I looked at the guy, I'm like, "On a day like this, I'm on my A-game." And I did. I missed it. I said to him back, "How did I miss?" He said, "Well, there's the positioning to get that thing. Once he's not there, so you find that the golfer may take five seconds in positioning properly to make one shot because he's not the, he gets the angle properly. So once you miss the call and you, there's no way you can put this ball." And that's the problem with the Christian faith. We have missed the call. And when we miss the call, you are trying to, so you are wondering, "Why is God not responding?" Was no, no, you missed the call. And the way you can get more is that you must go back. No golfer outgrows the call. No, no, no, no, no, no. You will go back. Even with school, arithmetic is the core of mathematics. If you don't like arithmetic, you don't, you can't leave mathematics alone. Leave mathematics alone. Are you understanding what I'm saying? In the same way, we may have missed the call. Let's go back to the call. Let's see what exactly this call is. To Romans chapter 9? Is it Romans 10? I want you to give to me now. Um, no, no, Romans 9, verse, yeah, that's it. Romans 10, verse 9-10. Romans 10:9-10. Can we read together in concert at a count of three? One, two, three, go.

So there is something you believed at the point of entry. You believed in the death, the burial, and resurrection. That's the call. Now go to verse 10. Verse 10.
"And with the heart, man, what? And with the mouth is not so much of the mouth is what the heart believes. 'Cause your mouth can confess anything. But until your mouth is confessing what your heart believes, you are not saved."
So, you, your heart believes that Jesus died, he was buried. And that's the core of the message of the gospel. Give me this in the Message translation. Okay.

It's the word of faith that welcomes God to go to work to. Watch this. Watch this. So the word of faith gets God to go to work. Doesn't get you to go to work.
So, you are not the one working to set things right between you and God. It is God who works."

So, if you miss this call of God setting things right and you decide to set things right, you find out, see, if you don't tie, your life will be tight. If you are check, you are sick, check your seed. If you are suffering, check your offering. If you are this, you think that I have to do something to make things right. Not knowing that he has done everything is the foolishness of preaching. Go to verse 10. Verse 10.

"You are not doing. You are simply calling out to God, trusting him to do it. That's what. That's what salvation is."
So salvation is not you doing something, it's you trusting in what he has done for you. That's what salvation. Can you see that? Let's go.

You see, salvation is like, salvation is like surgery. You see, when you're having a surgery, they're going to put anesthesia. You got to sleep. Your eyes may be awake, but your body can't move. Sometimes, sometimes you fall asleep because the surgeon has to do what he has to do. That salvation. The problem here is that you're talking to the doctor. "You, touch my liver, liver, leave her, leave her now. My intest, I don't like the way you do look." Guess what? Then you stand up from the surgery room and then you start moving and you leave a trail of mess everywhere you go to because you didn't let the surgeon complete the work. And guess what this surgeon does? He keeps running after you singing, "Baby, let me love you, baby, let me." But you, you can't listen because, "I can, I can fix it." Not knowing that it is God who is at work in you both to will and to do of his good plan. Not your neighbor say, "Let God fix you." Heaven doesn't help those who help themselves. Heaven helps those who admit that they cannot help themselves. That we may boldly say, "The Lord is our helper." Look at your neighbor one more time and say, "Let God fix you." Louder. One more time. Say, "Let God fix you."
I know some of you are giving God a hard time in fixing you, but let God fix you. Let God fix you. Let God fix you. One more time. Say, "Let God fix you."
