I can't tell you with words. I wish you liked seeing my face or something. I feel so incredible with, like, just the gym and stuff, and not only just the gym, but with, like, social media related things. Um, it's just been, man, I just can't tell you just how happy I am.

I finished all that [ __ ] that I had to do, the gyno surgery, the moving, and then moving to the real moving place, you know, and just so much, like, was going on, and I was just, like, craving routine and challenge and discipline and and results and being in shape and being lean and, like, dude, oh man, it just feels so good to just have my normal, to me what's normal, to have it back. So, I'm so stoked to be making this video right now. Like, this is the greatest thing for me ever.

And, uh, you guys that found me from Instagram or whatever, cuz I've been posting a [ __ ] ton on Instagram, cuz man, I was just trying to use a platform to help my main favorite platform, which is YouTube. And so I'm sitting here trying to figure out, like, who am I, you know? Cuz on YouTube, it doesn't feel like I'm, I'm trying to be anybody. I'm just me, you know? I'm just training. I'm in the gym. This is, like, my home base place where I am absolutely 100% me. And, um, you know, Instagram is like just a billboard advertisement center, and I just don't really like it. But I realized after, you know, a little bit of time and talking to some people, you got to post on Instagram and and just and just do it. So, you know what I said? [ __ ] it. So my days are like full, and I'm so happy to be doing this because not doing this was [ __ ] depressing.

So guys, I hope you guys enjoy this chest workout with this new style. I hired two videographers. Well, it's one, but they're boyfriend, girlfriend, and they come and they're Thai. They're so cool. They speak English super well. Um, they're teaching me a little bit of Thai cuz I'm taking Thai class and, uh, yeah, so they're videoing this. Let me know what you guys think of, uh, how this comes out. Cool.

So, obviously, I suck today. My first workout with my new videographer here. Show yourself. Here's the, here's the team. And I'm so weak. I slept like maybe three or four hours last night. And, uh, yeah, so last week I got [ __ ] seven on this [ __ ]. Now I just got like three or four, you know? And people will say some stuff to me like, "Bro, you're doing this, you're running that." If I was running all the gear that Instagram comments says I'm on, this [ __ ] would be flying on zero carbs, you know? Like, my strength does come down as my calories go down. You know, I was 239 yesterday. I haven't been 239 probably in like 8 months. Seen a two and then a three as the second digit, you know. So, four for two sets, three for maybe two sets, and then like a maybe throw that drop set on there, get some posing and and see if the food I ate yesterday is in my muscles. I hope it is.

I don't know if you guys have ever seen the battle for the Mr. Olympia. The battle for the Mr. Freaking Olympia. Those MOC videos that are like hours long on YouTube. Like, I love those, man. I love those so much. I love those more than any influencer fitness person's videos. Just, I don't know, something about them with the camcorder. It's like [ __ ] VHS tape and it's just a voice over of Jay Cutler talking in like the most monotone Massachusetts voice ever, telling you about his egg whites and and all that, you know, and there's just like footage playing visually. You're seeing him just like lift and look like a [ __ ] beast. And I was like, dude, this is like the sickest video style ever.

And so what I was thinking is combining that, which is this, and also be able to like show my life, and have it be a more current day, you know, usual like fitness video, you know what I'm saying, with like the workout and like other stuff and like more talking to the camera. Um, so dude, yeah, I just hope this is sweet. And like I love that those like video series, the the Jay Cutler like a cut above other ones that are the not Battle for the Mr. Olympia. They're all like shot the same from the same time period, from the same dude. All different places and people and like, you know what I mean? Like all unrelated, but because it was the same videographers filming it, it all has the same aesthetic and vibe. So, yeah, that's my little camcorder spiel.

But anyways, this workout I was, uh, sucking. I I just had really bad sleep and my food and my, you know, calories were kind of getting to me. So what I do though, man, is when I have these [ __ ] days where you're like, "Fuck me. Why do I suck in the gym right now, you know? Like, just stuff feels heavy or you just don't feel good or like your head's not in it?" Whatever. I just think like, okay, if I was at home, then yeah, that would be like plan [ __ ] C that I hate. Um, but dude, look at this pump here. Why would I stay home or not try or get in a bad mental headspace just cuz I'm having a quote unquote bad workout? Like, dude, it's not a bad workout. It's still a good workout because you're trying hard and you're still doing something to the muscle, you know? Like, I'm just talking about those specific days where you go in the gym and you're like, I suck. You know? Like, I felt like I was looking pretty decent.

