Stick a butter chicken is the dinner you make when you don't feel like cooking. We've all seen it as a side dish, but when I saw it turned into a complete meal, that just makes sense.
Start with two cups of white rice. Go in with 8 oz of mushrooms, two cans of beef consmé, and one can of French onion soup. Then just give that a stir.
Next goes the stick of butter. Next, a heavy sprinkling of pecorino romano. Then season up your chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder, and paprika, and place that right on top. Then add a little more cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Then uncover and go another 15 to 20 minutes or until it's all absorbed.
Little sprinkle of fresh parsley, stick of butter, chicken and rice. That's perfectly cooked. My family will inhale this 100%. We'll be making it again.