One of the ways God fixes you, I can tell you for free, is getting planted in a church. Get, get submitted to authority. Get accountable to leadership. You know, I was speaking to one of the OG's and they said something that we can look from a distance at a young preacher. We can tell whether this food done well before it come off the pot. They can smell it. They can see it. So you can be anointed, though anointed doesn't mean you are, you, the food done well. You may have eloquence. No, one of the ways God fixes you is submission to authority, when it's convenient and when it's not convenient. You're not opinionated. Said you, no, no, no. You are submitting. You are learning. That's how God fixes you. Look at your neighbor one more time. Tell them, "Pastor is talking about you, not me. Let God fix you." I don't like the way you said. Look for neighbor, say, "Pastor is talking about you, oh, not me. Say, 'Let God fix you.'" No, don't stay in any church where you feel like you know more than the pastors. Leave. I'm serious. Run. Leave. Why are you there? Like, you know, you know it all. Why are you still there? You want to leave quickly if you're not going to submit, 'cause you're going to be rebellious. And the Bible says the sin of rebellious is like the sin of what? Witchcraft. So, in the spirit, you're a. You don't need to fly to be a witch. I didn't say that. The Bible says that. It's just that rebelliousness. Look at your neighbor one more time. Say, "Let God fix you." Glory to God. Say, "Let God fix you." Glory to God.
And he fixes us by his word growing from within us. One of the things we mentioned last week that is important and I want to say to you, 1 Corinthians 2:1-2 KJV message. 1 Corinthians 2:1-2 KJV message can come. 1 Corinthians 2 verse 1-2 KJV. The call. Give me this in the Message translation, 1 and 2.

"He says, 'You remember, friends, that when I first came to you to let you under share God's share genius, I didn't try to impress you with what? Polished speeches.'"
Oh, keep it. Keep it. That means I didn't come with polish. I didn't come with altars, you know, porters, thrones, dominion, how to ascend, to maintain, to attain, to retain, all those nonsense that has no spiritual bearing. When I'm seated in Christ, where am I attaining to? Where do I want? Let's ascend to where? Ephesians 2:6 is not clear to you enough. He has raised us up and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ. I want to ascend from that place to where God gave me the seat of his son, which is his seat. There's nowhere higher. So give, let's go to Message verse two. Message verse two.

"Let's go. I deliberately kept it plain first and who he is and then Jesus."
What did that Jesus? Because the message of the gospel is not how Jesus walked on water. It's not how he raised the dead. It's not how he healed the sick. It's how he died. He was buried. And Jesus crucified. So you can preach the Galilee man. You didn't preach the gospel. Yeah. You can go to a church and they're preaching Galilee man and you didn't, you didn't hear the gospel. All of that he did was to show us our possibilities now that he's living inside of us. So when you want to teach Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, don't teach the believer as the woman with the issue of blood. I grew up in the church. They used to do touching God for results. And they got it from the woman with the issue of blood. So this part of the service, so we have to touch him. No, the believer is not the woman with the issue of blood. The believer is Jesus. And out of your belly now flows rivers of living waters. So I'm not the sick trying to be healed. I am the healed, enforcing and dispensing the power of God. Are you listening to me? So when you read Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, don't see yourself as blind Bartimaeus. No. See yourself as Jesus. Don't see yourself as the woman who ate crumbs that fall, fell from the master's table. That's father, just even it's just the crumb that falls from you. How dare you say that? Don't you know that you're born again and you are seated at the table? You have the bread, the baker, and the bakery. So you don't see yourself as that. When you hear Jesus is feeding 5,000, don't choose a number. No, don't choose a number. That's you lending onto nations and do not borrow. So it's Jesus who he is and Jesus and what he did. So you see, you actually come to church to hear these two things: Jesus, who he is, Jesus, what he did. One more time. Jesus. Because the, watch this. If you know who Jesus is, you know who the Father is. And then you know who you are. Come on. Stay with me, church. Because the revelation of Jesus shows you who the Father is and then shows you who you are. And then when you now see Jesus and what he did, he shows you now what you can lamb from the largest of what he has done. Look at your neighbor say, "Jesus, who is Jesus and what he did." That's our focus. That's our focus.
