Can Nootropics Make You Smarter - Unbreakable Podcast 255

Transcription

Yeah, I'm going to have a little coffee before I get lit on this one. I um, I saw a bunch of advertisements, I guess, for lack of a better explanation. I mean, everything is kind of an advertisement. You could think this is an advertisement. I don't know what I'm selling, but everything on social media is an ad. I don't know if you noticed that this isn't about social media. Just everything that comes across is something trying to sell me something. Not just help me or give me information, and then the byproduct is if I choose to buy, then I'm going to buy. But no, it's like, here, I'll give you the rest of it if you buy my stuff, which makes no sense.

And I saw these like new nootropics. It's probably because I looked at something or I talked about it to Brandy, and your phone is always eavesdropping on your entire freaking life. But nootropics, man. They're some [ __ ]. That's all I got to say. I I can't I can't even say it with a straight face. You guys really? I'm going to talk about nootropics and how to do this right. You want to get smarter? Listen to what I'm about to say. I mean, like actually smarter, add IQ points, become more intelligent. This, and I'm sure half of you guys are going, "Oh, that's your secret." No, I've always been really smart. I'd be like, some of these guys out here, ask my mom. But you actually could ask my mom, and she would tell you. My mom is really smart. So, you can get smarter without drinking all these weird fizzy drinks and rubbing some root on your crotch and wearing magic shoes and putting a bracelet on that pulses some weird electrical signal every 17.3 seconds or whatever it is, or swallowing the nootropic circus that I see out there. The number of things I see, packets of vitamins or little balls or powders or whatever the hell else it is that's going to just transform your entire life and flick all the switches in your brain. That doesn't even make sense.

And anyone that understands neurology, I love people who actually understand human bio or neurology or anything, and they look at this the same way I do. I know because I've had questions or I've had conversations with people like this, and they look at this. They look the same way I look at it, and I go, "This doesn't even this is just bullshit." But when they come out or when I come out and say, "Hey, listen. This is nonsense. This doesn't even make sense." The social media doesn't want to admit it. And they go, "No, I did it. It did work for me." Yep. And and oral peptides worked for you, too. Absolutely. Here's your sign. Your physiology is on my side. Human biology is on my side. Like, if your idea of getting smarter involves chugging a $100 bottle of, I don't know, lion's mane extract, something weird, while staring at some app on your phone, waiting for it to let you know when the genius vibes kick in, you're not enhancing your cognition. You know that, right? You're a sucker. You're the mark. You're an idiot. You're spending a bunch of money on some weird supplement pyramid scheme. That's all it is. And you can get upset about it if you're the guy selling those drinks or those powders or those little packets, or you're mailing them to people. You [ __ ] you piss me off because you're lying to people. And if you're so ignorant that you actually buy into your own your own stupidity, you're also delusional, which means you need a whole lot of help. You should probably take this so you get smart enough. Listen, society is full of these clowns peddling smart drugs like they're the key to unlocking your inner Einstein. Meanwhile, half of the population can't even tie their damn shoes without an app tutorial. You think I'm wrong? Just look at people. Look at the conduct of most people. And you guys get mad. I don't even know why you get mad. You should try and be more intelligent. You should work to be more intelligent. We've got people so dumb they think nootropics are like fairy dust for the brain. Just sprinkle it on and poof, you're suddenly debating quantum physics instead of arguing about reality TV and whatever dance mom show you're watching. That's a real show. I actually, my daughter turned it on. I'm like, "What is this crap? You turn that off right now. You can watch that when you live somewhere else."

Aging brains, disrupted focus. Just that I can't get a thought. That's not a vibe problem. It is. It's physiological warfare in your skull. Your neurons are misfiring. Your dopamine is tanking. Your acetylcholine is just drying up. And all you do is spend your day just grasping for words and concepts. And you think, and they're convincing you that it's aging. Primarily, it's half the crap that you're taking, eating, drinking, or breathing. Like, your glutamate pathways, the primary excitatory neurotransmitter in your brain, just glitches out. So now all of your thoughts just muddle together. It's like the synergistic qualities of all the functions of your brain just completely get disrupted. And don't even get me started on the way the endocrinology system gets demolished. Your hormones are so [ __ ] because of what you're eating, breathing, drinking, watching the little dopamine hits coming out of your screen in your pocket. You're trashing your brain, man. I don't know how else to explain this. You guys, I'm right. You can argue, but I'm still right.

And here's what most biohackers do. What a stupid word, right? "I'm a biohacker." You're gay. That's ridiculous. You're not a biohacker. If anything, you're a teacher, and a bad one, if you're telling people that you're a biohacker. But here's what most of these guys do. Sell you overpriced gummies or powders or packets, toss in some caffeine, and throw around words that they had to look up, like neuroplasticity. I had somebody talk about how you can turn that on. That doesn't even make sense, but I'll just let that land. And then they hand you this stack. It's funny for me when people say that. Here's the stack that you could have probably assembled from a gas station vending machine. That's how ridiculous it is. One of those Yellow Jackets that you get. Remember those things? You guys, I don't know if you're old enough to know this. Some of you guys are like, "I have no idea what you're talking about." They'd have these little spinning displays with packets on them, and they were for truckers when they would drive 22 hours so you could get your high-priced gummies that are filled with [ __ ]. Yeah. And they had all, they were just nothing but methamphetamine with another label. You buy them at gas stations all the time. This is probably what you're getting from these [ __ ] that try to sell you some magic nootropic.

