, I've I've went out a lot of people and you see none of them ever ever ever do anything. Uh then he writes um ask him to name a known P that was in the gang with him. He can't. You're absolutely right because I've never been a P. I've never committed a crime of any type. And if I did ever commit a crime, I surely wouldn't be on the internet trying to get credit and kudos for being a criminal and then try to associate with other criminals in the public sphere. I would never do that. Rest in peace to Simple the Pee. Rest in peace to Kevin Samuels. And I want everyone to remember that you have devils and demons. Their whole goal is to soul sow dissension and and defeat and disconnect people because we're here having a beautiful positive conversation. And his effort is to try to throw dirt often from an anonymous position. And that's why cuz I come get all my enemies, you dig? But to that gentleman, if he wants to come on, uh, I'll give him the link to come on screen. I would love to hear about anything I've ever said about myself that's fraudulent. I would love to give anyone the opportunity to prove that. Um, and >> I'm not here. I'm not on here because you was a peer, you wasn't a P and all that. That's not why I'm on here. This is not why I said what I stand, hun, about Marquet, right? The man has achieved some phenomenal things. You can say what you want to say. I'm not about to take away anything from his achievements cuz I couldn't if I wanted to. Who cares? People are who they are, their situations. I taught a lot of what sinful talked about. Where do you think he got some of that stuff from? He got it from me. A lot of these guys got stuff from me. I've been in this that for years talking about manhood. I'm the first one that talked about value and being a man in in the move the documentary. Right. So, um, do you think I'm sitting here, um, taking a position because somebody has a disagreement? People got disagreements with me. So, what I just said earlier, if you are a leader and you haven't learned to lead beyond your pain, you shouldn't be a leader because that will get into the way. I'm not prepared preparing myself for you. I'm preparing myself for systems. They don't operate like that. They don't operate like that. Me and sinful, a lot of people don't even know that. Even though I taught him, even though during a lot of his conversations, he spoke about what I taught him and what my dad said, he and I weren't close towards the end of his life. Even though I put money in with freeze to make sure his body was able to be brought back from Canada, we made sure that happened. He and I did not talk for two years before he, you know, because a situation happened, right? And just because that disagreement happened, I didn't bring it to the internet, nor did he bring it to the internet, right? But just to let you know, you can have a disagreement with somebody. Oh, well, that's life. You can't get stuck. Oh, he did this, so now this is it. No, bro. This we got bigger fist to fry. All right. I stand on what I said about Marquette. You say what you want to say. I stand on what I said. I love this brother. I'm gonna keep on supporting this brother. I don't care what feuds he got. However he show up to anybody. Let me let me tell you this one thing and I'm gonna let we gonna move on.
>> Sure. I have a little partner that um uh well I was talking to these Hollywood dudes that were we were trying to do a documentary and and after we had the conversation they were going to Vegas and they asked me do you know some people out there because they wanted to get some girls. I said, "Yeah, sure I do." >> So um um you know I said, "But it's going to be $1,000 just for the girls to come see you." No, nothing. Nothing. Just just for them to come through the door. They said, "Fine. All right. Just to show up." So, I called a couple of my friends and I said, "Listen, I got this $1,000 for you and that's just to show up. Whatever else is not on me, that's on you guys." Right? >> All I want as a finance fee is $200. >> So, all of them gave me but one guy who was a person that I dealt with, >> right? And so, I didn't talk to him, >> right? And then a couple of months later, he sent me the money and I said, "It's not about the money. You can't show up to me. I don't care who you show up to like anybody else. I don't know you like that. And if you show up with this disposition, you're showing up as a stranger. I don't know you. Right. >> Marquet and I have what we have. This is how he shows up to me. This is how I show up to him. >> Right? I don't care what you say. He shows up to me. Just like I told my little partner, you can't show up to me like that. Show up to Dre the way you show up to Dre. However you show up over there, me and Marquette is like this. This is how he gonna show up to me. So, I'm gonna show up to him. Anything outside of that is inconsequential to me. Y'all deal with that. I just want to put that on the record.
>> I appreciate that. And again, I want you guys to always remember, you know, from a fans position, you got to remember like sometimes you talking about big dogs. You talking about two guys who are multi-millionaires and you you concerned with what they got going on and you may not even realize in some cases they're friends on the back end. you know, they they beefing for the, you know, they they doing some internet hip-hop beef stuff and you you getting all emotionally invested. It's like, stay in your lane, little buddy. Like, stay in your lane. And also remember, check my background on everything. People will say they lived in Vegas. I was in Vegas for six years, always outside. Everybody you ever s heard me say there's an issue with, every time I saw them, there was an issue. And I was always the aggressor. I just want to make that known for everybody. Um, don't play internet games with me because in every situation you see they spoke up on me first and and I'm I don't play like that. And I'm I'mma end it here. There's last guy who said he was in Miami spoke up on me. I reached out to him. I said, "Hey, don't make anything else public. Let's just let's meet up and deal with it in person." And he didn't want to do that. A lot of these internet guys are not what you guys think they are. That's just what it is. A lot of them are not what you think they are. And for the record, I want everybody to remember. When you see somebody show up and and they're talking, you know, beef and challenge, like that's not what this stream is about. You know, that that person, you got to watch out for those kind of people. That's why I say stay away from people who are broke and ugly. Stay with people who are broke and ugly. And I really mean it. And it's deeper than that, which is to say ugliness might not be your externality. It might be your spirit. It's like, how could you have this time where you can you can hear from Gorgeous Dre, but you want to worry about Marquette got a disagreement with somebody. >> Gorgeous Dre is a infinite well of wisdom. >> He I'm here to hear his wisdom. You should definitely be here to hear his wisdom. So even if you felt like that, it's it's kind of inconsequential, but it shows you how the devil moves.
>> And as Dre [clears throat] said earlier, it's with those words that'll get you off track and have you falling down. >> We're going to stay on topic. let me acknowledge other folks supporting the work and I appreciate you. Um, and I've observed many ways that that Dre operates around these kind of things and it just shows wisdom having been in the game and having lived a life very well and having been in a lot of different situations. Uh, shout out to uh I want to make sure I didn't miss anybody. Uh, 4416 writes, "Peace to the remnant and the saint. Get the book guard the man." Actually, I already read that one, but it's worth reading twice. Um, shout L writes, "Talk to him, Dre." And he been talking. Mamba's office writes, "Legendary meetup. I'm blessed to have came across the ism. I was out last night and this young man came up to me and said, "Save women for the rest of us." Huh. He is focused on men and missing the broads. Looks maxing generation. I'm trying to tell you, man. Uh, shout out to 5581. He writes, "Peace to the saints. The perversion in the community is an infection inflicted on us by system media. Unfortunately, to fit in, we accepted the infection as the norm. You two gentlemen are the torchbearers for our better future. Shout out to Adrian. He writes, "Dreases wondering, what's your stance on the Israel Gaza conflict? Are you aware that Israel is trying to push back against Arab supremacy? Do you want me to respond to that or no? >> If you want to. If you want to.
>> Just a quick note. Um, what we what I teach is that you have to have an assignment. I'm going somewhere with this. Just ain't going to take long. You got to have an assignment, right? In other words, you got to have some business because if you don't have no business, you'll be caught up in everybody's business. That's what happens in the internet. Nobody don't have no business. And so because I have some business, right, [clears throat] what I what I'm very very aware of is how systems operate, right? In America, the system is operating by distractions. Everything is a distractions. There's worlds of distractions. Politics is a world of distractions. Entertainment is a world of distractions. Sports is a world of distractions. The fashion industry is a world of distractions. Why? What is all these worlds based upon? You know, the scriptures say that thou shalt not worship no other god before me, right? Just throw that out there for you Christian people, right? Thou shalt not worship no other god before me. So, what is all these distractions? And what's the beauty, the evil genius of Satan creating all these worlds of distractions? Because Satan knows that attention, you're giving all your attention to these worlds of distractions because Satan knows this. It's how slick he is. That attention over a period of time turns into worship. >> Attention over a period of time turns into worship. >> All right. So I am tunnel focused on my assignment. I am not quickly distracted by the left and right. Tossed to and fro with every wind of doctrine. I'm tunnel v vision. I'm not about to let these white folks make me they they got their kids in school. They got beautiful homes there on their yachts and they're dealing with these issues from that situation while our people's over here struggling and trying I'm not about to let these white folks play me up out of my focus while they are in luxury dealing with those situations. Be careful. >> Be careful. Be careful. Be careful. >> Pay attention to what the man said. And and the devil wears many faces. Uh the the idea that the that devil that came in this chat, his whole goal was to to get us two to attack each other. That was the [laughter] whole goal. Get get us to fall out. And it's extraordinary because sometimes they know not what they do. >> They know not what they do. They they were raised in negativity. They were raised in in lack. They were raised with pessimism. They know not what they do.
>> And you know, no, for real. Yeah. for real. And and there are some people who have a natural grace about them. They have a natural beauty. And so their instinct, their instinct, it doesn't even have to register in their brain. Their instinct is of positivity. It's of goodness. Their instinct is not not to take offense. Their instinct is to compliment before they condemn. >> And those are the people that you want to be around. You want to associate with. Those are the people that are going to lift you up just by being in their presence. And to me, that that's super >> P. Mhm. >> That's why a P can have multiple women and square is struggling to get one >> and when he gets the one, he can't even get her to submit. >> He's not attractive. He has to go get the woman. He never gets chosen by the woman. >> And to me, from a a mentality standpoint, it's like trying to start up beef. That's not P. Especially when you ain't got nothing to do with the beef. That's what the women do. You know, they babble babble and try to get two men to fight each other because a woman can't fight the man. So, she goes to get two men to go at each other. And so, what I would ask you guys as men is, are you behaving like a man or was that a womanly thing? And that's why I appreciate your your focus on manhood, Dre. And it's consistent throughout your works. I think it's phenomenal that we played that first clip. I don't know, you look like you probably in your early 20s and you're talking about manhood. >> And then we fast forward decades later, you're talking about manhood. It lets us know that it's not anything fake. It's is something that you've always had at the center of who you are. >> That's right. That's right. Um, is [clears throat] there any other questions out there before we go forward?