I said to you last week, Wednesday, Sunday, and even Wednesday, if we come to church to fix problems, then we are a shrine. Just a civilized shrine. If that's why we come to church is to solve people's problems, then you are a shrine. You're no different from your aunties who went to the bush to see native doctors. The same way, you know, and you know, I was a, I'm a church boy. You don't know what I'm talking about. I'm, see, listen to me. Uncle Juba is here. Listen to me. My dad before he gets back, I'm talking 3:00, my house is full. He solved people's problems all his life. I'm telling you the truth. If we start approaching God from the problem solved, he was just the church native doctor. That's, that's because that's because they didn't know who they were in Christ. Jesus, I'm telling you out of experience. Are you understanding what I'm saying? And you know, it's okay. Leave it. Some pastor say, "Who's that boy?" Flush. We don't even know his pedigree. He's stuck. Like, you're such a foolish brat. When I got saved 1990, you were still smoking in your head. Do, do you understand? So, I'm telling you the truth. If you, you are coming to church for a problem-solving God, "Give me, give me, forgive me, forgive me, give me, give me, give me, forgive me." You've missed the essence. We come to grow in Christ. We come to learn who he is and what he's done. Once you know that, signs and wonders follow people who believe. We don't chase signs and wonders. Signs and wonders follow us who believe. Are you listening to me? I'm not saying you will not release the supernatural as pastors. I'm glad we were here on Friday night and you saw for yourself the supernatural at work. 'Cause some of you can think it's because they don't have these things. That's why. No, we're not condemning it. Our focus will always be the cross and what he has done for us because that is the crux of the matter. And everyone said, amen.
Jesus was preaching. I shared this on Wednesday. And they said to him, "Oh, Father, um, Jesus, show us some signs." I mean, release some of your powers. Release your powers. Give us something like, not be church or show workings. Jesus said to them, "An evil and an adulterous generation seek a sign." That's what, that's how Jesus responded to them. An evil and what? Look at it. "But he answered and said unto them, an evil and what seeketh after a sign, but there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet." Look at the scripture. Look at the sign that Jesus gave to them. Next verse, verse 14.
"But as Jonah was three days and three nights in the whale's belly, so shall the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart."
So what Jesus responded to them when they told Jesus, "Show us a sign." Jesus showed them the gospel, his death, his burial, and res. Paul was speaking, says the Jews seek a sign, but we preach Jesus. So as pastors, we don't give them what they are seeking. We give them Jesus. Let look at it.
"The Jews require a sign. And the Greek seeks after wisdom."
Four keys to make it in life. First key, consistency. Second key, persistency. Third key, intensity. Fourth key, what? Tenacity. Then at the fifth one, say, "Don't displace the grace of God. The God factor." Ahead, put the God factor. You didn't hear the gospel. That's what Paul is saying. But we preach what.
So the fact that that's what they are seeking, you don't give them what they are seeking. You give them the gospel, his death, burial, and resurrection. If you came to church this morning for the first time expecting the pastor to call your name, your phone number, and your details, you lost your passport. This is not the place. We don't do magic show religion. What we feed on is his death, his burial, his resurrection. Until that same power that is at work in your pastor is really at work in you. 'Cause I don't have Holy Ghost Pro Max. I have the same Holy Ghost inside of you. You shall also decree a sin and it shall be established.