So, I I'm going to give you the real stack. I will explain exactly what actually works. And I'm not talking about my morning caffeine and Modafinil and nicotine patch and all that. I'm talking like a nootropic that does make you smarter. Just so you know. And I've said this before, and I'll say it again. I'm always my own guinea pig. I will never ever have you do anything that I wouldn't do myself and have not done, unless it's something for females, and then I'm not going to do it. Why? Because I like myself the way I am right now, with a penis. So, I don't want to be a woman. Just so we're clear. If somebody's like, "Oh, he's transitioning." Not this guy. Like I said, I would make a hideous woman. God, would I be ugly? A bald, bearded woman that's about two bills. No way. I'm an ugly woman with outdoor plumbing. I don't know. Maybe you guys are into that, but stay off my show if you are.

So, I I'll I'll explain it to you and I'll I'll I was even fennel paracetam hydroxide. That's what part of this is, just so you know. Say that three times real fast. But you need more than just that because that's going to give you a bunch of tolerance issues. So, I'll explain exactly how it works and why it actually ramps up IQ points. It gives you this full-spectrum intellectual, neurological, systemic human biology just domination. And it's effective. It's like, I I want to make your brain sweat because I drop so much so much value for you all the time, to be honest. I want you to go, "Son of a [ __ ], I got to listen to this three times because it's so packed full of info." Perfect. Here's the idea. Here's just so you know. Here's what smarter is because, and why you guys are getting scammed like so bad. Here's the enemy. Here's the enemy. Getting smarter is not about memorizing trivia or speed-reading some self-help book that I've seen so many times. I can read this book in three minutes. Great. Can you comprehend it, or did you read a a word off every page? I think that's such [ __ ]. This intelligence, smart, is biological leverage in that fat ball between your ears. I call it that all the time, that gray matter. Sharper synaptic firing, better glutamate modulation. So, you actually have crystal clear thinking. So, when your thinking is a little soft, you guys know what I'm talking about. When you're you just can't get that thought and you're you're grasping for the word and you're just stuck, you just keep hitting this impasse. This is what cleans that up. Amped up energy to your neurons. No more crashes from fake stimulants that don't do anything. You enhance acetylcholine for memory recall that well, it sticks very well. So your recall, you you have stuff from when you were nine and you're 70 and you still remember it perfectly well because it's there. Just so you understand that dopamine, norepinephrine, they all run in in harmony the proper way. They're supposed to. Listen, your brain is supposed to be this fantastic machine. It's getting beat up by people that are telling you that they have a way to make it better, and they're actually harming you because you should be able to just destroy procrastination and just pour nitro on focus all the time. Part of the psychology behind it, plus the pharmacology behind it, is what's turning all that off. But that's the game. That's it. That's the game. You need to improve all the stuff that I just said. If you can do that, you become smarter. Except society right now is so obsessed with quick fixes because we're lazy as hell. We've got people, listen, we've got people taking pills to hack their brain while ignoring the fact that they're eating junk that's laced with God only knows what that's turning their neurons into just a sideshow. Sludge, garbage, nothing. It's like putting premium gas into my 911 with no engine, and it's just pissing out the bottom. Good luck, genius. It's not going to work.

Most nootropics, just so you know, they don't fix the root at all. They slap a label on caffeine and B vitamins and they call it elite cognition. They give it some sexy little name and they charge you a premium for a placebo. And then, never mind walking in, you guys still go to supplement stores. You walk into one of those, they'll sell you a $200 stack that's basically coffee with some unknown herbs that do nothing except maybe flavor of pizza. I saw, I wanted to pull it up, but I'm not going to bother right now for people that are listening. There was a brain app. You can't put those two together. Sorry. You can't. A brain app that tells you when you are smarter based on what you're doing on an app. Tells you you're low on vibes. What? What the hell does it do? Then you get a membership to some stupid forum where everybody circle jerks about microdosing mushrooms. What are you guys doing? You'll and he'll spend $500 on some consult with some Insta guru to tell you you need more adaptogens. Except the problem isn't any of that. It's that your neurons are screaming, desperate. They're thirsty. They're hungry as hell for real molecular ammunition. And all that you get is an app, maybe a shirt, maybe a sticker, and probably some diarrhea and a headache. God, can please stop the idiocy. Stop. Stop it.

