As a hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating the guests, taking reservations, attending to any phone calls or inquiries, and group bookings, just to name a few.
[Music] If I'm the allocator, I'm responsible for greeting every single guest and allocating all the reservations and the walk-in guests to a table. As a cashier, I'm responsible for all the transactions, as well as attending the phone. The seater is responsible for escorting the guests to the table and handing over the menus.
