QA #13 A multivitamin with each meal

[Music] All right. Uh, the first thing we need to take a look at is this whole idea of taking a multivitamin. You're going to have to take more than one pill. And even a multivitamin with each meal is not going to provide everything that I'm taking, assuming you're modeling your intake on what I'm doing, which is something you want to do with caution because everyone's different.

So, you are probably best served by listening to the amounts that I give as total daily amounts, and then we divide them into the three meals as best we can. In the case of the B complex, maybe even a little more often. In the case of vitamin C, a lot more often. Sometimes I'm taking vitamin C every six minutes if I'm sick, or maybe every half hour if I'm working hard, or maybe every couple hours. I never take vitamin C just three times a day. But I would take a multivitamin two or three times a day, or B complex perhaps three times a day, dividing the dose.

So, the short answer to your question then is, the amounts I give are full daily amounts, which you then can divide up.