If you're looking for a quick fix or some kind of hack or something, and that's why you follow me, don't piss off. I don't even want you here. In fact, you bother me. Get out of here because I don't do that. I want you to have all the education that people aren't sharing with you because they're too [ __ ] selfish or they don't actually know at all. They just throw around big words that they got off of ChatGPT or read a thesaurus or they asked somebody what words sound good, or they go into a Reddit forum and they read a couple of headlines, and all of a sudden now they're an expert. They're not experts. Please stop the idiocy. I know what I'm exceptional at. I also know what I suck at. I don't claim to be an expert in things that I suck at, but I damn well know where I excel. Listen here. Here's how you here's how you win. Let me drink some coffee first. And again, take a look. Yes, I know it has some weird oat milk foam looking queer coffee on the. That's not what it is. This is black as night. It's uh, there it is. So, you can see it's really black. I don't drink weird coffee. I was like, "What I say? Blacker than a witch's crotch, right?" Even with you, there's fungus in your coffee and you shouldn't be doing it. And you should be going and having cat poo coffee. What the hell is wrong with you guys? By the way, who the [ __ ] thought that up? Let's have a cat eat something, take it out of its turd, sterilize it, make coffee out of it. You need a [ __ ] hobby, man. You need a role model is what you do, and not the ones you have right now. This is the problem. You guys are picking idiots as people to go, "They're an influencer." Ronald McDonald was an influencer, too. Just an idiot clown with big red feet that told you eat at a crappy place. But hey, we had the Fry Guys and Hamburglar and Grimace. What the [ __ ] is Grimace? He looks like an eggplant. Just so we're clear. I'll just leave it at that.

Listen, here's how you win because I could do this all day. You target the core systems of this. You have to understand your system before you can start working on the system. Do you understand that? Like, if I want to get bigger. So, a good a good friend of mine. Okay, his name is Jud. Jud Lehard. And an incredible human being. And I've said it before, this guy is as as athletic as it gets. And the guy's like, I don't remember it. We did a podcast together, and I don't recall what he said, 65 maybe. He is a monster of a Holy [ __ ]. That guy is big, and he moves like a like a tight end. That guy is so blisteringly springy and fast, and the guy is built for combat. But if I go, "Hey, listen, Jud, man, just so you know what kind of a great guy is. If you want a personal trainer, don't don't call me for personal training. Don't. Please don't. I'm just going to tell you no." I used to get, you guys still say, "Hey, can I can I get on with workouts with you?" No. No. Because number one, you're not going to train the way I do. And number two is I don't do that. But if you want to listen to a guy that trains, that'll train you well, he is the only one that I will send you to. I trust him. Absolutely. He will give you the things that will make you into a savage in whatever direction you need. He knows his [ __ ] better than anyone I've ever spoken with. So there, I will plug the [ __ ] out of Jud. Call him, message him, and go, "How do I join your your program?" You want to get muscular, he'll tell you how to do it. You want to get athletic, he'll tell you how to do it. You want to get more flexible, he just knows his [ __ ]. He is exceptional at his job. Why? Because he understands the core systems. He understands the core systems of how to do it. He doesn't come up with some weird voodoo stuff and a bunch of mushroom powder like I always talk about. He actually understands the core systems. That's what this is when it comes to neurology. I understand neurology really well because I like it. I geek out on this stuff. So, you have to target the core systems, neurological pathways for faster signal propagation and transmission, right? You have to tackle the physiological energy problems. So the mitochondria, right? So they actually can maintain sustained focus. Biological balance in all the neurotransmitters so you avoid all the burnout. This is how you look at a nootropic. This is how I analyze everything I do when I consult with people, when I have patients or clients, whatever. I am always, I I call it gap analysis. Yes, I know that was only three. There's one more. Gap analysis means I look for all the holes. I actually look at your life and I go, "How can I ultimately just rip and demolish and totally obliterate your life?" And then I find all those holes and gaps and screwed up places and I start fixing them with you so you don't have to worry about it. Because the problem is people go, "Let me help you by giving you a warm hug and a cup of coffee, these supplements, and a generic workout or whatever it is." That's not going to help anybody. You want to know why I have a higher fee? Because I actually know what the hell I'm doing. So, you're going to pay for that. Which is why I have the Cure program and why I why I have one-on-one consulting. That's why the Cure program is either $25,000 or $100,000. And if you want me as a consultant, it's $100,000. I have, and it's going to go up. I have no problem asking for that because it weeds out all the idiots that I don't want that are just going to complain and think they have to FaceTime me every three minutes. And it also only has people come that actually want to change and will listen to everything I say. And I know I'm exceptional at my job because I actually [ __ ] care. So if I take you as a client, it's because I care. It's not about the money. I really need you guys to understand that.