>> Shout out to Jaylen. He writes, "Peace of the Saints. We appreciate you for coming on, Mr. Dre. I came across your content a while ago and instantly knew you were a real dude, so I'm not surprised Mr. Burton is interviewing a real OG game recognizes game. You better believe it." May I acknowledge Akos? He writes, "Listen to these two masters and you will never return to this so-called red pill community. Peace indeed. A bunch of nerds." Shout out to Nathaniel. He writes, "Been watching both of you since 2021 and I just wanted to show appreciation. Keep up the work." Bev writes, "How would someone that wants to get better at approaching or get better with women in general?" That's his question. That's that's to you. And I want everybody to observe. when when you are not the master and the master is there, you let the master answer the question.
>> Oh, praises. Um, there's a lot of guys that throughout the years have contacted me about rejection because that's what it seems like you're dealing with, rejection, right? And so I said that, let me give you a concept, right? Let me give you a concept. Earlier I talked about mathematics and everything breaking down into mathematical percentages, right? So if you talk to a hundred women in two weeks, mathematically 10 of those women you're going to get an interest in, right? Five of them probably going, but mathematically 10 you're going to get an interest in. Right? So you're worried about rejection. I'm going to teach you how to be the one to do the rejected. If you're breaking down your situations mathematically, said in two in two weeks I need to speak to a hundred women, right? But your focus needs to be the 10%. So the 90% of the woman you got to get out the way, right? It never will impact you because you're not playing for 100% of the women. You're only playing for your percentages. So when you're dealing with a woman, you are thinking, I got to get you out the way to get to my percentages. So who's the one doing the rejecting? You are the one doing the rejected. You see how that little change in concept mentally, how that brings empowerment to you. First you felt wounded from rejections. Now you're empowered because you got to reject. You see, now think about everything that could be in this book. If I'm just shooting this thing with you guys, you think about the wealth of information over the years, every area of my life. mad sheep, >> right? Do yourself a favor. And I don't have to say nothing. I'm I'm doing well. I'm okay. I've been doing I've been doing well for a very long time. And earlier, let me just say this. The reason why I don't get into the really the back and forths um and the reason when I was talking about Kevin, I wasn't going at Kevin, but I was understanding the damage, excuse me, that was possibly being created from wounded males. And I understood the damage would be left over and I would have to deal with the damage, which is why I'm dealing with the damage now. So I was always focused on the people as a leader. I have to focus on the people and I have to have an extension of grace right for those who might disagree with me. But I am so the wealth of my expansion is so big that I can accept your disagreement and still love you beyond the pain of your lack of understanding. Right? I just want to let you know what you're dealing with. Right? So you could be the one rejecting it when you're playing for mathematical percentages.
>> I talk about this in the big game conference. It's a numbers game and it's business. It's it's business. >> It's business. Shout out to the diet bender. He writes, "What we can confirm about MDB is that he's educated thousands of serious men. Literally putting money in other people's pockets, including myself. Let's focus on what's real and positive. Peace of the Saints. You better believe it." Shout to my guy. He writes, "Dre, huge fan. Would you consider Andrew Tate someone good to look up to for manhood? Why? Why not? That's a good question.
>> That's a good question. I like Andrew Tate, but there is deficiencies all over the place. [snorts] And like I said, if I'm talking, it's not attacking. I'm explaining you guys. Your comprehension is crazy, right? >> So, can I see deficiencies? Yes. could um could as much as successful as he is and intelligent he is as sharp as he is. Why do I feel that if we were two men in some type of competition for women, what is it would be my advantage over his advantage? Let's just put it like that. Uh something typical that you probably could understand. >> Let's go. The disadvantage that he has that I do not have is he wants to dominate women. >> You just boggled their mind, Drake. >> You boggled their mind. Break that down. You boggled their mind. [laughter] >> He wants to dominate women. That is a character flaw. See me, I will get a woman to do everything for me willingly and enjoy it. Willing >> win >> and enjoy it >> because that's the level of information or game which is just knowledge, right? >> I don't would never put the energy into trying to dominate a woman. It is beneath me. I don't put that kind of energy in. I'm going to dominate. There's a deficiency in my need to try to dominate a woman. It is unnecessary. If I'm a man in the position from what I'm explaining to you, she will naturally come in order right underneath submission. Naturally, there's something that God has placed in the earth inside of the DNA of human beings when you are spiritually aligned. I know it because I've lived it for decades that it just naturally happens. I've never ever even in the game ever wanted to dominate a woman, but I've had women breaking down the door to be with me, >> beautiful, gorgeous, to be with me, do anything for me. If I could just be in your presence, if I could just be around the aura that you present for me, right? Because one thing they know is I will never lie. There's no woman in the world important enough for me to lie to. I will never be underhanded. I will never be deceitful and everything that I tell you, I'm willing to live up to to the point that I'm willing to die before I don't. That's what the kind of manhood you don't understand. Because the manhood that you have learned is the manhood of lying. As long as you can get away, you think you're a player. You think the game is about lying. No. No. You're just a liar. >> You don't have no game. You're just a liar. >> Right. I I'm never gonna lie to no woman. I will never ever get in situation with a woman in the beginning and show her all these positive things about me and then three months down the line I'm nothing like I showed up to be in the beginning and she's able to hold that against me. It'll never happen. A woman will never be able to hold nothing against me. I can't apply the pressure I want. The reason why I can apply the pressure that I apply is because of what I live in front of her. That's why you need to get guard the man. See, I know how valuable I am, and that's why I guard the man. You don't know how valuable you are, and that's why you give away manhood daily without even knowing. You give it away daily, and you don't even understand. Yeah, I'm trying to save you. I'm trying to save you. He said, "It's by choice, not by force. Submission is what they offer to you. It's not what you take from them." Come on now. >> Yeah. >> Pay attention. Deception is what the devil does. Truth and the light is what God brings.
>> Okay, I I hope y'all adding it up. >> Shout out to She twerking. Oh, good this guy. He writes, "This collab and game I've been waiting on for a while. Shout out to Qu and Dre. Salute in a real way." Ricky writes, "Peace of the Saints. This is highlevel wisdom. I appreciate both of you gentlemen." Shout out to Nino came in a strong way. He writes, "Shout out to the game in a real way. Peace to the Saints. Blackbox and MIT Man are classic books. Is it is it pronounced MIT Man? >> Mitt Man is my dad's book. >> Okay. >> That's my dad's The Mint Man. >> Yeah, The Mint Man is I love The Mint Man. My dad always used to say his is the all-American novel that he wrote, >> right? And that inspiration of Looking to My Father, right, and how he got out the game and wrote his all-American novel got four out of five stars in the New York Times. And >> wow, >> it is a beautiful demonstration of who he is. And he would say whenever he transitioned, at least he has that for all of his relatives and and those that would come up after him to be able to read who he is. Right. Mint man, powerful powerful book. One of my favorites. >> Make life easy writes. If you read The Way of the Superior Man or No More Mr. Nice Guy, you will look at Guard the Man as a whole another level of manhood. There are levels to this. You ain't never lied. and major accountability. So bring your whole mind, you know, be prepared to be stretched, man. Don't be if you don't want see somebody say, "Man, I I didn't like being in school. >> Do you like learning?" You got to change your way of how
You perceive things. Right? I don't like being in school does not mean you don't like learning. It just means you didn't like the way they were trying to teach you from a eurocentric perspective. That's all that meant.
But you learn every day. You're very good observers are people and you can learn through observations and you can learn through reading. Don't let these people tell you that hide something from a black man putting in the book all that stuff. Man, this is our time. You see the beauty of this man here? Do you see this man? Look man, you need to be saluting. What is you guys? Why are you hating on this man? Do you see the beauty of this man? He's well-traveled. He's articulate. He's educated, you know, he's desired by women. That makes you uncomfortable. He's confident in himself and confident in his accomplishment. As a black man, why would you want to pull that down? Align yourself. Look at something and say, "I want that. I want that."
The there is a saying, it says, "The courage of one's enemy does him honor." Right? So the system has been an enemy to us. The courage of one's enemy does him honor. Why? Because in order for you to contend with your enemy, you have to rise to the level of your enemy. So it's going to make you more educated. So if you dislike him, rise to the level. [laughter] Rise to the level. You'll be educated.
Hold on one second, bro. Because I got to get my charger. Hold on. Sure. Okay. While he's grabbing that, I'm just going to acknowledge some of these folks. Shout out to Mobs. He writes, "Peace to the Saints. The game is so good, I had to donate. Submission and obedience are the only true values of a woman. That one line is worth a million dollars." Shout out to both of you great men. Uh, Wayne writes, "Peace of the Saints tuition. Glad to see some positivity and collaborative works." Shout out to Dre Legend. Shout out to Allan. He writes, "Peace of the Saints tuition. May acknowledge Melvin." He writes, "Peace of the Saints. I've been trying to get this collaboration since three years ago. Evidence." Shout out to Melvin. He writes, "The question was on dating rich women." Uh, Iram writes, "Wanted to give you my salams and pray you're well, inshallah." Irram, I appreciate that and I am well. Um, obviously last night my flights got messed up, so I'm a little short on sleep, but I feel like a million euros. Michael writes, "Thanks for doing this live with Gorgeous Dre. I am tuned in to both of you, as you should be." Shout Quat, he writes, "Peace to the Saints." And I also acknowledge Wayne. He writes, "Get those likes up. The game and wisdom is I'm I'm trying to tell you." Wayne writes, "If you want to make a change in this world, support the training center. More honest and good people are needed." 100%. And may I also acknowledge uh Carllins, excuse me. Yeah, Carl comes in by VMO in a strong way. He writes, "Take, can you ask gorgeous Dre, how does a young P vet for a bottom woman? The ism saves lives." I'm I'm just leave that where it was. That's what he said.
