A lot of people want more money, but they are unaware of the way in which they currently feel about money in this moment. The people that are making the most money in the world are the most comfortable talking about it.

Acting on the assumption of more money means that you might have to make some bold decisions in your life.

The first step that I always tell people when it's time to create that inner sense of plenty is self-awareness. The next thing that I want you to do in step number two is to start to shift the focus to not what do I [Music] step is to desire more, want it, but do not need it. Number four in creating an inner sense of plenty is to—and this is where most people get tripped up.

One of my most uh requested topics is always money. I've talked about this in many different ways, all the different ways to manifest money and become a vibrational match. But I think what I would love to do today is give you the four-step process to manifest more money through creating an inner sense of plenty. I think to me uh it makes much more sense because it teaches you that the inner sense of plenty, the perspective with which you see the world through is what actually calls in the money. It's not writing something down on a piece of paper. It's not just dreaming about it. It's actually a feeling within you.

So the first step that I always tell people when it's time to create that inner sense of plenty is self-awareness of where you currently reside. So a lot of people want more money, but they are unaware of the way in which they currently feel about money in this moment. They're actually unaware of just how much lack and limitation is presenting in their life in this moment. So I would ask you to journal the question: where in which do I feel limited financially? And so what I'm getting you to actually do is to perceive in this moment all the areas in your life where you don't have an inner sense of plenty.

So if you feel like you don't have enough money to pay your bills, if you feel like you want to go on more vacations, but you can't go on those vacations, or if you can go on a vacation, you have to stay at a three-star instead of a five-star. If you go to the grocery store and you're using food stamps and that doesn't feel good for you, or if you're using coupons or you're price matching, or you go to the grocery store and the bill's too high and you take a few things out that you would love—all of that, I want you to really um allow yourself to journal it all out and pull out all the ways in your life right now that you do not feel financially secure, where you feel limited financially.

After we've done that and you've taken a look at that and you can see, okay, this is my current mindset related to money. This is the current belief system that I have about money and how I currently feel about it. And what you'll notice is it has a feeling, and that feeling is limitation. That feeling is lack. That feeling is not wholeness. It's not prosperity. So prosperity is what you have when money is spent, right? So if you're really limited and you don't feel like you have enough, you're not feeling a prosperous feeling. You're feeling something different. So I'm making you aware of the current feeling that you are in.

The next thing that I want you to do in step number two in creating this inner sense of plenty is to start to shift the focus to not what do I see that's negative, but where do I see all the abundance and prosperity in my life now? So that second step is to shift your focus to not from where do I feel limited, but where in fact do I feel abundant. So this is where I have people take a look at their life and look at all the stuff they have. I have 75 pairs of shoes. I have an entire bookshelf of thousands of books. I have two cars sitting in my driveway. I have an entire pantry full of craft dinner and uh bottled water. Um, you know, where in your life do you have an abundance of things already? And when you start to see that as abundance, I'm shifting the focus away from lack and limitation and to where you're limited, and I'm shifting your focus over to abundance.

It might also be a really good idea for you as well. What I call this um is to do an inventory of your financial security of your life. Do an inventory of all the money you've made in your life, all the money you've circulated. If you go back to when you first started working to today and you do an average, you will see that you've actually circulated a fair bit of money in your life. You're just not currently seeing it all in one place. So, it doesn't feel like a lot. But when you accumulate it like that and you write it all out, somebody did this and they messaged me and they said, "Kathleen, I went and did this exercise and I've made $2 million in my lifetime and I'm only 45." And I was like, "Wow, it feels pretty abundant, doesn't it?" Whereas the old story was, "I only have $1,000 in my bank account. I'm in lack and limitation. I can't afford things." So, I'm just getting you to shift your focus and to see the abundance all around you.

To perceive the world's abundance also has you see just how much of everything there is, how much of resources are out there. And to shift your focus to abundance in all areas means look at all the abundance of relationships and friendships in your life and the grass on the ground and the leaves and the trees. Um, I am not someone who is absolutely in love with snow. I often will say I have no use for it. Um, I could do without it. But when I am out there looking at the snow, my perspective is: wow, there is such an abundance of snow, isn't there? I'm remaining in the abundant thinking related to snow, and what I look at is abundance because I'm thinking from abundance.