So if you understand the component systems, the core systems, you can fix whatever it is, right? Whether it's a car or putting on muscle or neurology or a marriage or a belief system. It doesn't matter. If you understand the core systems, you can fix things. If you don't understand the core systems, you're missing the one thing that allows you to fix the everything. Yes, I said the everything on purpose. The last one is endocrinology. I had to go through that in my head really quick. So, you need to have dopamine and all your hormones buzzing and running the way they're supposed to for the drive and motivation. You need to actually get things done. This isn't about chasing buzzwords like flow state. What a stupid word, set of words. Flow state. That's there's nothing that's ridiculous. I'm tired of hearing, "Oh, I'm in flow state." No, you're not. That doesn't even make sense. We need to push levers that actually matter. So, if you want sharper memory, for example, boost acetylcholine synthesis. You want sustained energy, fix the glutamate problems. You need to have more ATP. Never mind the fact that things like changing biogenesis, mitochondrial biogenesis, that helps. Get the reactors back online. Get them cranking out ATP. Fix the electron transport chain so it's not all jammed up. There's all of these things that come into play. You want to have creativity without the jitters and the anxiety because they come married together a lot of the times. Modulate serotonin pathways. You want you want to think outside the box. Rewire endocrinology to keep norepinephrine nice and steady. You want to fix this is what I'm talking about. If you don't understand the systems, none of this is going to work. This isn't rocket science once you grasp biology. It's like people think their brains are somehow this mystical magic gray box. You know what it is? It is a meat computer running on chemicals. You screw it up with junk and you're dumber than a rock. Fix it right and you become a [ __ ] rock star. It's that simple. You just need the right inputs and somebody guiding you to have it properly.

So, let me explain what I would say, and I started using this. Holy crap, it's amazing. My core stack. I would even say that this is the Spartan's core stack. The one that makes you smarter without any kind of [ __ ] or scam. It's not even that expensive. That's what's wild. You guys will spend a thousand bucks a month on crap, but you won't spend $500 to buy something that works. I'm a I'm the poster child for things that work. So, this is a it's longevity and intellect. They got together, got naked, and had a killer baby. It's built for real cognitive upgrades, not your ego or social media likes, hearts, and follows and comments. Not your biohacker badge. Actual measurable brain boosting firepower. I said it at the beginning. Acetam hydroide. Hydroide is better. That's why I'm saying because there's fennel paracetam. Final paracetam hydroide. This is like a a dopamine mushroom cloud. This it's a racetam. There's a couple of them, and I'm going to go over some of these in a minute. It's a racetam derivative, if you really need to know. It cranks up dopamine receptor density, more of them. Modulates glutamate receptors, remember the primary excitatory neurotransmitter of the brain, and it influences acetylcholine. So, I'm going through all the things that I just talked about. So, you get increased cognition, increased mood, increased energy. It sharpens synaptic plasticity, which is your your brain's ability to rewire and learn very, very quickly. Right? So all of a sudden you start putting things together quickly and you remember them, and you're rewiring to keep doing it. It penetrates a blood-brain barrier like a boss. So you get clean, smooth stimulation. No jitters, none. Again, also like, if you get amped up on 10 cups of coffee, you can feel exhausted and jittery at the same time, right? You guys have done this. And if you haven't, well, congratulations. You missed it. But it does it does happen, just so you know. But here's why it works so well in human biology. It boosts norepinephrine for it gives you more alertness, which gives you more motivation, which tunes out all those foggy thoughts and turns them into really laser-sharp focus. It stabilizes hormone signaling so you don't get all these crashes. All of this stuff needs to work together. You have this entire synergistic flow. I was dreading using that word because of flow state. That's not what this is. But this synergistic flow of all of the things operating in synchronicity. If they don't work this way, the problem is you have biology fighting itself, which is why a lot of the stuff that's out there doesn't work. This enhances cognition like cognitive performance. 30% is what they were saying, man. So, it makes complex tasks actually feel effortless. No, if you're breastfeeding, no, if you're pregnant. I'll say that again and again. Here's a good rule, blanket statement. If you're breastfeeding or you're pregnant or you're going to be getting pregnant knowingly, don't put this stuff in your body. And here's what's cool about it. It you don't get a lot of tolerance if you do it right because, yes, there is a tolerance issue. Absolutely. So, you either space it out every three days, every other day, but you can mix it with choline supplements, so Alpha-GPC, things like that. And I'll explain that in a minute. But the hydroide structure, remember what I said, right? The fennel paracetam hydroide, it extends the half-life without any receptor burnout. So when you stack it, it lasts longer. It produces more in you or it causes more of a reaction in you without the downside of receptor desensitization. Hypothetically, God, like it always pisses me off when I have to say that, you know, like I should just be able to go do this, take this, there's your answer. No, I can't. But yet some idiot can come out and say, if you want to take 500 milligrams of vitamin C, and they'll go, "Vitamin C can't kill you." Just so you know, pretty much everything can kill you if you take too much. I know I realize Linus Pauling was doing 100, 150 grams of vitamin C and getting rid of ankylosing spondylitis and all kinds of stuff. So you should look up, by the way, Linus Pauling. He's got some good stuff. I mean, the guy won a Nobel Prize for a reason. Hypothetically, if this was my kangaroo experiment on increasing my intellect, 100 to 200 milligrams per day, and I would cycle it to keep it very, very potent, every other day, every third day, days where you need to be sharp. Do not make it a habit of of taking this every day. I'll explain how you can, just not on its own. This is the foundation. If you're not using this, just so you know, not using this, you are playing cognitive roulette with a bunch of overhyped crap. Like, imagine this. Just you guys play with me on this. If you're you're paying for these smart pills that make you feel like a zombie, like an idiot, and you crash and you drag, and you think you're smarter, but everybody else says, "Dude, whatever you're doing ain't working, you're actually getting worse." Then you go to the doctor and they give you some kind of medication that messes with your brain chemistry. Not in a good way. Like SSRI, MAOI, MAI inhibitors, right? Like or MAO inhibitors, benzodiazepines, right? Things like Xanax and Valium and things like, don't take this stuff here. This fennel paracetam, it's like giving your brain like a cattle prod, but in a good way. Just don't that kind of thing. Anchor it with choline supplements, and this becomes next level. So like I said, Alpha-GPC, CDP-choline, the acetylcholine anchor is there for a reason, which is what this is. It's the this it is what prevents the burnout or the not the burnout rather, the tolerance. It gives the raw material for acetylcholine synthesis. So the neurotransmitter I said for memory and learning. It prevents the depletion from racetams. All deplete. So you don't get the headaches, you don't get the fog, you don't get all the issues that come with it. It just runs. It solves nerve signaling problems. So you get smoother muscle brain coordination, so you'll train better in biology. Listen to me. Choline ramps up synaptic efficiency and enhances that fennel paracetam hydroide's effect, but with choline, by about 20%. 10 to 20%, but it sits on the 20% side. Give yourself a little bit of a bell curve so you can fit underneath it. That's huge. Balances it, balances hormone responses to stress. Keeps you sharp when things get really edgy and crappy under pressure in your life, right? You're gonna have pressure. Welcome to the world. It synergizes the acetylcholine, right? The choline supplements. It synergizes with the fennel paracetam so you get better focus and recall. So it's, I hate to say this, it's like an accelerant, right? All with no tolerance problems. And it's because it replenishes what the stack demands. So it maintains equilibrium in your system. No downregulation like with stimulants, which is very common. Again, for my kangaroo experiment, because you guys are always like, "Well, I never got the doses." This would be for my kangaroo experiment that I'm doing hypothetically on paper and not live at all. 50 to 500 milligrams per day alongside fennel paracetam hydroide, same time. Oh, and by the way, this isn't meant to cure, treat, diagnose, provide advice, triage, or anything prescribe, and it's just hypothetical educational, and this is just for entertainment. Me, a bald dude, and a beard, and a microphone. But this is the glue. That's it. I could stop right now. I'm 29 minutes in. I went way too long than I wanted to on this, but this is the glue. Without it, you're literally revving. It's like getting into my 911 Turbo. Yes, I love my car. It's a fun car, but it's like revving the engine and maxing it out without any oil. If you don't do this like this, you see where I'm going with this? You wind up burning things out and wondering why they burned out? Well, you burned them out because you had nothing there to help. Like, society loves these half-ass hacks. Pop a pill, forget the basics, and then wonder why your brain goes on strike and gives you double rainbows, gives you the fingers. Choline is it's the little quiet hero in the whole group that says, "I'm going to call out all the BS." You put these together, what's the number I said at the beginning? 30% sharper focus, sharper memory, sustained energy. This stuff is so wicked incredible, and all with no crash. It's the ultimate nootropic because it hits all the angles. It's neurology for wiring, physiology for power, biology for balance, endocrinology for drive. So, it's hitting all the factors that I talked about at the beginning when I said you have to know the four core systems, right? That's what this matter or that's what this does.