Uh, all through my life in the game, I've had young guys come and ask me how to be a P. To this day, I say the same thing that I said to them. I don't teach anybody how to be a P. I teach you how to be a man. And it's consistent to my doctrine in American P. Before you're anything, you have to be a man. Why is it that you want to skip the world of manhood? Right? Do you see all the things that I've accomplished and I've done based on that doctrine of manhood? Why do you think you can go into being a P? Now, I don't I don't want all of you to think that just because somebody quotes it claims to be a P that they're like me. There is not a lot of P's like me, right? I am a rare commodity. I and I don't take the credit for myself. I have a father that taught me these fundamentals. Some guys lie. Some people think it's who tells the best lie. Some people don't operate like me. Just because you're a P don't mean you operate like me, right? There's a lot of P's that do not operate like me, right? And have never reached pinnacles. There are some P's that have reached pinnacles that don't operate like me, right? But I'm always cautioning individuals is that you always have to be aware of the pendulum, right? However you're operating, even if you think you get away, guess what? That pendulum is coming right back. And if you could see the consistency of my life, even when I was facing life, I went to trial in the feds. Do you hear me? I went to trial. Many people don't go to trial. I went to trial. I was like, I ain't did anything that deserved life. I just don't believe that this I deserve any of this. I went to trial. They tried to give me life. I went to trial, found guilty in 2000, and came home in 2001 after all that drama that they put me through. Went to prison in 2000, came home in 2001 because the judge himself understood that there was something that just wasn't right here. Right? Because let me give you and all my paperwork you can go see right now. Right? Just as like Marquette said, everything is documented. So when I was sentenced, right, I got sentenced and the judge at sentencing said, "I can't I can't uh sentence Mr. Taylor because I have a problem with two of these charges." I was found guilty seven times. And when I went to sentencing, the judge says, "I can't sentence him because I got a problem with two of these charges." and he told my attorney, Michael Kennedy, to do a motion 25, I thought it was to get those charges dismissed. I didn't even know that the judge had the power to dismiss and overturn the verdict of a jury only in federal court, not in state court, superior court. I didn't know that. I found out that the federal judge can overturn the verdict of a jury. And that's what he did. And so when I went to prison, the judge gave me 25 20 months off of my sentence. Sent me 65 months. Gave me 20 months off my sentence. And then there was other things that I found out. What is that, Drake? Well, I was in state custody first because I had two cases. I had a state case and a fed case. My case was the first time the federal government came together with the state of Nevada to prosecute a P case. Mine was the first, right? So I went to state first and then after eight months I got out of the state and when I came back for sentencing I got indicted by the feds. But that benefited me because I did not know that the judge can give me the time that I even served in the state. So I got 20 months off of my sentence plus the time that I had did in the state waiting for trial plus the time that I had did in federal holding. So ultimately, I went to prison in 2000 and came home in 2001. Now that's God. That's God, right? And I'm telling you, go look it up. It's all recorded, right? So you can't tell me that God is not real. But what I'm saying is the longevity part, the pendulum, right? Because I did not operate with deceit, with evil. You don't hear nobody never for 20, 30 years say anything about my character from the streets. You never heard anybody try to dismiss my accomplishments in the streets. You never heard anybody say that. You might have heard some people jealous, but you've never heard anybody question my my success that I was him King Kong in the 90s. I owned it with nobody bigger than me. I was him for real. If I need to pop my collar a little bit, you ain't talking about somebody that was a runner. You was talking about the top guy in the game. Can't you understand? All right. I don't really get there too much, but just wanted to let you know [laughter] when when they making documentaries and it's called American P and then they get you somebody. You somebody. Shout Louise, he writes, "Is the black code also for Latin American men? Thank you for the game. Peace of the Saints. Phenomenal question. The Black Code is specifically tailored to the black people. Now, let me ask you this. Are there lessons in there that will if you utilize them, they will benefit you greatly 100%. Do Latinos, espanol, have the exact same oppressor as the black peoples? Yeah, I'd say probably. There are only three lessons out of the multitude that are specifically toward black people that you wouldn't be able to apply. There's one lesson I talk about the n-word. When someone calls you the n-word, hard r, these are the specific steps that you go through in your mind. These are the specific steps you would take in a certain circumstance. That one probably wouldn't apply directly, but you'd say, "Well, what is something that they would call me?" Oh, yeah. There there are racist terms that they call you guys as well. Just switch that in there. So, yeah, I'd absolutely recommend it for you. It'll be of great benefit. Um, and you'll find it's the high the most practical thing you've ever read. Thank you for that question. And I recommend the black code to all of the peoples of the earth, which is to say those who have melanin. May I acknowledge Juan? He writes, "Peace of the saints for the game." May I also acknowledge uh shout to the first bowler alert. Joshua comes in with a bowler alert via Venmo. He writes, "Peace of the Saints." May I also acknowledge Carter writes, "Holy game is being dropped today. Mark this day in the history books." Peace of Saints. And indeed, it's a beautiful day of us coming together. God willing, we'll see bigger things in the future. Shout out to David. He writes, "Had to support this is transcendent game. Peace to the saints." Now acknowledge Kyle with the second bowler alert. He writes, "Divine perspective. You are the heaven she should be seeking." This is reminiscent of a conversation we had at the big game conference. Absolute gold. Peace to the Saints. I host an annual conference. All we talk is women and family. May I acknowledge? Oh yeah, and you can get the footage at school.com/marquetclassroom. Shout out to Mr. Chambless. He writes, "What are the differences of doing this back in the day versus how we would do it in 2026?" That's his question for you.
I trust you keep missing the greatest point and this is this is what your cognitive cognitive abilities have to kick in, right? Does the man ever change? To even the Bible said be be instant in season and out of season whether it's convenient or whether it's not, right? So what you're saying is that my dad used to say P the P is not what I do it's who I am, right? So you're making inferences to changing, right? Like because the environment changes. Does the man change? Because if the man changed because of the environment, then it's not a man. I use the same principles to every area of my life. Just like in the game, I was able to produce what I did in politics, uh, you know, in my own situation with my own marriage and my two wives, right? Everything has been consistent. Once you understand the ultimate truth, I'm not knowledge inconsequential. Somebody said, "Did this man just say knowledge was inconsequential?" Knowledge is inconsequential once you have the truth because knowledge ends. It continues to move. The truth stays still. The truth stands still. See, Joseph Campbell said something that I use to this day. He says that in between the palm of my hands is time and God exists outside of time, right? So these are moving parts, right? So truth exists outside of the moving parts. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free, right? So my thing is is that once you have the truth, you just continue to duplicate over and over and over again. Knowledge ends, truth stands still. Did you get that? Yeah. Jaylen writes, "My lady has a 127 IQ. Enjoys reading. I've been having her read books for me and give summaries. Had her read The Blackbox. She really enjoyed it. What are books you two recommend? I have her read to keep her in the right place mentally." And I'll yield this one to you.
Okay. Well, I do this often when I'm talking to somebody and I hear them ask me a question. What is the right place from your perspective, right? Because the right place from mine could be totally different from yours. So, you can't just put something out there like that, right? It's too broad. What is the right place, you say, to get her mind in the right place? I don't know what you consider the right place is for me to even answer you. It's too broad. What is the right place? I don't know who you are. I don't know how you think. I don't know what you believe. I don't know what your principles are. I know none of that. The right. Some of you guys who who really watch the ism, you'll hear what Dre is saying and you would have heard me say the exact same thing yesterday or six years ago. And what it teaches you is that there are some things that are just so, as he said, the truth does not change. And truth speakers, you will hear them remind you of the same things consistently. And the truth speaker may have a different color, different this or that, but the truth is the same and it's consistent. And when people have experience, I always teach you guys, you can get information on Google, but you can't get wisdom. And another thing you cannot get is experience. The man has experience. And you know, thank God I've never done any real time. Listen, if I spend a a day in jail, I got a year I got 10 years worth of prison stories. You heard me? I ain't never done any time. But to be under that pressure facing serious charges, that's a hell of an experience. To go in after having had a good lifestyle and spend any amount of time, that's a hell of an experience. And the ability to be able to operate at a high level and then have them tear you down and put you in a cage and be able to operate there and come out with the without the stench on you is yet another thing. I got a lot of homies that did real time and almost none of them come out without a stench on them. Like you you could smell the prison on them and it breaks people. People act like they come out and it's all good. They got all these funny ass stories about when they was locked up. Hell no. It's breaking people. And that's why when I see you, I'm so proud of you and I'm so thankful for you because I I see what my uncle could have been. I see my father could have been. You know what I'm saying? I see what we all could be. Uh, and I see a lot of hustle that most people don't have. Most people can't fall off and get back on. Most most people can't stand tall when other people think you fell and you didn't fall. So that's why I have so much pride in you. I think the first message I I wrote to you is I'm proud of you. And I think people get that confused because when you say you're proud of someone, they think that's something you say to your son. What I mean is I take pride in you, which is to say you doing something well makes me feel better about myself. I take pride in what you have achieved. I yield the floor.