If you can't say amen, say ouch. So I know what to do to be popular. I know exactly what to do. Nobody ruled in Edu and Delta state without coming to my house. Jub knows what I'm talking about. No governor, when my dad was alive, without coming to see. There's one prophet down there that you have to see. I know this road. I know what to do to be popular. But I'm going to be effective. If they didn't know, right? I can't follow that trace. We follow Christ and him being crucified. Fantastic. I came from that place. I never asked anybody for money. Never duped anybody. Never. I can't do that. It's not in me. Can't. Are you listening to me? So we fix our eyes on Christ and him being crucified. That is the core of our message and that's what gives birth to what more. I want to get to the point where you can really yourself start producing miracles. Yes. Yourself. There's a lady who met, kept somebody died in my office. I prayed for her. She go back to life. And I walked past like, not I'm like, "Yes, I didn't have to be called." There's nothing. Would you, would you call a pastor to join faith with you? But she had to. She knew what to do. Another lady said he was, uh, minister Dan said the family, they were. And he just said, "You know what? Let me lay hands on my children." And did the next day they were all fine because that same Holy Ghost is at work in you. It's at work in you. And when we preach about idols in church as pastor, you, you are a hypocrite. Members are the biggest idols. You tell them the truth, they leave. You correct them, they do their face like ampit, but not here. You know, I really don't send you 'cause some of you I know that you are here just because you don't have another alternative. It's not because you are loyal. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. It's not because you are. There's no alternative yet for you. I know you. Aha. Oh, look at you. How you are me? No, no, no, no, no. You think I came here to play? No, no, no, no, no. I'm not in no vision in office. No, no. Don't play. I know you don't. You're not on the fence. I know where you are standing on many issues. So, it's okay. But I, but again, we focus on preaching the gospel, his death, his burial, his resurrection. That's the message of the gospel. And everybody said, amen.
Glory to God. Let me show you some of the things we mentioned is that makes you born again. And you know you are a believer. You know you're a believer. Association doesn't get you saved. Association doesn't get you saved. That you are, you are in the company of believers doesn't mean you're saved. Judas was not born again. Thomas was not born again. I showed you last week. So, stop behaving as though those people lost their salvation. Please don't do that. I see even pastors doing it on Facebook. It's such an unintelligent thing to do. Both Judas and Thomas, Jesus said they were not saved. They did not believe in him. Jesus said it. The one who is the isot, you know there sa there soo there s says these people, did they not believe in me? So association doesn't get you saved. It is revelation that gets you saved. But you were born in a Christian home. No, doesn't mean you're saved. It's revelation that's how we know that you're saved. Glory to God. Come on. I said, glory to God. So what did you believe? Because in Acts chapter 15, they believed in Jesus plus something. And that's why our conference is a, is a loud, it's a little more test of what you really believe whether you're truly saved. I believe in Jesus and Jesus alone. And I said to you last week, believing in God doesn't mean you're saved. Believing in God doesn't make you saved. It's believing in what God has done in Christ that makes you saved. Jude 2, James 2:119. Look at it there.
"Thou believest that there is one God. Thou what?"
The devil also believes in what? So the devil believes in God. So how are you different from the devil? It's believing what God has done in Christ for you that really makes you saved. Give me the antipity. The next translation. Let's read.

"Yeah, they unchanged and remain demons. So the demons believed and they are unchanged."
So believing in God doesn't make you saved. It's believing in what God has what done in Christ for you. Do you believe that Jesus died for you? Do you believe that when he died, all your sins were forgiven? That's how you know that you're truly saved. Let's go to the points we raised last week so we can raise to a close. Glory to God. So 1 Timothy 3:16. 1 Timothy 3:6. You know the Bible says that in the last, men will not be able to endure sound doctrine. So let me say this to you. I'll say this with my full chest. And one of the gifted people with the gospel that makes the gospel interesting whilst you hear it. That's the truth. Some of your faves go sit in their churches. You'll be dozed off. That's the truth. You can, you, you'll be dozed off. You know why? Because sound doctrine needs to be endured. No, that's what the Bible says. So, look at it now.
"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine."
So, the fact that you have somebody that makes it very engaging and beautiful doesn't mean that you, that's why you have it everywhere. It's, it has to be endured. Endure what? Sound doctrine. So, it's endurable. Glory to God. We don't endure it here. We actually enjoy it here. We enjoy doctrine here 'cause I get, I get it to you in a way that you must understand. Are you listening to me? 1 Timothy 3:16. Put it up. Let's read. You know, do you know how many scriptures we've read so far? We've done over 20 scriptures. Then somebody will now come with one scripture from Habakkuk that God did not cook with K leg and say, "But the Bible." Are you now saying? Does it now mean? You don't study and you want to argue. That's why when Dr. So that mean I ask them some questions, they can't reply. 'Cause we ask you the question with 20 scriptures, they can't reply. There's one that I sit down, let's talk. After 2 hours, he say, "Yes, this thing you are preaching is the truth, the bishop said. But I cannot make money from this." But I actually appreciated him as an honest man. He just told me his issue. No vex. This thing you are saying is the truth, but there's no part of this your message that I can milk. Amen. Man, it's hard.