So, listen, here's why it beats out every nootropic out there, I think, in my opinion, because most nootropics, when I say most, everyone I've ever seen, they're glorified candy shops in a lab coat. Oh, the lab's real, the chemistry is real. It's just producing nothing. They make money on hype and recurring auto shipping and not actual results. Here's what they sell. They sell caffeine disguised as an energy matrix. They sell herbs that do zilch for real neurology. They just don't. It stacks with zero synergy and it leads to tolerance and weakness. So, you just get a bunch of burnout. And all these premium formulas that somehow always underdeliver, that gives you nothing. And yet, somebody's going to get in my comments. I will give you a preemptive strike. [ __ ] off. If you're going to come in here and say, "Ah, there's this one though. It really is great." Take your advertising somewhere else. Take your hype somewhere else. If it is not this, it does not work. It's not me going, "My opinion is the only opinion." It's the fact that human biology is on my side. And I'm out here going, "How can I help you give you the information?" Here's what this gives you. The paracetam and the choline supplement together. It gives you upgrades in glutamate and acetylcholine. It gives you physiological stamina without any adrenal burnout. Right? Your adrenal glands, those little things that sit on top of your kidneys. It's like biological repair for long-term smarts. Easiest way to explain it. Consistent motivation, not this. Feel smarter for an hour and then tank. You actually become sharper. And you could, I don't know what I'd have to look. Yes, I we sell all of this stuff at Elite. That's not why I'm telling you this. You want to buy it at Elite Biogenics? Great. You don't? That's on you. That's fine. I just want you to have the information. I probably less than a hundred bucks, less than less than $200 a month. It's not $500 on a bunch of snake oil garbage. Like, we live in a world full of idiots buying brain boosters that boost nothing but somebody else's wallet. This gives the middle finger to all the scam artists that are trying to take your money and produce precisely squat. Great. You got a solid core. And if you stop here, stop listening, you're good to go. But what if you could go further? See, I'm always the guy that goes, "How do you go further?" You can upgrade this for just full-spectrum Einstein intuitive just smarts, man. Same bio, just no fluff. Can you drink coffee? Can you drink all this? Yes, you can do all that stuff. So, aniracetam. So there's a there's two. Aniracetam, oxiracetam, and uh and then nicotine. I would probably pair with this. If you were going to sit there and go, if you could build the ultimate nootropic and put this in a can, I just told you. I just told you. Fennel paracetam, aniracetam. Fennel paracetam hydroide. Aniracetam, nicotine patch. Yeah, I'm wearing one. See if I can feel it. I don't know if you can see it. It's right there. If not, and if you're wondering what the hell I just did on the audio, I just pulled up my shirt and flashed my boobs. Give me money. That's it. That's my OnlyFans right there. Flashed my nicotine patch. Can I have 10 million a month, please? I'm worth it. I'll throw in a foot pic for you. No, I won't. Why? Because I've got morals.