Oh, praises. That's beautiful. And I said back to you, I'm proud of you. And I still am, right? And uh I to the point that I like celebrating our people, right? I don't have any problem celebrating our people. You could see like um like I did I've done interviews before, you know, I don't let me just say it like this, our people's platforms are not readily available for me. This with Marquet is so perfect because of who he is, right? To appreciate whatever genius, right? He could see because of his own right. So when I did the greatest work that I've ever done. No one has done it in the country. No one leads this country in police accountability. No one had the New Yorker come. You can't just be in the greatest magazine in the world because you're a rapper. You have to be significant, right? You have to have done something. When the New Yorker came and interviewed me, it's because they appreciated what I the mind that I have. So, after all the great work, even President Trump called me. Bet you didn't know that. I don't agree with the policy. I'm not talking about that. The level of the work that I was able to achieve reached the highest position in the land where President Trump called me, right? So but there was no black the Breakfast Club didn't call, no black platform ever called. It was all major white platforms. It was going on Fox News with Sean Hannity. It was do you understand? This is the condition of the People are people, right? It's like it's like it's like it's something that I I I there's there's a there it's I can't even think about the word about how they think. They're intimidated. There's such an intimidation, right? They're so uncomfortable with my behavior and who I am. And their drawback is he used to be a pimp. Oh, a P. And it was right on the top of my. He used to be a P. That's their drawback, right? He used to be a P after that was dang near 30 years ago, right? Regardless of all the accomplishments, regardless of all the things that I done, no white people even think about that. Listen, when I came to Washington State, all of Washington State's leadership supported my movement and supported my leadership. From the governor, from the police chief to the sheriff to the senators to the top senators. Patty Murray is the third most powerful US senator in the country. She doesn't support anybody, but she supported my work. I sat down, we had conversations, right? And I'm just telling you, trying to give you an explanation that when you present this work, people are not looking at what you did. They're they're looking at you through your work. Which is why I was talking about Kevin. Not because I don't think Kevin wasn't saying the truth. He was talking about the truth, right? But my expectation of what I expected from him is the truth got to be in your personal life. Because if you faced them white folks, you will fail. You can't face the great oppressor with just words and not a life that substantiates your words. They will mob you once they start doing their investigation. If you are not solid through and through, whatever heroes we had, you will be neutralized. The the the aintelling pro neutralized the Nation of Islam. It neutralized the Black Panthers. It neutralized every great thinker and great mind, but they did not neutralize me. They did not neutralize me. Why? Because the things that every country is vested in more than money is great thinkers. Great thinkers. So when the system sees something that they don't have, they'll pay you to get it. What do you mean, Drake? They think they own the knowledge because they have Harvard, Yale, they got Cambridge overseas, and you know, uh, Colombia, uh, here. They think they own the knowledge. So when a guy whose mother was a working woman and who dad was a P is able to conquer them to rise to a level with new information that diminishes white supremacy. They don't want to destroy you. They want to get that information first. You become an asset, right? Why? Because you win over other white people. I didn't I wasn't able to achieve my achievements alone. It was the white powerful people that I put up in front and let other white people face white people. I didn't put you up in front. I put white people up front to make them face other white people. I'm going so many places. I better stop because I'm gonna explode your brain. [laughter] You know, it it's almost like you don't go, you send you send the girl, right? You send the girl cuz they gonna get it done. Yeah. They can get indoors. You can't. Full stop. And to double down on what was said earlier, he said, you know, anyone can speak the truth, but to live the truth is a different thing. And I think that's that's kind of the challenge is that the audience, you guys can hear what we say, but so often it's a little harder for you to see it. Now I have events all the time. He has remnant. They meet up in person. So you all have seen what it is with me. And shout out to the Saints from Texas. You you guys see when I show up, you see I show up with two, three of them things. You guys can see how I've lived for years on in. And it's always consistent. It's always you never seen anybody jump out of pocket. And one thing I also want to let you guys know is that the internet has people playing follow the follower and they don't know that. They might be think like, "Oh man, I'm getting game." So got gamed up from this other guy that you you don't even know about. To me, I always give the explanation of, "Well, you guys know about Malcolm X, but most of you don't know about the most honorable Elijah Muhammad, his teacher. I want you to go to the source on things. And you hear people mess up things all the time. And he uh we talked a lot about the black culture and you know I see guys talk about oh you know that guy's out of pocket. I was like, is that how that term supposed to be used? Do men get out of pocket or is that supposed to apply to a female? And it's like people take things that they don't understand and they make a mess of it. And that's why it's so important for you to go to an authentic source and to an authority. And I teach you guys a lot about hierarchy. Respect the hierarchy. Respect a man who's done what you haven't done. Respect a man who's willing to do what you wouldn't do. Respect a man who knows things that you don't know. Why? I'm here to learn and h here to ask questions. I'm not here. Hey Dre, I I disagree on that. Let let me tell you what I think. Ah, it doesn't matter what I think right now. Sometimes it's good to say, damn, you got 10 years on me. You you got all these experiences on me. You done things I never done. and you've done things I want to do. Let me exercise humility and learn something. Shout to Giovanni. He writes, "Pame on tremendo. Salute to the wise men. Peace to the saints." Wise men, something we need more of. Shout to Nick. He writes, "Peace to the saints. Thank you for always giving out game and teaching me how to play it like no other." Quote, "The student who is the best teacher always remains a student." End quote. Big Game Conference two was exceptional. Absolutely. We kicked real game in that one. You did. Uh, shout out to Omari. He went to sassmbrand.com. He just got the exercises prayer shirt. We're going to be discontinuing all of the colorways except two within 24 hours. So definitely grab that if you haven't. Also want to acknowledge Roberto uh who just got his ticket to the Caribana event hosted by our executive in Canada. And that event is being the tickets are closed off in 24 hours. Get your ticket now. I will be there. I'm not hosting the event. I am attending the event. I will be there. Definitely pull up. Let me acknowledge. Want to make sure I don't skip anybody here. Shout out to Badman writes, "Peace of the Saints." Chung writes, "Great conversation. Peace to the Saints. May I also acknowledge the third bowler alert." Shout out to Stop playing Trey. He writes, "Shout out to SAS in Miami for hosting me last weekend. They got me great food, gave me car rides, which saved me money, and they were security for me during my street interviews at you dig. He writes, "Also, shout out to Jinxy for inviting us to his home, imparting me with imparting me with some gardening knowledge, pieces, things." And shout out to Jinxy. I just uh did an order with him. Ordered three pieces, very fine pieces. I'm going to put them up in the plantation. Cordell writes, "This ism will go over your head always. Always." Because as they say, you know, you know, I I could I could tell you how to do it 33 times and you still couldn't do it. Uh, he writes, "Rewind, replay, super real, deep game, two living legends. Appreciate you."
Uh, let me show them a little bit more of your work, Dre. Okay. And and I know and I know your time is highly valuable. When you got to go just say the word. I know we're we're winding down on time. I'm here with you. I'm on your time. I appreciate you. And I didn't even listen to this clip right here. I want to let everybody know, I don't know what's about to be said in this clip. I'm about [laughter] to play. I'm just here for the drip. I'm just here as a fan of the You ever saw that movie Casino? Yes, indeed. Listen, I was convinced that ain't nobody in real life had a suit game like that. I was like, maybe Dairo and Casino Casino, right? I ain't know nobody was walking around the planet Earth like this, man. Man, look at the drip, man. The suit is ridiculous. I don't know what's about to be said, but but try to stay focused on the words.