"Where is the mystery of God was manifest, justified, seen, preached, believed on, received up."
So, for you to say you are born again, you must believe that Jesus came. He chose the virgin womb as exchanging room, born by the zeal of God to die for mankind. It will shock you how many poor in church, but they don't believe in the virgin birth. Say he's saying that Jesus that won't leave this. You can't cherry-pick the gospel. This is, look at Paul is saying, this is not open for what debate. That is the meaning of without controversy. Cro is Mary gave birth to Jesus. There's nothing like that in revelation knowledge. The Bible says the word became flesh without controversy. Great is the mystery of God was manifest. So both the, is it conception and the manifestation was miracle. He was spirit. You can't push the thing that pushes all things. So if you see Mary, he Jesus walked out of the womb at the right time. That's what Mary said. That's what revelation is showing us. And the word became flesh and dwelt amongst men. So you must believe. John 1:14. Look at it.
"And the word was made flesh."

"And the Word became flesh and blood and moved into the neighborhood."
Jesus Christ. God chose body, a body thou prepared for me. You remember scripture for the son of God became the son of man so that the sons of men will become sons of God. Hallelujah. Well, how is this significant to us? It means that our man is in power. Our man is in power. The person who died for me is a human being. The prophet represents God to the people. But the priest represents the people to God. And Jesus is our high priest. It's a high priest. It's a high priest. It means that because he died for us and he's now accepted, all of us are accepted. That's why we don't have to perform to belong because we're already accepted. And I'm not trying to please God. Jesus already pleased him for me. I can't please him. I don't have the capacity to please God. But in Christ, he's eternally pleased with me. That's the significance of the incarnate birth. Not the reincarnation, the incarnate birth. That a man came and took my place, became the sacrifice and the propitiation for my sins. So there's no sacrifice I have to give to God that Jesus did not already give in excess payment. In excess payment. It was not a spirit that died for me, 'cause spirit can't die for us as human beings. So a man had to come to die for us. It's called the man Christ Jesus. And everybody said, amen. So Jesus came, God came in man, human flesh, human flesh that he could be able to represent us properly. And now that he passed the test, all of us have passed in him. And everybody said, amen.
The second point I told you is the gospel is not Jesus first. The gospel is what? Jesus only. The core of the gospel is not Jesus first. Is what? Jesus what? Not Jesus first. That's where Titan came from. Is that Jesus first? Then now that you have given him the the first, then you now flatter yourself to say the remaining 90 is for you. You're such a comedian. So the one who gave you all your mind says is give him a tip so that you can have the rest. 'Cause that's what he taught us. When you give him 10, you can. Jesus owns everything about your life. So you give, there's no percentage in the New Testament. The percentage in the New Testament is hilarious generosity. You give as you are led by the spirit of God. Nobody puts a price tag on you to tell you this is what you have to give. No, there's nothing like that in the New Testament. You give hilarious generosity is that you decide what you want to give, not 10%. Let giving flow from your heart, not from the sense of religious duty. Let it spring up freely from the joy of giving because God loves what hilarious gen. That's where that thing comes from. First, that's why you give God your January. Then from February to December they go. Then in December, you dirty it hard. That on in January again, you clean it. Clean it up. Say, "I give my January to Lord. I fast." Then once you enter February, and that's what you do too with your life. God first, then your business. No, it's God first, God business, God family, God dream, God everything. 'Cause God is at the core of it all. It's not the first, it's everything. On the cross, he was not on one extreme right. Neither was he in the extreme left. He was at the middle. That nobody can be middleman between us and God. He's the core of everything. The tree in the Garden of Eden was at the middle of the garden. God cannot be your first. He can, he should be your all. That's why you have your church life, you have your business life, you have your social life. Which one did Jesus die for? That's that has also influenced your church clothes and your weekend cloth. If you can't say amen, say ouch. I'm talking to your neighbor, not you. It's okay. It's okay. Yeah, but if you know that I'm not a, I'm not a believer. I'm not a, I'm not a businessman who happens to be a believer. Rather, I'm a believer and I'm in the politics. I'm a believer and in oil and gas. So, the life of Christ flows. I'm not a physical being having a spiritual experience. No, I'm a spirit being having this physical experience because Jesus is not my first. Jesus is my all. Look at your neighbor. Say, "Jesus is your all." Oh, louder. Say, "Jesus is your all." Say, "Jesus is your all."