So, aniracetam, it potentiates something called AMPA and specifically the receptors. AMPA receptors for it gives you holistic thinking, creativity, anxiety reduction, and it does it through serotonin and dopamine. It kind of tweaks that up, gives you better blood flow to the brain. It synergizes with fennel paracetam hydroide. So you get this creative flow without hyper stimulating the system. It goes back to the no jitters, no amped up, no revved up. And by the way, if you followed me for any amount of time before you start running your mouth going, "Oh, that's why you're like this." I've been like this for 52 years. I'm 52, by the way, in case you're wondering. Gives you long-term the aniracetam potentiation for what I would call sticky learning, right? Sticky learning. It's like you learn something and it just sticks. You have these memories that you have like right now where you've read it once and for some reason you just remember it. That's because it happened at the right time, the right moment. It's it's the most perfect timing when all the the stars align in your own biology. Well, that's what this does. But all the time calms down calms hormone spikes, by the way, too. If this was on my, and I I don't want to get into the details too much about this, but just understand this is a way it synergizes with this. It's really synergistic with the uh fennel paracetam hydrogide. If I was still running my kangaroo research experiment on paper, doing nothing with it, 750 milligrams probably one to two times a day. It works. By the way, if you're a social disaster, I don't I don't even know if I want to say this because you guys are going to be like, "Oh, I have to go and get it." This it's it stacks so well in racetam families for cognition, but also, I regret I don't know if I want to say this part because you guys are going to get all, "Oh, maybe I'll go get it." Sociability. And I'm not saying sociability like the girl that goes to the bar and decides she has three drinks and next thing you know she's going home with whoever she can find because she's really social. That's not what I'm talking about. Or the dude with the beer goggles on. Before you guys go, "Well, it's not just women." You guys are so sensitive. Like, even just having to put that in. How about you just sack up a little bit? Don't be so sensitive. It's okay. They're just words. Like, if you need, listen, if you need to think outside the box, aniracetam, that with fennel paracetam, remember fennel paracetam hydroide, Alpha-GPC, CDP-choline, choline, some kind of acetylcholine, some kind of choline supplementation. Those two are the foundation. These are in addition before you go, "I'm just going to take this instead." No, no, no, no, no. That's not how this works. There is a reason why I'm putting these together because chemically they work best together. Will they work by themselves? Not even close to the like not even close to the same. So burn that into your skull. And if you can't remember it, fennel paracetam hydroxide. Go get some. Then come back and listen to this podcast again. Now, see that that's marketing. Not really. I'm just [ __ ] around. But if you if you need to think outside that the box, like you need to just get creative and start putting things together in a way where you're like, I need to come up with a solution. And aniracetam works very well for that. Unlike these bozos that think staring at a wall counts as meditating, sitting there on your chair with your like, that's not what's that going to do? Nothing.