Going through federal prison. Well, not before federal prison, when I was going through trial, right? And that's what everybody else saw on the outside. Now, bring your whole mind. This is very, very important. How you can be tripped up and where you can lose power from not knowing. Losing disposition to create power. Losing disposition to create power. Right? Everybody else saw me going through a trial. I never saw the trial. I only saw the assignment. Now think about it this way. I believe this is when you see assignment. I believe that this was purposed by God. I believe that which is why I could accept the assignment. Accept the perception of what everybody else seen, right? As something that was just negative or you're going through trial and all these things. I never seen it one time. I sing the assignment and evidence to show that I didn't see it like that is because in the article, the review journal, the Las Vegas Review Journal, when I was in trial after they had found me guilty seven times, what I said, and I'm trying to make you understand why I said what I said. And it's beautiful to have the evidence, but we can go back and you can understand why I made the proclamation the way that I did. When they had found me guilty in the article, which is in my documentary, Master of the Game, I put I put the saying, "Oh, you got a you got a documentary we got to check out, too?" Yeah, that was years ago when I first got out. Okay. Well, well, y'all gonna have to go back and get it then. You I I want to, if I might, I want to speak up on your lady real quick. And I always tell people, the one [laughter] that was on the left. The one left. All right. Yes, sir. And I love that. Pimp pimp hooray. But um poor crazy. [laughter] Um, see, one thing that gets me mad is when chicks like to think that they the center of attention or something like that. I've seen you on a couple different video clips and one thing I love is that she ain't never even looking at the camera. When you're talking, she's looking at you and it looks like you're saying the most fascinating things that have ever been said. And here's the thing that I know for sure from lived experience. She's heard a lot of what you said before. No question. And she knows you're genius. And when you're so close to genius, sometimes you can become numb to it. You heard me? When when you got Master Yoda in your house and you hear Master Yoda, you know, hit you with this ism on a daily basis for 20 years, you would think you wouldn't be so tuned in and focused and tracking the speaker as though you just heard him break this down for the first time every time. And that's what what those nerds don't understand is that that is where you that that's love. Yes. That is her fully signed up for you. She not looking in the camera. She's looking at you. That's right. Listen, I heard you. I saw one clip. I don't even remember what you was talking about. You You was talking for damn near 20 minutes. This woman LOOKED AT YOU FOR 20 minutes. [laughter] She looked at you for 20 minutes straight. She ain't interrupt. She ain't ask a question. She was tapped in for 20 minutes. Some of you balls out there authentically. And some of you boys don't even have women who can listen to you say anything without interrupting you and talking over you. Boy, those and those are the subtleties that people like like men who are not looking for the right things, they're not seeing they're focused on the wrong things. That is the most beautiful thing about this whole and that goes back to your point of some people will speak the truth, but it's a different thing to live the truth, right? You I could see I can see what the nature of your relationship is and they don't even have to say anything. I can see the respect. And the thing is is the longevity. What happens in the longevity? What happens in the relationship as a man? There are times, but I'm going to give you guys this, that you must reintroduce yourself to your woman because sometimes a woman could feel like, just like Marquette said, that she knows you. It's time for a reintroduction, right? That's why you as a man have to continue to grow, right? And refi and refine yourself, right? It's like I see Marquette and he he do the little fencing thing and the man is just constantly expanding, man. It's beautiful, right? And you got if you don't know, uh go to the museum, learn about art, do something, continue to evolve, right? So that you can reintroduce yourself. My father said this to me. He said the difference between a square and a P when they're dealing with a woman. Say you are intimate with a woman, right? He said the difference is is after a square has done what he's done, he ain't got nothing to say. A P got to have something to say, baby. You got to have something to say, BABY. [laughter] [laughter] Listen and I know you I know you didn't dropped some bars, too. You You used to make some music, right? I don't know if you still do, right? Yeah. [laughter] Yeah. Listen, I said I don't I'm not effing her body. I'm effing her mind. Right. Right. You know, like I'm not trying to outperform in in in the bedroom, right? You know, Right. Yeah. I hear so many goofy things on the internet. I hear I hear boys like you you see a chick acting up and a nerd will say like no he ain't hitting it right. What is crazy? What oh if that's what it is, you out of luck my boy cuz I promise you somebody gonna come around or somebody that she already been with. Matter of fact, a guy she already knows that she's already been with who's for sure done a better job than you in the bedroom. You don't want to compete against him like this though. Let me hit him like this, okay? Take take my own experience, man. Okay, let me let me help you out. Okay, I'm going to really free you up from my own experience of having six to eight women at one time. All nationalities, okay? Women that are frequented men for years, maybe 500 men, right? Let me just share with you, right? Could have been any size. Could have been uh Don Juan lovers, whatever you whatever wealthy, whatever you could imagine that your intimidations could be, right? He's well-endowed, he's wealthy, he's handsome, he's rich, whatever, never one time, never one time did that keep them from coming home with me and paying me. Which is why I'm never insecure about the things that you live insecure with daily. Because I know this gain, which is knowledge, is what makes a woman survive. See, I know that because I've been through there. It still didn't stop them from coming back to me. And not only coming back, but paying me. Bro, if y'all don't get that, man, I'm trying to liberate you. I'm trying to liberate you. Saves lives. Saves lives. Shout out to Albatar supporting using the stripe link. May I also acknowledge Zamir as well supporting using the stripe link. We appreciate you. Shout. He writes peace of the saints tuition. I'm going to leave uh excuse me. I have to catch the replay on this one. Absolutely. And you should. And one of the things I like about uh your book is that you know the difference between a book is that you can write in the margins. You can highlight, underline, and come right back to it. You don't have to go back through a video and hope you can find the correct place where where Dre was going crazy with the game. Um, and keep that book, write them notes and pass it on, but also keep referencing it because one thing we all know is that as human beings, we're fallible. You know, I I try to get refreshed on good game all the time. You got to keep it top of mind because you go out in this world, it's a cold world, and you really want to make sure that you're in your P's and Q's out here in all areas of life. And one thing I appreciate about what he's sharing with you is that he's not telling you how to be a P. Because 99.9% of you couldn't do it if he did tell you how to do it. But more importantly, you shouldn't want to do it, right? You know, I can honestly tell you, I don't think my father probably would have been a dope dealer if that maybe wasn't more accessible to him when he was coming up. And if I didn't feel like I [clears throat] was very much so in poverty, I probably wouldn't have went down that route if I had more realistic options. And that's why I say that a P is a form of a hustler. And when you get access to other ways of earning, you take that same game, you apply it, and you you go straight to the top with it. And so I want all of you young guys who are watching, you know, don't ask how to become a P. You don't want to be a P. Here's the funny thing, at a level a P don't even want to be a P. Nobody wants to be on the wrong side of the law. No. So, I never got into the game thinking that I would be there forever. I always got into it as a means to get out, right? Just as a means to get out, right? This was available to me. There were certain gifts and talents that I had and it was a means for me to get out, right? So what what we do in in in guard the man, I felt so compelled, right? Because I I see the manosphere, I see the red pills and all this kind of stuff, right? And I see the misinformation and I see that it will never help you. It will never help you. Right? And I felt compelled to finally lay down a standard of manhood that could help you in every area of your life. Every area of your life. Right? That was was important to me. And what was important is to have the evidence of my own life before I delivered to you the work, right? The written work. I wanted to have the evidence that you could look over my life and you could look over for decades. And one thing for sure, you won't see too many as consistent men from from American people. That position that I took, if they thought that them bringing me to jail is going to strip me from being the man that I am, then they're badly mistaken. I was talking about it facing a life sentence. I held so I guarded the man so much that even in American P when I was facing life, that was the statement that most people remember outside of you got to be a man before you're anything. If they thought that them bringing me to jail was going to strip me from guarding this man that I am, they badly mistaken. That's how important it is. But you'll never know. But you can know now. Some of you didn't have fathers. Some of you might have had a father that didn't have the information. You don't have to search any longer. You don't have to. I have the evidence. I have the life experience of conquering every area of my life. And I want you to be able to do it, too. It's going to require discipline. It's going to require some discipline. Discipline looks beautiful on a man. The lack of it looks ugly. And we're ugly out there in the community. We're ugly. We're ugly out there. Go ahead, Marquette.
Shout out to Gary and uh Saul supporting the work using the Stripe link. Appreciate you. And as well uh shout out to Colin who just became a member at peace to the saints.com. We welcome you warmly within this thing of ours. Let me uh show you guys a little bit more of and you know there is only because he's actually been putting in the work. There's only a fraction of what he has done that we can show. I just want you guys to to be aware of that part. Um, we're showing a fraction here. Let me enlarge this for you. When you see your mom cry, uh, it's a tough it's tough. An inquest jury found Sheay Taylor complied with the instructions given by officers. But the jury also found the officers feared for their lives. A dilemma for at least one juror who wondered in the Seattle Times why she couldn't ask about police training and policies during the inquest. It's a flaw, incomplete process that needs to be changed. Andre Taylor, frustrated by the inquest, has been working to change our state's law, which says in order to prosecute a police officer, attorneys must prove beyond reasonable doubt that deadly force was used with malice. A Seattle Times investigation shows between 2005 and 2014 in 213 killings by police, only one officer faced charges and no one has been convicted. It is not just police officers that are at fault here. It is the leadership that allows an in. Ain't that a be? That almost bring tears to your eyes, man, just to hear how corrupt it is. Mhm. But we changed it though and I should have gave you that video. But when I changed the law in addition to 22 other organizations that we had to create this power, we we not only did the law we changed, it's effective. For the first time in the history of Washington state last year, we charged convicted for the first time and sent a police officer to prison. He's doing 17 years right now because of this law that we got changed. So, not only is it is it changed, it's working and it's effective. You see what I'm saying? For the first time in the history of Washington state. And I want to add to what he said. He said sent a police officer, sent a criminal masquerading as a police officer is not to attack law enforcement or law and order. It is to deal with those who are thugs in a police officer's uniform using the power of the state to act on their personal biases, discrimination, racism, malice, or need to feel powerful. And I think that's a beautiful thing because we've all encountered people in authority who uh use their authority to abuse and to act superior. And this is something that personally um I really appreciate. I remember when I was, it was Thanksgiving. I was like eight years old. And my uncle Bill, my favorite uncle, um, would showed up damn near looking like a mummy cuz he got his ass whooped in Southeast DGO by some police and there was no recourse available. And I think that there's probably been thousands of people, mostly black, but probably of all races, who had that same experience. And there was no recourse. And at 8 years old, I couldn't understand the concept of what why why the police would do that to my uncle because I couldn't understand the fact that police are not a monolith. Some of them are criminals. You hear me? Some of them are criminals. And so I appreciate the work that you're doing and I hope that your work uh only gets um magnified and multiplied in that you in parallel with your work are also uh ascending because what we must know is that it takes a great leader to get things done. Uh, you you have to have the the chief and the tribe to to make things move. So we appreciate you taking the risk to do the work. All praises. Appreciate you. Appreciate you for that. Here's another one. And I like seeing these multiple sides of you and life coach. Tell this to the those men out there in prison so that they won't be seduced by them seeing me on TV as if there was no struggle. There was a great struggle. So I had to be in a situation where I couldn't do for my wife like other people could do for theirs. I couldn't do for my kids like I used to do for them before when I was hustling. So the devil will talk to you and tell you, "Boy, you ain't no good father. You can't even take care of your kids the way you used to take care of them. You can't even provide for your wife the way that you could have before." See, and you got to stick and take the humiliation of that. So God take the chief sinner, Mhm, and save me to show how deep and far the hands of redemption go DOWN TO SAVE. HOW I FELT WHEN I WAS IN PRISON needed in her life. I I talk about how I felt when I was a child growing up. And and let's let's go on to the next one. And I saw that woman in the audience and I could see that she had been reached. And to me, that's the power of of having the right people speak the word. Um, because it matters who the speaker is. I always tell people inspect the speaker. It matter who's saying it. And that goes back to what you said earlier, which is the idea that you can speak the truth, but you can also live the truth. And it's so much Andre Taylor. I'm the founder of Not This Time and was the co-chair of Deescalate Washington. And uh I just kind of want to backtrack a little bit. I'd be remiss not to mention the true champions of change in this situation and why everyone is here. That has been the people of Washington State that decided to stand forth. Uh, first the families that have lost loved ones that chose to come together, black, white, native, Asian, Pacific Islander, Samoan, uh, Mexican to come together and share their stories with us. Those stories that impacted each person from every race that could see themselves in those stories. That's the grassroots that started from a grassroots movement, right? From the bottom up, not from the top down. It is the people of Washington state that signed 360,000 signatures for the initiative. It is then the people of Washington state that voted 60% in this state. Uh, my name is Andre Taylor. I'm the founder [clears throat] of not this. And can I ask you let me ask you a question. I I got some questions. I got [laughter] some questions. You hear me?
