I built this automation that lets you scrape local businesses and enrich whatever information you want about them. All you have to do is fill in a form about the city, business type, and any extra details that you need. Then just go get a coffee and let the results pop in into your Google Sheets.
So, what I have here is a Google Sheets document that has nothing inside it. And then I've got my N8N automation over here. So, in order to trigger this and get the ball rolling, we've got a on form submission, which is this here. All we have to do is just fill in the city, business type, and what extra information I want to know about them that I wouldn't be able to find just from Google Maps.
So, I'll just do the example that I have here. We'll look at Melbourne and then property developers. Property developer. And I'll say I need their LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook owner's name, and whether they do residential or commercial projects. And we're going to set the limit to 40. So that's just the maximum number of companies is going to find. So now I just hit submit.
And once I do that, our automation is going to be running and kicking off. What we'll do is just have a look at how things are going. We can click on execution. And as you can see, we've got a whole bunch of uh things popping up over here. These are new runs. We just got to wait a little bit and uh we should see some results popping up.
So, we've got our spreadsheet here and this has been automatically populated after filling the form. We've got the regular Google Maps information here which has the title, address, phone number, uh website, etc. Uh but then we've also got the extra information that we ask for in the form, which is the LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, owner's name, and the project type, which is residential or commercial. So, that works, which is awesome.
Let's try another one. Okay, this time we're going to go for Dubai, and we're going to look up fitness centers. fitness centers uh and we are going to get uh email as well as Instagram and we're going to hit 40 fitness centers as well and then just hit submit and yeah same process that's all you need to do and if you have a look at this sheet we've already also got another uh another sheet that's just dropped up dropped up popped up down here uh next to the Melbourne property developers. We've got our next search over here and all we have to do is wait, get a coffee, and it'll get filled up.
Okay, we got our first one that's just popped up. It is UFC gym. So, we've got the email and then we've also got the Instagram as well, which we can pop open and have a look, see if it works. And boom, we do. I really want to get back into jiu-jitsu looking at this. So maybe I should uh yeah, so that's it.
Very simple tool. Uh all you have to do is fill out the form and then after filling out the form, you hit submit and then you just get a list uh in your Google Sheets. So that's how it works. Very simple to use.