Next one is oxiracetam. Stimulates and NMDA receptors too. They're basically processing and memory. I'm trying to think of the best way to explain it, and I'm probably going to have to explain what AMPA and NMDA are. So, AMPA and NMDA are two major types of receptors in your brain that respond to one specific neurotransmitter, glutamate, excitatory. They are essentially like a docking station that lets excitatory signals pass between neurons. Quick breakdown just so you understand because otherwise I'm going to spend all day just geeking out on this stuff. AMPA receptors, think fast lane, right? Left-hand side. If you live here in North America, left-hand side, fast lane, unless you're that idiot that goes slow there, then you should probably get hit by a truck. So, when glutamate binds to AMPA receptors, it opens it opens them up and allows ions, mostly sodium ions, to just flood, just flood in. That causes this quick moment-to-moment electrical signal that we call in neurology an excitatory postsynaptic potential. It's the spark that lets one neuron trigger the next one almost instantly. Right? So, it's uh signal propagation, right? Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. Really fast. I hope that makes sense without me getting into the details too much. It's absolutely critical that it works like this for immediate signaling. It's it's like reacting to a stimulus or forming the first trace of a memory. Without it, you can't do that. Does that make sense? NMDA is more like a bouncer for learning, right? To file away something that you're going to remember long term. So NMDA response receptors, they also respond to glutamate, just like the AMPA, but they're voltage-dependent and they're blocked by magnesium unless the cell is already slightly depolarized. If you understand membrane potential, then you know what cell polarization, depolarization, you understand voltage-gated calcium channels in the heart, that's how it beats, all these things. But if you don't, just understand, just remember that it has to be slightly depolarized already, which means it has to already have changed the electrical value without getting into too much detail. So when conditions are right, they allow calcium ions in. Calcium is the molecular trigger for synaptic plasticity, which is the strengthening or the weakening of connections that is all long-term learning and memory are built on. Right? So one is speed, one is strength of the connections. Does do you get that? And it's bugging me because I'm sitting here going, I think I just lost half of you going, "What the hell is he even talking about?" So, AMPA is like a like a light switch communication between neurons. And NMDA is like that stamp of approval. When you get something, it's like, "Okay, I'll let it happen." Bang, there you go. Only when there's enough activity does it let calcium in to cement the lesson as something that's long-term that you have to keep forever. Does that explain it a little better? So, the two work together. They're synergistic, right? AMPA gets the signal across rapidly. So, it brings the information in fast. Wham. NMDA decides whether the activity is important and it's going to let you remodel the circuit so you remember it. That's why this stuff works well together. That's why oxiracetam is so effective because it cranks up hippocampal acetylcholine and it complements the stack for the fennel paracetam and the aniracetam. It complements the stack for more of an analytical edge. Yeah, this is all real neurology that works and it's grabbing core systems to make you more intelligent overall and it prevents one-sided stimulation. So, it increases learning capacity, which means your ability to take something, assimilate it, and then apply it. Remember, my version of intelligence, my definition is different than a lot of people's, but it's the if it takes me 20 times. So, I'm holding a a um rogue, this is rogue, believe it or not. Just the lettering wore off. a rogue thermal container. You can hear the ice in it, which I think is from yesterday. To be honest, these things still blow my mind. Like, I'm from a time when I had glass in a thermos, and if you dropped your lunch kit, which is what we called them, your lunch kit, your lunch box, and it broke, you're [ __ ]. You got it home and your parents gave you [ __ ] for dropping it because they said you're careless. And then that thermos was trashed. I have dropped this thing. I mean, look at that thing. It's got dents and all kinds of crap on it from me dropping it in the gym on the concrete so many times. And this thing keeps things ice cold. Like, these still blow my mind. These things blow my mind. But it's like if it takes me to take this to unscrew the top, right, and then drink. I actually needed to drink, so it worked out well. And then screw it back on. Somebody shows me and it takes me 20 tries to figure out how to do that myself versus somebody shows someone else and it takes them two tries to figure out how to do it. They are more intelligent than I am. Or vice versa. I am more intelligent than them if it takes me two. The amount of times it takes you to learn something and apply it and get it to work, in my opinion, defines intelligence. You can get mad at it, but that means you're probably the dumb one. Get offended. I don't care. That means I'm probably smarter than you are. So, it this stuff, oxyracetam, we're talking cognitive deficits. It gets rid of all this stuff and it seamlessly stacks with this entire thing. Listen, logic is incredibly in short supply these days, right? Can we agree? Oxiracetam, it's like it's like arming your brain against [ __ ] stupidity. And if somebody goes, "Well, you're swearing. Swearing doesn't mean you're smart." It's all I got for you. Then call me dumb and stop listening.