Um, shout out to Wilson and uh St. Victor and Victor. I got that. I appreciate you. I figured as much.
Um, so if and I always like this, I say simplicity and oneness. You keep it simple and and let's pick one thing. We can't do everything. We we don't want to overwhelm ourselves.
"You've really been able to position yourself well. I talk about people, places, positions. Lord knows you have put yourself in the right position around the right people and we we see what kind of places you're in. So at the beginning, you're fresh out. You know that you have something that's highly stigmatized in mainstream society in terms of your rap sheet. What was the first thing you did to get in touch with those powerful people who allowed you to rise even further and you know start pursuing your mission?"
"I understood the concept of credibility, not money. Not money. I had money. I was a millionaire in the streets. So, but I knew that credibility will get me into doors that money couldn't get you into."
"A lot of people don't understand that. So, when I got out, I started doing things that did not provide money for me, but they provided credibility. Like, I did lectures, I did speaking at treatment centers, right? I even spoke at a couple churches, uh schools because I wanted to build the credibility because I knew the credibility would get me into those next doors. So understanding that, right, and also understanding that even though I was in the game and in a very famous movie, I knew something about America. Remember I said I studied him. I know this man, this system, right? What did I know? I know that there's something more sellable than anything in the world, and that's a story of redemption. It crosses racial lines, gender lines, religious lines, and America loves a story of redemption. And boy, was I gonna give him one." [laughter]
"Boy, was I gonna give him one."
"Yes."
"Sha Nicarawa, he writes, 'Is marriage in favor of a man these days?' Um, of a man. What is your idea of a man? Because sometimes you can say a man and like I said earlier, we could have a different, you know, description of of man. So, it's in favor of a man from my perspective of what a man is, but I don't know what your perspective of a man is for me to say, is it in favor? Might not be in favor of you if you don't operate like I think a man is, right? Because you might not be guarding him." [laughter and snorts] "He might not be worth nothing to guard."
"Right."
"Soon again. Yeah."
"Uh Donovan writes, Shantaban, he writes, 'Peace of the Saints, we need a re-education on how to learn. Stop re-watching and replaying. The teacher is here. Test your understanding and ask your questions.'" Absolutely. And may I also acknowledge via Venmo, Jaylen writes, "Please excuse me for not being goal-oriented with my question." He had the question earlier. By the right place, by the right place mentally, I mean in the place where she is focused on obedience and submission to me. This is a gentleman who had asked earlier. I remember what books.
"So, this is really hard for males. It's a very, very hard concept to understand. Right? That everything begins with you. Whatever you want from her is inside of you. Did you hear what I said? Whatever you want from her is inside of you. That's how powerful you are. That's how beautiful you are. That's how complete you are. Right? And that's why you have to guard you. Everything that I've ever wanted in a woman, I know is inside of me. It ain't inside of her. It's not inside of her. No woman comes readymade. Did you hear me? No woman comes readymade. Somebody I've heard little guys say, 'Man, she got to know this, that, and the other already.' Well, bro, what you really, really saying? What you really saying is that you couldn't be a complex individual at all if she could just know you in two days and got you figured out."
"A woman come be with me. You got work to do. I am a complex individual. You got work to do. No woman comes readymade, right? You got to prepare yourself for her to adapt to you. Remember that? Have you ever heard that joke? You ask your girl for a sandwich, she gonna make you a sandwich. She ain't even ask you if you want pickles or nothing on there. She done brought you pickles and everything. She done brought you another man's sandwich." [laughter] "Right? She done brought you her ex-boyfriend sandwich. She got to adapt to you, bro. Listen, I I hope you you know, he might have been chuckling when he said it, but I hope you really I hope that really landed on you. You asked her to make you you a sandwich and she brought you another man's sandwich. She was operating based on his programming that he gave her."
"That hurts. That hurts when you don't do your diligence. It's just like when you have a new employee, you got to onboard them."
"You got to teach them something, which is to say, you got to give them some game."
"You're the great teacher."
"I I like that part about when you say they don't come readymade because it also hints at the fact that they're also imperfect."
"And it's upon you to to get them closer and it's based on your definition of what you need her to be."
"Ain't no question. Adapting to you as a man, your specific work, right? That's beautiful. You want to do that work, right? But you always wait for a woman to come."
"So, she brought you another man's sandwich." [laughter]
"Uh, I care about every life in America." [clears throat]
"Andre, I appreciate you."
"Yeah. Beyond the politics. Uh"
"Just shout out just shout out for being there. Um, this is a a huge platform. Um, this is an important place to be positioned. And for people watching, I want you guys to understand the difference between uh being present and agreeing. You know, if you're present with Donald Trump, he is the president of the most powerful country on earth. That's an important position to have. That doesn't mean you agree with him. Doesn't even mean you're homies. To be on Fox News with Sean Hannity. That's an important position to be in. Shout out. Uh, now, let's hear what you had to say."
"Uh, I care about every life in America." [clears throat]
"Andre. I appreciate you."
"Yeah. Beyond the politics, uh, the human story is that Horus called me as an American. I helped him as an American. You helped us as an American. Beyond the politics, those are real stories. And out of everybody through your show, Horus was able to touch millions of people. And the president was one of those people. And people often say about the president is this, the president is that. And I say to them, I don't care what you say personally, the most powerful man in the world did not have to call Horus and offer his condolences. No other politician did that, but the president did. No one else gave us a platform like you. So on a personal matter, you know, I appreciate you and I appreciate the president for reaching out. I'm talking about a human story, not on politics, just on some real human story. And I think that that was beautiful. And to this day, we're ever in uh I care about every America." [clears throat]
"Andre, I appreciate you."
"See, yeah."
"To me, th this I get this instinctively. And a lot of people who lack life experience, they're immature. Um, they never had to go through anything tough with other people. Um, they don't understand loyalty."
"And there have been times people say, 'Oh, why do you talk to so-and-so?' or 'Why are you cool with so-and-so?' I say, in in my book, in my book, I tell you the first person who really taught me how to hustle was named, this was his name. And one of the things he told me, he said, 'If somebody don't get money with you, they ain't your friend.'"
"And that re like I and me, similar to yourself, cuz I'd asked you earlier, I said, 'What lesson could you have told your younger self that you wouldn't have listened to?' And you said, 'Well, my girl, my father giving me game through, I would have listened.' And I was the same way in as much as I knew that I had a lot to learn and I I knew my real position. I was young. I was inexperienced. I was a kid. So, I was always listening to my elders and listening to those who cared about me. And he said, 'If they don't hustle with you, they're not your friend.'"
"And and to that, that meant so much because it means like I'm not going to discuss crime with people I didn't do the crime with. You're not my friend. Like, like if I did some dirt, you best believe I ain't gonna tell you. You didn't do it with me. If something goes wrong, what incentive do you have to not screw me over? For example, I was with with my ladies this uh um yesterday or actually the whole week. We're looking at properties throughout Texas, and there's a seller's agent, our agent, and then there's a buyer's agent. So, excuse me. There's a buyer agent, which is our agent, then there's a sellers agent. So, we're looking at huge, beautiful properties in Texas. A lot of them are uh in uh for the members. Let me know if you guys want me to do a member-only live session uh discussing some of the experiences. But one of them was from a famous basketball player that you guys all know. Um, and when we pull up to certain properties, you know, these are sprawling properties, some of them stone, beautiful, magnificent. This one dude had his backyard was like Hurricane Harbor, like a water park. It was ridiculous. You're going through all these these security gates with their initials and their crest on the gate. Gorgeous properties. And you know, one of my ladies is very savvy. She's very good with business and finance and real estate in particular, and I don't have to tell her a thing. Another one, very feminine. Her skill set is in a different area, and she she's such a a a sweet person at heart, and she's sincere. So, she sees something she likes, she's like, 'Oh, that's beautiful. She's sincere.' But I told her, 'Hey, you better go and hear her poker face on cuz all of those reactions impact the price. I need you to not be impressed with anything. I don't care. We listen, we walked into one dude. I got a huge bed at the plantation. I got a California king. This might must the bed was so big. I was like, where do you even order those from? Like, where do you even get sheets? This is where do you get sheets for this? This is ridiculous. Um, and the cool thing about that property is that he already took out the furniture. He wants the rest of it stays, which is amazing. But I told her going in, we were just about to get out of the car and I was saying, 'Hey, at the last place you said this, this, and this.' I was like, 'Don't you do that anymore. I already told you. Like, keep the poker face on.' And she says, 'Oh, okay.' Even in front of our our agent, which is to say the buyer's agent, cuz both the buyer's agent and the seller's agent tore us around, but when we get out the car, the buyer's agent is right our excuse me, our agent is right there. She said, 'Even in front of him.' And I said, 'He's not in our family.'"
