They can call themselves anti-capitalists or anti-imperialists or communists or anarchists or Marxists cloaked in the language of equality and justice and liberation. Under President Trump, for the first time, the United States is building the infrastructure, the partnership, and the strategy to defeat the scourge of far-left terror.
The Bond villain summit comes off the back of arresting one of the world's leading pro-Palestine philanthropists in Spain. Fergie Chambers now faces extradition to the United States for the crime of opposing genocide. The US and Israel wants a world where no one can protest against the crimes they commit, a world where children can be slaughtered and no one is allowed to fight back. Marco Rubio tells us that this summit is about intelligence sharing, border security, stopping online radicalization, and disrupting finance. Behind these words, you will find a highly coordinated transnational dragnet designed to criminalize international solidarity. On a quiet Friday in the Mona Valley, a black vehicle blocked the path of Fergie Chambers, an activist who has poured millions into humanitarian aid in Gaza and legal defense funds for activists.
And as this genocide goes on right now in Gaza, we felt it was the time to act a little more intensely. Seven Spanish police officers, acting on a US extradition warrant, handcuffed him. The US indictment charges him with international money laundering claiming that he moved 7.5 million dollars out of the United States to support what they call illicit networks. He now faces up to 20 years in prison. Dr. Ghassan Abu Sitta, the rector of the University of Glasgow, has called Fergie Chambers funding vital for the care of wounded children in Gaza. But to the US and Spanish states operating in perfect cross-border harmony, Chambers is a transnational financial threat. If you disrupt genocide, you are a terrorist.
Let's look at how the British state, seemingly at the behest of the White House, banned Palestine Action. The direct action group targeting Israeli arms manufacturer Elbit Systems. In early March 2025, activists painted the words "Gaza not for sale" on Donald Trump's luxury Turnberry golf course in Scotland. Court documents have now revealed that UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer personally held two separate phone calls with Donald Trump about Palestine Action. The next day, Trump took to Truth Social calling Palestine Action terrorists and demanding they be treated harshly. By June 2025, Home Secretary Yvette Cooper officially prescribed Palestine Action as a terrorist organization.
The High Court said that your decision to prescribe Palestine Action, essentially say they're a terrorist group, the court found that that was wrong, that you'd made a mistake in how you went about that. One of those who's been arrested, 83-year-old Church of England priest Sue Parfitt, she's been charged under the Terrorism Act for holding a placard up supporting Palestine Action. We spoke to her yesterday and she has message for you.

Although the High Court initially ruled this ban unlawful, the state's appeal quietly overturned that decision in June 2026, solidifying a terrifying precedent. If you disrupt the flow of weapons to a genocide, you are a terrorist.
Let's look at what Rubio's intelligence sharing and disrupting finances look like in the flesh. In 1962, Nelson Mandela was arrested. Former CIA operative Donald Rickard admitted on his deathbed that he had used a network of informants to track Mandela's movement and handed the precise details directly to the South African apartheid regime. A senior CIA official at the time, Paul Eccleston, bragged to a colleague, "We have turned Mandela over to the South African Security Branch. We gave them every detail, what he would be wearing, the time of day, just where he would be. It's one of our greatest ever coups." Even after Mandela was released in 1990, won the Nobel Peace Prize, and became the democratically elected president of South Africa, the US government kept him on its official terrorism watch list.
It didn't stop with Mandela. The Metropolitan Police's deep cover special demonstration squad, the spy cops, systematically infiltrated British anti-apartheid campaigns in the 1970s and '80s. They took the intelligence gathered by the spy cops and handed it directly to BOSS, the notorious apartheid South African Bureau for State Security.
The anti-apartheid movement had intelligence operatives in it, South African security operatives tape recording the whole thing and collaborating with the British Special Branch and other intelligence operations including presumably by undercover officers. They were working together.
BOSS ran a lethal Z Squad explicitly tasked with conducting cross-border terrorist attacks and assassinations against anti-apartheid targets. And they even brought that state-sponsored terrorism directly to the streets of London. On March 14th, 1982, apartheid agents detonated an 11-kg bomb against the rear wall of the ANC's offices on Penton Street in Islington, injuring a sleeping caretaker and targeting ANC President Oliver Tambo. While BOSS was literally planting bombs in London, the British Special Branch and the Metropolitan Police were routinely ignoring the warnings of anti-apartheid leaders. Instead of protecting British citizens, they were systematically funneling intelligence about them back to Pretoria via BOSS handlers. Who were the human beings spied on by British police only to be hunted down and killed by apartheid agents.
First, look at Ahmed Timol. Ahmed was a brilliant young South African teacher who moved to London in the late 1960s. He became deeply involved with exiled liberation movements and British anti-apartheid campaigns, the exact circles the newly formed SDS was monitoring. When Timol secretly returned to South Africa, police arrested him at a roadblock. He was taken to John Vorster Square Police Station, tortured for 5 days, and then thrown to his death. So, Ahmed Timol was spied on by the British state. That information was shared with the apartheid regime, which then killed him. And the British state's complicity didn't end with his death. In 1971, when a small private group of just 15 grieving activists gathered in a London room to mourn Timol's murder, an undercover British spy cop was sitting in that room.
Then, look at Ruth First. Ruth was an intellectual powerhouse of the anti-apartheid resistance. Living in exile in North London during the 1960s and 70s, she was a frequent speaker at the events organized by the anti-apartheid movement, the primary target of early SDS spies like Mike Ferguson. Her movements, her associates, her safe houses, all meticulously cataloged by British intelligence and fed into a database accessible to South African apartheid state agents. When Ruth left the relative safety of London to take a university post in Mozambique, apartheid super spy Craig Williamson knew exactly where she was. On August 17th, 1982, Ruth First was killed when she opened the letter bomb sent directly to her university office. She was spied on in London by the British police who provided information about her to the South African BOSS agents. The very same Craig Williamson who orchestrated her assassination was the operational commander who just months earlier smuggled bomb components into the UK in diplomatic bags to blow up the ANC's London headquarters.
It's a soldier's job to kill when he's threatened and when the system that he's defending is threatened. That is the response. If the enemy is trying to kill you or trying to kill people that you are defending, your job is to kill him.
And look at Dulcie September. Before being posted to France as the ANC's chief representative, Dulcie lived in London working hand-in-hand with the British anti-apartheid movement. Her political files in special branch records were incredibly detailed. On March 29th, 1988 Dulcie September was shot five times in the head at close range outside her Paris office by an apartheid hit squad. Her precise daily routines and local movements had been meticulously logged by British security databases before the assassin struck. This is the brutal reality of what they call intelligence sharing.
And we are here today to build on that work. We can and we must identify and map this threat and rebuild our counterterrorism architecture to defeat it. Just as we have done together before. Now we must do it together again. Through intelligence and information sharing, through coordinated law enforcement strategy through financial targeting and disruption we will dismantle these networks brick by brick.
So, when Marco Rubio stood before 60 nations and talked about disrupting financial networks and intelligence sharing, remember Ahmed Timol. Remember Ruth First. Remember Dulcie September. This summit is the modernization of the very same apparatus that hunted Nelson Mandela. It's the same global pipeline that shared intelligence with apartheid death squads. It's the same imperial alliance that allows a US president to call a UK Prime Minister and demand the outlawing of a political movement. They are not trying to stop violence. They are trying to build an inescapable transnational cage for anyone who dares to stand against the financial and military interests of empire. They call it national security. We call it the facilitation of state terrorism.