So this doesn't mean that you shouldn't do secular jobs. I don't even have this here. My, my, that's case in point. So listen to me, all my gifted people. You don't have to do a song that says, "Jesus, the blood, blood, Jesus." Not everybody is, um, sorry, is Pastor Steve Hills, my son. No, not everybody will be Steve Hills. Not everybody will be that girl that beast Max. There are people that will be timid who actually know the love of God enough to sing about love. But once a believer and whatever he's singing, it will not be profanity. It will not be about nudity. It will not be X-rated songs. The Jesus in you won't let you do that. Baby, be be honest with yourself. Say, "Is he saying we must all?" No. You can sing about love. You can sing about transformation. You can sing about Nigeria that even an unbeliever will be inspired by that. If you can say amen, say ouch. This Nigeria, you is so that will teach me. I don't know. It arise compat. What I know. No, actually told. 'Cause when they sang this song, I couldn't sing. And so was singing it. I say, "Ah, her reality, it's different from mine. I can't sing it." In my opinion, give me that song. We are all we have should be our national. My opinion, it should be in my national anthem. Yes, I sing almost be crying in our heart. Yeah, because he came. Have you noticed that songs go both ways? Pain, love. Two songs. Pain, love. So I don't have a problem with you doing that. But there must be something about you at work that everybody knows. Knows there's something about that lady. She's different. That's a believer. 'Cause the life of God is flowing through whatever you do. Why are we the most wicked people in society? Go to NYC. Go to your school to collect your certificate. The woman there is a believer with a band in her hand and even something on her chest. But we are the most wicked people. Why? You cannot be different from who you worship.
If that woman went for a vigil and the vigil was fire, must change fire, and Sunday morning was Covenant Day of vindication or vengeance, on Monday morning, somebody will collect in our office. No, somebody will suffer for that. She will bring that same judgment and vengeance to office. Why? Why are we the most wicked people? Why? Why are we the most wicked people? Because in Nigeria, the gospel has gone wide, not deep. It's wide, not deep. Because we've left the core and we're focusing on just other things. But the core, there must be something. If your Christianity repels people, that's not the gospel. Say, "Me, I'm so holy. They can't talk to me. See my face like when they, when they see me like this, they see the fire." You're not saved. You're not saved. You're not saved. When that angel showed up on Mount Si, the Bible says 3,000 people died. But on the day of Pentecost, hey, when the Holy Ghost was fully come, 3,000 people received Jesus because the gospel does not repel, the gospel attracts. There must be something about the gospel that we teach and preach that is appealing, but yet convincing. Not appealing, and then we blend in. It's appealing, but yet we're able to convict them of, you know, you, you can be better than this. You should be more than this. Not accepting their excesses or pointing them to the cross. Telling people about what they are doing wrong is not the gospel. There's nothing like that in scripture. Telling them what God has done in Christ for them is the gospel. "For God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, no longer imputing to them their transgression." If God is not counting their sins, you, you should stop counting their sins. God is canceling their sins. So our message is to tell them, "All your sins have been forgiven. You just need faith to receive forgiveness of sins." And everybody said, amen.