"He's not in our family. He We've hired him. He's representing us well. I like him. I'll do business. But he's not in our family."
"This is family business. Don't let anybody know what you think outside of the family."
"And just like it was said uh by my big homie, he said, 'Hey, if they don't hustle with you, they're not your friend.' Because because at the end of the day, if we homies and you you ain't never trying to figure out how to put a check in my pocket, how close are we really? Don't we have to pay for food and pay for rent? You ain't never tried to help me out. I'm not saying let me live off of you, but I'm saying let's get it together. And if we ain't getting it together, what we doing?"
"You know what we [clears throat] doing out here? I yield the floor. I wanted to say something because you guys have seen me in a multiplicity of different environments, right? And I want you to understand how I was able to switch up or uh adapt to each environment because growing up my father would always tell me, don't never be a one-trick pony, right? So growing up understanding don't be a one-trick pony. You become broader, right? To understand that there are different environments that require different things. But there's one thing that's essential that I'm going to share with you that helped me win in police accountability because why all the black community were so complaining about everybody, right? They're mad about me talking to the mayor, mad at me talking to the governor, mad at me talking to the police chief, just angry about everybody. I asked him a question. Have there ever been a police chief that you liked?" [laughter] "So I said this. I said, 'I'm gonna tell you what I believe. I don't believe this is something that is a staple that you could use right in your life. I don't believe that I have to agree with somebody 100% of the time in order to build with them. I don't believe I have to agree with someone 100% of the time in order to build with them.' Then I would say, 'Do you agree 100% of the time with your mama, with your daddy, with your brother, with your best friend? Who is it that you agree with 100% of the time? Why is it that you are operating in life in politics in business in this thinking that you have to agree 100% of the time in order to build? Build where you can build.' So it gives you such a latitude to build with a lot of people. Do you think I agreed with law enforcement? That you think I agreed with president or Sean Hannity or do you do you understand? No, I don't agree 100%. I'm not looking for the agreement. I'm looking for the build."
"I'm looking for the build. Do you understand? And when you're able to move through life like that, you become adaptable. Uh, the scripture says it like that. He that has friends must show himself friendly. So everything doesn't offend you when you position yourself that you don't have to agree 100% of the time. Right? So now you keep the offense from impacting you, right? Because people can see offense and it could be a turnoff. It could kill you from real true business."
"Don't have to agree 100% of the time. Agree where you can agree. Build where you can build. That's why you are able to see me in all these different environments flowing easily. I'm not seeking to agree with you 100% of the time. It's not necessary. Let's build what we can build. I want to give that to you."
"Agree 100%. And that's why you win."
"Uh, shout out to Mr. XXL writes, 'The beauty in this information being delivered today. May the sheep hear and follow to become conquerors in their own lives. We all don't have to agree on every single thing to build. Blessings to you all.'" There you go. It's echoed for you.
"Uh, shout out to Jonathan. He writes, 'Peace of the Saints, great live. The conversations between two players is something you can't fake.'" Oh, absolutely. And that's one of the things I really appreciate. Sometimes you'll see mainstream media interviewing a certain person and you think, "Oh, man." Like, but there's no real rapport. There's no real connection. And that's what I like to see in the interviews I observe. Shout out to Hollywood. He writes, "I'm going to catch this on the replay. Uh, but just the last 30 minutes I've been able to hear have been incredible." Absolutely. And I want you guys to know, you never see me endorse uh products. I I'm not like, 'Hey, get this for $9.99.' Like I listen, alcohol companies, vape companies, jewelry companies reach out to me all the time and I say, 'No, thank you.' Um, I believe that Andre Taylor has some great information and that's why I bought his book number one and that's why I brought him on here to share his gospel with you. Uh, because I know that the information makes sense because I've juxtaposed it to what I've used to advance and it all checks out. Um, so that's why I put my stamp on it. And a lot of people ask me, 'Hey Marquette, what book should I read?' And I mostly tell you, you need to get to work. You don't need to read any books. You need to get up off your butt and get to work. Um, nine out of nine books ain't going to change your life because you you mostly know what you need to do. It's just you ain't getting after it. But there are every now and then there are works that come along that give you a unique perspective and a bit of truth that you never heard before and you got to stretch your mind a little bit and I think that anything that Mr. Taylor puts out there will be such a work because his experience is very unique. He can tell you things other people can't tell you. And I've seen a lot of XPS write books. I'm like, 'You was a ghetto pimp. You be like, you you was a ghetto pimp. You had two or three, you know, crack and but you know, you wasn't really operating at a high level. You you lack charm, elegance, and grace. Um, so you're not going to be able to give me what I need to get to the top in any area. You you teaching me how to work $20 out of somebody at a truck stop. You know, that's not what this is about. And so I appreciate that you've elevated and and you can serve that up. Shout out to Aar coming in supporting the work. Appreciate you. I think he's over in South Africa. Not that South Africans out here getting his game.
"Allan writes, 'The game is especially hitting the soul today. Thank you for the introduction and bringing on such a well put together man all around peace of the saints.'" Absolutely. Shout out to Calvin came in supporting the work via PayPal. We appreciate you. May I also acknowledge via Vinmo. Uh Jensy uh Jinxy writes, "Peace of Saints, this ism, this is ism overdose, overload, and overflow. I see a fruitful future developing between you two gentlemen." Absolutely, man. And it's a it's a beautiful thing. Um, in the moment, it's even more beautiful if it grows. And I think that, you know, as men, we all might have things that we differ on. We might have disagreements, but it's really values. And when the values align, it makes the it makes everything flow better. Even when it's with your old lady, you got to get a woman who shares your values. As he said, you don't dominate her. You got to have her submit. That's her values. Fables writes, "Had to show some love. This is a monumental moment for the game. Learned a lot from the two of you. The game has helped informed helped keep me informed and shape me into the man I'm proud to be today. Blessings." That's a beautiful thing.
"It is."
"That Yes, sir."
"No, I just wanted to say Huh. Go ahead. I'm sorry."
"Please. No, please. I just wanted to say people were saying well earlier talking about that um how there's some camaraderie and we get along and all that because I love him. That's hard for you. Huh? Because that word the system has perverted and you don't know how to say that. I love him. I love the black man that he has become. I love his experience that made him who he become. who uh who he's become, right? You can't say that until we the scripture says it like this and I I say the scriptures a couple of times because I know there's a lot of religious people out there. He said that because I don't look at the scriptures according to Eurocentric ideas. I don't look at it as religion. I look at it as culture. Right? So he says the only way they will know who is they anybody outside the culture will know that you are my disciples is your love one for another, nothing else."
"Nothing else, right? So when I'm dealing with individuals, men and women, there is an authentic appreciation and love for them and they could feel that from me because I mean that. I don't turn I'm not changing, right? I mean what I mean. So when you see the camaraderie, the base of it is because I love him, right? And I love you too. This is why I do what I do. The work for our people because I love you, right? And which is why I said earlier to you, if you are a leader and you haven't learned to lead or love beyond your pain, you shouldn't be a leader because dealing with you is miserable at times. And you will get in the way of leadership if a person has not been equipped to deal with you. You are a special case. You black man, woman, special case. All right? You can make a person really dislike you, right? So, it takes an extraordinary amount amount of love, of patience, and forgiveness and broadness to deal with you, right? Because many of you today will see this and be like, they'll find something to dislike. And that's okay because I'm only here for the remnant. But that's the tragedy of trying to help people who are most desperately in need of it. And love is what you need."
"You know, that's so funny you said that they'll find something to to hate on or to disagree about. You know, I've seen in your comments, and this is what made me reach out to you because I I just I was like, this is astounding. Uh, somebody uh wrote in Dre's comments, they say essentially they said, 'You don't know women.'" [laughter] "And and I was like, this just went in Michael Jordan's comments talking about you ain't never dunked a basketball. I was like, Lord, and I want you"
"Who said it?"
"I ain't I a"
"Go ahead. What's his name? Tazari or something? Tarak, I believe that's his name. No, no disrespect, but get your name."
"He came into my comments after I was explaining about black white women, black women, and black men. That dynamic and I broke it down like it hasn't been broken down before and he came on and said, 'This guy, how does he say it, man? What is the exact word that he used because I don't want to butcher his his uh oh is not'"
"What is he how do you how do he say it?"
"Go ahead. Go. I I don't recall. I just listen. I almost fell out laughing. I couldn't. I I read a little bit and I"
"Let me go get it real quick so I I won't I want to quote him exact exactly."
"Right."
"How he said it."
"And I appreciate the truth and accuracy."
"He said, 'Oh God, oh, he said, 'This individual is not qualified.' And so I wrote him back, 'Bruh, do you know me about women in particular? You're not qualified. You want to have this conversation?' So I know he do religious. He's Israelite, Hebrew Israelite, and he do religious debates and and so I told him, 'Just just stay up over there, bro. Stay there. I like you. You seem like a fair cat. I like you.' But young fella, the audacity for you to come on my page and say, 'I am not qualified about women.' He never respect."
"You look too young. Is that what it is? He thought"
"It must be. It must be, man. It must be if you don't knock it off. But I said, 'Come on, let's have that conversation, young fella. If that's how you felt, come on, let's have that conversation. You don't know what you dealing with.' And I told him, 'You have never been in the presence of anybody like me."
"Who not just have conversations. I'm not worried about conversations. I am worried about that receipts though, them work."
"Don't come talking to me about God or none of that because God to me need to be showed up in your life. Let me just say this. I used to do after I won police accountability, I made the government uh the city to give me $100,000 so I can do something specific for our community. And I called at Conversations with the Streets and I brought in black professionals and leaders from all over. I brought in Umar Johnson. I brought in Rizza Islam. I brought in Tama Mallerie. I brought in I brought in everybody, right? Jo I brought in uh Dr. George Frasier. I even brought in um uh uh uh Judge Joe Brown. I brought them in from all over the country."