So first, what I want you to do, step one, is to feel the financial limitations. Where are they? Become aware of them. Step two is to see all the abundance all around you, and that's what builds that inner sense of plenty. The third step is to desire more. Want it, but do not need it. So when you need more money, you are coming from lack and limitation. You are coming from a place of attachment. You are attached to the need for more money. And vibrationally, what you are putting out is: I don't have money. I don't have money. I don't have money. And the universe says: yes, I'm going to give you more of that—I don't have money.

So instead, what I want you to do is to desire it from a want place. I am so happy and so grateful with all of the money that I have today. Even if it's 20 bucks, I am so happy and grateful with all the money that I have today, and I am so excited for more, and I would love more. Grateful, never satisfied. So, you're not saying I have enough and I don't want any more. You're being grateful for what you have, but opening yourself up to the desire for more money in your life. And then when you are in that healthy detached state of desiring more money, you now are tapping into an even greater level of inner sense of plenty. And now you've tapped into the vibration and the frequency of calling more of it in. But if we're not there, then we can't call it in.

One thing I've noticed with this part, many people do not allow themselves to want more. And the reason that we don't allow ourselves to want more, there could be many limiting beliefs related to this, but the most common one is the belief that wanting more is bad. The belief that money is bad, that it's wrong, that if you have a lot of money that you're a scam artist or you're a liar, that wanting material things is bad and wrong, that um wanting to be a millionaire or a billionaire is greedy or selfish in some way. Um, I have had to reconcile a lot of those beliefs, a lot of those limiting beliefs in order for me to allow myself to have a $700,000 day. I had to be okay with allowing that much money in, wanting it, being an open vessel and expanding myself to the capacity to have that.

So, I am not talking negatively about people with money. I am not judging people with money. I am not thinking that money is bad and wrong and the root of all evil. I am not thinking that I'm taking from anybody. I'm—I actually believe that the more I call into myself, the more I circulate, the more I serve, the more I give, the more I help others. And so I'm opening my capacity by making it okay to want it. That's basically what number three is, is making it okay to want it.

Number four in creating an inner sense of plenty is to act on the inner sense of plenty. And this is where most people get tripped up because most people continue to act from lack and limitation. Most people continue to make decisions from limitation. Most people reinforce the lack of money in their lives by acting from the lack of money in their lives. I'm asking you to act from a different place. I'm asking you to act from the inner sense of plenty. So yes, that does mean buying the nicer coffee instead of the cheapest coffee. It does mean going out for dinner and not looking at the prices and choosing based on what you want and not what's on sale. It does mean that you're going to be grateful for all the money that you have. You're going to be grateful to pay that bill tomorrow. So when that bill shows up, you're not going to be disgruntled and unhappy. You're going to say, "Thank you that I get to pay the electricity bill because I love having lights on in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom." Things like that. So yes, I'm going to ask you to do that. But the biggest thing is to think differently and to show up differently related to money.

The people that are making the most money in the world are the most comfortable talking about it. So when I am with uh my friends and acquaintances that are very wealthy, we have no problem talking about what we're spending, what we're buying, how much things are; we're very, very open about finances. But when you start to hang out with, or I recall my old version of myself and my old friends, we would never talk about that. Money was like, "No, no, no. We can't talk about that or how much we make." So for me, it's a comfort level in being able to discuss it, to be able to talk about it. Um, and to live like it's normal. Like wealth is your norm. It's not abnormal, but it's normal and it's natural.

So these would be the four steps that I would say to develop an inner sense of plenty, with number four being one of the most important parts: to act on the assumption of the inner sense of plenty. I hope that this helps, and if you can embody one of those four things, you'll start to feel a massive shift in your life. Keep in mind that acting on the assumption of more money means that you might have to make some bold decisions in your life. So, Kathleen Cameron, registered nurse, making $37 an hour. When I started to act on an inner sense of plenty of being a millionaire, I knew I couldn't be working that nursing job anymore and be a millionaire. So, I hope you enjoy those four steps and uh and have the realization of more money because that is what I see for every single one of you that listens to this podcast. I have a desire for each of you to experience wholeness in your life, which also means an abundance of prosperity in your life as well. It makes life a lot easier, doesn't necessarily make you happy, but it does make life a lot easier. So, to your ease and flow, and remember that the limit does not exist. [Applause] [Music]