Look at your neighbor. Say, "Pastor is talking to you, not me." So we mentioned last week again, our third point was the ransom has been paid. Do you believe that? Somebody shout again. Say, "The ransom has been paid." Louder. And one more time. Say, "The ransom has been paid." And Nigerians, we should understand the concept of ransom. Should I explain more? No. There must be somebody around you that you knew that was kidnapped at some point in the last five years. If you are not in that category, the Lord really loves you and your family. I've been involved in negotiating ransom for somebody. Oh, as a pastor, you got to do all kinds of crazy things. Yes. But Jesus is the ransom that was paid. So for a believer to think that you, you need deliverance is you not understanding that the ransom. Now, the believer can be oppressed, the believer can be obsessed, but the believer cannot be possessed. Possession means that the devil has entered inside of you and Jesus and the devil cannot be squatting in your house. You can be oppressed from ignorance, obsessed from ignorance, but no possession. No, that there's something. No, you don't have to pay anything. Christ has paid it all, once for all time, once for all men. So, pastor, are you now saying? Listen to me. And I've told Christocentric people, believers, stop saying, "Oh, that family pattern does not exist." No, it does exist. But it's not your reality. "And it came to pass, that while Apollos was at Corinth, you know Paul, you know Apollos preaching Jesus was baptism."
Paul having passed through the upper coast came to Ephesus and finally sent to the disciples. Next verse, next verse.
"And he said unto them, Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed?"
And they said unto him, "We have not so much I've heard." This is the problem with Apollos was teaching the baptism of John. Wasn't teaching the gospel. I'm show you the backdrop from where this came from. Next verse.

He wasn't talking about water baptism. Paul taught one Lord, one faith, one baptism. So that is, unto what were you saved? Like what teaching? For the Bible says in in Galatians that we've been baptized into Christ. That faith got us in, mess, not water. Let's leave that. They said unto John's baptism. Next verse. Next verse. That's Apollos. Next verse.
"Then Paul said, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is on Christ Jesus."
Next verse, verse 5. And when they heard this, so watch this. So Paul used what John taught and turned it to repentance, made it about Jesus. They were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Verse six, this is when they got saved.
"And when Paul had laid his hands on them, the Holy Ghost came on them and they spake with tongues and what?"
Verse seven, and all the men were about 12. They got saved. Ephesians. Let me show you something in the book of Ephesians. Ephesians. Ephesians 1:13. Ephesians 11:13. Give me that in KJV message. What? Hey, there's a teaching in church that says until you start praying in tongues, you are not filled with the Holy Ghost. Not true. If you are saved, you are filled with the Holy Ghost. You may have not expressed praying in tongues because it's a gift that you have not used or has not been activated properly within you, does not mean the Holy Ghost is not inside of you. So your seal has the day of redemption on it. Are you listening to me? So your grieving doesn't unseal the ceiling. But are you hearing what I'm saying? Your grieving, look, I didn't don't look at me like that. Look at the scripture. And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God whereby he has sealed unto the day of redemption. So your grieving doesn't unseal the sealing. Your grieving this week hinders you from all the benefits of the spirit. But the Holy Ghost is saying I will never leave you nor forsake you. Grieve not the Holy Spirit. We teach you sealed to the day of redemption. Look at your neighbor. Say you are sealed. You have the seal of God inside of you. So I say you know spirit husband. Say, "I'm sealed by the spirit."
You know what God did by giving you the spirit? I own this one. That's what it means. I own this one. You know, once went to the market with my mom many years ago. In the same way, when you got saved, you're going to get me to preach now. The Holy Ghost entered inside of you. So to think you can lose THE RAPTURE, YOU ARE joking because there's a payment inside OF YOU THAT GOD IS GOING TO COME forth because you have been sealed with the SPIRIT OF GOD. YES.