"Wow. Right."
"And the reason they came is because the work that I did. They've never seen the work. So when I let them know the work that I did, they was like, 'What? We we coming, right?' But I'm saying that to say this, right? Is that it's important. It's so so important, right? I don't want to. Well, there was a feud going on between Umar and Rizza. There was feud."
"I didn't even know about that."
"Oh, yeah. Yeah. There was feuding. You know what I'm saying? There's a feud going on. And we were able to mend that feud."
"And I told everybody who was coming."
"Whatever your philosophy is, please, please keep that where it is. I even brought a a high official in the nation, brother Nuri Muhammad."
"Yep."
"Down here."
"You everybody down there then?"
"Yeah, I had everybody down here and out of respect for my work, they all came. Not a problem, right?"
"So, I'm saying leave that at the table and let us agree on helping these youth. We could all agree right there, right? Let us agree on the youth. Let that be the focus that we come here and whatever genius you want to bring, you bring that and let us help these youth. Do you know what I'm saying? So, in the whole the whole scoop of things, I'm not really sold on what your beliefs are. If it hasn't impacted your community, your city, your state, right? You can't come sell me your philosophy. See, minds have impacted my community, my city, my state, and this country. Right? You can't sell me on your debating this that. I'm unimpressed."
"What have where have you seen God at?"
"Yes."
"Where is God"
"In your conversation? Because there has to be some manifestation that don't point to you as an individual. That has to point to something outside of you. My life and what I have achieved points to God being with me."
"That's why I'mma leave it, man."
"Marquette, you know, it's the truth, man. It's the truth. The scripture says when the word is delivered, God will confirm the word with signs and wonders. He will confirm it with signs and wonders. I hear a lot of my Israelite brothers, I love them, right? But I often say if you haven't produced something against the greatest opponent which is white supremacy, I don't care what you who you think you're dealing with in the streets. That is not nothing that is impacting us. White supremacy is impacting us. Right? So your words, your scriptures, what has it done against the people that are the ones that have the impact over us? Okay. Well, if it hasn't been done anything, don't sell our people anything. Don't say anything. See, that's my expectation of people. It might not be yours. You just want to hear somebody say something that you like, right? That that you might can agree with. I expect when you say God, I need to see God in your life. And I'm not talking about money. I'm not talking about money. Some of the evilest people throughout history has had all the money in the world. I'm not impressed with your"
"Today."
"Yeah. To this day. But what have you done against real oppressors? What have your go The church haven't done it. The Christian church has done nothing but lose generations and harvest a community of homosexuals."
"You don't want me to go there. That's just the truth. At some point, right, if you're dealing with a man, let me give you that. You're dealing with a man, you're dealing with a woman. Over a period of time, you're going to do an analysis of whether that person is good or bad, right? Over a period of time. Well, that's what needs to happen with the Christian church. There needs to be an analysis. There's hundreds of years for you to look back upon to see whether that has been something good or bad for us. And then once you do a true analysis, then you have to make the proper choice. It has not impacted us in any way. As a matter of fact, it has been deficient. It has created deficient males. It has it has created people who go sleep with the church parishioners. It"
"I always say I know a lot of preachers good at preaching and bad at being a man. Uh, good at being a preacher, bad at being a man. You don't get away because you sound good. WHAT DOES YOUR LIFE LOOK LIKE? WHAT ARE YOU PRODUCING IN your life? Some of these great preachers are mongers. YOU AIN'T NO MAN to me. I'm not impressed. I'mma leave it alone, man. So, I get riled up when I think about these things. And with that said, Tesarak and Tazarak and I have had our uh differences quite bitter, all the same, I want to invite Tazarak, I'd be honored to host a discussion. Doesn't even have to be a debate. A discussion uh between Andre Taylor and Tazarak. I'll moderate it. We can do it online. Uh, if if you guys enjoy it, then maybe I'll we can invite him out to Miami or invite him to the plantation, do it in person. But I invite Tesarak. That is a debate challenge. That's a discussion challenge because I think it'd be a fascinating conversation to have and we'll make sure that we moderate it in an objective way. We'll use time limits to do so and I'll just be here kind of as a ghost to make sure that everyone can be heard. So Tazarak has that invitation from me. Uh, and uh somebody remind me to unblock him on Instagram. I think he might be blocked. That's how unpleasant our our exchange was. But I think it'd be a good conversation. There's something"
"Let me just say this real quick. Yes. I don't dislike I like Tesario. I've heard him debate. I've seen you stand up, bro. I love you, bro. I'm don't I It's It was comical what you came and said. And because I do know you, I've seen you. I felt I wanted to respond to you, right? I want to respond to everybody. But the fact that I responded should let you know that I think that you're doing something, right? You deserved a response, right? I'm not upset with you, but if you want to have a conversation about women with me, my my young brother, I know I look extremely young. I know I'm not." [laughter] "But we could have that, right? And I, like I said, I'm not upset with you. It takes a lot for me for a person to make me upset with them. I just don't think nobody is that important to me for for you to be make me upset. I could be disappointed, but upset is different. Disappointed. I could be that, right? So, I just wanted to put that out, bro. I don't have any dislike of you. I love you. And when I say I love you, I mean it."
"I mean that. I can't tell you people don't know what it really means, right? I'm not about to say anything denigrating to you or nothing like that's not that that's not who I am anyway. But if you would like to share some space about what you think you know about these females, I'll oblige you, my friend. And if you're in the chat right now, if you'd be kind enough to just DM me to Zaryak's IG handle so I can find him on IG. Um, and and I'll go ahead and uh reach out and see if we can make that introduction happen. There was something else. Oh, yeah. One thing that you had led with and I always reiterate this especially when these folks come on and they want to say well I want to have a debate with you about marquetism and like I disagree with your philosophy and and I always want to start off by saying okay well before we get into that what have you done on the planet earth"
"And where can I where can I observe your works because"
"So many people want to speak philosophy but we're living philosophy. You can see it on the ground. We got sections throughout the world in real life. And that's why I'm always telling people like, 'Hey, you're a coffee shop revolutionary, buddy.'"
"Like, you can give a hell of a speech. Me, too. But that's not going to get the job done."
"And it has been said by Advon Bismar that the great questions of our day will not be settled by speeches or majority votes, but by blood and iron, which is to say by men on the ground."
"Yes."
"And that's why I don't like these preachers at all. I think we're very much so aligned on that. And I respect the word. I respect all of the scriptures that have been revealed. But we all know that God, you know, if you have a garden, you know, we can't say, 'Hey, look at the garden that God made.' No, God gave you the the soil and the seed. You had to water it. You had to care for it. You had to pull weeds, which means man has a role. Man has to do something. It's not going to all be left up to God. So, the good men must act. The good men must fight. Shout out to Jinx comes in by memo. He writes, 'Shout out to St. Trayvon McNair. He's doing the Lord's work in helping us reset our black women. Thank you, Saint, for building this thing of ours and connecting great men around the world.'" Absolutely. And, you know, it's my pleasure when I see the Young Balls really, you know, doing the the righteous works that have to be done, especially when I've seen their maturation. I remember last time I uh or maybe even the first time I saw him in person was at my place in Atlanta hosting Saints Holiday. And that's the key is that I get on the ground and that's the same thing that Dre does. And that's something that I really respect and appreciate and he's been doing it for a long time. That's why he's respected. You know, people don't res, you know, fans will will love you and be obsessed with you on some fan stuff. You know, I heard your name. I know your name and face. But respect"
"Is different."
"Fans admire a man respecting you"
"Is different."
"Ladies and saints, uh let me acknowledge the folks who came in via Cash App. Shout out to uh Curtis. He writes for the debate versus the white South African. Flawless. Absolutely. It was a body. Shout out to uh Nimrom comes in via Cash App. He writes, 'Thanks for the wisdom. I appreciate you.' And we're all caught up there. And do you have any closing words for the folks up?"
"I don't. I think we've covered so much, Marquet, man. And I appreciate again for you lending your platform to me. I I'm ever grateful to you, man. I think that you're I don't want to belabor the point, you know. I I don't think that I don't think that there is a a time limit uh on congratulating you with your success and all that you become and all that you are. And it's not because somebody might do it because they need something or or sucking up or anything. I'm very confident in who I am. I don't need anything. It's because I really appreciate you and I really respect you and I really respect the work that you've done and the man that you are. I just want you to understand that over and over. You'll never see me, no matter what anybody says, be able to make me feel any kind of way about you. You know, it's just it'll never happen. I feel the way that I feel and you know and this is all I know you as and you know and uh and I don't have any other point of reference. I don't want any this is what I want and you just keep moving forward. You know you my partner you my little brother and we gonna move forward. I think God's going to do great things, man. I think there's a lot of good things in the future for us for individually but I believe that there's something we gonna do together. I really believe that, man."
"Absolutely. And I appreciate that. And um, you know, this is Hustlemania 14 for folks don't know like I I got a sprint right now from now till end of January. We we're hustling crazy putting big points on the board and it's it's a pleasure to start that with you and I think it's a special thing for the audience to be able to see men of respect give each other respect and to see people build together as peers but also in respect of where the other person is strong. And so it's been my pleasure to be here as a student to learn from you. And I hope that we all show respect to those who are in advance of us. We show respect to our tribe because if we don't honor our own, the other ones won't. And I want you to continue on because you stated something that I know to be true. You said the the black folks and pl black platforms haven't put you out front like they should. And I hope this is just one step of many people reaching out to you and putting you in the center where you belong. And we thank you for the great work. And until next time, peace to the saints. Peace."