And you know what's crazy, man? This video is a couple days old and I was looking at myself today. I'm like four pounds lighter than this or like three pounds lighter than this because I woke up today at like 238 or 237 or something like that. In this video, I think I'm like 241 and this was less than a week ago. This is just a couple days ago and I'm already leaner than this, you know? So, I'm like, [ __ ] yeah, man. The diet is so locked and so on point. I'm so happy with it. Like, I'm at a point, guys. I never would have imagined this to be eating 500 g of carbs on a training day in a diet and be like this conditioned. Like, I'm so stoked, you know? So, it's been going really well and me not posting on YouTube has like crushed me. So, I'm really happy to be, uh, starting sharing this now going forward.

Bro, that's pretty nasty right there, huh? This zoom zoom in on this right here. Yeah. >> So, my usual sequence, as you guys, you know, might have known from watching like a few chest videos now, is I always press to start as heavy as I [ __ ] can. Always. Always. Unless it's an extreme situation where I'm like, "Okay, I shouldn't be doing this right now." Like, something feels weird or whatever. So, it's always going to be a press. And recently, dude, I just can't get in the groove on the flat barbell bench here. I've tried like two or three different racks and bench setups, and I just like can't get into it. And I'm like, you know what? Let me just do the Smith incline. It's been getting me really sore, and my reps are going up on it. Like, this week, they went down. But over the last like 3, 4 weeks of doing this, my reps have gone up. Like, I don't know. I just think it's pretty sweet. Like, the Smith Incline I give a freaking A. Absolutely. The barbell for me, for my physique and my progress and like what's how my muscle looks and the goal that I have of how I want my muscle to look because I do not want to be bigger. If quality and the improvement of the overall look, the zoomed out overall look, if that does not improve by adding size, then I will not add size. So, for me, like I almost like a dense grainy chest that isn't like big and bubbly cuz I think it would just make me look weird. And I love hard heavy heavy heavy like always single digit reps, you know, and then like volume throw the big drop set in. And then as you can see here, exercise two going into cable flies. Feels good. Feel like I got these big pillows in my ribs. So if I have a high day, it's always on Monday with legs. So the Tuesday chest workout, the pumps are always nasty. Nasty, dude. It's like there's no better feeling.

>> All right. So, what I'm going to do next is this Smith machine, as you can see, all the way over there. So, what I can do is just stand and do overhead press because for some reason this gym does not have like an L seat, you know what I mean? A real L seat. They don't have that here. So, what I'm going to do is overhead Smith behind the neck. I've been doing this a lot. And what I want to do is get my my shoulders are like, okay, pumped, you know? I want to get here kind of pumped. So, what I'm going to do is some side raises. And then with the pump side delts, we're going to hit some overhead behind the neck. So, the gym, every gym I've ever been to has an L seat, a basic 90° angle L seat. This gym doesn't. And I was pissed. I was I was pissed. And I was like, "Oh man, I got to stand and do this." But dude, it has been actually a little blessing in disguise because the extra little leg drive momentum you can give yourself just like, you know, spot yourself and go past failure. Oh man, it's so good. Like, it's awesome. And I can lean forward with my torso a little bit. It's hard to tell in the video, but I am leaning forward. And, uh, man, my side delts just get blasted. And then you got to do the little Ronnie Coleman thing where he did the shoulder press and put his chin on the on the bar.

So for these, if you have shoulder problems, that's cool. Totally cool. Cuz look, look at all this, you know, just something something where you're going to go, all right, my chest, I do all this pressing. My legs, I do all the squatting and leg pressing, hack squatting. For back, I do all my rowing. But then for shoulders, I just, um, I just isolation. You know, how do you get your side delts to take compound movement, uh, weight and capacity with practice? It doesn't happen on the first time, but eventually you'll get really good at pumping up the side delts with like isolation stuff. And if you personally feel like it's not growing your shoulders, which is what happened to me. They gave me gains for a while, but then my chest, my benching went 300s, 400s. I hit almost 500 on bench. My squatting 300s, 400s, 500s, 600s, my deadlift into the 800s. My side raises, I'm not going to side raise 100 pound dumbbells. Instead of thinking of progressive overload on an isolation move, how can I get my side delts to work on a compound move? And you can do dips, like if you angle a certain way on dips, you can get sick shoulder pumps, overhead pressing, whatever it may be. Something that you can get multi-joint on the on the delts instead of just always side raise with the cables, side raise with the dumbbells, and then you kind of like run out of run out of tools, you know? So, now I use those isolation moves as like pre-exhaust into a compound.