Nicotine is the final one. So we've got fennel paracetam, aniracetam, oxiracetam, choline supplementation, right? Alpha-GPC is the better one, to be honest. And then nicotine. You throw this together. So nicotine, just so you know, because I've talked about this stuff before, binds nicotinic receptors neurologically and it magnifies the effects of dopamine. So it gives you more, excuse me, attention and flexibility. Neurological flexibility gives you a little more cognitive stability without all the toxins, right? Just the smokes toxins that you get. And it it even gets in the way of overstimulation. It helps you with impairment and focus. This stuff is, I I'm a nicotine junkie. And if I almost wanted to say addict, but it doesn't work like that. You cannot get addicted to nicotine. You can't. And if you say yes, you can. I was addicted to smoking. You were addicted to the 15 pyrolysates that were in the cigarettes that are 100% proven to be addictive and also why they're there. But yep, our pharmaceutical companies and our government gives a [ __ ] about us, right? Yeah. Should I maybe be wearing a bulletproof vest or behind some glass? Like, people are screwed now. But I'm coming out here anyway because they give a [ __ ] and I think somebody's got to tell you. So it may as well be me. This stuff, even nicotine, hormone resilience, immune function, it gets rid of brain fog. Energy actually sticks around. If this was my, I don't even know if I'm allowed to tell you anymore about what this stuff is, but if it was my kangaroo experiment, still on paper, not doing a damn thing, 7 milligram patches. If 7 milligs is too much for you, you'll you would notice, you'd probably get a little nauseated, but it would take a lot, but just cut him in half. Rugby. R U G B Y. Somebody asked me, "Well, you never said what patches, and why can't?" So, help. Let me help you out, because the next idiot that goes, "Well, why not patches? Why not? Why not? Or why not pouches? Why not chews? Why not gum?" [ __ ] Because I said use patches. That's why. There are such things as stupid questions, just so you know. And that was one of them. It was the dumbest thing I've ever heard. "Well, why can't I use these?" [ __ ] Stop. I told you what to use. That's like saying, "Here's a car. You need a car to go from A to B." Well, why not a truck? Because I told you to use a car. Follow the instructions. I think people struggle with instructions. So, again, Rugby 7 milligram. You don't like 7 milligs? Cut it in half. There you go. 3.5. You're welcome. It just sticks on you. I mean, I I showed you, right? Like, it's just you could see it right here. Just this little clear patch. You wouldn't even notice. Comes off and you work out a little bit, though. So, just

So you know, you get sweaty every day. That's how often I take nicotine. Every day. I mean, think about it. Something nicotine without some cancer small controlled burn in your mouth. Finally, right? Something smart in a dumb world. This turns all this stuff into a powerhouse. So, you get here, let me let me break it down for you. You get creativity with the anoraset. You get logic with the oxyracetam. You get sustained attention and focus with the nicotine and no tolerance because the choline keeps it all balanced. If you understand biochemistry and neurology and you marry this all together, it makes things very effective, which is why I come out here. And if I lost half of you, sorry, not sorry though. And personally, I don't think you should slam this forever. It's better if you cycle it. It's much more sustainable.

If I was again for my experiment, let me lay out the facts and then I'm I'm going to bounce cuz I want to go eat some lunch. The core of this entire thing is fennel paracetam hydroide for my kangaroo experiment that is just on paper. Fennel paracetam hy hydroxide 100 to 200 mgine 250 to 500 mg 4 to 5 days a week. That's it right there. That's your core. That's your foundation. anorasetam and you can stop right there and you will be a profoundly more intelligent person. That's the neatotropic and I know I talked about the limitless stack. This changes everything right here. What I just told you now if you add anorasetam and oxyracetam 750 milligs each alternate days would be ideal. 8 weeks on four weeks off would be the best way to do it. Nicotine patch 7 milligrams every day. I would run that till the day God calls you home. But that's my opinion. You do what you got to do. I am not trying to advise you. I'm telling you what I do. I will never take one of those off. I wake up every day and put a new one on and I will do that until I am done on this planet serving everybody I can and helping everybody out there that wants to listen.

This isn't Listen, you can track all the things if you want like focus and moods and hormone panels and all that stuff. You don't have to. So, if you ask me what labs should I be taking and checking before this, none. I'm tired of non-stop labs. They are a snapshot of a specific moment in time and they change by the second. But this isn't random popping. This is very precise biology and you have to understand that. Like don't be the idiot that chases trends. Build a stack that actually works and then become more intelligent and laugh at all the idiots that tell you you're the one doing the stupid things while they're still sitting there eating glue. So just listen. I'm trying to help you.

Let me make this very simple. You can keep buying neotropic nonsense, canned drinks that have massive marketing campaigns or powders or packets or creams or rubs or roots or things that you smell while your brain decays and falls apart in mediocrity. Or you can actually deploy this stack, even the first two core, right? Just the first two core, fennel paracetam hydroide and a choline supplement. Alpha GPC is the one I would suggest if I was going to do my experiment. And you're golden. and actually outsmart the system. You would come up with ideas you're going to go, "Holy crap, why didn't I think of that before?" Because your brain was running with a governor on it that you weren't born with, by the way, that was slowly and very effectively placed there. It's like boiling a frog one degree at a time until it reaches 212. So, it doesn't know. You drop it into boiling water, hops out, you turn it up a little bit, and it just sits there. That's what you guys are doing. Please listen to me, man. I'm not coming out here to give you bunk information. I'm coming out here to help you guys. Like you don't need gurus or insta experts or whatever influencer idiot is coming out telling you what their magic formula is that makes this look bad or makes something else looks bad or has a special cream that nobody's heard of yet because they got it from some place in a far off land where Peter Pan still flies around. You don't need hype. You don't need marketing. You don't need $500 bottles of placeos and garbage. You need biology that actually [ __ ] works. You need physiology for power. You need neurology for speed. You need endocrinology for the systemic edge because the truth is this, getting smarter is actually an option, but also right now so is stupidity cuz I just gave you the answer on how to get smarter. So being stupid is also an option. So bottom line is I don't know, maybe let me know when you're ready to ditch the circus and build a brain that wins. It's your move though. Hope you got something out of this. I got to go. Never miss.
