If you were using Claude Code in 2026 and you don't yet have an Agentic OS setup yet, let me show you how to get yours in three steps. This is essentially my war room and it was built on Claude Code, but it could be powered by any AI model.
So, step one is setting up your agentic brain that you can connect to the OS. So, what you want to do is download Obsidian, then download the Graph 5 plugin for Claw Code. This will turn all the data inside of your claude code setup into a knowledge graph that actually shows meaningful relationships between the data. Then just run graphify and let it graph your data.
After setting up your agent brain in step one, you're going to move into step two and you're going to get a builder framework like Paul to build out the OS for you. So you install Paul and you run this command. This is how we initiate the build of the OS like a real engineer without being one. And you'd build it phase by phase with Claude having all the right architectural principles in mind.
Now, at this point, you should have some sort of interface that you could take a look at. So, we've built the brain and we have the OS design. And step three is all about publishing the OS. You have two choices. As of right now, you see the OS is hosted locally on my machine. And your other option is to host it on GitHub and deploy the software on something like Railway or Versell. That way, you can actually get a domain and let other people use the OS that you've built. And if you decided to deploy it, you can bundle and reskin the entire OS as a sellable product.
If you like what I'm throwing down and you want the full playbook, just comment OS.