So, I got time. All right, I got time for one more. Let's do it. So, this is a whole entire uncut set of, uh, side raises. This is just how I do them. I have a little bit of a hinge at my hips. Like, as the set goes, I will give myself a little bit more leverage. See, I'm kind of starting to lean forward here. I don't have like the most perfect form for every single rep one through 10 on every exercise. Some I do. Like, I'm not changing my form on a bench or a squat or a deadlifter. Like, you know what I mean? Like, I'm not going to change the form completely or even at all on like a big movement like that. But this side raises, very tall posture, arms by your side, like really focusing on good posture. And then kind of leaning forward and getting a little bit of like just like a forward lean and your arms are coming out to your side and up and behind you in a way and then going into upright rows and like, just look how much momentum I'm using, you know? But if I go to failure and just stop there, then I then that's it. I want to go like to failure and then just keep making the muscle like continue to work by changing how it feels, you know? And that's like a drop set to me is like every set with these ISO movements with light ass weight. Like, I'm trying to turn every set into like a real failure, which is not a straight set and as soon as your form breaks down, you rack it. That's not failure. That's you hit failure at that weight, at that form, but like, what if you change the form a little bit and still hit the muscle? Like the muscle is still going to get hit if I add momentum to my side raises, add momentum to my upright rows, but I'm not having reps one, you know, start there. I need to get plenty of reps where I could rack it and still have a good workout, but I'm trying to have a [ __ ] great workout, which is why I go from, you know, the full set and then I, you know, I add some on all these isolation moves.

>> We are going to go home. I got to show you guys my new truck. It is a 1989 Toyota Hilux, like a 2 and a half liter engine, 5-speed diesel, not available in America, you know, and we got it for like 3 three grand. I could have paid a little less, but I didn't feel like going too back and forth with somebody, so I just bought it at that price. It's got 400,000 km on it, which is like 240,000 miles, and that stopped working, the guy said, years ago. You good?

>> Give me some throttle. Very cool. Look at that.

>> Just thinking, oh shoot, where's my little my little post-workout meal?

>> Yeah, my little.

>> I'm going to force A to smoke the coffee milk with me.

>> And you guys are going to start watching Walking Dead.

>> Yeah.

>> We're steaming up the windows back here.

>> Dude, that workout sucked. That was the worst chest workout I think I've had.

>> Why was it a bad workout?

>> Like when I was benching, the bench was like going like this while I was benching. Like, it wasn't level on the floor.

>> Oh, wow.

>> So as the bar was coming out to my chest with like two plates, I was like, if I can feel this on two, imagine what it's going to feel like with like four. Like, I was supposed to like go like this and balance while I'm pressing. Like, I couldn't do it. And then the floor was so slippery. So I got that yoga mat upstairs. You know, your body weight on the bench pressing into the yoga mat holds it still and it's really sticky. So your feet can dig into it. But the yoga mat itself was such a shitty yoga mat that it was stretching like an elastic arm. When in doubt,

>> Yeah, how much does all this cost to buy?

>> So I I don't calculate, but it would cost me to produce probably like 30 bot per g 40. Then you sell for.

>> If I sell in kilos, it's probably like, um, depending on what customer, how much they buy. Of course, to consumer directly, 200, 300, 400 bucks. Wow. Program. That's sick. Yeah.

>> Wow, man. This is awesome. Thank you.

>> [ __ ]

>> Wait till you hear this thing shut off.

>> All right. Ready?

>> Oh, yeah. Every diesel sounds exactly the same when they shut off.

>> Uh, dude, I left my [ __ ] phone at the gym like an [ __ ]. So, that sucks. Uh, they open at 6:30, so I'm just going to go. You know what? I'm going to bed. I'm going to sleep. I'm so happy I can go to sleep right now cuz I'm so [ __ ] tired. Dude, listen. If you're here till this point, I'm so happy cuz that means you liked my video, which means you liked it because it made you feel some positive way. So, dude, thanks for watching my stuff. Love you all very much. See you in my next video. They're going to be recording the next one, which will be nice. Good old, good old back day.
